Headcanons below the cut!! Thank you so much for the request, I had sm fun writing these :D This does have a bit of swearing so if you're uncomfortable with that, please proceed with caution or don't read!!

⚔️-Wade was surprisingly open about it with him when they first met, he didn't go into too much detail, but he just kinda said "yeah I regress sometimes when bad shit happens." and left it at that. Logan didn't push it because he knows it can be a sensitive topic (as a secret little himself)

❤️-It first happened with Logan after the party after saving their universe. After everyone left, he ended up dropping from the exhaustion. Logan immediately fell into "dad mode" as Wade likes to call it, pampering him constantly and keeping him safe.

⚔️-Logan was very surprised by Wade's... colourful language while he's little. Logan half expected him to act the complete opposite of how he normally does. But no, he's still Wade. And he still has quite the mouth.

❤️-Logan is extremely gentle while Wade is small, often scooping him up and peppering him with kisses. Wade absolutely loves it, it always sends him into a fit of giggles.

⚔️-Logan has an abundance of nicknames he likes using for Wade. Some of them include bub (obviously), kid/kiddo, baby, his kit, etc. Sometimes he'll call him a little shit, but it's said playfully and Wade knows he's joking (that's nothing compared to the insults that Wade can throw at him).

❤️-Wade starts inviting him to his tea parties. They spend a lot of time on the living room floor with his many tea sets, talking about the latest gossip among Wade's plushies. Al will join in when she's home.

⚔️-Heres how the tea parties normally go: "Mary started yelling at Chrissy the other day." "Oh yeah, bub? Whys that?" "Because Chrissy was cheating on her boyfriend!" "Oh, motherfucker. I knew something was up with her."

❤️-Logan often takes Wade to the park, or just big open areas to run around in, he either starts dragging Logan around with him or forces him to play tag. He has a lot of energy that he needs to get out, and it's hard to do that when he's cramped up in the small apartment. They always take Mary Puppins with them.

⚔️-Sometimes Wade will struggle with his scars when he's small, physically and mentally. Sometimes they'll burn and itch and it's a lot harder to deal with when he's tiny, so all he can do is curl up and cry. However, Logan always seems to know what to do, he'll always run him a nice warm bubble bath to ease the pain. If he's struggling mentally, it's usually him thinking that he's too ugly or scary to be loveable. Once again, Logan is there. This time, he'll offer lots of reassurance, cuddles and kisses all over his scars, which will usually make him feel a bit better.

❤️-Wade is an absolute spoiled brat, and Logan definitely feeds into it, no matter how hard he tries not to. If they're at a toy store, Wade will show him a toy he really likes, and if Logan says no, you best believe that Wade will throw a tantrum until he gets it (He always does. Logan's not proud of it, but he hates seeing his baby cry).

⚔️-Wade calls Logan "Papa" whenever he's small. It shocked him when it first happened, he didn't think he was worthy of that title. Logan definitely did not have to have a cry in the bathroom after that. /s

❤️-Logan can have doubts sometimes about whether he's doing a good enough job or whether he's even worthy enough to be trusted that much by someone. Whenever Wade senses this, he'll draw him a bunch of pictures and give him plenty of kisses and tell him that he's the best papa in the world, which makes Logan feel all warm and fuzzy.

⚔️-Logan rubs his head on Wade's a lot, it's his way of "scenting" him. He wants everyone to know that Wade is his baby, no one else's. It's comforting for Wade as well, he likes the sensation of his papa's fluffy cat hair rubbing against his face.

"joe. i love you more than anything, but i'm not letting you wear that in public." - you

"what?! i was expecting you to say something along the lines of 'oh god joe, you'll look so sexy in that. i can't believe you're my husband.’" - joe

after the twins were asleep joe and i would usually savor our alone time because with 2 toddlers, it doesn't happen often. we'd either cuddle up on the couch and watch a show, or lay in bed and just talk. 

currently we were sitting on the couch, joe was online shopping for game day fits and i was texting my dad. i wasn't really paying attention to what joe was looking at until out of the corner of my eye i saw one of the most atrocious suits i had ever seen.

"baby... i'm so sorry but i'm not letting you wear that." - you

"why?" - joe frowned

"joe, do you actually like that?" - you

"yes." - joe

"it's a little much, babe.." - you

"i get it. you'll be embarrassed of me." - joe

i heard him shuffling around the room; probably changing out of his clothes since he just slept in boxers. soon after, the bed dipped and i felt his arms wrap around my waist.

