Jaskier is a succubus/incubus (Cause some sources say it's based on the entity's gender, and some say the name is based on the gender of the people they have sex with, so if he's a succubus or if he's an incubus is up to you, darling <3) Jaskier hasn't told Geralt of this, of course. He'd rather not add another thing to Geralt's seemingly endless list of things he hates about Jaskier. Jaskier jumps from bed to bed in towns, because he physically feeds on the passion of his little midnight trysts he has with lonely unsatisfied women in town. He'd go for men too, but doesn't need more mobs chasing him out of town and annoying Geralt. Geralt finally snaps at him one night, fed up with getting chased out of three fucking towns in a row. And the worst part isn't even the fact they keep getting thrown out. It's when Jaskier comes to him, ruffled, kiss-bruised, and reeking of sex he had with someone else. Jaskier, scared of Geralt leaving him behind, promises that he'll volunteer to have a dry-spell. No more cuckolding husbands for Jaskier, no sirree! However, being a succubus/incubus means that the longer he goes without some passion, the more weak he gets, and he starts to fall ill. Geralt grows increasingly worried. One night at camp, Geralt kisses Jaskier's forehead when Jaskier is asleep and he watches as color visibly returns to Jaskier's face, and Geralt's medallion hums. Geralt is now suspicious Jaskier has been cursed. Jaskier returns to looking peaky by the next morning. That is, until Geralt drags him into a hug on a hunch, and sure enough, Jaskier looks better. The more romantic the gesture, the more it seems to help Jaskier. Jaskier finally confesses what he is, bawling and sure that Geralt will banish him at the least and kill him at the most. Geralt is horrified, and hugs his friend close, promising he'd never do either. (BECAUSE THE MOUNTAIN BREAKUP SHOULD'VE NEVER LEFT THE WRITING ROOM) Geralt offers to have sex, wanting Jaskier to be healthy again, but Jaskier doesn't want the only time he gets to sleep with the love of his life to be when Geralt doesn't even love him back. He says as such, and Geralt stumbles his way through confessing that Jaskier's feelings are requited, and Geralt loves him too.

I've read a to of pics where Tim is secretly a dragon, or a demon, or something and sometimes hides his species status.

From this idea, I propose to you: Human!Tim while the rest of the vigilantes are all non-human, even Bruce.

All the research Tim would have to do on different demonic/magical/etc species to pick one and to be able to pass off as one to others who actually are in a position to be able to tell.

What kind of creature could he hides himself as? How could he pull it off?

Does he befriend magic users who help him hide the fact he is purely human from the other's super senses? Does befriend an alien or a creature of the type he choses to impersonate or a similar species who helps him? Does he find grimors and use them in order to make his play believable?

Inhumans x Divinity x Don't fear the Reaper x Haunted Au:

While performing his duties as a god of death, Izuku came across a group of ghosts who managed to gain a new purpose after dying. Given how rare this is, Izuku decided to ask them what it could be. After assuring them he won't force them to move on before they're ready, Izuku is introduced to the baby.

The baby is a clearly traumatized 5 year old who carries far to strong a presence of death for someone still alive.

I keep thinking of dungeon monster AU, except the MC is an orphaned child with Grim as their "familiar" and the Twst cast are all some flavor of monster. The MC joins a group of people exploring the dungeons in hopes of earning enough money to put food in their and Grim's belly. They end up getting separated/lost/abandoned and whichever floor/level of the dungeon they are on, is which group of monsters they meet. 1st floor Heartslabyul, 2nd floor Savannaclaw, etc....

Tiny human child MC ends up on friendly terms with whichever group they meet until they end up bonding into a found family situation.

Some ideas floating around in my head.

Riddle is a plant based monster. Something like the Flora beasts from Disgaea. The entire dungeon floor is a rose labyrinth that are all connected by the same root system with Riddle being the source. Riddle root network allows him to keep eyes on all parts of his dungeon floor. You may also notice an odd assortment of creatures here, perhaps you could explore here, if you follow the rules that is.

