1. meu rio by toco - it’s spring which means I’m in a huge bossa nova phase rn and I cannot get enough of this one. not a traditional bossa nova song but it is just as joyful

2. layla by mdou moctar - I don’t care if you ignore all my other music recs forever if it means you’ll listen to mdou moctar. one of my fav artists forever. this track’s so charming

3. wild by spoon - likely will be my top song on wrapped this year lmao. I never get sick of it

4. air supply by sweet trip - listened to the whole album for the first time last november-ish and there’s a few duds but I keep cycling between a few really catchy ones including this one. I find the amateur mixing and production really refreshing lol

5. confessions by sudan archives - I kind of forgot about how good this song is and recently started listening to it a lot again. another springtime type of song to me I think just bc that’s when I first heard it. watch me frolic through the fields bitch!!

The way I had like 3 mini altercations w roomie today, mostly boiling down to me saying "you were our friend and decided your comfort mattered more than your word to us. Stop talking to me and text me from your mommy's like you decided"

and at the very end, grabbing THE VERY LAST item, she takes her sweet time clearing out her shit from my organizer (i wasnt allowed to touch her stuff, i tried asking). Apparently, pointing at shit that belongs to me is hitting, and she hit me, making sure to yell into her recording phone and pointed at me that I put hands on her when I didn't.

I just don't get why, suddenly, today, all the conversation had to happen. When they left me on read since telling us to leave at an impossible time and told us we were so scary to talk to. Why did you have so much so say today when you avoided all fucking contact until I was exhausted with your bullshit.
