#im fine like actually. im just gonna be alone on my bday for the first time tomorrow and ive been bummed about it#and the store only had banana cake [i hate banana flavour] so i didnt get to buy myself a tiny cake treat#and i put on Fast Car cause its a good bpm to walk to when im tired and it all crumbled down#so i am Fine but didnt realize i was this sad about it. both my close folks on campus graduated last year and this is the first year i wont#be around my family ON my birthday. and then ADDITIONALLY i am not close to anyone here. all my friends are 2 or more hours away#just that and not physically touching another human for about two months now is bringing sadness#not that im even a big touch person. just the fact its been NOTHIN#just not how i wanted to turn 21 but. what can ya do.#my siblings and friends will probably rally me tomorrow to do a group game or something#just to try and celebrate with me so it wont be all bad#just bummed. gonna go play stardew valley and water my plant#.yappin

#im really happy that i have a friend who i can talk with for hours and still have something to say abt the future here#it feels unfair to unload everything on my best friend all the time#who lives in a different country#i went on a 2.5h walk w a friend today plus we got a scalp treatment to celebrate her bday and we talked about everything#abt me applying to law school and her applying to programs for teaching abroad#abt me being ineligible for soooo many equity programs bc my shit is invisible#abt creeps coming into my streams and asking for 'pics'#abt how even if u are eligible for equity programs there is often guilt attached to the application bc someone else always has it worse#i think she is smarter than me <3#im not the best at saying what is on my mind and sometimes it comes out wrong but she will word my thoughts well for me#feels very in sync#im sad that we will both leave the country around the same time and prob wont see each other again after that but happy that we have things#that are happening in our futures#im excited to see where she will go#and me as well#thinking a lot abt my future lately#rant in tags

torn between going to the team pregame party so i can have a slightly negative but mostly neutral last impression of the night or (not really actually) lying about getting a headache and just going to bed so i dont have to see anyone else tonight
#context im absolutely pissed at everyone :thumbsup:#our game today was GARBAGE. it started off ok but then the second we get scored on everything goes off the rails#i didn't dress today (played yesterday and hadn't been scratch in a while) so i literally could not do a thing to help that#(my game was good i played well and vibes were decent)#vibes were not decent after today#IT WAS SENIOR NIGHT. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN.#i worked so hard on one of the gifts it was a hand (digitally) painted portrait of each of them!! it took me a month but turned out so cool#it burnt me out though.#and they liked it which is good :)#but this was supposed to be the end of the stress and then we were supposed to have fun !!#but then everyone decided to give up in the third and then everyone hates each other now.#one of the seniors went to the front of the room and basically called everyone out for giving up when she was the one who gave up most#which like fine. whatever. uncalled for but we can move on#but it's also my buddys bday so our class took her to get dinner to celebrate#but then the whole time they trash talked the team and or coach#and didn't include her at all#and im just mad now. im so mad about that#they didn't even notice she hadn't said a word in 20 minutes#we were going for her!!! to celebrate her!! and yall cannot put aside twenty minutes to have a good conversation with her!!!#what the heck!!!!!!!!!!#and then when i brought it up near the end to my old roommate and good friend she just went “oh its fine” NO ITS NOT>??????>?#i dont want to go. but i dont want to end it like this#and everything hurts. my body just hurts.#im tired my head hurts my hips are KILLING me#im so done
