Aries Born / Born in the 1st House:
You are very courageous and bold when it comes to your self expression. Your parents might have considered you as a “busy body” and always had to keep you entertained as an infant. Probably one of those babies who would make funny expressions when they were mad. During pregnancy, your mother could have dealt with a lot of kicking, heartburns, and/or tummy aches. Childbirth as well may have hurt or been difficult due to you having a larger head as a baby (oops!). I see the parents being relatively active during pregnancy, perhaps your parents went to the gym or played sports still. You were born into this world to discover your unique individuality and coming to terms with your identity. Some of you must learn how to embrace all parts of yourself whether that is your physical appearance, sexuality, or personality. Were you raised to feel shame or had to hide some parts of yourself? How can you approach these factors in everyday life? Practicing self validation instead of seeking it from an outside source would be helpful. Focus on establishing a routine of self love and confidence in everyday life, this will attract the most success. Engaging in exercise activities for children such as dodgeball, double dutch, or hopscotch could help you reconnect to your inner child.
Taurus Born / Born in the 2nd house:
Ahhh the spoiled babies. You guys had it all when you were born. Very lavish and comfy childbirth. Your mothers could have gained a lot of weight and ate very yummy foods during pregnancy. Refined palettes with the exception of late snacks and cheeses (I bet these moms would ask people to have a glass of wine for them lol). Your mother could have been feeling very lazy and lethargic, very much so a couch potato. I also see them receiving compliments on how beautiful they look pregnant. I even see the dads gaining weight and getting a dad bod out of support for the mom lol. It is likely you were sensitive to touch when you were born, needing a security blanket or something soft to make you feel safe and protected. Your purpose in life is to understand that money is a wonderful tool but it cannot solve all of your problems. You have to reflect on your values and how you can provide a secure and stable home to yourself. It also important to realize what you are prioritizing in life. Do you have a follow a diet? Are you putting others before your own needs? Do you want to be successful in life but are not implementing healthy habits into your routine? Write a list of goals that you would like to accomplish and figure out methods to make these things come to life, while also keeping your mind stimulated so you won’t fall back in laziness and self sabotaging habits.
Gemini Born / Born in the 3rd House:
Yappers! These babies learned to speak at a few months old. It is likely they were very vocal as infants and could express themselves very easily. Your parents could have had a duality to themselves, which may have resulted in uneasiness or not sure which side of them you were seeing that day. I also interpret this as having parents that switched roles or don’t follow gender stereotypes (E.G: stay at home dad / working mom or having queer parents, etc). You may also have a twin! During pregnancy, your mother could have had many mood swings or experienced a lot of anxiety. I also see this as experiencing butterflies and talking a lot out of nervousness. Their conversations were engaging and interesting. Your parents could have even spoken to you while you were still in your mother’s tummy or played music for you to hear. In this lifetime, you were tasked with developing a community. Some of you are very smart but have difficulty forming connections with others or you are so comfortable speaking your mind that you don’t realize it can come off as blunt at times. Listen, we know you’re intelligent but sometimes you need to hear wisdom from other people in order grow in certain areas. If you have a sibling, you can rely on that bond with them to seek advice, they can help you understand a situation better. Since you have a dynamic personality, you can use your gift to communicate with individuals with different identities.
Cancer Born / Born in the 4th house:
The need to retreat and be at home is a prominent theme here. During pregnancy, your mother could have needed time alone or preferred to stay in the comfort of their home. Your parents could have prioritized privacy and shied away from being around new people besides family members. The childbirth was an intimate and emotional moment for your parents. Your birth could have been at home as well. Whoever was considered family was also in the room when you were born. As an infant you may have needed more physical touch and cried consistently. These babies are likely to be at the hip or maybe even slept in the same room as their parents. There is a strong attachment to your family. In this lifetime you are meant to discover your ancestral lineage and establish a strong connection with relatives. Parenthood could be significant in your life as well if you choose to have children. You are meant to act as a nurturing figure in other people's lives. If you are not close with your family, then it is likely you need to understand what family means to you. Sometimes family can be our friends, pets, or our partner, whichever you decide - there is no right or wrong way to love someone.
Leo Born / Born in the 5th house:
The star of the family. I'm seeing this placement as having social media parents or your mom going viral for pregnancy vlogs. Your birth could have been very talked about or you were adored by family for being popular or cute as a baby. Maybe some of you even did commercials or modeled when you were really young, I also see this apply to your parents. Your parents could have felt even more creative during pregnancy, like maybe your mother painted, sung, or danced more. I also see this as a surprise baby or the way you were conceived was considered a blessing. For some of you, your parents could have been trying for a baby and were so excited to finally have you. There is a lot of focus on joy and celebration. Some of you had parents who threw a gender reveal party or had a big baby shower. You were born into this world to play, I feel that this could be difficult for this placement, since the world can bring us down at times but your energy is whats needed. You need to express yourself and let go of the worries that is holding you back. Have fun, play games, be silly, and just do whatever hobbies that allows you to be be free. I also see that working with children or interacting with the children in your family will increase your happiness. Lastly, take a lighthearted approach to love, enjoy the wonders of romance without the over complications of it.
Virgo Born / Born in the 6th house:
Health was an important factor to your parents when it came to conceiving a child. Perhaps one of your parents was infertile? Or suffered from some kind of illness that made the pregnancy difficult. Your mother could have been more prone to morning sickness such as vomiting or nausea. I also see that they had a routine, they could have had to balance work while also being pregnant. Animals were significant as well. So your parents possibly turned to a pet for comfort or realized they were pregnant because of a pet. For some of you, your mother could have been the type to clean before giving birth. Something about cleaning or being tidy to feel more prepared. As a baby, you could have sneezed a lot or gotten colds. Your immune system was often compromised and this concerned your parents. You could have had your immunization shots early on. This is something your parents were not going to argue about lol. In this lifetime, you need to take care of all aspects of your health - physical, mental, and emotional health. You also need a routine, you can be disorganized at times, and require a set system to keep you on the right track. Also romanticizing the little things would help you appreciate life. You could often overlook what's right in front of you and disregard living in the moment, you have so much abundance right in front of you. Having plants or keeping a pet would help provide a safe space. Also engaging in light exercise, offering to be of service to people, and meditation will ease your anxiety.
Libra Born / Born in the 7th house:
Made with love lol. Your parents were very much so enamored with each other when you were conceived. Its giving "I know their parents high five every time they see what they made". You could have been considered a very beautiful baby or received a lot of compliments from people. Your parents as well had a nice maternity shoot. Your mother was very radiant and glowing, probably had rosy cheeks and everything. You may look to your parents for when you need an example on love and what to look for in relationships. Your parents saw each other as equals or followed traditional roles. Some of you could also have parents who work in law so they could care a lot about appearances and maintaining a good image. It is important that you learn the difference between love and superficial attraction. You are adored by many but because of that adoration it could potentially lead you to not go past a surface level. Share the parts of yourself that is most beautiful, such as your kindness, and fairness towards others. The way you treat people makes them feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Your relationship with others as well as yourself is important to your self development. Working in business or giving back to your support system could give you a new perspective.
Scorpio Born / Born in the 8th house:
This placement has an interesting aura to it. Some of these babies could be an only child or something about the way they were born was transformative. It is possible a family member died before or after you were born, there had to be a loss before you could be conceived. Your mother could have felt that childbirth was traumatic and could of put her in a state of shock, or even dealt with a near death experience. The overall experience of pregnancy was very intense for your parents. It was definite that you would be the last baby to be born because of such factors. You could have also been given an inheritance or were indebted to someone or something. It is possible that you were next in line such as an heir to a family business or lived in a home that passed down for many generations. There might have been paranormal activities when you were born or you were like those babies that would laugh randomly when nothing was there, possibly seeing spirits. Being accepting of change will make things easier in your life. It is likely that you resist transformation due to how deeply you feel your emotions, it can be triggering and exhausting. Try to have a positive outlook on the changes of your life and realize the blessings in the lessons you have experienced. Sex could be a healing factor in your life or it is a way to find pleasure in engaging with your senses.
Sagittarius Born / Born in the 9th house:
It is likely that these babies were born while their parents were traveling or they even could have been adopted. Your mother was likely traveling when she gave birth to you or had to give birth in public. For some of you, your mother was pregnant as she went to college or often went to church. Your parents were very wise and philosophical. There could have been a midwife or doula present during your birth. You may also be of a diverse background, so you may have lived in different places as infant or was exposed to different identities. I also interpret this as possibly having older parents or your parents have an old soul. You are an intelligent person. It is time for you to practice the wisdom in everyday life. You are philosophical, wise, and multi-cultured but you lack in practicing what you preach. You have to be open minded and optimistic when it comes to learning new things. Traveling, reading philosophy, praying to spirit or a deity, or having in depth conversations with people would provide clarity in your life. You need to experience spiritual refreshment in order to continue to feel peace. Study more!!! The answers you seek is in the knowledge that you already have. You are missing out on great opportunities when you choose not to use your resources.
