After the chaos of the Piltover Council meeting, guilt gnawed at you like a relentless, suffocating force. Deep down, you knew Jinx—Vander’s daughter—was the cause of the devastation that had torn through the heart of the city. You couldn’t escape the weight of the promises you’d made long ago: to protect Vi and Powder when they were still just children. Those vows now felt like shattered glass, each piece embedded in your soul. You had failed them. And now, hidden behind the mask of an investigator, you carried your shame like a cloak. It was the only armor that allowed you to survive, to push down the searing ache that never seemed to go away. Months passed, and you thought you had found your rhythm in the cold, distant monotony of your work. Then Ambessa hired you. The aftermath of the beast’s rampage in the prison—the blood, the carnage—shattered that fragile peace. It was the most grotesque thing you’d ever seen. The nightmare still burned in your memory, its horrors etched into your mind like permanent scars. The beast, its monstrous presence a cruel reminder of the violence lurking in every shadow, had torn through the fragile walls of your life, dredging up the dangerous ties to the past you couldn’t outrun.
“How could this beast come out of nowhere?” You whispered, the question hanging in the air like a death sentence. Ambessa’s gaze locked onto you, icy and unyielding. The weight of her authority pressed down on you, suffocating. She leaned forward, her voice low, controlled—laced with quiet menace. “You’re asking the wrong question,” she said, her words like a blade. “It doesn’t matter how it got here. What matters is that it’s here now. And we don’t have the luxury of waiting for answers. We deal with it. We don’t waste time wondering why or how—it’s already cost us too much.” She paused, her eyes narrowing, a flicker of impatience cutting through her otherwise steady demeanor. “If you want to stay in this game, you’ll find out who—or what—created this monster. And you’ll do it fast. Before it costs us more.” You nod, the weight of Ambessa’s words settling heavily in your chest. Without a second thought, you move past the cells, your gaze flicking over them with practiced detachment. You push down the swirling thoughts threatening to overwhelm you, focusing on the task at hand. But as you walk, something pulls your attention—a cell, its door locked with an unnerving sense of finality. Something about it doesn’t sit right, a tension building in your gut.
Before you can step closer to investigate, the soft, rhythmic chime of the elevator cuts through the silence. The doors slide open, and out steps Commander Caitlyn Kiramman, her posture rigid, her face set in the same steely expression you’ve come to recognize. She doesn’t glance at you immediately, but when she does, her eyes flicker with a mixture of curiosity and caution. “Commander,” you murmur, your voice steady but carrying the weight of the unspoken. You can’t help but wonder if she’s here to speak of the very thing that’s been gnawing at your thoughts—the beast, the violence, the past that refuses to stay buried. “How is your investigation?” Caitlyn’s voice was steady, her usual sternness masking the exhaustion you knew she carried. Her sharp blue eyes flicked over you, searching for any hint of progress. You hesitated, your gaze drifting back to the closed cell. “It’s… ongoing,” you replied, the words clipped, as your unease bubbled beneath the surface. She followed your line of sight, noticing your fixation. Without waiting for an invitation, Caitlyn strode past you, her footsteps purposeful, echoing in the silence as she approached the cell. “What is it about this one?” she asked, her tone even, though her curiosity was evident. You didn’t answer immediately, the heaviness in your chest growing. “It’s locked,” you said finally, the words feeling too small for the weight of your unease. “But it’s too quiet. Too… deliberate.” Caitlyn reached out, resting her hand lightly on the cold metal bars. “Let’s open it,” she said decisively, her command leaving no room for argument. The tension in her voice betrayed her own unease, though her face remained calm and unreadable.
As the cell door creaked open, the air grew heavy with an acrid, chemical tang. There, sitting upright in the dim light, was a figure that made your breath hitch—Dr. Reveck. His sunken, hollow eyes locked onto yours, recognition flashing briefly across his face. Then came the cold, calculating glare of someone who had already weighed and dismissed your worth. “You’re persistent,” he murmured, his voice low and rasping, as though it hadn’t been used in days. “But persistence doesn’t make you immune to mistakes.” His lips twitched, a ghost of a smile that never reached his eyes. “What are you here for? To make another mistake?” Before you could respond, Caitlyn’s sharp footsteps echoed through the corridor, her tone cutting the tension. “Dr. Reveck,” she began, her words laced with authority, “you’re going to answer for what you’ve done. Whatever experiments you’ve been running—whatever monsters you’ve unleashed—it ends now.” Reveck’s expression didn’t waver, though his gaze shifted to Caitlyn with a disconcerting calm. “Answers,” he said, almost mockingly. “The only people who demand them are those too weak to seek the truth themselves.” The sudden clang of metal doors opening at the end of the hall signaled Ambessa’s arrival. Her towering figure filled the space, the weight of her presence silencing any retort Caitlyn might have had. Her eyes swept the scene before resting on Reveck. “This is the man responsible?” she asked, her voice an authoritative rumble. Reveck tilted his head slightly, observing Ambessa with a detached curiosity. “And you are?” he asked, his tone clinical, as though dissecting her existence. Ambessa took a step closer, her imposing frame making the cramped cell feel even smaller. “I’m the one deciding whether you’re worth keeping alive,” she said, her voice unwavering. “And right now, you’re not making a good case.”
The tension in the room was palpable, your pulse pounding in your ears as you stood frozen, caught between these forces of will. Caitlyn glanced at you, her expression tight, as if silently willing you to act or speak. Dr. Reveck finally turned back to you, his gaze sharper now, as though seeing past your mask of authority to the pain you’d been carrying. “Tell me,” he said softly, almost conversationally, “are you here to find answers, or are you just running from your own failures?” Before you could answer Dr. Reveck’s cutting remark, the sharp clink of handcuffs broke the silence. Caitlyn had stepped forward, her features stern as she clasped the restraints over Reveck’s thin wrists. “You’ll answer for your crimes,” she said coldly. “But your cooperation might still buy you a sliver of mercy.” Reveck barely flinched, his pale eyes darting between Caitlyn and Ambessa as if calculating the odds of survival. He let out a low, humorless chuckle. “Mercy,” he echoed, his voice dripping with disdain. “A curious word coming from Piltover’s enforcers. Tell me, Commander Kiramman—how does mercy reconcile with the blood already on your hands?” Caitlyn’s jaw tightened, but before she could reply, Ambessa’s voice rumbled from behind her. “Enough.” Her tone brooked no argument as she stepped into the cell, her towering figure filling the cramped space. “Your investigation isn’t finished here,” she said, her eyes locking onto yours with a commanding weight. “You’ve uncovered the man, but not the monster.”
Reveck’s lips curled faintly, a reaction as subtle as it was unsettling. “The beast,” he murmured, as though savoring the word. “You think you’re hunting it, but it’s already closer than you realize. Closer than any of you would dare admit.” Ambessa ignored him, her gaze still fixed on you. “Find it,” she said firmly. “Before this trail goes cold and more lives are lost.”
Reveck’s smile widened slightly, his voice taking on a cryptic edge. “And when you find it,” he said, his tone almost taunting, “you might not like what you uncover.” The weight of his words hung heavy in the air as you exchanged a brief, tense glance with Caitlyn. Without another word, Ambessa turned and walked toward the cell door, her presence commanding the attention of everyone in the room. Caitlyn followed, her hand lingering on her holstered weapon as if still on edge. You stayed behind for a moment longer, your gaze locked with Reveck’s, searching for something in his unflinching expression—a hint of truth, or maybe just an answer you weren’t ready to face.
You stepped out of the cell, the cold air biting against your skin. The echo of Ambessa’s commanding words and Reveck’s cryptic warnings swirled in your head, mixing with Caitlyn’s sharp presence. Every step away from the cell felt heavier, the pressure of what you’d just witnessed settling into the pit of your stomach. Reveck’s words wouldn’t leave you. “You think you’re hunting it, but it’s already closer than you realize.” They repeated in your mind like a haunting refrain, twisting your thoughts into knots. What did he mean? And why did it feel like there was more truth in his taunts than anyone cared to admit? The sterile prison corridor seemed darker now, its shadows crawling up the walls like something alive. A prickle of unease traced up your spine. For a moment, you paused, glancing back at the dim outline of the cell. It felt as though something—or someone—was watching. The air was too quiet, heavy with an unsaid warning. You shook your head and looked down, trying to steady your breaths, but your heart stopped cold. There, lying on the cold, stone floor just ahead of you, was a strand of blue hair. It glimmered faintly in the pale light, its color unmistakable. Powder. Your knees threatened to buckle, but you forced yourself to stay upright. A rush of memories flooded back—her laughter, her wide, curious eyes, the promises you made to her and Vi. And then the explosion, the chaos, and everything that came after. Your breathing quickened as you knelt down and gingerly picked up the strand, its texture soft but alien, almost too delicate for something so steeped in blood and tragedy. How did it get here? And why now?
The corridor seemed to stretch endlessly before you, the walls pressing in tighter. Your pulse thundered in your ears as a hundred questions screamed in your mind, all vying for answers. But one thought rose above them all, clear and sharp as a knife:
She was here.
And if she was here, then what had you missed? What was waiting just beyond the next shadow? You clutched the strand tighter, a knot of fear and determination tightening in your chest. You couldn’t let this go. Not now. Not after everything. With trembling hands and racing thoughts, you turned and walked toward the exit, but every step away from that cell felt like stepping deeper into the unknown.
You pulled your coat tighter around you, the cool night air biting at your skin. Your feet moved again, this time carrying you toward Zaun. If there was even the faintest chance she was there, you had to follow it. Whether you were ready or not, the path ahead was clear. You had to find her. And this time, you couldn’t fail. You had been at it for hours—no, days—piecing together fragments of evidence that felt more like whispers in the dark. Each lead took you deeper into Zaun’s underbelly: a blood trail smeared across cracked pavement, scorch marks that didn’t belong, and the eerie testimonies of those too afraid to say much at all. The closer you got, the more everything started pointing to one place. You’d seen the tunnel marked on old maps of Zaun—a forgotten artery deep within the district, barely mentioned anymore except in hushed tones. Something had happened there, something people were afraid to talk about. Standing at its mouth now, you could feel the weight of the place pressing on you like a physical force. The green chemfog swirled thickly, the heavy air carrying a stench of rust, decay, and something faintly metallic. It was quiet, unnervingly so, the usual hum of Zaun’s machinery conspicuously absent. You stepped forward cautiously, every instinct screaming at you to turn back. But the faintest trace of blood along the ground caught your attention, leading you further in. Whatever had been here—or was still here—wasn’t human. And yet, you couldn’t shake the feeling that this wasn’t just a hunt for a monster. This was something personal, a shadow from your past reaching out to drag you back. As you stood at the edge of the tunnel, Dr. Reveck’s voice echoed in your mind, his words heavy with warning.
“You think you’re hunting it, but it’s already closer than you realize.”
The memory of his cold, detached tone sent a shiver down your spine. You tried to brush it off, focus on the task at hand. But it wasn’t easy. There was something about the way he’d looked at you, almost pitying, that gnawed at your resolve.
“You might not like what you uncover.”
The blood trail led further into the shadows, growing thicker, fresher. Each step you took seemed to confirm the truth of his cryptic warning. This wasn’t just a trail—it was a trap, a path carved by something that knew you’d follow. Despite yourself, fear clawed at the edges of your mind. You gripped your weapon tightly, the sound of your own breathing loud in the suffocating silence. If Dr. Reveck was right, if it was closer than you realized, then maybe—just maybe—it wasn’t the beast you were hunting anymore. Your heart pounded in your chest as you ventured deeper into the tunnel, every nerve on edge. The oppressive darkness seemed alive, pressing down on you as if the walls themselves wanted to swallow you whole. Then, breaking through the suffocating silence, you heard it—a voice. A familiar cry echoed through the hollow passage, carrying a name you hadn’t heard in years.
“Powder.”
Your breath hitched, and without thinking, your feet carried you toward the sound. The cry was raw, desperate, and unmistakable. It clawed at the memories you’d buried deep—days spent in the smog-filled streets of Zaun, promises whispered in the dead of night. You turned a corner, and there they were. The sight stopped you cold. Vi was locked in a brutal struggle, her movements sharp and relentless as she fought the towering monstrosity before her. Jinx—no, Powder—was nearby, her chaotic energy radiating even in the chaos, her laughter twisted with something between joy and pain. The beast, its hulking form both animal and something far worse, loomed over them. You stood frozen for a moment, unable to reconcile the scene before you. The two sisters you had sworn to protect were here, together again, fighting a nightmare brought to life. This wasn’t just a fight—it was their fight. But as the beast’s roar shook the walls of the tunnel, you knew you couldn’t just stand there. Not this time. You swung your electro-baton again, sending a crack of electricity through the beast’s thick hide. It staggered back, growling low, but you were ready to strike again. Then, a voice you hadn’t heard in what felt like ages cut through the chaos, sharp and frantic.
“Y/N?”
Your heart skipped a beat, and you turned, breath catching. There, standing in front of you with wide, shocked eyes, was Jinx. But it wasn’t just her surprise that caught your attention—it was the frantic energy radiating from her as her gaze flickered between you and the monster. Before you could even process the situation, Vi’s voice rang out, filled with desperation. “Get out of the way!” she yelled, her eyes locking onto the beast just as it made a move in your direction. The words barely registered before you heard the guttural growl of the creature, its monstrous form lunging toward you, faster than you could react. Your instincts kicked in just in time as you dove to the side, pushing Jinx out of the way and out of the path of the beast. In the chaos of the moment, you felt a sharp pang in your chest—Jinx’s face, twisted with a mixture of fear and resolve, flashed in your mind for just a second. She wasn’t ready to lose him again. But the situation was slipping further from control, and you couldn’t afford to wait any longer. Before you could strike, a hand shot out, gripping your arm with surprising strength. You whirled around, heart pounding, only to find Powder standing there. Her eyes were wide, frantic, pleading. “Stop!” she cried, her voice desperate, barely above a whisper. But it was enough to freeze you in place, your pulse hammering in your ears. The world seemed to slow as Powder’s frantic cry echoed in your mind.
“It’s Vander.”
For a moment, you couldn’t breathe. The name hung in the air, shattering everything you thought you knew. Your heart pounded against your ribs, memories of Vander flooding your mind—his hands, strong yet tender, holding you close during the darkest times. His laugh, the warmth he exuded when the world around you seemed so cold. He had been your everything. You had loved him with every fiber of your being. But this thing, this beast, it was not the man you had known. This creature, with its bloodshot eyes and twisted form, was not Vander. It couldn’t be. Your hands shook as you tightened your grip on the electro-baton, but it felt wrong—so wrong. The memories of him, so vivid and painful, clashed with the grotesque beast standing before you. You felt sick to your stomach, a wave of guilt crashing over you. You had failed him. Failed to save him. And now, you couldn’t even bring yourself to end the nightmare he had become. Your breath hitched as Powder stepped forward, desperation in her voice. “Please, Y/N, stop. I know it’s him. I can feel him in there. I won’t let you hurt him again.” Her words were a plea, a fragile hope in the storm. But your heart twisted with doubt. You could still hear the screams, the way the beast had ravaged everything in its path. And yet… something in Powder’s eyes, something in her raw desperation, made you falter.
The beast—Vander—lurched forward, its eyes locking onto you with an intensity that nearly paralyzed you. Every memory you had ever shared with him felt like it was being ripped from your chest.“Vander,” you whispered, the word slipping from your lips before you could stop it. The weight of it crushed you. You had spent so many years believing that Vander was lost, that the man you loved was gone. But here he was, in some twisted form, and it was as if everything you had been through had led you to this moment. Powder’s voice trembled as she pleaded once more. “Please, Y/N. Trust me. It’s him. Don’t hurt him. He’s still in there.” The battle inside you was unbearable. Every part of you screamed to fight, to destroy the beast before it could hurt anyone else. But Powder’s face—the vulnerability, the fear—held you in place. Your heart ached for her, for the girl who had once been Powder, the girl who had believed so deeply in the man who had been Vander. And for a long moment, you did nothing. Your body, your mind, were paralyzed by the weight of it all.
You wanted to believe her, wanted to believe that Vander was still there somewhere beneath that monstrous exterior. You swallowed hard, the tears threatening to break free. Slowly, shakily, you lowered the electro-baton, letting it fall to your side. It felt like an eternity, the weight of the decision heavier than any battle you had ever fought. The beast—Vander—let out a low growl, and for a split second, it seemed to hesitate, its glowing eyes softening. And then, before you could process what was happening, it lunged. In a split-second, you shoved Vi out of the way, your body reacting faster than your mind could follow. You felt the beast’s claws rake across your shoulder, pain searing through your skin. The world blurred for a moment, your vision flickering as you stumbled backward, feeling weaker by the second. And then, amidst the chaos, the word tore from your chest.
“Vander…”
The sound of his name was a raw, guttural cry, one that echoed through the tunnels, through your soul. The pain hit you harder than any wound could. Vander, that name, those memories—they tore you apart. You had vowed to protect Vi and Powder, to keep them safe from the horrors of the world, yet here you stood, helpless. The love you had for him, for both of them, never faded. But now? Now you wondered if you'd failed them all. Could you ever undo the damage, or was it too late to save any of them? This couldn’t be happening. He couldn’t be this. But here he was, and you couldn’t turn away. Not now. Not after everything.
As the beast—the twisted, monstrous form of Vander—pins you to the ground, his massive claw digs into your shoulder, a searing pain that nearly overwhelms you. Your body is trembling, pinned beneath his weight, but you find the strength to cry out. “Vander!” The word escapes your lips like a prayer, a cry full of pain, longing, and grief. For a fleeting moment, the ferocity in his bloodshot eyes falters. There’s a flicker of something, a split-second recognition that makes your heart ache with hope, even as your breath hitches in terror. The claws dig deeper, and for a second, you wonder if it’s all over. The beast’s heavy breaths rattle through your chest, but you can’t stop. This has to be the moment. This has to reach him. With what strength you have left, you lift your free hand and place it gently on his massive claw, the very one that could end your life. You speak the words that have haunted your thoughts, words full of both love and desperate sorrow, knowing they might be the last you ever speak to him.
“It’s me... your sunshine.”
The words hang in the air, fragile and raw, and for a heartbeat, time seems to stop. The beast’s gaze flickers—just for a moment—as if the sound of your voice stirs something deep within him. There’s a trembling hesitation in his claw, as if he’s hearing something buried beneath the rage and the pain, something that reminds him of who he was. In the chaos of your heart, you realize your words are more than a plea. They’re a lifeline thrown into a sea of darkness, hoping that some part of Vander will catch it. For a heartbeat, you feel the world shift, the crushing weight of the beast’s form loosening as something human flickers in the depths of his eyes. His growls soften, his body stills, as if struggling against the flood of memories. Then, as if through a fog, his voice—gravelly, strained, broken—rumbles from the depths of his throat, just a whisper but heavy with a history that neither of you could erase.
“Y/N…?”
The name feels like a weight lifted off your chest, like the first breath after drowning. His voice is there, faint, but real. Vander is still in there. You can feel it—the man you loved, the one who had promised to always protect you, the one who had once held you close during the darkest nights, is right here in front of you. Tears blur your vision, and your body trembles, caught between the raw pain, the disbelief, and a flood of emotions you never thought you’d face again. With a trembling breath, you whisper, “It’s me, Vander… it’s your Y/N…” In that moment, his once ferocious red eyes flicker. A slow shift begins, and your heart seizes in your chest as you see something break through the fog—a glimmer of blue and green cutting through the fire. For a single, fleeting second, you see Vander there, in his eyes. The man you loved. The protector who had once carried you through the worst storms. It’s real. He’s still in there. The grip around you tightens, not with violence, but with a deep, consuming desperation. His body trembles with something far greater than rage—something more human. His chest releases a low, guttural breath, the growl that once shook the air now softened, trembling with the weight of all that he has become, all he’s lost.
He’s no longer the man you remember, not entirely. But he’s not the beast either. No longer fully consumed by it. It’s somewhere in between, and in that space, you cling to him like you’ve never clung to anything before. You feel his hands, so monstrous and terrifying in their size, holding you close— holding you. He pulls you in with a desperation that makes your chest ache, his form trembling as if he’s afraid you might slip away again, as if this might all vanish in an instant. The sheer weight of him, the warmth of his touch, releases everything you’ve buried deep inside—the fear, the questions, the pain, the grief. Every memory of him, of what you lost, surfaces and consumes you. Your sobs come, raw and uncontrollable. The sound fills the air between you, as you let go of everything you’ve carried alone all this time. And in the grip of this agony, in the midst of your sobbing breaths, you feel Vander—the man who once loved you—is still fighting to hold onto you, still fighting to be the protector he once was. His arms, still massive, still deadly, are now filled with tenderness. He doesn’t need to speak, not yet. His embrace says everything. He’s still here, he’s still fighting, and he hasn’t forgotten you. In that moment, you realize that the beast, the rage, the monstrous form—none of it can take away who he was, who he still is to you. Tears blur your vision even more, but you no longer try to stop them. You let them fall freely, because in the midst of the devastation, the pain, and the years you spent wondering if this day would ever come, you know— he’s here. Not just in body, but in soul. And you’ll hold on to him, no matter what form he takes. You’ll fight for him, just as he fought for you.
As Vander’s gaze shifts toward Powder and Vi, his monstrous form trembles slightly, and the flicker of recognition in his eyes softens further. Despite the beast he has become, there's a tenderness in the way he moves, his massive arm opening wide, offering a place for them to find solace in his embrace. The look in their eyes is a mix of agony and hope, the weight of everything they've endured written across their faces. It’s clear they’re torn between fear of what he’s become and the desire to believe that the father they once knew is still inside.
Without a word, you reach out, your voice quiet but full of emotion.
“Go to him. He’s still your father. He’s still here with us.”
The words are simple, but they carry the weight of years of grief, the ache of a lost family and the hope of its fragile restoration. Powder’s eyes fill with tears, and Vi, standing beside her, slowly steps forward. The two of them move together, drawn toward Vander’s open arms, like a long-buried longing finally being met. They collapse into his embrace, and the world around you seems to pause. Vander, in his monstrous form, holds them close, his massive arms gentle yet desperate, as though he’s afraid they might disappear if he holds them too loosely. The pain, the fear, all of it melts away in this moment, replaced by something simple—love. He’s still their father, still the protector who had raised them. Even now, with all the darkness and the destruction surrounding them, Vander is here, alive, and for this moment, whole.
And you stand back, watching them hold each other. The tears in your own eyes sting as you witness the reunion, knowing that, despite everything, the heart of the man you loved is still present. He is their father— your Vander—and for that, you are thankful.

