You happily hummed along to the tune of whatever song was playing on the radio sat ontop of your counter, the cheery music filling the kitchen. It was one of those tunes that just got you moving, like it was designed to be perfect for dancing in the kitchen. So, you found yourself swaying your hips to the beat of the music whilst carefully watching over the stove, patiently waiting for your pancakes to cook. You loved cooking in the morning, you always had, and you especially loved cooking for your girlfriend. 

Speaking of, it wasn’t too long before you heard the small padding of footsteps behind you as Wanda came into the kitchen.  

“Goodmorning, my love.” You called without turning around. 

“Morning, darling.” Wanda replied only her voice sounded unusually groggy, a sharp contrast to your cheery tone and you heard the movement of a chair as she came to sit at the small island behind you. 

“You okay there?” You asked, turning around to see Wanda, she was wearing one of your baggy long-sleeved t-shirts and had small dark circles beneath her eyes, she looked so adorable and so so tired. 

“Just abit drowsy.” She admitted as she gave you a soft sleepy smile. 

That made sense. You’d heard her shuffling about all night, seemingly unable to get comfy or fall asleep. “Did you manage to get much sleep? I heard you tossing and turning all night.” You asked as you began to plate up some pancakes for her, making sure to drizzle on some maple syrup in the form of a smiley face. 

"Not really, I think I’ve laid down funny too, my muscles are all achy." Wanda mumbled with a pout but her expression soon changed as laid the finished plate down on the table, “These look so amazing, I love the smiley face, thank you so much sweetie.” 

“You’re welcome.” You smiled at her, leaning down to press a soft kiss to her lips before turning back to plate up your own. You’d just finished pouring yourself a heart-shaped drizzle of syrup when you heard Wanda give a sharp inhale behind you. 

“Hhuh’tsss! Hh-Hh���hehtsoo!” 

“Bless you!” You cooed as you came to sit beside her, “What's this, are you allergic to my cooking now?” 

Wanda giggled beside you as she gave you a playful nudge with her elbow, “Of course Im not, my nose is jus- just- Hh'iishiew!-” 

“You sure about that?” You smirked, earning yourself another nudge, but when Wanda sneezed again only moments later you found yourself starting to become slightly concerned, “Let me go get you some tissues.” 

She didn't object to you returning a moment later with a box of tissues, her lips quirked into a soft smile, “Thank you sweetie.” 

“Don't worry about it, just tend to those sniffles of yours” You returned her gesture as you sat back down to finish your breakfast. Both you and Wanda managed to eat the rest of your food without any other interruptions, and she’d even insisted on doing the dishes since you had taken the time to cook for her. 

“You got anything you’d like to do today?” You asked watching as she continued to wash the dishes. 

“Not really, kinda just in the mood for staying inside and cuddling.” She shrugged, as a soft grin crept over your face. 

“I'm down for- You began but stopped hearing Wanda’s breath give a knowing hitch. 

“Hi’ishhuu! Hh..’iiishoo!” 

“Bless-” Your brows crinkled with slight concern but yet again you were interrupted by twitching of Wanda’s irritated nose. 

“Hh’iishiew! Hh..Hhi’tshhoo! 

“Ugh!” I just can't stop sneezing!” Wanda whined as she rubbed at her nose with the sleeve of her shirt. 

“No getting your icky-ness on my favourite shirt,” You deadpanned, as you came round to stand beside her, making sure to plant a small kiss on her forehead before offering out some tissues for her before softening your tone as you wondered, “do you feel okay though? You're starting to sound like you’re catching a cold sweetheart.” 

Wanda took a second to think about and now that she did, the lingering scratchiness at the back of her throat confirmed your suspicions, “I think you’re right, my throat’s been really dry all morning too.” 

“Plus, you said you were achy earlier too.” You added as you remembered her earlier complaints, “Aw, maybe you are getting sick then.” 

“That’s so not fair,” Wanda sniffled as you opened your arms out for her and she fell into your warm, loving embrace, “I wanted to spend the day cuddling, now I'm gonna be all contagious and gross” 

“Still,” You smirked as you ran your hand down her back, “Who says we can't cuddle.”

LOL YEAH when I was writing it i knew you were gonna love the sandduo. it's one of the most important chapters for sandduo in the entire fic

the name reveal was SO stressful to write just bc I wanted to make sure it came across exactly how I wanted it to. but I'm very happy with how it turned out :) it's such a high-strung emotional scene and I had to balance so much with the dialogue but it was worth it in the end

yuppp that's certainly A Plan they're going to do. this can only end well 🙃

yup! as soon as wilbur finally accepts that he doesn't want to be the pythia, he has to get thrown back into it. in a way it's only fitting. he wanted to go back for so long, but he can only go back once he's hit a new kind of self-actualization. now he might be going back into a very bad situation for him, but he's progressed so much he's better equipped to deal with it than he would've been had he gone back earlier. at least that's what you gotta hope.

note: i literally just reached 100 followers yesterday but thank u sooo much for another hundred! u guys have no idea how happy it makes me. here's a little gift in return :D in my head he's 99% this type of guy and i wanted to know how far i can take my imaginations with the image i have of him and this is where it took me heh.

