Riskier than you// Wong Yukhei
Jealous boyfriend! Yukhei
Suggestive, fluff, jealousy
“Don’t wait for me, I’ll be a bit late.” Yukhei tells you through the speaker of his phone, focused on the road. -“Alright baby, call me when you’re near.” You reply, your voice is muffled since you were applying your lipstick, fixing your hair lastly. “Hmm… I love you.” He hums and confesses shortly, makes your heart beat faster as if it’s the first time those words come out of his lips and you can hear his smile through his little giggle.
-“Love you more.” You make a kissy sound and hang up, taking one final look in the mirror before heading out.
It’s the second event you’re invited to together, you were always just envious of all the glam and fancy outfits those models and actresses wore. Now you’re just trying to get used to it, to be honest, you’re starting to like it.
It’s never been the money that attracted you, especially not in him. You fell for his heart, over and over again, even though you have always tried to push your feelings away, deny them, make attempts to love somebody else, even tried to think of your ex boyfriend, who was nothing like him; but all the roads led you to him eventually.
Despite the smell of luxury and glamorous life, you could sense the loneliness of them people standing in front of you with a martini glass between their fingers and the Louis Vuitton suits. He is one of them too, far from being your type, and yet, he stole your heart. And you couldn’t be more grateful for him for doing so.
You fixed your silky, mini dress. Not feeling too uncomfortable, you liked it ofcourse, not sure if because Yukhei bought it for you or because it makes you feel less insecure than you usually are. Heading into the hall, it was crowded, same expensive perfume scents mixed in the air, slightly chilly.
-“Hey there,” you turn to a taller guy, around your boyfriend’s height, holding two glasses of what seems like alcohol mixed with some fruit juice. -“Is it your first time here, you don’t look familiar.” He smiles widely before handing you one of the glasses, the full one. “Second actually. No thank you, I don’t drink.” You refuse politely with a little smile, trying not to be mean to whoever isn’t.
-“Oh, I apologize miss…” he’s looking for a tag with your name, one you didn’t have. “Just y/n is fine.” You say and grab a cherry from the fruit buffet.
It was fine, nothing suspicious. In fact, nobody looked strangely at you as you thought they would.
Yukhei finally arrived at the place, turning his head to the backyard as he notices your familiar figure, giggling around with another man. His heart twitched at the view and his eyebrow raised naturally in annoyance. He didn’t even call to say he’s here but parked the car and immediately ran into the hall.
-“What a lovely name, I’m-“ The guy’s words were cut off once your boyfriend approached you, sneaking his arm around your waist and pulling you closer to his own body. “Baby.” Yukhei cups your face and kisses you on the lips, loving the combination of the sweet cherry and your lipstick.
Both you and guy were shocked by Yukhei’s actions. You noticed his heavy breathing which he only has when he’s angry or jealous, and then the fist he was holding back.
His blood was boiling, he didn’t even fake a smile to the guy who he thought was flirting with you. He had no problem showing you were his. But you loved this side of him as well.
His eyebrow was raised again at the guy, death glaring at him and his hands that were now holding one empty glass and yours who was full. “I’ll take that.” He says coldly and grabs the full one, sipping it all at once while still holding onto your waist with his other hand.
-“I didn’t know you were Yukhei’s girlfriend.” The guy leans in to you when Yukhei turns around to the buffet, greeting some of his older friends. “I-“ You’re about to say but your boyfriend is faster than you.
“She’s my fiancé. Now back off.” Your eyes widen at your boyfriend when he turns back to his place next to you, confidently surprising both you and the other guy.
Along with the coldness he held in his voice, it was one of the hottest things he has ever said about you. The guy steps backwards and leaves with his hands in the air as if he gave up, not that he tried to hit up on you, just tried to greet nicely, but your boyfriend didn’t like it.
“Baby- fiancé?!” You whisper-shout, trying hard not to blush at how it makes you feel when he called you like that. -“You look so good in this dress, babygirl.” You know he tries to calm himself down from the anger, but he means every word he says. “Don’t ignore me.” You pout, playing with the collar of his shirt. -“Sorry baby, I got distracted by your beauty.” His large hand moves along your sides, appreciating every curve, every single inch through the silky fabric. “Yukhei… we’re in public…” you whisper although there was music and nobody minds else’s business.
-“I don’t care, I want everyone here to know you’re only mine.” You felt good hearing his sincere words, perhaps too sincere. “Please, Yuk, not here.” He loves getting risky, but this was too much even for him. “He wasn’t trying to flirt.” You find the opportunity to say, and see how his expression changes in seconds. “He was just being nice.” He doesn’t like the fact you’re defending some random guy you don’t even know his name. -“God knows where he’d take you if I wasn’t here on time.” He rolls his eyes and says, playing his fingers on your collarbones, making you shiver a bit.
“He admires you. I saw it when he realized I’m your girlfriend.” You tell him and he looks deeply in your eyes, falling on your lips and back to everywhere underneath your neck. -“Admires…” he chuckles, -“He wants to get you in his bed.” He swallows the rest of the second glass of martini in his hand hardly, fixing his dress shirt as you can see beads of sweat on his neck and the first button unbuttoned itself from his touch.
“Oh come on, that’s non-sense, you know I don’t even think about other guys. Don’t you trust me?” You raise an eyebrow at him, playing with that button which made him feel hotter.
-“You know I do. I don’t trust them when my girl is wearing this dress and smells like heaven.” He got even more turned on when he placed a kiss on your neck. “Your favorite perfume, I know it’s’ magic will work.” You whisper and feel him against your body, he gets needier with every word you say. -“You know me best, baby.” He whispers the last word, which was your favorite one that came out of his mouth, too close to your ear that it made chills run all over your spine.
The closer he got to your body, almost leaving no space in between both of your bodies, you grabbed the sides of his black blazer(/jacket?), pulling him even closer. -“I think we’ll head home earlier than expected.” He says in your ear and places a wet kiss right under it, holding onto your hips.
“Unless you’re down to get risky and take me there.” You pointed with your head to the bathroom, knowing what’s the reason he’s being this clingy and wanting to go home. He’s always like this when he got jealous, that’s another reason in the list of things you love about him.
-“You’re full of surprises tonight, huh?” He took his bottom lip in between his teeth and bit onto it slightly, making you lose your mind since he knows it drives you crazy everytime.
“I told you I can be riskier than you,” you fix his collar, buttoning up whatever you imagined unbuttoned completely. “And no baby, running your hand up my thigh under the table isn’t risky enough for me.” You laugh at his previous public attempt to turn you on. -“It did do something to you though.” He replies, teasing with his fingers on your bare skin right below the hem of your dress. “Never fails.” You lastly say as he pulls you to the second floor’s luxury bathroom.

Tattoos & Tears — CHAPTER 4
Tumblr media
a/n: on everybody's 18th birthday, they get a tattoo of their soulmate written on their wrist. for you, it's your best friend who you thought you got over. who even has a girlfriend of his own.
warnings: swearing, mentions of drinking, jealousy, angst
———————————————————————
MJ was rudely awoken by the morning sun blinding her eyes. She mentally cussed it out in her head, before checking the time. She groaned at the realization that she had to get ready, and turned over patting Peter’s shoulder.
“Pete...wake up...” she whispered. It was Peter’s turn to groan, and he buried his face in his pillow, his eyes still closed. MJ giggled at how much of a couch potato he was being, before running her hand through his hair.
“It’s 7:00 Peter...come ooonn...” He only groaned even louder in protest. He could feel MJ’s body heat, and instead of it being comforting, he found it the opposite. He scooted slightly away from her, and sighed feeling the cool mattress under his skin.
“I don’t wannaaaa...the days gonna be full of boring lessons, and boring teachers, and boring people...”
