Wacky capers ensue where they try to prove that she's up to no good, only to find that she genuinely is just chilling and wants to live a normal life on earth!

My idea for how Stranger became a God in Faerun is Random Tarasque event.

Like some spell casters accidentally woke the big guy up, no one was prepared, no adventuring party in site, gods are trying to organize their chosen to go hunt it down and Stranger is just there in this random city, hears people shouting for someone to help them and goes "Well they asked."

accidentally spawns a small cult when she talks down the rampaging monster people think doesn't have higher intelligence and asks it nicely and politely to help clean up the mess it caused and then sends it to go back to sleep and now you're accidentally mother of monsters
