A year. It’s been a whole year since you started dating Quinn. You couldn’t believe how fast time flies. One invitation turned into a relationship where you felt loved and learnt a lot about yourself and life. It was almost like a dream. You were radiating with happiness and was grateful for having him in your life. You couldn’t believe how lucky you are. 

Quinn felt the same towards you. Thanks to you, he was smiling more and didn’t treat everything so seriously. He was enjoying life with you by your side. Something he was scared of at first, turned into the most meaningful relationship of his life and couldn't have been happier for having you. 

This whole relationship looked like it was taken from a romance movie. Everything was perfect. There were times when you two had disagreements but you always have your way to sort things out. Despite being in the public eye, you two couldn’t care less. It was you and Quinn against the world. 

You almost finished your album. You remembered like it was yesterday when you were searching for inspiration and out of nowhere Quinn appeared in your life. Thanks to him, you could write again and do what you love the most and you were thankful for this. You had 11 songs finished but you needed the final one to sum up this whole project. You didn’t want to rush things until you found out that you were pregnant. 

When the pregnancy test showed two lines you were scared. You felt like everything was happening too fast but at the same time you were the happiest person in the whole world. You didn’t tell this to Quinn because you wanted to make it special. That’s how you came up with the last song. In your mind, it was a perfect summary for this whole adventure. 

Whole package, babe, I like the way you fit

Quinn had everything. He was athletic, had a beautiful face and incredible personality. You loved waking up before him and just admiring his beauty. In summer when you two were visiting his lake house you enjoyed seeing him only in his swim shorts. You could watch his muscular arms and chest. He was a hardworking guy who had jokes. A lot of times he was awkward but you loved this about him. For you, he was a perfect man.

Quinn loved you right. He loved you with everything in him and was willing to share this with the whole world. He never felt such an overwhelming feeling of love like with you. You were ready to make him a father. Not because you were already pregnant but because you saw him with kids. He was always charming with them and you knew he would be a perfect parent. Couple times you two were talking about it and you knew that he wanted a huge family just like you and you were more than ready to give it to him.

Quinn adored you. He was always in awe of you like he couldn’t believe that you’re his. He was always keeping you close to him. His hand was practically glued to your body. He didn’t want to leave your side, he wanted to be sure you’re doing fine. He loved your body and memorised it in his mind. He could always tell the smallest changes in your body. That’s why you wanted to finish this song as fast as you could because he already marked his territory. 

One of me is cute, but two though? 

Quinn’ favorite word to describe you was cute. He found you cute because of the way your nose was frowning. He was always telling you that your kids are gonna be as cute as you are. You always laughed it off but since you were pregnant you were thinking about these words again. You were wondering what gender this kid will be. You knew it’s not important and the only thing that counts is to have a healthy kid but you couldn’t help it. 

The next week you were trying to avoid Quinn so he wouldn’t realise something changed in you. It was tough but you really wanted to finish this song before you tell him the news. When you finally got the final version, you ran home to show it to him. You didn’t know how he would react but you felt that he’s gonna be happy. 

“I have the news” You said when you closed the door. Quinn looked at you and you continued. “Sit on the couch, I need to show you the last song of the album” Quinn listened to you but he was confused. 

You played him the song and smiled widely. You were proud of this song but you weren’t sure if Quinn would connect the dots. It wasn't a direct announcement but you hoped he’ll figure it out. When the song finished you looked at him. 

“What do you think?” You asked him, still smiling. 

“It’s great but what’s the news?” Quinn was lost. 

“I’m pregnant. I wrote this song when I found out about it” You said and you could see a spark in Quinn’ eyes. 

“Are you for real?” You nodded your head proudly. Quinn lifted you up and hugged you tightly. “It’s amazing. I’m out of words” He kissed your lips. 

“I can’t wait for this new adventure with you. I love you so much” You looked him into the eyes. 

“I love you too. You’re the best thing that happened to me” Quinn placed another kiss on your lips. 

When you were six months pregnant, you released your second album. You had a little party for your friends to show them the finished project. They loved all the songs and you could see Quinn smiling proudly all the time. He already heard those songs but still he was in awe of how talented you are. You grabbed a fork and hit the glass a couple times to get the attention of people. 

“Thank you so much for showing up today. I wanted to say a couple things. I had prepared a speech but I prefer to say it straight from my heart” 

You looked at your manager. “Thank you for being so patient with me. I know that we had different plans after the first album but I’m happy that you agreed to take it slow. If not you, I would never do this” He smiled at you and raised a glass. 

Next, you looked at your friends. “Thank you for being supportive. I know it wasn’t the easiest task when I was struggling and complained every single day about having lack of motivation or inspiration. I love you guys” Your friends cheered loudly. 

Later, you looked at your parents. “Thank you for everything. Thank you for letting me chase my dreams. Thanks to you I’m right here. I love you so much” Your parents smiled at you with pride written on their face.

At the end, you looked at Quinn. “Meeting you was the greatest moment of my life. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for having you in my life. It’s your album as much as mine. Thank you for teaching me what it means to be in love. Thank you for letting me into your world. I love you so much and I can’t wait to start a new chapter with you and our little kid. I love you Quinn, thank you for being my muse” Quinn’ cheeks blushed at your words. He came closer to you and kissed your lips. 

Everything between you and Quinn was perfect. The news about your pregnancy was a perfect summary of your whole relationship. You wouldn’t change a single thing.

Man he’s so fun to draw. I’m excited to get started on the Investigations remaster! It’ll be my first time playing those games. Looking forwards to seeing Gumshoe and Franziska again, since I’ve gotten through Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice, which I enjoyed thoroughly but there was a severe lack of those two.
