I think puppygirls are past their absolute zenith, and to be frank I'm really glad about that because I think a lot of trans girls specifically getting into the emotional / mental space of "I have no boundaries and should just be trained and controlled" isn't good for us as a community of vulnerable often unwell people. So I'm a furry, is the thing. Aloy saying something like "Why didn't you let me chose?" after destroying Specter Prime just made my jaw drop... YES? THAT WOULD BE A GREAT START FOR A CONVO??? BUT THEN TILDA ISN'T THERE? You barely see, what, her hands????? You can see that Aloy isn't happy about the results so why not developing that????

My coping mechanism is telling me this and the fact you can't go back in the Zenith base is because she's not actually dead or something and omg if I hope I'm right. It would be... idk... kinda disappointing in terms of writing choices to not be something like that? Introducing such an interesting character with a super deep connection to Elizabeth and just not doing anything more with her...

Also, you can't call Carrie-Anne Moss and give her just, like, 5 minutes and an unsatisfying finale like that, C'mon now.

I kinda hope that, AT LEAST, we'll have Tilda as one of the mains part of Nemesis or something. Like, as a voice or as an avatar? It wouldn't be the same, she wouldn't have the arc and growth she'd deserve but it would be better than nothing...

minor and moderate worldless spoilers ahead! i really like this game so please play it so you can have the full context of my stupidity

this upload's gonna be a bit different, since i wanna talk about a Very Very Stupid Thing i did when i played worldless last month, and hopefully some of yall can enjoy me being the butt of the joke idk. minor spoilers are ahead, but i'll put the moderate spoilers under the cut below.

also because there isn't a better place to put this, the colors i used throughout these doodles are from sweetavery's zenith, it's an impeccable fit for this game!

so, picked up worldless last month and yet another game pestered me about playing on a controller as opposed to keyboard. "how dare!" i shouted at my computer, "for i have bested the pantheon of hallownest in hollow knight and make for a fine accomplice in rain world's jolly co-op with just a keyboard! i don't need a controller!"

well, to absolutely no one's surprise, the default keyboard layout SUCKS. but that's nothing a little rebinding can't fix. i messed around in the menus, experimented with what made the game feel mildly more comfortable to play, which worked for about twenty minutes.

so i haven't talked much about the story, yeah? well that's because this wrestling with the controls took up so much of my attention that i could barely clock in what was happening! so that when the above happened, well… you can see how well that went out.

i actually put the game down out of frustration because i was really excited for it and yet the controls were so obstinate. this was my first impression, and it… was not a great one, you can tell.

about a week later i was bored out of my mind and picked up the game again. i'd wondered if i should've started a new save or picked up where i left off. i wish i had done the former. because…

yeah, i'd gone off the intended path and ignored the objective because i'd literally forgotten what the game had told me it wanted me to do.

that's as much i'm willing to divulge to the people who want to play the game with as few spoilers as possible. moderate spoilers below.

rest assured, i'm getting a pair of controllers later this month. the transition is gonna be… rocky. i'd been meaning to get some for being able to play horizon zero dawn and hyper light drifter and other games of that caliber, but this experience with worldless urged that along faster. (i am not looking forward to relearning how to play hollow knight and rain world on a controller)

back to the game:

so yeah, even at this point, i had not connected the dots that the guy who beat me up was the same guy i was chasing across the map was the same guy i saw in that apparition was the same guy currently crouched in front of me. i get "early-game amnesia" every so often (ask me sometime about my experience with shovel knight this summer), but worldless has been the worst example of it happening to me, not helped by the awful controls distracting me in the opening, not playing it for a long enough time for my memory of the first twenty minutes to erode, and then returning to my old save file instead of starting up a new one.

i somehow blearghed my way into resolving the conflict peacefully, since i'd known the battles are a bit like puzzles and this one had given me the capability of using wisp's cry. so i did, thinking it was simply the resolution for the battle.

and this. this took me off-guard. but, obviously, not in the way the devs had expected. i didn't know who this guy was so suddenly playing as him was rather confusing.

which is a shame, really. i wish i'd restarted the game instead of picked up from my current save. i wish i could erase my memories of the game and replay it afresh (but with more optimal controls). i wish i'd gotten a controller before playing worldless.

but what's done is done. i wrestled the controls into something somewhat manageable. in the span of less than two weeks of active play, i'd beaten the game, found the secret boss, ascended the path of determination, and overcome the ultimate trial all on a keyboard.

