London Boy - Part 3: I like girls that dance

summary: It’s your first night out and your first real introduction to Westheath. Rafe is quick to find his way on your radar.

Despite your doubts, you put on the sheer top and the black mini skirt Millie and Olivia had insisted you wear. Your favorite pregame playlist plays as you do your makeup in the mirror. You move as quickly as you can, in desperate need of a shot to calm your nerves before your flat fills with people. You’re also nervous about seeing Rafe after that encounter in the kitchen you just had.

As you run your fingers through your hair and put on your earrings, all you can see is his stupid (and annoyingly attractive) face, staring down at you with that dumb backwards cap, telling you that you guys should watch Game of Thrones together. Every time your mind starts to think if that means something, you quickly shut down the thought. Of course it doesn’t mean anything. Just because a boy wants to watch a show with you does not automatically mean he wants you or that this was going to turn into some kind of Netflix and chill situation. Or was this gonna be a Netflix and chill situation? I mean it was Rafe Cameron after all, the boy certainly had a reputation. But then again, hadn’t he just showed you that he’s different from what you had expected? Oh god this was all too much to think about right now, you needed a shot. Stat.

“Y/N!” Olivia shouts, swinging the door to your room open right on cue. “Oh. My. God. You look so hot!” she exclaims. “Here, this is for you,” she extends a shot glass toward you with a devilish grin.

“Oh god what is it,” you grimace. Shots always seemed like a better idea in theory than in practice.

“Try it and find out,” she smirks. You sigh and send the liquid to the back of your throat, immediately cringing at the sting of raspberry vodka, Olivia bringing a cup of cranberry juice to your mouth to chase.

“Don’t worry love, a few more and you won’t even taste it. Now come on,” she laughs, dragging you with her to the kitchen. The rest of your flatmates are already there, Millie bopping along to the music, giggling at whatever Topper is saying, Rafe standing close by sipping his drink.

“Y/n you hottie!” Millie cheers, looking up as you make your way into the kitchen. You pray to god your cheeks aren’t turning pink. You don’t dare turn your head, but you know Rafe is staring at you. If you looked at him now you’d be crimson for sure.

“Alright everybodyyy,” Olivia begins, pouring the same raspberry vodka into the five shot glasses she has lined up on the table. You can’t help but laugh at her infectious energy, this girl is nothing if not the life of the party.

“Cheers to our first night out as flat mates! Wooo!!!” she exclaims, as everyone grabs a shot glass from the table, Rafe instinctively passing you one, hands briefly touching during the exchange and again as you all clink your glasses. You down the contents, unsure if the heat forming in your chest is from the vodka or the feeling of Rafe’s passing touch.

Pretty soon people start to arrive, Olivia and Millie making sure to introduce everyone. The flat becomes a blur of bodies drinking, dancing, and mingling about, and somehow, despite it all, Rafe Cameron is the person you find yourself standing with. There was something magnetic about him that you couldn’t quite understand, but it kept drawing you near.

“What are you drinking tonight Cameron,” you nod at the cup in his hand.

“Jack and coke. Of course,” he scoffs with subtle sarcasm, which you instantly pick up on.

“Not straight whiskey? Wow. That’s not very Figure 8 of you,” you admonish playfully.

“Straight whiskey? L/n who do you think I am?” he twists his face in mock disbelief. “But I’m game to do a shot if you are,” he adds.

“Hmm that does-“ you begin, but you’re quickly cutoff.

“Y/n, babe, if I had known you’d be here I would’ve came sooner,” Liam greets you with a kiss on the cheek and a cheeky smile.

“Now how on earth do you two know each other,” Millie asks, walking in line with the boy.

“Umm,” you chuckle nervously. You could not have possibly felt more awkward at the conversation unfolding in front of you, Rafe standing by as witness to it all. “He’s that boy I went to the bar with the other night,” you explain sheepishly.

“That was Liam!? Chrissake. Well I apologize on his behalf for anything he said or did.”

“Hey I’ll have you know I’m a proper gentleman!” he defends, throwing you a wink as Millie rolls her eyes. Just at that moment, another group of people walk in through the door, conveniently coming to Rafe’s rescue.

“Rafe!” a girl calls and he clears his throat excusing himself, Millie following suit to greet the latest batch of guests. You watch as he leans in for a hug with the girl who’s just called his name. She’s twirling her hair and batting her eyes, confident, flirty, gorgeous - just his type. A sick feeling pools in your stomach, you don’t even realize you’re staring.

“Lily Colts, if that’s what you’re wondering,” Liam informs you as he takes the now empty spot next to you.

“Oh, um no, I was just uh-“

“It’s okay Y/n, I get it. So flatmate huh” he laughs, unbothered.

“No no it’s not like that at all I uh-”

“Alright. Y/n,” he says, jumping up to sit on the counter behind him, cracking open the can in his hand. “You know I think you’re hot and you know I like messing with you-”

“Actually I know neither of those things,” you reply indignantly.

“Yes you do, you’re not dim,” he bulldozes right on, “I can read people pretty well, and there was a vibe there.”

“A vibe?”

“Yeah. Between you and what’s-his-face. You should’ve seen the way he tensed up when I came up to you,” he snickers in amusement.

“Shut up. His name is Rafe, by the way, and there was no ‘vibe.’ Also why are you even telling me this?” you ask, growing frustrated with the cocky brunette.

“Y/n please,” he scoffs. “I told you I can read people, so let me read you. You’re out here in London right, far away from home, keen for a fresh start. You’ve never been one for meaningless flings, but fuck it, if everyone else can do it, why not you? Or so you try to convince yourself, but you know that’s not you. See, you crave that emotional connection, and when you find even a hint of it, you’re a goner. Which is why you’d never actually hook up with me and it’s why you’re staring at that boy from home even though you swear you don’t care, but you do - you feel something there.”

You’re dumbfounded by his ability to know things about you that even you yourself can’t recognize. “I liked it better when you were just flirting with me,” you grumble.

“No worries darling, I’ll definitely still do that. I’ll even dance on you in the club if you ask nicely, might make pretty boy over there jealous,” he motions with his eyes toward Rafe, at which you give his shoulder a shove.

“You’re an idiot you know, Millie was right on the money with that,” you quip, as the two of you head over to her, Liv, and the boys.

“Please, Millie wishes she could be right on something else,” he says as you shoot him a glare, trying your best to suppress a laugh. Liam was starting to become a pain in your ass, too smart for his own good, but at least he was a funny one.

Your first night clubbing was going great. The place was packed, the music was good, and you were having a blast dancing with Liv, Millie, and their friends. You couldn’t help looking around the club though, eyes scanning for Rafe in the crowd. He’d been hanging out all night with Topper and some of the guys from their new soccer team. You longed to be near him somehow, to interact with him again. All your conversations with him earlier today had left you with an excited buzz - you didn’t know what it was about this version of Rafe Cameron in London, but you were actually enjoying his company.

You try to push him out of your mind and just enjoy the moment. It’s not like there was anything between you and Rafe, you had just barely began to form a semblance of a potential friendship today, let’s not get carried away. Besides, you live with the boy, accidentally running into him wasn’t going to be much of a challenge.

“Anyone want anything from the bar?” you shout over the music to your friends.

“Vodka soda with lime please!” Olivia shouts back and you nod, turning to make your way to the counter a few feet away. You place your order and mindlessly tap your fingers on the bar as a figure appears beside you.

“Hey, Y/n right? Flatmates with Olivia, Mills, and the boys?” the girl asks, and you turn, now face to face with Lily.

“Uh yeah, hey,” you feign a smile back.

“I’m Lily, nice to meet you,” she smiles genuinely. “I’m friends with all the Westheath bozos you’ve probably been meeting tonight,” she laughs, “Callum and Henry over there are my best mates. They’re on the football team with Rafe and Topper, we were showing them around earlier. My god you guys have been hoarding some cute ones over there in America.”

You chuckle, “glad that Kildare’s presence can at least be of some benefit.”

“So, girl to girl here, what can you tell me about Rafe Cameron? He’s such a hottie isn’t he? Would love to get a taste of that,” she smirks, licking her lips.

“Umm I don’t really have much to tell,” you say, unsure of how to navigate this conversation. You could tell her what you thought you knew of Outer Banks Rafe - he’s a rich, party-boy player. But after today, that no longer felt right. You didn’t want to say or presume anything about him at all actually, it felt wrong to talk about him like that. God, what the hell was wrong with you? You spend a few hours with the boy and you already have a soft spot for him? You needed to get a grip. “Our families know each other but we don’t really hang out at home. He’s uh- he’s cool though,” you decide as a sufficient response.

“Any girl friend?” she asks, sliding cash over to the bartender as she orders a shot.

“Rafe’s not really the ‘girlfriend-type’,” you answer, bartender sliding you the drinks you ordered and Lily her’s.

“Well then cheers to that,” she grins, clinking her shot glass to your drink before she downs it, waving a quick goodbye. You watch as she makes her way back to Rafe and their group, adorning a flirty smile. You feel sick to your stomach. You wanted to hate her, you did. But you couldn’t. She wasn’t doing anything wrong. She was just confident, outgoing, and not afraid to go after what she wanted. There was nothing for you to be angry about, who was stopping you from doing the same?

But in the back of your mind you decided you could never go after Rafe like that. He would never be interested in you in that way, you were sure of it. You had a hard time believing your friends when they hyped you up, so you definitely weren’t going to believe for a single second that a boy you thought was cool could possibly look at you in the same way. Besides, the mere idea of being rejected by Rafe Cameron, and then having to continue living with him and eventually go back to the Outer Banks for everyone to find out you had been rejected by the kook prince, was so mortifying that the very thought made you want to crawl into a hole. So you promise yourself, right then and there, that you won’t let yourself get hurt like that. You could hang out with Rafe, get to know him, become friends even, but under no circumstances could you be caught wearing your heart on your sleeve. You couldn’t disarm yourself like that and give him the upper hand. You needed to look out for yourself first and foremost, preserving the little bit of control you still had over your life.

You walk back over to your friends, slipping Liv her drink as her and Jake dance together. Your new friends are all tipsy and in a world of their own, getting lost in the music and their movements.

“Dance with me,” you turn to Liam who’s right beside you.

“I said if you ask nicely,” he admonishes sarcastically, to which you roll your eyes.

“I’m not gonna beg Liam. You wanna dance or not?”

“Sheesh, Lily Colts got your panties in a twist like that?”

“Not. At. All.” You confidently stare into his eyes, sipping your drink. It’s no use, Liam knows you all too well by now, and you curse yourself for the way in which this boy is able to see right through all the walls you put up. You may think these walls are made of brick, but to Liam they’re glass.

