@weoaty asked me if I could share this build that I did a while ago. So i made this low cc version of it. It's fully furnised! Sorry it took this long ':D This is my first time uploading lots that need cc so tell me if something is not working! The lot size is bigger than the og so the driveway works, but i think it's nice because now you can easily make it bigger while your family grows.

No ikea stuff, has both alarms and is low cc (but it requires invisible wall, which needs Scriptorium)

If you're asking about the second floor wall mural, you can find it here, converted by @moocha-muses.

The skylight of the first floor is done with the conservatory roof pieces that are a part of @criquette-was-here's Feverfew release. There's also some attic window pieces by immlegacy, the original upload has disappeared but there's a working link here.

And the second floor balcony's glass roof is these skylights by @ethanmcgregor.

My Granny's House ~ A RL Retirement Home from Simtral Florida

A small, 2B/1B/Carport, mid-century, cement block, Florida house.

This is my Granny's House - a retirement/down-sized dwelling in Spring Hill, Florida. (aka: Sprung Hill - no offense to those who live there now... but I lived there way back when it had dirt roads and not much else!) The development started in '69, under the Mackle Brothers/Deltona "brand"; this house was built in 1971. It is less than 1000 square feet, has a carport - with a separate laundry room, and a small storage room. It is two bedrooms and one bath - though the second bedroom is hardly bigger than the bed! The yard is small. The neighborhood is packed. And every house looks the same.

I’m looking for 3t2 clearstory windows which were converted by immlegacy, but the original post is removed (well, their whole simblr is) and it seems that the files were removed from mediafire too (one reblog is by untidyfan at their tumblr: post/53334636589/immlegacy-download-2-windows-2-recolors-for). Any help available?

I actually play Destiny a lot more than I play the Sims (or any other game) and Sims is about one of the few I play on the PC. Otherwise I’m on the One/PS4 with Destiny, Fallout 4, Samurai Warriors, Elder Scrolls Online and such. :)

Thank you so much for this conversion :D btw that nuka cola bottle is your conversion too? I found FO 3 version of it by Riekus, but this one from FO 4 is rocket shaped and looks cooler. Is it another of your conversions or you downloaded it? :)                

It is a modified mesh I made to default replace all the drinks in my game and the instant meal.

I’m working on queuing a bunch of screenshots from my random legacy. at least there were none of those "professional" jumps that just rather look tacky.

I remember a lot of the athletic animations looking better in TS2. In TS3 it’s way too stiff—arms don’t bend, legs bend too much, etc. And the facial expressions! I usually prefer TS3 for facial expressions even if they’re over the top, but the expressions for basketball look terrifying.

It’s from the store (this set in particular). Which is kinda cheap because it came out around the same time as IP, so why didn’t they include it with that expansion (oh right, because they can make money off of idiots like me).

Oh Eleanor... Justin is not one to deprive himself of what he needs. I think it's sad that she still doesn't get that pushing her and helping her and just being with her really does make him happy.

I love all your different perspectives on their relationship. Blythelyre got a really great grasp on Justin’s perspective, but Eleanor’s doubts are also very valid. He could a much better job of communicating, which is something he’s not very good at.

Here is the first gift to show my appreciation for reaching 100 followers. I’ve already teased this one a bunch, it is a 3t2 recreation of Chic Retreat from Lucky Palms. 

My recreation is very faithful to the original, but without TS3's Create-a-Style tool and it's limitless coloring, I was at the mercy of TS2 textures, and those of the 3t2 CC objects that were essential for this recreation. I couldn't quite match the medium wood tone in a way that made me happy, so I switched the doors and windows and garage to black. Boring, I know, but easiest to work with.

The layout is still very open, and the furniture choices are expensive and intentionally a little incoherent.  The backyard should be where you have the most fun. I actually downsized the TS3 version (so much extra, empty space, the EA specialty). But even in doing so, I fit a large pool, grill, table, chess, bar, hot tub, and pool slide. This is truly the place to party in the summer.

Light CC included but the 3t2 objects are absolutely required for the lot to look the same. Comparison pictures to follow in another post!