“Yeah, everyone’s basically boring.” MJ replied. She jumped out of Peter’s bed, grabbing an outfit she left in his closet. “Well, besides your friends, of course.” Peter hummed and nodded in response while MJ left his room to his bathroom to take a shower.
With MJ’s last sentence, he was reminded of all his friends. MJ, Ned, Betty, Y/N...
Wait, Y/N!
He shot up from his bed, realizing he had a big priority on his hand today. All the memories of last night came back, and he mentally cursed himself all over again.
Okay, he needed a plan. That was his thing, that’s how he got MJ as his girlfriend. And that worked out. Even though he technically couldn’t check any of those things off...
Peter started making the list mentally. Okay, step one. Apologize for being a dick. Even if he wasn’t secretly sorry. It was Brad Davis for crying out loud! But that still didn’t mean he controlled you. Step two, basically be your bitch. That would soften you up a bit. Hand her the homework if she needs it, give her notes for the day, etcetera, etcetera. And if all else fails and you’re still mad at him, step 3. Leave her alone.
But what if he doesn’t want to?
No no, not about you, Peter.
If you were really mad, you would just need space to soften up. Then he’d try again. Peter took a breath, letting his plan sink in, before getting ready for the day.
MJ beat Peter to school, when she realized she was going to be late if she waited for him. As she was taking out all her textbooks and notes for her next class, she felt a pair of arms wrap around her. She turned around, only to be cornered by Peter himself, who had a bright smile on his face.
“Hey, you.” He said cheery. MJ couldn’t stop the matching smile that came across his face.
“Hey to you, too.” Peter chuckled a bit before leaning down and pressing a kiss to her lips. MJ’s cheeks immediately flared up, and she could tell she was blushing. There was a slight fire in her that she couldn’t put out if she tried.
But Peter didn’t feel it.
He was expecting the butterflies, and the flushed cheeks, but he felt nothing. The only thing he felt was a slight discomfort, as he pulled away with a confused look. He could hear tingling, and knew it was his spider sense.
“What’s wrong?” MJ asked. Usually he would continue his affection, but apparently today was different. Peter turned to look down a hall, and his spider sense turned off once he saw you.
Except you weren’t alone.
There you were, leaning against your locker with a bright smile on your face, laughing at something Brad Davis said. He had a casual arm leaning against the locker above you, and he was slightly towering over you. Peter also took in your appearance. You were hearing a white, long sleeve scoop neckline shirt, along with a dark blue denim skirt that stopped in the middle of your thighs. You had soft, yet gentle makeup on your face, and your hair was a little more neater today.
You were dressed to impress someone.
And that someone was Brad.
Peter grit his teeth a little, before turning back to MJ.
“Nothing, just thought my spider senses sensed danger.” MJ nods with an ‘oh’ face, before turning back around and continuing rummaging through her locker. Peter took this chance to look back up at you. Brad was now smiling at you, and he could see his eyes trail up and down your body. Peter’s chest grew tight, and he felt that familiar jealousy from last night, all because he was checking you out.
Jesus, why was he being so weird?
He knew it was a problem if he could address it himself. MJ shut her locker, and grabbed his hand. Peter took the hint, and walked her to her History class, but his eyes never left the not -so-subtle flirting Brad was doing. And he could tell you enjoyed it.
But little did Peter know, he was far from right.
Out of the corner of your eye, you could see Peter looking at you. You knew you needed some kind of way to distract yourself. Plus, you needed to keep your lie going. You killed two birds with one stone, and pretended to be interested in Brad. You felt a little bad, honestly. Brad didn’t deserve to be lied to of such a thing, and it made you feel more guilty when you could tell he was into you.
It was easy to pretend to have the same feelings. You giggled at all his jokes, even if they weren’t that funny, maybe touched his bicep a bit, but that was it. The only thing motivating you was imagining it was Peter. You heard the bell rung, and turn to your locker grabbing one last book.
“That’s us. Do you wanna walk to class together?” See, if this were really Peter, you’d be a stuttering, blushy mess. But it isn’t, so you’re not. Brad smiles at your offer before nodding.
“Yeah, maybe we could also sit next to each other?” Brad really was too naive for his own good...you wanted to sit with Peter, but he was probably sitting in between MJ and Ned by now.
“Yeah, I’d like that.” Brad waited until you locked your locker before walking down the sea of students to your class. It was silent except for his little comments, but it was a kind of peaceful silence. As promised, you and Brad took a seat in the middle next to each other.
Peter was occupied talking to Ned about his new Millennium Falcon LEGO set, until you walked in the room. With Brad. God, why is he always there?
He practically glared daggers at him, and he pulled a seat next to you. Of course, he was sitting next to you now. He only temporarily moved his eyes when the teacher came in to start the lesson. He stole occasional glances, and when the teacher assigned partners for a new project, guess who volunteered to be your partner?
“Okay, so we can continue doing this at my house?” You asked Brad. Peter growled a little. You just started talking to him and he’s already going to your house? Great.
MJ spotted his tense stance, and gently put her hand on his shoulder. He flinched a little, but nonetheless played it off.
The bell finally rung after what felt like an eternity, and MJ telling him to wait for her was the only thing stopping him from speeding away in annoyance. Him, MJ, Betty, and Ned, all sat in a table, across from each other. He expected you to sit next to them per usual, but he didn’t see any sign of you.
“Guys, do any of you see Y/N?” He asks. Betty’s eyes widen a little at the mention of your name, but she plays it off by looking around. She spots you a few tables down, and points.
“There she is.” He looked where Betty pointed. You had one of your notebooks open, writing away to it. Peter didn’t realize it, but he was admiring how your tongue poked out a little when you were very concentrated, and when you brushed your hair behind your ear because it was getting in the way. It showed more of your face, and for some reason that made his heart swell. As quick as the view was memorable, it became trashed the second Brad came into view. You looked up at him and smiled for what felt like the hundredth time that day. When Brad sat down next to you, he notice he had two trays of food, and handed one to you.
Get a load of this fucker.
Peter was full on fuming now. He could tell you were having fun with him, and it just made the anger in him rise even more. He knew the rest of the day wasn’t gonna be good if he kept seeing you two like this. Most of the lunch period was spent looking and glaring at you and Brad. Peter rarely payed any attention to his friends’ conversations, and only responded with one worded sentences. MJ noticed him being off, because she notices everything, and thought he was having a bad day. Maybe it was just this once. She decided to give him space. If something was wrong, he would tell her. She was certain of that.
“I’ll be right back.” He mumbled to his friend group. Betty and MJ eyed him, and Betty’s eyes widened when she realized he was walking to you.
Does he know? Did he somehow figure it out? Shit shit shit shit!
Peter sat across from you, which snatched your attention from Brad to him. You smiled at him while Brad just gave him a weird glance.
“Hey, Peter! What’s up?” He furrowed his eyebrows at how friendly you were being. Were you really going to act like last night didn’t happen? Or was he making it a big deal when it really wasn’t?
“Can I talk to you? In private?” He glared at Brad a bit, and it was very noticeable. You were about to call him out on it, before Brad intervened.
“It’s cool, I’ll just throw away our trash and let you guys talk, okay?” You nodded as Brad took your tray full of trash and his own, going over to the trash bin.
“So what did you wanna talk about?”
“I wanted to say sorry...for how I acted yesterday...” Peter’s aggressive demeanor was quickly turned into a shy one just by standing across from you.
“Oh, that? It’s okay, I was just in a snippy mood. Probably because of the alcohol.” It was easier to sugarcoat it instead of telling the truth. Eventually he’d wonder why you were so mad and figure it out. Peter wasn’t stupid, just not that observant.