"baby?" - joe whispered

since i was facing away from him i thought i'd be able to hide the fact that i wasn't actually sleeping.

"i know you aren't asleep, honey." - joe whispered again

all i did was nudge his arms off, to which he let out a defeated sigh.

"please don't be upset with me, i don't want to argue.." - joe

i rolled over to face him, and as soon as i did he knew he was going to get a talking to.

i made my way over to the locker room and over to joes little corner. after digging through his messy ass locker that i've been begging for him to clean for days, i found my jersey. it was pretty easy to find since it was significantly smaller than the rest of the ones hanging up.

i wouldn't find out till later the reasoning behind why joe chose the number but in the meantime i thought it was because it was an upside down 9.

after i changed and put my hair into a ponytail, i walked back over to the practice fields. the team has just gotten done with their final huddle so was able to talk to joe before he became my opponent.

before the game started i told some of the players on my team what the bet was so they made sure to play their best.

joe naturally was quarterback for his team, and i was qb for mine. joe wouldn't admit it during the game but he was actually surprised with my throwing skills.

long story short; my team ended up winning.

i'm not even gonna lie, i was definitely surprised that i won.

even after losing, joe congratulated me with a smile on his face.

"good game, burrow." - joe smiled and stuck his hand out

"good game, burrow." - you smiled back and took his hand shaking it for a second and then pulling him into a hug

later on after all the guys had showered, everyone was walking back to their cars. joe and i held hands as we followed behind the other guys. all of a sudden i had the urge to ask him the question i had been asking myself ever since i got my jersey.

"why'd you pick 6?" - you

joe shrugged with a slight smile on his face but some of the other guys just laughed to themselves.

"what?" - you looked into the direction of tee and jamarr who were dying laughing

they didn't say anything back to me, instead ja'marr whispered something to joe mixon. i'm guessing explaining why joe picked the number that he did.

"that's pretty funny burrow!" - joe mixon

"anyone care to explain it to me?" - you

"y/n why do you think joe made you stand on his left when a photographer got a picture of your backs?" - tee laughed

"i'm confused.." - you

joe stopped walking and pulled his phone out, he pulled up the picture tee was referring too and zoomed in on our numbers.

for the third week of @shepscapades ’s hermitcraft character design event, i offer grian as an empires smp member!

ok so first off, that head. thats just p03 from inscryption. but grian. it fits! but also! go play inscryption go go its on sale Right Now (until june 30) go play it its so good then go watch this video afterwards join my fandom please please please join us

ok back to hermpires! so i originally was gonna take an empire from s2 and just insert grian into it, but while browsing through the esmp s2 wiki i came across/remembered hermitopia and my brain went yep! this one. so i thought a bit about what grian would do if he was an empires smp member and how hermitopia would happen, and i think grian would crash the economy on purpose. i mean it almost already happened when the hermitpires crossover happened so i dont think im too far off. i think grian originally exported something simple, like maybe sugarcanes or mud, something easy to farm yknow, but then i dunno got bored or something so he made a couple more farms. then kept making more farms. then the hermitopia we all know and love happened!

actually maybe hermitopia isnt grians first empire. i think grian has a separate empire but decided to invite his friends to help him make some farms and then it just kept going. then hermitopia happened. i like the collaboration aspect of hermitopia so i think thats how that happens. hermitopia isnt necessarily grian's but its under his command so it gets called his. (isnt there a word for this? was it vassalage? i think its vassalage)

with that in mind i went with a robot-y grian because grumbot and a snazzy cool suit because business man (sidenote im looking over my pre art notes and one of them is just capitalism man and. yeah! not wrong). i gave him more steampunk-y wings than the usual feathery ones cause that fit better. i gave him a crown not really sure why but it fits since without it the design was more Just A Guy but with it he's more Emperor yknow. the buttons have a g on it because he would and an (attempted) gold trim cause that looked nice and fancy. originally he was gonna have four wings cause fun fact four wings is part of my base grian design but four wings kind of crowded the drawing so i didnt include them (sad) and i also didnt include the tail hes supposed to have because i couldnt find a good way to add it in with the pose. but in my heart he has both four wings and a tail

seriously alec puts up with sooooo much shit. he’s always saving jaces worthless ass, Maryse and Robert are always on him for “family honor”, jace is always yelling at him when clary goes missing as if he can be held responsible for her, and poor soul is just so unhappy

