the yabusame siblings and drums

okay i will stop posting long ass incoherant rambles about them that no one sees when they get OUT OF MY BRAIN.

drumming and drums are such a huge symbol for their ENTIRE relationship. the whole thing. i mean yeah, obviously, the bongos. but also alice was the drums in samurai yaiba. literally AND metaphorically (okay this all might be a bit of a stretch but hear me out on this one)

drums are CRUCIAL to a song. they are make or break i think. and yet they're sort of, almost background instruments. they support the melody, without actually adding anything to it (obviously there are exceptions to this, but im talking generally here). and when on stage they are very often LITERALLY in the back. like stage position wise, they are further back. and yet they are still crucial. and this i think speaks volumes to alice's role in the band because, yeah even though he can't play the drums, his presence is crucial both musically and technically. and it also speaks volumes to alice's role in reko's life: in the background, but THERE. there and crucial. they aren't really that close during the samurai yaiba era, reko is completely apathetic to him and he stays mostly out of her way. but he's THERE and that's what's important.

and obviously i have to mention the bongos. he gave those to her, as a gift, and also to replace the ones she lost YEARS ago. his attempt to repair something that had already been broken for a very very long time. and reko never plays them. she almost throws them out but she doesn't. again: drums, background, crucial.

and then when alice is arrested, reko loses herself. she loses her music. her drum (literally and metaphorically) is gone. she no longer has that support, she doesnt have that background presence anymore. and the melody is getting out of sync because there's no beat to keep it in line and is this metaphor getting confusing? whatever. alice's arrest makes her unable to make the same music she used to.

but then she starts playing the bongos.

she joins a new band, and in this band she is playing the bongos. she is the drummer. she is becoming what alice couldn't be because he was in jail. she is becoming that supportive background presence in her own life because who else is going to? and the fact that these drums were a gift to her from alice make this so much more painful.

AND ALSO. in game, her relationship with alot of the younger cast (particularly kanna and gin) is that of an older sibling. AGAIN. SHE IS BECOMING WHAT ALICE COULDN'T BE!!!!!!!! BECAUSE HE WAS IN JAIL!!!!!! she becomes warmer, more compassionate, alot like alice was when they were younger because she misses him and she misses the role he played in her life. so she fills his shoes. she plays his drums.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know I just bitched about the lazy writing and world-building in Mass Effect, but I wouldn't love these games if they didn't have moments where everything was on point (or close to it): the writing, the animation, the voice acting, everything.

Here's one of my favorite scenes, it's very short and I bet you've never thought about it before, but it's so, so good, I'm obsessed with it and I have to scream.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the only time that Shepard really freaks out is after the Mars mission. It happens right on screen, we don't hear it from someone else, we don't have to headcanon it, we get to see Shepard not as a protagonist, not as a savior of the galaxy, not as a soldier, but as an actual human being, simply scared shitless.

I also love that it starts with Liara immediately realizing what's going on. You can see that she freaks out too, because Shepard is freaking out, and the camera lingers on her reaction as it shifts from fear to sadness to understanding. And then we finally get to see the condition of our favorite Virmire survivor, and it's just oof.

When we go back to Liara, she already knows what to do.

And then we finally get to see Shepard. All these erratic movements are completely out of character. Throughout the three games, we only see Shepard move with some sort of intention (yes, because it's a game, and it's supposed to be that way, but think beyond that; it's also Shepard's characteristic as a person), and there's no intention in this. Shepard is holding on to the examination table, trying to lean down or move forward, and that's because now, in this situation, he can do nothing. No amount of self-sacrifice, quick thinking, tactical advantage, or stupid badassery will help. There's someone on that table he clearly cares about, and he has no say in the matter.

And Liara knows it. She leans forward to look Shepard in the eye and draw his attention to herself. She starts soft and pleading:

And dude, Shepard's expression is everything. It's sad and scared and open... again, completely out of character.

And then we can watch Liara's expression change when she sees that Shepard heard her. Her tone is no longer soft, it becomes quite aggressive.

It is all very deliberate. And it works! Shepard is still terrified, but he furrows his eyebrows and his expression closes. Now he looks more like the Shepard we all know and love.

Another change of tactics, and oh my god. Say what you will about my girl Liara, she is a real MVP here. Notice how she goes soft again and just gives Shepard a suggestion. She knows the best way to snap him out of his panic and sense of sheer helplessness is to push him to start giving orders again.

And again, it works! This sounds and looks like our usual Shepard.

The next day, the Chief is back looking like a man on a mission. Catching Wayne’s eye while he’s on his way in, but interrupted when the Harrington kid steps in his path. Talking to him in hushed whispers, but tense as hell.

The chief sighs, cocking his head to the side and bringing the kid to talk outside. Wayne isn’t the person to eavesdrop, but after yesterday, after the endless questions with no answers, he is desperate for an explanation.

An explanation why his kid is stuck on a hospital bed while Steve is walking around like he has every right to. Like he isn’t part of the reason his boy was halfway to dead for the past week.

What made his boy protect a person that he seemed to hate? A person who’s had everything handed to him, never had to experience real hardships. Stood on the sidelines while his boy was mocked and taunted. Ostracized for being who he was. Molded into this villain.

Kings look down on villains, seeing them as threats to their status. Their reputation. And the Harrington’s are part of the rulers of this town. Funding the high school extracurriculars, the hospital, the candidates on the ballots. Money that, in the grand scheme of reality, Wayne couldn’t give a shit where it goes.

Until it comes between him, his kid, and their lives. Eddie could’ve died, and for what? So the rich can keep being that? So they can keep coming out on top.

Wayne understands why Eddie would throw himself into danger for Dustin. Hell, he probably would have done the same thing. But Steve Harrington. Wayne’s not so sure that’s the path he would choose.

Taking the last cigarette from the pack, Wayne positions himself near the corner of the hospital. Hearing the Chief and Harrington talking right around the bend. Taking a long drag, he tilts his ear up to listen.

Living in a trailer park made everyone a secret gossip. Wayne just never thought he was going to do it like this.

“What about Owens?” Steve’s not so hushed voice carries around the corner. “He seems to be the one to fix all your problems.”

Wayne can hear the annoyance in the Chief’s voice. “Either still in hiding or avoiding my calls. I’ve had to go through his partner for all of this.”

“We need to fix this, Hop, and fast. Eddie can’t be pinned for this shit.”

