Wild & Free (Teaser)
Min Yoongi x Reader
Summary: Everybody says they want to marry Min Yoongi. But what if he only wants to say 'yes' to you.
Alternatively: While on the last leg of their PTD tour, Yoongi discovers there was such a thing as drive-thru weddings in Vegas, something that his pretty little brain can't seem to process having lived the last decade of every second of his life being planned by his management team, which includes you. When he goes down a rabbit hole of Youtube videos about The Little White Chapel (Omo! Michael Jordan got married there!), he starts getting all sorts of ideas - all of it starring him and you.
Genre: Fluff, Angst, Eventual Smut, Childhood friends to lovers, Idol!au, Coworkers to lovers (reader is a HYBE employee)
Notes: What can I say? We got all the tropes in this bad boy, because I don’t know when I can write again, so let’s put everything in this sucker and call it a day! This is canon-ish. I included some real-life events during this period, but it may or may not be loosely rearranged to fit the narrative - just go with it. Ginger Yoongi, because this is the LOOK I don’t give a damn what haters say. I have not written in a decade and this is me attempting to pick things back up, I hope you like it xo
BTW, the teaser scene is inspired by that leaked video of the BTS tour crew’s  private party in Vegas. It’s here if you want to see it. Enjoy! xo
Read the teaser under the cut!

"Yoongi, marry me!" You shout at the top of your lungs, earning laughs from the people around you. On the other side of the room, a couple of other people shout the same catchphrase, including Taehyung, who seems to get the most kick out of it out of all the members.
Coerced to do one of those Tik Tok dance challenges, Yoongi stands in front of the room, hides his face behind his hands and you watch in delight as he awkwardly sways his hips side to side. More cheers erupt and two seconds after he decides he was done.
"Hajimaaaa!" Your friend says to no one and everyone, cheeks burning as he stalks back to the chair he was occupying across yours.
You push his beer bottle towards him, "Good job, gramps."
"Fuck off," he says with no real bite, taking a long swig off his drink to cool off his reddened cheeks.
It's great to finally get some down time with the crew. After such a fast-paced, high production tour, everybody needed to blow off some steam. This Korean BBQ restaurant off the Strip was the perfect venue to get the team together for samgyupsal and drinks. The vibes were, as the kids say, immaculate.
You are already sufficiently buzzed so you sit down as Seokjin takes his turn to do the challenge. He really seems to be more into it than the man currently giving you a look.
"I heard you." He narrows his eyes at you, a small smile playing on his lips.
"What? It's the new viral catchphrase," you shrugged. "Everybody and their grandma is saying it these days."
"Not their grandma."
"You should be flattered."
Stop, you thought he would say. But his response catches you off guard.
"Only ‘cause you said it."
And he has the audacity to lick his bottom lip, a ghost of a smirk forming.
Fuck. Your throat dries up. When did it get so hot here?
“And in case you were wondering…” he leans forward, a dopey-ass grin now on his face. “The answer is yes.”

We'll Be Alright
Tumblr media
Genre: fluff, slight angst if you squint, non-idol AU, office romance, coworkers-slash-friends-slash-idiots-to-lovers
Pairing: Mingi x gn!reader
Word Count: 3.3k
Warnings: Pink Mingi (a valid warning), symptoms of anxiety and panic but nothing serious, mentions of gambling ig, Wooyoung being Wooyoung
Summary: When Mingi overhears some colleagues talking, he realizes he has to finally make his feelings known - easier said than done.
A/N: Can you believe this bitch (me)? Apparently I write now?? This is my first ever finished fic, and I'm eternally grateful to @hobarine for being the greatest beta reader without agreeing to being one in the first place. I love your sexy brain. [clears throat and wipes tears] I'd also like to thank my dear friends who made this possible in the first place - check the end of the fic for what violently inspired me to write this. Feedback and reblogs appreciated! Also - this is not a song fic (well... I suppose it very much is, but not in that way), but I'll Keep You Safe by Sleeping At Last very much set the tone for this, so I highly recommend you check it out.
Tumblr media
The first couple times your new coworker had poked his head around the side of your cubicle, it was all business - or at least as much business as it could be considering that new colleague was Song Mingi.
It had all started out with work-related questions when he joined the company and, being one of the company’s top salespeople, you were quickly tasked with showing him around and answering any questions he might have. Your boss had personally offered Mingi the position, so he wanted to make sure the newcomer was going to stay, considering he was a “natural at his job” and would “undoubtedly prove to be a huge asset to the team.” You'd learned not to question your boss's decisions after he'd proven time and time again that he had a gift for picking out new team members, despite his sometimes questionable and unusual methods.
You also didn't question why Mingi, even after he'd grown accustomed to his new work environment, kept sticking around you. He never addressed this but he was shy around other people and you were still the only one he sort-of knew. And you, having grown to enjoy his company despite him being borderline clueless and painfully clumsy at times, weren't gonna complain.
So what started out as, "I'm so so so sorry, could you please explain the printer to me again? I'm so sor-" quickly turned into deeper, more personal questions and conversations. Not in a weird way, of course, he just really enjoyed being around you and wanted to get to know you better. Or so he kept telling himself and others when someone pointed it out. Over time, he had become fairly confident that you two could be considered friends, and he couldn't be happier. So you got used to him just poking his head, adorned with his signature pink hair, around the corner and asking you about movies and books you’d recently enjoyed, your most hated color (because according to him, asking for a favorite everything was overused), and your go-to spots in the area. At times you'd even catch yourself thinking how cute his childlike nature was. The only thing that put a damper on his mood was when one day he was put in a cubicle on the side of the office furthest away from you, for “productivity reasons" - not that it actually kept him from coming over to you just as often. In fact, he claimed to need a rest at your desk from the “extensive workout” they made him do in order to come this way. You never commented on how he was the only one to blame for full-on sprinting through the office space instead of walking like a normal person.
His favorite days are measured by how often, and how loudly, he managed to make you laugh that day. He could get lost in the sound, and knowing he was the reason for it? He wouldn't be able to wipe the smile from his face if he tried.
If only he knew that his visits had started to become the best part of your day, too...
You were thoroughly enjoying each other's presence. Always having lunch together, and taking a little bit too long to walk to your respective cars after work.
Tumblr media
It was a regular Tuesday when Mingi made his way to the break room to get his regular drinks - a green tea for you, and a coffee with an obscene amount of sugar for himself - something you’d chided him for, telling him time and time again it would kill him one day.
He didn’t mind waiting for some coworkers to free up the coffee machine. He’d gotten used to it pretty quickly after the second one had broken some time ago. This just meant that the room was less crowded, since the majority of his colleagues had since chosen to head to the cafeteria downstairs instead of having to stand in line like he was now. But in his opinion, they were the ones missing out. He enjoyed getting to know the usual suspects of the breakroom a little better each time they happened to get something to drink when he did - which was the same time every day.