Leona would be something like a manticore or a sphinx. He's massive and powerful, but he also likes a challenge. Whether it be hunting or through strategy. Perhaps he'll let you live if you can prove your wits? His floor is home to many beast type monsters with a hierarchy. Those who refuse to respect the pecking order will end up banished or killed. Survival of the fittest.

Azul would be on a much more massive scale(on kraken scale). A fully grown adult could easily be crushed in his palm or tentacles. His floor is a labyrinth of underwater tunnels, which means the majority of monsters on the floor are either fully or partially aquatic. It's incredibly hard to fully map out this floor. Only the bravest(or stupidest) explorers dare to make deals with him, often falling fate to his terms or the ravenous jaws of his subordinates. Hope you have something good to offer.

Kalim would be some kind of Naga. His species is the kind who live in a type of colony(have you ever seen a nest of garter snakes? kind of like that). Family units often living in multiple generation communities. While Kalim is warm and kind, Jamil however will not hesitate to dispose of a threat to the colony.

Vil is a type of Siren(the flying kind) his alluring face and abilities are a deadly combination that can leave even the strongest to ruin. Even one of his feathers could net you a profit. Not that anybody has ever managed to succeed in taking one, especially with the keen eye of Rook watching. Nobody knows when he first partnered with the harpy, and has yet to find out which of the two is the more dangerous.

Idia would be a drider(I saw this one from another Tumblr and I love it.) his floor is covered in a network of web traps. Idia isn't fond of dealing with others, especially explorers(too much energy). He uses his traps to loot the explorers of their gear. His species is often solitary, but it's not unusual for a drider to adopt a smaller creature as a type of companion(or to guard their nests) Idia used his abilities and the enchanted armor and weapons he's looted to build an army of Ortho golems. You may find a palm sized Ortho cleaning up somewhere in the dungeon while the primary Ortho keeps Idia company.

And of course Malleus would be a full on dragon. Nobody's actually made it that far down the dungeon, or if they did they never came back alive. It's been so long that people believe the dragon is a myth. The last time somebody actually made it out alive, they were left broken and babbling about "thousands of beady little red eyes" this floor is home to nocturnal creatures. Perhaps the next person who steps foot can confirm if the dragon still exists?

I like to imagine faerie magic that’s used on humans has similar vibes to the myth of the lotus eaters if that makes any sense. Just a divine sense of sweetness and peace that makes you forget any worries you’ve ever had. In fact, it makes you forget a lot of things. Why go through the trouble of thinking when you don’t need to? You’re at peace now, after all.

This would probably be specifically after giving a faerie your name, not before. They can only really start to affect people based on how much power they hold over them, after all. And if they want to put your mind at rest, there’s no better way to do it. You feel taken care of, safe, and blissful.

Half-Life: The Employer AU

@sepko1 ‘s Gordon Geeman (or Freeman Immortal) has inspired me to revisit my own “Gman Gordon.” Funny enough, I made my Gman Gordon around the same time Sepko’s came about so I’ve had to change a lot to my own cause well.. mine was REAL SIMILAR to their’s lmao! But I feel like mine is more than just a “Gman” if you feel me? Mine is more like “the employer” in my eyes.

I may make a small “Au” or something around him. It would involve Sepko’s Geeman and even a few other people’s “Gman” type characters. Just because well the nature of the characters is based around the idea of multiple “Gmen” type people, being the employees. Each Universe has its own “Gman” that maintains the universe and each individual timeline they contain.

