i am indeed stating that the monk from the left could be mayor, and here's why.

OKAY SO MK GOES TO THE PAST, RIGHT, so i can assume that mayor not being an LBD follower or soldier YET could be reasonable, so that's one.

well for one, these monks in this temple are pressumaby, training to become immortals, yes? (this temple btw is where wukong learns how to be immortal)

now WE HAVE MAYOR. whom we know has existed since the ancient China era all the way to the modern times

SO ASSUMABLY mayor is immortal

and the only way mayor could be immortal is by doing all that immortal monk training schmack

the monk also seems to have an almost "awkward squeeky" voice, very similar to mayor's goofy voice (except in this case the monk's voice hasn't developed to the distinct mayor voice we all know and love :>)

- Twist is a god theory. It’s pure crack but from what I remember rewatching, it’s entirely plausible

okay so puzzle piece a is lydia saying that bakur’s quest to resurrect his god failed because he picked the wrong spot. a god could only come back in a place where a god was born or created. (as adaine put it, “he needed to go to the god baby hospital and he just did it out on the street.”) and puzzle piece b is from jawbone giving riz information on kipperlily as like recompense for her asking about kristen. what riz fixated on was the fact that kipperlily knew kristen’s god died, but kipperlily asked jawbone where it happened. i guess it’s unclear whether “it” is the god’s death or birth but jawbone told her it happened where they took down goldenhoard. and where was that? in the gymnasium!

truth be told, i actually used to avoid the show like the plague because, a few years ago, i never found myself liking dynamics similar to the one rapunzel and cassandra had. it wasn’t until my little sister started watching it on the tv two months ago when i watched with and got hooked way too easily. the movie has always been one of my comforts so it was surprising to me but also fate pretty much.

i’m personally a sucker for uknighted dream and if i think about new dream too hard i’ll get so excited i’ll feel almost physically ill oops, BUT i’ve had character development since years ago and now i eat up dynamics like rapunzel and cassandra’s so it’s good i watched now and not back then! now i can fully appreciate cassunzel too!

starting off with these really cool production cels!!! they are both framed and signed by david feiss... first is from the pilot and the second is from part time job. according to my dad they were 150 each which i think is actually pretty cheap for these. but they didn't come with certificates for whatever reason boohoo

next is comics... i already had four but i got three new ones this year

got the funkos too as well... chicken looks kinda ugly but its a funko what did you expect

saving one of my favorites for last, a supercow plush!!!! i was lookin through ebay a few months ago and found a plush i had never seen before. its a shame that the 'c' on her shirt is worn out. this plush is from brazil (im aware there's a red guy plush from brazil out there, but i have had no luck finding anything about him ANYWHERE. how sad)

If you really think about it, Trent Crimm isn't that important to the narrative. At least not anymore.

Yes he did write and article about Ted's panic attacks and that did result him being the antagonist for just a moment but that was resolved in season 2. He doesn't interact with any of the characters that much accept for Colin and Ted.

Colin and Ted are the only two ppl Trent has had moments with that are longer than a few seconds. Other than that he does really...do anything? He's just hanging out. Shadowing the team to his book. That's literally it. We don't know his background, we don't know his daughters name, we don't his ex wife, we don't his thoughts or insecurities.

So why is he still here? Why is he still in the show? It still would've been the same if he wasn't there.

The only logical explanation(in my head and critical thinking) is that he is the season finale's twist. He is going to be part of the surprising finale and maybe even play an important part and it most definitely probably be with Ted.

Why else would they have him interact with Dottie in the last episode. Why did they make Dottie, Ted's mother, the one to finally compliment Trent's hair and why in the second to last episode?

Why did Ted look more visibly upset and lash out until his mom invited Trent into the group hug.

Why are Ted and Dottie the only to people to include Trent in social things(ie, the team huddle and the hug in the last ep)?

Trent's inclusion in most episodes are because Ted wants him included, intentionally or unintentionally. And obviously his mom is just like him so obviously she's going to include him too.

Without Ted, there is no point for Trent to be there.

And I think that's what the conflict of the finale will be. Trent realizing that he truly isn't whole without Ted. Ted's the whole reason Trent started the book in the first place. Why he let himself be fired from the one job he's had for 20 years. Why he's his truest self.

And without him there...what is he?

i think the absolute best part of tdi fanfics are when people write out plot lines they don’t like by saying it was scripted. yes. it makes me so happy bc it makes so much sense. courtney duncan gwen love triangle? staged. all for the cameras. chris not caring about the kids? all for show. he’s still an ass ofc but he’s not evil. it’s so. i just love when people write tdi as the reality tv show it’s supposed to be!!!!!!!!