dw tho, i eventually bonded with my beloved deuteragonist (dubbed him "coal" in contrast with the original deuteragonist "wisp"). i've drawn a ton of them in the past couple of weeks and i'm hoping to share em soon. gotta get the word about this game out somehow :D

i've been working on two custom dolls - one for zenith and one for niamh - with another one planned for magali. some thoughts!

so far i've repainted zenith's body and head and rerooted MOST of his hair (i ran out and the rest is coming from ukraine, technically i could get away with just what i've got but you gotta position his hair right to hide the bald spot and that drives me crazy. i tried to be okay with it but i Can't) and started on his face-up (which i might have to redo after i finish rerooting his hair if the paint cracks/chips lmao but it's FINE i'm in the early stages and ive got leftover paint).

since the paint on zenith's head DID chip real bad during the initial rerooting, i just painted niamh's scalp as i work on hers, and we'll see how successful i am with painting around the hair for the rest of her head afterward. that's all i've done with her so far but i'm a little less than halfway done with the hair.

rerooting is fun!!! takes forever lmao but it's fun! i definitely didn't do it right with zenith's hair at first; i used mohair but didn't wet+brush it before rerooting because all the tutorials i had seen used nylon and i didn't think that it might be a different process. i did the wetting+brushing after it was already in and i would not recommend doing it in that order lmao or at least don't do ALL the brushing after. or do it better than i did idk. i definitely pulled some hair out and there's some spots i'm struggling to reach so the texture isn't uniform. but hey, we live and learn! and i still think it looks super fun. the texture is perfect for him, i was thinking i'd have to style his hair at first but mohair gets these lovely little curls after you wet+brush it. also the wool smells so nice

niamh's nylon hair is easier to pull strands out from the bunch but there's definitely less coverage lmao. of course it's not done yet, it's just my first experience was mohair and that filled out IMMEDIATELY. when i smooth it down it looks a little fuller so i think that'll be part of it, right now everything's kinda ?standing up? so you can see the gaps more.

all i'll really have to do for zenith's hair is trim it up; he's got long hair but it's WAY too long right now, and not fully even. we'll see if i'm feeling confident enough to braid his bangs back like in his default style.

niamh's hair is gonna need a more complicated cut. i'm doing c5 niamh and she has a pixie cut. her hair is much shorter than zenith's already because her hair was in wefts rather than individual strands so once it gets folded over it's half as long. but it's gotta be shorter still. i'm nervous about the styling bit, i'm afraid of cutting it too short. thankfully her hair wasn't too expensive so if all else fails i can start over but god i don't wanna do that

i'm using a petite made-to-move barbie body for niamh plus a barbie head from a different doll. for zenith, i've got a ymy 25 body and a barbie head. i don't think the face molds are PERFECT but i wanted barbie heads for them, had two heads available that were passable, and didn't have the patience to hunt for better molds. they're fine.

i had to fully paint zenith's body bc the ymy25 shade range SUCKS. also the only place i really have to worry about chipping is the joints, which i can mostly cover with clothes. i think i did a decent job making the coverage smooth and not streaky and i'm happy with the color!

niamh's body is trickier because there's more bits where chipping is likely to happen. so instead of painting her entire body i'm waiting for her clothes to get in so i can see what's exposed. she's got a turtleneck sweater and pants coming so i'm thinking hands, neck, and head will suffice. it bothers me thinking about the paint job being incomplete but it's FINE you won't even see it once she's dressed. i'll have some fun details that you can see tho since she has the vitiligo so i'm excited about that!

for clothes i'm mostly buying from etsy. zenith has a purple shirt made for a curvy barbie body that fits him perfectly, there are socks coming in made for multiple doll types so we'll see how those fit. his boots... KINDA fit, i'll test them again once socks are on. i don't see much advertised as fitting the ymy25 so i just gotta look at measurements and try. and i made his skirt!! i had some galaxy print fabric and couldn't find a galaxy skirt online soooo i did my best as someone who doesn't know what the fuck it's doing lmao. it's not... GREAT, but i think it's cute! i'm thinking of layerinv it with a black skirt like in his default look but we'll see.

niamh's easier to shop for fit-wise, more people have things for barbies. got her a black shirt and gold pants that are coming, plus a gold belt with chain. shoes will come later. i would also like to get her some little doll jewelry, like a necklace and earrings. i've seen some cute options, just gotta budget for it.

again, might have to redo it, but started an zenith's face-up! just using watercolor pencils so far, might attempt a tiny bit of blushing with soft pastels. i'm kinda liking the soft look of the pencils rn and i'm afraid to ruin it with paint, but i DO gotta use my ultra-dark paint for his irises if i want him to be accurate. i think he's turning out nice, a bit odd to see with the larger irises when i stylize him in drawings but i'm getting used to it.

i need to give niamh her hexblood crown and her forked ears. for the crown, i'm thinking wire and epoxy sculpt, though i haven't used that before. for the ears, maybe also some of the epoxy sculpt? gotta work that out before i paint her.