“No, I feel like it was my fault mostly. I mean I’m the one that brought it up, even though I know I can’t control your love life, I’m sorry about that too, and I-“
“Peter I said I forgive you. It’s okay.” You stopped him mid rambling and his cheeks flushed in embarrassment. His palms suddenly became sweaty and he placed them on his thighs instead of in front of him on the table.
“Okay. Cool. Yeah.” You nodded and he awkwardly nodded back, before going back to his seat. He joined in MJ’s conversation a little unwillingly, while Betty took her chance to sit in front of you this time.
“What was he talking about?” She whispered. You shot your head up from your notes and furrowed your eyebrows.
“What?”
“He doesn’t know, right? About your tattoo.” Your eyes widened and you looked around, making sure no one heard you.
“Betty! Ssh! Don’t say it so loud! No, he doesn’t. He was just talking to me.” Betty sat there staring at you for a few seconds before asking another question.
“When are you gonna tell him?” You scoffed and shrugged before turning back to her.
“I don’t know. I don’t think I have to. The tattoo is probably wrong anyways.” Betty furrowed her eyebrows.
“I’m sorry, why are you acting like it’s not a big deal?”
“Maybe because it’s not. A flaw could’ve happened, who knows.” Betty glared at you, obviously annoyed. How did you go from having a full on panic attack to acting like it’s nothing?
“Really? So being in love with him isn’t a big deal?” You clenched your jaw, just wanting her to stop. You didn’t want to think about anything of last night, and Betty wasn’t really helping.
“I was drunk, okay?” But you meant it.
“I don’t think you would have a full on breakdown about that, even if you were drunk.”
“Betty, I don’t want to talk about it anymore, okay? I’m hanging out with Brad, and I think I might actually be into him. I don’t want a stupid fucking tattoo to ruin that for me!” Betty was way more confused now. But she didn’t have the energy to argue. She rolled her eyes a little, putting her hands up in defense, before leaving the table and going back to Ned.
When school hours were over, Brad went over to your house as planned. MJ went over to Peter’s house as usual, except he wasn’t as enthusiastic about it. He’d rather be alone. With you.
That was all that was on his mind. You, you, you. He mentally scolded himself, constantly repeating that he had a girlfriend to focus on instead. To get his mind off of you, he decided to go through a Star Wars marathon with MJ. He ignored her protests and stayed silent, which was unlike him. He’d banter to her saying it’s overhated, but he didn’t have the energy today.
The distraction didn’t work, though. He knew literally every line, what was going to happen, yadda yadda yadda. It just made him more bored. Peter looked down at MJ spooned up beside him, her eyes closed and her breathing slow. He carefully and cautiously moved out of his place between the couch and her, and didn’t waste any time to put on his red and black spandex and jump out the window.
When Peter started patrol, it was near sundown. When he checked his phone, it was 12 in the morning. He knew MJ would be up by now, and the thought of that annoyed him. He didn’t know why, but now he kind of found the thought of hanging around MJ really negatively. It’s not her as a person, it’s hanging out with her as her boyfriend. As Peter stared at his bedroom window, his thoughts ran wild.
Did he want to break up with MJ?
Peter knew the answer but wanted to try and prove himself wrong. He knew he couldn’t. But he didn’t want to hurt MJ. Sure, breakups happen, but someone gets hurt. He doesn’t want to hurt anybody. Especially someone as good as MJ. The thought of it made his eyes water. Peter pinched the bridge of his nose, squinting his eyes shut and groaning a little.
“Peter, is everything okay with you?” He heard his new A.I.—E.D.I.T.H. ask. He figured out a way to transfer E.D.I.T.H. to his suit, since the glasses Tony gave him were a bit too big. He never threw them out, of course. He wanted to keep some part of him, besides the suits he made for him.
“Yeah, everything’s fine, E.D.I.T.H.” He knew based off his annoyed and upset tone he was far from right.
“Your heart rate hasn’t been picking up whenever you’re around Michelle.” E.D.I.T.H. stated. Great, he was trying to doubt himself and here goes a computer who literally knows everything. “Is everything okay between you two? I don’t see you argue.” That last word made his mind flashback to yesterday. When he was on your fire escape. It made his heart clench in the worst way possible.
As if the poor boy hadn’t been thinking enough, he went deeper into his mindset. And the deeper he went, the more and more you came up. He saw your smile, how bright and happy it was. He heard your laugh echo in his head, remembering the corny science pun he told you that made him laugh too. He kept getting flashes of you looking at him, of him spending time with you at your place, and how every time you were around you made him smile. He felt that tingle in his stomach, and his hands getting clammy under his suit, and hearing his heart beat in his ear drums. All of this was obvious signs of nervousness.
Peter also thought about MJ. But her smile wasn’t that bright. Her smile didn’t make him mimic it. Her laugh didn’t have as much power as yours did. He saw their moments together, but MJ being replaced with you. He felt his heart tug painfully, instead of any nervousness, and all of a sudden the lightbulb in his head clicked.
“Peter?” E.D.I.T.H. called his name one last time. Peter’s voice cracked as he finally replied to her.
“No, E.D.I.T.H. Everything is not okay between me and MJ...”

girlfriend?
sasuke x fem!reader kiba x fem!reader
a/n: this idea came to me while i was trying to sleep and kind of "dreamed it" so i decide to write it down. just in case i clarify that the arc of sasuke wanting revenge doesn't happen here, he's not like a happy sasuke but no the "i must kill itachi" one either. that being said i hope you enjoy and feel free to comment anything you want.
summary: the konoha 12 (and you) decide to have fun and drink a little at ino's but you seeing your ex was kind of a drag, so you're friend decido to help you and maybe you start liking that help.
warnings: swear words, a little angsts
Tumblr media
Ino was really nice for doing this, her parents were out in a mission and you guys were under a lot of stress lately because it was the moment of thinking of becoming jounins, the most part of the group passed, a little part already were, and a little part failed and were still chunnin, so a little party at the Yamanaka's was a good idea for everyone.
The ones who passed were celebrating and the ones who didn't just forgot about it while the bottle of sake were getting emty.
The 13 of you were there, Sakura, Hinata and Tenten were sitting at the table laughing out loud about something Tenten just said, Naruto, Kiba, Lee were dancing in a really weird and funny way, with Akamaru barking happy along them. Shikamaru, Choji and Shino we're talking in the door of the backyard. Everyone with a glass of sake in hand (except Lee for obvious reasons) some were more full like Neji's, and some were more emty, like Kiba's.
You were sitting in the couch, glass half empty, you were really happy for becoming a jounin, but you're mind couldn't stop thinking what happened before that, Sasuke, you're boyfriend for a hole year, flirting with some random kunoichi you didn't know, grabbing her by her waist and faces really close together. That awful feeling you had on your stomach, and the heartache from being betrayed, it feels like that will never go away, you love that shinobi so much and he just went and broke your heart.
Of course in that time you swallow all your sadness and broke up with him right there, but the crying went out the second you turn around and run home.
There you were now, Sasuke with the back on the wall starting at you and your eyes on the cup trying not to make contact with his.
When you suddenly feel the body weight of some other person sitting by your side on the couch, and Akamaru going to lay down at your feets.
"y/n" you heard Kiba's voice and turned your face to see him
"Mhm?" you get to say, he look at your sad face, then look to Sasuke, he get it
"Fight or-?"
"Break up" you cut him
"I'm sorry" he said, even if it wasn't his fault, an even if he wasn't sorry at all
"Don't be, it was for the best"
"He must be really stupid for get a girl like you go" you smiled at little at his words
"Don't know if i'm that good anyway" you said looking at his eyes "all I want, even if I know its not the right thing, it's for him to feel what he made me feel"
"What did he make you feel?" he ask while raising his cup to drink the little sake that was left
"Betrayed, hurted, like if I was so replaceable" you could feel your voice so weak, you imitate him and finish the last of your sake
"Maybe it's not the right thing" you heard Kiba say while feeling the space between you two getting smaller "but I can help you with that" his hand went to your waist and your noses were touching
You feel your heart beating faster than before, Kiba was you're friends since academy and you always think he was cute but you never imagine this.
