thinking abt postsburb au where everyones revived and now im thinking about different churches and beliefs

okay so first of all i do think there would be different churches that solely believe in specific sessions. lemme list this out because their belief system is messy.

ALL OF THESE FALL UNDER THE IDEA OF SKAIANITY/BELIEF THAT SKAIA IS WHAT BIRTHED THEIR WORLD! all of these religions are very split and have overlap its a whole web of shit.

Betathiesm: People who only believe in the human beta session… kinda like catholics in the sense that everyone else hates them but they also get the most cool art. Also associated with freaks who believe in human-superiority.

Alphathiesm: When evidence of a scratch was unearthed these guys were like the protestants of betathiesm’s catholicism. Considered a newish religion and Hip with the Kids.

Alternian: No longer means a troll from alternia since alternia is like… gone. Some shit from the meteor led to this and well. yeah. Very old, and use some “rituals” like praying to His Honorable Tyranny (some are under the impression that he was a player, others think he was an important figure in the Old Verse)

Beforan: Considered more “niche” then other religions, as very little evidence lives besides a certain princess’s “drip”… as a result live greatly hedonistic lives in that yolo mentality.

Scratchian- belief that multiple scratches occured to merge these sessions. a controversial take on the seer of lights texts, and greatly contested.

Haily (the wensday looking oc with the most vibrant green eyes and a choker i totally dont want-) is sister to Obsidian and lived as a royal guard bc Obsidian is royalty (yes i mary sued obsidian dont ask i was 13 or smth when i made her) pretty much during the society collapse Haily escaped and decided 'screw it ima go insane', saw Obsidians daughter and just yoinked her said Obsidian is dead and now shes her mom turning her into bio weapon, created a lab and we had a few other ex rp players so im gonna mention a few things that arent mine. A third rper whos no longer in our group Olive has a child experimentation section in the rp/their own lore n oc, we mashed our lore making Haily the co owner of that lab or smth along that line

Aliza codename Silent is the neiece (i forgot its nephew and niece for boy n girl) (black haired kid with giant eyes) of Haily and turned into a human weapon void of all emotions good at acting, has way too much truama and abuse thrown into her

Alex codename Anti (the ninja lookin girl) is Aliza's babysitter after Haily found them half dead and revived them but they had brain injury and concussion not remembering much with Haily abused this fact, before concussion they were a child serial killer who killed their family and blew up their school, along with a few other things, grew up drug dealing before getting into an accident.

Kisha/Lola (Kisha reference art is coming in an hour or so and Lola ref art is to be made) was the product of a 4th rper throwing in demon slayer into the rp, so shes a demon who can turn chains into hair to pretty much just hide em, thats why in the drawing im doing she has two orange braids when her haircolor is actually lilac, teen girl turned demon after hating humanity and found a girl Lola being abused by others bc of her personality (pink, glitter, egirl ig? like discord kitten personality if it was a 9 year old), got her turned into a demon now theyre sisters and live alone, they come in and otu of the rp as just background characters

Blake (reference art to be made) pretty much Obsidians ex bf (yes aliza is a unmarried child) and then just decided to live quiet life after the cities/races did genocide on eachother until he rencountered obsidian now they have one sided love one sidied hate realtionship

Okami lore (the one i made the reference sheet for once for), pretty much me irl died and got thrown into the rp, no its not mary sue for this one bc shadow my partner in roleplay makes everything impossibley hard then again i keep trying to kill gods so-, they died from throwing themself into a woodchipper as suicide, their design is my personaxhow i look irl, their goal is kill god become op and just be chaotic, yes im serious

i know jack shit about ghost music or characters but inform me on blorbos from ur bands

OK SO FIRST OF ALL ^. okok i think im just gonna kinda dump info and characters and stuff. SO.