The smell of leather and weed floating in the space surrounding you constricts your breathing, making you gasp for air – even more as he suctions the air out of you through your heated shared kiss, your lungs burning with the need for oxygen. But you ignore it. Running your fingers through his hair and meeting his hunger with kisses equally as rough, you ignore the building pain on your chest.

You rock your hips towards him, feeling his hard crotch rub you through the lace of the panties you bought just a few days ago. Pulling away for a moment only to gasp on his reddening plump lips while he lazily guides your movements on his lap, triggering a flood of pleasure to wash over you.

Slender, pale, and long fingers reached over to snatch another blunt, taking a long drag before the very same fingers of the opposite hand take the back of your neck so he can pull you closer to his lips. He breathes the smoke out of his mouth into yours, connecting your lips once again.

Despite the distinct scent of the drug, you taste a tinge of sweetness on your tongue as his own massages yours. Rocking your hips harder to his forces a moan out of you, making your fingers curl around his jet black hair. You pull away, muttering a small give me a minute to him. Leaning back on the steering wheel, you watch him while you try to control your ragged breathing.

His hair is long. Long enough that it falls softly all the way to his eyes and cheeks, the ends brushing his really pale skin. With your earlier statement, he just shrugged with the same unchanging look of nonchalance in his eyes while proceeding to take drags out of his blunt. His beautifully shaped eyes now bloodshot and shiny with moisture.

He's almost like a vampire, now that you think about it. So beautiful. Such pale skin but such dark hair. Sharp gaze but soft lips. Intoxicating scent but still so sweet.

The most similar thing between him and vampires, you thought, is the way he sucks all the life out of you. Drying you out and taking all your light.

This man has corrupted you more than you're willing to admit.

You opened your mouth to say something when the blaring ring of his phone makes you jump. His eyes glanced over the source before grabbing it with a sigh and scanning the monitor. You didn't even need to ask who it is. You're very well aware who it is, and why he never hesitates to answer.

When it comes to you, it always takes a lot of rings and missed calls before he picks up, though. You understand. You tell him you do, you always will.

His childhood bestfriend, Astumu whispered as if he heard you ask the identity of the mysterious caller in your head one night when you were drinking with him in a bar. Loves her a lot. Probably too much.

The alarms rang in your head that night, no matter how much you tried to ignore it. So annoying but at the same time so painful. You didn't know how to turn it off and you wish every single time you could.

"Darling. " He whispered with such a loving voice, one you never heard from him when he answers your calls. Your heart ached but you knew better than to confront him about it. Instead you cry in the arms of the twins, more on Atsumu's, since Osamu takes you through an hour long lecture of why you should have known better.

You know that much.

You shouldn't have let yourself get dragged in this stupid situation, craving a taken man and his touches. Letting him in on your secrets even when he barely lets you get a peak in his.

"I miss you too, my darling.. Oh?.. I'll be home soon." He speaks in pauses as he lets her finish speaking first. You close your eyes to prevent the liquid threatening to spill out, taking a deep breath before slowly lifting yourself from his lap to the passenger seat. His eyes widened a millimeter when he noticed you getting off him without having to tell you. You noticed he ended his call with her and you refuse to look back at him cause if you do, you are sure of another sleepless night.

Cold fingers hook under your chin, slowly turning your head to the left. He leans over the center console, connecting his lips with the soft skin of your neck, making you exhale out at the feeling of him sucking all the reason in you again. He runs his tongue wet on your collarbones, creating a glistening trail.

"I'll see you soon?" He whispered on the crook of your neck, nibbling it a little with his teeth. The bruises he leaves on your skin another reminder that everything is real.

You just hum with a nod, cupping his jaw and slowly pulling him away from you with a small smile. One of his bangs fell on the middle of his face, you reached up to brush it away.

So many unspoken words from you. Too many. You wonder if he has anything he's holding back to say too as his eyes linger on you a second longer than usual. Or maybe you're just desperately reading into the lines again, like what Osamu said way too many times.

"Rin, what.. what are we?" Every parting is like this, like a new way of saying goodbye that you both developed. You just needed to be reminded, to wake up from whatever delusions you're starting to have.

"Nothing." He replies as flatly as all the other times before. Not a hint of emotion – no amusement or remorse.

You swallow, letting your hands fall to your sides. On the verge of turning around and reaching the door, his voice echoes once again. "How many times are you gonna ask me this?"

Until you start feeling something. You thought to yourself.

Anger, disgust, love, hatred, adoration, anything. You just want him to feel something. Prove to yourself and everyone else that you're not just a tool to him.

"Sorry. Slipped out of habit." You settle for that response now. No point having a conversation with him about this.

"You don't have to leave right away, I can still drive you home."

Losing all the strength to refuse, you found yourself just agreeing with him. Why the fuck are you even so upset to begin with? You knew what you signed up for. You knew about the girl. You saw him with her in the very same bar a few nights ago before your first night together. Watched how much attention he gives her, how tightly he holds her.

"I'll break your heart by the end of this, baby." He warns you as you feel his length slip inside you, making you moan out in ecstasy.

"I don't care." You pant, grabbing him by the hips as a way of telling him to go faster.

Looking back, you shouldn't have been so foolish and say that. Now, you're paying the price. Now, your exit has been sealed.

