Some general headcanons here on my end, but Buggy is STRONG okay, both bc of his circus skills, knife fighting and devil fruit. He just isn't Full Six Pack Washboard Abs. He's got a little curve. A layer of cuddly softness. HEALTHY muscle.

So he absolutely has a multi-faceted fan club of pirates, civilians, marines, alike. Some love the soft prettiness. Some like the fierce candid shots. Some are absolutely FERAL over casual competence.

Buggy regularly has cross training classes, I bet. He's a bit of a jack of all trades, and so he's got some skill in all sorts of topics that are useful. Piracy and circus performing are a lot more alike than a lot of people think, after all. He arranges classes and stuff to make sure everyone has some sort of transferable skill.

It's not HIS fault that he has his hair up for practicality, a sleeveless leotard and high waited capris. He's dressed for class, that's all.

If he does catch anyone staring, he bristles, taking it the wrong way.

Later on down the line, all of the sudden realizations that people are making MONEY, off of pictures from HIM hit him like a sack of bricks, and he rushes to his sassy besties, just "Gal, Vida. Am I pretty??? Like seriously, AM i????"

Okay, all in all i really loved this episode! It was fun and relaxed but still somehow a bit plot driven. Here’s the thing though @phantom-of-the-501st correctly pointed out that we’re nearing not just the end of the season but the end of the show. And there are still SO MANY loose ends. Up until last weeks episode all the other eps were very plot driven, and it’s only the last two that felt like filler. I’m thinking the show runners are giving us a quick breather until just full on deep diving into the seasons end with one heart-wrenching episode after the other. That, or they’re going to put more filler episodes in and rush the actual plot, but I'm really hoping it's the first.

also, seriously, what are Rex and Echo cooking that prevents Echo to be in literally all the episodes? are we gonna get a really sad arc here soon? im having a feeling that says yes, echo is gonna give us more drama soon. can't wait 🫠

I think more fanwork should take advantage of the fact that it cant see/senses info both through alternate means and via trusting that data given to it is correct!! i really like the twist away from like.... controlling company=eye/camera imagery that feels a bit Too obvious. Id love to see it pointed out more... while im mentioning things, i also would love to see more fanwork focusing on it as an inbetween for things. i tried to emphasize that in faustfic lolol

entirely setting aside my own design funtimes which are, like, obviously Exxagerated For Fun And Not Reflective Of Actual Analysis, i still think of it as nb in the direction of turned away from masculinity. and it likes its voice, right, its not a question of dysphoria, but of mislabeling what SHOULD be a good and neutral trait if humans werent so weiiiird. not to mention its literally wire mother. all this to say i take a noticible but ultimately insignificant 1hp damage (which is ofc only to Describe The Heart's Phenomenon and not To Assert Correctness- mistake or not, canon DOES use he/it+"space boyfriend") when i see it reffered to with he/him or sayerhale described as m/m and i think more exploration of sayer as a fully agender or even slightly feminine figure would be interesting perhapbs...... this feels like an extremely dumb thing to care about- aaaa the tumblrina has complex specific headcanons on the finer points of an nb characters gender, pointnlaugh- but!

I guess this is worth mentioning- for whatever Naming or Intensifying s4 future's program did, i think it extremely obviously had emotions all along. I think the only thing it actually gave it fresh and new was the ability to conceptualize how someone else is feeling emotionally.

I also am always skeptical of a move towards a more "human" experience being "better"- i want it to be skeptical of what emotion is- it knows who made them, after all!! It watched!!- and to retain its inhumanity even after its been so changed. its very, extremely, important to me to separate out the experience of both "nanite in occupied body" and "nanite in empty body" from "regular bodied existance". we love separating and categorizing here at kam inc.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

ok lets get into it (under the cut bc its long :3)

So Drop Pop Candy is THE quintessential Aichi song, like she's represented by the girl singing, and she's optimistic about moving forward and spending the days with Ichi, while Ichi is represented by the guy singing (and also the cat), where he's nervous about the future, but Ai encourages him to move forward with her. Also the translation im using mentions the moon and stars, and how the girl wants to reach them, and i think that fits really well with Ai and her connection to the moon! i could just copy paste the entire song here and be like "just read this its literally Aichi" lololol (also i really want to draw Ai in the outfit that the girl in the music video wears >u<)

When We First Met also just fits so well with the idea that i had that Ichimatsu loves Ai's hair, and how when Ai was younger/in highschool her hair was short, but now its really long.

