i’ve been eating a lot recently so now i think it’s time to break it up.

i had dinner, but after which i had a huge binge. I currently weigh a whopping 67kg, which was my starting weight. I’m honestly never eating again.

my plan is to reach 40kg, which i can do hopefully by the start of february next year?

my room smells like vomit too which is 👍🏻

I used to have extremely bad habits. I had a rapid decline in my weight and sometimes I (if I could handle it) would calculate when I could afford 5 days of not eating. I'd usually start Wednesdays, so when all of my energy expent it would be the weekends. I would throw up my meals and have rapid binges after my "fasts" that would consist of eating anything I could get my hands on, even things I dont usually like like plain bread or plain pasta.

But when I got a boyfriend, it all seemed to go away very gradually.

We've been dating a year. I eat considerably normally now. Usually three meals a day and maybe a snack in between. I would always have my little insecurities here and there, you know? How other girls at school are skinnier. Prettier. At the end of the day I'd always brush it off I guess.

When me and him "do something" I always suck in my stomach and theres never been a time I haven't worn a shirt. My subconscious insecurities never leave. I never send "one of those photos" anymore since I've put back on my weight.

I'M SICK OF THE FUCKING LIES.

I GET SICK TO MY STOMACH SEEING MYSELF NAKED.

I've never been the "dainty" small friend. Never been the most "attractive one". The urge has been ripping me apart.

And you know what

I fucking give up.