He just laughs at you, shaking his head in amusement. He grabs your free hand and pulls you closer to him, your bodies now pressed together. He takes your hand and rests it on the back of his neck, his finding their way to your hips. He plants his leg in between yours and soon you guys are lost in the rhythm. You’d be lying if you said you weren’t enjoying every second. He spins you around and you lightly grind your ass against him.

“Damn Y/n, I didn’t know you move like that,” he jokes, as you face forward again. He leans in, his hand on the small of your back, and you feel his breath right against your ear, “he’s looking by the way.” Your breath hitches, but you know better than to turn around. Liam is already one step ahead of you, instinctively twirling you again so you can quickly catch a glimpse of Rafe’s eyes on yours without it being obvious. “Told you he’d be jealous,” he smirks down at you triumphantly.

“Shut up,” you reply, the slightest smile tugging at your lips as your sweaty bodies continue to move to the music.

“Aw flatmate bonding you guysss,” Olivia gushes, as you all sit together at a booth. She had forced you all out of your beds this morning to get breakfast together. Despite being hungover and groggy, you all reluctantly agreed. “Mimosas anyone?” she jokes.

“If I so much as smell any alcohol I think I’ll vomit,” Topper groans.

“Aw, what’s the matter, can’t handle your liquor Tops?” Millie asks, quirking her head to the side.

“Ha. Ha. Very funny. Could ask you the same question. My room is right next to the bathroom, don’t think I didn’t hear your retching last night,” he snaps back, to which Millie turns bright red and soon you’re all hunched over in laughter.

“I think a mimosa would make me yak right now too, to be fair. Coffees all around!” Olivia asserts.

You’re seated across from Rafe as you both scan your menus, your eyes immediately fixing in on the pancakes. The waiter comes by to take all your orders and you can’t help but blush a little when Rafe orders pancakes and you have to follow with a “same for me.” Such a silly, meaningless thing, I mean everyone likes pancakes. But being the only one to have the same exact order as Rafe leaves you feeling embarrassed, for no good reason all the same. You all begin to scarf down your food as soon as it arrives, thankful to have something to soak up the alcohol in your stomachs, as you share stories and laugh about last night’s drunken antics.

“So how is it that we’re all flatmates and yet I only have Topper’s contact. Come on, add ‘em in,” Rafe says, sliding his unlocked phone to the middle of the table.

“Wait I want snapchats too. Oooh! And instagram!” Olivia pipes, whipping out her phone as well.

“I expect no booty calls Cameron. This is strictly business,” Millie jokes, typing in her and Olivia’s numbers before passing his phone to you.

“Am I allowed a booty call?” Topper smirks, extending his phone as well.

“I wouldn’t push your luck Thornton,” she smirks back and he pouts in response. You finish typing your name and number into Rafe’s phone and hand it back to him, skin briefly making contact once again. Even though you had known Rafe all your life, somehow you two never had a reason to exchange numbers, only following each other on Instagram which he never posted on anyways.

“Alright everyone, pull up your snapchat codes, I wanna make a group,” Olivia says and everyone obliges, arms crossing every which way as you all add each other. “What should we name our group chat? Ooo can we do a ship name of our schools - like Kilheath or Westare?”

“I like Kilheath,” Topper chimes in.

“Yeah I bet you do you psychopath. Sounds like the name of a bad horror movie,” Rafe laughs.

“Oooo there’s five of us, we could be the Spice Girls,” Millie beams.

“No.” Topper immediately shuts her down.

“What about ‘American Boys and Spice Girls.’ You know, like the Kanye West song,” you add.

“Ehh, we’re getting closer, but not quite there,” Rafe teases you and you playfully kick him under the table. “I’m hearing a lot of opinions and not a lot of contributions,” you cross your arms and raise your brows.

“Hey hey hey, I’m a critic, not a chef L/n,” he lifts his hands in surrender.

“Ooo I got it! We can call it the ‘Royal fam,’ like the royal family,” Olivia suggests, finally getting approval from the whole group. Breakfast is soon over and you all return to your rooms, eager to nap away the remainder of your hangovers. You lay in your bed and stare at the newly formed snapchat group on your phone. Royal Fam 🇬🇧🇺🇸 appears on top and you scroll down, looking at Rafe’s username and bitmoji on your screen. You laugh at the fact that even his bitmoji wears a backwards cap. It was weird, having him in your phone like this. You had known this boy your whole life, but you two had always operated in separate spheres. And here he was, in your Snapchat, a glimpse into the life of Rafe, of which you only ever got a birds eye view of back home. It almost felt like you were trespassing somewhere you didn’t belong, having access to him like this. You sigh and lock your phone. Rafe Cameron really isn’t all that bad.

The next few days fly by fast as you become acclimated to Westheath. You and the rest of the Kildare kids attend an orientation with Westheath’s exchange advisor, spending the whole time with your little trio: you, Rafe, and Topper. When you had first arrived abroad, you were deadset on forging your own path in London and steering clear of everyone else from OBX. But hanging out with Rafe and Topper made you all but forget. It was fun and easy hanging out with them, in fact, counterintuitively, they were helping you forget all about the Outer Banks, just as you had hoped to do. Your conversations centered around your interests, your new lives, on random jokes and made up bits. It was almost as if there was a mutual unspoken agreement between you, them also trying to escape and forget their lives in OBX.

Pretty soon classes began, and you were learning a new schedule and adapting to British schooling. Your evenings were spent singing and dancing in the kitchen as you, Liv, and Millie simultaneously cooked your dinners, getting pints at the pub around the corner with your Westheath friends, and playing card games at the kitchen table with Rafe and Topper, the smack talk between you three flowing strong. There’d be short moments where you’d find yourself alone with Rafe - he’d explain to you whatever Premier League team was playing that day, you’d show him how the coffee machine works, and the occasional passing comments of “so when are we finally starting Game of Thrones, Cameron?” “I’m ready whenever you are, L/n.”

It was a Wednesday night, and you were curled up in your fluffy gray blanket watching Gilmore Girls in bed. You found the show comforting and familiar, the small town of Stars Hallow reminding you of what you wished your life in the Outer Banks could be like. Instead it was more like the cold and pretentious atmosphere of Chilton and the older Gilmores’ Hartford life. Your phone buzzes, and you pick it up lazily to check, suddenly freezing at the notification on your screen.

Snapchat: Rafe Cameron

You had opened a few snapchats from the boy over the past few days, but they were always random ones he would send to the group chat. This one was just for you. You gulp and put your phone down, not wanting to open it too fast. A few minutes go by and you realize you haven’t paid an ounce of attention to the show on your screen, even though you’re staring right at it. Fuck it. You open your phone and tap on the unread snap.

When are we watching Game of Thrones L/n the snapchat says, a picture of his laptop on his bed and the HBO Max home page open, the series featured in the corner of the screen.

You snap back a picture of your blanket and the laptop playing Gilmore Girls in front of you: ready whenever you are Cameron.

Almost immediately you get a response back.

Rafe Cameron: wait are you home rn? His message is accompanied by a random picture of his room, a view you let your eyes linger on until the message expires. Another peak into Rafe Cameron’s world.

Y/n: Yep! You send a blurry selfie of you wrapped in your blanket.

Rafe Cameron: be over in 5

You leave that last message on open and your heart starts to race. Just breathe Y/n, breathe, you keep telling yourself. It doesn’t have to be a big deal if you don’t make it out to be. It’s just a show. Just a show. And besides, you guys are friends now, right? You sit up in your bed and grab your pillow, shifting over to sit horizontally on your mattress. That seems more casual to you, more ‘just a couple friends watching a show together at a comfortable distance’ and less ‘sitting right on top of each other Netflix and chill’. You gulp down some water to ease your dry throat when you hear a gentle knock.

“Come in!” you call out, and now Rafe Cameron is in your room, eyes absorbing all the details that are so you. The posters on one wall, film camera photos on another. The string lights which wrap around your room and give it a warm glow. The plants, the subtle scent of vanilla. The bag you always carried with you, hanging off the side of your chair. He almost felt like he was intruding, like he was getting an intimate glimpse of something that was for your eyes only.

“Whats up,” he says, holding his laptop and closing the door behind him.

“Ready to finally start the show,” you laugh, “it’s about damn time.”

“Hey, I’ve been ready, it’s you who’s been taking your sweet time.”

“Is that so?” you ask sarcastically and a smile forms on his face.

“What are you doing over there? Who sits like that on their bed?” he asks, now coming over and taking a seat on your mattress facing vertically, propping your other pillow behind his back. “Can’t even stretch out your legs or anything,” he continues, patting the spot on the bed next to him, signaling for you to come over.

“I don’t know, I think it’s comfy,” you lie as you crawl over to him, your first line of defense already shot down.

“Weirdo,” he chuckles to which you nudge him in the side with your elbow. “If Topper’s wrong about this I’m gonna give him so much shit,” he says.

“Topper does have a lot of questionable opinions,” you laugh, “but I have a good feeling about this one.

One episode turned into two turned into three, you and Rafe instantly hooked. The nerves you had felt earlier at sitting so close next to this boy in your bed had all but dissipated, you quickly acclimating to the space he took up next to you. Even though by now all your previous misconceptions about Rafe had disappeared, replaced with the boy you had come to know over the past week, there was a small part of you that was still waiting to see if he’d try to pull something on you, like the Rafe you imagined back home surely would. Of course he didn’t, watching and discussing the show with you, making you feel as comfortable as if you two had been friends for years. You almost felt bad for having had doubted him in the first place.

When the third episode ended and you two got into a long post-episode discussion, you hardly noticed when the conversation began to digress. You both started to sink lower and lower down into your pillows, until you were both laying on your backs, staring at the ceiling and lost in exchanges of words and thoughts. The conversation was different this time, more candid and open, as if the shadow of the night was inviting you to divulge thoughts you wouldn’t have shared in the day. He spoke of his strained relationship with his father and you shared the silly drama that had caused a riff between you and your former friends back home. He showed you pictures of his dog and you showed him the video you had been working on all summer long in OBX, not having anyone to hang out with before you left for London. He talked about how he felt so disconnected from almost everyone on that island, and you nodded, understanding all too well. The conversation continued to ebb and flow, the occasional funny video or meme pulling you two into fits of laughter before seamlessly delving into another vulnerable train of thought. You both had your Spotify accounts open now, taking turns sharing your favorite songs. You put on a playlist you had made over the summer, full of songs that made you feel at peace.

“This puts you at ease huh,” he says.

You turn your head to look at him, “how could you tell?”

“I don’t know. I guess just the way your whole body relaxed the second you pressed play,” he replies.

“Yeah,” you say turning your head back toward the ceiling. “I know it sounds cheesy, but I feel like these songs are speaking to my soul or something,” you whisper.