Capricorn Born / Born in the 10th house:
You may come from a prestigious family or they are known for having a reputable reputation. Your parents could work for a well known company and have a higher position. Very business savvy individuals. Your mother could have worked despite being pregnant and had to face discrimination for it, or I see her taking a comfortable maternity leave thanks to the other parent being the financial provider. Your father could be someone who is strict or has high expectations as well. As a baby, you were self sufficient and independent. You did not require as much attentive care as other babies did. Although, this may have affected your attachment style. You could be avoidant when it comes to expressing emotions and when it comes to difficult feelings you focus on work instead. You were meant to be the boss in this lifetime. Your work ethic comes from your genetics. You have the drive and motivation that many people don’t have. It is important that you learn to follow your intuition and realize that you need to also seek what provides emotional fulfillment. You are responsible and dedicated to those around you as well as your career. Make sure to not overly sacrifice your well being for the sake of others. It is okay to take breaks and focus on your own happiness. Being more grounded with reality and your emotions is necessary for your self development and creating discipline.
Aquarius Born / Born in the 11th house:
The way these babies were conceived could be non-traditional. Your parents could have had a one night stand or had sex after only knowing each other for a weeks (or even months). Definitely an unexpected child or you were not planned. Your mother would have weird cravings or eat odd food combinations. Her personality was also deemed as quirky or her behavior seemed peculiar. Your mother also could have dressed differently or had unique maternity clothes. Your parents’ social life could have boomed after having children, making connections with family, or met new friends. Some of you could have parents who are well known on the internet. These babies have the potential of being internet stars or memes. Growing up, you may have felt ostracized and did not feel welcome in most places. Your goal in life is to learn how to rebel again the norm and embrace being unique by tapping into your individuality. Also learning how to make friends or establishing connections with others, even if it seems difficult. You were meant to have a social circle that will be there to teach you wisdom and give you guidance when needed. The longevity of these friendships is not what’s important but the lessons that comes with them. Once you are able to accept yourself and all the perks that comes with it, you will be able to reach better opportunities. Using technology as a tool could assist you with your goals.
Pisces Born / Born in the 12th house:
Childbirth could have been a spiritual experience for your mother. It is likely she already knew she would be pregnant before she even realized. Your parents are very intuitive, they even had dreams about you before you were born. When your mother was pregnant, she felt very emotional and in tune with what you were feeling. I believe these parents would go to Lamaze together or some sort of meditative exercise to make sure that the birth was at least peaceful and safe. Some of you had a water birth or were born near watery places such as the ocean, a pool, etc. A doula or midwife was likely to be present as well. As a child, you were very dreamy and creative. You are very expressive and have a great imagination. You were blessed in this lifetime with psychic abilities or great empathy. You are able to read the room and give people the safe space that they need. Your energy is very comforting and serene. I believe because of your sensitive nature it is likely for you to fall in codependent relationships. It is crucial that you learn to set boundaries and separate fantasy from reality. Take your time to get to know people before you see the “best” in them. You also need to realize you are not a victim but a person who has overcome hardships. Whatever you went through in the past does not apply to you now, you have the freedom of choice, and you get to decide who you want to be. Use your intuition and manifest your goals by connecting with your higher self. Do not allow people, especially partners to “manic pixie dream girl” you.

The 5th house - What kind of lover are you
About me | Masterpost
As the 5th house is 2nd from the 4th house, it's the tangible manifestation of your core, the creation of your inner emotional world, your heart. From it, your heart connects with the world around you. From it, love is given out to the world. The 5th house is generally regarded as the house of "romance", I think more specifically, it shows your "part" or "role" in that romance, your side of the story, who you are in a love story, what kind of lover are you.
♥ 5th house in Aries/ Mars in 5th house - "The Ardent Lover"
The one who sees love as the purest principle, something that needs to be revered and pursued with dedication and passion. No mind games, no dirty tricks, no manipulation, no timid guessing, just an honest declaration of love. To be the apple in your eyes is to be placed upon a pedestal. Once you're in love, you put your all in, it will be their greatest focus and inspiration. Each heartbreak is followed by rising up with a new hope. Love never loses its lustre to you. You are direct, straightforward and impulsive in your advances. Your passion and desire rule your actions. Competitions and the act of chasing make your adrenaline rushing. You want to "win", victories, whether over other competitors or your own lover, is of paramount importance. The need to conquer can make you seek competition where it's not needed. Can turn indignant and defensive when your love and faithfulness are being doubted. You can be perceived as "aggressive" and "rough" by the more sensitive people. Physical intimacy and physical touch, in general, are key to keeping your love burning.
♥ 5th house in Taurus/ Venus in 5th house - "The Indulging Lover"
Love to you is like honey, natural, nutritious, sweet, fragranced, viscous. Something that you want to dip yourself and your lover in, indulge and sink deeper and deeper into it. Love is simple yet eternal, "never let you go". A true romantic, you breathe love to keep your heart alive. Everything looks more beautiful when you have someone to love, and that someone will be the object of your adoration. You don't go out of your way to pursue someone, has anyone ever seen Venus do the chasing? No, lovers come to you, willingly, because they know that it's futile to resist the lure of Venus. You attract, by being your most beautiful self, by subtly sending signals to all the senses of your person. It can be quite a sensory overloaded experience for your lover. It's not easy to please all of your desires, not easy to turn your heat all the way up, but once it's ignited, it's not easy to snuff it out, fierce devotion. To an impulsive lover, you can seem to be slow and passive, to a patient and passionate lover, you're the forest they want to get lost in.
♥ 5th house in Gemini/ Mercury in 5th house - "The Exploring Lover"
The one who loves with their mind, you can be confused all the time about whether you're attracted to someone simply because you have interesting conversations with them or if there is anything more to that person. Love is a mental pursuit, a chess game, a word play that you want to go on and on. Love is light and exciting. The longest conversation. You show your love by communicating with your lover, to keep the connection line going. Teasing, asking questions, about them, about everything that comes to your mind. "Is there anyone willing to look at my mind and be willing to let me look at yours?". A simple smirk, two hands brushing each other, entwined fingers, a sparkle in the eyes, a hearty laugh and then giggles, those things can melt your heart and in turn, you can melt other's hearts with those. You take your lover to a wonderland, where your minds can be free to play, but also calm enough to rest. Life and love is an endless adventure, and you need a companion who can tag along, who can play juggling with you. Being held down and bored, in any sense, are your greatest nightmares. You want to have sweet dreams only, but nightmares can grab you if you don't focus and pay attention.
♥ 5th house in Cancer/ Moon in 5th house: "The Enveloping Lover"
Love is like a flood that washes over both you and your lover. The shared experience of being enveloped by emotions of all kinds, both the highs and lows, nothing is spared. You search for a lover who can allow you to feel safe enough to experience a love that can feel so engulfing at times. It's that emotional safety, knowing that you can reveal your full heart to somebody, to be spontaneous and moody without being judged. Being loved by you is like being wrapped in nostalgia of a time when everything was simple and pure, when everything was safe and taken care of, there's a childlike playfulness and simple quality to your love. To someone who didn't get to have those actual memories, you can create that memory for them, as if you created an alternative past for them. "Love" is synonymous with "Protection", you want both of you to protect each other, from the harsh world, from the demons inside, to create a home so safe that one doesn't want to get out of, one yearns only for it wherever they go. It's hard for you to let go of a lover, and it's also hard for them to let go of you. The hold may wax and wane, but never disappears completely.
♥ 5th house in Leo/ Sun in 5th house: "The Shining Lover"
Love, the warm sunlight that nurtures your heart. You are like a tree when in love, while artificial light can sustain you. You truly thrive only when you can have the most natural light source, the strongest and purest of them all. Authenticity, a love that doesn't hide or shy away, no hidden motives, no twisted desires, just pure exhilaration, basking in the glow of love. The love you give is unfiltered, as if you're giving your own heart away. Not everyone is capable of taking care of it properly, you learn the lesson of protecting your own heart and be more discerning of whom you can let in. Even then, the natural impulse is to spread whatever goodness inside you, out into the world. Being in love makes your life feel more colourful and lively. And you, in turn, wish to inspire your lover just like how you're inspired, it pains you to see a sinking spirit. You instil vitality into your lover's heart, making their heart beat to the rhythm of life. Some can feel your love too bright and burning, shying away from it, trying to darken it. This leaves you puzzled, you might even attempt to dim your light, but your dignity won't allow you to do that for long. No tree stops blooming just because one or two humans didn't appreciate it.