I. LOVE. SHIROBON. SONGS. They are the BEST THING in existence and Shirobon is SUCH A SILLY and AAA *EXPLODES*

First off, my AU name Data Mind is a Shirobon reference. Yep, it's a synthwave album (which by the way is SO GODDAM GOOD). There's also Aphelion Forest, which is Forests of Aphelion (song in the warp album? Don't quote me on that I'm not following a script rn) and Derelict City which is also a song in the 22:22 album-

There's Never Let Go, Wake You Up, Running My Head, anyways LISTEN TO SUPERNATURAL. SERIOUSLY. BEST SONG EVER ISTG RRRRRRR (not forcing btw but still aaaeee). Supernatural is such a god tier song and it isn't what you would expect but it's the style of 22:22 so what can I say there. Shirobon makes all sorts of experimental stuff with songs, and it's awesome.

Alright and i forgot what I was going to say next about that album so ONTO BREAKER

Breaker is Shirobon's most recent album, technically a mini album that's ALL CHIPTUNE BABYYY!!! All the songs in it sound like they could be in JSaB and I love it, I recommend all... seven? I think there's seven songs total in it... but Champions of Chiptune is the most hype but my personal favorite from there is Cypher (or Vamp, or Fragile Movments. I'm not sure yet ^^')

Around the release of Data Mind was when my interest towards Shirobon went from 7 to like 20 (out of 10). I think Ridin' is my favorite because I love the songs with the Born Survivor voice but there's also Lightyears which ALSO HAS A REALLY NICE VOICE and I somehow managed to forget it existed for like half a year and I recently found it again hehehe. There's also Obsession which features the vocaloid Gumi which is nice

Shirobon has a few songs he uses with Gumi, if you're interested in that there's Obsession, 3 Faze, Pure, Liar to the Wire... and one more that I can't think of rn.

Anywho there's two other albums, Reject and Special Selection vol. 1 (which Born Survivor comes from) that have some good songs. I keep mixing up those two albums so I struggle to remember which song goes to which but I mainly just want to talk about Zenith. I made a character based off of it recently but ITS SUCH A COOL SONG. if you hear it, listen with headphones. It does cool stuff between the two sides of your headphones and it's eaeaeaeaea- idk how to explain it BUT ITS COOL OKAY

Hope you don’t mind me asking but…What do you think Riven is supposed to be in terms of coded Race or ethnicity?

When it comes to winx club and what race each character is supposed to be (or at least be coded as), its genrrally not very hard to guess. Like the winx are obvious because they’re directly modeled after real celebrities, but the specialists are a little less obvious, though still fairly easy to guess. Sky and Timmy are generally assumed to be white, it’s fairly certain amongst fans that Helia is supposed to be Asian, Nabu is South Asian, and Brandon…well he’s a little on the ambiguous side but I’ve seen a good amount of people headcanon him as Latino….and y’know what…as a latina, I’ll take it along with the canon rep that Flora (and MAYBE Stella??? I say that cause Cameron Diaz is of Cuban descent on one side, so it’s possible Stella could be read as a white passing/half Hispanic/Latina) gives us.

However with all that, Riven is really unclear to me. I see headcanons vary from him being asian, latino, white, or a mix of at least two of those…and Idk what to think tbh.

And honestly, this might be a disappointing answer, but the truth is that his race is fully ambiguous in every way possible. Sometimes fans say "ambiguous", but what they really mean is "definitely true, but not explicitly canon". For example, Nabu is South Asian in that kind of ambiguous way, where it is very, very clear, but not explicitly stated. (And let's be honest, the only reason some fans consider Nabu ambiguous is because he's dating Aisha, a black woman, and they can't imagine a non-black dark-skinned man dating a black woman, but I digress...)

Riven's race, however, is actually ambiguous in its true definition.

We don't know what planet Riven is from. It's never stated or even implied. We don't know where his family is from. It's never stated or implied. We don't know anything about his culture, how he was raised (outside of likely poor and single-parented), where he lived, if he had any friends, etcetc. Compared to other characters, we really don't know much about Riven's background other than his mom left him.