book Alec: not going to mention the writing because it’s so atrocious and ah shit, I already did!!!! seriously, Alec gets treated badly by jace mostly all throughout the series. Alec constantly has to save his life in every book. he’s made to feel that he needs to come out. even Magnus (WHY MAGNUS) is pushing Alec to come out and coming after A TEENAGE ALEC. I feel like Alec is simply not happy basically throughout the whole TMI series. he’s made to be biphobic, acting as though Magnus can’t have a past, tries to make Magnus mortal (ALEC WOULD NEVER), and dude can’t even be his own person without thinking of jace. he’s so badly written and cc has damaged his character so much. I genuinely hope in my world, he’s more like show Alec and living his best and carefree healthy life with Magnus 🥰

Lydia was such a small character and I know some don’t like her but at least she was nice towards Alec.

honestly in majority of the first season, everyone is yelling or getting shitty with Alec. I’m sorry but this man is so reasonable and lenient. he has let a ton of shit fly!!!! if I was in charge of the institute, I would’ve shipped clarys annoying ass off somewhere else. sorry but not my problem 💀 and the way jace treats Alec is unforgivable. I really wanted Alec to give in and go off completely. I’m glad he stands up for himself cause boy did not have the honor to do it in the books. we know we get the “I’m not your bitch” line but let’s be honest, Alec isn’t his own person.

I’m just amazed he never went completely unhinged. Magnus, Lydia, Izzy (mostly) are probably the only people who are nice to Alec and don’t treat him badly. a little bit of Simon too!!!!! Alec seriously deserved a huge vacation after season one. I’m amazed he stuck by jaces side after all jace did. let that fucker die and stay dead, please!!! IM SERIOUSLY BEGGING AT THIS POINT LMAO

Chapter 5 – You owe me double, Bada Lee.

“You are saving my day again.”, Bada grinned.

You winked. “I like being your hero, Bada.”

A week later you were in your room, standing in front of your mirror. Surprisingly you still fit into your black satin dress, that your mom had bought you after you left the courthouse on the last day of the trial, when you were cleared of all charges.

It was the party dress that you had always worn when you were going clubbing a few years ago. Back when you first met Shin Seonwoo.

You heard the doorbell ring and your mom open the door. A few minutes later Bada knocked on your door and opened the door to your room. Immediately she froze.

“Too much? Be honest…”, you said and spun around for her to look at your outfit.

You were sure you heard her mumble a curse word under her breath then.

“You look… Appropriate for a club.”, she said and pressed her lips together.

“You gotta learn how to compliment a lady, Bada.”, you chuckled and stepped closer to her, tidying up the blazer that she was wearing.

Suddenly your door opened again and your brother stood in the frame. He was only sixteen but as tall as Bada, and he tried to seem even taller and broader than he actually was, which made you giggle. He had an almost angry facial expression, as he approached Bada and got up into her face.

“You better treat my sister right, or else.”, he said, trying to sound intimidating.

Bada smirked. “Or else what, little boy?”

You broke out in laughter, as your brother became smaller and smaller under Bada’s stare.

“Don’t worry, we are just friends and going clubbing.”, you said and wrapped your arm around Bada.

Your brother nodded. “Please be safe, okay?”

“Yeah, yeah, you little idiot. You go study now please.”, you said and ruffled his hair before kissing his forehead.

“Your brother is cute.”, Bada chuckled.

“Ask him out then.”, you pouted.

She shook her head. “His older sister is cuter.”

You blushed a little, as you two walked out the apartment and to Bada’s car. Gentlemanly, she opened the door for you to get in.

“Your family is nice.”, Bada smiled fondly.

“Yeah. I love my mom and my brother.”

“They love you too, I can tell.”

You watched her. Some would see her as relaxed, since Bada was just driving with one hand. The other one was resting on her thigh, but you could see nervous fingers tapping. So, you took it gently.

“Bada.”

“Hm?”

“Relax.”

Before you could ask, why she was nervous, she pulled over and looked at you.

“So here is the plan. Or rather the part of the plan that concerns you. You go inside and talk to Seonwoo. Distract him. He usually goes to check his office, every 30 minutes. Make him forget about it. Buy us time. We will be as fast as possible. I will text you when we are done, you find some excuse to leave and you meet me here again, I will be waiting.”

You nodded slowly. “Okay. I will do my best.”

