どんでん丼

旅の楽しみの一つはその地の名物料理を味わってみること、ということで犬山の名物は何かと調べてみると「どんでん丼」というものがあるらしい、とのことなので、それがいただける中国料理 池田屋さんへ行ってみました。昭和2年創業の歴史ある中華料理店ということなのですが、伺ってみると庶民的なお店らしく全く敷居の高いところはなく、非常に親切に、親しげに接客していただけました。 どんでん丼とは 豚の肩ロースを秘伝のたれにつけ香ばしく焼いたお肉をご飯の��にのせた料理です！一味が利いてピリリと辛さと香ばしく焼いたお肉がご飯によくあいます。 というもので、「豚肉の照り焼き丼」という説明になっていますが、薄く衣がついていて照り焼きとはまた違う感じのものです。説明���り香ばしく焼き上げられていて、ご飯にもタレがたっぷり掛けられていてとても美味しくいただけました。 この投稿をInstagramで見る Food…