The moment you met him, you forgot everything – your reason, pride, dignity, loyalty, sense, self-love. You hate how intoxicates you like the drugs on his backseat and yet you can't stop. You wonder if he knows how you feel about him. If he notices the way your eyes would light up when you see him or the way you would wrap your arms so tightly like you're afraid of letting him go.

The car stopped soon after and you looked out the window to find yourself in front of your house. You collected your things and fastened the clasp on your sandals then opened the door, stepping a foot outside when he once again stops you by the wrist.

"I'll call you soon. I promise."

"I'll be waiting." You wriggle out of his grip without looking back, stepping your remaining foot out to join with the other as you stand up to leave. "Take care, Rintarou."

"You too, baby." The sound of his tires grow fainter by the second as he speeds off to his and his girlfriend's shared apartment. You didn't notice the sobs wrecking your body. Not until you feel warm droplets fall to your open palms in front of you. You clutched your phone tightly, holding it to your chest.

You can only hope the next call comes soon.

saw an earlyish release of venom 2.... losing all my marbles literally fucking losing it (spoilers)

1. WHY WAS THE OVERACTING IN THE CLETUS KASADY BACKSTORY . SO BAD. OH MY GOD 2. generally all of the acting in this film was. man . woody harrelson gave it his all 3. tom hardys accent has NOT gotten better. u wer so good in the drop man what happened 3a. “Do you think Damian still has his Santa costume from high school?” Cady asks one night at about two in the morning.

“Why?” Janis groans, crawling back into bed after getting the twins back to sleep.

“I want to get Santa photos with the squishes,” Cady says. “But the mall can be kind of overwhelming, and their stranger danger sense is sort of on overdrive right now. But they know him, so I think if he was willing to be Santa for us they’d go a lot better.”

“Oh,” Janis yawns. “He probably does, I’ll text him tomorrow. If not we can just put you in your rocking around the pole costume.”

“Absolutely not,” Cady yawns back. “I should’ve burned that thing a long time ago.”

“Noooo,” Janis pleads. Cady flicks her gently before cuddling in under the duvet.

“Dork. Goodnight, I love you.”

“I love you too.”

Janis keeps her promise and texts Damian as soon as they wake up the next morning, while Cady feeds the babies.

“Okay, he says he doesn’t have it anymore, but he’s gonna buy a new one,” Janis says. Cady hands over a baby to be burped and gets to work feeding the next one.

“He doesn’t have to do that,” Cady says.

“I tried to tell him that,” Janis murmurs, drumming gently on her baby’s back. “He’s a very committed uncle.”

“Yeah,” Cady says, smiling down at the baby nursing and gently stroking a finger over a chubby cheek. “You two are so lucky. You have sooo many people who love you.”

Janis holds the baby she has aloft and kisses all over her face, smiling at the happy little squeal she gets in response. “But we love you most!”

“Ho ho ho!” Damian greets when he enters their house the next day, trailed by Aaron in an elf costume. “Oh my goodness, Christmas fairies.”

Cady smiles and bounces the babies slightly to make them smile. They’re in matching long sleeved white onesies, complete with fluffy tutus and little Santa hats. Leo’s onesie says ‘Santa Baby’ in red, and Layla’s says it in green. “They just woke up from their nap, they’re still a little tired. Come here, girls, come say hi!”

Damian reaches out to hold them to say hello, so Cady passes them both over. Janis comes down the stairs then, holding a white sheet Regina had requested for their backdrop. “Hey guys. Looking killer.”

“Thanks,” Aaron nods, making the bell on top of his hat jingle. “Two for one deal.”

“You do look awesome,” Cady laughs. Her daughters seem to be assessing Damian. Neither of them have cuddled in like they usually do, and are instead staring intently at his face. Leo suddenly gives a frightened whimper and bursts into tears. Layla screams when her sister starts to cry and continues wailing as they both reach out for someone to take them away from the scary stranger who’s grabbed them. “Oh no! Oh, sweethearts, come here.”

She takes her babies back carefully, pouting as they both bury their terrified little faces in her shoulder and cry. Janis motions for Damian to take his hat and beard off so they can see his face before she comes to help Cady calm the babies down.

“Eee!” Leo wails desperately when she sees Janis’ face, clinging to her tightly while Layla is wrapped around Cady.

“Shh, Bumblebee, Mommy’s got you,” Janis hushes. “That’s just Uncle Damian, baby! Look.”

Leo warily pokes her little face out to see, wrapping her arms tightly around Janis for safety. Janis holds her just as tight and points to Damian, who waves.

“Hi Lolo! It’s just me,” he says in his usual voice. “You don’t have to be scared.”

“Dedede?” Leo asks curiously, tilting her head in confusion. It definitely didn’t look like Uncle Damian a minute ago.

“Yeah, that’s Uncle Damian, see?” Janis asks. Leo sniffles, but continues looking. Janis dries her baby’s tears and kisses her cheek. “Mama and I won’t give you to strangers, you’re okay.”

“I get it man, I’m scared of Santa too,” Damian chuckles, taking Leo back as she reaches out for him again. “He seeeees you when you’re sleeping, and knoooooows when you’re awake!”

“That is kinda creepy,” Cady laughs, still trying to coax Layla to look again. “My poor little squish, you’re okay! Mama’s here, you’re okay, I promise. Shh, sweetheart.”

“Hey,” Regina calls as she enters the house with her camera, flanked by her girlfriends.

