he shrugs. eyes move forward to the back of the seat in front of him. neatly parted black hair sits atop his head, sharp features on display from the side, and you have to admit that he is quite handsome despite his strangeness.

Established relationship with Johnny, but with a plot twist.

The reader randomly bumped into Johnny one day as they were leaving work. What followed was an incredible, passionate love story that the reader thought to be endless.

But not all good things are meant to be.

Because the plot twist is: this is also a hitman!au, where Johnny works for someone with wealth, and enemies, his role is to take care of said enemies. And unfortunately the reader was one of them. Well, not exactly the reader, but someone close to them, and how to hurt someone without actually hurting them? Attack the person they love the most, right? 

So as for the link to the title, I can see the scene pretty clearly.

Imagine Johnny, cornering the reader into an alleyway, the barrel of his gun against the reader’s heart, he is shaking, he is not sure he should do that, because yes, while trying to get the reader to open more to him, to break them more easily, he got attached, because he is only human after all.

“Do you remember this alleyway, John?” the reader would whisper, ready to die, you know, they are not stupid, they understood it quite a while ago. “This is where we found buttercup, our cat/dog, this is where we had our first kiss, where we met.”

Even if the reader is meant to die by Johnny’s gun, they would feel relieved to do so in a place where they shared so many good memories.

The idea came right away, but I’m not good at actually putting it into words, I’m so sorry, that’s a mess!
