2nd celeb to die in a week. He was a a really good actor, but the fact that it was a "secret cancer battle" makes it even more shocking. Whether it was a secret from the wold or it was a secret in general, makes me think..... We as MEN need to take better care of ourselves and our bodies. Not going to see a doctor is not manly anymore. What's more manly is letting go of pride and ego and ensuring we take care of our bodies getting regular health checks.

The human body needs structure and routine give it direction and it follow. But left to do its own thing the body by nature is lazy, it's will try to use as little energy as possible. Setting reminders/alarms is a good way to build routine whic h will soon become habit. If you find you eat erratically or forget to eat set an alarm or reminder and you will soon see you body will falls into line. #Goals #Gainz #Nutrition #Training #Motivation #Fitness

It seems we live in a world of "F*#karound its" and "maybe pleople". Does nobody have any ambition anymore? If your going to do something, anything at all, do it well! Do it properly and SEE IT THROUGH! Even the smallest task has a starting point and an end result, if you never finish anything how will you ever get anywhere. Pick one thing Stick to it Master it See it through I saw a fully grown man write a list of 10 or more possible jobs/careers on a sheet of paper he entitled "The Game", things he thought he had to do to be successful in life. This list included about 4 full time careers (Personal trainer, Electrician amongst them) and some other smaller ventures. I thought to myself "there is a man (and I say man simply because he's 30+) with no ambition and no direction". He has recently begun studying to become a Electrician and is now looking to study for 3 separate unrelated careers. Why not focus on one, see it out. If it's not for you fine but don't give up before you even start. "Maybe Man" Maybe I should do this Maybe I should be this Maybe this will be better You won't get far like that.