Sometimes people try to figure it out. Some people use his eye shape as evidence for him being Asian, despite the fact that other canonically non-Asian characters also have more narrow eyes (Flora being the best example). Some people use his hair color as evidence that he's from Zenith, but that really means nothing when it comes to his race, and Tecna being white isn't a good defense for that. Some people use his eye color being purple and Musa's eye color being purple as evidence that he is Asian, but considering Helia's eye color is blue and there are most definitely non-Asian characters with purple eyes too, that also means nothing. He never wears culturally significant or identifiable clothing. And no, I don't think his British flag shirt is anything more than Rainbow trying to make them look fashionable and trendy.

Riven's race is truly ambiguous. His racial identity can actually be read in more than one way. And honestly, I think this lends itself to a very impactful reading on his character as a whole. We know that Riven didn't have the best childhood. We know that he doesn't have a relationship with his mother, and he never brings up his father or anyone else in his family. It's very heavily implied that Riven's relationship with his family is rocky at best and nonexistent at worst.

Now obviously, in real life, someone having a bad relationship with their family doesn't just erase their genetics. That's true even in winx club - Musa has a fraught relationship with her father for the better part of season 1, but we can still tell she's East Asian. That being said, winx club is a fictional, animated show with drawn and intentionally designed characters. Just like Flora is designed to look sweet and girly, Riven is designed to look mysterious and angsty.

I truly believe that as an audience, we're not supposed to know much about his past, and in winx club, that includes his family, his planet, and subsequently, his race and ethnicity. Riven can be seen as Asian, White, mixed, Latino, Hispanic, mostly whatever you want, and that's on purpose. Whether or not that decision is Good is debatable, but I truly do think that was Rainbow's intention with him. He's meant to be seen as mysterious in season 1, and for Rainbow, that typically translates to knowing as little about a character's true self as possible.

Personally, I do prefer asian!Riven, but that is fully just a headcanon, and any "implication" I could find in canon is going to be dubious and easy to interpret differently. To bring back a previous point, I could say his eye shape is proof that he's Asian, and many people have, but that would mean that Flora, Palladium a la glow up design, Lucy, and Thoren are all also Asian. I could try to say that him having purple eyes is proof that he's Asian, but that would mean that Roxy is also Asian (which I would actually love but considering both of her parents are canonically white, she isn't). And tbh, these are the only solid, consistent things about his character that could be seen as proof of him being Asian coded, and that's not great in comparison to characters like Musa, Nabu, or Helia. Like,, there's a reason people make entire essays on Nabu's hair, clothing, parents, class, magic, etc, and not just one-off posts about the shape of his eyes. There's a lot to work with and a lot about him that actually correlates to being South Asian. Only being able to cite Riven's eye shape is pretty shoddy when you compare him to all the other "ambiguous" characters who have a lot more evidence supporting their coded race.

Trying to make any I'm Right statement about his race or ethnicity is always going to fail, at least regarding the first three seasons, because he doesn't have any significant or consistent racial coding. Even his characterization doesn't mean much when most, if not all, of the tropes he fits into are not race-specific, and any racial stereotype he could have can all be written off as him filling the angsty/minor antagonist/redeemed character tropes.

Anyway, again I realize this probably isn't the answer you wanted. I would love to do a full meta explaining the intricacies of his racial/ethnic coding, but he really just,,, doesn't have that. And again, we could totally have a discussion on whether or not this is even Okay; if Rainbow making his race ambiguous so he seems more mysterious is Wrong or Offensive in some way. But the truth is that Riven's race is ambiguous, and that's on purpose.

May 2024 KS Check In Review

So I guess I'm doing these now. Let's get into it.

Nephrune, the alpha reward fauna, genuinely goes so hard. I have no notes it's cool. Glad it'll be available to people who don't make it into alpha later down the line.

Still not the biggest fan of the woolen set, mostly the shoes and lack of socks. It doesn't look comfortable at all. I feel like the pants should've gone all the way down to the shoes if we weren't gonna get socks at all. Like it looks poorly fitted y'know? Idk.

Regal set is probably my favorite so far but something about some aspects of the design kinda makes me scratch my head a little. Mostly the tail thing, I recognize that the shape makes the most "sense" but it looks off to me. If that makes any sense.

Also I think it was silly to use a light colored cat to show off the whole set but then in the individual item showcase they just darkened the base cat to show off the sparkle thing. Very much a nitpick but idk it bothers me for some reason. Definitely being delusional here but it kind of smells of colorism, To Me.