“I know.” The Chief takes a deep breath. “But the town needs a fall guy. I can’t take the cuffs off just yet.”

Steve hisses a breath. “He’s been getting better. Doesn’t have the ventilator anymore, could wake up any day now. He doesn’t deserve to wake up thinking the town still hates him for something he was a victim of.”

“Kid, I know but I can’t-.”

Steve cuts him off. “I saw how effected his was by all this, Hop. I saw how upset he was thinking the town thought he could do that to her. To all of them. All of them willing to pick up their pitchforks to hunt the freak. He was terrified.”

Wayne feels the anger start to simmer up again. Hearing this kid put words in his boy’s mouth. Saying that he knows everything.

Maybe he does. Maybe Wayne’s blowing this all out of proportion. But he can’t help it. He’s tired, his hope is running dry. One wrong move and he’ll snap. Harrington’s just an easy target.

“I hear you,” the Chief’s voice raises. “But I really can’t-.”

Steve cuts his off again. “Yes, you can and that is the whole problem.”

“No, I can’t.” The hushed screams turn to louder reprimands. “Until the Feds get what they want, I’m powerless here.”

“But if it was El, that would be a completely different story, wouldn’t it?”

Even though Wayne can’t see them, the silence is so thick not even the sharpest blade could cut through it. Steve pushed the wrong button.

“Don’t go there, Steve.” The quiet anger in the Chief’s voice is enough to make anyone step down.

Steve doesn’t. “I am going there.” Steve’s voice has almost reached a yell. Full of anger of his own. “You do everything when it’s affecting you, and the people you care about. But as soon as it’s someone else that might get the fall, you step back and say you can’t do a damn thing.”

“I can’t do a damn thing,” the Chief booms.

“Yes. You. Can,” Steve yells right back. “If it were El, or Joyce, or Will, hell even Mike there strapped to that table right now, the cuffs would have been off the second you came back. No matter what. You would have taken the fall of that. You would have taken the Fed’s anger about it. You would have fucking done something about it. Why not now?”

Before the Chief can even answer the question, Steve is walking away with a huff. Not even noticing Wayne as he walks right back to the parking lot and slams the door of his fancy car. Driving away faster than he should.

Wayne might be directing the anger that sits in his chest at the wrong person.

But all of that doesn't seem to matter anymore. Almost immediately as his sits back in the hospital room, ready for nothing to happen. Eddie opens his eyes.

A dynamic like this would be completely uncoordinated. Their mentoring styles are polar opposites, and it doesn’t help that they can’t see eye to eye with each other on most things. So expect this to be a tug of war between what is essentially a strict dad and chill uncle. Scott will get done lecturing you about staying out late (he doesn’t want you dozing off and getting lazy during missions, that’s all!!), only for Remy to whisk you away on a late night patrol (with ice cream as a treat!!).

To fully understand what you’re dealing with here, let’s do a quick rundown on both of them on an individual level.

Scott: Overbearing as fuck. He might start off as harsh and borderline brutal, constantly singling you out and critiquing everything you do. Should anyone raise concerns over this, he’d be genuinely confused. He’s not treating you differently from the other X-Men!! You just need a little more tough love, that’s all!! He sees your potential and wants to bring it out of you so you’re ready for anything and everything!!

It would probably take a near-death experience on your end for him to finally soften up on you. He’s still strict as hell, don’t get me wrong, but at least he’s more encouraging than berating!! But now he keeps you glued to his side during missions. And doesn’t let you go on missions he’s not on. And only allows you to train with him. And starts getting more involved with your personal life. And basically keeps you on a tight leash with everything.

He definitely abuses his authority as field commander to get you to behave. Don’t wanna listen to him? Fine, you’re sitting out for the next couple of missions. What’s this? You think it’s unfair? If you won’t listen to him now, then what good are you in the field, huh? He’s only doing this to make you a better team player!! Now go to your room and think about what you’ve done.

Remy: Extremely hands off. The word “mentor” is used loosely when describing him, as he really doesn’t see himself as such. All he does is makes sure you don’t die on missions, gives you profound life lessons, then goes on to contradict that life lesson with some reckless move (text book example of a do as I say, not as I do kind of teacher). His laidback nature makes it easy to confide in him, and he’s always happy to lend an ear to his petit!

Meanwhile, his yandere side kind of runs counter to this. Yes, he’s extremely lax with you, but only because he knows where you are 24/7. There are trackers in all of your clothes so he can check in on you periodically. Not because he doesn’t trust you!! He really doesn’t give a shit what you’re up to as long as you’re not doing drugs or whatever. There’s just this nagging fear in the back of his mind that you could be in danger, and he wants to make sure he can save you in time. He also has a habit of snooping through your things; again, not because he doesn’t trust you, he’s just curious and has no sense of privacy when it comes to you (and also because he likes to leave behind little trinkets for you to find later).

While I don’t see very many situations where he resorts to this, it’s best to keep in mind that Remy’s a master manipulator. If you’re up to something he doesn’t particularly like — maybe you have a crush on someone he doesn’t deem worthy… which is just about everyone — he’ll easily talk you out of it, playing whatever card he feels necessary. There may be the slightest bit of infantilism (“you’re too young for mushy romance, petit!”), but nothing too heavy handed; he mostly does it to tease.

Okay, with that out of the way, let’s get back to their dynamic.

As said before, they don’t really work in tandem with each other. They just kinda coexist as your two mentors that constantly butt heads with each other. Scott sees Remy as a bad influence on you, and Remy basically does everything in his power to spite Scott. What’s this? Did mean ol’ Cyke lock you in your room? Good thing Gambit’s next lesson is to teach you how to pick locks (but that does not mean you can sneak out and do your own thing. Stay where Gambit can see you, damnit). It pisses Scott off to no end and Remy thinks it’s hilarious.

Now, there’s a very slim chance that they come to some sort of understanding. Sure, Scott has a stick up his ass and Remy is a bit reckless, but they at least share a common goal of keeping you safe. This is when they start (begrudgingly) working together, with Remy turning a blind eye whenever Scott oversteps his leadership role while Scott checks in with Remy for your current location. They’re absolutely not best buds with this setup, but they’ll at least tolerate each other for your own good.

They’re kinda like your divorced parents in this set up.

But, again, the chances of this happening are very slim. Scott will do everything in his power to keep you away from Remy’s influence, and Remy doesn’t trust Scott enough to agree to “sharing.” It would probably take a dire situation for them to work together. Just as a one time thing; it wouldn’t be permanent.