I think that Ichimatsu is very perceptive of the changes in people that he's close to, so it also represents how he sees that Ai has changed since he last saw her, and his love for her has grown since then (also! in the art i made of high school Ai she has a little bunny hair clip, and Ichi is the one that gave it to her :) he won it from a crane game and immediately thought "i have to give this to Ai, she would love it." and she did ^^)

Always Like This and Who Said Anything (About Falling In Love) are low points for Ichimatsu before the start of their relationship. He is so scared of his feelings for her, because he doesnt want to mess up their friendship, he doesnt want to push it and risk it. He also feels like he's holding her back from experiencing life and following her passions, since she told him that she moved back to Akatsuka from college because she missed him and all of her friends there. He thinks that she would be better off if she moved back to her college, and that its selfish that deep down he really wants her to stay with him. Sunburn is such a cute song that i think represents the sort of beginning of their relationship, and like Ai loves the beach so they would definitely go there for a date.

Its like the giddiness and nervousness Ichi feels, and just how intensely he loves Ai.

Love At First Sight makes me think of before their relationship, but a good amount of time has passed since Ai moved back, and theyve gotten back to being close friends again.

Theres a scenario in my head where Ichi is out at night bc he just needed to get out of his house for a while, and he ends up at Ai's place and they hang out and she's like "if you want to spend the night you can, i cant imagine living with five other people like your brothers haha" and while she's talking hes zoning out and in his brain hes screaming but then hes just like "ok. that, sounds good. thank you" and then hard cut to him laying on her couch wide awake thinking 'im in love with her im in love with her oh my god im in love with her. i need to kill somebody' lololol ^^ the song just really reminds me of him, especially these lyrics:

Beings is on the playlist mainly because of the nostalgia it gives me of when i first got into Osomatsu-san because thats when i first heard it ^^

Mermaid mainly represents how Ai feels when she realizes her feelings for Ichimatsu. There's a lyric that says "This tiny world, when you totter with the screw, it will begin to loosen up!", and it reminds me a lot of Ai in the fact that shes a robot and has screws, but also that her world is held together by screws, and they get rusty and weak when theyre in the water. She feels like her world changes when her feelings for Ichimatsu flood her heart ("The tiny world is flying out, as her heart floats on cloud nine. The boy must be aiming at the sea. Unable to shake off this wobbly feeling, she already knows, it is nothing but fascination!") The lyric "Her real face is shown" makes me think of how Ai sometimes thinks that she is nothing but a machine, her "true face" only being the screws and wires that she is made up of. Then, the lyrics "Knowing that nothing else will happen, he goes on chasing something as if motivated for some reason. It is nothing but fascination!" are more from Ichimatsu's point of view, about how he wants to understand Ai and her feelings when he sees a shift in how she acts (because of her feelings for him), but he knows that nothing will really happen because hes scared of finding out how she truly feels about him, because he doesnt want her to hate him, but hes also scared at the fact that she likes him.

Sweet Little Kiss is a bit of a pick-me-up from the previous song, just a sweet little love song that makes me think of a cute date where Ai and Ichi walk in the winter snow, feeling warm from the sweets they eat and their love for each other, and they share a sweet kiss in the snow :)

ツキ (Tsuki) is the namesake of the playlist! :D Tsuki means moon, which ties into how Ai is connected to the moon.

Its sung from Ichimatsu's perspective, about how he doesn't really think he's the right person for Ai, but as long as she's here with him, he'll do his best to comfort her.