♥ 5th house in Virgo/ Mercury in 5th house: "The Devoted Lover"
Love is the quiet thunder that rumbles beneath the cool, serene surface of your heart. You want to build a lasting love, yes, "build", love doesn't strike you like lightning that makes you busted into intense fireworks, love is like knitting, one stitch at a time, stitch by stitch, line by line, until you get a cosy sweater that keeps you warm for many years to come, it takes skill and dedication. You also extend that comfort to your lover. To love is to worry, to care, to be there for that person. You would want your lover to thrive, to be spared of the burdens of responsibilities, you're willing to take on those burdens for them, to make their life better. But a truly fulfilling love is when you can receive that same devotion from your lover. You also need to be cared for just as much as you care for them. But sometimes, your lover's love doesn't measure up to the "silent" standard that you have, in a way, no one can love you perfectly like how you want them to. While knowing that, you still choose to be by their side, because you accept their imperfections, their imperfect love, because that's how you love.
♥ 5th house in Libra/ Venus in 5th house: "The Ideal Lover"
Venus's mirror, love reflects back at you all the beautiful things about the world and yourself. You also want to reflect them back on your lover. You can find yourself mirroring your lover, encouraging their shining qualities, making them aware of their own virtues, and simultaneously erasing their vices. You can turn your lover into a prince charming, a lovely princess, because you're one. You want you and your lover to be two beautiful human beings, both inside out, to walk on this Earth hand in hand. The words "we" and "us" have enormous significance to you. You seek to beautify everything, everyone you touch, to let them see the goodness in this world, yes, you're an optimistic lover, never one to lose hope for an ideal love. Love is like a harmonious melody that plays soothingly everywhere you go, everywhere you look. Harmony, peace and indulgence, the gifts you offer your lover, uplift their spirit, inspire their creativity, soothe their soul, and spoil them rotten with sweetness. You find yourself more alive, more beautiful when you're in love. You can fall in love with love itself. You seek harmony with your lover, nothing should be one-sided, everything should be equal give and take, a delicate dance.
♥ 5th house in Scorpio/ Pluto in 5th house: "The Burning Lover"
The molten volcanic soil underneath the calm and cool lake, whose soul is brave enough to venture there? Love for you is an all-consuming force that sweeps away all commonsense. You want love to be a devouring force, swallowing whole both you and your lover into the pit of the unknown. You push for more, to feel more, to be more. The word "mild" can't find a long-lasting place in your dictionary. Everything, joy, pain, longing, existence, all have to reach a boiling point in order for you to feel truly in love. A love too safe, too soft, too peaceful might get ignored by you. You chase the extremes, sometimes along the way, get burnt yourself, but often, you leave behind burnt lovers. You want to be your lover's only one as they're to you. You want to be the only existence that your lover seeks. There can be the issue of who dominates who, who has the upper hand, love can feel like a power play. You're vigilant against betrayals, you need absolute loyalty, making your lover jump through endless hoops to prove their love to you. Sometimes, you could feel so exhausted by the all-or-nothing love, but you would rather be like that than to be content with a "good enough" affection.
♥ 5th house in Sagittarius/ Jupiter in 5th house: "The Expanding Lover"
Have you ever felt like there's an infinite well of love you can give? not just to your lover but to life. You love someone because they're part of life, to love is to live. Love for you is like a ray of sunshine that wakes you up in the morning, or the breezy wind stroking your hair when you're standing in the middle of a field or on top of a mountain, a piney scent that lures you wandering deep into the woods. Love makes you want to move, explore, enjoy, and celebrate. So you can't feel fulfilled in a relationship that makes you feel small, that shackles your feet, that makes you lose hope. "Potential" is the word, as long as you can feel a potential for a future, you want to give your all, to take a gamble. Fortune favours the bold, you will find your luck in love when you're free and adventurous, when you inspire others. A benevolent lover who wants to help, guide, to protect their lover. Grand romantic gestures, spontaneous expressions of love, laughter that makes your cheeks hurt, deep conversations that stirs your mind, those can be the secret ingredients to capture your heart and also what you use to capture others.
♥ 5th house in Capricorn/ Saturn in 5th house: "The Steadfast Lover"
The life investment you make with your heart, love seems like a tangible thing that you can touch, that you can nurture and turn into a masterpiece of a lifetime. Things of value should be able to last for eternity, that's your motto and your belief in love. Love for you is not fickle like the wind or soft like a cotton candy, love is the steady heartbeat, the more you take care of it, the healthier it is. Thrilling adventures, passionate proclamations of love, over adorned for attention, those things pass right out of your vision, what is that? definitely not what you expect from your lover. You expect commonsense and predictability, you expect constant loyalty and devotion, quiet touches and deep gazes, the hand that holds yours when you're in pain, the silent smile that says "I will be here for you, with you". You stoke your fire with unwavering effort, never letting the flame burn out of hands or die from neglect, just enough to keep both lovers warm and safe. Some say you're picky, that you should loosen up and just give yourself to love, but you're a visionary, you look for love that you can work hard for, that can last the test of time, so no rushing.
♥ 5th house in Aquarius/ Uranus in 5th house: "The Whimsical Lover"
"Love at first sight" probably was invented by you. The sensation of being pierced by Cupid's bow, being struck by lightning, being hit by love out of nowhere is not something you're unfamiliar with. Love visits you like a summer downpour, a breeze that sends fragrances from afar to your nose, a sprouting that grows overnight, a laughter that bursts out amidst deadly silence. Love comes to you unexpectedly, and you find love in unexpected places. To love is to be free, the greatest gift you can give your lover and yourself is freedom, to be yourselves, to find safety in the ever-changing current of life. Who can say staying still is safe and stable? For you, movement is what nurtures a connection. You don't let your love stay stagnant, the novelties are your stable diet. Your love is not for the stubborn of heart, though you can be pretty stubborn and rebellious yourself when you're in love, it's a contradiction that perplex and vex your lover, but it's also the allure that they want to get a hold of, not that they will be successful, but they will try anyway. Like trying to catch lightning, trying to grab light. The only way they will ever get close to you is to be themselves and hope that one day, you two will stumble upon each other as fate wills it.
♥ 5th house in Pisces/ Neptune in 5th house: "The Dream Lover"
This is someone who can elevate the experience of falling in love and being in love to the height of poetry, of songs that lovers sing together. Love is art, art is love, love is the soothing balm that erases all the pain, but also the blind that covers your eyes. Oh, the extent you're willing to go in the name of love. Everything seems to take on more vivid colours, music seems to accompany you everywhere you go, you hear your love through the songs that randomly play in the mart, through the absentminded remark of a stranger, through the flowers that sway gently in the wind. You hear your heart echo back at you through the eyes of your lover. While your eyes hold an ocean that promises blissful abandonment, endless treasure and a subtle warning of being drowned, but others are too busy getting mesmerised by you to stay lucid enough to heed your warning. How many lovers have you drowned? How many seas have you swum alone, longing for a rescuer who can take you to land and keep you warm? You need a love story that feels like a fairy tale, but you also need a love that is real.

Why Shortgrass is AWESOME and why you guys should care RIGHT NOW please
They admire each other's building skills A LOT a lot. To the point that it's basically their own language where they just communicate through compliments and block choice discussion. The horse rivalry is the one thing everyone knows about, but I don't see anyone commenting on the way they get at each other, especially the things Bdubs proposes, all "I hate him now. I didn't think I was capable of hate. I'm gonna get good at PVP. I'm gonna get him. I'm gonna blow him up. Joel is evil and fucked up", literally playing out his murder plans, only to then become a little fangirl as soon as he's in Joel's presence. Joel doesn't show it as much but he's the same way. They're literally 👉👈 at each other. Bdubs is also so susceptible to praise. Although he often plays up his reactions, you know he loves a good compliment and he knows any he gets from his senpai idol guy Joel are genuine
This is especially well showcased when Bdubs was showing off his stalls that have been trapped, and Joel thinking that something is up. Bdubs dedicated an entire episode to this, hyping himself up, and then them actually interacting is tense but extremely polite. And then that whole interaction is capped off with Joel: "Wow I though I was gonna die but this has been really pleasant. Thanks". Then they like playfully taunt each other before Joel flies off and Bdubs goes "That's exactly how that was supposed to go... simple and friendly... I got him played like a fiddle.... yes I do..." after accomplishing nothing but giving Joel a nice little showcase of his new build
That is to say, it's very cute that Bdubs despite his expressions of Joel being despicable gets exposed to his genuine side and how they tend to be very sweet towards each other (examples below). It serves as an interesting but nice contrast to the Life series, where a lot of players (some more than others) go off of the same belief, that Joel is a rabid dog in need of being put down. Joel very much plays into being a rascal, but he means no real harm (eg reassuring Bdubs he wouldn't kill his important horses and you know he won't) and it so easily becomes playful and mutual banter between them
Anyway bunch of moments of them being cute or something that I can't and don't want to sum up organically
At the start of a SL session, Joel is yellow and on 8 hearts, is asking the Mounders for their hearts, Bdubs is hesitant but goes "you deserve it". Then he lies to Etho that Joel was so intimidating and scary and forced him. Then he lies to Impulse that Joel was pathetic and begging for it.??