“Uh oh, what happened to the babies?” Karen frowns.

“We had a scare with Santa,” Janis chuckles. “They’re only seven months old, they’re not the best with faces yet.”

“This one seems fine,” Gretchen says, tickling Leo’s tummy and kissing her cheek in greeting as she heads by. Leo giggles and tucks her head to try to squish Gretchen away.

“Yeah, and she’s usually our little scaredy cat too,” Cady giggles. “Must be the uncle love override. Lala’s just taking her time.”

“Poor thing,” Aaron frowns. “Can I try something?”

“Of course,” Cady says, continuing to bounce and hush her baby to calm her down. Aaron comes up and gently tries to get Layla to turn her head the other way. After a bit of tapping and gentle coaxing, Layla flips her head around and rests against her teary face back against Cady’s shoulder.

Aaron takes his hat off so she can see his face a bit better, then covers it with his hands. “Peek a boo!”

Layla pauses her wailing for a second, confused by this new game. Aaron does it again and gets a very serious face in return. The third time seems to be the charm, as Layla finally gives a little smile. Aaron continues doing it until she giggles.

“Aww, there we go,” Cady chuckles. “Do you wanna go with Uncle Aaron?”

Layla sniffles and nods, reaching out for him. Aaron takes her and gently tosses her in the air a couple times before bringing her back over to Damian.

“Look, see? Your sister’s with Damian, you don’t have to be scared of him,” Aaron says. Layla pensively chews on an index finger. “You’re gonna hold some serious grudges when you’re older, kiddo.”

“Eee,” Layla says, reaching for Janis. She’s still a little wary of everything going on.

“Come here,” Janis chuckles, taking her daughter from Aaron. “It’s just Uncle Damian! He just had on a silly hat, look. No strangers.”

Layla looks thoughtfully, but makes no effort to leave Janis’ hold. Janis chuckles again and carries her over to the living room.

“Poor baby. Let’s go see what Aunt Reggie’s up to, hm?”

“Stop calling me that!” Regina calls as she stands on the couch to hang the sheet from the ceiling. Gretchen adds some decorative ornaments around so it’s not all one color.

“Regina’s too hard for them to say,” Janis defends.

“What about Gretchen?”

“They can’t say Gretchen either,” Janis says. She points to Gretchen standing nearby. “Who’s that, Ladybug?”

“Gigigigi,” Layla babbles.

“See? Gretchen’s Aunt GG.”

“Why can’t I be Aunt Gina or something?”

Janis shrugs. “That bit’s just me. I think Aunt Reggie suits you.”

“I hate you,” Regina grumbles sarcastically. “Only for you two, Layla. I’ll only be Reggie for you.”

Layla giggles even though she clearly doesn’t understand what they’re talking about. Janis smiles when she sees her baby smile. “There we go, there’s my happy girl. Are you ready for your pictures?”

Layla looks at her curiously and nods. Regina smiles and comes over. “I should get some practice ones, can I hold you?”

Layla eagerly reaches out for her auntie, and Janis lets her go. Regina positions her on the sheet covered couch and crouches down to get some practice shots so her camera is properly adjusted for the lighting in this environment. Layla pats the cushions she’s on with her little hands and starts chewing on her tutu.

“Ladybug, what are you doing?” Cady chuckles when she comes to see what they’re up to. Damian, Aaron, and Leo follow her. “Is your outfit yummy?”

“Mmmmm,” Layla replies with a little smile.

“You little goofball,” Cady hums affectionately. Layla reaches out, so Cady goes to kiss all over her little face. “You’re such a good model! Such a big smile for your pictures!”

“Those outfits are adorable,” Regina says as she sneakily snaps a few of Cady with one of her babies. Damian heads over and pops Leo by her sister so they can get some of the two of them together. “Ah, there’s the other one! Can one of you get them to look at me? Ish?”

Karen does a goofy little dance behind Regina and waves one of their toys around to make a jingle noise. The babies look at her and giggle at her antics, making for an absolutely adorable photo.

“Do you want any with you guys?” Regina asks. Janis looks at Cady, who shrugs and nods. Each of them take a baby on their lap and hold them close. Regina coaches them through a few poses. Kissing while the babies smile at the camera, kissing the babies, tickling the babies and smiling at their giggles. They also get one gem inadvertently as Layla tried to wriggle into a new position and stuck her little fist into Janis’ mouth.

“Alright, how are we doing this if they’re scared of Santa?” Regina asks once that’s sorted out, resting her camera against her shoulder. Damian shrugs.

“Sit down,” Janis says, a plan forming in her mind. Damian does as the babies are gently removed to make room. “Okay, now take them and let them look at you for a while.”

Damian does, holding the twins to face him on his lap. They both giggle and reach for his face like normal, wanting to play with their favorite uncle. Damian tickles them and cuddles them to make them feel safe.

Slowly, the babies are turned to face the camera, and Aaron sneaks up to put Damian’s hat and beard back on.

“Now everyone do literally anything to stop them looking backwards,” Janis instructs. Everyone understands the assignment.

Regina moves around the room for different angles so they track her instead of looking at Damian. Aaron jingles the bell on his hat to catch their eye, and Gretchen and Karen dance behind Regina. Cady sits on the ground just out of frame and coos at them keep their attention, and Janis grabs some of their favorite snacks to offer as a reward every time they get a few solid photos.