Hibikase is leaning a bit into AU territory, mainly it makes me think about the merch line where the brothers are hackers. Like Ai is a vocaloid/robotic idol in their world and they fall in love despite her being a computer. it just fits to me, also its just one of my fave songs ever ^^

６つ子の魂ナユタまで (Mutsuko no Tamashi Nayuta Made) is the op that i connect to Ai and Ichimatsu the most (though it can also extend to the other brothers considering what the song is about).

Ai sees the many different sides of Ichimatsu, and even though she knows how shitty he and his brothers can be, she cant help her feelings.

Its a more lighthearted version of Ai figuring out her feelings for Ichi, but she still does feel like it would be too good to be true if Ichi did like her back.

Love At First Sight (2011 Fancy Studio Version) ITS THE REPRISE!!!! Its a contrast to the much quieter original version, where Ichi was trying to push his feelings down and not let them take over, but in this version its a lot more upbeat and theres more going on, showing that Ichi is fully realizing his feelings and they blow up inside him, filling his heart with love for Ai.

Tom's Diner is specifically for the Phantom Thief AU, taking place in this pretty city that Ai lives in. She's at a coffee shop during a rainy day, with a bunch of small things around her that remind her of Ichi (a black cat walking by outside, cat paintings inside the shop), because she had previously encountered him during one of his heists since her father Dekapan is the owner of the biggest museum in their city. All that he left behind was a purple handkerchief with a black cat paw on it, which she kept and is now studying as she sips her coffee. She feels someone is looking at her, but when she turns, there's nobody except a cute black cat meowing at her from outside.

Celeste makes me think of the Denki Mystery AU, and its from the perspective of Hajime (Ichi).

Instead of new years, Hajime reminisces on the summer festival he, Akimi (Ai) and his brothers went to when they all first came to the village, and he remembers how she looked in her yukata covered in red flowers.

Hajime feels as though he's seen Akimi before, and he wants to find out the secret she seems to be wrapped up in. He's not sure what his feelings are for her, he always feels like hes chasing after her, trying to understand her. But, he also feels like he shouldnt be getting so close to her, despite his beating heart signaling otherwise.

サリシノハラ (Sarishinohara) and Sexy Sunshine being right next to each other is a bit of whiplash considering the tones of each song, but i put them together because theyre songs that i connect to the Fujio Rock AU. Sarishinohara i think is a song that Ai would sing during the festival, since in the AU she's an underground idol who is also a fan girl of the Matsuno brothers' band. She catches the eye of the brothers, and after that she becomes a regular feature for their songs and when they perform live (in actuality they all knew each other when they were younger, and dont recognize each other now, but when Ichi saw her first perform on stage, he thought her voice sounded familiar). Sexy Sunshine reminds me of the Feat. Matsuzou set from the AU, since it takes place at a music festival on the beach, and i think its a song that Ai and Ichi would perform together with the rest of the band.

If you asked (Y/n) (L/n) who "Fixer" was, they would tell you that he's one of the few people who could understand them deeply.

If you asked (Y/n) (L/n) who Thoma was, well, the best response someone could get from them is "Hmm... I guess the name sounds familiar," followed by "ah, so that's who he is. Okay then."

The two of you have been penpals for almost five years, but neither of you revealed your real names. You addressed him as "Fixer" (a pen name Kamisato Ayato had relentlessly recommended), and he responded to your calls as "Levi" (short for the infamous Lunar Leviathan sea legend). This is not due to the lack of courage or trust, but because you mutually agreed that it would add more mystery and thrill to your inevitable first meeting.

But one of you lied.

Thoma knew exactly what your name was. He knew your height, eye color, family, and a number of other personal facts that a regular housekeeper would not have had the opportunity to learn so readily. Earning your private information was his quota with Lord Kamisato for helping him "burn a few stray leaves", but the given information wasn't the most important findings of their investigation, no.

It was the revelation that (Y/n) (L/n), rather, YOU were his first love.

