Everything goes right before the two of you get there. Thats how Jason knows something is gonna go wrong at this hang out. You told him all week that if he felt like not going, you could cancel. But he didn't want it to seem like he was blowing your friends off. So he trudged through.

He trudged through and is sitting side by side with you in a booth. And three of your friends are crowded into the other side of it. They've had a couple of drinks before you came. You weren't really in the mood to play catch up so you stick to your one while Jason goes dry because he's driving.

They have conversations about the recent news, the latest gossip, and then they ask about your life. Particularly your life with Jason. You start gushing about him, as if he isn't there, and tell them about how you met and how he treats you.

"This guy? This six foot tall, three hundred pounded brick wall?" one of them asks.

You scoff, "How he looks has nothing to do with how he treats me."

"Yeah, but doesn't he-don't you box?" another one of them asks him.

Jason clears his throat and sits up straight. But you notice it. You notice how he is trying to make himself smaller. He did it at the very beginning of your relationship, to make you less scared. You talked to him about it when the two of you got closer, and you haven't seen him do it since. Until now.

"I'm a boxer, yes. But I don't bring any of that home with me." Jason answers.

"Isn't it hard though? When you're angry? I mean who's to say you won't-" the third friend starts.

Hell. This has to stop.

"Enough." you speak.

They all look at you, at a loss for words. While it's true the four of you grew up looking like people who were afraid to tell others no, and looked like doormats, you were far from that person. Those days are over.

"I'm not gonna let you speak to him like that. He has been nothing but kind and open with me, and not that it's any of your business, but he has never laid his hands on me, or raised his voice." you say.

Then you're getting up from the booth, holding your hand out for Jason. He looks between you and your friends and then he's getting up from his seat. He takes your hand in his.

"He's my boyfriend. I want him in my life and I wanna be a part of his. So either you get that or you get lost." You put finally.

You turn around and walk right out the door with Jason. Jason who hasn't said a word yet. Jason who is holding onto your hand in a way that tells you he's not completely paying attention.

When the two of you cross the threshold of the doors, you squeeze his hand.

"Baby?" you ask him.

Jason looks at you then. Like everything is coming back into focus for him. He has a sad smile on his face.

"I'm sorry." He says.

"Don't ever be sorry for being you. If my so called 'friends' couldn't see past what you look like and what you do for a living then they don't need to be my friends." you explain to him.

Jason shakes his head, "You've known them longer than me. It's not fair that-"

"Jason Todd, I am not willing to give you up. For anyone. Ever. You got that?"

Jason lets out a small sigh. "Okay."

You let go of his hand to hold out your arms. He pouts a bit before stepping closer to you and wrapping his arms around you completely. You nuzzle into him more.

"I'll spend the rest of my life proving it to you. I hope you know that." you add on.

"Yeah?" he asks.

"I swear it." you answer.

Third, throughout the musical she is used as a vessel for religious allegory, she is an angel, she is jesus, she is a demon, she is forsaken but she is purity itself. Fourthly, she is is given the identity of Savannah with the greenest eyes after the other characters who died with her hold her a birthday party, and I think thats sweet because its probably some kind of meaning I cant see but auughfhfhh shes so cool

He lost his body, he almost lost his memory, he fought for his right to exist, he loves animals, he loves his friend Arthur and I love him!

Being an ass, friendship, spooky supernatural stuff, he’s got it all

My man heard the name John Doe, realized he didn’t actually have a name, and just. Took it for himself.

I LOVE HIM. MY SON. HE’S TRYING TO CHANGE AND BE BETTER AND :(((( He’s a fragment of the soul of the King in Yellow (god of trickery and suffering iirc??) that gets trapped in a book in our realm while the rest of the King stayed in his own separate realm. When a human named Arthur Lester opens the book they get linked and John gains control of Arthur’s eyes & kills his partner (oops!). They proceed to go on a quest to find a way of separating them because neither likes the situation, and at first John (or The Entity, which is what he’s called at first) just wants to trick and use Arthur, and control his entire body (through the first season he also gets a hand & a foot) even though he doesn’t remember being The King In Yellow at the time, but Arthur makes him change and become more human. His turning point is when Arthur is shot and falls into a coma for a month. They get treated at a hospital and while John waits for Arthur to wake up so they can carry on, the body itself still gets taken care of. The time John spends alone, contemplating on humanity & everything he’s seeing and learning from Arthur, as well as the way a certain nurse speaks to him every day (specifically, she greets him good morning and good night, despite the body being unresponsive, John still hears because he is an entity linked to the body) and calls him John (they didn’t have ID on when they were found so they were classified as John Doe), changes his outlook and plans for good, and he asks Arthur to call him John; from this point on he admits he cares for Arthur, looks for his wellbeing too, and in general attempts to be a better person and to live for himself. The rest of the podcast (ongoing!!) explores Arthur & John’s relationship, struggle to survive, adventures in the eldritch… All while tackling each of their issues with themselves and each other and watching them both grow. John in specific learns to be the person he wants to be, how sometimes you’ll take a step forward and two backwards; he can be cruel and manipulative sometimes but he still tries. Personally I love his journey, it’s very realistic and you can see he is trying his best, and how he wants to be better than he was as the King In Yellow, and how much Arthur has changed him and how much he cares about him because of that; and how he’s slowly growing into being his own person :) if it ends badly ill cry so hard but!!! he’s John Doe because that’s the name he was being addressed as, and he’s made it his, and being John means he’s no longer the King and that he wants to be different, and John can fail or make mistakes but it’s part of who he is now, and that’s what matters. I am So Normal About Him