Bada smiled at you. “I know you will, my little hero.”

You winked at her before getting out. She drove away as you walked into the club. The music was loud and heavy, the people sweaty and you could smell the sheer amount of alcohol that was being consumed by the guests.

You looked around and put on your red lipstick. Game time.

Finding Shin Seonwoo wasn’t hard. He was lounging in the VIP area with three other women and a few of his bodyguards. You know what you had to do. You positioned yourself strategically on the dancefloor, so he could see you but it wasn’t obviously intentional.

It worked smoothly. After ten minutes of dancing, you could feel his eyes on you, and after another ten you saw him talk to one of his girls. She stood up and with the brightest fake smile she came over to you. She had black hair and a black lipstick, her curves were hugged by an expensive black dress. You briefly thought that she must be a famous actress. That’s how attractive that woman was.

“Hi, darling.”, she said into your ear, wrapping her arms around your neck. “Alone today?”

You smirked. “Sadly. I just wanted to have some fun.”

She bit her lip. “I can take you to meet someone fun.”

“I would love that.”

She took your hand and walked with you over to the VIP. Shin Seonwoo was manspreading on his couch, two girls on either side. He smelled like cigars and leather. He was terribly thin and grey. Looking almost like a mouse in a very ugly purple suit. A gold tooth shimmered when he smiled.

“You caught my eye, beautiful.”, he grinned.

“You seem to have a good taste.”, you said, giving him a sly smirk, while nodding to the other women next to him.

“Oh, I like you already.”, he said and licked his dry lips.

He made one of the girls move so you could sit next to him. You sweettalked him here and there, but mostly he was talking about himself and his (limited) success in life. At some point his arm wrapped around you, his fingers digging into your waist. A shiver of disgust went down your spine and you felt the need to immediately shower, as he started caressing you.

When he talked to the other girl briefly, your phone buzzed and you quickly checked it.

Bada: [Keep him busy some more, we ran into some… impediment…]

You sighed at that.

You: [When you are done just call me and pretend to be my boyfriend.]

Despite being disgusted you leaned into Seonwoo’s embrace. Your eyes kept going back and forth between his boney face and the clock that hang on the wall. The time was passing in an unforgiving pace. You could feel him getting nervous. His answers getting shorter. He wanted to stand up a few times, but you lulled him into another talk over and over.

“I know you probably have a crush on me but I really need to go do my job for a moment.”, he said, mildly pissed.

You panicked internally. “I want to kiss you, babe.”, you pouted.

The women looked shocked at you. None of them would voluntarily kiss Shin Seonwoo, the human form of a sewer rat. They were just with him for the chance to socially climb within the underground world of Seoul, trying to impress Shin Seonwoo’s high-ranking guests, not Shin Seonwoo himself.

Slowly Shin Seonwoo sank back into the couch, not taking his eyes off you. You gulped hard but hoped that he didn’t notice. You begged Bada would call you now, so you wouldn’t have to go through with what you said. But your phone was still and thus Seonwoo’s crusty lips were on yours.

He was a terrible kisser. It seemed more like he wanted to eat your face, not really kiss you. But you played along. With hands on his cheeks, you tried to guide him and slow him down, but he only took it as an invite to touch you was well, so he grasped your hips and pulled you close.

Just when he was about to slip his tongue into your mouth, your phone finally rang. Panting you pulled away and grabbed your phone. Finally. Bada.

You smiled apologetically at Seonwoo and picked it up.

“Yes babe?”, You said sweetly into your phone.

Bada tried to make her voice sound as deep and manly as possible. “Where are you?”

“Babyyyyy…”, you pouted. “I’m at the club, I wanted some fun…”

“Fun? What do you mean fun?”, Bada asked.

“You know… dancing… meeting new people…”

Seonwoo grinned at that.

“You come home immediately!”

“Home why?”, you whined and gave Seonwoo doe eyes.

“Now.”

“Okay, baby…”, you said and put your phone away.

You went over and fixed Seonwoo’s tie. “I’m sorry, my boyfriend tends to ruin my fun.”

“Come back anytime. You are a VIP from now on in all my clubs.”

As you left you waved to the other women, but you noticed how the woman from earlier did not wave back, but rather narrowed her eyes at you.

You didn’t waste another thought and stormed out of the club, immediately jumping into Bada’s car that waited in front of the entrance.

