As you both stood in the drafty secluded hallway In front of their dressing room at the back of the venue just moments before they were due on stage everything was quiet with you both knowing your fate together was set in stone now you just needed to hear it. You felt cold for two reasons, one being the air circulating in the hall way and the other being what you felt on the inside knowing nothing could be changed now.

"Your body language is telling me different than the words you're speaking." You stated matter of factly crossing your arms . A childish huff left their lips "After months you still don't know me." They mumbled , you looked at them in disbelief "That's just it I do know you, I know your heart better than my own at times, I know when you start to fillet your arms you're doing it so that your words seem more believable!"

"God Y/n do you ever stop picking can you ever just let stuff be?"

"Not when it's my relationship, no." You shrugged. "It just needs to be let go." Your eyes couldn't help but roll "No that tired ass explanation needs to be let go, why do we need to end things?" You pressed "BECAUSE!- .." [B/N's] Voice rose unintentionally from aggravation but relatively quieted down remembering anyone could be standing by listening.

"Look, it just needs to happen. We've been sneaking around for months, you want to be public, I want to keep it private, I've already said I was single and if the public finds out I've been lying then my words will have no credibility to anyone. Plus something tells me dispatch is on to us. Find someone who wants their relationship on display because I don't." So there it was. The finalized words you needed yet dreaded to hear so the preparation for healing your broken heart could begin.

Your throat felt as if you'd been punched in it, your heartbeat gushed in your ears and a million voices were speaking to you. [B/N] could tell you were contemplating on how to deal with the harsh reality , "Y/n, Y/n c'mon let's just begin the healing process."

Healing process, could a heart as broken as yours in that moment be healed? , probably , but it seemed like mission impossible.

You weren't going to show them your pain yet in that moment you'd be a strong wall, maybe. You let out a long deep breath you withheld "You're right, let's start the healing process right now, goodbye." You tried to seem as nonchalant as possible. "C'mon Y/n don't be like this." You giggled though tears began to invade the bottom of your eyes pretending not to know what he meant. "Do what?" [B/N] groaned agitated by your 'clueless' behavior "THAT, that thing where you act like you don't care knowing good and well that you do , you're not the same Y/n I knew months ago I broke that wall so I know when you're hurt." His voice sounded sorrow filled and concerned.

"Yeah congratulations on breaking me down to my vulnerable self I bet you fill accomplished. I'm not YOU, I can't put on a poker face and pretend to be unscorned but like you said let's start the healing process." Fully bitter and strangled words left your lips viciously with furious uncontrollable tears falling down your face every millisecond. "Y/n-"

"Now!" You spoke firmly referring to the healing process beginning in that moment as you turned away not looking back you didn't feel the tears anymore but you knew they were there. You took the back way to the venue out while the security went to go secure other areas keeping your head down so no one could identify you. It was for the best that you got out as clean as possible you didn't want their career ruined or rumors started about you both it was good that it was over with. The healing process could begin now.

That One Delayed Introduction

Allow me to properly introduce myself since I somehow managed to miss doing a proper intro even though I’ve been here since October. So, here it is!

My name is Fie, I am African-American and Native American, Pansexual and Polyamorus and use she/her pronouns. 

At the time of writing this (April 2nd, 2020), I’m 22 years old. 

My birthday is April 23rd, and my zodiac sign is Taurus.

I really could not stand Ikon’s Love Scenerio. I wamted to like it so badly because it’s the boys’ best recieved song thus far but everytime I try to listen, I find myself clicking out less than halfway through the song because I just can’t stand it. Nothing against them because I’m happy they’re getting all the recognition.

Song of the Day - February 10, 2018

iKon - Love Scenario

[M] I was excited to see that iKon was coming back with a full length album because this past year I have come to absolutely love these guys and their sound. Love Scenerio is a bit of a departure from the types of iKon title tracks we have been getting later but still manages to keep that very quintessential iKon sound. This is no Bling Bling but in turn I feel like I love it even more because it isn’t their classic in your face type of music and the song really allows for their talents to show while still remaining chill. It is nice to hear Bobby and B.I singing a bit more than before especially after hearing what Bobby was capable of on his solo album last year. I really need to check out the rest of the album. 

[S] So Ikon is back I can say that my opinion of their music is still very much eeehhh. When M first played this song earlier today she didn’t tell me who it was and instead just asked me what the opinion of the song was and even then I just wasn’t feeling it. The sound of this track very much gives off the vibe of a western song that blew up on the radio years ago that I absolutely hated and I think the fat it reminds me of that song turns me off to this track even more. 

There is one part of the song I do like at about 3:00 minutes in that I really enjoy right before bobby finishes the track.

[C] From the first listen I feel indifferent about this, I want to like it but I don’t know what it is exactly that’s making me not like it. There’s just something that I is pushing me away. I will say I was expecting a grossly obnoxious track like Bling Bling and was happy that wasn’t it it surprised me a little when the song started. I don’t think I’ll cringe when this one comes on like I do with Bling Bling though.