Overall, I love this dynamic. It helped me visualize a yandere Gambit better (despite him being my favorite, I wasn’t sure if I could hit him with my yanderefication beam), and of course I’m gonna write the X-Men’s resident yan-dad. I wanna write more so bad.

Honestly, one thing about DotO which always bothered me is how Billie seems to be so lonely in her journey. And not in a way of "she is a lone-wolf" but in a literal sense of loneliness and not-belonging. It almost feels like it is her first day in Karnaca, a city where she doesn't know a single thing or person. Which isn't true. I know that a lot of people have already talked about this, and so I won't jump into the depth of criticism. Treat this post as a bunch of thoughts which occurred to me in my first playthrough.

Firstly, there is no recognition from different people. Stilton, for example. In DH2 she was ready to battle her way to his house and help him, she payed with her blood, her eye and her arm. And yet in DotO we don't see any valuable mentions of this man. Yes, we have a photo in her cabin but that's it! Nothing more nothing less, just a photo which exists in the cabin only to show us, the player, the Void rifts. Almost like it was never meant to actually represent their relationship, just a funny mechanic of the game.

Maybe I don't understand her character to that extent but when I firstly played and heard Billie's monologue about the state of the Dreadful Whale, I had a thought. Was there no one who could help her with that? And my first thought was Stilton, especially after I saw their photo together. But alas she didn't mention anything like that which was completely fine… till the The Stolen Archive mission. With a plot progression things became absurdly stupid. Billie learns that the cult uses Shindaerey as their hideout. And what is Shindaerey? It's a literal mining quarry.

And so you want to tell me that Billie who I know, cunning Billie, who was, by Daud's words, extremely good at unsolving mysteries, won't at least ask Stilton about this quarry? She won't ask a mining baron of Karnaca? Really? Give her skills some credit! I'm not asking for a 5 minute long cutscene but at least a small panel in the pre-mission briefing where Billie talks to him about that, and where we can see how worried he is for her. She is not alone and, no matter what, there is still at least one person who remembers her, sees her and wants the best for her. But again, for whatever reason Billie has no valuable connections in this game, it seems. So it didn't happen.

Two other people about which I keep thinking about are Thomas and that person who borrowed Billie's skiff and returned it during the Follow the Ink mission.

If that note from a certain T. was actually from Thomas I can't think of good enough reasons not to include some of the letter which might happen in between them during the events of the game. Thomas knew that both Billie and Daud were in Karnaca but he didn't know that Daud had died. And honestly an unfinished letter from Billie to him where she tries her best to write about their master's death but just can't - would be absolutely gut-wrenching and insightful. Also it could be interesting to see the difference in how Billie is talking about this event and how she is living through it in reality. Because - obviously - people's internal and external dialogues would be different and seeing that difference in Billie would help us, the player, to understand some shapes of her character.

Or maybe Thomas would learn about Daud's death himself somehow, maybe he could recognize Billie's work as she goes though the city to uncover its secrets. And, finally, it would be simply fun to find a small lootstach from Thomas on one of the missions, accompanied with a letter from him. How is he now? What are his thoughts about Billie? How do her actions are seen by the common folk? Or by the gangs? After all, a good character is not only divided by how the story sees that character but also how this character sees themselves and what other people in the story are thinking about this character. And, as I already said, this small letter exchange between Billie and Thomas could cover up those aspects.

And so we are left with only one character whose presence and absence in Billie's story bothers me. That person who borrowed the skiff. Because the skiff was Billie's main link between the shore and the Dreadful Whale. We learnt from DH2 that in any port there would be a “fee” for leaving the ship there, later, in DotO she complains that hiding her ship wasn't an easy task. So whoever borrowed it must be a good friend of Billie, as absence of the skiff puts her in a bad and potentially dangerous situation. Besides there is a note by a certain M., which talks about meeting with Billie later. I was kinda excited to see who this person might be. Someone whom I already know? Character from the first game? Maybe from the second one? Would it be a howler or black market dealer? Would they give me some special mission akin to one that Emily can get in the Royal Conservatory mission? Well, should I say that I was left wondering as there was not a single special NPC which met the criteria.

What? I forgot about someone? Deirdre? Oh, right. Deirdre. The best person in Billie's life and the worst death in Billie's memory. Right. It's almost too easy to forget that she exists, as Billie talks about her approximately two times in the game? More or less so. Should she talk more about her? Maybe, I don't know. But I remember thinking about using the rat charm in the Void or in the quarry. I thought that in the Void I could hear the real Deirdre speaking, this idea gave me chills back then. To adjust to the voice of your loved one's from rats, only to hear her cursing you for all you have done or to call you from beyond. I thought that she would appear somewhere in the Void, just in the corner of my vision. But again it didn't happen. And I don't know for better or for worse. As in the current state if you want to completely strip her out from the game - you won't lose a single thing. After all, a rat charm is just a rat charm, and so is a voice in it, as it never changes and never really speaks to Billie, it was never a personal matter.

Overall, I don't want to be another person who throws rocks at DotO as, honestly, I like Billie and I'm just… sad, I guess. I'm sad that the game about such a character fails to make me think more of her. I'm sad that the plot of this game was kinda ruined with a terrible script. And, at the end of the day, I'm just sad that Billies didn't get her chance to shine in her own game.

But nonetheless I still like Billie and, at least, her sarcastic comments on the surrounding was always a delight to hear, so I'm gonna replay this game one more time in vain hopes to find what I see in it.

Hello Anon! Thank you so much for sending in your request and choosing me as the first person you sent a request to! Sorry it took a while to finish! I've been swamped by matchup requests lately (something I'm certainly not complaining about). I hope you like your headcanons!

I don't see Mirko as someone who seeks the feeling of peace a whole lot. Even though she has her unsatiable desire to fight, she's happy with herself.

Still, she appreciates the sense of peace her s/o's powers bring whenever she's around them.

She doesn't really know if her s/o's powers cause them to feel emotional pain themselves. She's asked a few times but her s/o's assurances that it's fine do little to ease her concerns.

Mirko is definitely one to do little things to make sure her s/o gets moments of peace as well. It can be stressful having heroes and villains constantly seeking you out just to get a taste of peace.

As long as her s/o says it's okay, Mirko won't have a problem with people approaching them asking for a hit of peace. If too many people approach her s/o or her s/o seems uncomfortable thought, it's a different issue.