In one episode of SL, Bdubs tries to help Joel guess someone's task by guiding him to Grian, but Grian's task was to get called out so Joel helps him succeed instead and Bdubs feels really bad about it. Then like 2 episodes later he's, again, sharing intel to help him guess multiple tasks. Something about the way he's above ground talking to Joel for an extended period of time at multiple points while Joel is down under working on an exp farm calling him his favorite snitch (the only person Bdubs doesn't snitch on is Etho. Naturally)
And also Bdubs praising Joel a bunch when he sees him actually digging out the farm. He's praising Joel as if it were his task to do so (like Scar with Pearl in that other SL episode) but he's just. doing this just because
When Bdubs' task is to get someone to leave whilst he's telling a story, Joel eventually does, and Bdubs seeks him out later just to tell him "I knew you would. I knew you got my back"
Joel accidentally shoots Bdubs during the SL finale, he feels awful about it and Bdubs tells himself to eat his golden apple, which poetically reminds Joel to eat his. And then Scott uses Bdubs' death to taunt Joel before killing him too 😐
"Good morning sunshine!" (Joel in response: "morning mr dub")
"Are you trying to swim in lava, angel?"
Bdubs completely unprompted: "Be calm and cool and collected, like Joel is in moments like these, not scared of anything"
Joel mimicking Bdubs in WL going "you see, Minecraft is like a canvas..." and Bdubs reacting to it
Bdubs saying "Hey, don't- calm down, kay? We're gonna get you out of this, okay?" to Joel while Joel's trying to sell him purpur against his will
Bdubs fixing Joel's trapdoors even whilst in the process of horse cursing him
Bdubs talking about how he wants to beat Joel in PVP "for stealing Etho" and then also calling him a good builder unprompted. He's so fanfiction
And the statue Joel built of Bdubs ofc
If anyone knows more you've gotta tell me
(More from you guys that I forgot!!) Joel all "different season, you've no reason to hate me now right" at the start of WL and Bdubs goes "no of course not. Except I wanna kill you"
Their banter in general in their episode of "Is that Sheep looking at Me?" (And Gem)

I am 100% serious with this: in the US we are not talking about it because it was bipartisan. If you go and examine the records of the vote for the AUMF (Authorization of the Use of Military Force) against Iraq in Congress in 2002 [House | Senate] you will see some very familiar names in the list of those who voted for it: Biden, Clinton, Feinstein, Lieberman, Kerry, Reid… pretty much the only Democrat who was in Congress at that time who was a major figure later who didn’t vote for it was Pelosi. (Obama was not in Congress at that time.) So right from the start the Democratic Party could not really blame the Republicans for the war, and were only halfheartedly interested in campaigning against it.
By 2006, it was obvious that the Iraq invasion had been a bad idea all along and the Democrats started to talk about how they had been misled by the Republicans. This was a hugely popular stance — so popular that in the 2006 midterms, the Democrats gained a majority in the House and a technical majority in the Senate (with Sanders and Lieberman, who by that time had split from the party and was nominally Independent; the way that the Democratic Party pandered to the creepy asshole Joe Lieberman is another major topic which deserves more attention), and almost immediately after the election, the Democrats announced that they weren’t going to take any action after all — impeachment was “off the table” (a favorite phrase of Nancy Pelosi) and funding proceeded.
Antiwar sentiment grew even stronger as the GWB administration failed to make any headway despite renewed funding. (It’s worth pointing out that there were no stated concrete goals for the US army in Iraq. The unofficial goal of the administration was to seize control of Iraqi oil for western oil companies — eyewitnesses report that they had a map ready to show which companies would get which oil fields — but officially there were no milestones by which one could say “okay, we’re done, time to go home”.) In 2008, the Democrats once again ran largely on an antiwar platform — and added in anti-Too-Big-To-Fail-Institution rhetoric when the economy melted down — but as soon as Obama got into office, he refused to follow up on either one. He asked Congress to fund another “surge”, and tried to negotiate an extension of the 2011 troop withdrawal deadline set by GWB.
(This is also worthy of note: the puppet Iraqi government created by the US signed an agreement not to accuse the US of war crimes. This agreement expired at the withdrawal date set by GWB in 2011. The government refused to renew this agreement, and that was the real sticking point which prevented Obama from extending the official US occupation. The US absolutely was committing war crimes in Iraq and the US government knew it and even planned them in advance, otherwise the agreement would never have been necessary and certainly would not have been negotiated beforehand.)
So… if you’re going to talk about the Iraq war, you really can’t do it without condemning it. But to condemn it means not merely condemning the Republicans for starting up — it also means condemning Obama for extending it and making it worse, Hillary Clinton for voting for it in Congress and then for extending it and making it worse as Secretary of State under Obama, Nancy Pelosi for refusing to take any action to end it early by defunding it or seeking impeachment, and Joe Biden for basically all of the above as a Senator and later VP. (The Democrats, incidentally, spent at lot of time insinuating, both in Kerry’s 2004 campaign and in Obama’s campaign and early administration, that the war was somehow “winnable” and that the only reason it wasn’t being won was that Republicans were too stupid and incompetent.)
Republicans don’t want to talk about it because it was their team’s idea. Democrats don’t want to talk about it because they enthusiastically supported it, and when they took it over they couldn’t make it work despite bragging that they would manage to do that. Since essentially all US media is partisan to one party or the other, there is no discussion.
I missed most of the Iraq war due to being a baby, but every time I read about it I start wondering why we aren’t all talking about it all of the time

Something that I find so interesting in Yellowjackets, and something that I feel is an integral setup/foreshadowing is when Nat, Tai, Lottie and Shauna have their conversation in the pilot about Ally, the freshmen and how she's a liability. 'You want to freeze her out?' Shauna says. And this one line is so devastating in the long run. Jackie is who becomes the 'liability' to the group in the woods and the other girls do start to freeze Jackie out. Jackie is what the group sees as someone who gets in the way and creates more obstacles to them and in their eyes hinders their ability to survive. But there's also more to it than that. Teenage girls in particular are like a pack of wolves, they work in teams and they are unanimous of decisions. But if one person goes against the group, they are considered an outsider 'a lone wolf' who has no place in the pack. Jackie truly was the rabbit in the wolves den from day one. Because, unlike the other girls on the team, Jackie didn't condemn anyone nor does she ever ice someone out after what they do. She does Misty's makeup, and none of the other girls would have ever because they viewed Misty as crazy and unwanted. But Jackie does Misty's makeup anyway because to her Misty is just another girl out there with them. And that act of kindness alone would be enough for some of the girls to 'Freeze Her Out'. Jackie and her attempt to be alone with Travis is enough to Freeze her out to the others, even if they were going for the same thing! Because Jackie made the decision herself and did not seek validation from the others in that decision. Even during her argument with Shauna, Jackie cannot bring herself to be cruel to her even when Shauna is. Jackie had a right to be angry, a right to be mean and even a right to be a little cruel. But she wasn't. And that is ultimately what leads to the others 'Freezing her out' both literally and metaphorically. Because the girls believe that in order to survive they must be cruel and harsh, and Jackie can be neither of those things. Even when Jackie was facing her death, she wasn't cruel or vindicative to anyone, all of the girls were there at the end and telling Jackie that they loved her. Jackie ultimately was always going to find herself out in the cold alone, because she remained kind until the very end. The girls 'Freeze Her Out' because she is a reminder that they did not have to be cruel in order to survive.

"It is the season for affection, is it not?" Mr Spices' voice is high and fluting. It waves a shawl-enshrouded hand airily in the direction of the Bazaar. "It is incumbent upon us to ensure that the city is a fertile bed for budding romance."
The Feast of the Rose is here! A festival bursting with affectionate activities, nuptial phantasies, burgeoning romance… and shot through with scorn. Tend to the business of your heart through 'Celebrate the Feast of the Exceptional Rose', available throughout London.
Join the Revels!
Take part in the festivities to gain Masquing, which can be later spent on rewards. Exchange gifts of love (or disdain, or mysterious yet enticing indifference) with other players. Keep your gifts – or trade them for Masquing!
As always, additional Masquing can be obtained with Fate, which unlocks further options.
A Task for Mr Spices
This year, Mr Spices has taken a direct interest in the festivities, and believes that true love might need a little helping hand in order to take proper root. Many things might act as catalysts – a rousing play, a touching story, a thoughtful gift. Even violence, when deployed properly, has its uses.
For the duration of the Feast, select activities in and around London have new options that pay out in a new quality – Burgeoning Romance – in addition to their usual rewards. Trade your Burgeoning Romance with Mr Spices to receive additional payment, in the form of items that can be used to send gifts to friends during Feast-time.
These activities are:
A new play at Court
A new plant in Vertiginous Horticulture
A new Theft of Particular Character in the Flit
A new laboratory experiment
A new duel when 'Getting into other fights' for the Black Ribbon'
A new expedition in the Forgotten Quarter
The Lady in Lilac
"You are desired," she says. "Give me the proof of it, and I'll make arrangements."