“Took you long enough. What happened?”, you asked as you fastened your seatbelt. But Bada didn’t answer so you turned to look at her.

With wide eyes she stared at you.

“What?”, you asked confused.

“What happened to your lipstick?”, she asked, demanding.

You were confused and looked into the mirror on your side of the car. The red lipstick was smudged everywhere but your lips.

“I had to distract him.”, you said simply.

“By kissing him?”, she asked, almost two octaves higher.

“You took very long, that’s the only way a virgin like him would let me distract him.”

“Still! You can’t just kiss anyone!”

“I did as I seemed fit. I don’t understand why you are angry! Be grateful, it wasn’t like I enjoyed it!”, you argued back.

Bada huffed, she wanted to shoot back but something in the mirror caught her attention. A Subaru was coming closer… fast.

“Fuck…”, she breathed out, she seemed to know the car. Immediately she stomped her foot onto the gas pedal, ignoring all speed limits and red lights.

“Who’s car is it?”, you asked terrified.

“Trust me, you don’t wanna know.”, she said, pressing her lips together.

“Bada! Answer!”

“My ex girlfriend… who also happens to be Seonwoo’s sister…”, Bada admitted.

“Is this a fucking Drama?”, you groaned. “You promised this whole thing was safe for me!”

Bada concentrated on the street, she tried to drive through narrow alleys, in hopes of losing her., but the other car was getting only closer, easily following Bada. Then suddenly Bada had to put her foot on the brake harshly and the car came to a halt Infront of a brick wall.

“Fuck, fuck, fuck…”, she repeated and boxed her steering wheel. Then she saw that the Subaru parked behind her. She opened the glove department in front of you and took out a gun, pressing it into your hands. “Stay in the car.”

She opened the door on her side and got out.

The people in the other car got out as well. It was the woman in the black dress again, behind her a girl that was masked up, who seemed to be her shadow. The woman who drove the car, stayed put inside the car, probably in case that a swift escape was needed.

“Soojin…”, Bada smiled. “Long time no see. You look great.”

“Bada Lee. Let’s skip the pleasantries. This is business, not a Sunday brunch. Let’s not get personal.”, she said coldly.

“I don’t know what you mean.”, Bada tried.

“Maybe your new little fling knows what I mean. Never seen someone to make out with my pathetic brother so passionately.”, Soojin said, and your eyes briefly met. “Janice.”

Janice, the masked girl behind Soojin, raised her gun, pointing at Bada, who was already doing the same.

“You stole from my brother, Bada.”

“Technically, I didn’t. He had bills to pay, and I just helped with the process.”, Bada said calmly, gripping her gun tighter.

“Bada, it’s three against one… and a half.”, she chuckled with a quick nod to you. “This is not the time to get cocky.”

“Actually, it’s three against seven.”, a voice said.

Out of a narrow alley way, the rest of the Bebe members walked out, each and every one had their gun cocked and ready. Lusher grinned at Soojin. “Seven and a half, if you will.”, she mused.

“Boss? Maybe there will be a better opportunity…”, the driving girl said to Soojin.

She slowly nodded and gave Janice a look, who immediately lowered her gun. Yet the Bebe girls didn’t.

“This isn’t over Bada Lee. Be careful from now on.”, Soojin warned, then she got into the car. “Let’s leave, Kyeonseo.”

Kyeonseo nodded and drifted on the spot to turn around and drive away again.

You let out the breath you were holding and carefully laid the gun that Bada gave you back into the glove department, before getting out of the car. The tension made you wobbly on your knees but Lusher was next to you and caught you. “Careful.”

But you continued to walk over to Bada, fuming. You glared at her, angrily.

“You owe me double, Bada Lee.”

The streets of New York were relatively quiet that morning, no one was really about and the only noise was the occasional bird, or car. Well, the only noise except quiet conversation from Marvin and Whizzer, who were walking hand-in-hand towards a small cafe a few streets away.

“Marv, I really don’t know..” Whizzer started, before turning his head to Marvin who had started to speak before being swiftly cut off, “And I know what you’re gonna say. Yes, I’ve technically met them before and I shouldn’t be nervous because they’re your friends, but I can’t help it baby.”

Whizzer’s clutch on Marvin’s hand tightened, he was repetitively running his other hand through his hair to calm his nerves, which Marvin took note of. He turned his boyfriend to face him, kissing him quickly and looking him in the eyes.

“Whizzer. Trust me, you’ll be perfect, you always are.”