You close your eyes and when you could feel his lips barely touching yours, he was rapidly pulled away by a voice in front of you.
"I'm gonna ask you nicely this time, get the fuck off my girlfriend" Sasuke was standing right in front of you two, with his hands in fists and a very angry face
"Girlfriend?" you say standing up, letting a fake laugh get all the way off your mouth "Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me but I don't remember being your girlfriend anymore, no since you cheated on me"
Everyone was watching the scene, in a covertly way, (in their drunk minds of course)
Sasuke shut his mouth, he didn't know what to say. You go directly to the door of the backyard, hitting your shoulder with his on purpose, getting out of the house, you took Shikamaru's cup out of his hand, cause yours was already empty and his was still half full, if you were somebody else he might get mad, but being his best friend since kids has some privileges so he just let you do it.
The backyard had amazing flowers (of course, what else could you expect from the Yamanakas) so you just sit there on the floor drinking from what you just stole from Shikamaru.
You could feel his presentation behind you, with every step a little more close to you.
"Why?" you ask in a little more than a whisper
"I don't know" you hear in Sasuke's voice "I can't even answer that because I don't know" he began to sit next to you "I'm really sorry, that's all I can say"
"A sorry can't fix it, you know it right?"
"Yes" he said
"Then thanks for everything, and I'm really sorry of the way our story ends" you said while you began to stand up "I really loved you, but please, just let it like it is"
You leave, leaving Sasuke alone, leaving him behind, even if you loved him, it was something you couldn't forgive.
Walking to enter the house again you see Shikamaru in the door, this time it was closed so everyone else was inside, you just run into his arms, Shikamaru wasn't the best with words, but you know he was there for you, a little tears started to run from your eyes, but could feel his fingers taking them out.
"You will be okay"
"I know"
"Come on, lets get inside" he opened the door and everything went back to normal, the guys having fun, Neji with his straight face but wanting to laugh internally, Choji eating some chips, Naruto yelling dattebayo without even making any sense because of the alcohol in his veins, Ino and Sakura fighting with a smile in theirs faces, everything was fine in this four walls.
Shikamaru was already with them while stay a little behind, you feel Kiba's hand on your shoulder and turn your face to see his.
"I'm sorry"
"You're saying "Im sorry" a lot today" you said to him with a little smile
"I know it's not the time, but I really wanted to kiss you" he let out
"Kiba-"
"You don't have to say anything, I just wanted to say, when you're ready, I will love to take you to the lake and maybe have a date" you smile and turn your hole body to face him
"Well, I can't say yes if you don't want me to say anything"
"Is that a yes then?"
You simply nod and plant a little kiss on his cheek.
"It's a yes" the you joined your friends and you all started having fun again.
Sasuke entered again and smile a little to you, smiling back you started to think that maybe not everything was bad right now, maybe this was the way things were supposed to go.

2AM
If you told me two days ago that I'd be running down Brooklyn Avenue at 2am with a bag for McDonald's in hand, Deputy Maxwell in pursuit and accompanied by Matthew Walker, Levi Andrews and Alexander Pierce, I would've called you crazy. But it's actually happening. However, for this to make sense we have to go back two days, when I accidentally walked in on the three vandalising the football Coaches office. Yeah we're starting there.
It was a normal Thursday for me. I, of course, was running late as per usual. My medium length strawberry blonde hair; still un-brushed, was a tangled rats nest thanks to the wind which I had experienced while running to school. Sweat lightly covers my scalp creating an itch which ignored. Ronda at the front desk smiled at me when she saw me walk through the office doors. I was about to ask for a late note when she placed one in front of me, with the exact time I arrived. "I timed you last week," was all she said. Grabbing my I left the office to my locker.
The halls were quiet, so quiet that even my soft footsteps sounded loud. Once at my locker I put in my combination and quickly grabbed my books. However, that's when I saw three figures sneaking around the corner. They hadn't spotted me yet but I could clearly see who they were. The Junior and Senior class call them the Hoods; why? Because they seek back redemption against people who were wronged.
The Hoods go as followed. Alexander Pierce, he's a Senior but from what I've heard he's always been one for causing trouble. He's also very much a ladies man, I could see why though. Tall, tan skin and muscles; glorious muscles everywhere, blonde hair which was long but was always worn in a man-bun; which suites him, and gorgeous blue eyes that could make any girl swoon. Levi Andrews, also a Senior. He's known as the smart one, picks the victims and such of their escapades. He unlike the other two was slightly shorter bu his facial bone structure definitely made up for it with a sharp jaw and high cheek bones, a sun kissed tan to match along with emerald green eyes and chocolate brown hair, kept short. Then finally we have Matthew Walker. He's a Junior and what every girl imagines as their bad boy. Always clad in black, a leather jacket, and a cigarette on hand he was labeled as such. However, his looks were also to be praised as he had a defined jaw line, semi-full lips, dark brown hair; almost black and deep brown eyes.
The three of them turned down another corridor not even seeing me. Curiosity sparked within me. What were they doing? Levi was carrying a black bag, with what was in it? I didn't know. Going against my better judgment, I closed my locker and followed them. Down the corridor the three enter what looks to be an office. I should've turned back, just leave it and pretend I did t see anything. Yet my curious ass thought it's be a good idea to see what they were doing. I crept closer, being sure to stay close to the wall. They left the door wide open, as if they wanted to get caught doing whatever they were doing. Through the door I saw the three boys trashing the Coach's office; turning over chairs, pulling out papers, wiping the desk clean of everything. Oh sh-
"Hey!" My eyes widened when I saw Levi Andrews looking right at me, emerald green eyes hard with anger. We all froze in that moment. Matthews and Alex stopped and turned to look at me, and me? I was like a deer in headlights. I couldn't move; I was stuck to the wall unable to move. Then in a heartbeat Alex shot towards me. Panic flooded my body. Reacting to my flight or fight I chose the second option. Dropping my things, I went to turn and sprint down the hall back the way I came but Alex was already out in the hall. Arms enclosed around me and I knew in that moment I was completely screwed.
Alex lugged me back into the Coach's office. Once inside Levi closed the door and locked it, probably worried I'd make a run for it. "Alex put her down," Matthew said. However, Alex didn't put me down down. I couldn't see but I was pretty sure that the boys were having a fight of dominance with a staring contest; my cousins do it all the time when one doesn't listen to the other. "I'm not going to run okay. Just put me down," I said cutting through the silence. Slowly Alex set me down on the ground. Any sane person would have ran, and believe me I wanted to, but the office was locked and Levi had decided to stand in front of it. With my heart beating like crazy against my ribs I turned to face Alex and Matthew. Alex looked annoyed, as if I interrupted something important, however, Matthew had a curious look in his eyes. "I swear I won't say anything, I promise, I'll leave and won't say a word," the words fell out of my mouth quick and rushed, matching my heartbeat. I wasn't entirely sure but I think a small smile pressed itself to Matthews lips. "Harper right?" A lump formed in my throat and I think I forgot how to breathe.
A look of familiarity crosses Alex's face. "Elliot Lewis's little sister," Levi said from behind me, venom dripping heavily from his words. The Hoods and my older brother have a history, mainly Levi and Elliot. The short story is that Elliot took what was Levi's; my brother stole Levi's girlfriend. Levi has hated my brother since. And my brother never shy's away from rubbing it in Levi's face. It's cliche yes, but Levi hates me too. "Oh that piece of sh-"
"What your tongue Pierce," I spat before he could even finish. Elliot did a bad thing, but he's still my brother and I love him. A look of surprise appeared on Alex's face. "Feisty," Matthew said smiling. I felt blush creep up my neck.
