Why did Jesus kiss his betrayer?

If he truly forgave him why leave him with the crushing guilt?

Wasn’t forgiveness crueler than resentment in that moment?

Why not curse him to hell?

Why not spit in his face?

Why not allow him a moment to explain?

Why allow Judas to know that to Jesus this was inevitable.

Why allow Judas to know that he was born with sin in his blood?

That he truly had no chance of being good.

I’m gonna be honest here, I admit I was stuck in a hole that others would call a bump. It was a time when I was changing and finding my true self. I met new friends and started different activities, and found someone who changed my life forever. Many of you know that I ramble on about this mystery guy and how wonderfully perfect he is. I’m sure most of you don’t give a shit about what I say in these things, but they’re more for me to talk my feelings and thoughts aloud. And my thoughts and feelings today are that this mystery guy, Frank, is turning 21 today. The man who made the most impact in my life ever is turning 21. I want to wish him the happiest birthday ever, but this is the best I can do. It’s not in person and it’s not personal but it’s the best I can do. He’s done so much for me so why not do whatever it takes to express my feelings for him so the world can see. I can’t wait to be able to finally tell him these kinds of things in person and be able to treat him like a King, the way he deserves to be treated. He’s my rock and knows how to comfort me with his memories. Not many people can do that. He’s different and unique. And I love him with all my heart. So, happy birthday Frank. I love you so much and I hope you have the best day ever babe. Please don’t do anything you’ll regret because we all know what your 21st is about. Please be safe as always and remember that you’ll have to celebrate just ONE more birthday without me. I love you so much Frankie, I really do. I can’t wait to see you.