So it would’ve been just a regular coffee run on a regular Tuesday, if it hadn’t been for the conversation happening in front of him. He wasn’t one to eavesdrop, but nothing caught his attention quite like you did. Or, in this case, your name falling from one of the men’s lips. Mingi decided that he didn’t like the way it sounded coming from someone else, someone who probably didn’t even appreciate you in the way you deserved.
The men didn’t seem to notice him standing close by, or simply didn’t care whether they could be overheard or not, because their conversation didn’t seize.
‘’...I mean have you seen them lately?’’
He sure had.
‘’I’d be stupid not to make a move. They’re a catch.’’
NO! Well, yes..but-
’’Isn’t Song head over heels for them though? Kind of a dick move if you ask me…’’
They knew?
’’Come on, we both know he’s too much of a coward to actually go for it.’’
Mingi began to panic. He’d been so enamored with you since the two of you had been introduced that he’d never even entertained the idea of someone else possibly hitting on you. Of course he knew you were pretty. Gorgeous, even - he had eyes after all. He also knew you were the epitome of grace and kindness. Anyone would be lucky to be with you. But he’d been trying slowly and carefully to inch his way into your heart, and now realized that he was so focused that he hadn’t even considered the possibility of anyone else sharing the same end goal.
God he was so stupid-
He knew he had to act. Fast. Despite his insecurities trying to convince him that you’d surely be better off with someone who didn’t stumble over their words, someone who was confident and could sweep you off your feet, he knew he would forever regret it if he didn’t at least try.
Even if the chances may be slim, he couldn’t live with himself if he lost the opportunity to make you his, especially if he lost it to his own mind.
Tumblr media
You were just typing up a response to Park Seonghwa from HR, who had once again asked you to consider joining their team, when suddenly, a loud BANG startled you out of your thoughts. You joined some of your other coworkers in getting up from their seats to see what the commotion was about, and you couldn’t help a bright smile from lighting up your face the moment you saw Mingi standing in the doorway. Though your smile dropped just as quickly when you noticed the look of pure distress on his face, his eyes scanning across the room rapidly. The second your eyes met, he started hurriedly making his way over to you, ignoring any of the worried and questioning glances and occasional comments that people were throwing his way.
What was going on?
‘’Mingi, what-’’ your question was cut short when he gripped your shoulders the moment he reached your cubicle. He was panting, eyes blown wide and never leaving yours, as if he was afraid you’d disappear the moment he so much as blinked.
As if he was only now noticing the stares and whispers directed his way, he glanced around the room timidly. His nerves seemed to catch up with him, because he turned and went to leave as quickly as he’d arrived - if it hadn't been for your quick reflexes and your hand curling around his wrist, stopping him in his motion.
It took you gently calling his name a couple of times for him to finally turn around to face you again - and now you could see the sheen of sweat covering his forehead.
He was also avoiding eye contact.
Now you were really worried. Was he sick? Did something happen?
"Hey, what's wrong?'' No answer. ''You look really pale... are you not feeling well?"
When he stayed silent again, you brought one hand up to his forehead - an instinctive action for you, but definitely not what he’d expected, because his face quickly went from looking sickly pale to flushing a deep scarlet.
Your eyes widened when you noticed how warm his skin was, placing your other hand on one of his cheeks. "Mingi, you're burning up. Do you need to see a doctor?" When again he didn't answer, you turned to grab your things, preparing to carry this man to the nearest hospital if need be, but now it was his hand around your wrist that kept you from moving further.
You glanced from where he was touching you with a gentle yet desperate, clammy hand and back to his face, noting the panic in his eyes that were still refusing to meet your own.
Any stranger passing by would've assumed you were approaching a stray kitten, desperately trying not to scare it off, but you knew how much of a flight risk Mingi could be when things got too much to handle. "Hey, you know you can talk to me, right? I'm only trying to help you," you said with the gentlest voice you could muster despite your racing thoughts.
Yeah, that was the main problem, he thought, you're the only person who makes this job bearable, and I can't lose you by messing this up. You bring both your hands up to cup his cheeks when you notice the tears welling up in his eyes, threatening to spill over.
"Hey, look at me.’’ you dipped your head trying to lure his eyes into meeting yours. ‘’You won't lose me. Why would you?’’ a gentle brush of your thumbs over his pretty cheekbones ‘’How could I make it through one day at this crappy office, with its crappy coffee and the crappy AC that’s broken more often than not, without you?"
Oh shit, his eyes widened even further. Did I say that out loud? Oh god-
He was about to bolt again, mentally calculating how long it would take him to make a detour to a wig store or a hairdresser on his way to the airport, determined to start over in a faraway country, when he involuntarily locked eyes with you. He never understood how you did it, and he was sure there was no possible scientific explanation for the effect you had on him, because the way your eyes, filled with nothing but kindness and understanding, always managed to calm him down instantly was nothing short of magical.
You had to be a heavenly being sent to look out for him - him, this mere human - and him alone. It was in this moment that he remembered what you'd told him time and time again. Realized that he really could say what had been running rampant in his mind for months now. Reminded himself that he could be open and vulnerable with you. You, who had never shown him anything but support and guidance, even when you were having a bad day yourself. Alright. You, who always managed to find a peaceful solution to any argument or tension that arose in the office… He'd be alright. You, who somehow didn't hold grudges even when people had wronged you. You'd both be alright.
You must've noticed the change in his demeanor, because your lips curled up into a small version of one of your beautiful smiles that he loved so much. Shit, he wouldn't be surprised if you could hear his pulse slowing down, his heart rate finally dropping to a point that wouldn't have sent an entire hospital wing into a panic had he been hooked up to a monitor, with news reporters flocking to his bed trying score an interview to find out how the hell he had managed to survive that.
So he closed his eyes, which were now stinging in protest to having been kept open wide for way too long, and took a deep, if shaky, breath.
That was all you, too. Your encouragement to face difficult situations despite every fiber of his being telling him to run. Your influence. You were the one who told him time and time again that things were going to be okay. You showed him that he was in control of his fate and his feelings, and that even when it felt like the whole world was against him, you'd be by his side. No wonder the HR department was desperate to get you to join them…
Mingi couldn't run away now if he tried. He owed you this much. If nothing else, he owed you an explanation, and honesty. He wanted to make you proud.
So with another deep breath, this one a little less shaky (the first one had you worried he might burst into full sobs at any second), he covered your hands in his much larger ones, pulled them from his face and intertwined your fingers with his between your bodies. When he finally opened his eyes again, they were full of determination.
This shift in tone, with him being calmer and more confident than you'd ever seen him, had you thankful for the grasp he had on you, needing his hands around yours in support as your breath hitched when you noticed the raw adoration in his gaze.
