Tigerpillar day and night ✨

Tigarpillar is a small but mighty creature, measuring about 13 cm (roughly 5 inches) and can grow up to 1 meter (roughly 3 feet) in length depending on environmental factors. They enjoy eating leaves, berries, and insects. Their sharp retractable claws and strong bite make them an effective predator and they have been known to occasionally take down larger creatures up to twice their size.

Tigarpillar body markings and colours may vary depending on the region they are found, but can be easily identified by their dual tails and chubby peets.

Until It’s Clear

A new story that I’ve finally worked up the nerve to introduce.

CW: implied child abuse in backstory, fictional chronic ailment, discussions of trauma.

Warin was a linguist, a mage, a professor, and very occasionally a healer. In the middle of a semester, he was pressed into service as divination aide to Marshal Hildebrand Raduraz, who apparently possessed absolutely no magical ability despite how his surname—much like Warin’s own—indicated his belonging to one of the region’s longest and post powerful lineages in the way of arcane power. Conducting errands and basic divination for a marshal was a job Warin never chose or wanted, particularly since it meant abandoning his students just before midterms, but he decided to open his mind to it and embrace the rock and the hard place.

Hildebrand was a marshal, but before then, he was a boy who fell victim to an act of cruelty. Over decades of leaving his involuntary, trauma-induced magical repression untreated out of fear, he developed an extraordinarily severe and prolonged case of magical rot, one that only worsened after he made a heavy sacrifice to save his men in the previous war. He knew he was deteriorating at a breakneck pace, and wanted spend what he thought could be his final days somewhere quiet and peaceful, but was unable to neglect the call when another war broke out just a year later. Unable to conduct rituals and cast spells in the way his peers excelled at and found necessary, he grudgingly petitioned for the assistance of an expert and soon received it in the form of Dr. Warin Walhaz.

Whether fate bound them for the purpose of growth or torment was unknown to them, but regardless, they knew from the moment they met that they were connected by its threads.

Map of the Solantic League

This is my personal world building project, meant to draw illusions from real world history in fictional contexts. The setting approximates our real world's 1970’s, with a particular emphasis on the geopolitical tensions during the early cold war. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Solantic League is an economic and political world superpower comprising 16, nominally autonomous free-market democracies, located primarily in the eastern Occidental and western Merkopol continents.

The League was formed from the nation-state polities who emerged in the wake of the Graad Spring revolutions of the late 1290's. Initially a pro democracy protest movement, in which, after the controversial assassination of the "living saint" Lilliana Kollanti (the leader and living god of the radical branch of the Sacrosanct religion), spiraled into an armed revolt against monarchical rule. The Solantic League stands today as a union of center-left and center-right political parties elected from across the League's territories to form the various governing and legislative bodies of the League. Unlike other trans-national unions, the governing process of the Solantic League is not entirely secular, as the majority of League citizens are followers of the radical sect of Sacrosanctity, and as a result have adapted the Leagues' political and legal systems to accommodate the reincarnation of the next living saint.

Recently, the expansion of the League into the territories of the collapsed Volhynian Empire in 26' and the intervention and occupation of territory during Vespertine civil war in 44' has drawn the ire of various other regional and international powers. As a result, an era of increasing geopolitical tensions and economic recession, dubbed the "Paranoika", has descended on the free-market democracies of the Solantic League and the secular, left wing nations of the Communauté.

Do you have any RoLo stories you're working on?

I'm working on a bunch more as well that I haven't gotten out yet.

I love those stories and I really think that a lot of their stories need to be made with more quality and heart.

As strange as it might sound, I don't think that you can write a RoLo story as a typical love story. It's gotta be special... these two have been through hell and back together and always came out stronger. It's like a fantasy epic. (Of course, we are talking about SciFi, lol), but I do want to respect everyone's opinion on the matter. We all think differently. I've read stories where they are both normative people as well, and honestly, I love some of those!! It's like having your favorite chocolate bar that's all melty on the inside, and you didn't expect that goodness 😋

Kudos to everyone who writes these. You're amazing!!

Buuuuut, back to the question, yes I am, and I'm going to be very happy to update those stories soon.

I'm trying to update these ones and keep them up to date as much as possible before I commit to aging anymore, though I have lost track of a few along the way which I hope to update soon as well. One of those being 'Dad Visits', which I'm trying to get the information to update... (I need more knowledge 😭)
