IDLE BOSS RUSH is an epic new base-building strategy game that already has sights on Linux and Windows PC. All credit goes to the talented team at Irid Games for their creativity. 𝐈𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 . . . ⤷ Nothing has ever felt the same since Asra saw that darn red cloth tied to the shop's door handle

Sighing wishfully under his breath, Asra turns over to your side of the bed. The once warm and cozy area that now feels cold and lifeless. His fingers reach out towards where you would have been sleeping if you were still here. Empty. It's empty because you're not here and won't be here for a long long long time . . . The memory of your warm hands cradling his to your cheek threatens to resurface making a painful sob escape. He's trying to make peace with that, but how can he?

The ache in his heart grows. The pain tearing away at him as his mind wanders far and wide. Trying to recall all sorts of ancient tomes, spells of all kinds. But alas, no spell can replicate you. No one can replace you or fill the void left from your departure.

Your warmth. Your smell. Your groggy voice cooing at him to get up. Your giggles as he'd attempt to keep you in bed. Your kisses. The feeling of your arms circling around his waist as he'd cook porridge. The soft snoring that used to be his personal lullaby. The teasing compliments. The banter with Faust. He misses them. He misses you. It's hard not to when no matter where he goes, all he sees is you. All of Versuia is full of you. The market that had all your favourite stalls which used to be full of trinkets? Now they lay abandoned. The beaches where you used to stargaze? They remind him of you hoping cheerfully along the sandy shores. Getting sand all over him only to make him chase after you for a kiss. The docks? . . . The place you tearfully waved him goodbye from . . . God does he regret that decision.

He almost wants to run away again. Back to Nopal . . . But he won't. He needs you back. Running won't make the you shaped hole in his life disappear. So, he'll stay behind for as long as he needs to . . . And this time? He will leave with you in tow.

Finally at your wit’s end, you decide to close the shop early. Your headache, that was mild at first, is now practically unbearable. Asra wouldn’t approve at all, and for once you agree. The shop already made enough profit for the week, didn't it?

So, surely one day off won’t hurt . . . Right? Right. So, with all the lamps turned off in the main shop, you set out with an agenda. Operation locate Asra is in session! Which isn’t hard since the only remaining source of light faintly emanates from the backroom. The very backroom he escaped to earlier today. ALL DAY. He's been cooped up there all day. Reading tome after tome and other strange books. Their pages old and torn by now with a funky smell you don’t even want to know the source of. He’s probably up to no good again, you muse to yourself. 

So that is where you’ll go. To Asra. his wonderfully warm arms and his insatiable love of mischief . . .

Gently pushing the magenta-coloured curtains to the side. You wander over. Muted footsteps that do little to alert him of your presence. Your heart leaps at the sight of him. Asra . . . Sitting cross legged at the rounded table used for tarot readings, he’s practically glued to the torn pages of a tattered monstrosity. With a bottom lip jutting out and his eyebrows shooting so high, you’re surprised they’re still attached to his face. Just one look at the pillows surrounding him is enough to make you sigh blissfully. Comfy. The buzzing yet comforting feeling of Asra's magic hangs in the air like a perfume. Tempting. And just like Selasi with his infamous pumpkin bread, you can't find it in yourself to resist this either. 

"Missed me?" He looks up from his tome when your hand finds its way to his bare shoulder. An amused smirk painting his face. But you don't care. Not bothering one bit with his teasing nor with wasting anymore time. You shove yourself into him. Wordlessly ducking under his arms to crawl into his lap. Like a lazy cat, you drape yourself over him and he embraces you just as quickly. A warm hand gently finds its way to the back of your head before you're cradled into him. A contented sigh escapes you, and with your cheek mushed up against him. He can’t help but coo at the precious sight. His arms encircling your frame. Engulfing you in his hold. "Well, aren't you adorable today~" Instantly fastening his arms around you as you nuzzle your face into his shoulder. he in turn, rests his chin atop of your head.  Light breathing that makes your slightly frizzy hair sway every now and then. "I always miss you." He chuckles pulling you even closer with a peck to your forehead. "The feeling's mutual my love"

Dilution factor genes - Genes that raise or lower all pigment types at once.

Default - The default state for an individual. Dilution and concentration are located on the same gene, and the "regular" color is made when the gene is heterozygous.

Diluted - Homozygous recessive dilution creates a phony with less of all kinds of pigments.

Concentrated - Homozygous dominant dilution creates a phony with more of all pigments.

Pointed - A mutation that causes concentration just on the extremities.

Black Factors - Genes that amp up melanophore production.

Melanism and Abundism - Two phenotypes controlled by an incompletely dominant gene. When it's homozygous, the individual is all black. When it's heterozygous, it only affects some markings.

Inkblot - A mutation that causes irregular patches of hyperpigmentation.

White Factors - Genes that remove all pigments.

Albinism - You know the drill.

Leucism - Similar to albinism, but not to its full extent. Leucistic individuals are also spared of the vision problems many albinistic individuals have.

Piebaldism - Causes irregular patches of absent pigmentation.

Roan - Causes absent pigmentation on the core of the body. When this mutation is homozygous, it causes health issues.

Single Color Factors - Genes that affect one or two other types of chromatophores.

Xanthism - Causes excess xanthophores and absent iridophores.

Axanthism - Does the exact opposite of that.

Erythrism - Causes excess erythrophores.