His voice, beautifully airy and deeper than you swore you'd ever heard it before, sent shivers down your spine. There was everything yet nothing as you got lost in his gorgeous, warm eyes, and now his voice too. You weren't in your office anymore. You were standing barefoot in a forest, surrounded by majestic trees and vibrant wildlife, a gentle breeze almost calling out your name. You were on a beach, the warm sand comforting between your toes, the waves softly crashing behind you, a pair of strong arms wrapped around your shoulders. You decided then and there that his eyes' gorgeous shade of brown was your new favorite color.
It took his voice calling your name softly to bring you back to the present moment, a bashful smile on his stupidly handsome face. Had he always been this pretty?
"Please tell me you heard what I just said?'' he asked shyly, knowing full well you'd completely spaced out.
"Uh..." You grimaced. At that, he couldn't help but turn his face downward as he murmured to himself, but you were so focused on him now that you had no trouble making out the words. "Oh my god, I can't believe you're making me do this again". He would've buried his face in his hands had they not been occupied with the much more important job of holding the world's greatest treasure.
He hadn't missed the way you'd gotten lost in his eyes, and it only fueled his confidence. He hoped that maybe, just maybe, it was the same way he’d been looking at you more often than not since he'd met you.
He took a deep breath. "I said..." he paused as he brought one of his hands up to your cheek, his other hand easily holding both of yours in their previous position.
You felt yourself blushing. Hard.
Stroking his thumb over your cheek gently, he continued "...that I like you. I like like you. No, scratch that -’’ a gentle shake of his head ‘’-I'm crazy about you.’’ His gaze dropped again as he started rambling. ‘’I hope this doesn't make things weird between us, and I'm so sorry if I read things wrong, and if y-" he started mumbling, nerves catching up to him again, insecurities trying to invade his mind and win back precious land. But you noticed. And you smiled at him in adoration, and squeezed his hand in reassurance. This made him look up at you again. You're going to be alright, you tried to convey with your eyes, we're going to be alright.
Another deep breath, followed by a lighthearted chuckle at his own antics.
"The point is, I really like you, a-and I would love to take you out on a date? O-only if you want to of co-" he couldn't finish the sentence, because you promptly freed your hands and grabbed his face again, pulling him down to you (what they fed him as a kid to get him so tall, you'd really have to ask his parents one day) and pressed your lips to his in a firm and reassuring kiss.
His eyes widened again, cheeks heating back up, but he melted into you as soon as the first shock wore off, arms wrapping around you almost on instinct. As if holding you was their only job, and what they were meant to be doing all his life. He pulled you up to his level seemingly without effort before getting lost in the next kiss. Feeling your fingers running through his hair, he groaned inwardly. Mingi could do this forever, and he would if you let him. He'd figure out a way to survive without oxygen. If not, he decided the team would be fine without him.
You only pulled apart when you noticed the cheers and clapping that had erupted around you, even the occasional wolf-whistle coming from your coworkers, most of who'd gotten up from their seats again, if they’d even settled down after the shock of Mingi’s arrival. You hadn't seen them this lively since the day your boss had ordered a coffee and snack truck to the parking lot in celebration of sealing a deal everybody had worked hard to finally make happen. The majority of them had their headsets still attached, and had you not been so ecstatic you would've felt bad for whoever was getting their ears damaged on the other end of their lines.
"About damn time, Song..."
"TOOK YOU LONG ENOUGH!!
"He finally grew a pair!"
These were only some of the lines being thrown at the two of you that had you blushing furiously, and Mingi hiding his face in the crook of your neck.
You could've sworn you saw a few fist bumps and some money being passed around, but you decided not to dwell on it for your own sanity’s sake...
After the noise had mostly died down, Mingi put you back on your feet just so he could press his forehead to yours, both of your breaths mingling. Maybe oxygen wasn't so bad after all if he got to share it with you.
You almost missed the signature fake gagging sound of your most obnoxious co-worker, but before you could chase him off like you usually would when he started to tease you about the way you, in his words, "spent more time staring at Mingi than actually working", the telltale sound of a palm making not-so-gentle contact with the back of someone's head (and the dramatic pained yelp that followed) made you realize that your boss had already taken care of Wooyoung himself. You swore he kept an extra set of eyes on the mischievous man-child just so he wouldn't miss an opportunity to reprimand him.
The same boss who sent you a curt nod and a small smile, before telling “the two lovebirds" to get back to work. Though you knew that he’d want to have a word with Mingi later, seeing as how the force with which he’d slammed open the door must’ve left at least an indent on the wall behind it.
It was safe to say you didn't get much work done the rest of that day, but you also never had to eat lunch alone again, or walk to your car without a strong, loving hand holding your own...or drive to work yourself, really.
Even years later, with your left ring finger now permanently occupied, you loved to remind him how proud of him you were.

My theory of what the latest Starkid musical is about based on my own deductions and past Starkid productions (huh, that rhymes):
Tumblr media
Based on the words in the top left corner and the style of Bryce’s clothing, it is very easy to deduce that this musical will be medieval inspired, but I can dig deeper. Bryce’s outfit does not look as put together as a typical princess gown, so I’m guessing that our protagonist is wearing armour, if I had to nail down a time period I’d say Ancient Greece or Rome, making her a gladiator. That would already be a fascinating musical, but I’m going further, stay with me. As someone very rightly pointed out in a comment/reblog that I can’t quite remember, the text used for the date resembles the 1980s movie Labyrinth, which plays into Starkid’s love of nostalgia… we’re getting close. Starkid’s musicals are filled with nostalgia - classic Disney (Twisted), Harry Potter (AVPM trilogy), Star Wars (Ani), Batman (Holy Musical B@tman), classic video games (Trail To Oregon), classic horror/sci-fi (Hatchetfield series), VHS/classic stories (VHS Christmas Carol) - but what do most of these also have in common? They are, to borrow a word from the latest Hatchetfield musical, ‘nerdy’. So, what do we have here? A team that prizes both nostalgia and nerdiness, creating a musical about a woman in armour, perhaps a gladiator. We also know that Team Starkid are returning to parodies after Hatchetfield, returning to their roots you might say. This has led me to one conclusion… the next musical produced by Team Starkid will be… a DnD parody. Think about it! It’s nerdy, it’s nostalgic, and it’s hot right now because of the recent Honour Among Thieves movie making more people interested in the game, and Stranger Things as well - a Starkid member was in a Stranger Things parody recently (was it Jaime?) so yeah. That’s my best theory, and no matter what this musical is actually about, I’ll love it, and Bryce will rock her first true lead role, she deserves this.
Edit: I just want to date the release of this post just in case my theory is correct so I can show people this post and be like “See? I’m psychic!” So yeah, this post was released on Saturday 23rd March 2024, around 11 pm, and this edit was made on Sunday 24th March at precisely 13:54 pm. Also I want to tag @the-real-team-starkid just in case they see this :).