Charlotte and Cordelia were already sat at the table when Marvin held out his hand, inviting Whizzer to sit down first. He followed suit, sitting down and giving a quick greeting to the two women before speaking up, putting an arm around Whizzer as he did so.

“So.. You kinda met at the baseball game but this is Whizzer, my boyfriend, properly now-” He laughed a little at the last bit, acknowledging the two years of yearning they listened to, “I think you’ll really like him.”

Whizzer smiled apprehensively and held out his hand to shake both of theirs. It wasn’t like he was scared of them, per se, it was just so new.. Being Marvin’s boyfriend was different now, he was proud to say it, and he was meeting his friends? It explained why his hands trembled and why he stumbled over his words when he spoke.

“Nice- Uh, good to meet you both properly. Let me tell you a little about myself..?” He patiently waited as if for permission to speak from.. Well, anyone. Whizzer placed a hand on his partner’s thigh, tapping his fingers, and was quickly comforted by Marvin’s fingers intertwining with his own.

“Please! I mean, Marvin spoke a lot about you.. All good! I promise. But we wanna hear it from the man himself.” Cordelia piped up, receiving a hum of agreement from Charlotte, who was sat absentmindedly messing with her girlfriend’s blonde curls.

Whizzer snapped out of his anxious haze and got talking, quickly settling back into his element. He talked of his hobbies, his travels, his childhood.. And got into a lengthy conversation with Cordelia about cooking. By time one of the four checked the time, hours had passed, and none of them could really believe it. The four of them all got on so well, no one would’ve thought it really. Four, very good, unlikely friends.. Some would even say they're lovers.

Ok I wanted to vent a Little abt summer night the series since none of my friends watch it. Boy do I dislike Lune, and its not even close. His character has zero (0) personality traits and I have no idea who he is and we are half way done with the series. Like my boy is the epitome of of the saying " if you were a flavour you would be flour".

I dont know anything about the Webtoon, and maybe he is not so bland there... but my GOD! A main character cannot be that broing istg!!!

Also on another note i love how much Dunk has improved with his acting, I feel like a proud mama hen watching him since 2022 , im genuily and nicely suprised.

His face was sharp and his nose was cut by a scar. He'd mistake this man for an intruder if Aurora hadn't cleared her throat and introduced him.

"Grian, this is my brother, Scar." Aurora stated before turning to her brother and speaking, "Scar, this is my instructor Grian.”

As if regaining his composure, The ‘Scar’ man grinned widely -Were his cheeks kinda pink? Probably just Grian’s imagination- and stuck out his hand

Scar seemed to stare at Grian, kinda in a trance. If Grian was any smarter he'd know that he seemed out of it. Maybe the man just had a big head and thought a lot. Grian hadn't cared right now either way. He had to get the rest of the kids to their parents or guardians.

“Well, uh, Scar- I have to get back to my job. Cub has my phone number if you have any questions.” Grian stated, not knowing that Scar would take that a different way.

TIME SKIP 3 HOURS LATER

If Grian had to explain his day, he'd explain it as a fish dying in the sand. Why? He had no idea. It just wasn't normal. He went to work, the first thing he hears is that Ariana got in trouble– which was normal. The part that wasn't normal was this scarred man, coincidentally named Scar. He was the typical “oh save me” prince type almost. His words fit right in his mouth, like a poet. God did he hate those types of people.

Although…Scar is somehow different? Grian didn't feel hatred towards Scar.. Maybe because his sister was such a good student. Bias and all. Which is what Grian was trying to convince himself.

Grian was currently sitting on his couch, drinking his favorite tea. Herbal tea was most definitely the best tea. Tastes like a sweet morning with a bit of dew. It was nice and warm compared to the harsh snowy world outside. London was an amazing place, it was close to home and similar. Everyone was nice, although he didn't like people too much.

Oh, nevermind that, he's run out of tea. He'd get up and put his phone on the table before getting up and heading to the kitchen. It was cozy and livable, not too big-the apartment and the kitchen. Grian headed to the sink to clean his mug before his phone started to ring. 

There were only three things this could be.. his mom, his siblings or a parent calling and informing him that their kid wouldn't be in class. And if he really wanted to be wrong, maybe even X. Actually, there was only one real way to figure it out, since all those phone numbers weren't in his contacts. 

“Hello?” 

“Oh! Uh- this is awkward.. Is this Grian?” the person on the other side asked.

