The parallels between Snakes and Barrels II and that episode where Pickels goes to rehab are so funny to me. We're told Pickles spent decades resenting his older brother because Seth blamed a housefire on him, and his parents took Seth's side. It's like a core trauma of his. And then 20-30 years later his ex-bandmates turn around and tell everyone their years of drug use are entirely Pickles fault, and their fans side with them. It's the same thing all over again. No wonder Pickles threw a massive fit. Man was fighting demons.

I do wanna point out (SPOILERS FOR II BTW)

I do wanna point out that everyone died in front of someone they knew well. Baseball and Nickel, Pickel and Taco, OJ and everyone (especially Paper since the two were just talking), and I assume Soap disappeared alone (because Mic was trying to find her) but she was most likely not alone for too long.

But Toilet? He died by himself

He was yelled at and kicked out of the show by Mephone, someone he spent the entire season trying to get approval of, and when he died no one was there and no one noticed.

At least OJ, Nickel, and Pickle had someone mourning him, at least Soap had someone looking for her, but Toliet was truly alone.

Anyway so I've been thinking about this all day here have what little pokemon friends II characters would have. (not teams cause if I had to choose 6 I'd die)

I only got the 2 polycules and the brothers done so far lol.

Tissues: Cubchoo and Komala. Sleepy babies. Enough said.

Trophy: Scraggy/Scrafty and Cutiefly. Idk I feel like Scraggy or Scrafty would be a good work out vibing buddy and Cutiefly would act as like a little drone for sky photos. Most people in the hotel don't even know Cutiefly is Trophy's they just see her flying around the hotel sometimes and assume it's one of the girl's. (Also Cutiefly would sleep in his cup because yes.)

Cheesy: Alolan Rattata and Lechonk. Alolan Rattata because Cheesy is the type of bitch to name it "Luigi" and Lechonk because that name is funny as hell and Cheesy thinks so too.

Knife: Pancham and Purrserker. Pancham because they have the same vibe and Purrserker because lmao little knife cat man.

Pickel: Treecko and Charjabug. Cause if anyone is gonna have a starter Pokemon it's gonna be the resident video game nerd Pickle. And Charjabug because I think Pickle would think it's cute and Charjabug acts as his personal charger for his phone + switch.

Microphone: Chatot and Liepard. Chatot because colorful song bird that mimics people and Liepard cause Mic would be the type of bitch to keep a large semi feral cat around the house if given the chance and you cannot convince me otherwise. (Liepard and Purrserker cuddle a lot because they're both big ol cats lol)

Mephone4: Minun and Rotom. Minun because I feel like all of the Meeple devices should have Pikachu clones and Mephone would be twinning with 4S and Rotom because if anyone is gonna have a pokemon that can become a fridge and an oven it's gonna be Mephone c'mon.

Mephone4S: Plusle, Sylveon, and Krookodile. I picked three because I physically couldn't narrow it down. Plusle to match with Mephone because they're the brothers fr. Sylveon because he definitely nicknamed her "Kitty" after "Hello Kitty" and Krookodile because.... literally look at it. Krookodile is just 4S as a pokemon. The fact Ash's Krookodile in the anime wears sunglasses doesn't help.

ANYWAY I have no idea if anyone cares about this at all. Probably not but I thought it was cute lol. 12 year old me would be so happy. Good for her BSBDBD. I'm also definitely drawing these later but it's 2am so that's happening tomorrow l.

yay i finally created an au yayayyay it has been in my head ever since i started stanning akb48 and yeah i finally decided to make it public!! ik its kinda stupid but whatever

so uh basically the au is about mephone4 reaching out to aki-p himself and hes like "hey bro wanna collab?" then aki-p is like "ew no why would i collab with an iphone knock off" then mephone was like "cmon bro i have nothing else to do" and then aki-p finally agrees and there we go ins48 is formed wooo!!! ins48 stands for inanimate island 48 (the bold letters are the letters used in the name) (alr yall im gonna write in actual sentences n stuff now woo) unlike in ii where mephone creates everyone, he actually gets the members (the contestants) through auditions. 14 trainees are chosen as members, and those trainees are the first 14 contestants of season 1 of inanimate insanity, all chosen by mephone. 1. their songs are sung in english. they officially debut with the single "beginner", originally performed by akb48. everyone was involved in the title track, and the 2 teams were formed: team epic and team chicken leg. both teams got to perform the coupling songs. the songs were "serious rock'n'roll (majisuka rock'n'roll)" performed by team epic and "cherry blossom petals (sakura no hanabiratachi)" performed by team chicken leg. those two songs are also originally performed by akb48. more stuff about the au coming soon!! also heres the ins48 logo :D

☆Rockstar☆ is a complete 45 chapter long (1000< words) LightBrush Band AU featuring many characters from both Inanimate Insanity and Battle for Dream Island! Also, I have six of my own characters sprinkled in for the cases of both Lightbulb and Paintbrush’s parents, Paintbrush’s manager, and Test Tube’s sister!

Only SOME asks will be answered with art, and that depends on if I feel like it or not. They will probably be little doodles rather than fully rendered art. So, sorry about that!

As of this post being released (I am writing this on August 29th), it will have been a YEAR since I released the first four chapters of ☆Rockstar☆! Being on this journey with everyone involved was such an honor, and it is really fun to see just how much my book has grown!