Starting on February 13th, the mysterious 'Lady in Lilac' card will appear, allowing you to exchange your Feast gifts for Masquing.
Meet New Faces
Every year, the Feast brings new companions to Fallen London. Starting next week, on February 13th, you will be able to spend your Masquing to attract companions from Feasts past, as well as four new companions:
Break up a brawl with Old Resurrection
Explore the flexibilities of the human condition with the Analgesic Rhetorician
Face off to the pain with the Whispering Duellist
Consider the manifold delights of the Koloman Republic with the Sun-Kissed Polymath
Those last two can be unlocked with Fate.
Matrimony!
This year we've added upgrades to several more spouses: A Bewildering Procession of Companions, Suitors, Lovers and Paramours, and the Cultural Attaché and Attachee, as well as the Devout, Conspiratorial and Academic Intriguers. Support the Procession as they seek to deepen their connection in honeyed dreams, or lend your skills to your spouses from Wilmot's End in order to make your spouses more powerful.
The upgrade for the Procession costs 20 Fate, and can be found in Your Lodgings once you are married.
The Attaché, Attachee and Intriguers can all be upgraded for free from their unique opportunity cards.
Skin-bound Memories and Nuptial Phantasies!
How better to prove your devotion than through permanent ink? High time for a visit to Clathermont’s Tattoo Parlour! Make your way to Ladybones Road to complete the story of the Clathermont family, as long as you have reached level 4 or higher in A Name in Seven Secret Alphabets. Tattoos will become available from the 13th of February.
Also available during the Feast of the Exceptional Rose: Nuptial phantasies! Obtain custom-tailored dreams of nuptial bliss (or marital discord) with some of your favourite Fallen London characters. Find these by visiting the Shopkeeper in Viric, in Veilgarden.
Meet your Destiny!
You can obtain a Destiny or alter your existing one during the Feast. Destinies offer unique insights into the deeper mysteries of the Neath, and once acquired, confer a mechanical bonus too.
Find the way to the Perfumer-Semiotician's shop through the card 'The Feast of the Rose', which can be drawn in London.
Those who know the way there could also zail to Irem, where destinies are grown, altered, and consumed.
A Continuing Mystery
Just what is the Exceptional Rose? Rumours abound. Some say that it's a vicious, fanged flower. Others that it's a cherub sent to watch over star-crossed lovers. Yet more tut, calling it an elaborate ruse cooked up by Mr Inch. Whatever it is, nobody has seen the real Exceptional Rose in years. But perhaps this Feast is different? But, the Exceptional Rose, like love, is a changeable thing, and does not always look the same...
Newcomers may start this story in 'The Exceptional Rose', available anywhere in London. If you were here last year, you already know the way; seek the Rose out once more when Millicent's Parlour opens on the 13th.
Key Dates for the Festival
The Feast of the Exceptional Rose starts today, February 6th.
February 13th: 'An Encounter at the Feast' and 'The Lady in Lilac' become available. Trade gifts for Masquing, and obtain new companions. Tattoos will also be available in the Forgotten Quarter.
February 20th: Gift exchanging and obtaining Masquing closes. You will still have a week to exchange Masquing for companions and to Experience Feast seasonal stories.
February 27th: All remaining Feast storylets close.

When people new to DA say things like "I didn't play any of the previous games before I played Veilguard" that's fine, but to then turn around and say "well, because Veilguard says [lore thing] that means everything in the previous games is false" makes you look willfully ignorant at best and [redacted] at worst. Veilguard did not do a good job with three games of established lore. New players apparently came out of datv not knowing what a Circle is, for crying out loud???
People who wanted to see the Veil removed have a basis for the belief that it might usher in a new age for Thedas that could ultimately make things better for elves, mages, and spirits. Or at least change the world in an interesting, exciting way. That basis was given to us by the first three games. For example:
Flemeth
"We stand upon the precipice of change. The world fears the inevitable plummet into the abyss. Watch for that moment . . . and when it comes, do not hesitate to leap. It is only when you fall that you learn whether you can fly." (DA2)
PC: "Why did Mythal come to you?"
Flemeth: "For a reckoning that will shake the very heavens."
Morrigan: "And you follow her whims? Do you even know what she truly is?"
Flemeth: "You seek to preserve the powers that were, but to what end? It is because I taught you, girl, because things happened that were never meant to happen. She was betrayed as I was betrayed--as the world was betrayed! Mythal clawed and crawled her way through the ages to me, and I will see her avenged!" (DAI)
Sandal's Prophecy
"One day the magic will come back, all of it. Everyone will be just like they were. The shadows will part and the skies will open wide. When he rises, everyone will see." (DA2)
Cole
"The Veil isn’t real. It’s false, fake, fabricated to forbid. Isn’t it wonderful?"
"Cole: Is there a way to save more spirits, Solas?
Solas: Not until the Veil is healed. The rifts draw spirits through, and the shock makes demons of them.
Cole: Pushing through makes you be yourself. You can hold onto the you.
Cole: Being pulled through means you don't have enough you. You become what batters you, bruises your being.
Solas: Yes, exactly. Deliberately crossing the Veil requires that a spirit form will, personality.
Solas: That concept of self gives a spirit the chance to maintain its nature.
Solas: Wrenched into this world unwillingly by the rifts, spirits suffer the same fate as my friend.
Cole: Then we will help them." (DAI)
Morrigan
"Change is coming to the world. Many fear chance and will fight it with every fiber of their being. But sometimes change is what they need most. Sometimes change is what sets them free." (DAO: Witch Hunt)
"Mankind blunders through this world, crushing what it does not understand: elves, dragons, magic . . . the list is endless. We must stem the tide, or be left with nothing more than the mundane. This I know to be true." (DAI)
I haven't even touched on what Solas says, due to his bias/the way some people refuse to consider his insight at all, even though he knows the most about the Veil of any character in the series ever. For obvious reasons.
Due to the above evidence, I completely agree that the Veil coming down would probably be catastrophic to some degree. I disagree that it would have "destroyed the world" or "drowned [it] in demons" as Veilguard loves to repeat over and over, mostly from characters like Varric who don't know jack about the Veil, magic, or spirits. And I disagree that people who wanted to see what would happen if the Veil came down are wrong or misguided--they obviously just paid better attention to what the overarching narrative than some. It isn't their fault that this more interesting and dynamic narrative was retconned to shreds and buried in the backyard.

Merlin’s penis is unimportant.
Arthur wants to be very clear about that.
Unimportant and as good as invisible. Inexistant.
Well, that is probably not a very fair or flattering way to put it, but Arthur only has Merlin’s best interest at heart. He doesn’t want Merlin’s penis to be thrown around the conversation with such callousness. Some things in life should remain sacred and a man’s member is absolutely no one’s business but his own.
Alas, it appears some scoundrels out there simply have no respect for the tacit etiquette that governs honest men’s lives. But then, this is Gwaine – what did Arthur expect?
And so Arthur doesn’t listen to the bawdy armoury chatter. He doesn’t want to listen.
What if Merlin’s dick is the prettiest dick Gwaine has ever seen?
Forsooth, has the man no shame?! Oh but Arthur knows what the prattler is doing, and he is fairly certain that the man has actually never seen Merlin’s manhood. Gwaine is merely baiting his fellow knights, luring them in with some savoury piece of gossip. And the tragedy is that the others are lapping it up.
It doesn’t take much to convince the evil little rumourmonger to deliver the lurid, improbable tale of how he came to be acquainted with a part of their friend that decency commands should stay firmly out of sight (and out of reach) from the likes of Gwaine.
Which is when the eager audience learns that not only is said dick pretty, but it is also, in fact, large.
‘Hung like a mule’ is the despicable turn of phrase that the wretch uses. And as though the statement required any enlargement, he adds that the cock at hand is rosy and firm and has a majestic upward curve that tilts slightly to the right when keen.
Arthur is of course outraged. To the point where his mouth feels dry and his heart dizzy.
And to his dismay, the other knights won’t shut up now. They clamour for more details and suitable points of reference. Elyan enquires about length, Percival about girth, while Lancelot remains suspiciously quiet and still – and a tad flushed.
In speechless desperation, Arthur seeks Leon’s bewildered eyes for support.
Gentle reader, there are no words to describe the abyss of betrayal that engulfs him when his longtime friend and right-hand man panics and squawks a ‘well, Arthur’s got a big prick too!’
A dubious and rather offensive hush comes over the men, and the only good thing to come out of Leon’s brainfart is that Merlin’s endowment seems to have been momentarily forgotten.
Utterly defeated and terminally mortified, Arthur gets up on stiff legs and glides out of the armoury, his dignity in tatters.
Just you wait until he gets his hands on Merlin. The prat will rue the day he showed Gwaine his privates.
Just you wait.
Merlin’s arse is his.