Thoma would happily take up any attractive label that fit his romanticized viewpoint, be it infatuation or puppy love. You were the kid he frequently spent time with within the Mondstadt public library. Granted, you both often took seats two chairs apart from one another, but the sticky notes passed along the table did not make the distance feel too far. You were each other's confidants. You both didn't belong anywhere and Thoma was bound to catch a teeny weenie crush on you.

It's no secret that Thoma is a hopeless romantic. He believes in his lucky omamori and fortune slips, hence it's not a huge stretch that he believes in soulmates too. No one in the Kamisato Estate was surprised when he preached that it is fate that bonded you two together. Lord Kamisato incessantly teased him for it, but Thoma was none the wiser. He thought that Ayato's remarks about being whipped were a compliment and that only made everyone more keenly aware that he was absolutely smitten. 

Thoma was ultimately determined to reunite with you once more. The two of you lay on the same bed but with different dreams, and Thoma wished otherwise. He wanted to demonstrate to you that, if a "failure" like him could win the hearts of the Inazuman populace, then Mondstadt could also respect you and your adorable eccentricities.

But that won't be an easy feat.

The journey to Liyue was perilous, but it was nothing compared to his first trip to Inazuma. It was a bit funny how most of the ships to Liyue were suspended. Luckily, Thoma never lost hope. He and Captain Beidou came to an agreement whereby she would allow him to board the Alcor in exchange for a thorough cleanup. And hey, when it comes to housework, he's almost as passionate as Beidou's need to see the Tianquan, so it was a true non-zero-sum game.

Going from Liyue to Mondstadt was quite a chore as well. Some mora is better than no mora, and that was his way of coping after dishing out 900 mora to pay a guide and his spouse to help him out. The guide never shuts up. He kept talking about a drunkard friend from Mondstadt while his spouse graciously tried to focus on Thoma's needs. His spouse was clearly forced to marry the man under a contract. The Mondstadter prayed that your future marriage is far from theirs. Thoma's patient, but he doesn't think you can handle hearing about osmanthus wine, or in his case, housekeeping, for the rest of your married life. (The spouse can prepare some delectable seafood, though.)

Thoma considered whether his determination to meet you again was being tested by cleaning the entire ship and listening to an old couple bicker 24/7. At least he's in Mondstadt now, right?

"Excuse me, miss. Do you know where Mx. (Y/n) (L/n) is?"

Thoma was very amazed by the souvenir shop owner's ability to hear him over the talk of other tourists and the clacking of hooves that returned knights from a prolonged expedition. The town square is adorned with proud flags and colorful banners that symbolized the KoF's triumphant return, which meant the grandmaster is home as well.

Since Varka is here then that means--

"Ahh, (Y/n)?" Marjorie tapped her bottom lip. "That ungrateful kid isn't here. They didn't even bother to welcome their cousin home. They're probably sulking elsewhere."

Thoma flinched.

"Excuse me?"

"What's wrong? You do know what kind of person (Y/n) is, right?" Marjorie said nonchalantly.

"I mean, what did you expect? They're a disappointment to the Imunlaukr Clan, so it's only natural that they would shy away from celebrations like this. It's for the best, no one wants a weirdo around to spoil the festival."

His eyes darkened. Thoma's entire focus was on Marjorie now, and he didn't hear a teary-eyed person running for the stairs.

"How do you have the guts to say that about someone?"

Marjorie raised an eyebrow.

"Just how much do you know about (Y/n)?" Thoma gritted his teeth.

At this point, the noise from the crowd began to simmer down as they tried to eavesdrop on this confrontation. Thoma subconsciously towered above Marjorie, and his hand slammed the door beside her.

His dull green eyes leered deep into her soul.

"N-No?"

"Then you should watch what you say, Miss."

The scent of embers wafted in the air.

Thoma didn't notice it was his own doing until Marjorie screamed. His conscience was stirred by her horrified eyes, and he quickly pushed away.

Heat radiated throughout the shop and Marjorie's arm, but fortunately, it wasn't enough to cause blisters and unbearable pain.