In actuality Ghost started releasing music in I think 2010, but in the lore they've existed since the 60s. Basically the premise is that the clergy, which is basically the satanic church and is like. parallel reverse christianity. uses Ghost as a way to spread the word of Satan and convert people etc. the role of Papa Emeritus is like the antipope basically, the first of which we know of being Papa Nihil/Papa Emeritus 0 who was Papa in the 60s!

hes old now go peepaw. The EP Seven Inches of Satanic Panic, which has Kiss The Go-Goat and Mary on a Cross is supposed to be a rerelease of songs from when he was Papa Emeritus ! also hes dead but they revive him onstage during rituals (ghost concerts r called rituals 👍) so he can play the sax. again, go peepaw. The rest of the Papas are his sons ! (except MAYBE Papa iv depending on which theory ur going on.)

Ghost in the lore stopped making music after Papa Nihil's era because the world "wasn't ready for Ghost" iirc, and as of 2010 when the band actually started making music irl Papa Emeritus I (or Primo as some fans call him :3), Papa Nihil's oldest son, became the frontman for the band :D. I dont have much to say about him lol, he released the album Opus Eponymous. Peepaw 2. Also the only one without a custom made mask iirc. He served as Papa until 2012 when he was retired by the clergy for not spreading the word of Satan good enough lol

Papa Emeritus II !! Aka Secondo. Old man but moving out of Peepaw territory. He was Papa from 2012-2015 , and released the album Infestussumam. They made a documentary web series called Papaganda which is pretty much about how much of a slut this dude is. also they showed his dick in a music video one time. He was also retired by the clergy for not doing a good enough job

PAPA III MY LOVE PAPA III. or Terzo. Papa III is the youngest of Papa Nihil's confirmed sons, and was active as Papa from 2015-2017 and released the Meliora album. He's the first of the Papas to perform in an outfit other than his papal regalia, and was dragged offstage at the end of one ritual, I believe because he had become too focused on himself rather than the mission of the clergy. This is when Papa Nihil was officially introduced. Primo, Secondo, and Terzo were then killed by the clergy in 2018.

Cardinal Copia was introduced in 2018 and became the new frontman of the band after the deaths of the previous ones. He is the first non-Papa front man, and was noted to not be of the bloodline, although it is possible he is still the son of Papa Nihil, as Nihil's lover Sister Imperator is shown to be pregnant in the Kiss the Go-Goat music video, which lines up when he likely would have been born, and Imperator is heavily implied to be his mother (even nearly saying so in the video Tomb It May Concern ("As your m- as someone who loves you")) Though it is entirely possible he could be like the antichrist or something & it could be a virgin mary kinda situation cuz there's evidence for that too. He released the album Prequelle :) He's very silly very awkward (tho much more confident and charismatic onstage) & everyone decided he loves rats because. he released the song Rats. woo!

Cardinal Copia rose to the papacy as Papa Emeritus IV in 2020, and released the Impera album !! :D Some people also like to call him Popia but I tend to just call him Papa IV, or still just Copia. Like Terzo, he tends to not perform in non-papal outfits like this blue jacket or bat wings etc. He has the most outfit variation out of all the papas, something thats carried over from the prequelle era when he was a cardinal. His face looks different, which in reality was because his mask was changed, but character-wise they explained it by giving him plastic surgery. He is the currently active Papa and everyone is absolutely terrified that hes gonna die soon god bless. Hes my wife my babygirl mwah

All Papas are played by the actual frontman Tobias Forge in different masks except I think young Nihil who's only in music videos

Yeah! i've known about the sudomemo project for a good while, including when they were trying to kind of revive hatena for a bit.

i have had multiple people ask about it, some who recognized me from there, and i'm glad they have positive nostalgia for it and wanted to revisit me. i also have a close friend whose kept copies of all my old flips on an sd card for over a decade.

but, to be kinda bluntly honest, i'm not too interested in revisiting a lot of my old stuff from there. i was not living a good life and was extremely depressed for a lot of it and a lot of personal baggage is tied up in it. being 14 and wanting to die was kind of A Lot and im living a better life now.