“Yeah I get that… I have those too,” he whispers back. Neither of you realize it’s already 5 am and neither of you notice as your eyes both get heavy and sleep washes over you, playlist in the background like a lullaby. And at some point during your deep sleep, Rafe’s arm has found itself unconsciously wrapped around you.

“Oh my god,” you shouted as you quickly rose up from your slumber, remembering today was the day. “Crap! I have that date with,” you sigh. “My sexy hunk of a hero.”

At the speed of light you got ready, making sure you looked beautiful and glamorous for this date.

“Perfect,” you chuckled as you looked at yourself in the mirror, posing and modeling to yourself.

All of a sudden you heard a car’s horn beep from outside. You grabbed your things such as your sketchbook, your phone, the same things Arthur had saved. You open the door and there is standing Arthur with a bouquet of flowers.

“I found these and thought ‘hey they are beautiful’, and then I thought for a while ‘who could I give this to,’ and then I thought of you.” Arthur grinned from ear to ear, his personality seemed to beam and make the world a better place.

“Awww these are for me? Arthur they are extremely beautiful,” you stand on your tippy toes and give him a peck on his cheek. “Thank you! Let me find a vase for these.”

While you are putting the flowers away, Arthur stares at you from afar. You are truly a beauty. He can’t help but linger longer in looking at your curves, your body. The way the dress hugged you tightly, the curve of your butt. Your legs that to him looked better than even Diana Prince. The way you moved yourself about made Arthur like you more, made him want to understand you and get to know you more.

“You look really, really, really, pretty today y/n.”

You turn around, bashful and place the vase on a nearby table, “oh stop you! But thank you, you always look handsome yourself Curry. Whelp are you ready to go?”

“Ready as ready can get sweetheart,” Arthur opened the door for you. “But before we eat, how about I show you the best places around town?”

“I would really like that,” you smile as you take Arthur’s hand that he offered you and go to his car.

As Arthur’s driving a sweet melody of a tune is playing on the radio, making the morning relaxing.

“I can’t wait to see where you live! All the stuff you do daily, things that make you happy, stuff like that,” you smile as you wrap your tiny arm around his strong, muscled one. Arthur grins seeing how adorable you are and how interested you look at knowing about his home.

(ok but i love this gif because his smile is the bomb and the scrunchie is my life; sometimes i ask myself, how r we the same species?)

He gently holds your small hand and laces his thick fingers with yours. You peer up at him and see he is speaking about something the opposite way. Your heart beats vigorously, you are bashful and try to hear what he is talking about but you just stare at your two hands together, his and yours. They looked perfect as one, this meant something right?

“So what do you think, onto another sight?” Arthur asked, now his focus was on you. You fanned yourself and breathed harshly, “ooh is it me or is it extremely hot in here? Wooo, woah, ok, wow.”

“Y/n, its colder than an igloo in here, how in god’s name are you hot?”

“...menopause?”

Arthur chuckled, knowing exactly why you were like this. He knew it was about him holding your hand. He felt the way you tensed up when he did that, it made him for some reason happy. Happy to know that you were nervous around him because then you care about how he sees you, you care about his feelings.

“You look beautiful by the way sweetheart. You know what I don’t think there has ever been a day for you when you didn’t look beautiful.”

You swatted his way as you chuckled while rolling your eyes, “you’re too much Arthur Curry. Do you flirt with all your girls like this?”

“No...just you.”

Your eyes bugged wide open and you tried to change the subject. “What’s that place over there?”

“Oh that, that’s the ice skating rink. Its been there for like forever, its really fun. It may not look much but that’s where people just enjoy each others company, love birds, kids, teenagers, you name it, they go there.”

“That sounds so nice. Lovebirds you say though?” You raise your brow as your arm rests on the center console of the car. Arthur turns his head from the window to you and his head moves closer to yours. In a sultry, raspy, deep voice he says, “yeah many, many lovebirds go there. They dance around each other and sometimes get to touch.” Arthur comes closer and his lips almost go to yours, but then he stops. He smiles, “that means then we should go!” He gets out of the car so quickly you didn’t have a chance to think about what just happened.

“What!?!”

One minute you thought you were going to kiss this hunk of a merman and now he’s wanting to go ice skating, and you don’t even know how to ice skate! Then you realized, he was trying to play hard to get. He flirts and tries to kiss you and then he doesn’t! “Well, two can play it that game!” You thought in your head.

“Okay I should of told you this but Arthur...I can’t skate!” Your holding onto Arthur for dear life as you stand on the ice with the skates on.

“Well lets just practice a little, I’m gonna let go-

“No Arthur don’t you let go I swear if you let go I’m gonna punch you in the balls so hard that you’re gonna wish you were a woman, don’t you let go!”

“And when I let go y/n, lets see if you can skate on your own. Okay 1, 2, 3.” Arthur lets you go and pushes you forward to bring speed to you. You slide forward with a shriek as you can’t stop. As you’re about to fall to your death Arthur comes to the rescue and picks you up with ease. “Man, sweetheart I’ve already saved your life twice. I should get a reward.”

Arthur holds your hand as he practically guides you through on the ice. “Yeah you want to see your reward?” You smack his torso and shoulders but unfortunately with your size compared to his you didn’t really do much damage.

“Ouch what was that for?”

“What was that for? Arthur I nearly almost died...again! You pushed me you hot, idiot, jerk, stupid, guy!” You look straight up into his eyes with an angry face.

“So you think I’m hot?” Arthur comes closer to you.

You try to slide back but you trip and that makes Arthur strong hands go to your back, near your butt and bring you closer to his body. “I never said a thing like that.”

Arthur’s handsome face gets closer with yours and his body is touching your body, tightly pressed together. “I think you did, I know you did.”

You look away as you put your hands up. His lips go to your ear, “don’t worry y/n, I think I’m hot as well.”

Your face becomes annoyed as you shove his face away from you and roll your eyes. “Haha, good one.” You say sarcastically as his laughter booms loudly. He laughed so hard he had to wipe a tear. “Was it really that funny Arthur?”

Arthur nods, “oh yeah definitely. You should of seen your face!”

“HAHAHAHAHA WELL YOU SHOULD OF FELT YOUR JUNK, CUZ IT WAS GIVING A STANDING OVATION!” You then laugh really hard at your joke and pretend to wipe a tear. You see Arthur’s face as he gives you a death glare. You chuckle some more as he skates towards you. He wraps his hand in yours and you two skate like normal people do, or how the lovebirds do.

It was actually really romantic.

“There you go sweetheart, just like that.” You actually were skating correctly, of course holding for dear life onto Arthur, but still you did it. You were skating smoothly, almost perfectly.

“Oh my god, I can’t believe I’m doing it!” You smiled up at Arthur, your smile beaming. This made Arthur happy and his heart pound. He couldn’t focus on anything except you, the way you looked up at him. You looked like a goddess, like his whole life revolved around you. Like you were meant to be his, and he was meant to be yours.

“Arthur, Arthur, Arthur! We’re gonna crash!”

As soon as you said that you and him crashed into the wall. Before your body could hit the cold, harsh ice, Arthur fell on his back but caught you just in time.

“Oh my! Arthur are you okay?” You felt yourself being carried and laid, on your stomach, on his chest. His eyes were shut, so you shook him and tried to get him to wake up. “Arthur please wake up! Are you okay?”

You were starting to get worried that he hurt himself badly until he woke up. “Did I scare you?”

You smacked his face a couple of times, “Are you serious? Yes you scared me Arthur! I thought you were hurt. C’mon lets go somewhere to eat because I am starving.”

Arthur got up with your help and placed his hand on your hip as you two walked to the car. “Hey, thanks for worrying about me.” Arthur bent down and kissed your cheek, then he walked to his car leaving you all bashful.

“I swear this boy,” you muttered.

You two ended up deciding to go to a pizza restaurant. (if u dont like pizza then u r cursed and have sinned because pizza is a gift from god)

As you walked in the smell was good! It smelled delicious! Your stomach growled at the thought of fresh, hot pizza.

“Sorry for keeping you waiting. We could of gotten food sooner.” Arthur looked at the menu by the cashier. His arm was wrapped around your shoulder. If no one knew it, it looked as if you two were a couple.

Suddenly Arthur stomach growls. “Well if you were hungry Arthur, we could of gotten some food.”

Arthur puts his hair in a man bun with his light pink scrunchie, you could tell he was embarrassed. “I didn’t want to interrupt you having fun on the ice.”

You stood on your tippy toes and kissed Arthur’s cheek, “thank you, that was really sweet of you.”

After you two bought the pizza, you guys sat at the booth by the window.

“This looks so good! I’m starving!”

“Well y/n, bon appetit!”

You ate like you haven’t eaten in years, the pizza was so perfect and so delicious in your mouth. The atmosphere was perfect. Jazz music was playing in the background, there were not too many people there but enough to hear talking. It was gloomy looking outside since it was so cold. You took your coat off and placed it next to you.

“So I saw your sketchbook, what do you draw?” Arthur asked, taking a gigantic bite out of his Hawaiian pizza.

“Oh pretty much everything. Yeah, I like to draw animals, settings, but mostly people. I mean I love art but sketching and drawing is my passion, it lets me vent as much as possible. I just think about life when I draw. Think about how I want to better my life, how to better me.” You find yourself getting off the discussion. “Sorry, I’m talking too much aren’t I?”

Arthur placed his hand on yours and smiled, “not at all. Please continue.”

“I wanted to get away from my day to day life. Sometimes doing the same thing over and over, day by day can be such a bore and honestly tiresome. That’s why I needed to come here. I wanted to experience a place like never before, and also encourage myself to draw more.”

“Well I’m glad you made that decision to come here, if you hand’t then I would not have met you.”

“Thank you Arthur.”

“Can I see your drawings?”

You started choking on your piece of pizza, “what? You mean like mine, my drawing as in my own, like mine?”

“I’m pretty sure mine means that.”

You chuckled and scratched the back of your head, “I don’t know Arthur, they’re not that good.”

Arthur gave you a wink, “c’mon y/n, I know they’ll look amazing.”

You pull out your sketchbook from your bag and hand it to him.

“Wow y/n,” was all he said as he was mesmerized, captivated by your art. “You are incredible y/n, just incredible! I’m speechless with how you draw.”

“Thanks, it feels good to have someone important say such great things about them.”

Arthur almost turns to the page you don’t want him to see. “Um don’t see that drawing.”

Arthur raises his brow, “why not?”

“Because it has something personal on there.” You try to grab it but Arthur is too quick and moves it away from you. “Give it back Arthur!”

“Wait! I want to see what it is.” As he says this he turns the page to show a drawing of him.

You feel hot and so embarrassed. Your hands become so sweaty and your heart pounds. Will he think your drawing is weird or stupid?

“Y/n, this is so beautiful. I can’t believe you drew me.” Arthur was baffled at your gift. Just from seeing him in a short time you sketched him out like you knew him for many years. You got each curve and each detail of his face and body.