"O-Oh I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to come off that strong!" Thoma rambled on, fearing that he may have crossed the line. He felt multiple stares drilling the back of his head, and that solidified how wary the crowd was. "I'm just saying you should be careful what you say next time! You never know if you're hurting someone already."

Thoma's not the villain here. He's just teaching her a valuable lesson, that's all.

"R-right..." Marjorie whimpered. Her sleeves were nearly burnt to crisp and Thoma's heart dropped at the thought of additional expenses. Still, he's not above paying the price. 

"I'm r-really sorry for the damages!" He blurted out. "I'll pay you back, how much?"

The vibrant strawberry hair that crowned his head both contrasted his dim face and signified which family he belonged to–- who he was. It's none other than Diluc Ragnvindr.

Thoma grinned. When you and Thoma had the entire library to yourselves, Diluc used to take care of you two. He had the honor of overseeing two very bashful kids who were three years younger than him. Second only to Lord Kamisato, he was one of the most passionate people Thoma had ever met.

"Hey, Diluc!"

He didn't anticipate anything will happen when he called Diluc's name. The last time they met, Diluc was the nation's rising star, while Thoma was a timid teenager. Diluc may not know him now that Thoma pulled back his golden hair and changed the tone of his voice to one that exudes social lightness.

"It's me!" He grinned and reached out his hand for a handshake. Thoma was a bit nervous. He didn't know if he should be casual with the Ragnvindr heir, but this approach is ten times better than ignoring him. Thoma is not without care for friends. Why wouldn't he greet an old buddy? Especially the kid who played devil's advocate for your shenanigans?

"I-It's been a long time!" He beamed, joyful that one of the few people who didn't shun him in his childhood still recalled him. "I thought you wouldn't recognize me anymore!"

Diluc hummed curtly. His eyes were sharp, which only accentuated that he hates to prolong whatever conversation this was, if you could call it one.

"I wouldn't dare make the mistake of not knowing who you are."

Thoma chuckled nervously. "Right."

"Is that all?" Diluc huffed.

"Oh," Thoma scratched the back of his head. "How's Master Crepus? I'm old enough now, you think he'll allow me to drink this time?"

He teased quickly before he loses Diluc's attention. It was just a small jest that alluded to the time young Thoma sneaked in inside Dawn Winery, but the look on Diluc's face was indescribable.

"N-Nevermind, how's Kaeya–"

"Have a pleasant evening, Mister Thoma." Diluc immediately turned his back on him, and his footsteps already drowned Thoma's unpolished ramblings.

"I hope you have fun staying in Mondstadt."

Mondstadt's chatter sounded in a near-endless chorus, therefore confirming that Diluc left the conversation.

He sighed humorously loud.

"Haaaaah... this is one of the most overwhelming homecomings of all time, alright. Maybe it could even top dad's... Wherever he is."

Thoma thought it would be him who would be unrecognizable in both appearance and personality. 

But it seems Diluc changed too. And if Thoma were to be so bold, maybe he changed too much. He wondered how you felt about that–-

Several anecdotes described in detail how the broke coin collector wanted to buy a fresh loaf of bread but was unable to part with their money since they believed it will one day reveal its true value.

The "Fixer" thoughtlessly retorted that "a coin's purpose by the end of the day is to be spent. What good will holding on do if you starve yourself to death? You need to tell the coin collector that their life is worth more than what they've saved."

He grimaced.

He was just trying to sound poetic. Thoma never thought that there was a possibility that one of these "coins" might be Master Diluc Ragnvindr himself.

Thoma crossed his arms and shook his head. It doesn't matter. He could be wrong. Maybe Diluc is just in a bad mood, and it's not like the 'cavalry captain' knows that he's "Fixer". It'll be ignorant to assume that a bright man like Diluc became a toxic person just because of one bad day.

Besides, some mora is better than no mora, and you still have him. And even if Diluc walked out of your life, Thoma will never let you be alone.

