first dates aren't always perfect 💐🌺🌸
#kagarts#trainer riley#stat trainer riley#champion lance#lance pokemon#fluffyriceshipping#🐉🍚🌊#ohhh their first date;;;; it’s not perfect or grand but it never has to be <3#riley would constantly be making sure lance isn’t annoyed or bothered by it the whole time. meanwhile lance is just internally :D#years of experience being patient with dragons and kids I think lance would be a lot more relaxed about it#riley arrives late to the date super disheveled bc he had a whole schedule planned in his head and wants to blow up 💥 (its the autism)#I think riley can catch one last kiss on him around the end of the date though. lance adjusting to physical touch/affection Gets to him#he doesn’t want to read Too into his thoughts with aura bc he cares about boundaries but lance’s thoughts were Loud and just as frantic#and in a way it reassures him that his feelings are genuine and validated and most importantly Reciprocated just as much#I think being able to fall in love in your thirties is so swag honestly. I like emphasizing that fact whenever possible#or being able to love as genuinely as a young couple would;;; it gives me a sense of hope that there’s stuff to look forward to :]#i spent SO long on the comic part though. i haven't done actual comicky stuff in forever so i hope this is a sign of improvement#anyways. does anyone want to see their fankid next

Awhile ago I saw a post about a discord server for disabled people to discuss their caretakers, does anyone happen to have that post handy? I should have saved it or reblogged, I really wanted to see if I could join as a caretaker just to get more insight into the patient side of my job, and possibly learn things I could improve upon.
#I'm not trying to boast rn but I am the absolutely most beloved CNA by the residents at my job#I take really good care of my people but I always want to improve and I think there are things my patients aren't telling me#for whatever reason

its like so fucked to me that PCOS is almost always diagnosed in middle aged women bc of fertility issues unless the person in question has a very obvious and severe case or lobbies their doctor at length about it. this would not be so upsetting to me if PCOS didn't massively increase your risk of developing type 2 diabetes in a way that is largely preventable! or if PCOS didn't make it damn near impossible to lose weight, meaning many people have their symptoms dismissed be it for other health problems or PCOS symptoms themselves over something they have next to no control over.
#like its not just infertility insulin resistance fucking sucks#and it can definitely make periods hellishly painful in addition to being irregular#in severe cases (including mine) you can also develop menopausal symptoms or those of early pregnancy#like morning sickness hot flashes constant hunger#dont even get me started on PCOS in trans patients#ive found one. ONE case study on a trans man's PCOS treatment#and instead of answering any of the questions i had the seminar talked abt whether he was put on T too early the entire time#literally did not address the PCOS part a single time#studies are also almost always done on middle aged women bc they're the ones with a diagnosis#meaning if you're a teenager like me the results may not apply to you the same#that's if a study exists at all most of the drugs used for PCOS are for diabetics or menopausal women#and maybe one study of like 40 people exists on how it works for PCOS patients#usually geared towards ensuring regular periods and not what i care about (improved blood panels)#god its just. it fucking sucks having what is treated as like Ugly Fat Woman Disease with the way the medical field is!!#ESPECIALLY as a trans man

scrolling through instagram and it's making me want to die
#i know instagram doesn't represent ppls real lives#but that doesnt change the fact that i don't have many friends who care about me#and almost everyone my year is graduating and celebrating#i am so fucking lonely. i don't think any of my school friends miss me#24 days self-harm free but i might say fuck it and relapse tonight#why though? i guess i just need some way to express how im feeling inside. or maybe it's to punish myself or because im feeling worthless#it's been over a year now since i first reached out to professionals for help for this depressive episode#over a year and im still as lost as ever. i know im doing so much better than i was but i still feel so awful every single day#i feel like i still need to be doing a lot better before i can go back to school#i feel so stuck and hopeless. i know I've made so much progress but i don't feel as if ill be able to make anymore progress#i feel like I've hit a wall and ive tried everything#my therapist told me to just keep eating sleeping and getting movement in everyday and be patient#ive been going on walks every day for like 2 weeks now and i dont feel any difference#seeing my psychiatrist wednesday and im hoping she will have an idea of what to do#i hope it's not just slightly adjusting my meds or even just trying a different antidepressant (not many left i haven't tried)#i also worry that im not bad enough for more intensive treatments like ECT or ketamine#if she tells me that i just need more therapy or another group i might just fucking end it#idk like i kinda feel like im fine and there's nothing wrong with me but at the same time i always am feeling so fucking depressed#i have had so much improvement but honestly part of me wishes i was still actively suicidal#idk what to do

i have huge respect for the hard-working nurses aka the underappreciated pillars of the healthcare industry... they get the most done
#healthcare system is not as productive as it could be in here from my observation. as in more than just a few healthcare workers in a unit#are 'slacking off'/sometimes just sitting still in their room the whole day and pushing that workload to their colleagues. PEOPLE SHOULD GE#PAID. but also if u pay a nurse/technician/anyone for doing nothing when there are patients who don't get enough attention/time/care bc#the lack of personnel.#i mean is there a country that has Thee ideal healthcare system? no. while it's great that we have free healthcare there's always much to#improve in terms of quality. and who am i to talk bs about these things i'm just a sophomore with bad grades