“I studied your face long and hard when you picked me up. I had to draw out my hero.”

Arthur’s smile made you fall more in love with him. “I’m sorry if me drawing you was weird. I can just get rid of it when I go back to my cabin.”

“No! Please y/n, don’t. Please don’t get rid of this amazing drawing. Hel* I wish I could draw you, but not even a dam* drawing would show and describe how beautiful you are, not words not art, nothing. You are so frickin gorgeous and sweet y/n, you really are.” Next thing you knew Arthur got up and sat next to you in the booth. Feeling shy you backed away in the booth but this just made Arthur get extremely closer to you. His wild blue eyes were half lidded as he was overpowered with love and lust for you, and to be honest so were you. Arthur came closer and closer to you until his huge body trapped your tiny, fragile one against the wall. “I so wanna kiss you right now,” breathed out Arthur, rubbing delicately your cheek.

“I wanna kiss you so bad too,” you said in a whisper, looking directly at Arthur’s plump lips. Without no hesitation Arthur’s lips crashed on yours. You two didn’t care who was watching or who was there. This kiss was needed. Arthur’s tongue slipped in your mouth in one swift movement, but just as quick as it went in it went out. He was teasing you! He was showing you what was to come if you two spent the night in a sexual escapade. You two made out a few more seconds until you and him separated to catch your breaths. He leaned his forehead against yours, “boy am I glad you decided to come here for your vacation.”

You chuckled and touched Arthur’s facial hair, “me too Arthur. Me too.”

autumn not letting me in the game at first bc i’m mixed. i can hear my ancestors screaming

My tribe has a varying amount of timezones which makes it harder to connect with them socially as I cannot PM them as much as I would like to. Additionally, I am finding it difficult to message them because I have to work from 8 to 5 everyday of the week. This sucks because I know I can at least make people like me in the per-merge enough to keep me. However, I can no longer reliably use this strategy. I just have to hope others are way more inactive than me and that my tribe somehow wins immunity. On that note, I am really liking that Mikki and Benj took a leadership role in the tribe. So, they are definitely people I want to keep on this tribe. It would have to be Blake or Khalid that gets the target from me. We'll see how talking to them goes before results.

I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!! Ok so starting with my tribe:

Mikki - ABSOLUTELY THE FAV!!! We got along right away on day 1 and are def the closest in timezones which is so great to have someone like that. Sooo fun and easy to talk to really wanna be #1 allies. I know shes amazing at orgs and won and probs is getting along well with everyone but who cares i wanna play w her!!!! The main thing is too have fun and i just know it will be with Mikki

Captain - Also amazing!!! Super active in helping with the challenge and great personally love that hes gonna do english teaching which is smth i was looking into and also in a closer time zone to me and had fun discussing stuff w him so far!!

Blake - We played Kili together!! Shoutout Autumn for getting 4 Kilis back omg. I was on a tribe with Blake and Autumn together for like 2 rounds and we did vote together once so have some positive history at least hes a bit more quiet compared to the others but hes cool and i think we could do good!

Raffy - Iconic parts in the video challenge and also fun so far!! Havent talked as much as the above 3 but still feeling good about him!

Khalid - Seems nice and friendly but we havent messaged yet and no clue if he will do his lines in the music video :O we'll see But overall love my tribe and the overall cast. LILY THE KILI WINNER QUEEN???????? Cant believe shes back would be so awesome to play w her again since last time we were mainly on opposite sides. JINX MY ONE MONTE FRIEND??? YES!! SO excited i hope we get to tribe swap together since in Monte we werent that close and i voted them off i know such a disgrace but since then we have become more friends so would love to play together!! Also played w Chips in Kili and were sort of friends! Chris we are hosting a season together but i think itll be cancelled tbh no ones applying and we dont know each other at all outside of that but i loved his intro and just started getting into agatha christie literally ordered 2 of her books a few weeks ago sdhksa cant believe he mentioned her in his intro so super excited to properly meet him. Joey we are sorta friends but i voted him out recently in other game so dunno how he feels abt me!! Everyone else i dont really know but will meet some soon surely WOOO AUTUMNS WORLD

SO THE GAME JUST STARTED so there's not really that much to spill right now but I do really enjoy my tribe. I have my bestie captain who I will protect as much as I possibly can. and I've spent all day yesterday and today talking to benj who I LOVE so so so much. I feel so good with him. SO UM ASAHJSHSJAJHASHJAS IM ON THE SAME TRIBE AS RAFFY WHO UM ASHJSAHASHJ I played with once before where I was super chaotic and I literally fought him (playfully) and it was so messy and chaotic and stupid BUT I DIDN'T RECOGNISE HIM AND HE DIDN'T REMEMBER ME SO WE JSUT WERE LIKE "nice to meet you" and I didn't realise until later and idk if he knows yet and I am not bringing it up COS LIKE IDK I DON'T WANT IT TO GET WEIRD AND MAYBE HE DOESN'T REMEMBER BUT MAYBE HE DOES IDK but besides that I love him a lot he's so fun and his videos for our music video are AMAZING he's so full of life. Khalid hasn't been on much but I really enjoy his energy when he is. he's so cool and lovely. Blake is nice!!!!! but I can't help but feel my instincts being like WATCH HIM. like something inside me is saying beware of this white man.LIKE IDK WHAT IT IS but I just get instincts in games with people sometimes where I just feel like unsettled??? and that's how I feel right now. we're all in different timezones so socialising is the opposite of overwhelming. I've never had a game so quiet in the beginning like this before. but I've never played survivor either. I think I might be okay??? if we went to tribal but I really don't want us to go to tribal pls....

JINX IS OVER ON THE TUA TRIBE BTW and I'm sitting here with grabby hands. I wanna play with them so bad and just get to have our redemption arc because we didn't play on the same side the first time we played so LET ME HAVE THIS I just wanna play with them and have fun with them but they are so far away :((((

Benj just submitted his version of the music video and it is..... bad. I don't know why Mikki filmed vertically? Like, I feel like that's the first rule of music videos? You have to always film horizontally. Also, some of these people's energies were not giving at all. The beginning waking up part was cute though. It's just.... these people aren't giving what they think they're giving is all I'm saying. And Benj put this weird filter on all my videos that makes it hard to see what's actually going on tbh. 2. Who are you most excited to play with on the cast? Most afraid of? oh of course mikki for sure and another person is geekoffilm cause u know we're like besties besties and i love both of them so much. most afraid of... probably monty tbh. they tried to gun for me/mikki(/cora) in jarod's mini so i think they know that mikki and i are gonna be tight so i'm just gonna have to keep an eyes on them cause they are a great player.

3. What are your first impressions of everyone based on this first challenge? OH GOD. i love benj!! benj is very organized so we started off pretty well. i threw out lush life randomly and then we decided to go with lush life, how cute!!! but yea, benj and mikki have done lots of works and i love THEM. RAFFY ALSO DID AMAZING in his parts!!! like he has PROPS and his camp is sooooo summery and AHH he's so great. blake.. ahem if blake didn't look at his lyrics at the first part, it would've been a bit better. and idk about khalid. i'm very worried cause khalid hasn't sent any of his parts yet. and like he seems inactive??? so idk but i don't wanna lose the points for full team participation :oooooh: I DIDNT JUST SHOW ANYONE I CANT DANCE TO LOSE AND I DIDNT HAVE TO DANCE AND MAKE MY LEGS ACHE JUST TO LOSE!!! SOBS!! but that is a sign that tells me i should exercise more x ANYWAYS!!!! its just interesting point to add x

What is your strategy going into the first portion of the game? trying to lay low and build some connections with ppl from my tribe. benj and raffy for sure. i rlly like their vibes so i need to stick with them. and just try not to lose challenges cause its gonna be suck voting one of them out. also, if we somehow win, i want to send someone who i can trust moving forward to exiled island.. but we'll see. its gonna be a lot of thinking and convincing people.

5. How do you want other people in the game to view you in the early stages of the game? as someone who they can trust and talk to and someone who always puts effort into challenges cause thats what most important in the first stage of the game.. i'll come back here after results x

Now that that is out of the way, let me list my tribemates... Giraffez Joey Lily C Lily O Monty. Something is incredibly amusing about how there is a tribe with someone named Chips and someone named Giraffez. What is not amusing is that I get a "I don't like/want to speak to/etc." vibe from Giraffez? I could just be a delicate and annoying flower but our conversations have been short and dry. Joey has some great high energy and excitement and I love that he loves being part of this game. He is also pretty fun to talk to. Hoping that we can keep an open dialogue and that perhaps I can rope him into a future alliance of sorts. Lily C is a sweetheart truly and I adore her personality so much. She is such a go-getter and goes to bat for those with who she feels can be loyal. I'm hoping that we can build loyalty and trust together. Lily O has been busy with work at a bowling alley. That's actually really cool because when I was a child that was my dream job. Not even joking... my parents were in leagues when I was growing up and my brother and I entered ones designed for children. It was a big thing in my family and I thought that I would love to be in that "atmosphere" all the time. Anyway, we haven't spoken until after the results were announced so honestly if I had to guess I was their intended target if we had had tribal council and they were mine?? (perhaps...) It has been really nice getting to connect with Monty and really cool finding out that they are beginning job searching after college and thinking of pursuing education as a career. I have a soft spot in my heart for all educators.

Okay so I'm just going to say this now. Autumn needs to simplify the twists to more like Blue's Clues with an OBVIOUS large blue paw prints where I'm supposed to look. Ok.....so after talking to Joey a little ive learned a few things mikki is a bit of a beast Benj is well......social to and everyone despised Mesopotamia........which i get from the stuff that pumped me up to 16th place that season but I'm mostly hoping that i can make it to the end this time....... I'm totally pumped for this game! Like when I saw my tribe and Jinx is on it I screamed! I want us to have the same success of being together at ftc!! Jude honestly is great to me and I'm enjoying getting to know her a lot, Ricky I remember from HvV4 but we both say no to that and start anew! Yesterday was so stressful to me like editing I have no problem with but I thought my biggest worry was that I needed Bryan to submit stuff late-ish. But turns out an hour before due time thd program wanted to stop working 🙃🥲 and I felt so close to wanting to forfeit- which is something I never do but I just felt hopeless and guilty and even imagined getting voted out. So I had to call Jinx who assured me something could be salvaged and they'd make sure I would stay (rip Bryan) but after the extension by cool hosts I found encouragement and did my magic stuff. SOMEHOW we won and to be honest I dont think anything will top that feeling of relief in the org (give me 3 days) but man what a ride yesterday was for me!