“Maybe.. who is this?” Grian asked through the phone.

“This is Scar! You know.. Aurora’s bigger brother?” Scar said.

Grian realized that he was talking to Scar.. the guy with a scar slashed through his nose. The guy the Grian really can't stop thinking about because he's.. unique.. uniquely weird.

“Hello..?” Scar said from the other side.

Oh.. he must've blanked out.

“Hey! Sorry- Yeah this is Grian. Why ‘d you call?” Grian said as he put the phone on speaker and headed to the kitchen. There was complete silence after Grian questioned Scar. Did this man not have a reason to call?

“Can't a man call his sister's teacher to make sure he's doing okay? I mean, teacher's work hard and you could be stressed out-” Scar rambled before Grian started to cut him off with..

“Scar, we barely know each other for you to be checking up on me and worrying.” Grian simply stated.

“We've known each other for a few hours-”

“We introduced ourselves for a couple of seconds before I had to get back to work.” Grian was thinking logically instead of optimistically, compared to Scar.

“I'm also picking up my sister from now on.” Scar said, joy underlined in every word he used in that sentence.

Grian didn't feel opposed to seeing Scar everyday or so. I mean he hated the other parents with all their stupid gossip and politics, with everything all about them. He sat and listened to the other parents, while with Scar he didn't know what to expect. To Grian, Scar seemed like the type of guy that WILL sit you down and talk with you for hours about Disney and Star Wars, and Grian’s fine with that. Might enjoy it, even.

Grian chuckled. “Sure, big guy. Good for you. Well, to answer your questions, I’m doing well, not really feelin’ the stress too much right now. And you, I speak from experience when I say big brothers work hard too. Are you doing well? Any stress on your end?”

Scar's POV:

As soon as Grian asked how he was doing, Scar felt a hot flush creep across his cheeks.

“M-me?”

“Yeah, you. Are you okay?” Grian’s smooth, beautiful voice rang out from the other end.

Looking up from cutting the vegetables, Cub smirked and mouthed ‘Lovesick’ to Aurora, and Aurora, who was helping him, also smirked and vocalized “Oooooo!”

Scar moved the phone a little away from himself and hissed at both of the others to shut up. They were making nothing better as he got embarrassed by both of them. He took a deep breath before putting that mask of confidence back up and swindling a few words. Although it had barely calmed his heart.

“I-I'm doing fine, thank you.”

“Hmm, you sure? You don’t sound too good…”

“O-oh, you don’t have to worry about silly old me! I’m great!”

“Well, whatever you say. Anyway, it’s now time for me to go on my own big brother duties to prevent my siblings from exploding…”

Scar found himself bursting into laughter. To his delight, he heard Grian join him from the other side.

“O-oh man. Are they chaotic?”

“Extremely. Pearl and Jimmy might have set the world on fire with Ariana by now if I wasn’t there. But, to be honest, I would have joined them if our older cousins Martyn and Lizzie weren’t there to reel me in too!”

And they both cracked up again. God, Scar loved hearing Grian laugh. It was beautiful, and a nice change from the stoic man he’d met earlier.

“Isn’t Pearl also a teacher at the academy?”

“Yeah, she’s quite the teacher in fact, however still chaotic, she doesn’t teach ballet like the rest of us, instead teaching weapons dancing.”

“Weapons dancing? That’s so cool! But isn’t that also a bit dangerous?”

“Oh, it is. You should have seen how much she used to get hurt when she started out. But she’s a professional now, and an amazing one, at that.”

“That’s amazing.”

“Well, I really do have to go now. Lovely talking to you, Scar.”

“You too! Goodbye!”

Scar put the phone down, positively glowing. Aurora and Cub walked over, dinner must be ready!

“So,” Aurora began, “How did you manage to make a boyfriend out of my instructor so quickly?”

All thoughts of dinner flew out the window, as Scar became extremely flustered.

“AURORA! H-he’s not my boyfriend!”

“But you want him to be, don’t you?”

“N-no! We’re just friends, and that’s what it’s gonna be! Yep, juuust friends!”

“Oh, stop being in denial Scar, you totally have a crush on Grian” Cub joined in, with a knowing grin plastered on his face.

“I DO NOT! BOTH OF YOU, SHUT UP!!!”

And both Cub and Aurora pointedly stared at him.

“O-okay, maybe a little…”

“FINALLY!”