yandere arcane x reader from the undercity
SUMMARY: yandere arcane x undercity reader
WARNINGS: 18+ as always on my blog, though the work is safe for work. Typical yandere shenanigans.
mild spoilers for season two in Caitlyn’s part, but I think I managed to avoid season two spoilers in every other part.
MASTERLIST: https://www.tumblr.com/leth-writes/757800060720496640/requests-open?source=share
Requests are open!
SILCO
Silco’s job is made a whole lot easier by you being a citizen of Zaun. He’s able to pretty effectively track you around the undercity without much effort, hell, he might even sick Sevika on you just to follow you around and take notes, who knows.
He’s really obsessive about making sure you’re safe. Before you’ve met, he’s got someone on you constantly, taking notes and giving him a detailed list of everything you do. He also manages to bug your apartment. He likes watching you just putter around, it helps put him at ease.
I think he’d have an easier time rationalizing his affection for a darling from the undercity; his whole goal is to make the undercity sovereign, and if you share those goals, he’ll give you a little more wiggle room. You still won’t be able to leave The Last Drop, like at all, but you’ll definitely get a bit more space than he would normally allow a darling to have.
Since you’re so familiar with the undercity, collaring and tagging you is a necessity for him. He can’t have you running away, so he gets Singed to embed a fucking tracker. You won’t even feel a thing, it happens before you even gain consciousness that first day.
Spends a lot of time breaking you down so you never try to run away; everyone knows how important you are to him, and that puts a target on your back.
VI or JINX
She doesn’t really care all that much. It’s a bit easier to get her to open up, but beyond that, I think she just sees the undercity as like the baseline, she doesn’t even consider that she would end up with someone from the topside.
SEVIKA
Makes her job a hell of a lot easier. You already know her reputation, you’re never gonna disobey her. Don’t even think about it.
Makes sure you stay on the premises of The Last Drop, keeps you cooped up most of the time. SHe’s worried you’ll run away if she takes you out, though she keeps you entertained by buying you trinkets and takeout. You’re just amazed to see stuff from the topside, you’ve never been, and it’s easy to keep you busy.
You’re like a kid, staring at the snow globe she buys you. She genuinely thinks you haven’t moved all day.
VIKTOR
Also makes his job easier. As a person from the Undercity, you understand his backstory in a way someone like Jayce never would.
It also makes it easier to keep you isolated. You do face discrimination as an undercity person when you’re topside, which keeps you running into his arms. He knows you could beat him up, it wouldn’t be hard, but you would have no way to get back home, and your quality of life has shot way up anyways.
Your relationship is actually probably the healthiest out of everyone on this list, just by virtue of him feeling free to take you around town, though he does use the discrimination to subtly remind you not to leave him. You might not even notice you’ve technically been kidnapped, he’s so subtle.
CAITLYN
Season one Caitlyn doesn’t mind all that much.
Season two Caitlyn treats you like a fucking pet. She acts like you’re… lower than her. She loves you so, so much, but she definitely doesn’t trust you the way she would trust someone from Piltover. You’re never leaving the house, and you’ll never return home. She plans on cleaning the place out, anyways, so it’s not safe for you down there.
She probably keeps you on sedatives. She views you as slightly dangerous, so she isn’t willing to take that chance.
You’re a lot more pliant when you can’t tell up from down, and she’s free to just cuddle with you without a worry in the world.