I got a Super Idol! Well, at least I now know that I can fuck around in this game a little bit more since I have this extra insurance in my back pocket which guarantees I stay around in the long run. I want to start getting into alliances because being a solo person with not much time on their hands is definitely a scary position to be in. Preferably, I want an alliance with Nikki and Benj (though I suspect that they already have an alliance with at least one other person on the tribe). It does suck that I am not at tribal considering that it will help build my bonds even stronger. I guess I just have to suffer for the time being

Omg that immunity was so hard, I literally did not know what I was doing and I think out of everyone I was a bit lackluster. I will say on the tribe I have not really talked to all of them but I will say I trust Jinx the most and we have talked a lot and I think that moving forward we will have each others back. What the fuck we already have a challenge! Shit's insane! We only just got here!

Night 1: Alright so I had a really late start to the party but that’s okay because I made sure that I spoke with everybody on my tribe, I honestly like my tribe.... for the most part and I say that because this cast is JUST so ICONIC and that makes me scared or more so intimidated. I’m hoping somehow that I can continue to bond with everybody on my tribe and be able to be in the in when tribal comes around or IF Tribal comes around. So who is on my tribe?

Elmo!! He is somebody that I have seen around the Facebook community and more importantly I often see him being loved and people speaking highly about him and honestly I can’t blame them he is such a nice dude in the short little time that we were able to chat. I hope that at the last I will be able to speak with him more and maybe...? Try and figure out a way to work together but I don’t want to rush into things with him as idk how he plays just yet.

Zack! A very very familiar face someone that I have actually played with before! We were tribe mates in 703 MDaro and it’s fair to say that at one point we were actually working together but one event turned to another and next thing you know I’m on the jury 😂😂. I always enjoyed talking with Zack back then and I hope that we can pick up where we somewhat left off at least with the getting along part!

Ian! I’m just unsure as to what to say about him and say that because I have seen him around but I have also not heard much about him, I’m unsure if he is new to orgs or even just not that good placement wise?? jared. u g h! not 1 good experience i have with jared. he's dating nicole g and me and her have NEVER seen eye to eye. we would constantly fight and it would get so ugly. i've fought with jared and... it was just a mess.. i know this is gonna cause a problem for me and he's probably the one person i was least happy to see.... pray for me.

i know a shit ton of people on other tribes which kinda scares me because there are two people on THIS tribe that i dont know a whole lot, but one of them definitely knows about a good amount of my prior connections as well.

justin watched me just play big brother pokemon and hopefully i can keep playing off that i played a very loyal game or somethin like that... what i DO know is that basically taylor, justin and i are the most active on my tribe, which is pretty darn cool considering the two other people on my tribe (cullan and lily) are people i know and have prior relationships with

im just getting nervous because going into a game with 4 tribes of 5, we're prob going to swap at 18, and if we lose one of those challenges, it just shoves us at a disadvantage because like...... the entire point of the premerge is to build relationships with enough people to get to the merge, and everyone has four other active people to get to know, and I really really REALLY wanted to win the first two immunities so we would be able to have a stronger game standpoint for ourselves going into a swap or whatnot, and just having more relationships overall, but with cullan not being around for the first 24 hours of the game really hurts him, and our entire tribe.... like if we lose, and he does nothing, he 100% has to get voted for, we have no choice in that matter, even thoguh i probably would've loved to work with him, i know he knows what he's doing, and he would probably be a scarier player down the road who would be utr, and my motto in survivor is always to just keep bigger louder personalities around, so if i consistently keep the social people, i can hopefully get to merge and ATTEMPT to hold that utr role, but i've gotta get to a swap first LMFAO

anabel - shes my fucking ANGEL i love her to death and she has a profile on the bbpokemon wiki saying that im her f2 and best friend, so love that?

joey2121 - lol i think him and i are pretty close. i know he values me as a friend and we talk pretty often, and he's never had the opportunity to play with me. i know he can be a little irrationally cutthroat, so im going to have to get a good read on him when we jump in and see how it goes, but i think he adores me and i casted him for his first game ever and cohosted with him his only time he's ever cohosted, so i'd like to think he would want to work with me, i just gotta pray

randy - host chat guested for me, good friend over the years, but we've never been able to REALLY talk, so i hope this does it for us

bodhi - never played with him either hardcore, but weve also been friends over the years so oop him and randy can be big wild cards on how they feel about me tbh

I really want to try to have fun this season. I don't want to take it super seriously to the point where my nerves start getting to the best of me. I just played big brother pokemon, and honestly, i played without the fear of losing, and just went for the juggular to keep myself in the game, and i was never on edge at any point in that game, which i really love for my mental sanity. i know survivor just GETS TO YOU more than big brother does, but i wanna play a bit more care free and just go for some longevity, and play a strong, solid game and make some strong moves.

this is my first real confessional of the season. im very excited to be here and hopefully these long confessionals dont make me look foolish when im the fourth or fifth boot LMAO

Just made an alliance with Elmo and Zack bc we all think that we are losing and we are the only ones (so far) who have put any effort into the challenge. I'm ready to ride these fat cats as far as their train will take me. Adam did just say in the tribe chat that he's posting all of his at once so maybe he's gonna drop a bomb on us? who knows but I'm preparing myself for all the options.

things are going okay for me i think! I made a F2 deal with Zack yday and I'm rly happy I did bc I need a person I can be completely honest with. I am not sure if he trusts me as much as I do trust him but I hope that he would!!!

As for Adam and Ian, I like them both but I havent developed any game relationship with them yet, and thats ok. I really don't want to sound cocky but I genuinely think that I'm in a fairly strong position on our tribe. Of course this is survivor and anything could change but so far so good. So, the immunity challenge is almost over. Good time to start on this. I can honestly say that this has been the craziest first cycle of a season that I’ve ever been a part of. I started the weekend on Cape Cod, having to throw in the beginning of this, and now that the weekend is done and I’m back home, I feel things are righting a bit for me. As for my tribe, I like all four of them so far. I hope we don’t lose this challenge, because I’m getting along with them pretty well. Whew. What a life.

Omg yesss!!!!!!! We won the first challenge, well technically we came in second but the point is WERE NOT GOING to tribal council, and tbh I would be pooping my pants if we did as I had the fewest amount of points for my tribe so I fear that I would have been perceived as that weakest link and would have been voted off. That might not be true but that was my thoughts. I feel like I have connected really well with Elmo and I kind of get the vibe that he is connected with everyone on the tribe and that is why I think it’s crucial for me to connect with Ian and Zack which I feel like with Ian it’s hard because I don’t know how much he really wants to talk to people but with Zack it just clicks but I feel like on a game level the first Tribal is what will connect us further. Ben is someone that I like but I feel is being hesistant to connect? Ugh oh well goodbye for now I gotta get ready to go hunting for an idol

Such an unexpected surprise to get 1st place in the challenge. In the past I’ve gone all our for selfie challenges, but I don’t really want to be perceived as a threat early on. I was happy I found a star fish last minute! I’m so happy that Johnny is on my tribe. I’m thinking I can count on him until at least merge/jury but he has hosted me before and I know it could quickly go bad. So I’ll have to be cautious. I also really like Taylor and Justin. I can tell they really care about the game and we could be really good allies. Cullen getting a strike and literally never messaging any of us def makes me nervous but hoping he signs on in the next two days so we can count on him to participate in the next challenge. So we lost immunity! I couldn't give my 100% in the challenge and I explained to my team why. They seemed understanding. Julia, however, didn't submit anything so I am lucky, because everyone wants to vote her out. I will do the same, since I have not spoken to her yet.

Here we go! New ORG...new me? So this is my 2nd Survivor ORG following EMV 8, and I want to take a different approach this time around. A more social, less strategic game. First impression on this game was OMG! 4 tribes of 5, vote me off now! As I mentioned above I want to emphasize my social game, because I think it may be my weakest area in my gameplay, so the small tribe terrifies me because there may not be much time to build genuine bonds, and there's definitely no room for error. So we're only a couple days into this game and I think I've made good efforts so far. I've made conversation and mutual connections with Johnny, Justin and Lily. It's unfortunate Cullan has been unable to join us because it limits my possibilities with who I choose to move forward with. It's hard to tell who I think I can work with moving forward. I connected with Johnny first, but I think Lily would be a great partner. I'm so glad that we ended up not only avoiding elimination but also winning the challenge. I was deathly afraid we'd be headed to tribal council. Since our tribe is immune, there's no need to talk strategy just yet, though it's obvious the elephant in the room is Cullan and would be an easy vote off for our tribe if we ended up losing a challenge. I'm going to continue to build relationships with every tribe mate in hopes they will each see me as their strongest ally. I'm not going to make final 2's, I'm not going to suggest alliances, I want to allow my tribe mates the time to approach me first. It's time to step out of the driver seat and move to the back; allowing myself to be vulnerable. Think of it this way, if Haumea is representative of fertility, this is my rebirth.

HI. okay honesty, i don’t even know where to start so just bare with me bc this is gonna be a hot ass mess.

okay so. me and elmo have really been clicking it off. as soon as we saw each other we just instantly connected. we’ve never had a conversation prior to this game, but idk.. something just really connected us! he’s very honest with me and tells me how he is feeling about the other people so i feel like he really trust me because he gets straight to the point and tells me how he’s feeling game wise. we made a final 2 and i plan on sticking to that, for now at least. i really do see us dominating this game and i would surely not be upset if that happens!

now. i’m in a three person alliance. me elmo and ben. for this challenge us 3 seemed to be doing all the work so we all have a mutual respect to stick together while we’re on this tribe at least. i don’t really have any reaaaal loyalty with ben, this alliance is to just keep me and elmo safe on this tribe just incase we go to tribal. ben won’t be knowing any tea from me tho.

we won immunity and thank GOD because even though i feel safe, you just never know! and it’s very stressful and i’m glad i’m not gonna be the first boot.

the idol system got revealed and me and elmo instantly pmd each other saying that we’re gonna share our spots and shit with each other and try to get everyone else’s spots too just so we can kinda guarantee we or we know who would wind up with the idol.

so... idol search starts at 10pm and by 10:05 i.. found.. the.. IDOL! I FOUND THE FUCKING IDOL IN 5 MINUTES. MY FIRST GUESS AND I GUESSED THE IDOL! i was GAGGED!

now. since me and elmo where gonna share spots, i felt like i needed to tell him only because this was my first guess and i didn’t know what to make up to act like i didn’t find it... like i didn’t know how to word it because it’s so odd and i didn’t wanna be like “my guess said ‘oops wrong hole try again’” so i figured it be best for my game to just tell him so i don’t get caught in a lie. i honestly didn’t wanna tell him but i just felt like i needed to because, again, it was my first guess and idk what y’all would have said if i didn’t find the idol, so i didn’t wanna get caught in a lie.

i told elmo this isn’t just my idol, it’s our idol. is that true? no... it’s mine. and i’m stingy. BUT i hope this really shows him that he can trust me and i hope this doesn’t backfire and bite me in the ass. i just wish i could have kept it a secret, but i didn’t wanna get caught in a lie on my first guess and then him find out and think i’m a snake or some shit.

but who knows, if he really is gonna be a loyal ass ally, and it comes to the point where i might have to use it in him, i will surely think about it. but it’s still to early to even THINK about using it, because i want this idol for merge. i don’t wanna rely on this idol and i don’t want it to go to my bead and make me power hungry. i need to be very strategic about it and kinda just forget that i even have it until further notice. im here to play a game that i can say i’m proud of at the end of all this. win or lose, i wanna be proud of the game i played. i’m gonna fight so hard this season and be a fucking raging gamer.

hi so wooooooo we're back at it, and I guess I'm going to just rank my tribe mates to see postgame how much this changed and how stupid i was for ranking people the way i did

1. Justin - so he already acknowledged to me that he talked to me the most and that we were the two most active tribemates, and im hoping that i can lock something official down with him in the middle of next round that is more game relationship oriented opposed to just just spitting nonsense into each other's PMs currently lol

2. Lily - I really really think she's going to want to work with me in this game, and we have a prior relationship which is cool, and I want to use that to my advantage a SMIDGE, but I know she's pretty honest and loyal, and I just don't see her doing anything to me until merge???