Jimin's MUSE EP - 1 billion Spotify streams!
Congratulations to Jimin...AGAIN!⭐🌟
I also want to congratulate and thank the fans who supported MUSE and Jimin. Everyone who purchased albums and songs, participated in streaming parties, streamed on your own, requested radio play, sent positive comments to Jimin and each other, sent reminders for voting and streaming, you are so appreciated. Even if you couldn't buy a CD packet or songs, or even stream songs due to your circumstances, your positive energy and comments are part of the teamwork that makes the dream work.
The above words are the same thanks I posted when Jimin's 1st solo album, FACE, reached 1 billion streams. With his 2nd solo album, MUSE, just reaching 1 billion streams too, the exact same sentiments still apply and then some. Among other tremendous accomplishments, Jimin is the first KPop soloist to have TWO albums achieve this goal, with his 2nd being the fastest to do so. Once again, congratulations to Jimin's fans for all of their perseverance, organization, and energy.
What is different this time is that because of Jimin's hardworking and devoted fans, the company finally realized that Jimin should receive a company-backed promotion. The hard work you all did allowed new fans to find Jimin and his talent. The hard work allowed the company to be shamed by the public appearance of neglecting their very own successful, popular, and talented artist - not to mention perhaps finally realizing or admitting that they were losing out on potential, untapped profits. In addition, the hard work allowed Jimin's 2nd solo album, MUSE, to soar to even greater heights.
In hindsight, the company is now pulling out Jimin-focused pop-ups and exhibitions that even look as though some time and attention were paid to them. The exhibition sounds like an expansion of his small (but quality) documentary that they put solely on Weverse and was filmed mainly by Jimin and the small SGMB production team. Among other items, it is said that evidence of his writing contributions, as well as awards & recognition, will be on display at the event.
I hope what we are seeing is that the company realizes that they miscalculated and underestimated Jimin's popularity, talent, potential, power - and fanbase. Sadly, they did much of the same to most of the remaining members as well. I hope we are seeing them in the process of reassessing their plans to what seemed like inequitable distribution of support and that we're seeing them begin to fairly invest in all 7 members who invested their bodies and lives believing in a company that they built with their own blood, sweat, & tears.
Jimin proved once again that his hard work, versatility, and creative instincts are the driving force of his success as well as the motivation of his fans' who put forth tremendous energy & effort for him. While the company makes our job difficult, Jimin makes it oh, so easy. He produces quality material and is a quality human being who inspires people to love and appreciate him and his work.
Please keep up the great work, and continue to support Jimin as earnestly as you have, so he can truly feel the full appreciation and love many people feel for him and his projects.
I REPEAT from the last 1 Billion celebration post: Park Jimin rocks! 🌟 And so do his fans! ✨

Taemin recently dropped his new album Never Gonna Dance Again : Act 1 with the title track “Criminal.” Taemin revealed he spent a lot of time preparing for this album as he wanted to bring a different concept and style through his music.
Fans who heard the track and watched the music video were in for a surprise as they were first shocked by the visuals and then by the lyrics.
Lyricist team Danke were the masterminds behind the shocking lyrics for “Criminal.” The team posted a video on their YouTube channel revealing the process and experience working for this track.
First off, the team was so happy and honored to have worked with Taemin as he was one of the artists that they had always dreamed of working with.
They expressed that it was one of the hardest projects they had worked on, going through numerous revisions for the track. They also revealed that they didn’t know at the time that this was going to be the title track for his new album!
When they first started working on the project, they were a bit shocked as they couldn’t believe that this was a concept that was going to be released in Korea. One of the members commented, “When I first saw the track, I couldn’t believe it was something that would be released in Korea. I honestly couldn’t think of anyone else besides Taemin that could have pulled this off.”
Although all artists put in a lot of hard work into their albums, the lyricist team felt that it was the first time they worked with an artist where their opinions and ideas were portrayed well in the final product.
They revealed that the inspiration for “Criminal” actually came from Taemin’s “Door” performance at the 2017 MAMA. In that performance, he is blindfolded and tied up in strings and that is how the character for “Criminal” was born.
They couldn’t stop complimenting Taemin’s acting and performance for the track as they felt that he really took in the lyrics and made into a whole movie. “It was so amazing to see him take the imagination of the lyricist and go above and beyond that.”

How Social Media Marketing Impacts Brand Awareness
In today’s digital age, social media marketing has become an indispensable tool for businesses seeking to increase their brand awareness. With billions of users active on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, social media offers a direct and dynamic way for companies to connect with their target audience, build a loyal following, and create lasting impressions.
Here's how social media marketing impacts brand awareness:
1. Wider Reach and Visibility
Social media platforms allow businesses to reach a global audience at a fraction of the cost of traditional marketing methods. A single post can be shared, liked, and commented on, exposing a brand to potential customers far beyond its initial reach. As users engage with your content, their followers see it as well, exponentially increasing your visibility.
For small businesses or startups, this organic reach can be a game-changer, enabling them to compete with larger brands and establish themselves in the market without a massive marketing budget.
2. Targeted Marketing
One of the greatest advantages of social media marketing is the ability to target specific demographics. Platforms like Facebook and Instagram offer advanced targeting options that allow businesses to reach users based on their interests, location, age, gender, and even behavior.
By reaching the right audience, businesses can create more relevant content, which increases the likelihood of engagement and brand recall. Targeted ads and posts ensure that your brand gets noticed by the people who are most likely to be interested in your products or services.
3. Increased Engagement
Social media thrives on interaction. Whether it’s through likes, shares, comments, or direct messages, these interactions help build a relationship between the brand and the customer. The more people engage with your content, the more your brand will be seen and remembered.
When users tag friends, respond to posts, or participate in brand-related conversations, they help spread the brand message further. This increased engagement not only boosts brand awareness but also fosters trust and loyalty among potential customers.
4. Consistent Brand Presence
Maintaining a consistent presence on social media allows your brand to stay top-of-mind with your audience. Regular posting of valuable content keeps your business relevant and positions you as an active player in your industry.
Whether through educational blog posts, entertaining videos, or inspirational stories, consistent engagement allows brands to reinforce their message, making it easier for consumers to recognize and recall the brand when they are ready to make a purchase.
5. Humanizing the Brand
Social media gives businesses the opportunity to show a more human side, which is essential for building authentic relationships with customers. By sharing behind-the-scenes content, introducing team members, or responding to customer inquiries in a personalized manner, brands can foster a sense of trust and relatability.
This human element of social media helps customers see the brand as more than just a business, creating a stronger emotional connection that enhances brand loyalty and awareness.
6. User-Generated Content and Social Proof
Social media enables brands to leverage user-generated content (UGC), such as customer reviews, testimonials, and photos. When customers post about their positive experiences with your product or service, it acts as social proof, increasing your credibility and encouraging others to engage with your brand.
