3. What ideas come from when you were little ok you can't tell anyone but i am actually. still working in the same fantasy world i started at age 9ish. i think also any time i include a train, something bubblegum pink OR a cat? thats all coming from the jr. dandy playbook

Anything that might inspire you subconsciously (i.e. this horse wasn't supposed to look like the Last Unicorn but I see it) WELL. i keep somehow drawing one of my characters exactly like madmartigan from willow by accident at the moment... and i have an ongoing issue where jason todd-likes shows up in all my OC universes somehow

9. What are your file name conventions I have to keep year and month folders because my conventions are in fact illustration1, illustration2, AOUGHEEE.jpg and so on and so forth

I remember being surpised that people thought I was drawing art of someone else's fursona when I first posted mine? (in that there was disbelief that I had one not that the design looked stolen)

My @storyteller_academy classes start soon, so I’m getting started on my modules and homework. (1)Illustration and Image Making:illustration / Gif

The first thing I did in illustration class was to make a gif using pixel art.  I created a gif file using Photoshop. You can create a gif by setting different layers using timelines in Photoshop.

When saving the gif, the image should be stored at least 1080 pixels so that the image is not too small. This is my first gif. I had to rush to make this gif. because I did not have time just before the formative. So I made it simple. 

But this is too small.

The second gif is large in size, but the image quality was not good because when I save the file,  the settings were wrong.

This is my final gif file.

I created 7 layers. I had to make arms, face, body, and snack all separately. 

it can move frame by frame. it is simple but cute gif ^____^

Ok, so I could be completely wrong on this, but I think I may have found a prototype Evette design?

Evette’s book, The River and Me, was illustrated by Olivia Duchess, who recently got a new site showing off her work. The other day I was going through the illustrator websites of all the WBU girls to see if they’d posted good quality illustrations yet (as Kira’s and Joss’s illustrators recently did). While Olivia is the only one who seems to have posted a few, I did find something else interesting!

She has a page of illustrations that look like this; as far as I can tell, there isn’t a label or caption detailing what book this is for, except the site link is "daisy," and the file names when I saved the images were, repectively, “daisyoliviaduchess", "4-panel-illustration1" and "4-panel-illustration22."

The second image, "4-panel-illustration1", looks awfully similar to this finished illustration for Evette, with the grandmother in the exact same position, just different clothing.

I haven't been able to find anything online for a book about a "Daisy" that Olivia Duchess illustrated or worked on; do we think these were prototype designs for Evette and Bud?

5. Estimate of how much of your art you post online vs. the art you keep for yourself

i actually keep most of my art to myself, i have a rule of waiting at least a day before posting a drawing so that i can be sure i'm happy with it.

I've also been trying not to post as many fandom pieces on this blog, just because a lot of people i know check this blog sometimes. I recently made a fandom sideblog, so i suppose if people are really interested in that I can give the url

9. What are your file name conventions

I just do a 2-3 word descriptor of the drawing, like the name of the character or the pose they're doing. just makes things simple. for doodle pages, i just keep the default illustration1 illustration2 etc file name.