it's a date (dracule mihawk x reader)
summary: how Dracule Mihawk behaves around you–the person he has feelings for who also (unfortunately for him) happens to be on Shanks’ crew
a/n: based on a super cute quest by 🪐 anon! :D a short and sweet one that’s purely yearning and fluff! hope you enjoy :>
contents: pre-relationship (obv :P), fluff, simp!Mihawk, yearning
wc. ~800
wanna be on my taglist?
first of all, it will not show on his face. ever. years of steeling himself to face any life-threatening obstacle has made it easy for the swordsman to hide his feelings under a facade of his typical cold indifference… at least that's what he thinks
meanwhile Shanks is over here like
bc he clocks it even before Mihawk himself realises he harbours feelings for you. Shanks could tell from the way his old friend would linger behind you at all times, eyes darting towards any sign of danger; how the ends of his lips quirked upward ever so slightly every time you speak to him and how intently he listens even if the topic is obviously not something the swordsman is interested in. your captain knows had it been anyone else (including him!) trying to make conversation about such mundane things, Mihawk would’ve long walked away
no one on the crew questions how often the Warlord seems to be tagging along, everyone just assumes he has his own business to take care of and hitching a ride on the Red Force just happens to be the most efficient way
you’re ecstatic that he’s coming aboard more frequently, however, and are not afraid to show it, often dragging him around the ship to show him your favourite spots. your shamelessness makes your fellow crewmates fear for your life but after a while even they get used to the sight of you pulling around the Greatest Swordsman in the World like a mother cat with her kitten. they dare not assume anything about the man but behind closed doors, some do gossip about how strange it is he’d allow you to do such a thing with no repercussions
Mihawk believes he fell for you after one particular interaction in which you forwent taking part in some festivities in favour of sitting beside him a distance away from the party
“shouldn’t you be dancing with the locals or something?” he’d commented rather snarkily, assuming you perhaps had some ulterior motives for staying by his side.
“i just want some peace and quiet tonight.” you shrugged. “it’s nice sitting with you in silence,” you added with a smile and for the first time in a long time Mihawk felt blood rush to his face. “but i can leave if i’m bothering you.”
“no,” he answered before he could even fully process your offer. “you may stay.”
your smile grew wider and some foreign feeling gripped at his heart.
it’s been a while since that night and he’s long since accepted that that feeling was some kind of infatuation; or at least, that’s what it started out as. day after day he feels his heart yearning for you; at first the feeling was simply small and nagging but it’s long since grown into something akin to desperation, like how one’s lungs would yearn for air after holding their breath for far too long
your voice is the sweetest sound Mihawk’s ever heard and on days he isn’t aboard your crew’s ship, he wishes to hear it more than anything. you could talk to him about snail anatomy and his need would be more than satiated
your touch burns his skin but it hurts more when you let go. so often you grab him by the wrist to pull him around, the contact itself enough to send his poor heart racing. the simple action flusters him so much he always wishes for you to let go before his facade breaks but when you finally do, arriving at where you wanted to bring him, he wants nothing more than for you to hold his hand again
Mihawk feels like a child. actually, scratch that, even as a child he’d never felt this way around anyone before. always laser-focused on his swordsmanship, he never saw the need to seek out companions in general. he’d keep the rare ones he stumbled across and liked well enough but never actively looked. even meeting you was purely a coincidence; had you not joined his old friend’s crew, he’s sure you never would have met
he’s thankful that you did, though
“would you care to join me for dinner tonight?” the swordsman asks from across the ship’s library where the two of you had been browsing books in silence for a while now.
“dinner?” you respond rather lamely, surprised by the sudden invitation. he smiles to himself but you aren’t able to catch it from so far away. he, however, more than easily notices your flustered expression. “just us two?”
“yes.”
“... is it…” you look away from his direction and kick at the floor at some non-existent rocks, “... a date? like a… romantic date?”
your sudden shy demeanour is so endearing to the man he feels what can only be described as ‘cuteness aggression’ as he resists the urge to close the wide gap in between the two of you.
“only if you want it to be,” Mihawk replies rather smoothly, a stark contrast to his anxiety-ridden heart that’s currently pounding so hard in his chest it feels like it's about to explode. at his answer, your eyes meet his and you smile so sweetly it nearly knocks him off his feet.
“it’s a date then.”

The Spearmaster campaign has to be my personal favorite for many different reasons, but the largest one is definitely the fact that its the only campaign where we get to explore Moon in her prime. It's a great spin on the gameplay introduced by Five Pebbles, but what particularly interests me is the way the two Cans differ from eachother. One of the oldest Iterators standing right next to one of the latest. There's some symbolism going on between them methinks. What particularly interests me in Moon's Can is the fact that compared to Pebbles it feels a lot less "isolated" from the outside world. There's more routes in and out. There's a way into Moon through her Vents which is completely unprotected by a Karma Gate, which leaves me wondering whether this is a structural oversight that the Benefactors ironed out when they built later models such as Pebbles, or if this is an entry point that was exposed when some component collapsed due to Moon's ongoing condition. It gives off the impression that earlier models are more vulnerable and exposed compared to those made later on.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/45582bc6813e1d9a2673f5f6016e87b2/989c5ddde1cdbf26-80/s540x810/c6335c0cb752d4bad0d4e7e735e07512b8200f92.jpg)
They're definitely more susceptible to "infestation" by the outside world - there's blue fruit, slime mold, you can even sometimes encounter Yellow Lizards crawling their way into the structure itself (something you don't see with Pebbles at all, the things invading and infesting his insides being entirely of his own creation).
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/52c266ae80fb63d6d73e417300117f1c/989c5ddde1cdbf26-86/s540x810/1d7a6814f12a8d6d149f1d93043be5880a24ba6a.jpg)
It might just be me, but going through Moon feels like you're constantly weaving in and out of the seams in her inner workings, meanwhile with Pebbles once you're inside, there's only two ways out: back the way you came, or straight through. Oftentimes the route requires you to go directly through his Puppet Chamber, while Moon can be traversed through without ever having to meet her "face to face". You have to seek her out to get to her. All in all, FP feels more linear compared to LTTM. There's only one route through, although you can still take different paths of approach. Both feel solitary in their own right, but with each generation this isolation seems to have become increasingly water-tight. Increasingly younger minds stuck in increasingly sturdier boxes, each offered slightly less time to adjust than the last while those they're meant to provide for slowly leave this plane of existence and move on somewhere else. Somewhere deliberately left beyond their reach. Once the Benefactors are gone, there's no one left to guide them but eachother and themselves - and they're all frustrated and confused in their own right. No wonder Five Pebbles got desperate.

Hcs for Akademiya Dottore's reaction to reader who's really nice to him, like he'll sit at a table and everyone will leave, but reader will quickly sit across from him so he's not alone... - 🐓
Of course!
Dottore shall be known as Zandik in this hc
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/4311e31c833c569667cc1b459a07515c/3b6919f21ec21da6-d1/s540x810/f7eafb10f8c72ef7a6d5444819d3e3a6919ede22.jpg)
Zandik is utterly baffled the first time you choose to sit across from him when everyone else scrambles away. His mind immediately goes into overdrive, questioning your motives. Why? Are you mocking me? Is this a trap?
He stares at you with those sharp, calculating eyes, half-expecting you to laugh or insult him. But when you simply smile and greet him kindly, he’s thrown completely off guard.
For the next few times you join him, he remains guarded. He’s used to hostility or fear, not kindness, so he finds your actions suspicious.
He’ll ask pointed questions like, “What do you want from me?” or “Are you doing this out of pity?” to gauge your intentions.
When you assure him that you just enjoy his company, he doesn’t believe you at first but starts to soften as he sees no ulterior motives in your behavior.
Slowly, he begins to tolerate your presence, even look forward to it, though he’ll never admit it outright.
He pretends to be indifferent when you sit down, but if someone else tries to take “your spot” at the table, they’ll be met with an icy glare. That’s your seat now, as far as he’s concerned.
Over time, Zandik starts opening up in small, unexpected ways. He’ll share his thoughts on a complex theory or mutter a sarcastic comment under his breath, testing to see if you’ll respond with genuine interest or disdain like everyone else.
When you laugh at his dry humor or engage in a lively debate about his work, he’s secretly thrilled, though he hides it behind his usual smug demeanor.
If anyone dares to comment on your friendliness toward him, Zandik will shut them down with a cutting remark or an icy stare. He might not understand why you’re kind to him, but he’s fiercely protective of it now.
“Say another word about them, and you’ll regret it,” he’ll say, his tone laced with a subtle threat.
He doesn’t say it, but he’s touched by the small, thoughtful things you do. Sharing notes with him, saving a seat for him, or even just greeting him with a warm smile.
One day, you left a cup of tea by his workspace and he freezes, staring at it as if it’s some rare artifact. He drinks it later, though, and feels oddly comforted.
The more time you spend with him, the more possessive he becomes in subtle ways. If someone tries to harass you for hanging out with him, he won’t hesitate to put them in their place.
“I don’t need your pity,” he’ll say coldly to anyone who questions your kindness toward him. “But perhaps you need their kindness more than I do.”