Promises
Vi x Reader (Part Two)
(Childhood friends to lovers…)
Love will drive you crazy.
A/N: Leave it to a woman to inspire me to write again. <3
Tumblr media
“And promise you’ll come back?”
If only you’d known how long those words stuck with Vi.
For years she had been kept in this prison, her age passing by faster than she could keep count as the days moved on. The gray walls and dreary interior she had become so accustomed to would be her undoing, she thought. The constant torment by the guards, being forced to live with those she always opposed, every reminder that she needed to get out, all of it in the end would amount to nothing. She feared she’d become nothing more than a statistic among the rest of the previous lane's residents.
She feared she’d never get back to you.
That was, of course, until a strange enforcer came to her rescue. Well… rescue was a strong word. In her eyes it was as if she was being taken from one cage to another.
“In what mad world would I trust someone like you?” She remembered the girl saying.
“Someone like you.”
They were all the same.
But she knew this girl was her best bet out of this place. Back to her sister and back to you.
So, with a slightly wounded ego and a more hopeful outlook on life, given her two goals were now closer than ever, she left with the enforcer.
It was as if she appeared from nowhere. When she showed up, Vi truthfully thought she was going to get another “talk”. Instead, however, she was set free. With a price of course. She knew better than anyone than to trust an enforcer, so she kept her distance. Although, she couldn’t help but be thankful for her help even if it meant giving some kind of information in return.
For the first time in years, Vi was able to move freely, hear the sounds of people bustling about, and see actual colors other than the dismal gray that engulfed the entirety of Stillwater. She wasn’t going to let some enforcer stop her from at least stretching her legs as she got reacclimated to the world around her. It wasn’t until the enforcer caught up with her once again did she realize she wasn’t going to just leave her alone.
“Where are we going?” The enforcer asked. Vi had learned her name to be Caitlyn, and honestly she was just trying to lose her but somehow she always found her way back. She suppressed the urge to roll her eyes, not even bothering to turn back towards her.
“We’re going to visit a friend.” She answered simply, her hood pulled up to cover her tattooed skin and her ever present pink hair. Although the crowd of the people of the lanes was a diverse bunch, someone like Vi would still be easily recognizable for those who knew to look for her, and she was sure there would be a few.
“Will this friend help us?” Caitlyn questioned skeptically, quickening her pace for a moment to catch up with Vi before slowing her pace once again. It was clear she was unsure of Vi's methods, probably letting what she had “learned” about the people of the undercity make her imagination go wild. She too kept her hood up, but less out of keeping her identity hidden, and more as if she was trying to shield herself from the strange new world around her. She had never been to the fissures first hand… and it was a lot to take in.
With her hands tucked into the pockets of her new, freshly stolen jacket, Vi sighed.
“If I say yes will you hurry up?” She asked with a sarcastically sweet smile on her face as she turned slightly to Caitlyn. The blue haired enforcer, now left with little options given that Vi was her only sense of direction, simply nodded in response and followed wherever Vi was headed with a hastened pace.
Luckily for Caitlyn, their route didn’t contain any parkour.
Vi hurriedly made her way through the streets of the Undercity with one place in mind. She had no idea where you could be after all these years, if you were even still here. So, to keep from losing her sanity all at once, she started at the place where everything used to make sense. She couldn’t help but feel her heartbeat quicken ever so slightly, fluttering with even a tinge of hope that things would be just as they once were. With you waiting outside the door, wondering when she’d be free to hang out. Just like how it used to be.
But instead of being greeted with both the nostalgic warm glow off the sign outside of the bar, and you waiting by the door, she was met with a jarring bright green neon eye that framed the sign. People hung around outside, some clearly drunk off their ass, while others picked fights. Two guards stood outside, keeping people out of the, what seemed to now be exclusive, bar.
This wasn’t right. None of this was.
Vi’s grip on the bar that he hands rested on tightened as she looked at the scene before her. If this had changed, she couldn’t imagine what else had happened.
And now she hadn’t a clue in the world where to look for you.
Little did she know, you really weren’t that far from her.
You, like many others in the Undercity, had to make ends meet.
You had to learn to survive.
And as a kid who lost everyone close to them, you really didn’t have many choices. So, you started from the bottom, working in the mines as many other kids your age did and worked your way up. Unfortunately, working in the mines meant you were working for Silco. The kingpin of the lanes. You couldn’t escape him if you tried. No one could, it seemed. The more you worked up and out of the mines, the closer you got to the man himself. Of course you never got to any influential role like his right hand. That title was reserved for Sevika.
But you didn’t need anything like that. You just wanted to survive, you didn’t want to have any real influence.
Who knew from starting out in the mines, you would one day work your way up into working in the bar that you once thought to be a home of some sorts. In your eyes, everyone but Powder had died in that accident all those years ago. You never did find out exactly what had happened and you figured it would be for the best not to ask. That was the best way to get around in a place that involved such sketchy business.
Keep your head down and don’t ask questions.
That’s how you got as far as you did.
What’s the point in asking questions you probably don’t want the answers to.
Every day you came into this bar to work, you couldn’t help but feel an unfathomable weight of guilt on your shoulders. You felt as if you let this happen. You felt as if you could’ve done something to stop Silco from practically desecrating the one thing everyone had left of Vander, other than the statue that was built in his honor. You felt as if you had done a disservice to Vi.
You knew how much Vi cared about those around her, and of course you also knew how much her sister meant to her. You never directly told her but you always knew that if anything had happened to Vi or Vander, you’d help out Powder.
But when the need arose, you realized far too late.
The first day you had come in to work at your new position, just as a regular busser, you hadn’t expected much. You had no interest in the company Silco kept so you never made it your business. Until one day, you were cleaning off a table when a blue haired girl came waltzing in the front door. Her demeanor was cheerful but… with a noticeable edge. There was something off about her. You simply ignored it, figuring it was not worth asking questions until you heard her laugh.
It was as if a strike of lightning struck through your entire being at that moment.
It couldn’t be. Could it?
You slowly turned once again to look back at the blue haired girl. A blue haired girl with even bluer eyes. Her laugh was identical to the one you had come to know very well all those years ago. It was then it clicked with you, that girl was Powder. She was here all along and you never knew. She was alive this whole time. You could’ve done something. You could’ve helped. And instead, here she was under Silcos care when she should’ve been under yours.
But then again, what could you have done? You too were just a child barely able to scrape together enough to make a living on your own, let alone take care of another altogether. Clearly that's not what mattered, what mattered was keeping Powder safe, what mattered was doing what you had secretly promised to Vi. What mattered was-
“Did you hear me?” A low voice broke you from your train of thought as you fluttered your eyelids and shook your head. You then looked up at the women before you who had spoken up just moments prior. You panicked a bit, immediately recognizing the woman to be Sevika, Silco’s cold hearted right hand. She grumbled under her breath knowing damn well you hadn’t heard a single word she just said before repeating,
“Clean this up.” She huffed, her eyelids lowering slightly as she stared at you.
“Right.” You replied quickly before quickly moving to grab your bucket and practically scooping all the dirty dishes into it to bring back to clean. You tried not to draw too much attention to yourself by just doing what was asked of you quick and easy, but it was hard not to let your mind run away from you when being in a place such as this. A place that meant so much to you and you could do nothing but sit back and watch it burn.
As you went back to clean the dishes, you noticed Sevika had gotten up and began to follow you. Great, you upset one of the three main people you never wanted to get on the bad side of.
Good going.
You braced yourself to be ridiculed or fired before you heard Sevika speak up.
“Hey, you.” She called out, to which you turned around, a questioning look on your face as you looked behind you before looking back at her. “Yes, you. Come here.” She called out, now very clearly looking directly at you. If you were wearing boots you’d be shaking in them by now. You listened, of course, and walked towards her, leaving behind your container of dishes on a counter nearby.
Once you made your way towards her, you simply made a gesture of acknowledgement, not speaking up as you waited for her to continue.
“I need you to handle something for me. You don’t talk much, that’s good.” She spoke, her voice low and gritty as she leaned towards you as if trying to keep, whatever she was about to let you in on, a secret. You were just a busser, you weren’t supposed to be involved in any of the bigger things, this isn't what you wanted.
Then again, you were just a busser, so there was no possible way that whatever Sevika wanted to suddenly burden you with was going to be all that damning, right?
“I have a ‘meeting’ tomorrow and I need someone else to go with. Don’t talk, don’t play, don;t do anything, you just have to be there. Got it?” She asked, well actually more like demanded. Then you realized, this ‘meeting’ was just another one of her gambling sessions. She must be playing something that involves two players and as someone who clearly doesn’t want to be in the way, she wouldn’t have to worry about you trying to snuff her out while playing.
You felt as if the entire weight of the world lifted off of your shoulders.
“Got it.” You responded.
“Rotten luck boys.” Sevika gloated, throwing her deck onto the table as the two men before both of you huffed and growled having now the last majority of their money that they likely had saved for this occasion.
Just before she could say anything else, the sound of a sudden impact flew through the air, and before you could ever process what had just happened you watched as a streak of pink flew past your vision. The two men that had once been sitting before you had scurried off, grabbing some of their belongings in the process, clearly not wanting to be involved.
You looked over to Sevika who was now partly on the floor as she grasped her jaw before looking up at the culprit.
“Vi?” You whispered at the same time as Sevika as you both gazed upon the pink haired woman who currently had her back turned towards you.
Vi quickly turned back around to face you both, her eyes quickly glancing at you but her gaze didn’t linger as her focus was clearly on Sevika. Without another word shared between the two of them, punches were thrown, blows were dealt, and the sound of faces hitting concrete became more frequent than you ever would have liked it to.
You backed off, staring at the scrap before you as your eyes remained locked on the pink haired woman. There was no way that was Vi. It couldn’t be, she was killed with everyone else right? Perhaps, this was just a woman who just happened to look like Vi..? You racked through your brain with a million reasons for this to somehow be possible. None of which involved this truly being Vi. You didn’t want to let your hopes up like that.
It wasn’t until you tuned back into the fight had you realized that Vi had kicked Sevika through a wall and was now holding her to the ground.
“Where’s my sister, where is he keeping her!” She demanded, holding her fist to Sevika’s face. It was then you realized, this really was Vi. From the voice, the fighting ability, the hair. You couldn’t deny it, it truly was her.
Your heart raced with excitement as you realized she was alive. She was really alive.
But if Sevika had her way, that wouldn’t be the case for long.
She drove her clawed metal hand into Vi’s abdomen, wounding her greatly.
You didn’t know what to do, if you spoke out against Sevika and lived you would be hunted for sport by Silco’s men, or Sevika herself. If you didn’t do anything, Vi was right on track to die.
Before you could make a decision, you heard the whirring of Sevika’s arm as she stood once again, grabbing Vi and holding her in place.
“Hm, oh. And I almost forgot, a friend of yours wanted to say hi.” She taunted as she tilted Vi’s dreary face towards you. You watched as her face that was riddled with pain changed ever so slightly with shock as she recognized you.
“Sunshine…?” She said quietly. The nickname that she had given you all those years ago. before you both turned back to Sevika as the sound of her arm powering up filled the air. Vi looked as if she had given up by this point, having no more strength in her to fight.
You had to help, you had to do something. You weren’t going to sit by and let this happen.
You weren’t going to lose her again.