Her main priority is always going to be the wellbeing of her s/o.

And if a villain kidnaps her s/o? Mirko's on a one woman mission to get them back.

Definitely craves peace. After everything he's been through, he needs some time to just relax.

Obviously this could go down a yandere path, but I'd rather go with the scenario where Dabi's s/o chose to be with him.

He feels so honoured that them chose him of all people to be with. Yes, the powers are a nice side effect, but Dabi's convinced his s/o's presence alone, powers or not, brings him a sense of comfort unlike any other.

Definitely protective of his s/o. It's not that he doesn't want others to feel peace. He couldn't care less about that! He's just worried that his s/o is going to leave him.

Doesn't matter if it's a hero or another villain that tries to take his s/o away from him, he's fighting for their freedom like his life depends on it.

He loves coming back to his s/o after a long day. Getting to spend time with the person he loves, and getting the benefit of their quirk easing all of his aches, pains, and worries is the best part of his day.

This guy is somewhere in between Mirko and Dabi.

Some days, he's completely fine. These are the days when he's more worried about his s/o's mental health than anything else.

Other days, his hero work gets too much and he just needs to destress. That's not to say Hawks doesn't still care about his s/o! He really does. He's just so tired.

Protective of his s/o, but no more than other heroes in committed relationships. If his s/o gets kidnapped, by either a villain or a hero goes rogue, he'll obviously get them back.

But he's not rushing in headfirst like Mirko would. He's been working on undercover cases for too long to do that. He'll infiltrate wherever his s/o's being held and break them out with as few casualties as possible.

Hawks doesn't want his s/o to carry any guilt about people getting hurt because of their powers. It also gives him a chance to isolate the person who kidnapped his s/o later and find out exactly why they did it. They'll be brought to justice. But he's doing it his way.

A side effect of his s/o's powers on Hawks is that when he gets relaxed, his feather fluff up. If he's really relaxed, he might make soft cooing noises. Just don't mention it. He gets embarrassed.

Doesn't necessarily think about the benefits of her s/o's quirk at first, but the first time she gets a hit of peace, she knows she needs more.

Gets addicted quickly to the feeling of peace. Izuku Midoriya? Who's he? The only person she has eyes for is her new s/o!

Another one who could really easily go down the yandere path.

Assuming her s/o chose to be with her though? She's the happies person in the world! Sometimes when she's under the power of her s/o's quirk and her racing mind is slowed, she wonders why her s/o chose her.

Her s/o's quirk dulls the urge to draw blood, maim, and kill, so Toga can't tell whether she completely likes it or not. She's gotten so used to the urges that without them, she almost doesn't feel like herself.

But her s/o is happy that they can do something to help her relax and Toga loves the floating feeling her s/o's quirk gives her so she's happy to keep hanging around them.

Has this man ever felt peace in his life? Probably not.

So when he first gets a hit of his s/o's quirk? Endeavour probably crumples to the ground. He's not entirely sure why his legs have just stopped working or why his shoulders feel so miraculously relaxed but he does know it's a feeling he could get used to.

I feel like some small part of Endeavour (especially in the more recent part of My Hero Academia) feels like he shouldn't be allowed to relax.

It's more than he deserves after everything he's put his family through.

So he probably wouldn't use his s/o's powers that much. Then again, he can't exactly stop them from using them if and when they chose.

If his s/o got kidnapped, he's assembling a team to take them down. Yes, he's one of the highest ranking heroes in Japan. Yes, he could take out the hero or villain who kidnapped his s/o by himself.

But he lives in the public eye. If everyone found out how much he cares about his s/o, more people would be coming after them.

He doesn't want to put his s/o in any more danger than they need to be.

Has forgotten what peace feels like honestly. He's been keeping up his persona of All Might for so long that he doesn't remember what it's like to just relax.

So incredibly grateful to his s/o! Anything they want, he's on it. Back rubs? Those muscles can be put to use for something other than fighting villains! A snack from their favourite café? He's pretty fast, he'll be back before his s/o knows it!

He feels it's the least he can do.

Unlike Endeavour, All Might has no worries about rushing in to protect or rescue his s/o. He knows that most of Japan probably knows about his relationship so there's no point in trying to hide how much he cares.

Might sneak into wherever his s/o's hiding in his weak form before breaking them out as "All Might".

He does have to be careful though. His s/o's powers revert him back to his weak form in an instant so they have to be very careful about when and where they use them.

Leon:

You had been going out with Leon for a couple months now. He was basically the man of your dreams. Although you had spent such a long time together, you had never wanted to have sex or even show a lot of skin to him. He didn't mind this, he knew that when you were ready you would share these things with them, and never pressured you into anything.

Eventually, you finally caved and decided to try and be comfortable around him. You had invited him over and had decided to wear a short sleeve shirt and some pj shorts. You were feeling confident and courageous for deciding to trust him with this.

This was until you caught a glimpse in the mirror and saw all the faded scars that littered your skin. Your cheeks turned red and tears welled up in your eyes from the shame and embarrassment you felt.

"How could anyone love someone as messed up as this?" You thought to yourself.

Tears rolled down your cheeks as you just stared at the broken skin, so distracted that you didn't hear Leon announce his presence.

He found you standing in front of the mirror crying, his eyes softening at the sight of your skin and the tears rolling down your face.

"Baby? What's wrong?", he said as he walked over to you.

"Go away Leon, you shouldn't see me like this." You sobbed to him.

"I'm not going anywhere, pretty girl, until I know what's got you so upset."

You turned to him and looked him in the eyes. His face was full of worry and concern, which only made you feel worse.

"This was supposed to be a good thing for me, Leon. I wanted to try and be more comfortable around you because even though you've told me not to rush anything, I wanted to prove to myself that I could stop covering up around you," You paused to catch your breath.

"But as soon as I saw myself it was like all the horrible thoughts came back to me. I was so close Leon. I feel so ugly, and ashamed, and-and I don't know what to do anymore." You wiped at your eyes to stop the tears but they just kept pouring the more you talked.

Leon was quiet as you spoke. Sadness casting over him at the sight of you sobbing your heart out.

"Can I hold you, pretty girl?" He asked gently. You shook your head yes and scrambled into his arms, where he wrapped you tight and rocked you back and forth.

"I want you to listen to me, baby, ok?" You nodded your head into his chest in reply.