✧⠀⨾ Despite never saying it, Jekyll adores you and values you a lot- like more than he cares for Utterson and Lanyon- and thats saying a lot since he knows the two very close

✧⠀⨾ he loves it whenever you visit, because you take the time out of your day to make sure he is doing well, even helping the servants make some tea for him and clean up a bit after- for some reason Jekyll loves your tea more than anyone else's, you make it so perfectly

✧⠀⨾ he also tends to try and not cause as many mistakes as he usually would while you're there- whether it be via experiments that he maybe burnt himself with or just casually bumping into things, you'll always be at his side right after and be scolding him while patching him up as well

Currently, you were sitting by the side of Jekyll- who has managed to mix up the wrong amount of chemicals needed for one of his recent experiments which caused it to overflow and accidently got on his hand- which burned... a lot. ❝ how could you be so careless Jekyll? look you've hurt yourself again.... Please be more careful around your chemicals, you know first hand how dangerous they can be! ❞ you patched Jekyll's hand up, holding with with delicacy which made it seem as if he'd break if you were careful enough which was true to an extent, Jekyll was feeling weaker lately- he's been more careless with himself and how he acted leading to this mess. However, he couldn't help himself from smiling at you with a fondness- you were always there for him, out of the kindness of your heart and that made him adore you more than anyone else could. You were truly a miracle to him

✧⠀⨾ Jekyll doesnt understand how he managed to meet you and befriend you, but he thanks god everyday for it.

✧⠀⨾ As a thank you, he always buys you gifts that he knows will make you overjoyed, he pays attention to what you like and dont like so when it comes to thank you's, you're never disappointed or sad

✧⠀⨾ All of his servants, cooks and Poole love you since you're sort of keeping their master together while also keeping them happy- whenever you visit they're always chatting with you about anything but this isnt about them

✧⠀⨾ Jekyll find your innocence adorable, and questions on if you are the completely moral person you make yourself out to be- or do you also indulge in your vices? do you have your own Hyde? though he'll never ask, no never, he just loves this perfect image of you- sweet moral you who wouldn't hurt anyone ever

✧⠀⨾ the first time you met Hyde, it was probably an accident- Jekyll has though of something so horrid that Hyde couldn't help but take over, it was never Infront of you (Jekyll is so grateful for that you don't even realize)

✧⠀⨾ Though when Hyde did see you, all of his rage and anger suddenly just went away?? it left him so confused and almost made him angry and vicious again until you began to talk to him- normally??

✧⠀⨾ you weren't disgusted with him? you didn't find him hideous? you didnt run away, screaming in horror? no, you didnt do that, oddly enough you walked over to him- smiling happily, and introduced yourself leaving the creature so confused and baffled he almost completely ignored you (he didnt though- you were too intruging to him)

You smiled at Hyde, grinning from ear to ear as you held out a hand for him to take and shake. ❝ hello! I'm [name] it's so lovely to meet you ❞ you didnt run away, or looked at him grossed out which almost irked the monster but he stayed out of pure curiosity. ❝ I'm Hyde.❞ he replied almost coldly, though you didnt get angry with him- instead fascinated ❝ oh! yes i have heard of you- you're a good friend of my dear Jekyll's! i dont understand why everyone is so sacred of you ❞ you smiled even more- leaving Hyde to question you and your intentions, yet he made no move to hurt you. Everyone was shocked, sorry- correction- everyone outside, in the beauty of the moon was shocked to see Hyde, the murderer, the man who trampled a girl to near death, the one who smites women down for simply looking his way- walking down the street with the sweet little thing like you latched by his side, smiling from ear to ear as you chatted about something while Hyde listened. You has done the impossible, yet only you could do it

✧⠀⨾ he secretly love having you around, you're the only person who gives him the light of day at the minimum and at the maximum you care for him.

✧⠀⨾ once he returned to his home after getting into a fight with a man who was capable of fighting back- the man obviously was killed as Hyde had overpowered him with sheer brutality and died bleeding out, though he did manage to get a few hits on the deformed man (Hyde) leaving him bruised.

✧⠀⨾ you were waiting for him- happily with a knitted scarf for him (you felt bad for him as it was always cold in the night time of London and Hyde barely wore anything warm) but when you saw him, bruised and beaten you didnt even care about the scarf or how he even got hurt

✧⠀⨾ you sat there, much like how you were with jekyll, scolding him and patching him up carefully- despite him stating MULTIPLE times he can handle it and wont die.