CaitVi Streamer Headcanons
Tumblr media
Streamer Caitlyn x Streamer Vi x female Reader Headcanons
Tumblr media
1. Streamer Chaos
Caitlyn’s streams are polished, focused, and often tactical, whether she’s dominating in FPS games or discussing strategies with her chat. She’s the analytical one, always reading her opponents and responding gracefully, even in defeat.
Vi, on the other hand, streams pure chaos. She’s loud, competitive, and incredibly reactive to the highs and lows of her games. Her stream often involves a lot of trash-talking, slamming the desk (lightly), and sometimes standing up mid-game to shout at the screen.
You? You’re their grounding force, occasionally wandering between the two setups to bring snacks, drinks, or calm them down when a particularly intense game has them riled up.
2. Cute Interactions on Stream
Sometimes, you appear on Vi’s stream just to egg her on. “Babe, Cait’s gonna destroy you again if you keep rushing in like that,” you tease, leaning into her frame.
Caitlyn's chat loves seeing you pop into her stream because you always bring a sense of calm. You’ll hand her a cup of tea or sneak a kiss to her cheek, prompting Caitlyn’s infamous deadpan: “Don’t let Vi see this, she might cry.”
When Caitlyn and Vi stream together, their streams are full of back-and-forth banter, playful insults, and moments of teamwork that go hilariously wrong. You’re often caught in the crossfire when they drag you into their antics.
3. Dinner Drama
After Caitlyn utterly demolishes Vi in an intense round of Apex Legends, Vi refuses to speak. You bring dinner to the table, trying not to laugh at her overdramatic huffs and pouts.
Caitlyn doesn’t help, though. She casually asks for a dinner roll, knowing full well it’ll set Vi off. As predicted, Vi flings the roll at Caitlyn, who dodges dramatically before laughing and picking it up. “You missed, sweetheart.”
Caitlyn leans over Vi’s chair, wrapping her arms around her and pressing teasing kisses to her cheek. “I can’t believe you let this unhinged mongoose beat you,” she murmurs, her tone dripping with amusement. Vi tries to hold back a smile, but her mumbled “shut up” only makes you both giggle harder.
4. Protective Moments
Vi’s chat can get rowdy, and while most fans adore your presence, there’s always a troll or two who makes snide comments about you. The first time it happens, Vi is not having it. She stops her game mid-round, fixes her camera with a death glare, and goes on a fiery rant about respecting her girlfriend.
Caitlyn, however, handles trolls differently. She’ll casually ban them without a second thought, coolly saying, “You’re clearly not here for the right reasons. Bye.” Her chat cheers her on every time.
You feel so loved by how fiercely they both protect you, though you often tell them not to worry about the comments. “They’re just jealous they don’t get dinner rolls thrown at them by Vi,” you joke.
5. Competitive Chaos
When Vi loses a game to Caitlyn (which happens often), she’ll dramatically collapse into your lap while you’re sitting nearby, whining, “Why are you with her when she’s such a bully?”
You can’t help but laugh, running your fingers through her hair. Caitlyn, from her desk, will smirk and say, “Because I bring her snacks and don’t break my keyboard after every loss.”
One time, Vi gets so worked up after losing three matches in a row that she challenges Caitlyn to a physical game of Mario Kart. You end up being the neutral referee, though you mostly just laugh as Vi leans so far into the turns she nearly falls off the couch.
6. Sweet Moments Behind the Scenes
After an exhausting stream, the three of you cuddle up on the couch. Caitlyn leans against your shoulder while Vi sprawls across both of you. Despite their competitive nature on stream, they’re both soft with you, taking turns to kiss your temple and thank you for always being there for them.
On Caitlyn’s birthday stream, you and Vi plan a surprise. Mid-stream, you burst into her room with a cake and balloons, and her normally calm demeanor breaks into pure joy. The chat floods with hearts as she pulls both of you into a hug, her headset awkwardly bumping against your face.
7. Dealing With the Drama
The three of you sit down together to discuss handling fan toxicity when it flares up. Caitlyn insists on stricter moderation rules, while Vi wants to call out every disrespectful fan by name.
“Babe, you can’t go to war with every troll,” Caitlyn tells Vi, amused.
“Watch me,” Vi responds, though she eventually agrees that focusing on the positive outweighs feeding into the negativity.
8. Fan Favorites
Fans adore how much Caitlyn and Vi clearly love you. Compilations of the three of you interacting flood YouTube and TikTok, with titles like "Cutest Streamer Trio Moments!"
Your favorite clip? The time Caitlyn leaned over to kiss Vi after a win, only for you to pop up in the background and say, “Forgetting something?” Both of them immediately pulled you into frame for kisses, and the chat exploded with comments about how lucky you all were to have each other.

⋆。゚After reading this, would you be up for another date with these girls? I know I definitely would. ゚。⋆
— Vi, Caitlyn, Sevika, and Jinx… with a rare appearance by Katarina and Elise.
Tumblr media
VI.
With her vibrant and overwhelming energy, she immediately sweeps you off your feet, her confident smile whispering without words: "Today will be a day you’ll never forget." She leads you to a secret corner of Zaun, a place iconic with mystery and charm. It might be an underground bar, hidden in the shadows, or a secret viewpoint only visible to her, a spot that feels like it belongs to her and her memories. She loves the idea of offering you a unique window into her world, showing you every corner from a perspective only she can understand.
Vi is full of energy and vitality, always ready to challenge the routine with new adventures. She loves surprising you with unexpected plans, like inviting you to an impromptu race through the bustling underground market or suggesting a friendly fight in an arena that appears out of nowhere. Everything she does aims to make you smile or leave you in awe with her agility and skill. Excitement and fun are her way of connecting with you, showing you her bold and charming side.
She can’t help but stare at you every time she thinks you're not looking. She wonders how someone like you ended up in her life and if she truly deserves such immense happiness. That mix of innocence and vulnerability makes her even more enchanting.
Though she struggles to express her feelings with romantic words, her way of showing affection is even more sincere and direct. If she senses you're cold, she won’t hesitate to offer you her jacket as a gesture of protection and care. In moments of closeness, she’ll take your hand without warning, silently merging her presence with yours, but in a way that speaks volumes. And sometimes, she’ll remain quiet by your side, relishing in the simple joy of sharing the same space, letting the silence say what words can’t.
As the date comes to an end, she approaches you with a charming smile, her eyes sparkling with that mischievous glint only she knows how to express. With a soft sigh, she leans in, letting the moment take over, and in a warm, conspiratorial whisper, she says, "What do you think? Shall we indulge in this again tomorrow?"
CAITLYN.
The date begins with a meticulously planned invitation, in a refined location in Piltover. Picture an elegant restaurant atop a tower, where the city lights stretch out like a cloak of stars, or perhaps a private garden surrounded by exotic flowers, enveloped in an air of absolute tranquility. Caitlyn wants everything to be perfect, because to her, every small detail carries profound meaning.
The conversation flows naturally, as if each shared word is a mutual discovery. Caitlyn genuinely shows interest in your thoughts and opinions, asking questions that invite reflection, exploring every corner of your mind. Her soft, enchanting laughter escapes with each witty remark you make, a sincere response to the spark she finds in your words.
At several moments, you may feel her gaze fixed on you, attentive and full of tenderness, as if she wants to preserve every gesture of yours in her memory. Though she doesn't say it aloud, every second spent with you is a true luxury for her heart, a moment she treasures more than words could express.
Throughout the evening, she surprises you with small, carefully chosen gifts—presents that reflect how much attention she pays to your tastes and desires. A rare, delicate flower, which she explains symbolizes something deep and unique; or a book she assures you, with a smile, you'll greatly enjoy.
The end of the date arrives with a softness that leaves a warm sensation in the air. Perhaps a gentle, respectful kiss on the hand, or a caress on the cheek that speaks more than words ever could. Caitlyn smiles, and with a promise full of mystery, assures you that the next encounter will be even more special, leaving in your heart the certainty that something truly unique has just begun.
SEVIKA.
She picks you up with a calmness that disarms, as if nothing could disturb her tranquility, and leads you to a corner of Zaun where the noise dulls, even though the chaos still lingers in the air. Perhaps you step into an underground club, where the music, vibrant and enveloping, seems to pull you out of time, or into a hidden spot that serves the best food in the area, like a small refuge amidst the madness.
She isn't one for many words, but her mere presence conveys a deep sense of security, an anchor in a sea of uncertainty. When she looks at you, it’s with an intensity that goes beyond the physical, as if she could read every thought passing through your mind, though it's also clear she enjoys your company, as if you were in her favorite place in the world.
Throughout the date, her protective instinct naturally reveals itself. If someone bothers you or if the crowd becomes overwhelming, you barely have time to react before she's already sorted everything out. There's something in the way she moves that makes you feel invisible to threats and completely taken care of.
Over time, she lets slip fragments of her past, revealing a vulnerability she usually keeps hidden. It's her way of showing you that she trusts you, that you mean something deeper to her than she could ever admit aloud.
The goodbye comes quickly but with meaning. Sevika leans in, her face close to yours, and with an unexpected softness, brushes her forehead against yours before leaving. Words are few, but there’s something in that gesture that tells you everything you need to know: she wants to see you again, and she knows you do too.
JINX.
The scene begins with an explosion... and I’m not talking about a metaphor. Literally, the air fills with smoke and chaos as Jinx pulls you into a dizzying whirlwind of action and adrenaline. Whether she's evading the authorities with wild laughter or exploring the darkest, most disheveled corners of Zaun, Jinx's energy is so electrifying that you can't help but get swept up in her frantic madness.
With a mischievous smile and a look full of spark, she shows you her messy yet genius world. Proud of her eccentric inventions, she invites you to create something together, perhaps a wild mural or shoot one of her most unpredictable explosive toys. “Nothing says love like an explosion, babe!” she says, that unmistakable glint in her voice.
But beneath her uncontrollable energy, there are moments of vulnerability. Occasionally, she catches you off guard, staring at you with eyes full of palpable melancholy, as if she fears that, like others before you, you might vanish from her life. It’s her silent way of fearing abandonment.
And then there are the nicknames—quirky and exaggerated, filled with a unique tenderness only she knows how to express. At first, they might seem like teasing, but you know they’re her unmistakable way of showing affection, a secret language between the two of you, a personal touch that only you understand.
At the end of the night, Jinx takes you to a high spot where you can see the city’s twinkling lights. She sits next to you, the laughter gone, leaving only a soft and sincere smile on her face. In a whisper, with a vulnerability she rarely shows, she says: “Thanks for not running… should we do it again tomorrow?”
KATARINA.
The encounter begins shrouded in an aura of mystery. Katarina leads you down an uncertain path, perhaps to a rooftop bathed in moonlight or to a secret trail through nature. She doesn’t reveal her intentions, but a strange sense of trust settles within you, as if you know there’s no danger in following her.
Her presence is direct and confident, yet her gaze, her attention, envelops you in a way that you cannot ignore. Katarina has a way of making you feel unique without needing many words. Every gesture, every look, is laden with meaning.
She offers you a glimpse into her world. She teaches you to throw daggers with a skill that takes your breath away, or takes you to witness a duel where you are merely an observer. Though she doesn’t allow you to intervene, there’s an electric tension in the air, a delicate balance between danger and care that she handles with unsettling perfection.
Though her guard is never completely down, she offers glimpses of her more human side. A flash of a genuine smile, the echo of a soft laugh, or a sincere comment on how much she values your company. Those moments, fleeting but real, show you a side of her that few are privileged to see.
The farewell is brief, almost as mysterious as the encounter itself. A quick kiss, full of unspoken promises, and an enigmatic phrase that leaves you thinking: “This isn’t over, we’ll meet again soon.”
ELISE.
She invites you to a date that exudes luxury, but also a lurking danger, like a spider's web woven with intrigue. In the darkness of a radiant Noxian castle, candles dance, casting shadows that seem to come to life. A banquet of exquisite and exotic delicacies surrounds the hall, but something in the air tells you that not everything is as it seems. A walk through the moonlit garden, where the twisted trees' shadows blend with her figure, adds an unsettling touch to the encounter. She is the queen of this realm of mystery, where everything revolves around her will.
Elise is captivating, like a snake slithering through the folds of your mind. Every word she speaks wraps you in her web, and though she seems to have total control over every situation, she leaves small openings where you can feel special, as though you’re part of a greater game whose rules you don’t understand. She enjoys playing with your emotions, but without malice… or at least not in the way you understand it.
She seduces you with fascinating tales of her past, dark and powerful stories that might be more than just stories. The line between lies and truth blurs, yet you remain captivated, wanting to know more, eager to discover what’s real and what’s not. It’s impossible to look away; her magnetism is as deep as the abyss of the Shadow Isles.
Elise takes pleasure in seeing you mesmerized by her presence, as if your admiration feeds her growing power. Every reaction you have seems to fuel her desire to keep seducing you, keeping you on the edge of the unknown. Perhaps a touch of her hand, an unexpected brush that leaves your heart racing, knowing that something more awaits.
At the end of the date, her farewell is as elegant as it is terrifying. "I hope this night has left a mark on you as deep as it has on me." Her smile, now almost supernatural, is like a veiled threat, but you can’t help but long for the next time your paths cross. Because, just like all those who’ve fallen into her web before, you know that no suitor leaves unscathed from her embrace.