"I want you to know how proud I am of you for trying for me. You are the bravest, most beautiful person I have ever met. I want you to know that I love every single piece of you, including the broken ones, and that my love will never change." You sniffled softly into his chest.

He gently grabbed your wrist and brought it to his face, giving each scar a feather-light kiss.

"I want you to know that your scars don't define you, that they just prove that you survived the darkest time in your life. Look at me, baby." You brought your eyes to his face.

He let go of you and began lifting up his shirt, showing you his torso littered with scars from countless missions and near-death encounters.

"Our scars tell a story. Different stories, but they both have the same ending; we won and survived. They show that we are strong and brave. I hope you believe me, and if you still aren't ready I'm not going to push you to do this for me. I love you either way." With that, he left a soft kiss on your forehead and wrapped his arms around you again.

You just couldn't understand how you found the most kind-hearted, beautiful soul to ever exist, and how he chose to give you his love.

"I love you so much, Leon." You whispered to him, feeling his arms go tighter around you in response. You both spent the rest of the night holding each other, finally at peace and basking in each other's love.

Luis:

You had been home with Luis when you decided to take a shower. He was taking a nap on the couch so you figured it would be the perfect time to wash up. You washed quickly, not wanting to wake him. 10 minutes later, you were stepping out and wrapping yourself in a towel. You made your way to his bedroom and began to dry off. You had just finished putting on your bra when the bedroom door swung upon.

You froze at the sound, eyes locked onto the doorway where Luis stood, mouth agape and eyes wide.

"I-I'm so sorry I didn't know you were in here!" He stuttered out.

Your heart began to race, your mind going a million miles an hour. You had wanted to show him your scars on your own terms, but now your secret was out forever. Your eyes watered slightly as you began to sniffle.

Luis noticed the change immediately and went from embarrassed to concerned in a second.

"Cariña, please don't cry. Come here." He grabbed the throw blanket from off the bed and wrapped you in it to help cover you up. You sank into his warm arms almost instantaneously; your anxiety lessening in his embrace.

"I've known the whole time, mi amor." He spoke softly.

"W-what? How-"

"When you sleep you tend to remove your clothes if you're too hot..."

You two sat in silence when all of a sudden you began to giggle. Luis followed suit and began to chuckle until the both of you were laughing.

"I can't believe this... I thought you never knew, and I was waiting to show you." You looked into his eyes as he smiled and brushed your hair behind your ear.

"I didn't want to tell you I found out, because I knew you would come to me when you were ready."

Your eyes watered again at what he told you. You couldn't possibly understand how there was anyone as kind and beautiful as Luis.

"I wanted to show you so bad, but I was so afraid you'd be disgusted with me." Luis's arms wrapped tighter around you at the thought of you being afraid to show him your deepest secret.

"I could never be disgusted with you, mi amor. To me, you are the most beautiful woman in the world. How could I ever be disgusted with the one thing I love most in this world?" He placed his palm on your cheek, his thumb rubbing gently on your face.

Tears slowly made their way down your face; you were so overjoyed, and feeling so loved by him that you didn't know what to do.

"I love you so much, Luis Serra. I don't think I'll ever feel as much love for another person as I do for you."

With that, he smiled and laid his forehead against yours, the both of you closing your eyes and just enjoying the moment. That night was the night you knew Luis Serra would be your husband for the rest of your life.

🩹 Dazai was secretly possessive, in a way that everyone except you could see. He very rarely let you go anywhere on your own. 🩹 I’m pretty sure that he slipped a tracker and listening device in your jacket so that he knew where you were at all times and could hear if you were ever in trouble. 🩹 His version of trouble and yours were very different so expect him to show up at the most inopportune times. You were often left cleaning up after him when he ruins something or causes trouble, 🩹 Your inability to realise when someone was flirting with you was the real problem here because when it came down to it that was the problem.

You don’t even know when he got there, you had been trying to find something for lunch when a guy walked over to you “Are you looking for somewhere to eat?” He asked. “Oh yeah, I’m trying to decide what to have for lunch.” You answered with a soft smile. “I know a good place to eat if you're looking to try something new. I can take you there.” He suggested. “Oh that kind-” “She really doesn’t need your help.” Dazai’s voice sounded behind you and you looked at him and frowned looking behind you. “He was just going to show me somewhere to get lunch Dazai.” You mumbled. “He wants more than lunch.” Dazai muttered. “Woah.” The guy lifted his hands as he looked at you. “Is this guy your brother or something?” “He’s actually my boyfriend, do you mind if he comes along?” You asked. “Oh uhh, you know I’ll just give you directions.” He said as Dazai smirked behind you, if anyone knew him before the ADA they would have thought that he had rejoined the mafia with the look he was giving this man. The rushed instructions that he gave you were quickly forgotten as Dazai draped himself over you. “Are you really going to go to that place he told you about!” Dazai whined. “Would it make you feel better if I say no?” You asked. “Yes.” He answered. “Fine then I won’t go. I don’t understand why it means so much to you but there you go.” You shrugged as you pulled him towards a cafe to get something to eat. Dazai watched you walk and smiled while your obliviousness bothered him. He never wanted you to change, he wanted to keep you this way until the end of your days.

Chuya Nakahara

🍷 Chuya’s always been volatile, anyone could have told you that but he became more so when he started dating you, male members were genuinely afraid of talking to you and other executives had taken to just sending a female operative to speak to you instead. 🍷 Trust literally no one because he worries that you’ll realise that they are better than him (Dazai never helped with that considering his teasing or Chuya’s physical attributes and personality.) 🍷 Chuya was always there in some capacity, so it was rare that anyone flirted with you but it happened sometimes. 🍷 This guy must have had a death wish because he could see Chuya, he could feel Chuya glaring at him.