"Let her go, I doubt she'll say something," Matthew said shrugging his shoulders. "Are you fucking kidding me? She's a goody damn two shoes! First thing she'll do it go tell someone," Levi replied. He was definitely pissed, but I don't think it's because I caught them, it was most likely because I was Harper Lewis, Elliot's little sister. Matthew didn't seem too convinced by Levi's outburst. "She won't, trust me Andrews," Matthew smiled at me. "Off you go, have a nice day," cautiously I turned around and walked towards the door. I unlocked it and twisted the handle. Then a thought occurred to me. They only do things like this to people who deserve it, they do things like this to have justice. I turned around and looked at all three boys. "Whatever he did, make him pay," my voice was firm and sure. "We will," Matthew said nodding. I nodded in reply before I opened the door and walked out going back the way I came. All I could think was, what just happened?
                                                                                                       ****
The next two days were literally the most terrifying thing I had ever experienced in my life so far. Turns out Coach Clayton... well let's say it's very unspeakable. The boys of course owned up to the destruction of his office and were once again put on probation within the school. I of course avoided the three of them at all costs. No way did I plan on getting cornered by the three of them, or any of them at any point ever. My plan was simple, stay away from The Hoods. It was almost flawless, until it wasn't.
I was on my way to Math when I saw Alex down the hall flirting with some naive Freshman. My heartbeat picked up pace and I was about to turn around and walk the other way as not to get caught but it was way too late for that because he had already saw me. He smiled at the Freshman and said something to her before he pushed off the wall and began walking towards me. Sh-
"Hey Lewis," Alex said and I felt every hair stand on end. "Pierce," I replied still walking to Math. I faced straight ahead, I didn't want to look at him. "You know, I'm impressed you haven't said anything about the other day," this caused me to turn my head. A smirk graced his lips. "Why would I? You guys owned up to it anyway," he still stayed beside me as we turned a corner. "No I mean I'm surprised you haven't told your brother," I stopped walking.
He realised I wasn't walking anymore and stopped. "What makes you think I'd tell my brother?" He shrugged but I could tell he was uncomfortable about the question. "My brother doesn't need to know everything about me, and he certainly doesn't need to know about everything I do and who I involve myself with, so I suggest you stop thinking that I do," a look of shock placed itself on his face. My heart was beating rapidly, pounding against my rib cage, and adrenaline pumped through my body, a rush sinking into my skin. "Now I get it," Alex mumbles to himself and I couldn't help but furrow my brows. The warning bell rang and students began to hurry last us. "I'll see you around Harper," Alex said and he began to walk the way we came. What did he mean by that? 'Now I get it?" because I certainly do not get it.
Shaking of the confusion I made my way to Math, yet there it was, in the back of my mind for the rest of the day. A simple question that just wouldn't leave no matter what I did. What did Alex now get?
                                                                 ****
Friday nights usually consisted of Netflix and popcorn with several tubs of ice-cream on the side. It was 9pm, my parents were out of town for the weekend visiting some old collage friends and Elliot was at his girlfriend's house. I had sported my favourite onesie; Stitch, from the Disney movie, Lilo and Stitch. To All The Boys I've Loved Before was playing on the screen for the 3rd time this week and a bowl of popcorn rested in my lap. I had always spent my Friday nights like that since I could remember. While Elliot always was out with friends, I had made a home on the couch watching movies.
The movie was close to finishing when I heard a knock at the door. I, of course, ignored it; thinking it was Elliot; he'd find his keys in a few seconds. A knock comes again. I don't answer. Another knock. Becoming annoyed I decided to finally answer the door. Huffing because the annoyed state I was in, I stood up from the comfortable couch and I pressed paused my movie. I carried the bowl of popcorn with me as I walked to the door, still casually snacking on it. "You know Elliot-" I began to say as I opened the door but trailed off when I saw Levi, Alex and Matthew. I felt my mouth slightly drop open in shock. What were they doing at my house? "Oh thank fuck," Alex said as he saw me. "Huge favour Lewis but we gotta hide," Levi glanced behind him down the street as he said it. I was however, still in shock that The Hoods were standing at my front door on a Friday night while I was wearing a Stitch onesie to answer him. "Harper, come on you got to let us in," I shook my head at Matthews words. Looking at the three of them, I sighed and opened the door wide enough for them to step into the house. Once all inside I closed the door behind them.
Through the small window in the door a clean white Police car drive down the street slowly as if looking for someone, or a group of people. When I turned back to the boys I noticed they were all slumped against a wall. "So mind telling me what you did?" I asked picking up some popcorn and putting it into my mouth. None of them replied. "Okay then if you're not going to tell me I can always call-"
"No! No don't do that," Alex jumped and I couldn't help the smile that placed itself onto my face at seeing the panic looks on their faces. "Well..." I arched an eyebrow in a questioning manner. The three boys looked between themselves before what I assumed as a silent agreement falls around them.
"We may or may not have trashed George Harrison's house," Matthew smirked. "Trashed how?" I leaned against the front door. "Toilet paper, eggs and spray paint work wonders Lewis," Alex smiled brightly. I shook my head; these boys were crazy. "Well, you guys are welcomed to stay until the coast is clear, Elliot's out and my parents are out of town, so you're good," I began to walk to the lounge room. "You're not going to ask why we did it?" I heard Levi's footsteps follow me. "No," popcorn muffled my words. "Whatever Harrison his he most likely deserved it," I sat down on the couch again. I didn't even know how I was acting so casually, as if they've been in my house hundreds of times and we were close friends. I mean they were in my house! The Hoods were in my house and I'm acting like it's normal.
The three of them stood in the lounge room looking around. It was pretty plain. No one was really in the house except me most of the time because my parents always travel and Elliot is always doing something. Matthew takes a seat on the couch next to me. "Well Maxwell will probably be looking for a while,  it he'll give up in an hour," the other two took a seat on the floor. Matthew went to reach for my popcorn when I pulled it away from him. He looked at me raising his eyebrows. "You came into my house and I forced to willingly let you into it, do not expect me to share my food with you because it's not happening Walker," I snapped holding the bowl close to my chest. "Jeez okay Stitch," I rolled my eyes. I pressed play onto my movie. The boys turned their attention to it and I was left feeling as though I was dreaming.
                                                                                                               ****
3 hours. They had been at my house for 3 hours. We all ended up walking to a 24/7 McDonald's; which was 3 blocks from my house, after watching Transformers because we were all hungry. I of course changed out of my onesie, putting on a pair of black pj shorts, which seemed a little too short and a dark purple tank top; with a bra. On our way back we cut down Brooklyn Avenue which takes 10 minuets off walking around. We were not even half way down the street when a Police car drove past, the same Police car the drove past my house 3 hours ago. We were in some deep shit. The car stopped just pasted us. Oh yeah some really deep shit. The door opened and closed but none of us turned around and no one of us stopped walking, because who the hell wants to get caught? I hear quick and heavy footsteps which caused panic to flood my brain. "You can run right?" Matthew asked, his lips grazed my ear as he spoke. I nodded, I was on track; not the fastest girl but I can definitely run. "Good," then silence. "Boys give up!" Oh shit Deputy Maxwell. "RUN!" Alex screamed and the boys all began to sprint down the street. It took a few seconds for my brain to register what was going on before I finally took after the boys.