Never particularly cared for the necromantic cloak but I feel like this is a massive downgrade from the KS era design (shown on right). I don't like that it's all tattered now, it makes the cloak feel like it was designed with a particular character archetype in mind, WHICH ISN'T NECESSARILY BAD, but it does make it significantly less versatile. The change to the ribcage design is also a massive disappointment. The bird skull is a nice touch, but doesn't really do anything for me. To be fair the cloak was always gonna be in "probably won't use" territory for me but idk now I'm even less likely to use it because I kind of think it just looks worse now. Maybe seeing it on other poses (like snowfoot v, which is literally the best possible pose for a cloak accessory) might ease me up to it.

Dynamic layering of accessories is genuinely epic. I don't know of any petsite that has been able to do this. We're gonna be eating sooo good in PB.

Sol site theme is lovely, makes me excited to see other borough themes. I hope Zenith is to my liking.

Daily Duties and Errands and other gameplay things are flying over my head I don't really care about alladat.

Maps! Maps are cool! Political and climate versions are quite scrumptious! What is that western isle!!!!!!

Have hit the image limit and that's pretty much all I care about right now. Overall a pretty mid update for me, which we must remember does not mean bad! It just didn't do much of anything for me.

Selga used to be completely normal. literally just a guy. he was a janitor at the groups base. then "events" happened and Selga became well... Selga the barely human critter we know him as today

while at the begining stages of making Void i thought about making it so he doesn't have skin because under his clothes he wears bandages but i scrapped the idea because it would be unrealistic and impossible for him to function so i left it at him having severe burn scars instead

all the members of the merc group were branded with a hot iron on one of their hands and on their backs. it's how commander "marked" his soldiers as his. the group is called IRIS so the brand was in the shape of an eye symbol with the iris and pupil in the middle and the outline itself going around it to make a sort of flower (idk how to describe it)

Johan has a "brother" (it's literally a lab clone) called Zenith who isn't allowed around people most of the time but is sometimes used as a "sanitar" in the bases hospital when patients get too rowdy (Zeniths existence is interchangeable sometimes he exists sometimes he doesn't depends on my mood)

I didn't peg Selga as someone who was a janitor but that's an interesting thing to know about him. Selga being normal is something new.

Poor Void, having severe burn scars, hurts my heart. (Sarabi's staring at me because I gave him severe burn scars all along his right side.)

Not all of them being branded. There's not a single moment where I'm not glad commander is dead.

I shudder to think about what Johan does to Zenith when he does exist. I'm taking him away from Johan actually, he's mine now. I'd treat him better.

Uhhhh 6/10????

Like I had some minor writing problems with HFW but the same writing problems were worse in burning shores. Granted, I LOVED seeing Aloys growth as a person here.

It was too short to let me get endeared to any characters and I was left wanting more in a bad way???

We had minimal side quests, the whole compliance thing seemed like it was getting set up for a big quest chain for example then was wrapped up so quickly I was left going "Wait I want to see more of that?"

Every side quest left me going "Wait. That's it?" And I remember when I first played Frozen Wilds I had a great time and wanted more in a GOOD way I was eager for the next game to explore Ban-Ur which obviously didn't happen.

Idk. Zero Dawn and Frozen Wilds feels like home and comfy and I love it and FW and BS just feel like a really nice vacation home that I love but it isn't home??? Does that make sense?

As far as mechanics go I did love the Zenith gauntlet and all the new moves, you saw in person how much I spam the grapple attack lmao so I loved the new stuff there. The big thing everyone is talking about is Seyka and man, with how short the DLC felt I don't think I had enough time with her? I don't wanna say the writing felt forced cause I enjoyed what was there but it was certainly something. The Dragon crouched down to it's heroes, a sign of appreciation, his voice echoing within their minds, his thanks apparent, as he held his claws out for them, so see the world how he sees it from above, and they too shall see how it's like being a god.