//As is usually the case around this time of the year, I’m terribly busy with studies and it’s been hard for me to do things on the blog in the little spare time I have, I can’t focus very well.
It will pass soon, and hopefully after that I can resume the work of giving this blog a little more life. The itch to write is still there and I can’t wait to be free to scratch it.
#ooc#been taking measures to not feel so overwhelmed by stuff and manage my time better to avoid this situation#but that takes time to take effect and I started mid-semester so here we are- nevertheless things are advancing#I just need to be patient#I also want to have another look at all the different dynamics that have been discussed#been rather quiet with most people save for a few who have gone out of their way to approach me for plotting or simply talking#these things are a two-way street and I aim to improve things on my side#that being said this will also come with cutting some ties where I feel there's just too little chance of any interactions to be done#of course it's one thing if we're both somewhat inactive but there's been a few patterns of my interest not being reciprocated/being ignored#and it's something that's been wearing me down over the years and I don't want that to affect my relationships with those who do care#that being said: communication is key as always and I have plenty to improve on that front myself#so I'll try to check in with some folks and see if we wanna keep things up#and also want to point out that there are some cases where we may not interact much but I still like being mutuals#there's multiple ways to engage with a blog#but yeah all of this likely won't come until late June so. There's ample time to talk or approach both before and during#hope you're having a good time. Take care!

thank you because people are being incredibly stupid on this post & in the replies?? they’re all talking abt how their profession requires a specific duration of annual education but some ppl have clearly not been fulfilling their hours cause how are u going to be a lawyer or teacher annually updating ur education and still not know to verify misinformation before spreading it en masse? how are u going to believe, without any skepticism, that doctors of all professionals aren’t required to update their knowledge or aren’t assessed??
I'm so extremely serious when I say doctors should be put through an extremely extensive reliscensing process every 10 years. Doctors should have their knowledge scrutinized against current medical research and be de-barred at even the tiniest discrepancy. Too many old doctors absolutely refuse to stay up to date on research and dismiss patients because of their personal experiences. Too many people die every year because doctors don't take us seriously and refuse to listen to people who KNOW something is wrong. Too many people are told their problems are nothing and come back in a year or more with serious illnesses and doctors are just like "lol everyone makes mistakes" but doctors mistakes routinely cost people their lives! I'm tired of medical malpractice being swept away under the guise of "mistakes were made."
#also some ppl in the tags r talking abt the working hours and ABSOLUTELY#45 hour work weeks r literally what’s expected but most doctors end up working more than that#cause u can’t just clock out in the middle of providing patient care#if ur conversations in the improvement of healthcare delivery doesn’t include the working conditions of those who provide it#then u will NEVER improve it

Optimizing Financial Management with Chiropractic Billing Services
In the healthcare sector, chiropractic care plays a vital role in managing musculoskeletal conditions, improving mobility, and enhancing patients' overall quality of life. However, managing the financial aspects of a chiropractic practice can be challenging due to the unique nature of treatments, frequent patient visits, and varying insurance policies. This is where medical billing services come into play, ensuring that chiropractic practices can focus on providing care while their financial operations run smoothly. These services streamline the billing process, minimize errors, and enhance reimbursement rates, which ultimately leads to better revenue management for chiropractic practices.
What Are Chiropractic Billing Services?
Chiropractic billing services are specialized financial solutions designed to meet the unique needs of chiropractic practices. These services are a critical component of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, which oversee the entire process of patient billing, from claim submission to final payment. Chiropractic billing services handle everything from insurance verification and coding of chiropractic adjustments to following up on claims and managing denials. Since chiropractic care often involves ongoing treatments and multiple patient visits, these billing services ensure that claims are submitted accurately and promptly, reducing delays and maximizing revenue.
The Importance of Medical Billing and Coding in Chiropractic Care
Accurate medical billing and coding is essential for chiropractic practices to ensure that they are compensated for the services they provide. Chiropractic care involves various treatments, such as spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and other therapeutic services, each of which requires precise coding to avoid errors. Incorrect or incomplete coding can lead to claim denials or underpayments, which can negatively affect a practice’s cash flow. By partnering with experienced billing professionals who specialize in medical billing and coding, chiropractic practices can ensure that their claims are submitted correctly and in compliance with industry standards, leading to improved financial outcomes.
Benefits of Healthcare IT in Chiropractic Billing
In the digital age, Healthcare IT has transformed the way billing services are managed, offering numerous benefits for chiropractic practices. Advanced billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems streamline the billing process by automating tasks such as claim submission, coding, and patient record management. Healthcare IT reduces human error, speeds up payment cycles, and allows for better communication between chiropractic providers and insurance companies. Additionally, real-time tracking and reporting features enable chiropractic practices to monitor the status of claims and payments, ensuring that revenue is managed efficiently. Healthcare IT enhances both the accuracy and efficiency of chiropractic billing, leading to improved practice operations.
Chiropractic Billing Services at Mediclaim Management
Mediclaim Management offers specialized Chiropractic Billing Services designed to meet the needs of chiropractic practices. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges that chiropractors face, their team of billing experts ensures that all aspects of the billing process are handled with precision and care. Mediclaim Management’s Chiropractic Billing Services help providers reduce billing errors, increase claim approval rates, and expedite reimbursements. By partnering with Mediclaim Management, chiropractic practices can focus on delivering high-quality care to their patients while ensuring that their financial operations run smoothly in the background.
With Mediclaim Management’s Chiropractic Billing Services, chiropractic providers can optimize their revenue cycle, reduce financial stress, and ensure that their practice remains financially healthy. This allows chiropractors to focus on what truly matters—improving the health and well-being of their patients.