✧⠀⨾ Much like Jekyll- Hyde questions your innocence but enjoys it none the less- the two of you acting as the opposites attract trope

✧⠀⨾ Overall, the two of them adore you so much- you're the sweetest and kindest person to the two of them and they're grateful, in their own ways (Jekyll buys you stuff and Hydes beats people up for you)

Jack the Ripper

For Jack to fall in love is actually pretty quick, he can see the true nature of others by seeing the colors of their feeling and thats the key part for him to feel atracted to someone, so by the first encounter you two have he imediatly knew you were someone special

Jack takes his time to enjoy the process of making you fall in love with him, taking his time and being patient, having romantic gesture and showing true care, taking time to get to know you, mesmerized by your true beauty only he can apreciate

Despite being really open about his love and having no problem with even admiting to himself that what he feels is actually real he doesn't know the extent of his feelings, Jack actually goes form admiting that you have a kind of beauty he have never seen before and even knowing that he just want to see more and more, wanting nothing more than spend every second he can at your side, to not even recognizing the true extent of his own feelings

Jacks seems to never have enough of you, however, the more time you two spend together the more Jack wants, he slowly becomes more and more greedy, he want to be able to see every single one of your beautiful colors, but not only the bright colorful feelings, he also wants to see you angry, scare and in despair, he wants to see every side of you and he will make it happen

It was at one moment that Jack felt reckless, there was something that have trigger him on being slighly more possesive and desperate, his own intense feelings lead him to make his mind up and decide to make it happen himself, tricking you into follow him somewhere it could be just the two of you, that way no one will interrupt, suddenly, without a second thought or hesitantion, his hands were around your neck in a second, pressing in an attempt to make you get involve in the beautiful colors of despair and fear

He barely knew what he was doing but that didn't matter, he was happy, mesmerized even for seeing such beautiful colors, of course your colors are always the most beautiful even the negative ones! So of course Jack wanted to see more and more, wanted to be delighted with your beauty, he was so lost in his own euforia that barely noticed the moment the colors started to vanish, the change between the delight to the shock happened painfully slow, everything went silent and despite Jack's smile vanish in a second his mind was still in denial

It would take too much time before Jack fully realice what he did, he could even feel the pass of every second as he carefully bring you closer, his eyes never leaving you as he desperately try to search for any sight of color on you, as the realization hits him he brought you closer, holding you in his arms before noticing that even the warm had left your body too

Jack doesn't even know how much time he spend just holding you, falling in a death silent that was interrupted only by his tears the moment his mind couldn't deny anymore what he have done. Jack has no idea how long it have pass since you lost your colors but he doesn't really care at this point, he is just desperately hugging you, wanting nothing but to see those beautiful colors again, he doesn't know what to do now or even if he has the strenght to do anything else now, the only thing in his mind is that imposible wish of your return and the inmense regret and sorrow

Lisette

Lisette has always being incredibly unestable, doomed to be all the bad things in the world and blamed for everything no matter what she did, so the moment she found someone she not only not hated but wanted close she was even more over the edge

Lisette's darling means way too much for her, the moment Lisette fell in love she become completely dependent of her darling, getting at the defensive and even violent whenever you express any kind of negative feeling towards her but also instantly being skeptical of your kindness and love, still she imediatly gets quiet and just melt under your touch the moment she decided to trust you

Lisette is pretty much trapped in her own little space so her darling is now trapped too, anyone else outside completely hate her and blame her for everything so Lisette will not risk letting you get out of the small space she is allowed to be to just get her imagine of her ruined by the others, she is incredibly possesive over you because she is incredibly scare about the posibility of you hating her too

Lisette tries her best to make her darling feel comfortable around her, doing whatever she can to make you stay with her, going from forcefuly keeping you at her side, threating you and even chaining you down with her to make sure you wont leave to trying to be more gentle and even make the place more apealing for you once you manage to make Lisette trust you, desperately trying to make not only the place but also herself to look more pleasant for you, wanting to avoid at all costs hear you speak poorly of her

Despite the efforts of both to make thinks work for both's sake, Lisette is still too unestable, she is constantly over the edge, close to a collapse, so even if you try to show her true love and care that won't stop her from snapping once in a while, after winning her trust she would never snap towards you (unless you do something way too suspicious) but her emotional injuries are too deep to be heal, time have only increased her hate so whenever she has a breakdown is against everyone but you, against those who have done nothing but hate her, and specially toward that girl with the pocket mirror

Despite Lisette not wanting to get violent towards you she never leaves her scissors aside and when she is in the middle of a mental breakdown she forget about what is around, letting her anger and sorrow take over her, but this time was diferent, maybe you were too close or maybe you just wanted to help, how it happened doesn't matter, what matter is that happened, that Lisette's attention was quickly dragged to reality again when she noticed her scissors stab in your soft flesh

Lisette had a hard time to be able to react but when she does she is imediatly in her knees asking for forgiveness, holding you close and desperately asking you to don't hate her, to don't let her alone, not again, she doesn't want to be alone, she doesn't want to be without you

Even when you can't answer her anymore or that your body has become cold, Lisette decided to keep you at her side as long as she can, she doesn't want to lose you and if she doesn't want to fall into a total madness she needs you here, denying what have happened as long as she can, you have being the only one who had never blamed her for everything that have happened so she doesn't want to aknowledge the fact that she had hurt you, thats she have hurt the only person she cared for