✞⛧Vi x a terminally sick girlfriend✞⛧
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
✞⛧ Vi is a fighter, through and through, but loving someone terminally ill breaks something inside her that even her fists can’t fix. The helplessness gnaws at her constantly.
✞⛧ She spends countless sleepless nights sitting by your side, watching your chest rise and fall, terrified that one day it won’t. She forces herself to stay awake even when her body begs for rest, just in case.
✞⛧ You’re her anchor. The thought of losing you makes her feel like she’s drowning in an ocean she can’t punch her way out of.
✞⛧ At first, she doesn’t handle your diagnosis well. She storms out, her knuckles bloodied after hitting the wall repeatedly. She doesn’t cry until she’s alone, in some dark corner of the Lanes, where no one can see.
✞⛧ Despite the rage and sorrow, Vi vows to make every single day you have left as perfect as she can. She plans little surprises—a flower picked from some forgotten corner of Zaun, your favorite food (even if it takes hours to find), or just a quiet walk.
✞⛧ She starts working herself to the bone to afford medicines and treatments, even if it means taking dangerous jobs. The bruises and scars she brings home mean nothing compared to keeping you alive a little longer.
✞⛧ Vi softens around you in a way she doesn’t with anyone else. Her tough exterior cracks when she’s with you, and her voice drops to a whisper when she reassures you.
✞⛧ The guilt eats at her because she can’t save you. She’s supposed to protect the people she loves, but there’s nothing she can do except watch you slip away.
✞⛧ When the illness leaves you bedridden, Vi does everything for you without complaint—feeding you, holding you when you’re too weak to sit up, tucking you in when you shiver from the pain.
✞⛧ She gets fiercely protective when anyone brings up your condition in a way she deems insensitive. One wrong word, and her glare alone silences them.
✞⛧ Vi refuses to cry in front of you. She wants to be your rock, your strength, even if she’s breaking inside. She waits until you’re asleep to break down quietly, her hand gripping yours as tears streak down her face.
✞⛧ Despite her stoic front, she often sneaks glances at you when you’re not looking, memorizing every detail of your face, every line, every laugh, terrified she’ll forget when you’re gone.
✞⛧ Vi starts keeping a journal, documenting every memory with you—the way your laugh sounds, the way your hand fits perfectly in hers, your inside jokes. It’s her way of holding onto you forever.
✞⛧ She asks Ekko to help build small, practical devices to make your life easier—like a self-warming blanket for cold nights or something to help you breathe easier.
✞⛧ Caitlyn offers support, but Vi struggles to let anyone else in. This is her grief, her pain, her love for you, and it feels too personal to share.
✞⛧ You tease her about being too serious sometimes, and for your sake, she tries to crack a joke or two, even if her smile feels strained.
✞⛧ On your bad days, when you’re in too much pain to talk, she sits beside you in silence, holding your hand. She whispers promises you can barely hear—that she’ll never forget you, that you’ll always be with her.
✞⛧ Vi learns how to braid your hair when you’re too weak to do it yourself. She spends hours perfecting it until it’s just how you like it.
✞⛧ She tells you stories of her childhood, even the painful ones, just to make you smile or laugh at her antics. She’d give anything to see you happy, even for a moment.
✞⛧ When the end grows near, Vi becomes a shadow of herself. She’s quieter, more withdrawn, and the only time she speaks is to you.
✞⛧ You make her promise not to let grief consume her, and though she nods, you both know it’s a promise she won’t be able to keep.
✞⛧ The day you pass, Vi is holding your hand. She whispers that she loves you, over and over, as if saying it enough times might keep you with her.
✞⛧ She doesn’t cry when you take your last breath. She goes numb, her grip on your hand tightening as if she can will you back to life.
✞⛧ Vi spends hours by your side after you’re gone, refusing to leave. Her shoulders shake with silent sobs, her head bowed, but no one dares to approach her.
✞⛧ For weeks after, Vi walks through the Lanes in a daze. Her fists itch for a fight, but even throwing punches doesn’t bring the release it used to.
✞⛧ She avoids Caitlyn and Ekko, pushing everyone away. The weight of her grief feels too heavy to share, and she doesn’t want their pity.
✞⛧ Vi returns to the journal she started for you. She writes letters to you, filling the pages with everything she didn’t get to say, everything she wishes she could still tell you.
✞⛧ She keeps something of yours—a piece of jewelry, an old sweater—and carries it with her everywhere. It’s her way of keeping you close.
✞⛧ Vi finds herself visiting the places you loved most, sitting in silence and pretending you’re still there beside her.
✞⛧ The nights are the hardest. She reaches for you in her sleep, only to wake up to an empty bed, and the ache in her chest feels unbearable.
✞⛧ Despite her grief, she keeps her promise to you in small ways—helping kids in the Lanes, being kinder, trying to be the person you saw in her.
✞⛧ Sometimes, Vi talks to you when she’s alone, as if you’re still there. She tells you about her day, her struggles, and how much she misses you.
✞⛧ Your memory becomes her driving force. She throws herself into protecting the people she loves, determined not to lose anyone else.
✞⛧ On the anniversary of your death, she visits your grave with flowers. She sits for hours, talking to you as if you can hear her.
✞⛧ Vi never stops loving you. Even years later, she finds herself looking for glimpses of you in the faces of strangers or hearing your laugh in a crowd.
✞⛧ Your absence leaves a permanent mark on her, but she carries your love like a tattoo on her soul—painful, beautiful, and everlasting.
✞⛧ Vi finds peace in the fact that, even though she couldn’t save you, she gave you everything she could. You were her greatest love, and she’ll carry that love with her forever.
✞⛧ In her quietest moments, when the world slows down, Vi whispers your name like a prayer, her heart aching but grateful for the time you had together.

Contains/TW: depictions of autism ‘meltdowns’/panic and overstimulation, slight depictions of asthma. PSA i’m portraying amelia’s autism in similar ways to how mine works and what it does to me so if yours works differently that’s okay! ASD affects us all who have it in different ways 🖤
A/N: i will admit i struggled a bit with this one so it might not be as great. i hope you enjoy it regardless though :,) ALSO to those of you who loved Jinx and Millie’s friendship you’ll probably like this one! 🖤 (also another psa last chapter of 2024 🤭)

