Victor Frankenstein October Challenge

Welcome to the official Victor Frankenstein (2015) October Challenge.

Since this is the month of Halloween, what better way to get into the spirit then to revisit a recent favorite movie, Victor Frankenstein? 

You know you miss James McAvoy’s ferocious Victor, Daniel Radcliffe’s complex Igor, Jessica Brown Findlay’s radiant Lorelei, Andrew Scott’s dangerous Turpin and Freddie Fox’s charming but sadistic Finnegan!

The challenge will run from October 6th-October 31st. 

These prompts can apply to fan fiction, fan art, drabbles, graphics, poems, songs, music videos, costumes, etc, whatever you want! Any and all ships are accepted. You can even do something  that involves Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy, (or as James likes to call it ‘RadAvoy’) if you want! Hello! I'm going to make this really quick: it's Igor's POV. It follows the song: ¨I find it very, very easy to be true¨: I think that what he finds 'very easy to be true' is Victor's reputation. I believe people say he's very passionate about things, even mean and violent sometimes. And well, 'I walk the line' because he's ready to adopt Victor's ¨shady¨ morals in order to see him happy. Rec: This really shouldn't work for me because of the wild power imbalance, but I have to say Victor's obvious emotional instability kind of brings it back because Igor is the more grounded of the two. Finnegan is rather an unctuous fellow.

To all of my Victor Frankenstein (2015) fans out there

Who wants to do a special Victor Frankenstein (2015) appreciation month during the month of October? We'll schedule weeks to focus on fanart, fanfic, schedule rewatches of the movie... complete with prompts, fanfic recommendations, etc... maybe I'll finally post the deleted scene from the movie that I always promised. What do you all think? I miss this fandom so much.

13. Has a ship ever broken your heart? Wow...Plenty of them. The ones I most enjoy are the ones that leave me crying. But I’d be lying if there aren’t two of them that really, really broke me. They’re Merthur and Athelnar. The first one was my first ship ever. I won’t tell any spoilers just in case you haven’t watched the show, but it was-- I can’t. It still hurts me, even after almost six years. And, well, Athelnar...We both know about that one and what we feel about it. All the wasted potential and hurt after Athelstan’s death. I don’t have to say anything more about it...We’re in it together :P

20. Talk about a ship you feel alone in shipping. This one was kinda hard, but I finally found it: Igorstein! From the Victor Frankenstein movie. I mean, my sister ships them and I know there are people out there who also do, but I feel alone in it because there is no new content, people don’t talk about it...and I may or may not have already talked my sis’ and best friend’s ears off- I don’t want to bother them anymore 😂 But it was really good! I even read the original script and, somehow, it’s even more canon than in the movie.