3. Cullan - this bottom two is tough, and cullan is probably at the bottom for everyone on the tribe except for me. now that he's active, I need to keep that little nugget around for my own sake. I just hosted him and got to know him decently well, and I know he's loyal to his people, and if I know that for 99.99% certainty compared to some of these people i barely know at all, im going to try to use that. While I'd expect Cullan to be the first boot on our tribe if we lose, I fully expect him and I to work REALLY well together if we make it out of this tribe AND he was forward about sharing idol information with me immediately, so that's good

4. Taylor - I really really really want to work with him, but i haven't gotten much from him so far, and it's not even that i want him out, he's just at the bottom of three really strong relationships I already have. He was also on vacation and I've yet to find out more about his day to day life, so I hope that I can work more about that so i can develop reasons in my own head as to why he's not around as much, but i also know this is his third org, and i can tell he knows how to talk to people, i just want to talk to him MORE and i hope this next challenge brings us together as a team somehow?

Hi. So I’ve started the game later than everyone else as I’ve had a rough couple of days but I am sure kicking harder than anyone else. As soon as I woke up in this beach I started searching for the idol. I couldn’t get it because I’m to poor to afford a private jet so I have to wait until tomorrow to climb the mountain. I had a very deep conversation with I believe his name is Justin. I’m gonna call him Jus. We talked about my life ambitions and endeavors and we shared some of our most deepest and darkest secrets. He told me that his Zorua is diagnosed with Pokerus. I honestly home it gets the help it needs. I’m sure the doctors on Hawaii are good doctors. Hopefully they aren’t fucking witch doctors. QUESTION 1. What is your favorite scene in the comic so far and why?

When Ray was beaten up by the bullies and big Sis wanted to help him but she was stopped by Silver. I think that scene was really impressive, it was strong with so many feelings and gave us the hint that things would just go deeper. Ray's expression passing from "hey I have a guardian angel, things will go well now" to "oh no she's leaving me alone" was pretty good. Don't misunderstand me I like see Ray being beaten up LOL, just, that scene was like "OMG WHAT"

yeah i really liked the imagery for the angel walking away in that scene. it was really powerful and sad overall. especially the one panel where ray had blurred vision cause it was like "oh shit this guy is seriously hurt."

Other good scene was, in recent chapters, when Mara stood up against her "friends"

Hrrrm. I feel like when Mara was trying to apologize to Ray, that was kind of a powerful moment. I feel like Ray's just so angry about things, though understandably so. I've been in that sorta boat myself so I can sympathize a bit with his position.

Feather thoughts: As someone not part of this audience for this comic, I really loved the art and the design of Silver. Particularly for me, I am not a fan of characters in high school setting unless it's has some sort of fighting like a fighting high school or training people to fight. I also couldn't help but feel really disconnected because I think black wings as people who are part Tengu from too many things I have seen, or crow wings which I love. I am also not fond of stories about Angels unless it's of course, super action intense. Apparently there is fighting later but I don't have the capacity to read through to find the fighting scenes. I hope the comic gets a lot more viewers because it seems awesome but I myself am sorry I can not add to that count.

Ep. #14 - “Making Sure I WAS In The Final 3″ - Ting Ting

Going into the finale, Ashley and Amanda figured they had the majority with Linus. The Final 5 immunity challenge was medallion Hunt and Linus was able to win and he, along with Ashley and Amanda, got to go to The Cave one last time. With Ashley’s idol being re-hidden there was a chance one of them would snatch it up but it was never found. Going into the vote, the power of the Legacy Advantage was revealed to Ting Ting as an extra vote that can also be used on a revote in the even of a tie. Ting Ting informed Tommy of this and they knew that they would be able to tie the vote if they weren't able to convince Linus to flip to them. At Tribal Council, The vote did end up being a 3-3 tie between Tommy and Amanda. Going into the revote Ashley decided to flip her vote to Amanda instead of going to rocks and Amanda was sent home. At the Final 4, Ashley was now on the bottom. The new alliance of Tommy, Ting Ting, and Linus planned on taking her out as she was seen as a big threat to win the game. Ashley was able to win the Final Immunity and caused the other three to scramble on what to do at Tribal. In the most heated Tribal of the season, Tommy and Linus argued it out on who should stay. The votes came in with two for Ting Ting and two for Linus but Ashley changed her vote to Linus before the voting time was up and Linus was sent home in a 3-1 vote. Ashley, Ting Ting, and Tommy prepared to plead their case to the Jury on why they should be the Sole Survivor. In a pretty tame Final Tribal, each of the final three made a good case on why they should win and Ting Ting was able to sway a lot of favor towards her. The final vote came in as 4-3-2 for Tommy, Ting Ting, and Ashley respectively and Tommy was declared the winner of Tumblr Survivor Myanmar.

So we FINALLY GOT SAM OUT. GODDAMN IT FINALLY. Anyways, I didn’t NEED to play my idol but I knew I was getting votes… so oh well. I wanted to be safe. I now know I can trust Linus and hopefully our f3 will last til the end. Also lol at Ting Ting kissing my ass rn.

MY SAMANTHUEL IS GONE! Poor King! Robbed AF! However, I told him I had a feeling Linus was flipping because I KNEW it and because Ashley/Amanda weren’t talking to me. At least I made Final 5. All I have left now is my good ole’ ally Ting Ting and it’s just us two vs. the world. I think they’ll probably try and vote me out this upcoming tribal HOWEVER, Ting Ting was left the Legacy advantage which gives her 2 votes at tribal including revote scenarios. So all we need to do is for one of us to get the immunity necklace and win this challenge, if we can do that we can make it past these next tribals until Final 2 or 3 together we can make it to the end and win it. This tribal coming up is the closest I’ve been to the chopping block yet, but I need to continue to play the game because one little move can make a HUGE difference at this point in the game. I just want to get as far as I can at this point and if that means crushing my the rest of them that’s what I’ll do. It’s so surreal this feeling of accomplishment I feel I have achieved, I’ve been able to withstand some pretty rad stuff and make it past ¾ths of the players left in the game. Been through many blindsides on both ends of the deal, many tough challenges, and many frustrating moments this season but it has been so enjoyable, should be fun to see how this all is going to play out.

GNOEGNVORNFOVNRFGONRFGVOBROGRFNOGBOFNVO Frickty Frick! Damn Linus won Individual Immunity and Ashley/Amanda won a trip with him to the cave. Literally the worst thing that could happened happened. I just have to get people super paranoid that I have an idol which I think I did do. Ashley is saying she’ll turn on Amanda and vote her out this tribal and make a Final 3 with Linus, Herself, and Myself which is awesome because then all we have to do is get Ting Ting and Me to vote Amanda this tribal with her Legacy advantage and Ashley won’t risk going to rocks with only 2 people drawing rocks. So Ting Ting and Myself will be able to stick together going into Final 4 but I would also have a Final 3 deal with Linus and Ashley, plus a shot at winning Final 4 Immunity (whether or not it is Final Immunity) and even then I think Ting Ting and I would at least cause a tiebreaker at Final 4 because she is the one true person I believe to be loyal to me. UGH, THIS IS GOING TO BE A MESS!

So this is probably the most stressed I have ever been in my whole entire life. Like god why. Linus and I are trying to pull one over on Tommy rn, who it is rumored has an idol. Apparently Tommy was trying to get him to vote for me yesterday, and was saying he could get back with Amanda and I whenever he wanted to. So kind of trying to get Linus to work with him yet also threatening him. I was like um bitch no. Linus Amanda and I are still tight. So in order to try and throw Tommy off and make him feel a bit more safe, Linus and I had a fake conversation in order for me to be able to send receipts to Tommy of Linus agreeing to the f3. So now Linus and I are going to make it look like we are working with Tommy, or at least convince Tommy so. The only problem is, I think Tommy wants to try and get Amanda out this tribal so I can “prove” I wouldn’t just flip on him at f4. Linus and I don’t want there to be any chance of Amanda leaving, we want to vote Ting and try and make either her or Tommy leave. But the threat of idols at this tribal is still very much alive, especially since this is the last chance Tommy or Ting would have to play one. It may get to the point where Tommy votes Amanda, Linus, Amanda and I vote Ting, and Ting votes Tommy in order to have a tie if idols are played. God this is complicated and I am dying. please just let me live through this tribal.

They could just be busy but Ashley and Linus are being super quiet right now and its making me nervous as fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

well okay trevor. bring in the self vote punishment i see. anyways so it’s f5 now and i can use my hella amazing legacy advantage brought to you be the beautiful steffen. like this advantage is gonna get me through to f4 coming in so clutch with that extra vote. and literally only tommy knows so i think we’ll be good. I still can’t trust linus at all because he flips so much, like boi change your name to LIEnus. amanda is like barely on so i think she’ll get out this round if ashley flips on her, which she probably will because there’s no way ashley will go to rocks for amanda, she wants to win too badly. so hopefully everything goes ok tonight and tommy and i make it to f2

The problem right now is Im in the middle of two alliances of 2 people, both wanting me to be their third, and quite frankly both of which probably don’t want me at the end. Both alliances have 1 floater and 1 challenge beast. Ultimately I think my decision comes down to I’ve never given Ashley and Amanda a reason to not trust me, and on top of that Ting could genuinly be a big jury threat since she hasnt made anyone mad. On top of that I feel like my odds are better against either Ashley and Amanda as a pair if its a final 3 since they share a voting pool, and in a final 2 I could try and bring Amanda and as I count out votes I like to hope it would be 6-4 in my favour. On top of all this, Im convinced an idol will be coming out tonight, possibly by Tommy. So even if the plan fails Im hoping that this would solidify one ally who we could both depend on each other at final 4 and the other way I dont think I would get that. At this point I just feel like everything is on that brink of crashing and burning for me after everything I’ve spent this whole game building up. I have a serious chance here to win, but I also have a chance to become just a footnote in the Tumblrsurvivor history books.

