Hello Chill!! (⁠  ⁠◜∀◝⁠ ⁠)ﾉ⁠♡ Love your animutant au very much (if you couldn't tell) and wanted to know what everyone's reaction to getting to go outside for a while would be! If they just got a day or two to have a picnic, take a walk in the park, go swimming, or even experience certain weather conditions like rain or snow (I think some winter shenanigans with snowball fights and sledding would be super fun) it'd be nice to see how they'd react! They can have their beach episode /j

I don't know if this is a spoiler (?) but they will get to see the world outside the Pizzaplex after the first Arc! Which means they'll be met with a lot of different types of weather conditions, (though, the fear of the apocalypse doesn't probably let them enjoy the outdoors as much as they'd like to).

But! I'll give you an imaginary scenario, let's just imagine they get to go out on a snowy day on a regular daily life without the apocalypse (I'll also include Solar since he seems to be a fan favourite):

Sunrise: Thinks snow is pretty, but cold. Shivers a lot like a chihuahua (he doesn't tolerate cold very well, as mentioned in the story), but he doesn't complain. He is more excited than anything. Tries to build a snowman, do sledging, or join a snowball fight. So much fun! Enjoys the aftermath cuddles with Moon and a cup of hot chocolate.

Moondrop: Fussing over Sun, trying to keep him warm by constantly fixing his scarf or something. Doesn't particularly like snow, but is a master at dodging in the snowball fight. Might climb into a tree and shake all the snow on Monty. Looks after Solar's idiocy in disbelief.

Freddy: Likes snow, probably makes a snowbeard on himself and impersonates Santa. Throws the biggest snowballs and probably helps Sunrise with the snowman.

Bonnie: Excited. So many things to do! Who cares if the snow is cold! Tries sledging, skiing, snowboarding, skating, you name it-. Is probably the one who starts the snowball fight.

Monty: Likes snow, but doesn't admit it. "Cannonballs" Sun and Freddy's snowman. Barks like a dog to Moon on the tree. Tries to convince someone to let him roll them into a snowball and then down the hill (Sun almost says yes but Moon intertwines...) Uses his tail to his advance in the snowball fight.

Roxanne: As long as the snow doesn't touch her face, everything is cool. Looks gracious while doing anything; snowboarding, sledging, skating. Starts a race with everything: who's the first one at the bottom of the hill?

Chica: Just as excited as Bonnie. Wants to try everything- Falls on her face while skating and gets a beak booboo. Roxy kisses it better. Loves the aftermath of hot cocoa and treats more than anything.

Foxy: Digs the snow like a dog trying to find his "treasure" (that doesn't exist). Licks his hook by accident at some point and gets his tongue stuck on it. Captains the snowball fight (but no one knows whose side he is on...)

DJMM: Goes mlem mlem mlem on the snow thinking it's a new type of treat and has to be taken back inside.

Solar: Complains. Takes his shoes and socks off and walks on the snow barefoot. Builds a little snowman that looks like Sunrise and carries it around like it's his baby. Goes lay in the middle during the snowball fight to get the most hits on himself. Probably gets a cold as an aftermath.

Thinking about how in your Hello Again AU, Circus Baby's and Mega Pizzaplex co-exist.

Imagine somehow the Funtimes and the Glamrocks meet. Circus Baby and Glamrock Chica somehow get along. Monty is intensly talking about something and Ballora is listening while holding Bonbon in her arms. Roxy and Funtime Foxy surprisingly get along well, though neither of them like to admit it. Then of course, we have the Freddy's. Glamrock Freddy is doing his best to keep everyone civil, he's being nice. Funtime Freddy is having none of that.

You are having a conversation with Glamrock Freddy in the quietness of Parts and Service. You were so fascinated of how different they worked, how they're so advanced given their time on earth. And how different Freddy counterparts actually had opposite personalities. As Glamrock Freddy answered all your questions happily, Parts and Service door opens behind you, letting in your own Fazbear. Neither of them look happy to see the other, but you have a bigger problem. Glamrock Freddy standing in front of you protectively, seeing the polar bear as a threat to you. And Funtime Freddy standing right behind you possesively, knowing damn well who you belong to.

You know I’m a sucker for protective Freddy but TWO PROTECTIVE FREDDYS?? FOR THE PRICE OF ONE?? Where do I sign?

Ugh and just thinking about FunFred getting so fucking jealous over this new Freddy that’s all shiny and new and he’s taller and has a slimmer build and please don’t leave me for him I love you so much- and you have to shush him like a wild horse to calm him down. Shhhhh, it’s okay buddy, no one is leaving anyone. It’s okay.

God and the mental image of the Glamrocks and the Funtimes hanging out together is sending meeeeee. On top of the dynamics you described (GOD TIER by the way, your brain continues to be huge and full of deep, juicy wrinkles), I can’t stop thinking about the big web of how each animatronic feels about the other. I love the idea of everyone getting along and being besties but you know what I love more? Some of the robots hating each other. Like, I can see Funtime Foxy and Glamrock Chica having the sort of relationship where they’re, like, fake friends. They act like they’re friends when they’re together, but apart they rip into each other and gossip nonstop to the others. I can also see Baby not being very fond of Glamrock Freddy due to his passiveness and naivete. She finds it annoying.