“That’s probably enough,” Regina says after snapping a few almost directly in their faces. Layla reaches out to grab her camera, and Regina just barely pulls it back in time to avoid getting chubby little fingerprints all over the very expensive lens. “Good job, twins!”

Everyone goes to peek over her shoulders at a few of the photos. Cady smiles happily at the ones she’s allowed to see. “These are perfect, oh my goodness! So cute. Thank you guys so much.”

“Anytime,” Damian chuckles. “We love these munchkins!”

Leo looks at him warily, but this time Damian remembers to remove his beard and hat. She stays suspicious, but reaches for him again.

“Do you guys want to stay for dinner? We have cookies,” Janis offers.

“Jay, we can’t give them cookies for dinner,” Cady admonishes.

“No, I meant, like… separately. Those were two different offers,” Janis corrects.

“Oh. Yeah, do you guys want to stay?”

Everyone looks to their respective partners to check before shrugging. “Yeah, sure. We haven’t seen enough of you guys recently.”

The Legend of Avatar Katara:

Summary: Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, all of the nations lived together in harmony. But then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attcked. Only the Avatar, the master of all the elements, can stop them. But when the world needed him the most, he perished in a mysterious iceberg. A new Avatar, named Katara, a Southern Water Tribe member, has to master all of the elements and stop the war. But I believe, Katara can change the world.

This is an original story by me, and yes, I do also love Avatar. Probably one of the best shows I’ve watched. Sooo I hope you all like this Avatar fans :D

A/N: Timeline for now: The year is 1086 (This is my AU). Sokka is 2 yrs old, and Katara isn't born yet, but this is the year that she will be born. Hakoda and Kya are 38 yrs old in this, and Aang is 100 yrs old.

The 100 Year War in the show ends at the year 2000, and it started at the year 1000.

Summary: On a weirdly sunny day in the South Pole, a young couple discovered a mysterious object.

"Hakoda! Have you found any fish yet?" The woman asked.

"Yes..?" The man, Hakoda, answered.

"You're too busy looking at your muscles, are you?" The woman asked while doing air quotations.

"Kya, I don't think there is going to be any fish. It's so hot today, and plus, you're pregnant. You shouldn't be here anyways." Hakoda replied to his wife, ignoring what she just said.

The wife, Kya, made a pouty face, and looked to the distance, but she saw a humongous-spherical shaped iceberg. She tapped on Hakoda's shoulder, who was still listing reasons on why she was not supposed to be there with him.

"What is it?"

"What is that?!" She said while pointing to the iceberg.

Hakoda turned around and gasped a little. "Something we need to avoid. Come on, let's go back now, Kya."

"But I can see a person inside! It's really cold out here, so he or she can die!"

Hakoda sighed and said, "Then how do you suppose we can get them out?"

"Well, it is sunny today, so the ice will be weaker, and we can use your "mighty club" to destroy some pieces!"

"I can't argue with you, no?"

"A woman has her ways. Now, row faster so we can help them!"

"But-"

"No excuses."

Hakoda swerved through the chunks of ice that was on the water, and they finally arrived to where the 'thing' was. It was very clear that there was someone in there, as well as a big cow or something.

"Well? Start hitting it already!" Kya said.

"Okay, okay!"

After multiple hits and complaints, they finally penetrated some parts. A big blow of air rushed out of the iceberg, and a small boy with weird tattoos on his body appeared. He was wearing yellow and orange colored outfit that was way to thin for the weather. It may be sunny, but it was still very cold.

"Gah! What is a boy doing here? Wait, let me see his condition." Kya said while putting her hand on the boy's forehead.

"He's ice cold. He's going to die soon..."

"Being out here for so long with such thin clothes can do that to you. I wish we could've found him sooner. Plus, what are those weird blue tattoos he has?" Hakoda asked.

"Hakoda...I think he's an airbender."

"What?! Aren't they extinct?"

"Well, they are going to be soon. But yes, they are. The Fire Nation eradicated them, though they deny it and just say it was a fire that happened and burnt them all." Kya says sadly.

"Why would the Fire Nation do such a thing anyway? The Airbenders were pacifists, so they wouldn't attack them at anytime."

"I'm not sure, but their reason was because of the Avatar. The last Avatar, Avatar Roku, was a Firebender and the next Avatar was going to be an Airbender. They wanted to end the Avatar cycle so they killed every single Airbender, so that the Avatar would not get in their way. But apparently, one survived. This boy...could be the Avatar."

"FInally...after nearly a century of war, we have hope. We can defeat the Fire Nation." Hakoda says with a tinge of happiness in his voice.

"But...he's dying, Hakoda. This may be the last Avatar." Kya comments.

After a moment of silence, a new voice speaks.

"W-who...who are you? And where am I?"

"I am Hakoda, and this is my wife, Kya."

Suddenly, he sneezed and a large gust of wind came down.

Kya gasped and said, "Oh! You're an Airbender! What's your name?"

"My name is Aang. Anyways, where are the other Airbenders?"

After a look of sadness from the both of us, Hakoda broke the silence.

"The Airbenders all...died. I'm sorry."

"Hakoda!" Kya exclaimed.

"What? He has to know the truth!"

"..."

"O-oh. I'm the last one then?"

"Yes. We're sorry." Hakoda says sadly.

