Happy Halloween! 🎃

After four long weeks and four costumes to match, Halloween is finally here, and I figured we'd revisit something a bit familiar~! °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

I've been posting these two for over a year now, and figured that because of that, I'd pay some homage to my last Halloween drawing! Same costumes, updated art, baby! It's amazing to see how much I've improved over time, and I hope to keep improving even more as time goes on! (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ

I remember my last Halloween drawing being really last minute, and that it had me staying up late to get it done, which in all honesty has soured my view on it looking back- (That, and it just wasn't all that interesting to look at. Inuyasha and Kouko were just standing there! LMAO I wanted to fix that this time!)

So this year I prepared a bit earlier and I'm leaps and bounds happier with this one! This definitely has to be my favorite holiday piece I've done, in all honesty! ⸜(*ˊᗜˋ*)⸝

Just like last year, we've got the iconic werewolf and vampire costumes! I've definitely warmed up to the blue vampire aesthetic Kouko has going on! I wasn't sure about it at first, but it's definitely grown on me over time. ( ´ ꒳ ` )

Inuyasha x Scooby Doo 🔍

Another non Disney movie but a very old movie and still a classic. I actually got to watch the Princess Bride when I was older in my teens and not a child. I still really liked the movie and wanted to do a InuHaru project for it. I did the scene where she pushes him down the hill lol. It's been a while since she's had a fun time. Or even time to relax. Finding a hot spring would be amazing. But...since she argued so much with Inuyasha, there was no way he was going to find one for her. And with the horrible weather, Yejide wouldn't feel comfortable going. The daughter of Inuyasha and Kouko, and the Daughter of Sesshomaru! I've wanted to draw them together for a while since they're silly and cousins, which I find wonderful. (*ˊᗜˋ*)

Rin is a lot older than Kurohyo, but she carries such a sunny energy, that it makes Kuro, very stoic and quiet, look like the older one from time to time LMAO She's definitely not, but she appreciates getting to spend time with Rin from when they get the chance.

I really need to draw Kuro more often, she really is one of my favorite designs I've made.

Hooooohhhhh... 'kay. Sorano is the eldest, Hikaru and Akane are twins, and then you have Airi. I wanted to get these four's designs down just in case I decide to attempt that massive drawing I posted a sketch of the other day.

Sesshomaru gets a new haori to match Irene's kimono. :3 He misses his wife. T_T

I don't remember what it was I was doing, but my brain suddenly was like, "Oh. What if Tatsunori had like a little pond inside his old shrine, and Kai and Ayumu (the Shikigami koi) are circling around Irene while she sleeps? And then Mayonaka yanks her out of it during the battle with Sora..." and it was such an image I needed to draw it, so I added it in with Sora's outfits. I imagine Sess visits Irene at the start and end of each month while he's hunting down Mayonaka.

Also, everyone except Airi and Akane (apparently) are getting the butterflies because Mayonaka is a moth and the Butterfly vs Moth imagery is very amusing to me. Hikaru's butterflies are very subtle. They're under his haori.

OH WAIT MAYBE AKANE'S FAMILIAR IS A BUTTERFLY SPIRIT/YOKAI. Haha, there we go. Problem solved. Airi probably wears a butterfly kimono at some point. OR BUTTERFLY PAJAMAS.

So this is something I’ve been wanting to do ever since I saw the ending theme for the Final Act where Inuyasha is surrounded by moonlit Sakura trees and walking on water. I really love the thought behind it and I got an idea with this scene about an actual ending theme to my fan fiction. I would include the others yes but I just want to focus on Inuyasha and Harumi in this part. Now there is a song by AAA that I fell in love with and think this would go perfectly with my fan fiction as I can picture it in my head. InuHaru as Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion

Took me a few days but I managed to get it finished. This has been on my to do list for a while but I finally got around to doing it. I’m super happy how it turned out. Inuyasha and Harumi are portraying my versions of Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion from Sailor Moon. With the help of the Senshi maker by my ultimate favorite artist DracheaRannak on Doll Divine I was able to come up with my own versions of them. I also wanted to attempt the 90s art style too since I’ve done Crystal before. Harumi’s dress did give me a time but I managed to get it just right. I love it and I hope I can come up with more ideas with them as Serenity and Endymion.🥰