Now we are at the beginning of the story. It currently 2 am and I'm running down Brooklyn Avenue with a bag of McDonald's in hand. Deputy Maxwell in pursuit and I was accompanied by Matthew Walker, Levi Andrews and Alexander Pierce. My legs are aching and the air burns my throat, setting my lungs alight. Yet adrenaline rushes through my body and a thrill eyes into my bones. I was doing something I shouldn't and I'm fucking loving it. "STOP!" Maxwell yells but we all hoot with laughter as he stopped and hunches over out of breath; should really stop eating all those sugary sweets Deputy. I meet the boys at the end of the street around the corner. I feel my legs wobble a little as I stand beside Matthew but I couldn't help the smile that spreads across my face. "That's was so much fun!" I breathe and the three boys laugh.
"Didn't think you had it in you," Levi says after he catches his breath. "Yeah well I guess I'm less goody-two shoes than you thought Andrews," a smile presses itself onto his face. "I guess so," his emerald green eyes drift to Matthew. "Now I get it," Levi says directly to Matthew and the strange questions comes back into my mind. "Oh fucking shut up," Matthew groans and the other two boys just laugh. "Can someone inform me on what you guys now get?" I ask but Levi and Alex are already walking down the street back to my house. I feel confused. "Hey don't think about it too hard," Matthew slings his arm around my shoulders and pulls me closer into his side. I smile and shake my head, this boy. "Why not?"
"Because you'll figure it out on your own one day," I don't reply to the comment. We just walk down the street, Matthew's arm around my shoulders, the bag of McDonald's still in my hand and a warm feeling spreading throughout my body. Who knew I'd end up here just because I accidentally walked in on the three vandalising the football Coaches office.

FNF 1/25/2019 Coffee Shop AU
I, admittedly, got too into this one. The characters are from With the Assist, my superhero sidekick WIP!
@writerofwriting @persephone-pensdown
For Sully, there was almost no better feeling than suiting up. Which, okay, maybe that a dramatic way of saying to putting on his apron and roll up his sleeves for work, but he really did enjoy it. The Caffeinated Cape was, well, a bit eccentric in its theme and décor, but it had remained a mainstay in the city for decades. The original owner had just really enjoyed comics as a kid, and managed to build brand flexible enough to bring in nerds both young and new. Anyone who managed to get hired was paid generously and given some wonderful benefits, which was all that a college student could dream of.
Sure, the interview had been…weird, too. While the old man had stepped down for the most part, he insisted on vetting the applicants himself. Sully was pretty sure he really hired people based on how fit he thought they would be as heroes rather than baristas, but he got the job, so that was a nice reflection on his character. And now he could impress his girlfriend with latte art, which was a bonus. Well, it had been.
Sully stepped out onto the floor, unsurprised to find Andi and Marcus on bar. He’d be on register, he imagined. The three had worked together a decent time now—Marcus actually having worked here even longer than Sully. Sully had no idea how someone so gruff had passed the owner’s hero test—especially when he’d admitted he stole from the shop as a kid. Maybe it was some tragic backstory ideation. He nodded to Sully in greeting, calling out a Great Responsiblitea with honey for Peter.
Andi hissed underneath her breath as she spilled steamed milk across her hand, shaking it off and wiping the excess on her apron. Andi was…unique, Sully liked to say. She had half of her head shaved down, the rest tousled and dyed a deep, blood red, which was prominent against her olive skin. It was easy to tell when she’d chosen the music for the day—plenty of feminist acoustic rock and a few rarer punk songs, which she insisted was because most of her favorite songs weren’t work appropriate. And she almost always managed to burn herself on the hot drinks, but insisted that the cold ones were “soul-sucking” and “for bitch babies who can’t handle a little fear in their lives.” Sully didn’t think it was that deep, but hey. Hot drinks it was.
Sully made his way through the line, a blur of faces both familiar and new. He made the usual small talk—yeah, the weather is great today! How’d the kid’s play turn out? Would you like that one size larger for another fifty-cents? He enjoyed the snapshot stories of people’s lives—a couple on their first date, an artist mooching off the free wi-fi as they nursed the same coffee for over an hour, a father bringing in his child to trap them into a long story about all the comics that he had owned when he was younger, before he sold or traded them away for this and that.
Although, he had to admit he missed not having more moments of his own.
Once school was over, he told himself again. He’d find someone else in time. Until then he had school, and his job, and his friends. He was fine.
The line cleared away at the clock neared half past noon—too late for most people’s morning coffee, and with weather so tepid outside, there was no rush for an iced drink. A young woman stood a few feet off from the counter, staring up at the menu board above. She brushed her short, white-blonde hair behind her ear, revealing just the faintest hint of a tattoo. Sully felt his heart skip a beat. He was such a goddamn sucker for a pretty girl.
“If you have any questions, I can help you.” His voice held even more cheer than usual, his smile genuine and bright. She returned one of her own, face dusted with pink.
“Sorry, sorry, I’m probably holding you guys up. I’m just, uh, I’m not sure about what to eat. Coffee is easy,” she said.
“I can get that started for you, if you’d like!”
She stepped up to register, offering an apologetic laugh. “Right, um, just a medium coffee, black. And uh, maybe a recommendation on what’s a good lunchtime filler?”
“If you really want the good stuff, I’d recommend any pastry. We get them from another local place. The most killer croissants you’ll eat in a lifetime! The muffins are good, too, and if you want to come back, we do have some creped crusaders on the weekends.”
“Creped crusaders?” She laughed. He couldn’t help but notice the way her nose wrinkled up when she did.
“Oh, they’re the bomb. But we only get Kenny in on weekends, so it’s a special. Sweet or savory, he can crepe it up!” Sully grabbed a cup and his Sharpie. “Your name? After all, the Instagram pics are the best part of getting a fix.”
She laughed again, nodding in agreement. “Avery. And I’ll take a croissant with that, per the barista’s recommendation.”
“Two ninety-five,” Sully announced with some bravado. “The croissant is on the house.”
He could feel his coworker’s eyes boring into him, but he ignored it.
“Well you really do know how to make a student’s day!” Avery swiped her card, and dropped a dollar and change in the tip jar. “I’ll cover a bit of that, I hope.”
Sully gathered her order, handing it to her, his smile never dropping. “Have a wonderful day there, Avery.”
“Thanks…” Her gaze fell down to his nametag. “You too, Carter.”
“Sully,” he corrected. “My friends call me Sully.”
“Sully, then.” She spun on her heel and made her way out the door.
The bell hardly finished a single charm before Andi threw an empty cup in his direction.
“You officially cannot ever made fun for flirting with customers again, ohmygod! You might as well have written your number on her cup.”
“If she’s back, we’ll do it,” Marcus added with a wry grin. Sully’s face burned, and he was glad he was far too dark to visibly blush.
“Don’t you guys have dishes to do?” He retorted. He wasn’t going to admit he’d love if they did. He hoped he didn’t scare her off. He hoped if nothing else, the coffee was good enough to bring her back.

KogKag Week - Prompt #4
Past/Future
Kindergarten
Kagome couldn’t understand why her mom left her all alone with these other kids. Where were their mommies and daddies? Kagome fought the tears as she sat at her desk looking at the empty paper she was supposed to be coloring
“What’s wrong?”
Kagome looked up to see a little boy with pretty blue eyes sitting next to her, focused on his own drawing.
“My mom left me here. I want to go home,” she began to cry again.
“Don’t cry, I’ll protect you. We can be best friends. I’m Kouga,” he puffed out his chest as he proudly introduced himself. He was being a big boy, just like his dad told him to be. His mom and dad would be super proud of him.
Kagome sniffled, and looked up at him with wide, gray eyes. “I’m Kagome. Mommy will come back and get me, right?”
“Don’t worry. They will come back. My parents promised, and they never break a promise. Did your mommy say that?”
Kagome nodded.
“Okay, let’s color then. I’ll draw you, and you can draw me being super strong.”
The two sat next to each other, and colored the day away, not knowing this was the start of a life-long friendship.