"It's fine...I'm just going to miss Monk Gyatso."

After another long silence, Kya continues the conversation.

"Are you the Avatar? You can trust us, I promise."

"Are you sure you aren't going to hurt me?" Aang said.

"Definitely." Hakoda says.

Aang takes a deep breath and starts explaining. "I ran away from my home because...because I was being sent away from my mentor and friends. And now, everyone is in danger because of me. I'm so so sorry."

"Well, if you didn't run away, the Avatar cycle would stop, and there wouldn't be anymore Avatar, and now, we have a chance to stop the war once and for all." Hakoda says.

"That's right! But, I don't really feel so good." Aang comments.

"I'm sure you're fine." Kya lies. We both know he's going to die soon. He looks so young too. "By the way, what is that giant cow-thing?" Kya finishes.

"Oh! That's my flying-bison, Appa! I don't really say he's my pet, because we're the best of friends. Isn't that right Appa?"

The bison licks Aang when he finishes, and then sniffs the both of us, and Appa also licks us. It's kind of disgusting, but cute at the same time.

"Well! I think we should go home now, right Kya? Let's let this little boy rest." Hakoda says excitedly.

The boy was getting paler when we arrived back at our village. We tried to help him to get better, but we aren't very skilled to treating people. We aren't used to this either. So, we put him in our hottest room, but it's not helping. I wish we could've helped this boy further, but there's not much we can do about it.

"I'm going to die soon, aren't I? I feel so sick too...I hope the next Avatar will be better than me." Aang says with a tinge of regret in his voice.

"You're doing the best you can, and I'm sure the next Avatar will appreciate that." Kya says.

"At least I can see Monk Gyatso now, as well as all my friends. I'm glad that I met you two!" Aang says and smiles brightly, before the light went away from his eyes. Kya put her hands on his eyelids and closed his eyes.

"I'm happy he had a peaceful death. I wonder who's the next Avatar is going to be." Hakoda says.

Then, a kick comes from Kya's baby, making Kya and Hakoda laugh.

"Whoever the next Avatar is going to be, I'm sure they'll be the ones to stop the war. And I have a feeling this little girl here in my belly will help with that cause." Kya comments.

"Girl? How are you so sure?" Hakoda asks while his eyebrow lifts up.

"Oh, call it a mother's sense." Kya answers happily.

"Dada! Dada!" A new voice that came from a toddler.

"Well, I hear a certain boy is going to play with you now, Hakoda." Kya exclaims.

"It is playtime now, after all. Have a nice rest sweetie."

Kya smiled at this as Hakoda left the tent to play with Sokka. The baby in the womb started kicking again.

"You're gonna be a real feisty one, aren't you?"

This is gonna sound weird and a little selfish but oh my god I’m kind of dreading the pandemic ending?

For starters, the vaccine doesn’t even prevent you or other people from getting covid in the first place so im not sure why we’re celebrating and acting like it will end covid, especially with all these new strains coming out.

But also there’s this. So before covid, I had been job searching and kind of miserable because man job searching was hard. I didn’t really go out and do anything, mostly because I wasn’t allowed because my d*d is very controlling. But even before all that, I never went out and did anything. Sure I hung out with friends every now and then but I wasn’t allowed to be out at a certain time. During college I used to be sooo anxious about staying back after a certain time because of rush hour, I used to just go to class and go straight home after food and a short hangout. In high school, I couldn’t even hang out anywhere after the day was done because my aunt and my d*d would always make it into something. Specifically accusing me of going to some boy’s house, which I never even thought of doing because I was so riddled with anxiety whenever I saw male classmates/friends outside of school. I remember one time this guy saw me with my dad and called my name and I annoyed him and denied know him when my dad asked. When I was finally allowed to go straight home from high school (in my senior fucking year and I had to beg to do so) I had to call and text both of them when I left and when I got home. He used to watch the camera and wait for me to get home 💀

But anyways, tragic backstory aside, the point is that I wasn’t allowed to do anything, hence missing out on the Teen and College Experience ™ and regretting it to this day. Even after graduating and job searching, I still wasn’t. It was always you can do x once you graduate, once you had a degree, once you had a job. And that was always hanging out, dating, painting my nails 🙄. So with the pandemic, the world stopped and I didn’t need to worry about missing out on shit or the weight of those expectations on me. I could chill and do nothing and stay at home, also knowing most people were doing the same as me.

But now with things reopening and people going out again, I have no “excuse” to go out. I’m just worried about things going back to the way they were. Where I would watch people go out, live their lives, go on dates, hang out, party, travel and be jealous because I couldn’t do those things. Like...there’s a chance I’ll have to commute 2 hours to work in NJ I would be way too tired to do anything after work. I’ll just go straight home and do nothing afterwards like in college. I’m just gonna watch people on social media, wishing I could do the same. I still live with my mom and a considerable distance from the city. I have to commute and take that into account when I go places, how am I going to get home? How long will it take? Do I need to take an Uber? Will I leave my car somewhere?

