just want to let you know, though i absolutely adore all of the characters you write in your hazbin fics, im really liking the way you portray alastor and angel together!! theyre just such a good dynamic that i never really thought about (my favourite platonic pairing is charlie and alastor, but angel and alastor are quickly rising in the ranks)!

i especially love the little bit in kk!iywfn! where adam is pulling on alastor’s tail and it’s actually angel who yells out for him to stop touching him, and assumedly even tries to physically get in between them before being stopped. idk i just really loved that bit !! like not only does angel sadly know what its liked to be touched without consent, but he also knows how much alastor would hate that given how much angel has,,, lets say flirted, with him before. he knows more than just about anyone that being treated like some pet (or toy) would fucking suck.

anyways sorry for the rambles (its late in my time and i cant control my words well when im tired) but youre such a good author!! especially with ur character dynamics. im excited to see what else you have in store!!

AH, thank you so much! >:D I actually also adore Charlie and Alastor, and I keep rotating them in my mind after writing Knock, Knock! It's Your Worst Fucking Nightmare! (should I give my fics shorter titles? yes. will I? no.) because I think there's just so much potential for his unintentionally-starting-to-care ass to get properly fucked up by how much she genuinely cares and is willing to go out on a limb for someone she considers a friend.

As for Angel and Alastor - I'm glad that you've been enjoying them as well! I feel like Angel is one of the more empathetic characters in the show, though in a much more subtle way than Charlie, and it's really fun to play around with that. The tail-pulling scene was actually my favorite to write from that fic, and I couldn't not include what I imagine would have been a very disturbed reaction from Angel Dust. A lot of that fic was, like... yes, it was Alastor getting hurt, but it was also pretty damn traumatic for everyone else being forced to watch. Adam's end goal, after all, was to hurt Charlie.

but to me marvey is an unrequited love story. idk what to say. mike doesn't love harvey. sometimes i don't even think mike likes harvey as a friend. that's how soured by s6+ i was. mike treated harvey like shit and harvey kept coming back for more. it was actually painful to watch. i read marvey and usually the stories i find believable r the ones where mike leaves with rachel and GROWS UP (even tho he's a 30 yr old man at the start of the show) and everyone's wounds have had time to heal. i can buy marvey getting together then. what i don't find believable are stories where mike is pining for harvey!?!??! i don't know what show that is. the guy literally couldn't get away from harvey fast enough. he gets out of jail and almost immediately fucks off to seattle with his wife and doesn't even tell harvey about it like??

-this is this ship i was rooting for when i watched the show the first time. the thing about them is their history and emotional connection. to me they are a single entity. they r partners and they have always been partners. u don't even get to talk to harvey without going thru donna - she is literally the physical border between him and the outside world

i love how they protect each other. harvey has never let anything bad happen to donna. it's a fact. he'd do anything to protect her and we see that. but here's the thing about their relationship - it's mutual. donna does INSANE THINGS for harvey like KEEP A DOCUMENT THAT SHE STOLE FOR OVER A DECADE ON THE OFF CHANCE THAT SOMEONE GOES AFTER HARVEY FOR CAMERON'S CRIMES. they wud do anything for each other and they both know it

the way harvey views donna is almost worshipful. he thinks she can do no wrong. “donna doesn’t make mistakes.” he trusts her completely. she's his compass. every success he has is a shared success. “we made partner.” he doesn’t even think he can be himself without her. and don’t get me started on how debilitating her moving 3 doors down the hall was for him

at 19, love and romance will feel very do or die and intense af,, you think this is your only shot at true love but that's not true. there is SOOO much wonderful stuff waiting for you in your future and you shouldn't throw it all to the side for a Solar/Martian/Mercurial man 🤢🤢🤢

life changes so dramatically after u graduate college, u have no idea!!! u will become an entirely different human being. you're still a kid right now and you should be focusing on yourself, having fun and doing well in college. men come and go but this degree can change your life!!!

as someone who has been in long distance relationships, lemme tell u that it takes A LOT of time and energy. and at 19, i think that time and energy will be better spent elsewhere. i also generally dont think long distance relationships work except in veryyyy rare cases.

your man loves the idea of you saving yourself for him, waiting for him, needing him, belonging to him. he loves to gives you ideas, fill you up with images of a future together because he relishes having that power over you. this is literally what Solar men are like. sprinkle some Mercurial manipulation on top of it. Martian men can be reallyyy violent and abusive (if imbalanced). he's already harsh with his words as you say, do you really want to stick around and find out what else might happen???

plenty of girls i knew in my first year of college started dating seniors and entered into the most destructive and life changing relationships.

none of them are still together. and this is coming from an indian pov where people still used to date to marry.

all im saying is, this looks bad from many different angles and i dont want you to ruin your college experience caught up with some guy who isn't even there. your friends will be out there making memories of a lifetime, acing their classes and you'll be arguing with him on face time and crying yourself to sleep