Oh OH oh what if there’s this big party where all the animatronics and human employees from both locations come together and get to know each other and raaaaAAAAHHH I’m going feral-

Seriously though this is the BEST IDEA ilysm and thank you for sharing this with me. I’m losing my gourd just thinking about this. I kinda want to write this. God. I’m just. I’m gonna be thinking about this for the rest of my LIFE.

content (warnings): soulmate au (red string of fate), very slight angst (critical/questioning thoughts on the red string and destiny omi used to have) but it’s overall very fluffy imo

a/n: kiyoomi being an absolute dream boat what’s new askjdf this is my take on this au and i think it’s telling i yearn for domesticity HAHA but tysm for this monty ilysm bb <33

“i used to think it was lame.”

you turn your head to face him. “hm?”

“the strings,” he responds, eyes not leaving the ceiling.

you smile and lift your hand up to observe your hand. tied on your pinky finger was the string kiyoomi was referring to, red and whose tail hung relaxed since its matching end was so near.

“and why’s that?” you ask softly, reminiscing on your own memories with the string.

“i guess i thought it’d be a nuisance.”

and despite not seeing his face you can practically hear the pout gracing his lips but you hold back a smile to allow him to continue. it was nice listening to him when he shares these kinds of thoughts, the vulnerability between the two of you filling your heart.

“i used to think ‘why does one single string determine so much? can it really top the plans i have for myself and for my future because of something so unclear like destiny?’”

“used to?”

you hear a small shuffling of the pillow next to yours and smile at the sense of his eyes on you.

he breathes out a chuckle and moves back to his original position facing the ceiling.

“yeah, used to.” he then holds his hand up just as you did earlier to look at his own string. motioning for your hand, that had been laying on your stomach as he spoke, he asks for it now. he gives your hand a squeeze before holding it up, his fingers trace the small knot that sits atop your finger.

“used to,” he repeats, “but then i met you - and it was all thanks to this string.” he uses his other hand to lift the red string that connects you two and you both marvel at it.

in the few years since you met kiyoomi this string has gone through many different stages. stretching, knots, tension. even in your daily life there are loops or twists as you two go about your day. but there is an overwhelming feeling of content, of happiness, of love when the string settles like this - the ends close, the body relaxed, and the string itself as strong as ever. being together.

kiyoomi intertwines your hand with his and he leads you so that you both are facing each other, holding your connected hands close to his heart. “now i think the world of this string,” he says softly, taking in your features in this proximity. “now, i think it’s the most wonderful thing in the world because it led me to you.”

you lean forward to kiss him. “omi, that is the sweetest thing i have ever been told in my life,” you place another peck on his lips and grin, “borderline cheesy.”

“borderline cheesy?” he asks articulately. “i confide in you about our love and you call me cheesy?” but that handsome, infectious smile of his lights up the room for you.

you laugh, “aw, hey i called you sweet,” you laugh harder as he pretends to pout. “okay, okay, it wasn’t cheesy. it was very very very romantic and i love you sakusa kiyoomi. so so so much.” you give him another big kiss for good measure.

“that’s better,” he huffs as he pulls you in closer, “and i love you. so so so so much.”

“competitive,” you shake your head and grin.

you’re beyond grateful for the string too.

when akaashi moved in with you, the one thing that surprised you the most was the sheer size of his record collection. according to him, he inherited most of them from his father and his father before that, and so on. a lot of the records there were much older than you and akaashi were and your boyfriend always took such care when taking the vinyls out of their sleeves and placing them in the record player. 

right now, the sounds of a classical music piece that only akaashi would know the exact name to filled your little office room. your boyfriend was seated at his desk, typing out email after email to the publishing company he worked at. the deadlines were catching up again and you were looking for an opening where you could get akaashi to relax a bit. 

finally, you saw it. akaashi clicked send on one final email and stretched his arms in the air, groaning when he heard something pop. you practically scurried from your desk to his before tapping on his shoulder.

“yes, angel?” he asked, looking up at your expectant face. you grinned and took one of his hands before pulling him to his feet. akaashi always just had the vaguest of ideas of whatever it is you were up to, but that’s one of the reasons why he loved you.

“dance with me, keiji,” you grinned, holding both of his hands in yours.

“dance?”

“yeah, dance!” you nodded before swaying along to the music. akaashi smiled as he watched you.

“i’m not really that good at dancing,” he said, swaying just the slightest along with you, knowing that he wasn’t even in time with the music.

“that’s alright,” you stepped closer and nuzzled your face in his neck. “just hold me like this, keiji.”

“you know, we might as well just be sitting down,’“ he chuckled, looking down at you.

“but this one feels a bit special, don’t you think?”

akaashi cocked his head and listened as the record began to play a new piece, a much slower one this time that was perfect for slowly swaying in the arms of your lover to. this moment was just yours and yours alone.

he smiled and kissed the top of your head. “yeah, it is special.”

As for stuff I want to recommend, since you mentioned funny movies, one I've been planning to rewatch p soon is Monty Python and the Holy Grail (or just any Monty Python movie tbh), maybe that will cheer you up. Also listening to your comfort album might help you reduce the stress and make you feel a lil better (trust me it works with me!!)