Not only that but it’s just the anxiety of going out and doing these things. God, do I dread dating SO much, I’m nowhere ready for that but I’ll always feel so gross and miserable if I miss out on the experience. There’s the anxiety of going to a party or a club or a bar because god social interactions are the worst but I fear missing it out. Seeing people living it up and doing all the things I can’t makes me feel SO shitty and miserable and with the pandemic it made me feel better knowing people were in the same boat as me but when it ends I won’t have that. And sure it’s easy to say okay just go and do those things and I really wish it was so simple but there’s so many factors I need to consider before doing so and things that will hinder that, so I really don’t know what’s gonna happen to me. Like I really want to do those things, of course I do, and I will try to but I’m getting to my mid 20s soon and I already feel like I wasted my college years and early 20s and that I’m so behind of the people my age, idk how I can catch, especially when I have to consider things like my mom lmao, getting home, work, and it sucks. PLUS my d*d is about to be our tenant in the basement so THATS...gonna be fun...

It’s just about missing out and being behind of everybody else in my age range and older. The experiences I’ve already missed out on and feel now because I missed out on them that I don’t have to knowledge or comfort to “catch up”. I just want us to stay at home forever for self indulgent reasons 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴

sf9 comeback. OUR BOYS S E R V E D. this was stellar, the concept superior. the visuals, the vocals, the choreography. like yes yes and yes. the whole album was incredible. my fave tracks ‘like the hands held tight’ and “shh”.

‘lion’ by (g)-idle. im not into girl groups, so I've actually never looked into this group but dang lion is a bop and i love this track, and it makes me feel like boss.

‘any song’ by zico. this challenge is precious and has been stuck on repeat. 

dramas and movies. *spoiler alert*

parasite. i saw this a while ago and dang am i excited to say i was ahead of the hype. i must be honest i was intrigued because (1) a foreign language film was going to be at my local cinema (LIKE WOAH) and (2) CHOI WOO SHIK. so i just had to get my friends to go see it. i went in blind. i had no idea what the premise was what was gonna go down. NO IDEA. and it was unexpected intriguing and beautifully filmed. i left the film wondering and pondering the concept. you best believe i watched all the videos about the nuggets that i definitely missed in the first viewing. it is a film that makes you question and engage in discussion with those around you. i enjoyed it.

seriously incredible looking at the oscars and seeing that they won BEST PICTURE. a foreign language never winning in that category is wild. honestly never watch these shows because its always the same people and white washed. but dang i hope this opens peoples eyes to see that whole new worlds are waiting to be discovered if only they would allow themselves to be open to seeing them. 

would recommend to everyone to jump into the discussion and enjoy the film because it really makes you think...

bring it on ghost. this was a good one. i saw that it was added to netflix and gave it a watch. i enjoyed all the characters and i am so glad that she wasn’t actually a ghost but a spirit that was able to wake back up and have a happy ending. i love the main leads character as he is trying to raise enough money to get rid of the “gift” that was bestowed upon him from the demon spirit. but this terrifying gift to see ghosts brings him to his now, love (cue awwwww). overall it was slightly terrifying but i appreciate the comedic relief that the two guys had from the university. i would give it a 7.5 out of 10. 

chocolate.  this one really got me. the flashbacks and character development. however, it had its slow moments that really made me pause and question will i even have a happy ending should i finish this. but seriously thankful i did. there were so many precious moments between the characters, and the friendship that were short but remained with the main characters from the hospice. it was interesting to see how each episode developed and showed us new friends that were only to be with us a short while but impacted the lives of our main leads dramatically. but because of you i could come this far. one of my fave quotes:

‘i came to get you. i wanted you to get more rest. but i missed you way too much.’ 

‘i wanted to rest with you too.’ 

‘as long as well hold on to hope nothing will break us down.’ 

i also greatly appreciate how it all became about food in the end. like seriously all the sadness and grief and they made it about the one love for food. i would rate this an 8 out of 10.

when the camilla blooms. dang i held out to watch this because everyone was talking about it and me and my know it all attitude was like it can't be that great. BUT DANG! the reason everyone was talking about it was because it is SOOO FREAKING GOOD. honestly, it reminds me so much of strong woman do bong soo. bc there are cute romantic scenes and great comedic elements and characters, but dang these scary dudes are scary...

first off, yong-sik this man is too precious and there were so many incidents that reiterated how precious/tenderhearted his character is. for example, when he was like “shouldn't we talk about last night, because i couldn't sleep a wink last night” when referring to them holding hands. him getting super jealous, and was like “dongbaek, you must hold my hand hurry!”. it was hilarious when we all thought he finally got up the courage to ask her over to his place, and her to accept for it to be a request to wash his hair because he can't with his burns. *dead*

i love pil-gu. and i love how everyone loves pil-gu because he is a great kid. he’s funny, i.e. saying to jong-ryeol (his biological dad) you’re not that great, then being semi bribed by the latest gam. his sass is ICONIC, ‘i don’t spin tops with my ears’, when referring to jong-ryeol telling him to stop playing to listen to him. i love that song-sik shows up to the baseball game and becomes “a man with a drone” to protect pil-gu. i hate how he was like i need to leave my mom for her to be happy and he bottled it up inside, this poor little nugget. he soon realizes and gives it all back bc he wants to stay with his mom. and nothing can bribe him away from the most precious thing to him. 

dong-baek is such a freaking strong character! she was bomb, the character development was insane. i feel like this quote from the end really captures it:

“aren’t you just sick and tired of being intimidated all the time? people keep acting up because i’m nice to them. i’m a person who’s capable of breaking someones with my fist. and i’m a fighter who’s able to protect my own kid…i decided to become the strongest mother in the world from now on.”

she went from being chill and letting people walk all over her to becoming a boss! i also love that yong-sik allowed her to be a boss and protected her to be able to breathe easy. 