And just chdmdb ough, the kids going on about their commands with the Dragon carrying them out, and feeling the absolute power just within their palms, it sent a shiver of delight down their spines. When they got to Opelucid, Drayden could only look up in fear and in disappointment in himself. Beetle actually has a normal name on her birth certificate which was given to her by her birth parents before she was taken by the Dark Scientists

(I don't think I've mentioned before but the Dark Scientists are a secret research group that does biological research on prisoners that they keep in their facility. Bjorn was a lab tech there before realizing how bad it was when Vincent was taken, then left to start his quest of rescuing his nephew and bringing down the organisation. Jake was also held there and tested on for 22 years before escaping)

Jake is very annoyed to find out this information when science gang find Beetle's birth certificate. Beetle is, of course, confused. I don't know how old she would be when she finds out her legal name isn't 'Beetle', but certainly old enough to recognise 'Beetle' as her name

side note Jake called her Beetle because when she was a baby her hair grew in a way that looked to him like beetle antenna. He had just escaped from the facility at that point and was not in a great mental state so forgive him for not being so considerate to his surprise daughter. Other names include "the Beast" and "vile creature", although he stopped calling her those when she was old enough to understand what the words meant, and Bjorn pointed out that it was quite cruel to go around calling your own daughter "vile".

At this point I'm not sure how, after finding Beetle's birth parents, that Jake was able to keep her, as I think her birth parents would want her back, and Jake wouldn't really strike a pair of strangers as a responsible parent...perhaps Beetle decides by pining after her adopted dad after being separated from him, giving her birth parents a really hard decision to make....would be terrible for them, but alas, they are not the main characters!

I promise Jake is a functional parent lmaooo

Bjorn is the second dad, and definitely appears as a much more responsible parent to Beetle, and of course, Helga, Damien and Vincent are also very close to Beetle, it's not really the same as a nuclear family structure with two parents and a kid. Jake can get away with being a bit goofy as there are a grand total of 4 (four) other adults in the house (Vincent only shares the house with Beetle for three years until turning 18; he is 25 at 'present-day') who play a role in Beetle's upbringing

I only really pinpoint Jake as the primary parent because he is the one who initially rescued her from the facility and looked after her, even as he himself was disoriented from his own incarceration and escape. The two were alone for a good few months before Bjorn and Zenith (Jake's older sister, idk if I mentioned her already) found them. So Beetle bonded to him, as babies do, and for quite a few years considered Bjorn less of a father to her than Jake. She doesn't think that anymore, and similarly holds her other housemates in high regards (Damien is an 'uncle' to her)

I think Beetle's legal name is something completely innocuous and 'normal' (although I don't think 'Beetle' is very egregious in the Cyanverse) but causes a lot of contention when she is addressed by it. School is for sure taxing on her, and I think the school staff are very suspicious of Jake...to be honest I think everyone in Xerexes is suspicious of Jake apart from a very close circle of people who know what happened to him

like (to be clear it is a combination of prejudices against these traits that make people suspicious of Jake, I'm not trying to say that the traits are inherently suspicious)

I figured since you're a student, you'd subscribe to no such amounts of caution. (I'm also getting a bit desperate)

Basically, I'd like a bit of an analysis of my Marshadow, if you can manage that. I need to know what makes it tick, and specific needs that go beyond those of normal ghost type Pokemon, as it's far from normal (even though I personally don't consider it an actual Mythical, just rare).

Marshadow

Marshadow is a "mythical" pokemon native to the Alola region. They're fighting/ghost type, which is a really unique and rare typing!

It's thought that this pokemon was a myth, until a scientist in Alola discovered it in the flesh. The reason it took so long to find these pokemon is because they hid in the shadows for so long. It saw pokemon fighting and practiced their fighting techniques, making them excellent in combat. They also do a lot of shadow boxing, do don't mind it if it starts punching the air for no reason.

They seem to be extremely shy, as they've hid in the shadows for so long. Your marshadow might dissappear for a couple of days because it's hiding somewhere, or it might even be your shadow. Who knows.

Zenith Marshadow

When angered or in, marshadow goes into a Zenith Form. It becomes a lot more powerful and dangerous in this form.

Care

This part is mostly for the asker.

Your marshadow seems young. He isn't potty trained, right? I suggest getting him a litter box, or something similar. Let him no that that's where it's supposed to do it's business, and reward then when they don't have an accident. Imagine it's like raising a child basically.

You could teach it how to use the toilet. I just suggested litterbox since it'll instinctively know that it's supposed to cover it, and it'll be less weird.

I'd suggest keeping it out of overly sunny or bright areas, as well as populated areas. Due to how shy they are, places with a lot of people and pokemon can make them feel overwhelmed and panicky. Too much sun can harm its eyes, and at noon, the shadows will be smaller, and it might not have anywhere good to hide.

They can eat, but not as often as other pokemon. Feeding it once a week should be enough.

I don't know what will tick off your marshadow personally. This is really all the info I have on it right now. But I'd be happy for you to tell me any new things you figure out. Best of luck to caring for it!