You were out looking for a new pair of gloves, you had managed to completely ruin your old ones on your most recent mission “what do you think, fingers or no fingers?” You asked as you held up one hand with the leather fingerless gloves and the other with a normal set of gloves. Chuya looked at you. “Does that matter?” He asked. “Come on answer!” You whined and he rolled his eyes. “I think the fingerless ones look great on you.” A guy called over, you looked over at him and he smiled. “Really?” You asked, holding your hand in front of you. “Mmm.” He hummed “I can show you some other stuff that goes well with them.” “Like hell you can.” Chuya grumbled as he reached out, grabbing your hand and stopping you from walking towards the man. “What’s wrong?” You asked. “What do you mena what’s wrong?” Chuya asked. “He’s flirting with you.” “Are you flirting with me?” You asked. “Do you want me to be?” The guy asked and you looked at him tilting your head to the side. “He’s my boyfriend.” You mumbled pointing at Chuya who was glaring at the man before you even realised what happened. Chuya delivered a hard punch to the guy's face, he recoiled and disappeared holding his bleeding nose. “You didn’t need to do that.” “I did.” He argued “get the other gloves.” “Why?” You asked. “They match mine.” He answered, you couldn’t see his face but you were sure that he was blushing, you discarded the fingerless glove and picked up the other glove to make a pair before heading over to the cash register to pay, while Chuya followed after like a guard Chihuahua until you left.

Atsushi Nakajima

🐅 Atsushi honestly doesn’t believe that he deserves you, so when people start flirting two things happen, he gets worried and then he gets angry. 🐅 He never outwardly tries to stop anything from happening, he wants to trust that you are going to come back to him and you always do. 🐅 He does keep an eye on you though in case someone gets too handsy or too pushy. 🐅 As he became more in tune with the tiger inside of him it became harder to ignore someone trying to take you away from him.

You were questioning the witnesses for the most recent case that you were on, you had both split up to try and cover as many people as you could, you started talking to a guy, Atsushi had hoped that he would get to him first he didn’t like the look of him and the feeling only increased as he watched him interact with you, he leaned too close, talked with a slimy smirk on his face and touched your arm constantly. Ryunosuke Akutagawa

🧥 Akutagawa was arrogant about a lot of things but when it came to relationships he made sure that it was clear what was going on. 🧥 He’s a dangerous individual that flies off the handle at the smallest thing but that’s the only indication that he cares about whatever is happening, he’s bad at expressing how much he cares for you which often leads people to think that you're just friends or even siblings when you are out together. 🧥 Akutagawa had gotten used to getting rid of all his problems by erasing their existence but that was difficult to do in the middle of a cafe that you had decided to get a drink at. 🧥 So instead he gritted his teeth and waited for you to correct what was happening but he quickly realised that you didn’t even realise what it was that was happening.

You were talking to the waiter but you didn’t seem to realise the obvious flirting, Akutagawa’s leg was bouncing under the table and glared at the menu in front of him “‘Gawa have you decided what you want?” You asked, he cleared his throat and quickly gave his order before going back to glaring at the table. “Is something wrong?” “There should be.” He answered, you looked at him and frowned. “What do you mean?” You asked, tipping your head to the side and he rolled his eyes. “He’s flirting with you.” Akutagawa answered. “He is?” You asked. “Yes he is.” Akutagawa said as you leaned forward. “Are you jealous?” You asked. “…You can’t tell when someone is flirting with you but you know the concept of jealousy… Of course.” Akutagawa rolled his eyes as he leaned back in his chair, you moved from your seat across from him and sat next to him instead. “You wouldn’t have to be jealous if you’d just sit next to me or hold my hand sometimes.” You shrugged and he narrowed his eyes but before he could say anything the waiter came back over he put your drinks on the table, you both noticed the small piece of paper under your cup. “Take that back.” Akutagawa ordered, referring to the paper as you lifted the cup. “What are you talking about?” He asked. “This.” You answered, passing him back the paper which you were both sure had his number on it. “He’s my boyfriend.” The waiter walked away without saying anything else and Akutagawa seemed to relax after that gently playing with the fingers of the hand that was closest to him as you talked about something he was only vaguely listening to.

Hiiii, Ard! thanks for being interested in my opinion xD I'll start with THE question hehe

10. OTP Who could that be...? 🤔😅 I'm going to use this opportunity to finally make a verbal statement about why i love my otp so much. I started watching Naruto as an experiment in 2022 (at the ripe age of 28) and the land of waves arc got to me: Haku's death (and the way Zabuza used him -yes, i have beef with that guy) got my empathy involved, and Kakashi-sensei charmed me by being incredibly cool AND mysterious. The mysterious part about the origin of his sharingan intrigued me the most: what do you mean "a friend gave it to him"??? who is this friend? where is he? are they still friends? All those questions needed answers. So i learned about Obito Uchiha (mostly through fanart). Then i cried my eyes out watching Kakashi Gaiden and stalled the war arc as long as i could because i knew what was going to happen, and by then i’d already fallen in love with them beyond reason.

Before anything else, this ship is so powerful because separately Kakashi and Obito are incredibly well-written characters. Yes, they complete each other and share their arc till the end, but nevertheless, each of them is autonomous, believable, complex, and deep. They are both the main dish. So the dynamic, the bond they establish between them feels true and natural. One has this sunshine personality, is kind, caring, tenderhearted, and fun; the other has too much to deal with for his age: being a genius will mess with your pride and sense of worth, but not with your tiny, pure, brave heart. Kid Obito and kid Kakashi are so precious, you wanna shield them from everything that is wrong with the world. And then tragedy №1 and tragedy №2 happen that push these two boys to realize they were supposed to be each other’s lifeline. Obito got a head start over Kakashi though. When Kakashi finally sees Obito for who he really is, the sacrifice is already made, leaving Kakashi attached to his lifeline that goes nowhere. 

Tragedy №3 crushes their souls one more time and marks the beginning of the horrendous paths they take: Kakashi drowning himself in guilt and the violence of ANBU missions; Obito being groomed, brainwashed and manipulated into a gruesome conspiracy that perverted his ideals. And despite everything that happens next, they still hold on to their lifeline (the shared sharingan serving as the visualization). They are loyal to each other in their own ways. Kakashi lets his memory of Obito guide him and help him live, while Obito never seeks vengeance or takes the eye back. He even goes beyond imaginable and saves Kakashi’s life one last time. 

They were written to be tragic, but they were also meant to be special. If only Kishimoto had more sympathy and allowed Obito another chance. Those two precious boys could start all over. And this time, post war, their respect, longing, sorrow, adoration, grief, regrets, hopes would be shared, and the love that had struggled to grow for so long would finally be in full blossom.