Fourth Grade
“Kouga!”
Kouga looked up to find his best friend running to him. “I was worried you wouldn’t make it.”
“You would have stopped the bus if I wasn’t here,” she laughed. They boarded the bus and found seats in the back. “Remember the time you told the bus driver you were going to pee your pants if he didn’t let you run back home last year when Mom was late dropping me off?”
“That was the best. He totally believed me.”
“Are you excited for the field trip to the zoo?” she asked.
“Totally, I can’t wait to see the wolves. They are the best part!”
“No way, the exotic cats are the best part,” she giggled with him.
They two laughed and talked the whole way, talking about things they wanted to do, and food they wanted to eat. Field trip days were always the best when you had your best friend to go with you.
Seventh Grade
“Ugh, broccoli, I hate broccoli,” Kagome pushed her food aside and stared at the lunch tray in disgust.
“Same here,” Ginta said as he stole one of her broccoli pieces and shoved it in his mouth.
“Hey, don’t steal her food,” Kouga ordered his friend.
“It’s fine. The broccoli gets stuck in my braces. Are you coming to my birthday party this weekend?” Kagome asked her friends.
“We have a track meet in the morning,” Hakkaku answered.
“Oh,” Kagome fought to show her disappointment.
Kouga glared at Hakkaku for making his Kagome sad. “What he means to say, is we will be there, just a bit late.”
“Great! Inuyasha said he would bring Miroku too. And of course Sango is coming.”
Kouga rolled his eyes in disgust.
“Kouga, I know how you feel about Inuyasha and Miroku,” she admonished him.
“Miroku is just so handsy. Pretty sure I left a bruise on his hand the last he tried to touch you.”
“Always my protector,” she smiled at him, her braces glinting in the light.
Kouga felt the tips of his ears turn red, and he tried to ignore the way his heart skipped a beat when she smiled at him.
Tenth Grade
Kouga felt anger surge through him as he felt Kagome sob on his chest.
“Why did he break up with me?” she continued to sob.
“Because he’s an idiot. I always knew he was trash.” Kouga remembered the minute that Inutrasha shown interest in his Kagome. Her braces came off, and she grew up over the summer. There was no denying she was a beautiful young woman, but he always knew that. The problem was now other guys noticed it too.
“If he’s such an idiot, then why am I the one crying over him?” Her eyes were swollen and he felt his shirt dampen from her tears.
“Because you loved him.” It hurt him to say, but he knew the way Kagome felt about Inuyasha.
He held her until she stopped crying, and his mom made her a special dinner to cheer her up before Kouga dropped her back off at home.
“Thanks for tonight Kouga. You’re always there when I need you.”
“And I always will be. That’s what friends are for.”
“You think I’ll find someone new?”
“A girl as pretty as you? You’ll have guys lining up to take you out. I’ll just have to intimidate them first to make sure they are worth your time.”
Kagome laughed for the first time that night.
College Freshman Year
Kagome was at a party with Sango at the frat Kouga was rushing. The rooms were crowded and the cups were overflowing. Drinks were forced in Sango and Kagome’s hand as they were searching for their friend.
“Kagome, you made it!” Ginta bumped into the two girls. “Hey Sango! You girls need a drink?” he yelled over the music.
They showed the drinks in their hand in response.
“Have you seen Kouga?” Kagome asked.
“I think I saw him talking to some redhead in the living room.”
She rolled her eyes and fought the urge to gag. Kouga was always such a ladies man, but none of them ever stayed long. Kagome didn’t think she ever even met one his girlfriends before. Ginta took the girls into the other room to find Hakkaku and Kouga.
“So is this the frat you are gonna rush?” Sango asked, looking around.
“We are figuring out which one we want to do. We each got three bids, and only two of them were the same house. We’ll see.”
Kagome didn’t really quite understand, but she knew Kouga and the boys always talked of rushing during their senior year of high school. She nodded in response, and her eyes scanned the living room, instantly finding Kouga among the crowd. It was hard to miss his long ponytail and broad, tanned shoulders in the crowd.
She saw him leaning against the wall, flirting with a petite redhead, who was laughing at everything he said. Kagome felt a surge of jealousy as she saw Kouga staring intently at this other girl that wasn’t her.
“He looks busy,” Kagome stated nonchalantly.
Ginta raised his eyebrows at the jealousy in Kagome’s voice, and shared a look with Sango.
“He’s never too busy for you Kagome. You’re like, the center of his universe,” Sango replied.
The two noticed the way a blush covered Kagome’s face when Sango said that.
“Yeah, right,” she muttered, trying to laugh, brushing her long hair behind her ear.
“Kagome, you’re here!” Hakkaku slurred, almost falling on her. Kouga looked up at the sound of Kagome’s name being said, and saw her standing across the room. The redhead immediately noticed the way Kouga’s face lit up when he looked at that other girl.
“Ayame, I’ll be right back. Save me a drink.” Kouga winked and left her standing there. He had to say hi to Kagome. She was his girl.
“Kagome, you made it!” Kouga yelled, lifting her up from the ground and spinning her around. Kagome placed her face in the crook of his neck and smiled.
“I only showed up for you, you know this isn’t my scene,” she grinned up at him.
“The dynamic duo together again!”
She laughed and rolled her eyes, noticing that the redhead girl stormed off in the background. Maybe this wouldn’t be such a bad night.
College Graduation Day
“Kagome, Kouga look over here!” Mrs. Higurashi told the two. They both smiled dutifully as their moms took multiple photos of the same pose.
“Okay, just the boys!” Kouga’s mom called out. Ginta, Hakkaku, and Souta both clambered in the photo.
“Mom, we’re gonna be late. We’ll meet you after the ceremony,” Kagome said, kissing her mother on the cheek. “Guys, let’s go. We have to get Sango too.” The group waved goodbye to their families, and rushed across campus to grab Sango before running to the stadium.
The ceremony passed quickly, with Kouga and Kagome both screaming loudly for each other. They both met up afterwards before meeting up with their families to sneak a mini bottle of champagne in celebration.
“We did it!” Kouga pumped the air, taking a swig out of their bottle.
“I can’t believe we are done with school,” she replied, taking the bottle from him.
“Listen, there’s been something I’ve been meaning to do,” Kouga said to Kagome.
“What have you been meaning to do?” Kagome teased.
Kouga took a big breath and took Kagome in his arms. “This,” he said before pulling her in for a kiss. Kagome froze for a second, before relaxing into his embrace, wrapping her arms around him. It lasted for a moment, before he released her.
“It’s about damn time,” she whispered.
He grinned cockily in response.
Present Day
Kouga paced nervously as he adjusted his tux, before Ginta popped his head in.
“It’s time,” he said. Kouga grinned that cocky grin Kagome loved before hugging his best man.
“Souta, Hakkaku, let’s go!” Kouga called for his other groomsmen.
The four waited at the end of the aisle, smiling at the guests as they awaited eagerly for the bride to make her appearance.
The music started and the bridal party made their way down the aisle. Kouga’s heart increased, and he felt his stomach doing somersaults the minute the bridal entrance music came on.
The doors opened and Kouga’s breath was taken away by the sight of Kagome in a gown fitting of a princess. She made her way down the aisle, her eyes on Kouga. The minute she was near Kouga, his hands reached out for her, and she eagerly grabbed them.
The officiant spoke of love and promises while Kouga and Kagome kept their eyes on each other during the whole ceremony. All too soon, the officiant asked the best man for the rings. Kagome nervously put the ring on Kouga’s hand, her voice shaking through the vows. Kouga confidently professed his vows loud enough for the entire church to hear as he placed the simple wedding band on her finger.
“By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You can kiss the bride!”
Kouga grinned and cupped Kagome’s face in his hands as he placed his lips on hers.
