Vonel, not exactly my fault that he's the only character from the Ministry of Information that isn't a randomized character AND the only one that wears a uniform. Besides that, UFP (or formally known as "Captain Federation") is one of the members of the Balance of Power and the fictional writer of the CountryPapers written databases. This artwork i'm depicting is the UFP from the first installment of Star Trek (AKA "The Original Series"). This is also the first fullbody artwork of 2025."