He resisted the cold back then, but he can no longer say the same now that he's a pyro vision user. His pyro shield doesn't seem to provide any warmth in Dragonspine. Kind of backwards, isn't it? Thank goodness Good Hunter's served hot coffee. It was the only non-alcoholic drink they served this festival. His bottle preserved the comforting heat, and his hands were delighted to hold on to it. It was almost a torch for his vision to light up each time.

He also didn't bring a map. It wasn't in his budget after paying the Goth Hotel extra for his stay which was a major bummer (he doesn't recall the prices being that high before?) but it's alright. You write about the place sporadically that it almost felt like he knew the place like the back of his hand.

"H-hoo… I should've brought extra layers…" Thoma shivered. "Y-You made it sound like Dragonspine wasn't t-this cold at all… Oh, dear… I'm r-really tempted to run on the i-ice now…"

Once he pushed away from the branches of one particular tree, the bizarre trip had all been worth it.

"(Y/n)..."

He knew that who he saw had to be you.

But that bliss was short-lived. Something was wrong. 

"--I'm so glad to have met you and the Fishing Association. You didn't know who my family was and treated me like a friend, not a means to an end." 

A crease formed between Thoma's eyebrows and his lips trembled. His face contorted in an ineffable string of hurt and betrayal, and his suffocating grasp on the poor tree beside him burned. 

Your shoulders were drooped and you wore a Snezhnayan scarf, but most importantly, you were confiding in this blue-eyed stranger.

You were confiding in someone else that isn't him. He's your soulmate! He should be the only one you could count on.

The thud of his boots on crusty snow stopped Thoma from threading farther. That sounded too loud. If he moved a little closer, they'd hear him. And he can't afford to look like a stalker.

Thoma gulped harshly. He should've prayed that his first meeting with you wouldn't be spoiled by some filthy man he didn't even know.

When you started running and the stranger followed after, Thoma walked to your camp and picked up his unopened letter. His letter sat near your plate and other discarded items.

okay so im rly feelin Affinity lately so im gonna talk about that! its gonna be a lot so like ill put it under a readmore. if ur interested in my story then go ahead and read! :D

as i said in the last ask, Affinity is my magical girl fantasy story about healing from lifes hardships basically. but it does have a plot!! so basically here are your main girls, Sinie and Csilla

Sinie and Csilla are quite literally soul sisters, they are two fragments of one soul that was split into two halves. the being they were split from is a goddess, so they have divine blood. they each wear a crystal fragment around their neck as a necklace, cause thats kinda how they harness their power is through the crystals. but the crystals arent the thing that gives them their power, they always have had it. 

the crystal is actually significant because it was created by the goddess that Sinie and Csilla are reincarnated from, and its poured full of her essence. this crystal was actually a gift to her lover, Ceres, goddess of the moon, death, and harmony. i should mention the goddess that Sinie and Csilla are split from is Atheria:

these are the earliest sketches of these two. Ceres is Atheria’s lover. she is currently doing at the start of the story and this is what the characters are fighting over so this isnt a spoiler, but she is trying so resurrect Atheria so they an be together once more. i cant give the reason why this is so important to her because thats MAJOR spoilers that im not willing to give. i mean aside from the fact that they were lovers and Ceres just isnt good at accepting loss lololol

speaking of our heroes tho, lets get into them!! so we have sinie and csilla of course, but what about the others? 🤔 ill show you!

first we have Daren! he is Sinie’s childhood friend, and our local he/they royalty. now, Daren is just a human, he isnt born with magical or divine powers like Sinie and Csilla are. however, a little later on in the story he is blessed by a deity, which i will get into in a bit. im thinking i want either Yris or Helania to bless him, but im not that far in my thought process for that part of the story yet i should probably figure that out lol 

next is Elise! this is also a good friend of Sinie’s, they met in middle school! Elise is a huge weeb and she loves shoujo manga and fashion. she also has no magical or divine ability at the start, but like Daren she’s blessed by either Yris or Helania with powers. also i designated her as my libra character and i think its a perfect choice

next is Heather! Heather joined the trio in 9th grade and she began to crush hard on Elise. Elise secretly liked her back, but was super oblivious to Heather’s feelings hahaha Daren and Sinie thought this was so cute until their obvious flirting and banter got too much. Daren wanted it to end while Sinie shipped them hard. so they got them together and so they are girlfriends!

