Me watching a Wicked bootleg and remembering the bit where they use Nessa's character to speedrun through every offensive trope and stereotype about disabled people:

#DON'T TAKE THIS AS ME HATING MOVIE KNUCKLES BECAUSE I THINK HE'S CUTE SOMETIMES BUT THERE'S CERTAIN THINGS ABOUT HIM THAT MAKE ME SO ANGRY #and this is from someone who is like... emotionally attached to boom knuckles and who really liked movie knuckles AT FIRST #but I also am kinda blinded by “any knuckles is good enough knuckles to me” because I like him a lot...#I feel like with movie knuckles they have no idea what to do with him #he got his big intro story and now they don't even know what to do #repetitive jokes with the same lines #idk gahhh wish i could better articulate myself #I don't want it to seem like i HATE movie knuckles because I don't!!#but do I think knuckles needs to be more like movie knuckles? some "new" designs for different crassus and pompey, specifically for a side project I've been playing with that's so removed from anything relevant (action/adventure/horror standalone story lmao) that they kind of needed their own thing. this story's pompey has a neck scar from an Incident™, crassus has shorter hair and wears (checks notes) jewelry sometimes.

#graves grime and gore tag #the default designs are still the ''''trikaranos''''' ones because it's nebulously like. eh. grounded enough in rome #this is the dmbj au but it's less dmbj and more like i put on every tomb robber movie on youku and went 'yeah okay'#while i was working. anyway. when i post from that story. i will make it clear that it is a separate contained story doing it's own thing #this version of crassus also more or less has black hair while my main crassus has brown hair #pompey is bottle blond no matter what universe he's in #god what else what else. it's set during their first joint consulship. crassus is more of an outright dick but it's because he's annoyed #that pompey is not getting with the program (you cannot become sulla during peace time!)#and this version of pompey is like a specific imposter syndrome anxiety has been cranked up to eleven and it's made him #overly competitive in stupid ways like the thing you think crassus is doing does not matter to him in the slightest #we gotta establish characterizations right off the bat and we're swinging big because i am NOT setting up anything prior to Events #like (snaps fingers) go explore the ruins consuls! get in the TOMB FELLAS. im fully expecting the show to go the way of the movies. it doesnt help Sea of Monsters is almost unanimously the least favorite book of the first series. People frequently forget it even exists or what happens in it, especially more casual fans.

Heck, just look at how little fanfare the second season has gotten so far as compared to the build up to s1. I wouldn't be surprised if s2 totally flops. It would be a little funny.

I just watched the movie bonds and shino single handedly destroyed like three warships, avenged the attack on Konoha and then he just he just walks out of the water like a goddamn bond girl in an episode of ex on the beach and i was like ???????? well i guess the movie ends here ?????????

after that I didn’t even wanna know what happened to naruto, i just enjoyed me some badass shino and sai, some mild badass shikamaru and some lazyass kakashi that did nothing the whole time, sasuke's and naruto's sexual tension was on the background after that
