Here’s a novel recommendation for you: Instead of doing the usual happy hour with your co-workers, why not hit up the gym after work today? I know works out might be low on your priority list after a tiring date at the agency, but it can be more recreation than happy hour.
Trust me.
And, often like the ceremonial post-work concoction, it’s an efficient means of bring you closer to your co-workers.( It also has the added benefit of, you know, actually being are you all right .)
After you’ve verified one another dripping sweat as you struggle to keep up inyour workout class, there’s exactly no going back. You’ll be tight for life.
So, instead of having a few alcohols, try ending a sweat. Here are 10 reasons why you should bounce happy hour and work out with your co-workers.
Happy hour doesnt last, but strong figures do.
Getting fit is so much more honoring than a few cases concoctions at happy hour. It’s literally helping you become a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
You can talk office gossip with a back of healthy living.
The gym is a safe seat for that luscious part rumor. If you and your co-worker gym together instead of shedding back a few cases concoctions, you’ve payed the human rights of shed onwhich colleagues are secretly dating.
You’re relieving the stress of the workday not marinating in it.
Exercisewill do you happier than a discounted glass of chardonnay.
When you exercise, you only feel better about “the worlds”. If you associate those happy experiences with your co-worker, your friendship will simply get stronger.

fitblr update
soooo if we're being honest here, though i tried, intermittent fasting kind of totally failed during my furlough time cuz i was home bored all day so i was eating out of my window a lot. i kept up with my workouts but wasn't really sticking to the diet plan. however, i'm back on it now! it was going well and working for the few weeks that i did it before being furloughed so i'm sticking with it :)

looks a little something like this on a daily basis:
8am: black coffee (little cream ok)
12-1pm: lunch, usually 2 eggs + veggies in coconut oil & 2 slices eziekel bread
5pm: optional preworkout protein shake 
6pm(ish): workout
730-8pm: dinner, this week will be stuffed peppers :)
its really not as big of a deal as people make it out to be! much more streamlined and worry free way to eat & live. 5-6 small meal crap is way too hard and leaves me hungrier usually. i think i found my sweet spot with IF :)