I hope this shit works and no one has idols or shit so Tommy finally leaves :) As usual I have a bad feeling though so we’ll see. WOOO I LOVE PARANOIA!!!

So… I don’t really know what to say right now. Amanda was just voted out. And I was the deciding factor. Linus, Amanda and I voted Tommy, as we had planned. Ting Ting pulled out an extra vote (WHICH I TOTALLY CALLED). And made us go to a revote between Tommy and Amanda. Ting could use her extra vote on a revote as well. Which, would have made it go to rocks. With literally only Ting Ting and I’s name. I couldn’t take that risk and wrote Amanda’s name literally last second. I can’t believe I did it tbh. f4 is great and all, but fucking up not only an alliance but a friendship might not have been worth it. She seems to understand, and I hope that stays true when it comes to jury time…. if I can make it passed this next vote. Linus and I are still good, he understands why I did it and is certain we can pull through for her. I am hoping to be able to get Ting on our side because then we would just have to get out Tommy and be good for f3. If it came to f2, Linus and I would definitely stick together I think.

Oh so I found this little gem from before this tribal when Linus and I were trying to pull one over on Tommy. Final thoughts: If Ashley is the one who flipped the revote i’ll be upset, but i’ll understand tbh cause rocks would have literally been only her and TingTing as options so like I get it. I still love her to death and if she gets to the end she has my vote 100% Tommy- I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN HIS ASS OUT SOONER :) Ting Ting- I knew she would fucking have something this whole game. I’m not shocked at all I just wish it could have been used a week where I WASNT THE VOTE Linus is playing a really fucking good game and if Ashley doesnt get to the end this bitch has my vote I had a really good time playing this game. I went to the cave almost every week? I made a bunch of new friends. I GOT TO ANNOY THE SHIT OUT OF TREVOR AND OWEN ALL THE TIME!!! and on top of all that, I more than doubled my placement i think? Who knows I suck at math but I can’t be mad at that concept. ANYWAYSSSSS shoutout to my number one fan Teddy and also shoutout to Kait cause she loves shoutouts. Time for me to head off to Ponderosa! If the two alliances stick together, everyone actually has to actively hope their ally loses the firemaking xD Like, if Ashley loses the firemaking I think I have the votes to win. If I lose a firemaking I think Ashley would win. If Tommy loses firemaking I think Ting wins, and if Ting loses I think tommy wins xD But like, we cant flip on each other either or we lose jury favour Its a game of russian roullette for who the votes are on initially, and than after that its a game of hope the person you voted to keep loses hahaha

How I feel like the jury could potentially look right now (Obviously this is just speculation so I could be way off). Steffen: Ashley Brett: Tommy Keegan: Tommy/Linus Tossup Christian: Linus (Possibly Ashley) Jay: Linus Leah: Ashley Sam:Tommy Amanda: Ashley Then if Tommy gets voted out Brett, Sam and possibly Keegan go over to Ting and Tommy also votes Ting. If Ashley goes her voters switch to me (Other than possibly Steffen, he becomes a 3 way tossup) and she also votes me (Probably), especially if I dont betray her this round. If Ting goes well, no real change other than she votes Tommy, and if I go then Jay and Christian vote Ashley which gives her enough to win.

So Linus and I have pretty much decided to keep Ting around and kick Tommy the hell out. We figure they would be going for the same votes (well sorta). Hopefully through my jury speech and the questions and stuff I can persuade a few votes more my way, if I don’t get backstabbed this round and get sent out. I would scream for literally ever. Because then the Amanda vote would not have been necessary and I could’ve basically just gone to rocks. Ugh. This is stressful. What am I doing with my life. Tbh if I win this game, Connor is getting my buff because I will feel bad that he has never won. Oops.

OMFG TING TING AND I SURVIVED! WE MADE FINAL 4! WE DID THAT! Amanda getting 5th by the legacy is so ironic since she voted in the minority with Gaston who was the 5th voted out and she also played a double vote to get someone out. Plus all the old people are finally out of the game (20s and above) because there was an age curse this season. This is amazing for my game that Ting Ting and I were able to make the Final 4 together, all I have to do is win Final Immunity now and keep light on my feet for anything that shifts out of place in these last few days. When tribal comes around I’m either voting for Linus and Ashley to leave next, at this point Ting Ting and I are going to be sticking it out together because we can’t trust Ashley or Linus. Like Ashley just flipped on her closest ally all game last tribal and Linus has burned us multiple times now and I wouldn’t doubt it if he continues to do so. This game is only going to get more intense now that we are one tribal away from Final Tribal Council.

Hmm, so Amanda really kinda screwed over my plan. Now that the optimal gameplan is for me to cut Ashley, it’s absolutely core that I win final immunity, or at least that Ashley doesn’t win. Tommy is already claiming he wants to go for Ashley, which strategically makes some sense for him if he wants to stay loyal to Ting (And have some chance of winning still. I feel like he and I would be in a closish vote hopefully). The only scenario in which he likely wins though is if Ting goes home, and Im 90% certain he believes that it’s his best move to get rid of Ting, but I still don’t think he’s going to vote her. He is telling me he wants to go for Ashley, which is cool beans by me I suppose, but at this point Ive betrayed him enough times that he could definitely write my name down as a fuck you and I would get the total Johnny Fairplay edit. Ashley is saying she wants to go for Tommy, however if she is smart she will go for me since that would 100% guarentee her victory since with me out of the picture Im almost certain she would get the jury votes of Steffen, Leah, Amanda, Christian and Jay. She seems to think it’s her and Tommy competing for the same votes though, so I really don’t know. The biggest wildcard this round is far and away Ting. She has been so UTR that I can’t tell if she will make the strategic decision to cut Tommy since that is her best chance of the win. On top of that from what I understand Ashley is pushing for Ting to vote out Tommy and sending her logs of times Tommy said he would vote her out, so Im really lost. Pray for me <3

Damn so close in immunity and Ashley won, I really need to get Linus out if I have any chance of getting there or winning the entire game. This really sucks because my game does come down to if I can make it to Final Tribal Council or not, and if I make Final Tribal I will be extremely happy, this honestly sucks so bad for me but I think if I can just pull through and take out Linus it would be a miracle to witness.

Well, it could all be coming to an end for me. As far as I know right now it should be a 2-2 vote between Tommy and I. I told Tommy to his face I was voting for him, but I also told him if he beats me in firemaking that I would vote him to win and hopefully obligate him a little to vote me if I win :P . I also have one last gambit where with the help of Ting Im going to attempt to get Ashley to give up immunity to me. The plan is for me to push hardcore tomorrow that Tommy will landslide if he gets to the end, and Ting is going to act unreasonably paranoid about me getting to the end, but say she thinks that Tommy is the second biggest threat. It’s a long shot, but hey, anything is worth the try. If I do get to the end Im counting votes and theres a chance I could win, but like, it’s hard to say without reading jury minds. Tommy for instance thinks Keegan would vote for Ting over me soley because Ting flipped to save him, and like, it’s true he could vote based on that, but I can’t count my chickens before they hatch. Ashley winning this really hurt me, so rip :( . I think at least this game really showed myself that I could play a strategic game to do well though. On wikia the joke is that all I have going for me is that I can win most flash games and don’t have to think strategically. This game I couldnt count on wins though, I was able to put myself in the majority for every vote except one, always place myself in the swing position, play a Rob Cesternino-esque game and Im proud of that I could be a villain for once, even if I was forced into that position because I couldnt rely on a strong starting tribe alliance to ride out to the end like I usually do since the fans were so bad at challenges and not getting voted out hehehe. Ting has given me what some might say is a not so flattering nickname, but I embrace it fully this game. Long live “Lie-nus”! Wish me luck at tribal as always <3 <3

Well I can’t believe I just won the last immunity challenge. That was one wild freaking ride let me tell ya. I finally didn’t frick up on counting and got to a decent number that I figured could get me into second place, which it did. And I got a decent puzzle time compared to what people were willing to tell me about their times. IDFK how I got the trivia but Connor gave me random facts that morning for me to keep in mind. And then I took notes from the Wikia, must’ve been the right notes I guess because I got most of them right somehow. Now that I have immunity literally everyone is coming to me with new information. I guess Steffen gave the legacy thing to Ting? That is interesting. And Linus created an f3 with Tommy and Ting and basically wanted to get me out, so that is cool. I am trying to figure out which person to get out would be the most strategic for me. Ting- Just a fucking goat but flipped on Keegan vote and played that legacy thing (not much of a good game but whatever.) Steffen will probably vote her which pisses me off but whatever. Tommy- Has fought to be where he is, was supposed to go multiple times but somehow made it through it, thanks to me and Amanda sometimes. Yet a lot of people thought he was annoying. Which is understandable, so idk where his votes stand. Linus- Was my only ally left until I found out he was trying to get me out. He is the only fan standing and definitely fought for his place In the f4. I know for a fact Jay will vote him if she can, and so would Christian probably. Idk what the heck I am gunna do. Ting tells me LINUS came up with this GENIUS plan to “get” me to just HAND OVER MY FREAKING IMMUNITY TO HIM. Yeah no, bish. I ain’t doing that. So she sends me some receipts and basically he wanted me to give him my immunity, and then have all three of them vote me out. WHY WOULD ANYONE BE THAT FREAKING STUPID. LIKE HOW COULD YOU THINK I WOULD DO THAT. He can literally go rn. bye bish.

I will not get a vote from Linus now, as he has said he will probably vote Tommy, and if we sent out Tommy or Ting, they would’ve voted for each other to win SO JUST STICK ME IN THE MIDDLE OF A ROCK AND A FUCKING HARD PLACE WHY DONT YA. I can not believe Ting Ting and I were able to pull it off, and cause a 3-1 vote getting Linus out. I’m so happy I made the Final 3 and get a chance to plead my case to the jury. Plus that tribal we just had was so fricking crazy, like coco for coco puffs. I popped off on Linus and it was just like a huge mess and all, definitely the craziest live tribal of the season. Now all that’s left is Final Tribal Council and I have to make a good speech that I feel will persuade people to vote me to win this thing. I’m stoked I made it to Final Tribal because I would have never believed I would of gotten to this point ever!

Final Tribal is less than 2 hours away and it’s super scary. This is the last tribal council of the game and it determines who the winner is from the runner-up and second runner-up. I’m so nervous because if I mess up that means all the hard work I did was for nothing. I want to be able to look back on this season and know that I played a good game and kept fighting all the way to the finish. I’m extremely proud of myself of getting to the point of where I’m at now, I’m praying for Final Tribal Council to go smoothly.