It felt like every inch of me was shaking as I speed-walked down the hallway towards the locker room. My arms tightly wound around myself as Vi’s words echoed in my head like an angry mantra. No, no no no… you will not victimize yourself right now. Take care of Ellie. For once just take care of someone else. It wasn’t to say I hadn’t been yelled at before, countless times I found myself on the receiving end of my parents frustrated anger or my tutors’ impatience. Even Caitlyn and I had for sure gotten into a few screaming matches before. But for some reason hearing it from Vi’s voice hurt more than anyone else’s.
I roughly wiped at my eyes before I could push my way into the locker room, momentarily forgetting about the contacts that had been shoved into them which caused me to grimace at the feeling of them shifting. I tried to blink away the blurriness as I stepped into the room. Ellie stood over the sink, already shrugged off all of her gear now clad in a simple black tank top as she carefully dabbed at the splotch underneath her eye with a wet cloth. “Ellie? A-Are you okay? How’s your head?” I questioned as I cautiously crept into the empty locker room.
“Haven’t had any complaints yet.” She joked with a shrug causing my expression to fade into a little scowl. “Relax, I’m fine. My ego’s more bruised than anything, I think.” She sighed as she whirled around to face me, cautiously pulling the cloth away from the glowing ice burn along her cheekbone.
“It’s gonna leave a sick scar, you should say ‘you should see the other guy.’” I teased, gently pressing on her shoulder to get her to sit down until she hoisted herself up on the sink.
Her lips upturned in a slight smile as she let out a little chuckle. “Except I’m pretty sure she looks a whole lot better than me.”
“Not whenever she made an ass of herself.” I spoke, eyebrows drawing together in a look of concentration as I stole the warm cloth from her hands to press to her cheekbone instead. Ellie hissed a bit in pain, curling her hands around the counter of the sink with a shuddering breath.
“Fuck, all this time out of service and it’s made my pain tolerance eat shit.” She remarked with a small cringe screwed on her face before it softened. “A-Are you okay? After what she called you? I-I don’t even know why she did it- that was so disgusting-“
“Els, I’m okay.” I confirmed, softly stroking her shoulder with my free hand. “I’ve been called worse.”
“You shouldn’t have been.” She spoke with a shake of her head, slowly and carefully the weight against my hand increasing as she leaned into my touch. “I’m sorry I- I should’ve known she was going to be an ass today after yesterday and I-I should’ve kept you from it I-”
“Ellie…” I frowned, my facial expression shifting into one that was slightly more stern as I took my other hand to hold the other side of her face with. Her green eyes were glassy, as if she was holding back an absolute avalanche of tears. So much more innocent than she would ever let herself show… except for maybe to me. “You’ve gotta stop blaming yourself for things that aren’t your fault.”
She let her eyes shift, a subtle understanding between the two of us as she peered downwards. “It’s not as if she doesn’t have a right to be angry. Her- Her dad- He was a civilian doctor on base with us.“ Her throat bobbed as she tried to recount the tale with as much strength as she could. “Some of the guys that were stationed with me were… these disgusting pigs that thought because they were in the army they had some sort of authority over civilians though and took to harassing the shit out of him basically until they were forced to move. I don’t know why she blames me… maybe I guess because I’m the only one left she can blame. Or just an easy target.” She ran a slightly shaking hand through her hair. “I’ve tried to be friends with her so many times but she just isn’t having any of it and takes so much of her anger out on me I-I don’t know what to do.”
I didn’t know what else to say, I seldom did whenever she told me some of the stories of her past. All of my own suddenly seeming to pale in comparison. She was never a fan of the narrative that it was selfish to be so depressed whenever other people ‘had it worse though. It was her who taught me that bravery came in so many different forms. Nevertheless I let my lips press to her forehead before pulling her into my arms, being propped up on the sink counter finally allowing her to snuggle her head into my shoulder as she wrapped her own arms around me.
“It’s much too difficult to not love you. I think one day she’ll see that.” I gave her another gentle squeeze, lingering there for just a second longer before I heard the swing of the door opening.
Ellie immediately slid down from the sink, moving in front of me almost protectively just before Vi stepped around the corner with that same scowl on her face, though she seemed to be trying to hide it more this time. “So, you gonna lose the eye?” She remarked with a hint of humor behind her tone as she pulled the gloves from her bruised fingers.
“Oh uhhh yeah, probably gonna have to amputate.” She teased mildly before making her way towards the lockers. “Where’s Abby?”
“Brief suspended absence… to get her shit together.” Her words seemed to hold more information than she let on. “Sevika wants you to take the rest of the day off though too since you looked pretty shaken up.”
“That’s humiliating.” Ellie huffed as she retreated back towards her locker to pull out a simple grey hoodie to pull on over her tank.
“Els, it isn’t so bad, I mean we have club rush later on today anyways, you could probably use the extra time.” I frowned once more, always trying my hardest to be positive whenever Ellie of all people couldn’t. She was always better at excelling with that kind of thing than I was.
“I guess, I just… I don’t know. How I long for ego dissolution.” She voiced with a shake of her head as she pulled a Carhartt beanie over her head. “I think I’m gonna head back to our place and hit the showers but I can meet you at club rush later on?”
“Sure, just text me.” I added just before she slung her backpack over her shoulder. Her eyes briefly glancing to mine as if she was hovering, wondering if she was safe to do our usual goodbyes. The forehead kisses and hugs, always remembering to tell each other that we loved one another. She decided against it though, just shooting me a weak smile before shuffling towards the door.
“See you, Mills.” She replied, my heart stinging in my chest as I caught my feet briefly trailing a few steps in her direction. ‘God, don’t pull away from me. Please don’t pull away from me.’
Meanwhile Vi’s presence felt like a looming ghost behind me, the burn of her eyes on my back lingering all the while. “Come here.” I heard her speak up with a clear of her throat from her spot on the bench.
My eyebrows furrowed together in frustration in response however, my arms folded across my chest as I whipped around to face her. “You know you don’t get to just tell me what to do, right? First you yell at me outside to leave you alone and now you’re actually telling me to approach you a-as if nothing happened?”
Vi started at me long and hard, eyebrows narrowing in a way that had me instantly regretting my sudden backbone. Nevertheless I tried to maintain my best Kiramman face, slanted eyebrows and darkened eyes that probably only resulted in me looking like an angry or sad puppy. “I was going to apologize.” She finally spoke up after a moment, dropping her hands to her sides as she slowly took a few steps towards me. “I just didn’t want your back towards me whenever I did.”
I drew backwards whenever her body approached mine, my breath hitching in my throat as my back suddenly hit the side of a locker even though she hadn’t even gotten that close. “I’m sorry, for raising my voice at you. I just wanted to protect you.”
“From what?” I whispered, hands shaking as I slid my arms back around my waist as if trying to give myself the illusion of someone else’s arms around me.
“From you seeing things if they went south.” Vi stated, finally dropping herself down onto one of the benches that wrapped around the lines of lockers. “Now… will you please come here?”
I probably shouldn’t have. I knew it wasn’t smart of me and I had probably well and truthfully lost the plot. Her history with my sister was enough of a reason but the addition of the other stuff, the fighting, the mysterious death that I had yet to learn about but was too afraid to ask about. It was all such a bad idea and I knew that. But every aspect of love that had ever been in my life so far had been a bad idea.
I let my feet shuffle towards her, muscular arms sliding around my waist the moment I got close and my breathing hitched in my throat once more as I felt her pulling me right onto her lap. “Does it make you uncomfortable? Me holding you like this?” She wondered, hands gently ghosting along the ends of my hoodie as if she wanted to slip them up the fabric. And I think I nearly wanted her to. “You’re always shaking.”
“No… I just- I- nobody’s ever touched me like this before.” I answered before settling my clearly trembling hands around her shoulders. I used to always shake whenever people touched me, and still did if they were new. Partially because I never knew if it was going to be a rough touch or a gentle one. The same could be said for intimacy, I had never allowed myself the graces of pleasure before. The idea of exposing myself to somebody was horrifying, being so vulnerable and laid out so bare whenever they could choose to be whichever version of themselves they wanted.
“Never?” She spoke, the smallest gasp slipping from my lips the moment I felt her hand sliding underneath the fabric of the hoodie. Calloused fingers dragging along my bare skin nearly causing me to whimper at the goosebumps that followed.
“Never.” I answered, gulping an anxious lump down my throat. My legs shook as they were practically wrapped around her waist. I wanted to tear off her jersey and feel her muscles underneath again. Trace every line of her biceps and the tattoos inked on top of them, her hands sliding up my spine nearly causing me to arch against them. “Vi- Vi, this can’t just be physical. I-It has to be more than that.”
“What makes you think it is?” She questioned, and I almost whined the moment her warm hand left my skin. “I’ve been trying to sneak into that pretty little head of yours for a while now.”
“My head isn’t a pretty place.” My eyebrows furrowed slightly as I peered downwards in what could’ve almost been interpreted as shame.
“The dark parts too then. I wanna see those too.” Vi whispered.
The look in her eyes was too soft to be insincere, and I caught myself searching her face for any sign of it. I came up empty every single time. And before I knew it I was swirling a strand of her pink hair around my finger just before brushing my lips to hers. Vi’s grip around my waist only seemed to tighten as she pressed me to her. I could’ve sworn I even heard a whimper from her lips as I entangled my fingers through her soft hair. It didn’t last nearly as long as our kiss last night had, though I still felt every bolt and zap of the electricity that seemed to connect through us. My lips pink and swollen as she lightly drug her teeth through my bottom one just before I was left breathless.
“I wanna see you tonight… not to do anything I just- I just wanna see you. C-Can I?” It was the first time I had seemed to catch her flustered as she stared up at me with red cheeks, and not just from the natural chill of the ice rink.
It was hard to say no to the look on her face, so with a delicate hand pressed to her cheek I nodded. “Okay.”
~
“Boo!” I heard Jinx exclaim the moment I stepped outside, suddenly feeling like the hoodie I wore wasn’t enough to beat the chill that ran through me as I only jumped the tiniest bit. “Ha! Made you jump!” She teased as she pointed a long purple nail my way. “So, did you guys kiss and make up?”
“Uhhh… I mean-“ I stammered, my own cheeks suddenly a bright red as I caught my bottom lip in between my teeth.
“Yeah, you totally did, it’s written all over your face.” She laughed once more before reaching for a bright blue bike chained up to the rack next to mine. “Relax, new girl, I’m not gonna go all guard dog on you because you’re totally into my sister.”
“How come?” I wondered, almost afraid of the answer as I shuffled up towards my own bike.
“Because no offense, you kind of don’t really look like you could hurt a fly.” She chuckled a bit as she hoisted herself up onto the seat. “Going to club rush?” She added with that same smirk-like smile she always seemed to have.
“I guess… my sister told me it was kind of, you know, mandatory unless I wanted to have a really lonely next four years.” I shrugged casually before hopping up onto my own seat and peddling off behind Jinx.
“You seem like you’d be okay with having a very lonely next four years.” Jinx remarked with another little laugh. “Not that being in the ‘esteemed Kiramman family’ could provide a lonely existence.”
“Maybe if you’re Caitlyn, no, she’s always been the one with all the social skills and the brains and brawn to boot. I mean, she’d always try and find ways to include me but whenever she went to uni it just, obviously complicated things.” I explained immediately feeling my face heat up in embarrassment as I shook my head, “Sorry, I-I don’t wanna trauma dump.”
Jinx’s bike suddenly skidded to a halt nearly causing me to jolt forward as I pressed down on my brake to not speed ahead. Her eyes seemed to peer directly into mine with a look I hadn’t really seen from her before. Was it… sympathy? Empathy? “You aren’t trauma dumping, and for future reference if you need somebody to talk to, I’m here.”
My lips slightly upturned in the corners, hands squeezing around the handlebars as I weakly nodded, “Thanks Jinx, that means a lot.”
“Of course it does.” Her typical grin stretched back across her face before she lifted herself from the seat once more to venture forward. “Now… try to keep up because I’m a fast peddler… and a meddler.”
“I could definitely see that last part.” I laughed just before quickening the pace of my own peddling to speed off alongside her. And for the most part I nearly felt like I was getting at least a small part of what was mostly a lost childhood back. Racing down the block and laughing with your friends on your bike. “So, ummm… you’ve asked a lot about me- what about you? How’d you make it to the UK?”
“Pretty epic twist of fate I guess you could say, dead parents for one.”
“O-Oh my God, I’m so-”
“Eh, it’s all good.” Jinx waved it off easily, “My brain’s blocked a good amount of it out, a ‘trauma response’ or some shit, I guess. But anyways, Vi’s always been a beast on the ice hockey rink and rich people love a good sob story so the second they found out she was an orphaned foster kid with an absolutely adorable and tiny genius little sister the sponsorships started pouring in. So- she played hockey all throughout middle school and high school, I got into robotics and then her senior year she got recruited to Oxford. Then… a few years later I come around and sweep the rug out from underneath her feet with an engineering scholarship.”
I was almost stunned into silence as we skidded to a stop at a pedestrian crosswalk. “Wow, sounds like literal inspiration porn.”
“Oh, you have no idea.” She said with a laugh almost making me sigh in relief that she wasn’t offended. Though it seemed pretty difficult to offend Jinx. “I mean, don’t get me wrong. It’s not like we didn’t go through a lot. The foster system is hardly a walk in the park but… having a super sporty older sister helps.”
“And being smart yourself too… you have to give yourself credit for that.” I suggested shyly with a casual shrug.
“Maybe… at least mildly. I’m a degenerate, but a pretty brilliant degenerate.” She grinned, causing me to let out a little laugh of my own as we continued to peddle along the path. “So, what clubs are you looking to sign up for? You should totally go for drama, the professor who runs it is a fucking lunatic.”
“I don’t know if I’m necessarily a, you know, drama club kind of girl-”
“And do I look like I’m a drama club kind of girl?” Jinx wondered with a lifted brow.
“Yeah, a bit actually.” I answered causing her to roll her eyes in a way that only proved my point. “I mean, maybe, but I’m not like… going for lead role or anything.”
“You know, isn’t it funny how the people who say that always end up being the lead in some way?” She spoke in a sing song voice as she twirled a strand of her bright hair around her finger.
“Do I even need to ask to know that ao3 is somewhere in your browsing history? Or tumblr maybe?” I teased with a snicker that faded the moment I heard the first telltale signs of Oxford’s club rush.
I’m not sure what I was expecting, I guess I should’ve expected exactly this. With over 400 clubs club rush spanned a week long and nearly took over the entirety of the main quad and then some. It felt like a weeklong party of freshers and curious and bored upperclassmen alike. I absolutely should’ve been better prepared for the boatload of people filing in and out of the massive courtyard completely taken over by white tents and set ups every club had probably spent weeks working on. For some reason though I had a feeling no amount of research or planning could’ve prepared me for it though.
“Oh shit.” I cursed, immediately skidding to a stop so fast I nearly launched myself over the handlebars this time.
“Hey, chill new girl, before we get matching concussions!” Jinx exclaimed as she pressed her foot on the ground to stop herself. Her expression softened slightly though once she took a look at my face. Probably as white as a sheet much like the knuckles that gripped my handlebars. “Hey, what’s up with you? What happened?”
“Uhhh… umm, autism?” I stammered simply as I nearly scrambled off of the bike, almost drawing blood from my bottom lip at this point. “Ummm, so- I-I can’t go in there but- don’t let me hold you from it.” My words were a shaking mess as I tried to drive the bike away from the commotion. Jinx only chased me down like the stubborn girl she was.
“Well, I’m sure as shit not leaving you out here to panic by yourself!” She voiced as she trudged off behind me to find a bench before my knees could give out from below me.
“That might actually be the best option for you in all honesty.” I answered in a shaking voice, finally giving up before I found subtle solace underneath one of the large trees to prop my bike up against.
“Okay, what would be the best option for you?” Jinx’s boots cracked underneath the fallen branches as she watched me drop the backpack from my shoulders. Every inch of me nearly felt like it was shaking as she cautiously approached me. “Because if you honestly want me to leave then I will but- don’t just say that because you’re trying to spare me from something. You aren’t a burden, Amelia.”
I tensed at first whenever I felt her cautious hand on my shoulder, it felt like every sound was getting louder and louder by the minute and I had to fight the urge to not launch myself into her arms right then and there. “C-Can we sit down?” My words shook nearly as hard as my legs did, threatening to give out any moment.
“Yeah, ‘course.” Jinx nodded quickly, already kneeling down to try and clear a spot underneath the tree even though it was already pretty clear. It was like she was trying everything she could to be helpful.
I guess you could’ve said my meltdowns were different than a lot of the ones you probably see portrayed. It was rare I ever yelled or expressed anger, I never hit anything, sometimes I would scratch at myself or pull my hair. But more often than not they were silent killers. The uncomfortable shaking, muscles giving out, the crying, oh god the crying was more exhausting than anything. If I was in public I tried my hardest not to, though most of the time that took more out of me than the actual crying did. All I knew was to retreat. Retreat, run, hide, curl up into a ball and hoped that eventually it would pass. Even though occasionally it almost felt like the aftermath was one of the worst parts. The depression that followed, the shame, the embarrassment, the apologies to everyone else even though I still didn’t know how I would’ve prevented it.
That was the worst part of all.
“What can I do to help?” Jinx asked as she placed a cautious hand on my knee that I was quickly hugging to my chest.
“C-Can you text Ellie and Caitlyn the code word, p-please? It’s pineapple. I-It shouldn’t have a passcode.” I questioned through my quivering voice, feeling like my lungs were already sealing shut in my chest much like they had last night. I could tell she was biting back one of her funny remarks as she slid my phone from my hoodie pocket, and I almost wished she would have before the tears started to fall and I became incapable of anything else.
“Inhaler- I-I need my inhaler.” I practically gasped out as I scrambled for my backpack. “P-Please tell me I brought it, f-for fuck’s sakes! H-How am I so stupid?!” I whimpered in frustration as I dug around through my backpack only to be met with no avail.
“Millie, Millie don’t.” Jinx gently slipped her hands into mine before I could start lashing out at myself. “We’ll find it, I promise we’ll find it.”
“I’m sorry.” I spoke through the sobs, apologizing prematurely before I could get any worse.
I clutched her hands for dear life it seemed. The sounds of various students passing by only got louder, the levels of shame coursing through my body causing me to squeeze myself into the same little ball I always did. Retreat, make yourself as small as possible. My breath came out in wheezes, a slow rattling beginning to increase in my chest until it felt impossible to talk. Stupid, stupid, stupid Amelia.
“You have nothing to apologize for.” Jinx spoke, sliding a firm arm around my shoulders until she was able to pull me closer. “Lean on me, I’ve got you.” A sob broke through the cacophony of wheezes as I burrowed my face into the crook of her arm. “Caitlyn and Ellie are on their way, just keep taking deep breaths for me, okay?” I forced a nod as I held onto her arm and let the tears soak into the fabric of her jacket.
It seemed like only a few moments later I heard the rushed sound of feet on the surrounding ground. My lungs only getting tighter and tighter by the second as Caitlyn nearly tripped over her own two feet rushing to the space underneath the tree. “I’m here! Mills, I’m here, I’ve got your backup.” She spoke in an out of breath voice as if she had sprinted the entire way here.
Immediately I forced my hands out to grip the inhaler and shove it in between my lips, sending a blast of the medicated air through my lungs. Afterwards I still held the device in my hands like it was the only thing providing me comfort. Caitlyn gently smoothed out my hair with a soft hand. “You can do a second one, if you need to.” She spoke as I sat there still, holding the device in between my lips even afterwards.
Sometimes I think the person who had supposedly ‘knitted me in my mother’s womb’ actually hated me. Autism wasn’t enough, so we had had to complicate things with severe hypersensitivity in my airways that could’ve been correlated to a development of asthma. Every time I thought I was moving forward and not becoming such a medical nightmare however it was usually squandered by an incident such as this one.
“Thank you for taking care of her, Jinx.” I could tell Caitlyn was biting back her pride as she promptly took me into her arms. For some reason the familiar feeling of my sister’s embrace making me want to cry a hundred times harder. She was always such a quick way to get me to calm down. I always felt bad whenever she had to drop everything and come running. Now for the second day in a row. “My place is pretty close if you want me to take you there. Get you out of here.”
I nodded against Caitlyn’s shirt before trying to pry my face from where it was hidden in her chest. “Jinx, can you text Ellie the address?” I asked, grateful for the stability that was somewhat creeping back into my voice.
“Sure- do- do you want me to come too?” She wondered almost hesitantly as she pushed herself up to her feet. Her usually playful eyes now softened as she still cautiously held onto my phone.
“If it isn’t too much trouble… s-sure.” I nodded with a tearful and weak smile.
Caitlyn hoisted me up onto my still shaking legs where I leaned most of my weight against her. I could tell part of her wanted to carry me like she had done in the past. Like she started doing the moment she hit her growth spurt claiming she wanted me to ‘see what it’s like up there.’ I almost even wanted her to myself, but not here. Not around so many people. I couldn’t make things even worse for myself.
“No, it’s not any trouble at all.” Jinx said sincerely before going to scoop up my backpack for me. “I’ll get all of our things.”