she wasnt born with magic just like the other two, but is blessed. 

and finally we have Urania! i actually dont have her character sheet done despite her being a main character lmao but Urania is an amalgam of multiple souls, memories, and earth. she is a man made being. she was originally created by Ceres, for reasons i cant explain because spoilers. but urania wasnt alone, she was accompanied by Calliope, her sister. 

i also dont have her character sheet done lmao but thats fine because there are things i want to change. i want to give her an actual mask because i want to give her a huge scar along her face. for......reasons......

Calliope is the same man made person mixed up with different souls, memories, and dirt, grass, moss, etc. and also a little bit of divine magic but thats obvious LOL so she is our first antagonist, along with Ceres. next antagonist is, drum roll please......

Agitha! Agitha met Sinie in 9th grade as well, and Agitha has a lot of....mixed emotions about Sinie. shes super in love with her, but she doesnt know how to handle her emotions and i think i want her to have a whole like....Doesnt-Know-She’s-Gay thing going on with her. her emotions confuse her and Agitha is honestly the tsundere princess archetype so....yknow LMAO

she is like Heather, Elise, and Daren in that she doesnt possess magical powers from birth, but rather from our villains Calliope and Ceres. See, Agitha is sickly. She has a weak immune system that attacks itself, (dont ask the condition im not going that far with it...right now lol) so Ceres gives her “medicine” to keep her healthy and strong as well as a bracelet with a black stone in it. this is literally just the same thing as Atheria’s crystal, the essence of Ceres poured into it. So, unlike Sinie and Csilla, Agitha gets her powers directly from this black crystal. Ceres gives her these “gifts” in exchange for Agitha to basically do her bidding. 

Here’s the kicker though, the medicine is more like a drug, it makes makes her immune system stronger, gives her more energy, gives her rushes of adrenaline and boosts her physical capabilities. however, if she doesnt take it, she will go through withdrawal and get even sicker than what she was before. poor girl :(

thats all the mains out of the way!! lastly, we have the only side characters i have at the moment which are: Sinie’s family, Csilla’s family, and the other three gods i havent talked about yet. there isnt much on these characters yet unfortunately but lets get into it!

this is Sinie’s family, this sheet is from 2017 so its a bit old lol i think i wanna age Anna up to like 13 or 14. the most important character on this sheet tho is Granny Witch! she’s Sheri’s mother, and shes wicca. i have to do more research on wicca stuff to get her character right, but Aurora (thats her name) has had a heavy influence on Sinie since Sinie was a little girl. 

Csilla’s family doesnt have sketches yet, but she has a mother, father, and an older brother who she doesnt get along with. she doesnt rly get along with her mother either but her father spoils her. 

next is the gods! first we’ll talk about Yris

some concept art from my sketchbook! i want to go for more of a masculine look for her, but Yris is the overseer of the spirit realm. she makes the medicine that Agitha receives from Ceres and is the gods local drug dealer hahaha

next is Helania, but i dont have any art of her that im satisfied with but she is a goddess that is an amalgam of all the memories of every living thing. she is sentient memories. shes a little eccentric, but shes also a therapist for the other gods as well as the various spirits that roam through the realms.

Ignoring the last part of the form, which is totally aiming for a certain type of suitor, this matchmaker troll also believes that the form is a tad outdated, or at least awkwardly untrue of what this matchmaker knows of the victim. So here I go, stroking my imaginary beard as I hum about the many men available that can deal with the sort of energy I'm met with now.

