After one million attempts from Elliot to sober them up that Theo refused an after ranting into their phone in the most chaotic conversation they ever had, Theo came back determined to convince Imogen to stay with them, however that looked like, wherever that was, they wanted to be a part of it.

In their arms, Theo carried a shit ton of baby things they 'borrowed' from Elliot and Sawyer, stumbling through the living room as they watched Imogen. "Please don't leave me." Were the first words they uttered after Elliot closed the door behind himself and left. "Look. I've got- got a bottle and nappies for the baby and pacifiers. And... we can- I'll move to London with you and I'll co-parent with fuckface." Theo shook their head. "Jack- I'll co-parent with- with Jack. But I can, I can do this. I'm ready to do this with you, however that looks like Immy, please just don't leave me." In their state, they never considered any other option than this baby being Imogen's ex fiancé and that she was keeping it with hi, hence leaving them. When she broke the news earlier and how she broke them made them think this was the news, bad news and they've been drinking about it since. Their drunk logic made them think that showing up with baby things were proof that they were capable of raising a baby with her which- made no real sense except, Theo didn't know that yet.

Limbo's younger brother hesitated, growing even more irate. "No. I'm not going to let you continue to drag our name through the dirt. You know how hard you make it for us?"

The cyborg turned the volume up on his car's bluetooth stereo, the drone of its engine drowning out Walter Limbo's ranting. "Dude, who's even left? It's you and-"

"Excuse me, excuse me," the detective spat, "Sarah is has a baby due. When was the last time you even talked to her?"

Jon paused, trying to remember. "She's really popping 'em out."

"For fuck's sake, Jonnie, you're too busy killing people and fucking around with that-"

Limbo abruptly hung up before his younger brother could bring Tabitha into this.

Theo let her get it all out without interrupting her, their eyes following her every expression just to make sure they weren't misinterpreting anything because the girl was surely ranting so much they were afraid they might. But there was no misinterpreting the frase 'the biggest mistake of my life was breaking up with you'. They took a deep shaky breath and stepped a little closer as she finished her monologue, fingers tracing the back of her hand on the sink before grabbing her hand to be able to hold it, eyes following the motion before. Their thumb stroking over her knuckles "Remember when I first got offered this job? And I told you that I didn't want any of this if it didn't include you?" Sure as the air they breath, Theo knew she remembered that day like it was yesterday just like them. "That's still true."

They finally looked up at her silently for a moment before nodding. "Are you sure this isn't some kind of... rebound? I don't want to take advantage of you in a potential vulnerable state after everything that happened in the last couple of months. I understand that I might seem like a safe choice but if you ever leave me again Immy, I don't know that I..." Theo swallowed and shook their head, feeling their throat tightening a little but they licked their lips and after taking a deep breath, they added. "I want you so bad and I would do anything to get you back. You were supposed to be part of all of this, of the dream. It all feels so empty without you." Stepping even closer, Theo wrapped their arms around her, tucking their face into her neck and staying there for a moment before they pulled back with their arms still around her, watching her expectantly.

“It’s fine, I did it to myself, right?” Imogen forced a laugh but there was no joy in it, she didn’t find it even slightly funny actually. The whole thing was stupid levels of painful because feeling like a commodity was probably one of the worst she’d ever experienced. And not in a cute ‘oh my significant other is so proud of me they want to show me off’ way, no this was in more like stocks on a trading floor kind of way, trying to get something out of using her as currency. Status? Not that she had much of that. He arguably had more than her but maybe that was the point? He looked even better for marrying someone so normal, not an actress, still in the public eye but lesser than him. Lesser in more ways than one. “Nothing he can really do apart from ruin my reputation and I’m pretty good at making a mess of things myself anyway so maybe I’ll beat him to it.” She’d spent the last however many months pretending this wasn’t the case, that she was overthinking things, being paranoid, but with a little separation from it she could see it for what it plainly was. Bullshit.

She was rambling that much she knew, and needed to get herself under control a bit. Taking a breath she puffed out her cheeks, slowly blowing out the air as she looked at the ground. The hand on her arm had her looking back up at them, a small nod when they urged her to say what she was struggling to spit out. Imogen looked at them for a beat before managing to blurt out (a little bluntly) … “a place where there might be a chance we could have an outside chance of getting back together at some point because I think the biggest mistake of my life was breaking up with you and I haven’t gone a day since when I haven’t wished I could just to back on it but I thought you were having this great career here and I didn’t want to interrupt it but well would you look at that o managed to interrupt it anyway with my whole family death and shitty engagement and showing up at your flat in the middle of the night like some kind of entitled prick and I understand that maybe it’ll take some time, I need to earn your trust back again, or maybe you don’t even want I and I’ve read things totally wrong but even if you don’t then I still want to be your friend and in your life because I miss you and I love you and I’m so sorry…” she broke out, out of breath thanks to the fact she hadn’t taken a single one the entire duration of that run on sentence. Her face beetroot red as she waited in silence for Theo to say something…anything.

at the end of the week (feb.13) i’ll be going through and getting rid of anyone without an age in their bio/a pinned post so if you don’t wanna be purged™ then you might want to add that in. it doesn’t even have to be a specific age either, something like ‘20s’ is good enough for me. now i doubt that my content is worth the effort, minimal though it may be, but whatever lol.

Respect Artists and Drink Water

Hi folks of tumblr yeah its time to have a chat.  So commissions are awesome and i love them.  but if you aren’t willing to pay for a thing don’t expect an artist to give it to you for free then you can get wrecked.  Like commissions are amazing and you should be more than welcome to get them and take them they are amazing but also if you want something you have to pay.  Be a patron and have a patreon and take money for stuff but also like im just tired of people asking artists for free shit.  My art friends have told me about how people hustle them and its not ok i am not ok with people taking advantage of artists and when i say artists i mean writers as well.  Writing Is Art!!! so like if you want a creator/artist to make you something then you will need to pay.  asking a friend or giving them an idea is one thing because they can say no but if you want something made for you tailored for you then pay art isn’t free our time isn’t free!