Hey so I thought of this idea so I’m just gonna ramble about it (very rough idea as I’m writing while I’m thinking pretty much so expect it to not be completely fleshed out)
I’m imagining of a fic set post s2e9 where Vi finds out Jinx faked her death and she stays up endless nights thinking about what Jinx’s motives were for faking her death, where Jinx could be, whether she should try to go out and find her, whether it’d be worth trying to rekindle things with her if she were to find her, whether she actually feels safe in Piltover with Caitlyn, whether her and Caitlyn’s relationship was just built on a matter of convenience and trauma bonding or if there’s something actually there, the continuous guilt of being a “class traitor” outcasting her from from being able to ever reconnect with community in Zaun, if it’s worth all the prejudice and alienation she continues to feel from the Pilties no matter how much she tries to assimilate herself for the sake of Caitlyn, what love really looks like for her, what love does she desire most, while she can see reasoning in giving up the fight in a more literal sense is it still worth giving up the fight in a more figurative sense?
Vi starts to emotionally invest in her and Caitlyn’s relationship less which Caitlyn takes notice of VERY quickly and causes an array of arguments between the two. Vi then turning towards reconnecting with Ekko (which is initially met with reasonable resistance from Ekko’s end at first), eventually they both confide in each other in regards to Jinx, Vi getting more insight to where Jinx was at mentally after Isha’s death, and both give each other advice and when it comes to whether Vi should go to find Jinx what is said ultimately is;
“In the end it is up to you to figure out what you want and to know there is no real expectation in terms of whether it will work out in your favour. You also have to accept the possibility that she might not want the same thing as you and that you’ll be okay with that. And it’s also a matter of who you are at your core and who you feel the most like yourself with, what do you want to achieve in life for yourself. What interests you? Would you rather want to make an impact on the collective in your lifetime, making an impact on those you deem closest, or do you want to make an impact on yourself?”
This answers some of Vi’s queries but leaves others still open.
Due to Vi and Sevika now being in closer proximity to eachother in Piltover due to Sevika employing the council seat, while reconnecting with Ekko she simultaneously tries to alleviate bad blood and connect with Sevika. Again, initially met with reasonable resistance from Sevika’s end, they eventually come to meet in the middle. Confiding in eachother and Vi gaining more insight to Sevika’s motivations when it comes to Zaun and discovering what led to Jinx becoming who she is now during those 7 years Vi wasn’t there. Sevika in turn, also gets advice on leadership from Vi. Also again, when it came to the big question, her and Sevika also came to the same conclusion.
With her and Caitlyn, however, things continue to not get any better. Fights becoming more and more constant.
To Caitlyn, Vi is changing, and not in a way she’s ready to accept at this point in time and becomes insecure in the state of their relationship. Because without Vi to keep her in check of what life is really like outside the sheltered bubble she still resists to step out of herself, she’ll have no idea who she is, she fears having to be properly violently confronted with the consequences of her actions. She knows who a Kirramman is but who is Caitlyn? The closest she’s ever gotten to being able to find that out is with Vi.
So in response to all of her fears coming to the surface she acts out irrationally, becoming possessive and entitled to Vi in some ways in efforts to try and salvage the relationship which Vi doesn’t take to lightly.
As Vi has more time to think about things, she reflects and gains belief that there could be better opportunities in life out there for her. That it’s okay to act in accordance with what you believe you want and is best for yourself rather than solely for others. That stability isn’t easy to find and shouldn’t have to sacrifice/ignore parts of yourself to settle and there’s a whole lifetime to figure shit out. Vi is only 23 after all, it doesn’t have to be forever.
So after yet another argument with Caitlyn (who is starting to ultimately lose hope), Vi makes the decision that she’s had enough, going to try to find herself. And she’s adamant that as long as she stays in Piltover, she’s not going to be able to do so, nor is going back to Zaun an option.
She needs to escape. And that is what she does that night while Cait is asleep, leaving with no other trace than an apologetic and sentimental letter. Making sure to not give information on where she intends to go for the better.
Using all the memories she can muster of her dad teaching her how to use a boat and navigation when she was a young kid, she goes off before dawn and sets sail towards a place completely foreign to Vi and what she’s grown up with….
Bilgewater.
To make money to get by, she gets a job as a cellarman in a small, cozy bar with complimentary accommodation. A fresh start.
Although.
Who waltzes into her life? None other than…

What they would say on their death bed
arcane characters
Vi
• Words Through the Pain: “Hey, don’t… don’t cry cupcake, okay? You’re the strongest person I’ve ever known. You’ll get through this. Just promise me… promise me you’ll keep fighting, yeah? For both of us.” Her hand grips yours tightly, even as her strength fades.
• A Last Promise: “I’d give anything to stay with you, but I’ll always be here.” She presses your hand to her chest. “Every punch, every step, every time you feel like giving up—hear my voice. I’ll be cheering you on.”
• A Joke to Hide the Fear: “You’re not getting rid of me that easily. I’ll haunt you, I swear. Every time you trip or drop something, that’ll be me.” She chuckles weakly, tears in her eyes as she forces herself to smile for you.
Jinx (Powder)
• A Childlike Fear: “Don’t let me go… please. I’m scared, and I don’t want to leave you. You’re the only person who ever… who ever saw me, the real me.” Her voice cracks, her fingers clutching at yours desperately.
• A Tearful Goodbye: “I messed up so much, but you… you made me feel like I wasn’t broken. Like I could be something better. I’m sorry for everything.” Her lips tremble as she presses a shaky kiss to your forehead.
• Manic to the End: “Guess this is it, huh? Boom. Gone. Just like that.” She forces a grin, but it falters. “I wish we had more time. So much more time… with you, everything felt less… empty.”
Caitlyn
• Her Last Apology: “I should have spent more time with you. I thought we had more time… I thought we had forever.” Her voice is soft, regretful, and she reaches out to brush your tears away, even as her own fall.
• Protective Until the End: “I need you to promise me something. Be safe. Don’t let this world take you too. You deserve so much more than this… more than I could ever give you.”
• Final Words of Love: “I don’t think I ever told you enough… but you’re everything to me. My heart, my strength, my everything. I love you more than you’ll ever know.”
Ekko
• A Smile Through the Pain: “Don’t cry, okay? This isn’t goodbye… not really. I’ll always be with you. Every time you see the Firelights, or the stars, or… or just remember me, I’ll be there.”
• Words of Hope: “Keep building, yeah? A better Zaun, a better world… I know you can do it. You’ve got more fire in you than anyone I’ve ever met.” He squeezes your hand weakly, his voice full of faith.
• A Quiet Confession: “I was always scared I’d lose you first. Guess I’m the coward after all.” He smiles sadly, his fingers brushing your cheek. “But if I have to go, I’m glad… glad I get to see you one last time.”
Mel Medarda
• Calm and Composed: “Don’t let this destroy you. You’re stronger than grief, stronger than me. You’ve always been stronger.” Her voice is steady, but her hand trembles as she strokes your hair.
• A Love Eternal: “My time here is over, but my love for you… it will last beyond this life. Beyond anything. I need you to remember that.”
• The Regret in Her Eyes: “If I could do it all again, I’d spend less time on politics and more time with you. I’d hold you longer, kiss you deeper… I’d give you the world if I could.”
Silco
• A Rare Vulnerability: “Zaun was always my dream… but you? You were my peace. My one reprieve in this wretched world.” His voice is raw, and his usually sharp eyes soften as he looks at you.
• Words of Regret: “I should’ve… I should’ve told you more often how much you meant to me. How much I loved you. I’m sorry I didn’t say it enough.”
• His Final Command: “Don’t waste your time mourning me. You’re better than that, better than all of this. Live for yourself, not for my memory. You owe me nothing… except to survive.”
Viktor
• A Quiet Goodbye: “I wanted… so badly… to give us a better future. But I see now that I wasted so much time chasing it, instead of holding on to what I already had. You.”
• His Final Wish: “Don’t let this stop you. You have so much light in you, so much potential. Promise me you’ll keep going, no matter how hard it gets.”
• A Love That Defies Logic: “You were my greatest experiment. The only thing I never had to improve… because you were perfect just as you are. You’re the one thing I’ll never regret.”

Ok y’all I just need to defend Caitlyn for a sec
Disclaimer: this is all how I interpreted the scenes so if you disagree that’s completely fine I’m really just yapping about a show I love. Also I really don’t feel like editing this so you’ll have to bare with me (sorry) 🙏
First of all she blames herself for her mom’s death. She could have shot Jinx but she didn’t because of how it would hurt Vi. She believes whole heartedly that her mom died because she didn’t shoot Jinx when she had the chance. So now she told herself no matter what if she has the opportunity to shoot Jinx she will no matter what.
Tumblr media
She finally had the opportunity to get rid of Jinx for good. She believes that this is the only way for her to get closer. Last time she let Jinx get away she lost one of the most important people in her life and she thinks if she lets Jinx live again something terrible will happen again.
Tumblr media
At the end of the fight with Jinx it’s clear Vi didn’t want to kill Jinx. Vi could have ended things there but she hesitated. Furthermore Vi could have simply piked the kid up off Jinx and given Caitlyn a clear shot but she didn’t. Subconsciously she wanted an excuse not to kill Jinx
Tumblr media
Caitlyn also takes so much pride in her skill with guns and for good reason. She really never misses. There was probably like a 0.001% chance she’d miss. Still probably shouldn’t take that chance and normally I don’t think she would have but she was desperate and not thinking straight.
Okay it’s time to address the elephant in the room. No Caitlyn 100% shouldn’t have hit Vi. That was uncalled for and not okay. But emotions were high and I honestly believe she just wanted thinking and didn’t stop herself giving into rage and grief. And even though she’s mad, she knows she’s crossed the line. You can see it in her face. Her expression changes from man to a more remorseful expression. Trust she knows what she did was wrong and she does feel bad.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But don’t forget Ambessa was manipulating her the whole time. She chose to make the attack be at the memorial for Caitlin’s mom. She could have chosen any time but she chose then. Ambessa is a master manipulator, she knew what she was doing. She wanted to make Caitlyn mad and not think things through. Caitlyn was the perfect target for Ambessa she has a large amount influenced and was in a vulnerable place. Ambessa is a master at manipulating, of course she would target Cait.
Anyway I think my girl s going to get her redemption before the end of the season (hopefully soon) It better be good because I love her 😭 But knowing the writers it will be.
I really just wanted to explain how I interpreted Caitlyn’s actions. Thanks for reading my yap section. Hopefully I articulated my thoughts well enough.
Can’t wait to see what happens in the second act because the first one about broke me 🥲

People That I Love Leave
by QwahaXahn
“I love you” means “you’ll leave me.” That’s how it always goes, Vi thinks. Say it and they’re gone.
And that’s how her little superstition starts. A seed that grows until she can’t root it out, and any time she’s about to say it, she just... can’t.

