"Sing unto the LORD"

I love to sing, kahit madalas hindi maganda ang tonong kinalalabasan at nawawala sa tono. When I was a teenager before I became a Christian, I fancy people with lovely and beautiful voices. Napakasarap pakinggan, relaxing to the ears and you may never want to stop listening to it. Nakakatuwang isipin na pangarap ko noon yon: TO SING AND BE ADMIRED. But after hearing from someone that my voice was not good and I got compared to somebody who has a great voice, I felt very shameful. Nahiya na ko and I lost hope. Nakakalungkot talaga yun. Imagine, the thing that you WANTED so bad was not for you.

That was until God called me to sing for HIM. Everything else changed. Yung puso na dating gustong magpasikat, turned out as a person with a heart that longs to praise Him and bring glory to His precious name. Comparing myself to the best singers of today, wala talaga akong kalalagyan. Pero, I don't care, as long as God wants me to sing for Him, I WILL. Hindi dahil passion ko ang pagkanta but because MY PASSION IS HIM.

Today, I want to be the best. I long to improve my way of singing at pagandahin pa yung boses ko. I want to see HIM smiling when I sing. I will offer God the best that could give. It is the greatest privelege to serve the King of kings and the LORD of lords. Wala ng hahanapin pa kung totohanan kang naglilingkod sa Kanya.

My greatest dream and fulfillment is to be able to write a song (my best song) that I will sing for my God face to face.

This is love.

This is my life. :D

PAG-IBIG

How can you express your love for someone? How can you make HIM feel that you love him terribly far more than you love yourself? Ang mas mahirap pang sitwasyon ay ang katotohanang tao ka lang at Diyos Siya. Paano mo maipaparamdam ang kabuuan ng pag-ibig mo?

A lot of questions in my mind na napakahirap sagutin. This song really touched my heart, para bang itong awitin na ito ang sigaw ng puso ko:

Say the word and I will sing for You

Over oceans deep, I will follow

If each star was a song

And every breath of wind, praise

It would still fail by far to say 

All my heart contains

I simply live, I simply live for You

Whatever I say, whatever I do, whatever I sing,  it will all fail to say all my heart contains. Dahil ang totoo, kung bubuksan ang puso ko, uhaw sa KANYA. Nang mas marami at mas higit pang pagkakakilanlan sa KANYA at sa ikanyang pag-ibig. Iyan ang gusto kong gawin sa buong buhay ko, na sa pamamagitan ng lahat-lahat ng meron ako ay maiparamdam ko sa KANYA na mahal na mahal ko SIYA, higit kaninuman sa mundo.

Ang tunay na pag-ibig ay nagsasakripisyo, handang masaktan, at handang magpabago upang maging higit na katanggap-tanggap ang pag-ibig mo para sa KANYA. Dahil hindi lang naman katulad ng ordinaryong pag-ibig si HESUS. Higit sa kayang damdamin ng puso ko at kayang isipin ng isip ko, ganyan ang pag-ibig NIYA.

Paano ko maipapadama ang tunay na pag-ibig ko sa KANYA? Sapat ba ang pagsunod? Ang paglilingkod? Ang pag-awit? Ang pag-iyak?

Nasaan ang pag-ibig ko kumpara sa pag-ibig NIYA, napakadakila, napakawagas.

Ngunit gaano man kalayo ang agwat NAMIN mula sa isa't-isa, gagawin ko pa rin ang lahat, lahat-lahat ng buong lakas na paglilingkod, pagsunod, pag-awit, pagmamahal, pagpapasaya sa KANYA kahit ang kahulugan nito ay ang BUHAY KO.

I LOVE YOU LORD,

with all my heart, all my soul, and all my mind.