What a great time to forget EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE THIS SEASON.

Ep. #4 - “No King Reins Forever” - Linus

The contestants were given their next challenge which is the Selfie Scavenger Hunt and were advised they are playing for INDIVIDUAL IMMUNITY. Both tribes went to work (some members trying harder than others) to find the items on the list. When it came down to it Brett won by a landslide for the fans and Ashley won slightly over Amanda for the favorites. Amanda immediately regretted not using her challenge advantage this round which would have got her the win. With Tribal looming, the Fans were calm and all agreed to take out the inactive and unpredictable player in Carlos. Meanwhile on the Favorites Tribe, the majority alliance of Jay, Steffen, Ashley, Ting Ting, and Tommy were trying to decide whehter to take out Gaston or Sam. The majority seemed to want to take out Sam but with Tommy’s refusal to accept that decision the vote was changed to Gaston. Gaston’s social prowess was almost enough to save him but he may have been too social for his own good and was voted out 7-2 with Amanda being the only one to vote with him..

Additional Thoughts - 12/5/16 So the morning after the paintball competition, I had a thought. Now I promise, swear beyond all reason that my performance in the paintball challenge was not an attempt to throw the challenge. I shot at TING TING, a player sitting out of the challenge because I had pre-loaded a shot at STEFFEN, he ended up shooting before me, so I changed my shot, but with the flurry of paintballs coming, I panicked and had to think of a name, any name, and the only one I could think of was TING TING! It was a mess! What a waste! And then I was taken out early for failing to dodge the 3rd of a series of 3 bullets. After the challenge was over, we were very proud of KEEGAN and LINUS but also talking a lot about how threatening CHRISTIAN was (as well as TOMMY and STEFFEN to lesser extents) for being Favorites that lasted so long in the challenge. And then it struck me–it can benefit you to suck at some challenges when the opposition has eyes on your performance. I look very non-threatening right now. Even though CARLOS screwed me by calling me the leader, I had by far the worst performance in the paintball challenge by shooting people that weren’t there and being taken out in the first 30 minutes. For this upcoming challenge, I am going to give it my best because I want to keep immunity out of the hands on CARLOS and LEAH. I fucked up so bad last time that if I were to win this one, it wouldn’t do much to erase how I did last time. Plus it’d be nice to have won something before my inevitable vote off from the game. Gotta leave with some accomplishment, right? Meanwhile, I advised both KEEGAN and LINUS, two individuals who I like and want around that it might be in their best interest to divebomb the challenge. If KEEGAN or LINUS were to crush it, they’d make even larger targets for themselves in the favorite’s eyes. I know that’d be good for me in the short-term to have two big threats ahead of me, but I need KEEGAN in this game. He keeps me sane, he’s very similar to me, and even if I were to be betrayed by KEEGAN, I’d vote for him to win. LINUS I want around too. If we swapped, I’d much rather push whoever survives between CARLOS, LEAH, and even NEHE to be bait for the Favorites. In other news, NEHE continues to show ineptitude and a lack of social grace. He’s developed a bond with LEAH for no reason. He’s showing paranoia about LINUS and his friendship with ADRIAN for no reason. He’s prioritizing all of the wrong things and he keeps alluding to wanting to shake things up for the sake of keeping things interesting. I can’t have that kind of loose cannon around, but I can’t do anything about it until we swap (if we swap) because going after NEHE would spook other players in my alliance such as KRYSTEN. I’m full on ready to replace NEHE with LINUS, but it’s not smart for me to do so yet. I talked the situation out with KEEGAN to use him as a sounding board and he agreed with me. We have to keep NEHE in line.

anyway I’d say that my chances at winning the challenge are slim, but I have some time to work back in with the tribe. I’m not panicked just yet.

I don’t know what it is about having individual immunity challenges while the tribe phase is still in tact, but it does highlight and pinpoints those who will be threats to me down the line. Meaning…. I gotta slit their throats before they can sense it coming >:)

anyway things are super quiet right now in terms of game. I was trying to get something out of Steffen but he didn’t give me a lot. Maybe tomorrow we’re just gonna scramble all damn day which is fine with me. HOWEVER, I am going to try to get a picture of a cave. stay tuned.

I’ve been pretty much bed-ridden because I’m so damn sick the past twenty four hours, so I know I’m not going to get immunity and won’t be safe at tribal council. Hopefully my alliance stays solid another vote and we can get out either Gaston or Christian, otherwise I’m definitely nervous.

Well. I’m feeling comfortable this round. I don’t think I’ll win the challenge, but I truly think The Official Five will stick together again for this vote. We need to enter any kind of swap or merge with numbers so that a Fan can have a chance of winning.

So I lost immunity like obviously. Surprised at the many of people who went to the cave. Truly would love to get a chance to find something in their that may help my game. As I stated before I hate easy votes but Carlos made ti so easy not doing the challenge and all. He is going home tomorrow night just gotta lay low and let everyone do their thing.

So I won the scavenger hunt and got immunity for this round! It is pretty great, I am excited to just sit back and relax for the first time like ever. I just have to watch and make sure certain people don’t get brought up to go home. I really just started talking to Gaston and I really like him, he really just wants to be a part of something so I am going to try and utilize that without using him as just another vote. Down the line I am thinking of maybe bringing him into an alliance with someone else I really trust, like Steffen or Tommy or something, depending on the circumstances of course. Bit thank god I have emus living around here. And I even got to spend some much needed time with the sweetest beagle on the planet. Soooo I am content.

Brett won the scavenger hunt immunity for our tribe, which is great. The official fives goal is to vote out Carlos and him getting a strike in the challenge makes it even easier for us. However, Nehe has been saying things that are starting to raise some questions between Brett and myself. Such as wanting things to be more exciting and questioning whether a vote will be easy despite us having the majority. He seems to be wanting this to be more grandiose than it has been. I don’t think it’s something to address right away but going forward I need to keep a close on eye him and make a move before he can.

So it seems like we might be saving Gaston this vote and voting out Sam instead, which I have some mixed feelings about. It’s not that I have anything against Gaston, but Sam and I are friends and have known each other for a while now, so I’m definitely going to feel guilty as hell about it. I already do and we haven’t even done it. On the other hand, I know Sam. I’ve hosted him and I drafted him in his first main season. I know how he plays. In the long term, it just isn’t realistic to play with him. If I’m using this second chance to win - and God knows I am - then I’m going to have to vote him out sooner or later. And with Sam, it should probably be sooner because I know he would do the same to me and won’t hold it against me. I hope he’ll appreciate the move. If you’re reading this, Sam, I’m sorry.

You know that time where everyone just tells you what the vote is, and you have little to no idea who the recipient of the vote is….. yeah…. that’s me this voting cycle.

So, I’ve been busy these past few days so I guess it’s time for a confessional. First off the cave. When I was at the cave I found a flashlight and a body of water. As luck should have it, Keegan just so happened to get some swimming gear and found a dark corridor, so if I get back to the cave Im def going to take the path he did. For the challenge I fucked up because I had no time, but maybe thats good with the swap being on everybody’s mind right now since doing well here might make me look like a threat. Everything Im hearing atm is that Carlos is going home, so cool beans on that if it worked. Im a bit sketched out though because Brett told me that I’d “probably be getting my signature one vote”! Like, gee, thanks man, Im glad you have my back when it comes to trying to keep votes off of me. I know it doesn’t really matter since like, Carlos probs doesn’t have the idol, but still. Whatever, Brett may be king for now, but no king reigns forever. Others haven’t even spoken to me about the vote, so it could possibly be me tonight, but I don’t think it will be since I’ve been pushing that I want to keep our original tribe strong at the merge. Although I say that I want the tribe strong, I’ve finally decided fuck it, I play the hero stick to the alliance guy every single game, Im ready to be a villain if these people can’t even pretend like Im in the loop. This stems back to my last 2 games I’ve played too I think where I really saw first hand that no good deed goes unpunished. So if I can’t be good and win, let me be evil. I have 0 loyalty to any of these people besides maybe Drew. I’ve gotta try and play this careful though because I really have no idea how to be villainous since it’s usually just not in me haha. I’m gonna keep up the friendly persona now obviously because Im not a moron. It’s like that quote from Hamlet “One may smile, and smile, and be a villain.”

Day 9 So I know I told KEEGAN and LINUS to calm down with the challenge strength only to completely dominate at the challenge myself when I knew the Favorites would take notice, but I’m pretty sure I’m on their radar already and my performance in the paintball competition will probably still be at the forefront of their minds. I just REALLY wanted one individual win before I get eliminated. We’re one fan down if we head into a swap on Day 10, so I figured I’d swing for the fences in regards to the challenge. It was a lot of embarrassing fun competing in that scavenger hunt. There’s nothing more humbling than asking a Target employee where you can find Crocs–easily the low point of my life. I haven’t stepped into an American Eagle since my junior year of high school. I haven’t been to a Chili’s in 10 years at least. I knew that I would have access to most of the things on the list because I work in a hotel with hundreds of employees with nametags, I have access to all of the retail Los Angeles and Orange County has to offer, I have a car, and I don’t need my mother’s permission to leave the house after 8 p.m. I knew I had this in the bag. What I didn’t anticipate is that I’d even blow the Favorites out of the water, too. That’s a bit scary. But I’m pretty sure this is the only challenge that I’ll be skilled at, so oh well! Tonight’s vote is also a slam dunk, but it’s the most difficult trigger to pull. CARLOS is one of the people I have bonded with the most and very early on, but his inactivity and unavailability has been grating on the tribe, myself included. He can be in my squad whenever, wherever, but his function in my game is basically over. I would much much much rather eliminate LEAH, someone who has been insecure and useless to me since the beginning–my doubts about her are WELL-documented, but I’m not going to waste my social capital trying to keep CARLOS in the game. If I did, it would just prove to everyone that I am trying to be leader. If we don’t swap tomorrow, LEAH is the new target. NEHE will have to deal with that. But hopefully if we don’t swap, we can pull out a win and tie things up.

I have to get on a flight and I won’t be available until right after votes are casted. I really hope Leah goes home. This is the first time I have even remotely suggest a name and I simply hope it doesn’t backfire.

Either tonight it’s Gaston or Sam going, I think. For some reason I have a feeling there’s got to be AT LEAST one other alliance out there so I’m preparing for the worst. I don’t want it to be me so of course I’m gonna say I heard my name when I didn’t so people will be less likely to “blindside” me if they think I’m suspicious of something being up. If nobody is plotting on getting me out what’s the worst it can do? I’m basically just trying to survive until I’m a part of a new tribe, and make new connections while keeping my old ones intact so I have options come a merge.