“consider your life as a never ending festival. and i’ll make sure you can live as immaturely as possible.” -yong sik 

because she had to grow up so fast. like he is seriously the best. waking her up and allowing her to believe in herself again. and their moment of her finally saying “i love you.” and him like, “i knew it.” 

jeong-suk, her mother. this was such a sad storyline. the woman who abandoned her at the orphanage, came back after she found out her time was limited. her mother was always looking out. being there during the accident saving her. saving insurance policy. watching after pil-gu at day are. she did her best to compensate for abandoning her. freaking lost it when both her mothers, (biological and deok-sun, yong-sik’s mother) freaking knew each other prior to the current time. from when dong-baek was a little nugget and when deok-sun was pregnant with yong-sik. like what a full circle!

the whole killer aspect really threw me because everything was going good and then you'd have those cuts to the present day with bodies being found, and i did not appreciate thinking it was our main lead for the longest time. me preparing my heart to break from episode one. and then she goes and does things like going into semi-abandoned building to meet with someone who’s says they have your scooter that your missing coworker left somewhere. like this chick is gonna die. thankfully she didn’t and we got the happy ending we all wanted!

i seriously appreciated that they included the scene with pil-gu as a major league baseball player, and our happy OTP watching him on tv like thank you drama writers. i would seriously rate this a 10 out of 10.

i was really badly damaged and i needed something that kinda cmpeted with the force of what did that to knock me back into place. of course the force hasnt been met and it probably will be, but this has certainly done enough to get my heart in the right place.

AHHHHH. I JUST MADE A BIG MOVE! This was my first real tribal (the last one was just an inactive being voted out) and it featured IDOL PLAYS, A SPLIT VOTE and.... ME PLAYING AN ADVANTAGE. little old me!!!! Like I just am in shock. That tribal went amazingly. And I don't feel bad about potentially having betrayed Duncan, as he betrayed me too by lying to me! :) All is fair in love and war, but if they think they can fool little old me, they're mistaken. I haven't done one in a bit I'm sorry!!! But I'm in a fantastic position on my tribe. Scott and Ryan are mostly inactive, so I shouldn't have to worry too much about the first two votes. Also I'm still very close to Owen and RTP. And with Owen comes Trevor, which is fantastic for me. I feel like I'm playing Robin's game from India. Getting close to the couple. But it works. And I'll be close with them while I'm on this tribe.

That tribal was terrifying. I was so stressed... I thought that Logan had the same advantage as Ali did. I was holding my breath, waiting to see a 'and there's one final vote' which never happened. I was buzzing on that for like hours at work. But at yen same time, we might have out smarted them this time but why are still in our tribe. We have to get along and we have to win the next challenge.

I'm not going to lie though, the thought of throwing a challenge did cross my mind. Because me and Ali are in a good place here and if we win then that puts our alliance i. A tight spot and we don't know how they are making over there. We just have to do the challenge and hope that they've had time to make their connections like we did and see what happends.

On another side not, if Sam ever right my name down, I'm going to be a bit bitter, not for long because this is a game but i mean me and Ali saved him, his game was in our hands and we decided we needed him. So Sam, if you voted for me at any time... Give me a day lol

Omg i really want to work with Eddie. I really think we could have done really well together. And i feel bad about lying to him because he told me flat out he was voting Sam and he wasn't lying. But i mean shit happens and of we play together again i hope to work with him but i guess we might never see that 

I think this last vote out a target on me and Ali. I think we did a good job at downplaying how close we are but I think everyone is starting to see if. Hopefully not all of it, but they know we're working together... We'll see.

I'm a little bitter that the hosts feel asleep during the endurance challenge. It's 4 am for them and I'm still up and they're​ hadent been a post for 2 hours not. My tribe could have really put themselves a head for when everyone else gets on but now we can't. People need sleep but i don't know, feels a little unfare that my tribe (not just me) sat up late to try and grab the extra points and now we'll be tired tomorrow and the others will get the bonus of sleep. Whatever, that's life.

Ok so tribe swap, epic. I ended up with most of my allies and this is going to be great. The Fam consisting of me Owen Trevor and Lydia seems like it going to be my strongest alliance rn. I obviously still have David who I want to work with, and Jay seems to think the 4 Othrys are gonna stick together. SO! We lost immunity. I didn't try very hard. I don't think any of the people who actually try on this tribe DID do very well... Oops. We have dead weight in Scott and Ryan B so honestly... I wasn't that concerned. Part of me wants Jay to go because Duncan/Rob/Logan are probably a thing, and Jay would most likely join them. Plus Jay has WON before. But also, Jay does well in challenges and I'm technically working with him.

So my thought now is to go for Ryan B, and maybe Scott will just get expelled for literally not showing up lmao. I'm not really sure who Isaac is... But yikes.

I'm not playing a very good game I don't think, but it's because of the cast. Half of them I have strong relationships outside of the game and I can't really help that. The other half don't bother to show up or try. So there's nobody new for me to get to know. So! I'll lay low and wait for shit to hit the fan when all the people I know merge.