User-generated content, especially when shared on social media, helps build brand trust and can significantly boost awareness, as customers tend to trust recommendations from peers more than from the brand itself.
7. Influencer Collaborations
Collaborating with social media influencers can also enhance brand awareness. Influencers have dedicated followings, and their endorsement of a product or service can introduce your brand to new audiences. These collaborations create an authentic and organic way of expanding your reach and building awareness.
Conclusion
Social media marketing plays a pivotal role in building brand awareness in today’s connected world. By using platforms effectively, businesses can reach wider audiences, engage with customers, and build long-lasting relationships. Whether through organic posts, paid ads, or influencer partnerships, the potential to increase brand visibility is immense. Businesses that leverage social media marketing effectively can build a strong brand presence and foster customer loyalty, helping them thrive in the digital age.

Unlocking AI: Making Microsoft Co-Pilot Work for You
Why are your shiny new Microsoft Co-Pilot licenses gathering dust while your team struggles to stay productive? Let’s dig into how you can inspire adoption and ensure your investment pays off.
1. Ignite Inspiration: Light the Fire of Change
Change can feel daunting, but enthusiasm can be contagious. To effectively drive AI adoption, you must inspire your team to embrace this new technology. Here’s how to spark that flame:
Showcase Use Cases: Share success stories from other companies or departments. Real examples can demonstrate the potential benefits and ignite excitement.
Create a Vision: Paint a picture for your team of what work could look like with Co-Pilot assisting. Help them visualize and dream bigger.
Celebrate Small Wins: Recognize and celebrate early adopters who successfully integrate AI into their work, reinforcing the message that change is both good and rewarding.
2. Equip with Education: Tools for Innovation
Inspiration is essential, but without the right tools and training, it can fizzle out quickly. Consider these strategies to educate your team properly:
Tailored Training Sessions: Offer workshops that meet your team where they are. Cover fundamental to advanced features of Co-Pilot, and engage them with hands-on exercises.
Create Resource Hub: Develop a centralized digital library with tutorials, FAQs, and best practices. This gives your team the ability to learn at their own pace.
Pair Learning with Application: Encourage team members to tackle small projects using Co-Pilot, reinforcing learning and creating a culture of experimentation.
3. Foster a Supportive Environment: The Comfort Zone
Change brings discomfort, so create an environment that supports trial and error. To foster a culture of support, focus on these initiatives:
Encourage Open Dialogue: Allow employees to share challenges and feedback on their experiences. An open line of communication promotes collaboration and problem-solving.
Designate AI Champions: Identify and empower enthusiastic employees to help their peers navigate the change. Champions can provide support and share tips, making the transition feel less intimidating.
Implement a Feedback Loop: Regularly check in with your team to see how they're utilizing AI. Use their insights to refine training materials and provide targeted assistance where needed.
Conclusion
Getting your employees to embrace AI tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot isn't just about handing out licenses; it’s a journey of inspiration, education, and supportive practices. By igniting excitement and providing the right resources, you can turn that skepticism into success!
Are you ready to transform your team’s relationship with technology? Share your thoughts or questions in the comments below—we’d love to hear how you’re fostering AI adoption in your business!

What Are The Best UX Design Tools?
You have many multi-platform UX and UI design tools. That especially works both on Mac and PC. These tools prove to be more helpful for web designers who want to create a good digital design. This article has an explanatory note on various UX tools listed under different purpose categories. There are 6 categories in all, namely,
Concept and Inception
Collaboration and Version Control
Wireframes and Early Design
Prototyping
High Fidelity Design
Presentation and Documentation
Concept and Inception
Whimsical Whimsical is a flow-chart design tool. It is easy to use. You have smart designs and shortcut keys. Dribbble Dribbble can be used for your quick discovery of ideas. You can discover simple visual inspiration rather than system or product ideas. You have a well-curated community in Dribbble. Muzli The Muzli chrome app is a valuable tool. Muzli gives you Weekly Inspiration articles and UX interaction roundups. You can get interesting and diverse range of designs from these articles. Therefore, it will help you to discover something new always.
Collaboration and Version Control
Zeplin Zeplin aids you in sharing your work. It is great collaboration tool. You can add collaborators who will be able to,
view screens
download individual assets
give comments and
feedback on your designs.
Zeplin works good for your team effort. It can generate style-guides. Therefore, collaborators can grab hex values for colors or type styles. With Zeplin you can export designs as code. On the other hand, if you are working with other designers you will require version control. Version control is a concept of maintaining a history of changes to an asset. And for this Trunk would be very useful for you. Trunk Trunk is like Github for you. You can tell trunk which files you would like it to look after and it will monitor those files for any changes. When any changes are made, Trunk maintains a record of what kind of change was made and who made it. In turn, those who make the changes can comment on the update. This will help you to easily collaborate with other designers. The fun part is you can roll back changes. You can also handle conflicting changes in a non-destructive way and view the entire history of the file.
Wireframes & Early Design
Whimsical We are again with Whimsical. But this time we are diving deep into its usages as a new wireframing tool. Whimsical has a built-in library of low-fidelity components, like,
Buttons
Toggles
Checking boxes
Text entry fields
Sliders
Tab bars etc.
By just grabbing a few basic components and piecing them together you will get a rough layout in no time. With Whimsical you can also share your work with others, comment and get quick feed backs. Sketch Sketch is a great prototyping tool. It is specifically made for Mac OS X users. Many compare it with Adobe Illustrator. Sketch is 100% vector-based. Therefore it will never lose quality. Its pixel-snapping and alignment guides makes sure that everything is in the right place. With Sketch you can share with your team members or clients. Sketch can compress your file. This will make sharing with your co-workers or clients easy. Figma Figma has 5 main startling uses. They are,
You can arrange scattered ideas with affinity diagrams
Vote on different concepts in real time
Divide and conquer with a design assembly line.
You can make comics and
Play games
InVision InVison offers powerful prototyping tools. Some of the uses of this tool are,
You can upload design files
Add animations
Add gestures and
Place transitions
Doing all the above will transform your static screen to clickable and interactive prototypes. It can support files in PNG, JPG, GIF, AI and PSD format. Clients can provide feedback in the form of comments on your designs. You can easily update project’s progress through actionable to-do lists.
Prototyping
Atomic With Atomic tool, you can program actual logic into your prototypes. This means your prototype doesn’t just look like an app but acts like your app. You can use the tool for prototyping animations or interactions for mobile or desktop applications. Some of the positives with Atomic tool are,
You can easily share and collect feedback on prototypes within the Atomic interface.
Design in the browser and view on any device.
Its interface is easy to learn
It has extensive controls for creating high fidelity animated prototypes.
It contains fine-grain control for adding interactivity to individual elements.