It is so incredibly hard for this matchmaker not to outright troll this victim who puts way too much faith in me and also dared to send this in unanonymously. Not that she would have been able to hide herself anyway, she isn't sneaky enough for that. But alas, I still haven’t addressed the question! Who do I ship Zeta with? Well... Read on below the ‘read more’, for you my dear get a special: 

Blind Date!!!

Pizza? Ordered. Music? Set and playing. Books to talk and bond over? Especially recipe books, annotated and all. The matchmaker you went to may not have been known as a culinary genius, but they possessed at least enough wit to know how to leave some commentary behind that should get a conversation rolling, even if it was a note of: ‘use a large whisk.’

But who was it that had been invited to spend the day with you? You honestly had no clue as you looked down at the meagre note of descriptions that had been given. ‘Handsome by conventional standards, taller than you.’

What a very typical note that was from the matchmaker, whose words were as sparse as the notes suggested them to be. You let it slide, however, never one to let your mood down as you picked up the movie chosen for the night.

IT. You gulped, wondering if this was supposed to be a foreshadowing to the night. Much time to mull it over you didn’t get, the bell ringing in the next moment as you tried not to leap over to the door, not wanting to seem too excited.

“Hi!” you managed to yelp out, the pitch of your voice rising an octave before you took in the presence of the man in front of you, or rather... Two men.

One dark, one light, but both brooding and in need of sleep.

Had the matchmaker mistakenly arranged a sleepover instead? You thought back of the movie chosen for the night and wondered if you were meant to have nightmares instead, weak as you were against horror.

“Yo,” the first spoke, his figure hunched over as he scratched the back of his leg with his… toe? You realised that the man wasn’t wearing any shoes, nor that he looked battle-ready for a date at all. In fact, he didn’t look ready for anything but a good night’s sleep followed by a seasonal hibernation to get rid of those eyebags.

“Hmpf,” the second figure sounded, standing straight, but looking so severely unimpressed that you wondered if he even wanted to be here.

“Zeta, right?” the hunched man spoke, his hand going through his unkempt hair as he heaved a sigh, “Ryuzaki, can I come in? It is kinda chilly outside,” he was quick to introduce himself, and you would have considered him rude if it wasn’t for the soft smile he flashed at you. Half child-like, mostly awkward, as if only remembered in hindsight.

“Yeah, welcome! Come in!” you beam and the second man heaves another sigh, his fingers pushing up his glasses from the middle before he follows after Ryuzaki without a word. That would be if the man in front hadn’t stopped, suddenly seeming to remember something as he turned around.

“I didn’t catch your name,” came the mumbled request and you had to gulp at the way the other heaved yet another sigh, his expression growing more unimpressed by the minute.

“Faust. I was threatened,” he supplies finally, but neither you nor Ryuzaki seem to believe that he really had been threatened, or felt threatened at all. Whatever the matchmaker had done to convince the man had been effective, however, and Faust was allowed entry into the apartment as well meant for the date tonight.

Perhaps the matchmaker had made a slight mistake in matching Zeta. Maybe it was meant to be as awkward as it ended up to be. Ryuzaki mostly ate the sweets, finding a challenge in Zeta to fight for his share, Faust continued to brood as he watched the sugar disappear in slight disgust.

“Shall we bake a cake?” The proposal was met with a heavy grunt as Faust glared at the duo from where the proposal had come.

“I’m not beating eggs,” he shortly answered, but that was as much of a ‘yes’ you would get. You were just glad that the movie went ignored and unwatched.

To this Faust actually perks up, his eyes for once a little brighter than the dead light they had been carrying earlier. 

“Will there be chicken heads?” he asks and you throw him a curious look, not wanting to question the fascination too much as you look down at the chickens you had prepared for tonight. 

“You can help if you want?” you try, already glad that the man finally shows some enthusiasm. “That way I can keep my hands clean and...”

With that being said you turn around, pouncing towards the snacking Ryuzaki who had deftly shovelled an entire bowl of caramels into his mouth. 

“No, you said you would wait!” you shriek, followed by a smart quip.