Iridism - Causes excess iridophores. Also makes the eyes look neat.

Others

Prismatic - Causes the chromatophores on certain markings to become confused and show up in widely variable amounts.

Nebulous - Causes diffusion and freckling markings, if both are present, to only display as a mask on certain patterns.

Clear body - Self explanatory.

I might not know much about Julian but ngl he seems like the person who’s so used to treating others that his heart would burst from happiness if his partner ever had to tend to his wounds. Wdym you want to take care of him?!? Someone like him doesn’t deserve your touch . . . You’d have to coax him into it and when that doesn’t work, scolding sure will! It could be something as small as a paper cut, but just seeing you narrow your eyes in concentration as you apply the disinfectant would make him speechless with heart in his eyes. He is such a soft boy 😭

remembering my first run of engage and thinking "hey wouldn't it be cool if (favourite VA) was in this since I apparently can't escape him" (he's in like. a lot of the anime I've watched (completely unintentionally too, I just kept finding him)) (should also mention I hadn't seen any of the trailers so I was going in completely blind)

the game starts up. alear opens his eyes. before me stand the shocked faces of the two sweetest and most hardworking kids you ever did meet.

and then I hear it. the green one opens his mouth and I hear it. and I have to do a double take because surely not but also. I know that voice.

✧  ———  The  scent  and  taste  of  the  air,  salty.  Rays  of  the  sun  hitting  his  winter  pale  skin  felt  soothing  as  he  stood,  leaning  his  back  against  a  wall  of  a  random  building.  Gazing  out  at  the  beach  and  all  the  locals  and  tourists  enjoying  the  waves,  and  the  clear  skies  and  for  once  a  moderately  tolerable  heat.  While  he  was  keenly  observing  what  diminutive  scenes  around  as  he  licked  a  mint  chocolate  chip  gelato  cone,  cold  irides  settled  on  one  particular  scene.

                A  crafty  gal,  roaming  behind  unsuspecting  victims  of  her  loose  fingers  as  she  pickpocketed  their  wallets  or  cash.  Laughing  to  himself,  watching  her  make  her  way  down  the  street  across  from  him.  Making  a  turn  that  would  eventually  lead  her  to  come  to  pass  by  him.  From  a  closer  look,  Ghiaccio  can  see  she  is  tall  (taller  than  he  was),  a  nice  olive  skin  tone  (very  much  the  opposite  of  his),  slicked  back  dark  hair.  She  could  model  (he  thinks  most  girls  could)  if  she  wasn’t  a  damn  thief.    He  thought  that  maybe  playing  a  prank  on  her  would  be  fun.  Not  only  that,  but  he,  too,  can  play  her  game.

              Once  he  finished  his  cone,  he’d  walk  towards  her  without  being  obvious  of  his  intentions.  Bumping  into  her  like  some  idiot  who  can't  see  where  he's  going,  adding  a  little  tumble  to  the  ground  and  knocking  his  glasses  off  for  extra  dramatics.

            ❝  Ow!  My  ankle....  damn  now  my  glasses  are  gone...  probably  got  scratched  up  too.  ❞

Date of Birth - Dec. 20, 2000 Gender - Female (She/Her) Race - 75% Fairy / 25% Elf Nationality - American Sexual and Romantic Orientation - Demisexual / Heteroromantic Dance Style - Mostly Ballet and Lyrical, but she can do other smooth dance styles, as well as upbeat ones.

The second main protagonist of "Unusual Beauty." She moved to Irides City with her parents when she was thirteen. Both her parents are veterinarians who made part of their mansion into a veterinary clinic. She works part time there, helping them care for animals. The reason she didn't become a vet herself is she wouldn't be able to hold it together if a patient died. She has alot of empathy towards people and animals, so working in the medical field isn't for her (although she does find medical stuff fascinating and has watched her parents work.)

Freya is rather sweet and soft spoken, but she will not tolerate bullies. She will stand up for others, and if a bully tries to get violent, they'll learn that for a petite lady, Freya's got a powerful right hook. Her talents are making art, sewing, sculpting, and dancing. She also is a fan of video games and mythology, and she enjoys traveling. She will sometimes info dump her interests when talking to people she's close to, her mannerisms and body language are a bit funny and she doesn't realize she's doing it. Marrik finds it all adorable, and one of the reasons why he fell for her.

Marrik and Freya were immediately attracted to each other when they first laid eyes on each other. Freya thinks Marrik is beautiful, inside and out. She admires his skills and how much love he puts into his work and he feels the same about her. They love each other so much and really enjoy spending time together. They started dating in September 2023 and were married July 7th, 2025. They live in a nice penthouse in the city, and will sometimes travel to nice, fun areas. Marrik and Freya are also childfree by choice. They want to enjoy their free time doing the things they love and spend alot of time together.

She's loosely based off of myself, and a luna moth (the same shape of the wings, the color of them, and having white hair.) Freya also has some qualities I wish I had, such being able to live independantly, and having no psychological, neurological, or physical problems. She is autistic, but it has no negative effect on her, and she is zero needs. It just makes her act a bit different from most people, but makes her excel at her hobbies.

I imagine Freya sounding like Chiaki Nanami (voiced by Christine Marie Cabanos) from Danganronpa. Her maiden name comes from my late cat, Marbles. He got his name from his marble colored fur. He was one of my babies.