Eventually, Zandik might let his guard down enough to thank you in his own awkward way. “I... don’t find your company entirely insufferable,” he’ll mutter, avoiding eye contact. Coming from him, it’s practically a declaration of affection.
If you tease him about it, he’ll scoff and go back to his usual smug self, but there’s a faint warmth in his eyes that wasn’t there before.
Over time, your kindness becomes something he treasures deeply, even if he struggles to express it. He might even share his more vulnerable thoughts with you, things he’s never told anyone else.
Despite his sharp tongue and cold exterior, he comes to see you as a rare and precious connection in a world that often feels cold and isolating.
One day, when you’re absent from your usual seat, Zandik finds himself irritable and distracted, wondering where you are. He’ll reluctantly seek you out, pretending it’s just to ask about something trivial.
When he sees you, his relief is palpable, though he tries to mask it with a sarcastic remark. Deep down, he knows he’s grown attached to you in a way he never thought possible.
Over time, your presence becomes a constant in his life, a quiet reassurance in the chaotic world of the Akademiya. He doesn’t say it often, but your kindness means more to him than you’ll ever know.

Today, we’re diving straight into how you fall in love and how you stay in love—what captivates you at first and what keeps someone in your life for the long haul. To understand this, we’ll look at your Venus and Moon signs.
Your Venus sign shows what initially draws you in—what excites you, sparks attraction, and makes you want to pursue someone. But the only way a person can truly stay in your life after that initial spark is through their connection with your Moon sign, which governs emotional needs and long-term compatibility.
Aries Venus: Falling in Love
Aries Venus falls for people who are on the move, independent, and ambitious—those who are out living life, chasing their dreams, and proving their success through action rather than words. They are drawn to bold, magnetic individuals who radiate strength, willpower, and dominance.
For Aries Venus, attraction happens instantly—there’s no waiting period to figure out if they like someone. They crave a connection that’s hot, heavy, and intense from the start. They’re especially drawn to people who seem unbothered by their presence—those who don’t give them immediate attention, creating an irresistible challenge.
Aries Moon: Staying in Love
Aries Moon stays in love with a partner who is strong—both emotionally and physically. They need someone unshakable, someone who stands firm no matter what. They admire lovers who are passionate, confident, and tenacious, never backing down from challenges.
They are also drawn to intelligence and creativity—they need a partner who can stimulate their mind, keeping them intrigued and constantly wanting more. However, while Aries Moon needs a partner who is resilient and determined, they also value humor and lightheartedness. A partner who takes life too seriously will lose their interest. Aries Moon thrives with someone who can crack jokes, make them laugh, and bring a sense of playfulness to the relationship.
More than anything, Aries Moon needs a partner who can keep up with them. They seek someone who wants as much out of life as they do—a lover with enthusiasm, stamina, and courage to chase after their dreams. They are drawn to bold, fearless individuals who are ready to take on the world, not timid or hesitant ones.
In the end, Aries Venus may fall for the thrill, but Aries Moon stays for the strength and excitement that keeps their fire burning.
Taurus Venus: How They Fall in Love
Taurus Venus falls in love through their senses. The moment something catches their eye, they become captivated—the way you walk, the way you talk, the scent of your body, the way your eyes lock with theirs. They are drawn to the physical—the way a person’s body is shaped, their height, their build, the way their features come together. They admire beauty, symmetry, and aesthetic appeal, and they love getting lost in someone’s eyes or being mesmerized by a unique facial structure.
They fall for people who are visually stimulating, those who carry themselves with grace, confidence, and composure. Taurus Venus is especially drawn to people who appear to have their life together—those who exude stability, peace, and success. They are attracted to people who are actively working toward their goals, moving with purpose rather than sitting on the sidelines.
Taurus Venus also loves quiet magnetism. They find themselves drawn to those who are calm, composed, and a little mysterious—someone who doesn’t speak often but, when they do, their voice is distinct and alluring.
Taurus Moon: How They Stay in Love
Taurus Moon stays in love with someone who feels like home—a lover who provides comfort, stability, and familiarity. They want a connection that feels like family, like a past life bond, as if they’ve known this person forever.
Consistency is everything for a Taurus Moon. They stay in love with someone who shows up for them daily—a lover they never have to second-guess. They need a partner who will call, text, and crave their presence without them having to ask.
Taurus Moon is deeply sensual, and they stay in love with someone who prioritizes intimacy, affection, and physical touch. They long for a partner who will kiss them randomly, cuddle them tightly at night, and hug them throughout the day. They crave a lover who listens attentively, remembers their desires, and surprises them with the things they’ve been yearning for.
They are drawn to romantic gestures—candles around the bed, shared meals prepared with love, the lingering scent of their partner that blends with their own. For a Taurus Moon, love is about consistency, devotion, and pleasure. They don’t believe in fleeting honeymoon phases—their ideal relationship feels like a honeymoon every single day.
Gemini Venus: How They Fall in Love
Gemini Venus is captivated by distinct voices. They fall for people who seem calm and composed at first, but when they engage in conversation, the person’s way of expressing themselves draws them in. Whether the person speaks with their hands, has a soothing voice, or an intriguing, expressive tone, Gemini Venus is hooked by seductive voices—soft, deep, or just unique in some way. They fall in love with how you speak.
Gemini Venus enjoys balance in a partner. They are not interested in someone who constantly talks; that can bore or annoy them. Instead, they like someone who is calm and composed but reveals a depth when they engage in conversation. They love those who intrigue them—people who seem to have much more going on in their mind than they let on.
What Gemini Venus is drawn to is difference. If they talk a lot about logical matters, they may be attracted to someone who enjoys discussing psychology. They fall in love with someone who offers something they can’t get elsewhere—intellectual stimulation. When they are mentally satisfied by someone’s words, they fall in love. If the conversation lingers in their mind, if they keep thinking about the person even after the discussion ends, that’s when they know they are in love. For Gemini Venus, it’s the essence of how you express yourself that captivates them.
Gemini Moon: How They Stay in Love
The Gemini Moon stays in love with a partner who is always on the go, someone who is rarely at home and constantly has something to do. The Gemini Moon craves distance in the relationship because it fuels their desire. When their partner is not immediately available, the Gemini Moon feels a sense of longing that keeps them engaged. The key to keeping a Gemini Moon in love is maintaining a healthy distance that fosters desire.
They stay in love with a partner who is five or ten steps ahead of them, constantly moving forward. Whether their partner is in another city or country, the Gemini Moon appreciates knowing that, despite the distance, their partner will always return. When the Gemini Moon is in love, they enjoy experiencing new activities with their partner, but they also need their partner to maintain their own life, to be occupied with their own goals.
The Gemini Moon thrives on the balance between autonomy and intimacy. They need space to explore their freedom but also desire their partner to pour into them when they return. They enjoy doing things together—trying new restaurants, exploring new hobbies like painting, or traveling. When the distance and autonomy are balanced, the Gemini Moon stays in love.
For the Gemini Moon, a relationship is about being able to have long conversations, share intense moments, and experience the fun and stimulating aspects of life together. They are ruled by the twin, so they need someone who can keep up with their pace and energy. They fall for the person who gets them—someone who understands their need for both independence and connection. That is the person they will stay in love with, for the long haul.
Cancer Venus: How They Fall in Love
Cancer Venus falls in love with people who have a calming presence and a soothing aura. They are drawn to those who are mellow, chill, and calm—individuals who don’t make a lot of noise or stand out too much. Cancer Venus prefers people who are not dramatic or overly reactive, but rather those who can simply respond in a composed and gentle manner. They fall in love with someone who evokes emotions of innocence, appreciation, care, and gentleness.
They are particularly attracted to kind, gentle people—those who are affectionate, not just physically but emotionally as well. A simple touch, like holding hands, a hand on the thigh, or a comforting hug, makes them feel cared for and loved. They fall in love with those who show affection in subtle but meaningful ways.
Cancer Venus also appreciates generosity. They are drawn to people who are giving and selfless, someone who will offer something to others without hesitation or expectation of return. They love people who make them feel seen and cared for, whether that’s by showing up for their friends or offering emotional support. They also fall in love with people who love animals and cherish their families—individuals who make family a priority and show love in meaningful, everyday ways.
Ultimately, Cancer Venus wants to be with someone who allows them to be themselves. They need a partner who makes them feel safe and peaceful simply by being their true selves around them. They fall in love with someone who provides a sense of healing and comfort without needing to pretend or be anyone else.
Cancer Moon: How They Stay in Love
The Cancer Moon stays in love with a person who is in tune with them—someone who constantly checks in and seeks to understand their emotional world. They are drawn to people who are compassionate and understanding, those who truly care to learn about their desires, feelings, and emotional needs. Cancer Moon needs a partner who doesn’t simply go about their own life without considering them.
They stay in love with someone who is humble—a person who can apologize when necessary, admit their wrongs, and show vulnerability without shame. The Cancer Moon values a partner who sees their weaknesses not as flaws but as opportunities to grow closer and connect.