honestly i find this to be a difficult question. im old enough to remember when internet wasnt a thing. so when it became a thing, there were basically always webcomics. and it was just kind of like...a normal thing to be read on the internet just as much as anything else. i never saw it as a lesser medium as some ppl have experienced. it was just always there along with the internet so it always felt natural to me to read them if they seemed interesting. that being said, if i had to pick the first webcomic that ever made me stick around for a long time, it was Bleedman's Powerpuff Girls D fancomic. Besides the fact it was super popular at the time, i just thought it was really different. like the art popped a lot more than other comics at the time (that i knew of at least), the story was way less comedy more actually serious material, and just in general i enjoyed the story telling. https://www.snafu-comics.com/swmseries/powerpuffgirls/

Both are dead now, although RPG World has a sorta-creator-blessed fan revival (http://rpgworld.the-comic.org/) And then I sorta fell away from them for a bit, mostly, until a friend threw Mokepon (http://mokepon.smackjeeves.com/) and The Property of Hate (http://tpoh.smackjeeves.com/) at me and now I'm back xD

I started reading webcomics back in the early 2000’s so I was consuming everything that was available, but I think the first one that actually made me think “I want my art to be like that” was The Meek https://www.meekcomic.com/ Up until that point I read mostly video game comics and they were funny but not inspiring me to make a comic. The Meek was gorgeous and interesting in a way that I hadn’t seen before.

Acid Reflux (http://acidreflux.ficwad.com/) was the first webcomic I really got into back in 2000. The humor was a great blend of anime and light fantasy, which is definitely my happy place. The forum/IRC communities were big for the time too (and of course there was no social media back then outside of what people hosted themselves). When I started my own comic, one of my goals was to have a community like that.

The first webcomic I got into was Looking for Group https://www.lfg.co/. I'm a huge sucker for medieval settings, so my influences revolve around core fantasy, like Legend of Zelda and Lord of the Rings, but I also LOVE for my fantasy to not be taken as seriously with a good sense of humor, like LFG, Discworld, Dungeons and Dragons, and even The Adventure Zone. Seeing them create a graphic novel was sort of a catalyst for me deciding to make my own. I hope I do well for myself to contribute to the unique fantasy/comedy genre!(edited)

The first webcomic I ever read was Michelle Phan’s Helios Femina, Just cause I was a fan of her makeup tutorials. I started reading it but stopped and then when I started making my own webcomics last year I got into it again, but the story turned out to be not my thing, but freaking gorgeous art. Then I got into Planet Ace, Shiori, and webtoons like UnOrdinary and Spaceboy, and The Villain. 5. Top five formative books?

The Book Thief - probably my all time favorite book. I just love the creative style, the unusual narrator, the book within a book, its just, its a masterpiece honestly.

Warrior Cats - this series made me fall in love with reading so I have to include it. It also is the series that inspired me to start writing fanfiction!

The Martian - even though i dont particularly love Sci-Fi i just absolute love the voice in this book. also its inspiring to see a web author get so big!!!!

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe - i dont know what it is about this book but i cried the entire time while reading. its just so beautiful. one of the first LGBT books I ever read and really opened my eyes to the genre existing outside of fandom spaces. 

Salt to the Sea - im always a sucker for historical fiction. I love the break neck speed of this book and the constantly shifting POV. It’s really well done.

12. Which story of yours do you like best? why?

Oh gosh, I honestly love most of my stories. They all hold a special part of me. I guess And All the Prince’s Men holds a special place because it got me through a long stint of depression. It’s also the fastest I’ve ever written a multi-chaptered story which made me pretty proud. 

17. What things (scenes/topics/character types) are you most comfortable writing?

I love writing relationship dynamics. Dialogue is my favorite thing to do and when characters have interesting banter it gets me so excited. I just love figuring out little ways people can miscommunicate and then reach other. 

I also really enjoy writing about anxiety and its effects on people.

Oh man, I have a lot of ‘to write’ books of original content here’s some vague snippets

An anxious orphan undergrad discovers her past while grappling with the rapidly changing present. In a society on the brink of war that mandates its citizens to wear ID at all times that broadcasts whether or not they’re a ward of the state, a citizen or a foreigner. Its v gay and angsty and I still need to figure out how exactly it would end but it’s less cliche than it sounds I swear and full of twists and turns.

a girl born in the countryside in search of a cure for her dying brother discovers an old trickster god who demands she help him revive his brethren and return them to the celestial plane. Also v gay and a monarchy may or may not collapse?