High-Fidelity Design
Adobe XD In Adobe XD, XD stands for experience design. With this design and development tool, you can design websites, mobile apps and prototype and see your product preview in XD. You can easily control and customize your experience. You can get live feedback to iterate faster and preview on mobile devices. You can also work with third party tools. You can also preview XD tools in Dropbox. This tool eventually helps in your creative design process.
Presentation and Documentation
You have some great idea in your mind and an art work to match. And eventually you want to sell your work. So how do you sell? To get gather enough of hype about your work and sell you can rely on the following tools, Apple’s Keynote(Mac) Keynote is more advanced than Power Point and Google Slides. It gives you a good user experience. It has got great animation tools. You can easily explain your story behind your designs. You can record all the necessary details about your design. Confluence Confluence is an internal wiki with advanced permission features. You can drop in screens and user flows. Your business team can add acceptance criteria. It is a great tool. You can use the page as a resource to understand the logic and intentions of your design. The above list of tools can aid UX designers in various ways including your project management. Some tools have drag and drop facility, clickable prototypes, usability testing, rapid prototype and as testing tools. Moreover, these tools help in various designer prototypes. It will be apt to end this article on a happier note. The role of a Web Designer is very sought after in various software industries and MNCs. Hence the right time is, Now, for you to learn more about UX designer skills. You can also learn UX Design Course in Surat if you are put up in or around the city. Learning UX design systematically from reputed institutions will accelerate your learning curve, make you industry ready and quickly fetch you a job.

How to Create a Productive Work-from-Home Environment
Working from home offers flexibility and comfort, but it can also present challenges when it comes to staying productive. Creating a dedicated and well-organized workspace is crucial for maintaining focus and efficiency. Here are some tips to help you set up a productive work-from-home environment.
Designate a Specific Workspace
Create Boundaries: Choose a specific area in your home to serve as your workspace. This helps create a clear boundary between work and personal life, allowing you to mentally switch into "work mode" when you’re in this space.
Ensure Comfort: Invest in a comfortable chair and desk that support good posture. Ergonomic furniture can reduce physical strain and improve your concentration.
Optimize Your Workspace
Declutter: Keep your workspace tidy and free from distractions. A clean, organized desk can help clear your mind and increase productivity.
Natural Light: If possible, set up your workspace near a window to benefit from natural light. Natural light can boost your mood and energy levels.
Personal Touches: Add personal touches to your workspace, such as plants, photos, or artwork. These elements can make your environment more pleasant and inspiring.
Establish a Routine
Set a Schedule: Maintain a consistent work schedule, including start and end times. A routine helps create structure and signals to your brain when it’s time to work and when it’s time to relax.
Breaks: Schedule regular breaks throughout your day. Short breaks can help you stay focused and prevent burnout. Consider using techniques like the Pomodoro Technique, which involves working for 25 minutes and then taking a 5-minute break.
Minimize Distractions
Limit Distractions: Identify and minimize potential distractions in your workspace. This might involve setting boundaries with family members, turning off notifications, or using noise-cancelling headphones.
Use Productivity Tools: Utilize productivity tools and apps to stay on track. Tools like task managers, time trackers, and focus apps can help you manage your time effectively.
Prioritize Tasks
To-Do List: Start each day by creating a to-do list. Prioritize tasks based on importance and deadlines. Breaking down large projects into smaller, manageable tasks can make them less overwhelming.
Focus on One Task at a Time: Multitasking can reduce efficiency and increase stress. Focus on completing one task at a time before moving on to the next.
Maintain Healthy Habits
Stay Active: Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. Take short walks, stretch, or do quick exercises during breaks to keep your body active and your mind alert.
Healthy Eating: Keep healthy snacks and meals on hand to maintain your energy levels. Avoid excessive caffeine and sugary snacks, which can lead to energy crashes.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and maintain concentration.
Communicate Effectively
Set Boundaries: Communicate your work hours and boundaries to family or housemates to minimize interruptions.
Stay Connected: Regularly check in with colleagues and supervisors. Effective communication can help you stay aligned with team goals and reduce feelings of isolation.
Evaluate and Adjust
Reflect on Productivity: Periodically assess your productivity and workspace setup. Identify what’s working well and what needs improvement.
Be Flexible: Be willing to make changes to your routine and workspace as needed. Flexibility can help you adapt to new challenges and maintain productivity over time.
Conclusion
Creating a productive work-from-home environment requires intentional setup and consistent habits. By designating a specific workspace, minimizing distractions, and maintaining healthy routines, you can enhance your focus and efficiency. What strategies have you found helpful for working from home? Share your tips and experiences in the comments!

My BTS Experience, Pt. 2
2-part series
The final straw that overcame my BTS reluctance was the category that most interests me in movies, books, TV shows, or life - relationships. My sister had mentioned the members were exceptionally close, but I hadn’t really seen much up to that point that struck me in any particular way.
Up to this time, my sister and I had been watching BTS performances for a good while whenever we visited. One day she played the song Yet To Come, and I told her that it sounded like a good-bye song. I asked if they were taking a break or stopping their act any time soon. She didn’t think so and was rather adamant about denying the possibility. Soon after she pulled up the Festa 2022 dinner that had just occurred. (Yes, that one.😔) I had never seen a Festa event, so I watched with curiosity. My sister had to leave part way through, but I was very intrigued and invested in what I had seen up to that point. Not only did it seem I was right about the break, but the emotions and interactions displayed during the dinner were genuine and visceral. This dinner inspired me, for the first time, to pull up BTS content on my own, where I watched, then rewatched, the Festa dinner.  I then went down the infamous BTS rabbit hole.
In the rabbit hole, I discovered more about each of the 7 very interesting and talented young men.  They each bring unique personalities and skills to the group, both which work together to create great performances and music. In addition to being known for their successful musical products, another of the group’s greatest attractions is the relationships they have with one another. Each pairing displays different dynamics based on their varying characteristics, but as a whole, the synergy and camaraderie observed is heartwarming and inviting. They’ve been through a lot together. They have identified strengths and weaknesses over time and determined how to best operate as a team.  They created relationships that they describe as more than friends, but as family. We got to watch much of the development occur in real time by way of the amount of footage but also by the types of programs they chose to create (such as In The Soop, Bon Voyage, Run BTS, etc.)
Because of the quarantine, the overall pandemic, and my specific circumstances, I had time to catch up on a lot of BTS’s history and achievements in quick fashion. I became more and more impressed with their journey and their accomplishments. I also got to know each member better and became more aware of the relationships within the group. Although I haven’t been a fan for long, it sometimes seems like I have done more research and connecting of information than some people who have been in the fandom longer - based on many anon comments I read. With that said, I realize I do not know everything and still have a lot to learn. I also know that some thoughts I have now may change as I learn more information.