But the Employer. Who is the Employer? The Employer is the one who oversees all Universes, all timelines, all employees. Wouldn’t it be interesting.. if the Employer turned out to be a Gordon Freeman? Possibly even the very first instance of Gordon to exist in the Half-Life Universe. The Gordon from the very first timeline. The one who set the president for all. That would be my “Gman Gordon”

He would wear an edgy version of Gordon’s Black Mesa Uniform. His glasses would be tinted to conceal his eyes. He also has an HEV suit he sometimes wears that is also in more dark edgy colors rather than orange to keep him hidden. He can be seen holding a black mesa brief case (like Gman) but is more commonly seen holding a Black Mesa clipboard with what feels like infinite paper but only appears to have two or three sheets on it at all times.

Depending on what he wants to look at or what he needs the second or next page of the clipboard changes. The first page is always the cover of the Black Mesa employee handbook.

He barely retains any of his original self. He purposefully suppresses his human side to keep himself focused on his job. He still has his own Universe. He no longer maintains it, instead he has left it in the hands of the og Gman who he employed long ago to keep it safe. He occasionally visits it. It serves as a place where he can go to think and feel “at home.” Deep inside he mourns his Universe. Mourns a time when he was still human. Now he knows that all instances of himself and the people he cares for despise him. Even though no one knows he is the “Employer” (except those he has employed) everyone always thinks the ideals of the many Gmen and their employer are working against them since they seem to have done nothing but harm their ways of life, emotions, and morals. Gordon The Employer has to face the fact that everyone he cared for now want him and his plans dead. When all he wishes to do is keep all timelines and Universes flowing. He wants to do what is best for each instance of everyone including himself.

After all if he had never made the choice to pull The Freeman into stasis for 20 years, who would stop the Combine? How would things have played out? Yes the choice to force Alyx into employment is morally wrong, but those are human morals. When it comes to the greater good of the universe and its timelines, human morals do not apply.

Time is not a concept that applies to The Employer. He is everywhere, anywhere, yet no where all at once. He is a singular entity but is sometimes referred to in the plural as “The Employers”

Alternative Universes and timelines of each are constantly appearing, constantly changing, evolving. The Employer must be able to handle the task of assigning each new universe with its own set of boundaries, key events each iteration of the first timeline must follow, and its very own Gman that must abide by these rules and maintain the new Universe accordingly. It is not an easy job, but he has done it since the beginning of time and deep at his core he is still a scientist, and scientists thrive in challenges such as these. And with each Universe came new challenges, new threats to his plans and to the plot each timeline should follow. As time goes on he realizes a pattern all instances of himself, Eli, Alyx, and in some cases Vortiguants have begun to rebel against his employees. A Little deviation from the core plot is not is not a big deal, things can be nudged to fix such things, but too much is seen as a threat and must be dealt with accordingly.

Each “Employee” or “Gman” must stem from somewhere. The Employer originally kept to a strict pattern of using different variations of the same “Gman” across universes. But eventually he saw the potential for employing those he cared for, especially ones from timelines where he saw they had potential. Slowly The Employer began to replace original “Gmen” with the newly trained and employed Employees. All was well, he even spoke with them individually, assisting (as best he could) with their transition from being human to a “Gman” including the emotional and mental strain that can cause. (However with his own emotionless habits it proved to be less than effective or comforting for the others.)

All was well. Until he decided to try and employ.. himself. And thats where Sepko’s Geeman comes in.

At first he does nothing but watch from a far. When the gman set to maintain and train the new Employee turns up missing, and his other Employees’ ties to the Universe are served, he has no choice but to personally intervene. For the first time since the beginning of time he has to step out of the shadows and introduce himself to the rest of the Half-Life Universe. Having no choice but to collaborate with the Alyx and Vortiguants of this Universe in order to come up with a solution. At first it does not go as planned. Everyone in the universe rejects him and attacks him. Never giving him a chance to introduce himself or speak. Simply mistaking him for the rouge employee.. or The Freeman Immortal. Having to actually interact with those he cared about for the first time in… a while.. is challenging. Not just for the obvious reasons but because it touched the side of him he had long since suppressed. The Gordon Freeman part of him.
