We had a fashion montage in Delta Green: Impossible Landscapes as we make our way to the party thrown by the King in Yellow.

Translated the infamous Cassilda's song to Russian while preparing to run Impossible Landscapes. Everyone is welcome to use my translation if you like it.

impossible landscapes continues to haunt me what's the coincidence that Abbie is the name of the artist for this pretty rad piece of art and the nickname of a artist from impossible landscapes. I've seen the yellow sigh and I can't escape it. I'm going insane I'm going insane I'm going insane make a sanity roll I'm going insane I'm going insane I'm going insane I'm going insane

If hasur cultists existed in the modern day they'd say take the yellow pill instead of have you seen the yellow sign send tweet.
"My friend won't shut up about this play and I think his politics are getting weird, he keeps ranting about the 'imperial dynasty of america' or something." "Sounds like he's based and yellow-pilled"

This season of "Get in the Trunk" is so incredible. Joe has done an enormous amount of prep for the players to facilitate the players starting to piece things together, and to remind them of the people and locations they have heard of. He is able to pull information at the drop of a hat, it's incredible.

The Kiss of Madness.
We are at the finale of Delta Green: Impossible Landscapes and what happens in Carcosa, stays in Carcosa.

I’ve been waiting to talk about this season since we recorded it back in January, as I’ve categorized it in my head as the Stages of Grief Season, if those stages typically included a Dante-like trip through Carcosa and an invitation to the masquerade of the King in Yellow, hand in hand the whole way with the same friends you were actually mourning.
We started the podcast playing a trio of friends, and after two stories together, my character lost those two best friends in an adventure she wasn’t even a part of. In the very next chapter, she lost two other friends. Then suddenly, she has a chance to chase after closure, even if it’s in the worst place imaginable.
This is also the season we recorded when I was in my second go-round with Covid. It brought all the emotions right to the front, but I did also make the GM and other players swear that if I wasn’t actually playing up to snuff, they’d tell me and we’d reschedule.
But we made it through, mixing The Yellow King RPG with Delta Green’s Impossible Landscapes into a season of actual play I’m proud of. It’s weird to try to talk it up when more than any other season, it builds on what came before and wouldn’t stand alone as well as any of our other seasons. That said, it’s not every day you get to walk with dead friends into the heart of Carcosa, so there’s that much going for us.
Trailer is out today on Apple and Spotify.

Have you read/played Delta Green’s Impossible Landscapes, and, if you have, thoughts on it? It’s my favorite piece of weird fiction of the past few years.
Not only have I read it, I've run it to completion, and am working towards a second run starting next month! Doing a full re-read of the book ATM, just started A Volume of Secret Faces again.
It's one of if not my favorite campaigns for any game I've ever read. It's an immediate classic, up there and maybe even surpassing Masks of Nyarlathotep. I'm reading it for the third time and am still finding new connections and details that I never noticed the first two times.
It's not perfect, because nothing is, but it's damn near close.