One reason I feel in tune with BTS’s journey is I tend to look at original footage and Lives as well as read articles and interviews in which the guys participated. I try to get more of my information from what BTS says and does rather than from 2nd hand sources (although I still have to rely on translations). Another reason I feel very entrenched is that I went back to the start of their career and investigated their journey to understand the context of the information I was seeing. I’m still researching and viewing new (to me) older content to this day. The hiatus for their military service has provided me more time to catch up before this journey continues forward after the guys return.
Probably the greatest reason I feel like I have been around longer than I have is because Big Hits documented and showed so much of their thoughts and experiences. I don’t recall ever seeing a group talk to and engage with fans, or reveal so much information as it was happening as this group has. BTS exposed their excitement, happiness, sadness, struggles, successes, celebrations, and frustrations to the public. Anyone who cares to know and understand them can explore the journey at any time, straight from their own words and experiences. In my shortish time I have read their book, watched several documentaries, watched & read interviews, watched Lives, performances, concerts, etc. etc. etc. (Their journey has been such a rollercoaster ride that sometimes I’m glad I wasn’t there to survive through those turbulent, earlier years. However, it definitely still seems a bit hectic to me now.)
Final thoughts:   I am a Jimin bias, OT7 Lover, and JiKook observer. (OT7 = One True 7, 7=1; JiKook = Jimin and Jung Kook pairing) Everything my sister told me about BTS turned out to be true. One thing I learned by watching more non-performance BTS content is that the guys sincerely care about each other and are naturally very affectionate toward each other. They sometimes do mild ‘skinship’ for the fun of performances but mostly they are close anyway. Jimin has remarked, in essence, that he doesn’t like being fake and his interactions with others are genuine, and basically he would do the same affectionate actions with or without the cameras being there. I believe that is mostly true with BTS as a whole. They interact or don’t interact affectionately of their own moods or wills.  Due to the fact that BTS was originally ostracized from the KPop community, BTS ended up breaking away from many of the cringy, expected behaviors that other groups did & still do. I am so happy about that because some of the early stuff is hard to watch from before the change was made.
Since I have been investigating BTS, I have seen many people say that when they first got into the fandom they were flooded with TaeKook material due to algorithms. (TaeKook = Taehyung and Jung Kook pairing) Somehow - perhaps because I came in from solely the music direction first - I missed that experience. My sister never mentioned specific friendships or pairings. She only said they were all very close, which is genuinely true. I wasn’t looking for anything to show itself. It didn’t even cross my mind to think about it.
As I began watching original footage that was not performances, Jimin and Jung Kook’s interactions stood out to me. By the time I saw TaeKook material, I already knew what was and what was not accurate compared to what I had seen or did not see in the original material. There was nothing that convinced me Taehyung and Jung Kook were anything other than close BTS members. I’m still stunned about how some undeniable events have been discarded with ridiculous explanations or about the efforts some go through to lie about what actually occurred. Even if we (me & anyone else) don’t reach the same conclusions, we should at least be able to agree on what we actually see within a whole event, without adding or erasing pieces and parts.  Step one.
In regard to the whole group, there have been questionable interactions I recall about almost every pair in BTS, sometimes due to cultural differences, sometimes due to playfulness or whatever.  However, Jimin and Jung Kook were always different, very different, so I began observing them more closely and continue to do so to this day. Joint military enlistment? Who’d have thought? They still fascinate me.
I don’t declare to know for sure the extent of any BTS relationship, and I try not to define them until I hear it directly from the guys themselves. Based on what they have said and what I have seen, I do have my own thoughts and opinions about what I think is happening. We should remember that this is still the entertainment business, but it is also their real lives, and we only know as much as we can know and see as much as they allow us to see, but I’m certainly intrigued. Could my opinions be wrong? Absolutely. And I’d be okay with that - although I would really hope for some direct information to explain how I could have so badly misunderstood what I’ve observed.
By the way, my sister does not subscribe to any TaeKook or JiKook theories or theories about any other pairing at all. To her, it is impossible for there to be any conclusion other than the one she’s reached. She excitedly talks about how she can’t wait to see them find nice girls and settle down. They are all very close friends and brothers. She doesn’t talk negatively about any of the guys at all. Despite the fact that she is a Jung Kook bias and denies any specific JiKook bond, she loves Jimin and compliments his talent & celebrates his achievements as she does with all of the guys. She just refuses to acknowledge or discuss any interaction JM & JK have together that presents any intimacy that can be seen in footage, platonic or not. Before we got to our more peaceful place, we had frustrating conversations. To prevent further angry conflict, we ended up agreeing to disagree and let it go as a topic we could discuss together. However, we can still have enjoyable conversations about BTS as a whole, as individual artists, and about their music.
On the other side of my BTS world, I have another sister who is V-biased [We’re all maknae-biased.😊] and is a mild TaeKooker (no hating or posting). She is a person who likes to get much of her information from snips and clips, so she tends to believe some of the distorted or misleading things shown from that side. When I’d tried to show her the fuller context of some events from original content, she declined to hear or watch any of it, falling back on some commonly-heard excuses.  Still, she and I can also have pleasant conversations about the group in the same way. We also agreed to disagree and to leave that conversation off the table.  However, she has recently said she now sees that JK & JM are very close. Progress? 🤔  Step one at least.
The lack of ability to have these conversations with my sisters explains a big reason for how I ended up finding Tumblr.
So finally, the BTS fandom … Yes, that has been a surprise.  For the group who drew me in with their positive, inclusive message and encouraging, thoughtful lyrics, the fandom is somewhat disappointing. At least a loud, vicious part of it is. I don’t think it is the whole fandom, of course, and I don’t think it’s BTS’s fault. Their whole experience has been extreme, exhausting, new, and fast. They had little time to rest and figure out what was going on in their own careers and lives and even less time to manage the behavior and psyches of a quickly growing fandom.
I do wish BTS did, or would now, address some of the issues within the fandom, but they may need or have needed time to figure out what and how to do that. Hopefully, the fandom will self-correct, and free them from having to wield a corrective sword, but that seems unlikely.  It would be a shame if their tireless efforts were destroyed by the very fandom that they worked so hard to gather and connect with. I apologize because I can’t remember who said this, but I remember reading a commenter who said something like, “Let’s hope that BTS is not destroyed by Hybe and the government from the outside or by the fandom from the inside.”  For shame.
Anyway, that’s my story. I enjoy reading people’s introduction and bias selection stories, so I figured I’d share my own.  I still have much to learn and my present thoughts are based on my knowledge and understanding up to this point. I still have pockets of content to view in completion, which I hope to get to during this year, like more In The Soop and Bon Voyage type things. My views are subject to change as I learn more information. I am just as intrigued, if not more, as I was after viewing that Festa 2022 dinner. I feel there are more interesting events and stories to come for these 7 fascinating men.  (Oh, and by the way, my sister was right, I now know that Jimin is, in fact, a giggle box. And I love it.🤭)

Conceptualization of Analog Horror Films
Truly, the amalgamation of diverse interests and perspectives has the potential to give rise to powerful mediums that can effectively convey social commentary and foster thoughtful discussions. The collective thoughts and power of any production team with a common interest is a force to be reckoned with. I’m grateful for my group as we have cohesively combined our different perspectives and talents to the table, forming a creative synergy that leads to our conceptualization of producing narrative through analog horror films.