I have this whole mermaid society mapped out but no plot so thats a thing that might happen eventually. It’s very gay and polyamorous. I have the whole courtship thing thought out L M A O. I just really want to write a mermaid story that has nothing to do with humans or land.

Cars We Might See On US Roads 2019-2021

This post was one of my posts from r/Future_Cars.

We know what's coming for 2018, but we don't know what is coming later, yet. But I have searched far and wide on the web to figure out which cars may be coming to the US in the years 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Alfa Romeo Alfetta

The Alfa Romeo Alfetta was a fastback coupe and sedan sold 1972 to 1987 but was sold as the Sports Sedan in the US. AR wants to bring it back as a mid-size or full-size luxury sedan that would fight MB, Lincoln, Audi, BMW, Cadillac, and Jaguar sedans. If it does come out it will revive the Alfetta nameplate, but won't be as similar to the model.

BMW i4

Nobody knows what the upcoming BMW i4 EV could be. Some say hatchback, some say sedan, and some say wagon. I am pretty sure it would be 4-Series-based sedan that would have a wagon variant. I can be wrong, but, you know. It isn't coming until somewhere in between '19 and '21.

Chrysler Atlantica/Aspen

The Chrysler Aspen was the slow-selling version of the Dodge Durango. I don't know why, but it was. Just like the Pacifica crossover. It is rumored that there will be a new Aspen, possibly called Atlantica, that would go up against the Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, Buick Enclave, Mazda CX-9, and the upcoming Hyundai Palisade. Just imagine a Chrysler SUV with pieces of those others mixed in.

Honda Passport:

The Honda Passport wasn't much other than just a rebadged Isuzu Rodeo sold from year 1993 to 2002. It didn't sell that well. But Honda is cooking up a new Passport that might sell better. It is rumored to be a coupe-like crossover based on the Honda Avancier/UR-V sold in China.

Jeep Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer

The Jeep Wagoneer was such a great seller at the time that it lasted in the same looks for a few decades, but it just got old and sales started to slow down. So, Jeep wants to make a new one (possibly succeeding the ageing Grand Cherokee) which might be based on the China-only Grand Commander. If it isn't that, it could be just another crossover.

Peugeot brand

Peugeot sold in the US once, but left in 1991 when Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet, and Ford overtook them so they left. But Peugeot is thinking of coming back with some modern cars that appeal more to Americans. we don't know the exact models, all we know is that they are trying to come back.

Tesla pickup and compact SUV

Tesla keeps becoming more and more popular popular in the US because they are coming out with a model for each person, such as a small sedan, a larger sedan, a crossover, a semi truck, and a sports car. It is time they come out with a pickup that has been wanted by the public, so Tesla is developing one. They are possibly (most likely) going to make a Model 3-sized compact SUV.

Toyota supercar

Toyota is working on sports cars rather than SUVs, including the Supra, the GR brand, and a supercar based on the GRSS concept. Usually when Toyota comes out with a new car, they bring it to the US (like the Mirai, iA, iM, CH-R) hoping it would do great (which it usually does). I would love to see the first Japanese supercar to sell in the US. C'mon Toyota!

Trumpchi GS8

Trumpchi is very intrigued by the idea of their cars selling in their United States. In fact, they have shown off models (exclusive to China currently) in Detroit. They are thinking keeping some models to sell here, most likely the GS8, a full-size luxury SUV that might go against the GM full-sizes, the Ford full-sizes, the Lexus LX, and the Infiniti GX80.

Volkswagen ID series

The Volkswagen ID series is a lineup of prototypes, including the ID, ID R, ID Buzz, ID Vizzion, and ID Crozz. They preview upcoming models that could possibly be the new Golf, new Transporter, a sedan, and a cross coupe, all of which could be EVs. They might autopilot, light-up logos, and other sorts of gadgets and whatnots. VW ID will go up against BMW i, MB EQ, and Audi e-Tron.
