🔍Focus on your goal! . . Add ONE product to your daily regimen and watch inches disappear. I've been in these fitness "streets" for a while & have seen A LOT of BS..... I just pulled these shorts on that I bought last summer...holy crap! Wasn't expecting them to be big at all! I am within 2-3 lbs of the weight I was last summer. The difference between now and then? Losing something...

Well today I was weighed at a doctors office just for fun. I was CONFIDENT that I had lost at least 30 pounds since January... especially since my clothes don't fit! Alas... I gained 15 pounds to read the scale at 371.  I'm not sure why....because.... I am LOSING INCHES.

I am going to be CONSISTENT with Skinny Fiber for the next 90 days to see if the scale changes... but here is the thing. Weight change or not... seeing my clothes falling off, wearing clothes that I brought YEARS ago that never fit that are now too big, and having my cravings squashed/energy UP!!!! I will keep taking it and I will be proud of my accomplishments!

It gets frustrating as you as in your weight loss journey to feel like the scale is going to show a great number and then have your dreams crushed.

Ugghhh my scale is getting in my nerves. 218.8, 219.6, 223.4 one right after the other. This scale is only 6 months old, how can be on the fritz already? 😠😠😠😠😠😠 When the scale has you in doubt, pull that goal outfit out! Last time I tried it on, it was ridiculously tight from the upper waist to the knees, now it's only tight in the butt and hip area. #happydance #teamtabgetit #inchesmatter

Did a little thrifting today. Got these brand new with the tags still on them for $3, BUT more importantly, they are a regular size 16. When I started this journey I was wearing an 18/20W (plus size) and was heading into 20/22w. They are tight, but they are on and they are zipped and buttoned. I've been really focused and strict with my food intake the past couple of days. 1 - because I was suffering from extreme bloat and gas from eating all the wrong things for most of the week and 2 - because I want to get out of the 20's and into the teens. I've lost 2.2 lbs since the last time I weighed which was earlier in the week.
