Today, we celebrated with "Kiki" @kmcdonald9753 my friend, protégé in our fitness community, and part of our #UniveraFamily! She just graduated from dental hygiene school and super excited to move forward with building her future in the dental profession as well as helping others in their overall health and wellbeing. #SERVANTLEADERSHIP Community, fellowship, fitness...what a beautiful thing! Saturday, the first of a series of meet-ups, Team Mission "Running For Recovery" 5K Run MeetUp happened at Green Lake in Seattle, WA. What an amazing opportunity and honor to come alongside men and women in #recovery who ran or walked a #5K (3.1 miles) race for the first time ever! I relate, celebrate, and have also overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups. I remember full well the first few steps toward my own #healing, and my first 5K race. #Fitness is my witness!