3. Favorite villain

(No worries, sweet anon, i don’t consider Obito a villain xD) The key villains like Madara or Danzo remind me of middle-aged men who get hung up on conspiracy theories and start believing that they have the world figured out. So they are more annoying than scary to me. And a villain should be frightening, i think. In the ninja world this would be Orochimaru. He’s an egomaniac, a sensible madman, who is deceitful, merciless, and cruel. We were shown such atrocities, so much abuse, torture, and physical pain inflicted on innocent people. And for what? I’m not sure i fully understand his motives: was it out of fear of death? Or is this just him doing what he loves? He IS the worst, and yet, by the end of shippuden he turns into a comedy bit?! Seriously?! This is all kinds of wrong xD But the facts remain, he is a good villain, creepy and scary.

I saw it. I agree to an extent because they were so focused on showing them aiding Rhaenyra that we never got to see actual conflicts between them play out. We don't see Rhaenys reason with herself or meet the two girls at the same time when they are adults and have a conversation before they're betrothed. And yes, you can argue its political, but my question then would be why is it political when she's list so much when trying to play the game? We don't see Corlys and Rhaenyra having direct conflict face to face or meaningful interactions between Baela, Jace, and Rhaena. Overall, it took a lot to crown Rhaenyra, which had to be overlooked to see her with the crown.

That aside because they weren't in the mentioned post, I think conflict is different from disfunction. A lot of people talking about the fact that Rhaena feels resentful is mental to create a dysfunctional dynamic when it's not most likely. It'll be like when Jace pushes Luke down when they are fighting on Dragonstone. A character moment meant to convey something meaningful but not to completely explain their dynamic.

Just like the post, I'll go from character to character:

I do think we are going to see Rhaenyra reconcile with her general entitlement throughout the past few years. Staying on Dragonstone really did hurt her position, but also seeing her have to keep peace after Luke because she is hesitant to launch the realm into war. She's going to be fighting against getting revenge and keeping allies all while countering the difference voices of her council who want to be in war. If the interviews are anything to go off of if she's trying to keep the memory of her father alive, she can't get revenge. So, I do think a lot of the narrative will be based on that idea and the balancing act as they descend into war and realise there is little hesitation from the other side, rightfully so after the early events of the war happen.

Jace being ready for war is one conflict I think we'll see. He's looking to her for leadership and direction but also want s to contribute all while he's still a child. He just lost the brother he volunteered for the envoy mission. It's an extremely personal stake for him and one he can't reconcile without guilt and just by trying to keep peace. For me personally, I hope they bring a conflict of upbringings between Jace and Rhaenyra. He never had the security of simply being heir without proving himself like she did. He has to prove himself because his entire life has been people telling him he's a bastard. He also has a responsibility to the Velaryons not only through his parents but also because he's engaged to their ward. He has to do right and keep them as allies, which might mean growing up a lot quicker than Rhaenyra might even facilitate. She can't protect him, and I think their approaches are going to clash. Jace also seems a very angry kid eager to prove himself, so if he goes off and does so, would Rhaenyra see it reasonably, or would Jace be reasonable to begin with.

I think Rhaneys is trying to keep it all together. Like trying to be the guiding light. She's going to be another voice of reason that's different from Viserys peace once you ignore conflict. She seems to be the only one who understands the cost of shedding blood in war fully. The cost of shedding blood at all. I can see her trying her best to reason between the interest of her house and the interest of the Realm. I do think she'll have one of the biggest impacts on Rhaenyra and well see how well that dynamic can be fleshed out. Appeasing the realm isn't the way to win this war. I also think we'll see her dynamic with Rhaena and Baela play out better. Those girls individually have scenes where they look to her after hearing Rhaenyra for a clear answer. That could be a big deal when it comes to Rhaena’s precarious position after Luke is gone and Baela's eagerness to defend her family.

Corlys, I think, hasn't been too forgiving. That made has been ready to abandon this cause, but Rhaenys has ensured he stays and fights. Corlys was saying Rhaenyra destroys anything she touches and so on. I do think he's as loyal to her as his wife is, and if something comes in between that, they're going to have to ass kiss. I do think he's going to be doing the blockade and his plot from the books, though, so he's already a source of conflict. Corlys outside of Draogns is their greatest strength, and if he feels he's being overlooked, he has every right to pull out. He's also, as the post said, a historical figure at this point. A living relic, so when we see him with the hand of the queen pin, I do hope it's because of atonement and an attempt to make a true ally not only the way it goes down in the books.

Daemon is Daemon. Reactionary in grief and loyal to no person in a way that would really benefit the cause outside of war time. He's too chaotic and wants his own way, which is detrimental to the larger cause and what Rhaenyra wants. We have to consider his precious character moments and the questions being asked. Daemon, I think, is going to stay exactly the same, and hopefully, by grace alone, he'll evolve into someone closer to his book counterpart at his big age. I can't wait to see Alys and him interacting. I think they're making Harrenhall a bit more bloody. And having him more involved in the war effort and blood shed in the riverlands. But if disfunction is the goal, there's no better catalyst.

Overall, the post was cool, but I do think ignoring Rhanea and Baela and their parts in this season is an oversight. They're marketed as Jace's closest allies, the daughters of Daemon. We see Baela being a lot more active, and Rhaena, though uncertain, definitely has a much larger role. I'd say don't underestimate their narratives just yet. They'll definitely be household favourites by the end of this season.

Lastly, just to touch on this, Mysaria is going to be such a character this season, so I'm showing my Stan card right now. No one is vocalising how crazy her part in everything is going to be, I truly think we are going to see her become the Larys of team black, and it's going to be so amazing.

I just read something deep has wound up in your soul (I loved everybody's dynamic with Theo) and it got me thinking how, even though he was bred to be massive and deadly and fearsome, he is still a black wolf that was designed for stealth, so I can imagine so many scenarios of the pack just not knowing Theo was there and sitting on him/tripping over him/etc? Argent and Melissa folding laundry and placing them on Theo's back as he's sleeping in the darkened room and they don't notice until he huffs and shifts and the whole pile of clothes goes tumbling all over him. The pack is in the preserve and Theo is lying on the ground with Malia and Derek as they wait for permission to go hunting, and its nighttime and Stiles is human and he backs up right into him and goes falling ass-over-teakettle and Theo doesn't even move to try and avoid him. They're all relaxing and chilling out and out of the darkness Theo opens his eyes and Alec, Nolan and Mason all jump out of their skins as he scares them. Parrish goes to sit down and leaps to his feet when his butt hits bristly fur and tense muscle and he glances down to see Theo watching him with an unimpressed look. The only people who really ever know where is it at all times are Scott and Liam and they use that skill to their advantage and for comedic reasons.