Her heart soared as she recalled all the times they have been through. She never could have imagined that brave little boy who became her first friend, would one day be her husband.

Words: 1604
Request: Hey! I was wondering if you could right a cassian/fem!reader fic where they realize they love each other when they are both captured by the Empire and they aren’t sure whether they will get to tell the other.
Author’s notes: Hey guys! I liked where this went so I may make this a 2 shot eventually if anyone has anything in particular they want to see in another chapter let me know! Hope you enjoy this!
“Is my beautiful face making you miss these stormtroopers? Because I don’t think you’ve hit any.” Cassian smirked.
You scoffed taking out a trooper right over Cassian’s shoulder, “Don’t you wish.”
You and Cassian had been friends for as long as you could remember. He was your best friend. Your family.
You met him when you were five years old. You grew up as neighbors and the both of you became quick friends. You were very competitive children and often tried to outdo each other, which caused many issues for your parents. There were many broken bones and broken windows.
After years of growing up together, you both joined the rebellion and quickly rose to be some of the best agents.
He was your everything. You couldn’t imagine your life without him.
You and Cassian were on a mission together. It wasn’t a difficult one and you were having fun messing around.
You made a game out of your mission and flirted with each other, as friends of course.
Neither of you were typically affectionate people, but it was different with each other. Every hug, every hand held, every flirty smile would send a beat through your stomach. You weren’t sure why you felt that way. He was your best friend. So you pushed it down and acted like it didn’t happen.
The mission had gotten violent and you were in the middle of a firefight. You and Cassian were fine and holding your own. However, it all happened very quickly. You had just turned for a second, putting your back to Cassian to take out another stormtrooper when you heard a yell behind you. Whipping around you saw that Cassian was gone. You started towards where he had last been, screaming his name over the blasting guns.
But all you received in return was a hit on your head that knocked you out.
Cassian came to with a shout. He sat up racing over to the front of his cell his hands wrapping around the bars.
“Y/N?” He called out.
He didn’t remember much after he was taken. He remembered being roughed up and hearing you scream his name. But he didn’t know what happened to you.
He received no response and began to pace in his cell muttering to himself.
An hour later a guard came to bring him to another room. Cassian sat handcuffed to a chair waiting for someone to come in.
And then someone did.
“Ah. Agent Andor I presume.”
Cassian didn’t dignify the man with a response.
“I’ll have you talking in no time. Or do you not want to know what happened to your little girlfriend?”
Cassian’s head shot up at the mention of you, “What did you do to her?” He said through gritted teeth.
“Ah ah ah. You answer some questions for me and I’ll tell you where she is.”
“I’m not telling you anything.
And he didn’t. He was beaten and beaten and threatened. But he didn’t budge. Though he was worried he knew you could handle yourself.
Hours passed and the imperial agent grew agitated, “Fine. If you’re not going to answer my questions then I’ll just break you.”
Cassian spat at him, “Nothing you say will ever break me.”
“You’re little girlfriend is dead. I killed her myself.”
Cassian flinched back as if he had been hit.
“No. No. You’re lying.” He said calmly.
The man tsked, “Ah. That I am not.” And he left the room.
“No!” Cassian screamed through the door, “You’re lying. She’s alive. I know she is! And she’s going to burn you to the ground!”
Cassian received no response but the computer scene in the room flickered to life and on the screen was your motionless body. Cassian’s heart sank and he felt as if his whole life had been ripped away from him.
You were dead?
He would never see you again? Never hold you? How could he go without your smile?
He loved you. He loved you.
And he never got to tell you.
You came to with a gasp. You were lying on a rough cot in a damp dark room. Alone.
Your first thought was to call out for Cassian.
“Ugh shut up girl. Some of us are trying to sleep around here.”
You shot over to the tiny hole on the right side of your cell, “Have you seen a new man around here? His name is Cassian?”
The man scoffed, “Do I sound like I care? Now be quiet.”
You sighed softly and went to lay down shivering slightly as you burrowed closer to the wall hoping to gather as much warmth as possible. And then you drifted off to sleep.
The next morning you woke early to the sound of a prisoner screaming.
“Let me go.” The voice grew closer and you shot up trying to see down the hall.
A door slammed closed and a man grunted cursing. Once the thundering footsteps left down the hall you whispered softly, “Cassian?”
You heard a hand hit the wall and a gasp of pain before a voice spoke, “Y/N?”
You ran over to the wall banging on your firsts on it, “Yeah Cassian. Yeah, it’s me.”
You sighed in relief.
You could hear him pull in a deep painful breath, “Thank god you’re alright. They told me you were dead.”
Your heart clenched and you wished you could pull him into a hug, “No. Cassian. No. I’m here. I’m fine. I-“
The door to your cell slammed open and you scurried back into the dark corner. You felt hands grab you and you tried to resist, but they were too strong. You dug your heels in and screamed at them to let you go.
“Y/N?! Y/N?! Let her go!” You could hear Cassian screaming as you were dragged down the hall.
“Cassian!”
“You’re going to be alright Y/N. I promise!”
You passed out before you reached wherever they were taking you. The last thing you thought of was Cassian.
You groaned as you rolled over, your face scratching on the itchy bedding.
“You must really love your husband.”
“He’s not my husband.” You mumbled.
“But you love him.”
You paused, “Yeah….I do. I love him.” Fuck. “Cassian?” You called out.
“He’s not here girl. They took him away. Said to tell you that he’s gone.”
“Gone?”
“Gone. Dead.”
You shot up groaning in pain and clutching your side, “What?! No. He’s not dead. No. No no no no.”
You sunk to the floor your head falling into your hands, your fingers grasping onto your hair tightly.
Cassian was gone?
How could you live without him? You couldn’t live without him. You love him.
You love him.
And you never got to tell him. He died not knowing how you felt. You would never see his face again. Hear his laugh. Hug him. You would never get to be with him. Kiss him. Never see his face light up when you told him that you love him. Nothing. He would never know.
You broke down for the next hour until you were able to pull yourself together with a grunt of determination.
The next few hours were spent planning out an escape. You had to get home. You bribed the man in the cell next to you into working with you. Once you told him who you were he was 100% on board.
The days passed and your plan was right on track. You stole a guard’s key card. Bribed another guard. Plotted with multiple prisoners. And planned your escape.
Everything went according to plan and you got out of the base. Everybody was running away, but you just stood there looking at the dreaded base. It wasn’t right just leaving it like that. They deserved to burn for what they did to Cassian.
You ran back inside and demolished the circuit room and sent up a detonator. You took off quickly running out of the base once again and you just made it up and over the hill when the base exploded into flames.
You just stood there watching the world burn as your heart completely broke within you.
You got back to base a few days later. You felt numb inside and didn’t know what to make of anything. As you landed the ship you shuffled down the ramp looking broken.
Shouting made your head shoot up and you saw dozens of people running toward you. They grabbed onto you in confusion and you pulled away not wanting to be touched. It took you a second, but you were finally able to piece together what they were frantically asking you.
“Y/N?! We thought you were dead?”
Your brows furrowed, “Dead? No I’m not dead. Um Cassian though-“
“Yeah Cas-“
A commotion in the back of the group of people forming around you stopped the man from talking and the sea of people parted. And standing there was Cassian.
Cassian?
You froze your mouth dropping open.
He was alive?
Cassian slowly walked towards you as if he wasn’t sure that you were really there. You stood a foot apart just staring at each other.
His head rose up and cupped your face, his thumb running gently across your cheek.
“Did you burn down that base because of me?”
You choked out a laugh, “No. I did it because I love you.”
Cassian’s face split wide into a smile that lit up his whole face, “I love you too.”
And you pulled each other close your lips brushing against each others. And you smiled knowing that everything was going to be alright.