Arcane Characters + Working at the Brothel
Summary: You finally got a job! But it’s at the brothel. Here’s how the Arcane cast reacts to it.
Characters: Jinx, Vi, Caitlyn, Viktor, Ekko, Silco, Sevika, Mel, Jayce, Vander
Warning: None. Mostly SFW, some suggestive themes here and there though.
A/N: I personally would never work at the brothel. But if I did, you can catch me in the same room as the Brothel Girl ;)
Jinx
Tumblr media
“You got a job?! That’s great news, toots! Where?... The brothel? Awesome! I’ll try and go there every week- No every day- No, no no! Every hour!”
Will literally be a super supportive girlfriend. She’s just excited at the fact you actually got a job after you’ve been complaining about being unemployed for so long. She happily goes to the brothel almost every day you work just to be your client. The visits are sweet, but also weird because sometimes she’ll pay you even though you both live together. But her actions are appreciated.
Vi
Tumblr media
“Oh, you got the job? No way, that’s awesome! What’s the job though?... You’re working at the brothel? Huh. Okay.”
Honestly, Vi is okay with your line of work. Though she would lie if she said she wasn’t a little fearful for you. You are her lover after all! You mean the world to her and if she was to hear that someone touched you wrong or cussed you out for doing your job, she would probably kill someone. Luckily, her fear subsided when she spoke with Babette, who assured her nothing bad would happen to you. Sometimes Vi will surprise you at work when she’s done with her job early or has a day off. When she’s your client, you two will either talk for hours on end or use the many experimental rooms around you to your advantage. Wink wink-
Caitlyn Kiramman
Tumblr media
“Congratulations on getting the job, darling. What will you be doing for work?... Oh. Um. Well, um. Alright. N-No, don’t worry. I’m okay… Why the brothel?”
Caitlyn is honestly against it. She might play coy and act like she’s alright with you talking to and doing things with strangers in Zaun, but she’s actually upset when you first tell her. She gives you a somewhat cold shoulder attitude for a few days until you confront her about it. It takes her some time, but she slowly warms up to you working at the brothel. She’ll sometimes show up and say she’s a customer to talk to you about her day. Be ready to have her visit you during hours if she’s had a terrible day at work.
Viktor
Tumblr media
“Where will you be working now?... The brothel? Okay. Are you sure you want to work there though? I heard of the sort of things that happen there.”
Viktor is not against you working at the brothel. He just needs to make sure you’ll be safe. He knows Zaun can be shady with their business transactions, let alone that Zaunites can get handsy for little to no reason. If you assure him you’ll be okay, he’ll believe you. However, this doesn’t change that he will always be concerned about you when you’re at work. He’ll go to the brothel sometimes on his break just to check up on you. You can try and make him stay there for a visit, but he’ll politely decline. Besides, that’s not really his kind of setting.
Ekko
Tumblr media
“The brothel, huh? What do you do there?... Oh, talk? That’s cool. So like therapy?... Woah. Woah! You sure you wanna do that?!”
Ekko will be super skeptical of your new line of work. He’s usually not a jealous guy, but when he hears that people will be paid to do whatever they want to you, he loses it. It’s not until you tell him that you have the decision to decline offers and choose what boundaries you have does he calm down a bit. He knows you are your own person, so he’ll let you stay at the brothel. But he’ll never tell you he has some firelights scoping out the area for your safety… Oops.
Silco
Tumblr media
“You? Working at the brothel? I don’t think so, my love. I don’t think so…”
Silco is definitely against you working at the brothel. He knows about the kind of men and women that go there. Hell, he knows that Sevika goes there! You can try your damndest to go to work, but this man will use any excuse and obstacle he can find. Walking there? Oh no, an investigation was happening at the entrance. Got called in? Gonna have to decline because you had to go on a mission with Sevika. Because of his actions, you almost lose your job just as quickly as you got it. You know Silco’s secretly being a clingy boyfriend, but there’s so far you can go before your actions are borderline ridiculous.
Sevika
Tumblr media
“... Wait. What?”
Sevika will be so confused as to why you got a job at the brothel. She’ll also become more cautious of going there. She’s a regular customer, so if she were to go one day and hear that one of the clients has been talking about her rendezvous to you? She’ll just want to crawl into a hole and die. After a few days of her avoiding you, she tells you about her visits. You’re understandably upset, but you forgive her as long as she hasn’t and doesn’t cheat on you. From that day forward, Sevika is still a regular, but she’s also your number one client.
Mel Medarda
Tumblr media
“That’s good to hear, honey. Where will you be working?... Like hell you are.”
You can argue, you can talk it out, you can do sweet things for her, but Mel will never let you work at the brothel. She knows from her time in Noxus and through her mother how those kinds of places work. So the last thing she needed was to see or imagine you having one on one time with someone in an inappropriate manner for money. She doesn’t care if you can choose what happens to you, she will still stand against it. Before you know it, you’ve lost your job. But luckily Mel is quick to help you find another.
Jayce Talis
Tumblr media
“So you’re working at the brothel? What’s that? Like a church or something?”
The poor innocent fool that is known as Jayce. He has spent his entire life in Piltover, never setting foot outside of the topside to explore the undercity. So of course he doesn’t know what a brothel is! He will think you have a sweet job helping people worship an entity or guide them in life. One day though, he chose to give you a surprise visit. And when he saw what you were actually doing? Well, let’s just say Babette closed the brothel down for a while when a bunch of enforcers came crashing through her place with a vengeance. By the way, you were fired.
Vander
Tumblr media
“You finally got a job? That’s great to hear. So where is it, huh?... Oh, the brothel. You just gave me a reason to start going back there.”
Vander is supporting your work at the brothel. This big softy will literally pop up there occasionally to be your client for the entire day. He will take advantage of all the different rooms the brothel has and the services it provides with you by his side. Though you both have one rule; Never let the kids know, no matter what. Even if they question your line of work, keep your mouth shut. The last thing they need is their minds being blown when they hear what you do for a living.
Arcane requests are currently open! :D
Likes and retweets are always appreciated! I love you all, be safe and have a good day! <3

Note
Can I request Vi, Ekko, Mel & Jayce with an urban climber S/O? Basically, their S/O loves to climb buildings & skyscrapers using nothing more than some climbing shoes & a bag of chalk, without any safety equipment.
Urban Climber S/O
Fandom: Arcane
Characters: Jayce, Vi, Ekko, Mel
Type of Request: Headcanons
Notes: This is an interesting request, I like it!
Tumblr media
Ekko
He tries to act like he’s cool with it but he can’t help but panic at the fact that you don’t even have safety gear.
Sure he remembers when Vi and her group would go to Piltover and just parkour like crazy, but you’re his S/O so it’s different.
Would ask you to at least have a hover board with you. Just in case you need some extra help.
Probably does send someone out (if he can’t go with you) to make sure you are staying safe. Not that he’d admit it to you because he does think you should have your freedom, he’s just concerned.
Mel
The amount of reports she ends up with about you climbing on random buildings in Piltover definitely keeps her busy.
As a member of the council, she really would prefer you to not do such activities unless you have people with you to make sure you’re safe.
She also doesn’t want you to end up dying due to you being too confident in your abilities.
Mel won’t stop you though, she firmly believes in letting you learn from your mistakes. She just hopes that you are in a condition where you can learn considering the danger in your occupation.
Jayce
Honestly it’s best if you don’t tell him what you’re doing because he doesn’t know if his heart can take the idea that you might slip and fall at any given moment.
Yes he knows you have a lot of experience in doing this and he knows you’re probably very careful, but just thought that there is nothing keeping you steady or attached to anything scares the crap out of him.
Another one to make sure someone goes with you to make sure you stay safe.
He would 100% go instead, but his council duties make that very difficult and cause him to have increasingly grey hairs because he’s stuck worrying about you instead of getting work done.
Vi
She thinks it’s cool what you do. Also smart that you use climbing boots and chalk, she didn’t even use those when she used to parkour in Piltover.
Does tell you to stay safe and gives you a kiss before you leave to go climbing. There is a bit of her that worries, but this is something she’s done countless times before and she’s fine so she trusts you’ll also be okay.
If she’s not busy, she’d love to go with you.
Probably has to apologize to Caitlyn later with the reports of her and you tearing through on buildings, but at least she’s not stealing this time.

watching horror movies with the arcane characters
a/n: tumblr has been acting weird on my computer so i’m writing this on my phone and I HATE IT
warnings: none(?)
Jinx
🕷 please she’s so cute
🕷 Jinx goes all out for movie nights, like she makes a mattress out of blankets with pillows encircling it, popcorn which is a little burnt, and she even has a cooler on the floor with all your favourite drinks
🕷 She has one condition though and it’s very important
🕷 You both have to wear onesies, matching ones preferably
🕷 During the actual movie, she’s rooting for the villain the entire time which is really entertaining to watch
🕷 When there’s a suspenseful scene with the creepy music leading up to a jump scare, she can’t help screaming ‘boo!’ which earns her a light slap on the shoulder
Vi
🕷 For whatever reason, I feel like Vi isn’t the biggest fan of horror movies
🕷 Like she still watches them with you mainly because you’re huddled up to her chest squeezing her hand like your life depends on it
🕷 It isn’t that she’s scared of them, she just finds them a little predictable
🕷 Prefers action movies more tbh
🕷 But regardless, she comes up with cheap candy that she might’ve stolen and drinks
Caitlyn
🕷 oh my god
🕷 Caitlyn does not watch horror movies, she prefers horrifying and gruesome documentaries instead
🕷 Like one time she made you watch a documentary about a cannibalistic cult and just went to bed afterwards like she just watched care bears???
🕷 She’s also the type of person who can eat popcorn or candy even if a gross scene is happening
🕷 like girl
Ekko
🕷 He definitely has a projector instead of a regular television, he says it’s better because ‘babe the screen is bigger’
🕷 Mans needs to get every single comment, joke, whatever in
🕷 same though
🕷 ‘babe, watch’
🕷 He throws a piece of popcorn in the air to catch it and if he does, he precedes to choke on it
🕷 If he misses, he’ll make an excuse like ‘that was a practice round’ <3
🕷 Honestly, he gets scared during horror movies and is unashamed of it
🕷 Like the both of you will be huddled together in a gigantic blanket, holding hands with your heads pressed together
🕷 If you cover your eyes, he’ll tease you for it but ends up screaming when the jump scare happens
Viktor
🕷 All the lights are off, the television screen the only thing illuminating the room
🕷 I can see him not liking popcorn lmao
🕷 You’re laying on his chest with a blanket over the both of you watching some poor girl get chopped up
🕷 You’ll be watching, your jaw dropped and your eyes wide, and Viktor doesn’t even react
🕷 His excuse is that ‘it’s not real’ and ‘he’s seen worse things in the undercity’
🕷 like babes we know you’re traumatized but watch the movie
🕷 Halfway through he falls asleep
Jayce
🕷 my love <3
🕷 He acts all tough and reassures you it’s just a movie
🕷 Throughout the movie, he just slowly gets closer to you
🕷 ‘jayce.. are you scared?’
🕷 ‘no!’
🕷 yes, yes he is
🕷 That doesn’t stop him from critiquing every single thing the protagonist does
🕷 ‘don’t hit him just once dumbass’ and ‘she’s fallen like… eight times, how has he not caught up to her yet?’ and the classic ‘don’t run that way!’
🕷 If a sex scene comes on (which they always do) he just looks at you with a smirk on his face
Silco
🕷 Unimpressed
🕷 The only enjoyable thing for him is watching your reactions like grabbing his hand when you get scared or not pulling your eyes away from the screen when something’s about to happen
🕷 Movie nights aren’t a regular thing but he knows you like them so he just sits through it
🕷 If he tries to work during the movie, you will pause it and stare him down until he either puts it away or you make him

arcane characters and how they sleep
silco: never sleeps early because he’s always busy and wakes up super early in the morning. will smoke a stick before going to bed. sleeps on his side with a pillow in between his legs. a fucking hugger. has an iron grip around your waist if you sleep with him - you can’t even move. dude snores and grinds his teeth. it’s hard for you to fall asleep if he’s the big spoon because his mouth is right beside your ear. he drools a bit. you woke up with drool on your hair once. rip.
sevika: sleeps with her blanket tugged under her chin with one leg out. likes sleeping on her side. the type of person who wakes up in the middle of the night to pee. lightly snores. doesn’t move a lot in her sleep tho so she’s perfect to sleep with but will only sleep in the middle of the bed even if she’s sharing. always kisses you on your forehead or the back of your head before sleeping. looks super soft when sleeping and will smile in her sleep if she has a good dream.
jinx: takes like one or two hours to finally sleep. will toss and turn until she just knocks out. has like four pillows on her bed. likes sleeping on her side with her hand under her pillow. gets nightmares often so she’s not really well rested and is always super groggy and annoyed when she wakes up. the type to forget to brush her teeth before sleeping. likes being the little spoon and burying her face on your chest. will kick you in her sleep though so be careful - woke up from a nightmare once and kneed you on the stomach. sometimes you’ll wake up to her sprawled on top of you.
vi: eats something light before bed so she doesn’t wake up in the middle of the night hungry. sleeps face down with her head under her pillow if she’s alone. runs fucking warm so she either sleeps naked or with a thin t-shirt. literally sweats when sleeping. will still hug you to sleep - like will wrap her entire body around you and bury her face in your hair. sometimes you need to push her off because her sweat gets on you.
caitlyn: she has a huge bed but will always end up sleeping at the edge on the right side of the bed. has woken up with half her body dangling on the edge. likes sleeping face up with her pillow covering her face. likes to drink tea before going to sleep. she sleepwalks. you’ve woken up in the middle of the night to her shaking you and asking whether you had any cheese on you.
vander: doesn’t sleep with a pillow lol. runs warm but he can’t sleep without his blanket covering half his legs. sleeps like a starfish with his limbs spread out. dude snores too. loudly. always the big spoon. the type of person to put his leg over you when sleeping. tosses and turns in his sleep a lot. has accidentally kicked you off the bed before. he’s a heavy sleeper so it’s hard to wake him up in the morning.
ekko: has a weird irrational fear of his hand dangling off the bed. sleeps on his stomach with his hands stretched above him. doesn’t hug his pillow but hugs his blanket instead. the type to wake up in the middle of the night to journal his dream. moves a lot in his sleep. always wakes up in the weirdest position even if you’re in bed with him. one time you woke up facing his feet.
jayce: has like two huge soft pillows. sleeps facing up and hands under his pillow if he’s alone. uses the blanket when he’s going to sleep but it’s kicked away halfway. loves being the small spoon - going to sleep with your hands around his waist makes him happy. will end up being the big spoon halfway. the type of person to hug you super tightly when he’s sleeping and carry you with him if he rolls over to the other side of the bed.
viktor: gets cold easily so he’s always nicely bundled with the softest blankets. likes journaling before going to sleep. sleeps on his side with one hand under his pillow and the other hugging another pillow. likes to flip his pillow to their cold side. doesn’t sleep often but likes taking (POWER) naps throughout the day. loves being the small spoon because your hands wrapped around his waist makes him feel safe plus it’s warmer.
marcus: sleeps face up with his arms crossed. he sleeps with a shirt but will end up taking it off in the middle of the night because he’s warm. doesn’t sleep with a blanket so you don’t have to worry about him hogging them. takes up a lot of space on the bed for no reason, you always end up sleeping near the edge. likes hugging you to sleep. the type to pull you back to his chest if he thinks you’re sleeping a bit too far away from him.
mel: has six fucking pillows with a weighted blanket because it helps with her nightmares. has one plushie that she says goodnight to. has a skincare routine she does everyday before going to bed. literally sleeps face up with both hands on her stomach. loves sleeping with her head on your chest while holding your hand. she sleep mumbles if she’s super tired tho (it’s cute). the type of person to wake up in the middle of the night to drink water.