Also, I was wondering why exactly Theo wanted to be a wolf the whole fic? Did something happen during his 'mission' with Argent that made him want to stop being human for a little?

Yes to all of that, absolutely—those are exactly the kinds of dynamics I love to write/see. I like the trust and comfort it implies, and just the…familiarity? Of people who know each other so well that they can have those kinds of experiences without awkwardness or fear or whatever.

As for why Theo wanted to be a wolf, it was partially that he got hurt—I tried to imply that with Melissa’s comment about Argent saying it’d been a rough mission, but sometimes I’m too subtle at the risk of it being completely unrecognizable to anyone who isn’t me 😆—but more that, in my head, Theo just…doesn’t always know how to be a person? Because, really, for so long he wasn’t one, not in any recognizable way: he learned to fake being one, but it was always an act. And so now that he’s with the McCall pack, he’s not faking it anymore, or at least not trying to, but I think the problem is, he doesn’t always know how to just be around people without a purpose, or without being used by them or fulfilling some kind of need of theirs. He doesn’t know how to just do small talk or exist in silence with people, even people he loves and who love him, and so it’s just easier to…be a wolf. To be an animal, who can’t talk, who can’t do a lot of human things, except be present and someone(/thing) that others can interact with in this very easy, primitive way, allowing him to be part of things without having to do so in a way that he doesn’t feel like he understands, or comes with any expectations. If that makes any sense?

Here we go! Breakfast Tea's (vaguely) coherent Survivor Thoughts!

Spoliers under the cut. You have been warned.

Cal - HOW MUCH TRAUMA CAN YOU PUT ONE PERSON THROUGH?!?!?! My heart aches for him. When the game tells you to use his dark side powers in the third act, I absolutely refused, hoping the game would auto-continue because I refused to engage. NOPE! NO CHOICE. And okay, yeah, it was A LOT of fun but ow ow ow ow ow. He needs SO MUCH TIME to heal. The end of the game hit so hard because it feels so heavy and uncertain. We don't leave off with Cal feeling hopeful for the future. He admits he's scared, oh, and by the way, STILL TAPPED INTO THE DARK SIDE. Throughout the whole story, he just goes and goes and takes blow after blow, and then it ends with him hearing Cere. Watch me write fanfic set after the game in which I send Cal off on his own because REASONS. Ahem, anyway!

CANON JEDI CANNOT COOK AND ALSO DRINK TEA, THANK YOU.

BD-1 - BD remains the best droid. The BEST. He is always there for Cal, and he's so happy to see Cordova. And when he hugs Cal after Cere dies? *sobbing* Also, it did NOT escape my notice that the option to EMBRACE THE DARK SIDE comes up after Bode punts BD across the chamber. I LOVE THIS LITTLE DROID SO MUCH.

Echoes - I love how the echoes work in this game. The entire quest starts out partially because Cal finds an echo. Some echoes are visualised, and you can re-experience them, which is nice to see in canon. Cal also walks through Dagan's memory which intrigued me. Basically, they remain completely integral to both Cal and the wider narrative.

Also, as a game, it is just a lot of fun to play. There are puzzles that make you feel clever for solving them. Combat was fun and exciting, I loved all the lightsaber forms, and I have learned that I am over-reliant on Slow in JFO. Honestly, it's all still buzzing in my head. I need to replay it at a much slower pace now that I can relax about spoilers.

The Mantis Crew - While I knew they would've all gone their separate ways, it was still a lot to take in. It makes sense to me (Greez isn't cut out for this, Merrin wants to see the galaxy, and Cere's longing to reclaim the Jedi's legacy), and I'm glad everyone got together eventually, but I missed their vibe... At least we got flashbacks!

Cere - Absolutely devastated at her loss. She was Cal's mentor and therefore basically doomed by Star Wars law (she's the Obi-Wan), but it absolutely destroyed me. And it destroyed Cal, too. Cal, who was hanging by a thread for so much of this. Losing her, and the way he lost her, was too much for him. I wanted to see more of her SO MUCH, but I understand why we didn't. Ooof, I'm not getting over that anytime soon. I got my wish to play as her (and yes, she's WAY stronger than Cal), but... but...

Bode - I had a strong feeling he would betray Cal, but I had no idea WHY. It was a really nice touch and worked really well. His motivations make perfect sense, and they aren't some galaxy-bending quest to rule over others - he's just a father desperate to protect his daughter. I *love* how this series tells personal stories in the midst of such *literal* spectacle. Cal chasing after him, everything that's happening because Bode's a traitor... ow, ow, ow, ow, ow. And then the end, when Cal kills him to save himself and Merrin? GoodBYE. Oh, and now I'm walking around finishing up missions and there are NEW ECHOES EVERYWHERE that come from Bode.

Cordova - WHAT?!?!?! I screamed, I cried, first when he turned up, and then again when he died. Agony. I am in AGONY. I can barely think about the game right now without breaking down. Also loved the reference to Qui-Gon Jinn, although I also think that makes Cordova a lot younger than I've been headcanoning? Oh well!

Merrin - She remains so much fun. Her and Cal's relationship wasn't what I wanted, but it was handled well enough. The whole fight with the two of them against the giant drill was AMAZING. I absolutely loved the visualisation of her warping power. Oh, and when they take shelter from the sandstorm, and she holds his hand while he's having a nightmare? Perfect. While I would've preferred the two of them remaining friends, them being together doesn't bother me too much.

Greez - he is just so worried for Cal. HE MADE UP A ROOM FOR CAL IN HIS CANTINA AND MAKES HIM TAKE A NAP AND THEN WAKES HIM UP LIKE OLD TIMES YES I AM ALREADY COOKING UP A FANFIC FOR THIS I CAN'T HELP IT. I love how he's always checking in with Cal, making sure he's okay, telling him VERY firmly it is not his fault when Cere dies. Oh no, here I go again, can't stop crying...

Koboh - I love that town and building it up. I'm nowhere near finished yet, and in no rush to do so.

Finale - it took me a while to really sit and take that ending in. In recent years, we've become so used to second parts of trilogies not really having dark and uncertain endings that it really hit me how bleak it initially feels. We are leaving Cal still mourning, still struggling with his own darkness, still hurting... and that works. It works because he isn't finished growing and learning. He's a survivor, but he's a long, long way from thriving. The ending fits. It hurts. Everything hurts. But that story got the only ending that fit how dark it is.

The tickling sensation came back and the screams, laughter too but louder.