At first glance, I know we have a message to tell, but exploring such a genre of analog films is a challenge. Fortunately, with our first proposal presentation with Prof. Lloren, he enlightened us and gave us critical comments that benefit the progress of our works, such as a compilation of images, videos, and potential inspirations that may provide us with a bigger picture of what we are working on. Given that each group member has a significant topic, we have curated analog horror films through a web series, which underscores a significant influence on our Filipino identity. This common purpose is the driving force behind creating a medium to initiate dialogue and make a profound impact.
Our narrative revolves around a young Filipino who is about to register for a Government-issued Identification Card. He logs on to a website to go through the registration process but is soon interrupted by an online bug, prompting him to click and be redirected to a subsite. Here, he is presented with three Public Service Announcement (PSA) videos that brief him on the pertinent information needed before proceeding—each revolving around different aspects of being Filipino.
Tumblr media
We have categorized our series, "Becoming Filipino," into three episodes. The first is PSA 1: Me and You, which delves into the scientific side of storytelling, emphasizing informative insights about community building and socio-economic dynamics in the Philippines. It explores traditional gender roles and the social class structure in the country, encouraging viewers to recognize the significance of upholding conventional gender norms and examining prevailing social characteristics in Philippine society. The first video uses sensory elements and a focused approach to expand viewers' horizons, making societal awareness more tangible and sparking curiosity as subsequent PSAs unfold.
Tumblr media
Following the pilot episode is the PSA 2, entitled Behind the Smile (is the Struggle), which employs sensory experiences to depict the lives of various sectors. It starts with a cheerful introduction of the working class and peasants, but their smiles turn into distressing expressions. The video then illustrates the Filipino struggle, highlighting issues like soaring commodity prices and limited access to social services in rural and urban poor areas. The initial worker and farmer are now shown trapped in oppressive circumstances, with the worker enduring harsh labor conditions as a temporary employee and the farmer lacking land ownership. The PSA swiftly transitions to the next segment.
Tumblr media
Lastly, the series's third video, Why are you Filipino?, allows viewers to revisit the images and texts from previous PSAs, encouraging them to reflect on the harsh realities of life in the Philippines and confront existential concerns. As the audience's senses are heightened, they gain a deeper understanding of societal issues, and their Filipino identity becomes more palpable. This last PSA involves the viewer providing biometric information for their official government record and National ID. However, it takes a twist by presenting various individuals, including criminals and activists, asking, "Is this you?" This challenges the viewer's sense of identity and concludes with a National ID displaying a blank face.
Tumblr media
The heart of these collective endeavors is social commentary. The unique medium becomes a canvas for articulating opinions, shedding light on pressing issues, and challenging established norms. It provides a platform for creators to express their concerns, criticisms, and aspirations in a compelling and accessible manner. This stress on social commentary ensures that the medium serves a dual purpose - a means of creative expression and a catalyst for dialogue. Ergo, the power of collective consolidation is not limited to the creation of the medium itself; it extends to the reception and engagement of the audience.

Hello that Jaechan delivers alone - Naver Vibe Interview
Tumblr media
DKZ member Jaechan is making his solo debut. Capturing Jaechan as he truly is may be more challenging than one might think, but Jaechan has actually emptied his heart. Just as he has been versatile in music production within the team, the album he created is filled with all the things he wanted to do.
Q. The title track "Hello" is a synth-pop song that combines sophistication with brightness and a solid aspect. Do you usually like this style of music, and does this song represent Jaechan's artistic direction well?
It was a challenging song for me as it was my first attempt, but I wanted to create a song that incorporates performance. I put a lot of thought into it and tried to incorporate my own style during the process.
Q. In this album, You took on the role of producing for all the tracks, going beyond the lyrics and composition of DKZ albums. Producing is another area, and what were some of the things you felt when you tried your hand at it?
I think I had a lot of concerns about setting the overall concept for the album and deciding which songs to present that many people would like. While writing songs, I found myself thinking more deeply about myself and became better able to understand the emotions of various people.
Q. You seemed to have focused quite a bit on the part that says "나답게" (which means "being true to myself"). If you were to describe the keywords of the music in this album as what Jaechan does best and what is most Jaechan-like, what would they be?
In the early stages of album production, I had a lot of concerns about what I could showcase and what I do best. However, the more I pondered on these questions, the more challenging they seemed to become. So, I decided to clear my mind and just focus on the album production, thinking that what I do is my style.
Q. Were there any aspects of filling an album and stage entirely on your own without DKZ members that felt unfamiliar or challenging?
Performing alone and designing the stage was not an easy task, but I found it rewarding because I could adequately incorporate my own thoughts into the overall performance and direction of the songs.
Q. Jaechan is the first member in the team to release a solo album. Starting as the first member must leave a special impression, right?
There was a lot of pressure and concerns, but it seems like the excitement outweighed them. I'm constantly making efforts to show a more improved version of myself!
Q. You worked on all five songs, not just the title track. Since you were involved in every song, there must be a special attachment to each of them. Could you introduce the different aspects of the songs on the album?
'Oh Girl' came to me with the phrase "I'll be your armor," so I started working on unrequited love, trying to capture the heart of someone who has a crush on someone.
'어쩜 (MAYB)' was inspired by the phrases "어쩜 이리 멋져" and "어쩜 이리 예뻐," which are often used among lovers. So, the word "어쩜" (MAYB) came to mind, and I ended up creating this lovely song from there.
'Replay' is a song that conveys the meaning of going back to that person in the end, even after a breakup.
'시간 (Time)' is a song that addresses the bitterness towards the passing of time and the pragmatic acceptance of an inevitable reality.
It sounds like each song on the album has its unique story and emotions.
Q. Since you filled the entire album with what is truly Jaechan-like, I imagine you've put your real thoughts and what you want to convey into the songs. What is your songwriting process like? Are you combining spontaneously occurring ideas, or do you draw from your experiences?
It seems like there weren't any spontaneously occurring parts. When I first listened to the tracks, I tried to establish the direction and put a lot of effort into creating lyrics and melodies that fit that direction. So, I watched a lot of videos and read many comments to capture the right atmosphere.
Q. This album seems to be a milestone of a new beginning for Jaechan himself. What do you hope for the future of Jaechan as a musician, and what path would you like to pursue?
I believe it's impossible to cater to everyone's musical preferences. I hope to become an artist who works harder with the expectation that more people will enjoy my music as I continue to create the music I love and that represents my style!
