We've already sold a bunch! “Earlier in the year I got a DM on Instagram from The Alchemist saying he liked my paintings. I believe it was something about how I am ‘a magician with paint.’ Which I thought goes good with someone who is a ‘scientist with beats.’ We went back and forth with ideas until I showed him one I was working on. It ended up hanging on his wall and became the cover for the first EP titled “This Thing of Ours.” The Vol. 2 artwork was also chosen by him; it was the other one that ‘jumped out.’ I kept getting requests for prints of the paintings, so we decided to partner with my guys at House of Roulx to run limited editions of each.” - Adam To coincide with the release of The Alchemist’s new EP “This Thing of Ours Vol. 2,” we are pleased to announce the official print editions of Adam O’Day’s original cover artwork for both volumes. When I was mourning my friend, this ladybug landed on my hand at the studio. I grabbed a pencil and sketched it out on theis panel. She flew away and then I made the 30 timelapse from memory, which is in my reels. I'm not sure if I believe in spirits or reincarnation or anything.