The Cancer Moon also loves fierce affection. They need someone who shows them physical love consistently—whether that’s with hugs, kisses, or comforting gestures like massaging their scalp or cooking a meal with care. They are drawn to partners who express love through nurturing actions, whether that’s cooking a meal, washing their hair, or simply being physically affectionate in small, tender ways.
For Cancer Moon, trust is essential to staying in love. They need someone they can be vulnerable with, someone who accepts them holistically, flaws and all. They stay in love with people who make them feel secure and accepted no matter what.
Cancer Moons also deeply value emotional intelligence. They stay in love with individuals who manage their emotions in a healthy way, who don’t react impulsively or ghost them at the slightest emotional challenge. They are drawn to partners who know how to communicate—especially during tough conversations—without throwing their hands up in frustration. A Cancer Moon stays in love with someone who can steady their emotions and foster a relationship based on peace.
Ultimately, Cancer Moon stays in love with a relationship that provides them with a sense of emotional peace—a space where they can feel safe, loved, and supported while also being able to focus on other aspects of their life.
Leo Venus: Falling In Love
Leo Venus falls in love with people who make them feel special and extraordinary, individuals who can see them standing out in the crowd. They are attracted to someone who stands apart, who has an extra flair, uniqueness, and a boldness that excites them. They don’t necessarily fall for the loudest person in the room, but rather for the person who radiates the strongest energy, the one they can feel from across the room.
Leo Venus is drawn to people who are bubbly and happy, with radiant smiles that light up their face. They love people who exude confidence—those who walk with their head held high, with a steady and sure presence, never anxious or scattered. They are attracted to someone who moves through the world without hesitation, exuding strength and poise.
Leo Venus also falls in love with people who are liked and admired by others. They are drawn to those who are well-loved, popular, charismatic, and generous—people who have good friendships and are seen as the life of the party. They fall in love with people who seem to captivate others effortlessly, making them feel both desired and intrigued.
When it comes to physical attraction, Leo Venus is aroused on every level—mentally, emotionally, and physically. They fall in love with someone who stirs them in all ways, someone they crave and want to consume entirely. They are drawn to people they perceive as strong, dominant, and challenging, someone who can tease them and keep them wanting more with each passing interaction.
Leo Moon: Staying in Love
Leo Moon stays in love with someone who shows endless affection and seduces them on every level. They need a partner who sees and acknowledges everything they do, especially when that person expresses pride in them and provides unwavering support. As long as a Leo Moon feels recognized and valued, they remain hooked and deeply committed.
Leo Moon stays in love with someone who never falls apart. They want a partner who is always showing up whole, looking good, sounding confident, and engaging in interesting conversations. They are drawn to people who are bold and have unique personalities—individuals who intrigue them and keep them captivated. A Leo Moon needs a partner who is independent, knows what they want, and isn’t afraid to walk away. They love knowing that the person is with them because they want to be, not because they need them.
The Leo Moon stays in love with someone who makes their entire life feel romantic. They crave experiences, not just ordinary dates. They want to be swept up in something special—dressing up for an evening out, creating memorable experiences together. They fall in love with those who make romance an adventure, turning every moment into something extraordinary.
For the Leo Moon, there is nothing mundane about love. They love passionately, and they need a partner who can take them to new heights, constantly seducing and intriguing them. They want to feel like they are always experiencing novelty—something fresh, exciting, and thrilling with each interaction.
Leo Moon wants to feel desired and flirted with like it’s the beginning of the relationship, even after time has passed. They want to find their partner more attractive and enigmatic every time they see them. For a Leo Moon, love is about constant excitement, energy, and intensity—and they stay in love when their partner can keep that fire alive.
Virgo Venus: Falling In Love
The Virgo Venus falls in love with the essence of a person when they are in motion—when they are doing, performing, and excelling. Virgo Venus is captivated by natural performers, those who are gifted and multi-talented. They are especially drawn to people who have refined skills, not just raw talent, but something honed and mastered.
They admire individuals who possess abilities that create opportunities, establish them as important figures in their field, or contribute to their success. Virgo Venus is intrigued by excellence, whether it be in business, acting, singing, or any other craft. They are drawn to those who have multiple passions and execute them well.
What truly pulls a Virgo Venus in is a person whose skills can either teach or inspire them. They fall in love with individuals who encourage their own pursuit of perfection and continuous self-improvement. The Virgo Venus is enamored by intelligence, capability, and mastery—the smartest person in the room, the most accomplished, the one who stands out through talent and dedication.
Virgo Moon: How They Stay In Love
On the other hand, the Virgo Moon stays in love with someone who brings order to their life. While Virgo Venus is drawn to the performer, the achiever, and the doer, Virgo Moon finds lasting love in a person who provides stability, organization, and emotional structure.
The Virgo Moon craves a partner who allows them to step out of their perpetual “doer” mode and find moments of relaxation. They are deeply connected to someone who can bring ease and structure to their life—someone strategic, intelligent, and emotionally grounded. Rather than chaos or unpredictability, Virgo Moons need emotional stability.
They stay in love with a person who serves as a guide, offering wisdom and support without overwhelming them. Because Virgo Moons are naturally self-critical, they need a partner who provides reassurance—someone who listens, gives constructive feedback, and softens their tendency to be too hard on themselves.
Most importantly, Virgo Moon stays in love with someone who creates a lifestyle for them—a well-ordered, harmonious way of living. They are drawn to those who offer a sense of security, emotional intelligence, and balance. Unlike the Virgo Venus, who thrives on excitement and excellence, Virgo Moon is nurtured by generosity, dependability, and calm energy.
They do not gravitate toward overt emotional displays or chaotic expressions of feeling. Instead, they seek a partner who is steady, communicative, and emotionally intelligent—someone who can express emotions in a composed and thoughtful manner. A Virgo Moon does not want a relationship filled with turbulence; they want a partner who brings them back to center when they feel overwhelmed.
Ultimately, Virgo Venus attaches itself to skill and talent, while Virgo Moon clings to structure and emotional stability. Both placements seek excellence, but while Virgo Venus is captivated by brilliance, Virgo Moon is devoted to security.
Libra Venus: Falls in Love
Libra Venus falls in love with someone they feel an intense attraction toward—someone they find themselves wanting to talk to every day. However, before reaching that stage, Libra Venus typically has a physical type or preference. They are drawn to those who fit their idealized vision of beauty, and once someone meets this preference, they become intrigued and eager to engage.
Libra Venus is a distant lover at first. They prefer to observe, analyze, and mentally construct an image of who they believe a person is before making a move. They idealize their crush, imagining shared compatibility before actual interaction. However, once they decide to engage, they immediately seek connection, searching for common interests and shared experiences.
When a Libra Venus discovers a mutual interest with their crush, they will continue conversations, deepening the bond. Over time, they convince themselves that this person is incredibly similar to them—aligned in values, thoughts, and desires. It is through this sense of harmony and likeness that Libra Venus ultimately falls in love.
Libra Moon: Staying In Love
On the other hand, Libra Moon stays in love when they feel truly wanted and needed. Emotional security for them is deeply tied to feeling desired. They need to know that their thoughts, opinions, and daily experiences matter to their partner.
For a Libra Moon, communication is essential. They want a partner who listens—not passively, but actively. They crave someone who genuinely engages with their thoughts, offering feedback that reassures, validates, and affirms their decisions. Libra Moons thrive on verbal affirmation and mutual dialogue.
Additionally, Libra Moons stay in love with partners who are flexible and adaptable. Decision-making can be difficult for them, so they appreciate someone who can go with the flow, adjusting to their indecisiveness without pressure or frustration.
Like Leos, Libra Moons need to feel particularly liked and adored. They cannot stay in love with someone who makes them feel unappreciated, unwanted, or taken for granted. Their ideal partner must not only desire them but also express that desire openly and frequently. They need to feel as though they are the best thing that has ever happened to their partner.
Libra Moons also require significant affection and quality time to maintain emotional connection. They are deeply romantic and need a partner who prioritizes small yet meaningful gestures—someone who initiates dates, cherishes shared moments, and consistently expresses their love.
While grand romantic gestures are appreciated, what truly keeps a Libra Moon in love is a partner who makes them feel consistently wanted—someone who is affectionate, present, and engaged. They need a relationship that feels like a deep friendship as well as a romance, where both partners enjoy each other’s company and actively nurture their bond.
Scorpio Venus: How They Fall In Love
Scorpio Venus falls in love in a very unique manner. For them, love is not about physical attraction alone; they need to feel something deeper. Scorpio Venus is almost like a demisexual in that they are not drawn to someone just based on appearance. What truly captivates them is the emotional and energetic connection. It’s the person’s passion for life, their magnetism, and intensity that sparks Scorpio Venus’ interest. They are incredibly attracted to people who are passionate about their work, their pursuits, or even their energy in general. This intensity and passion can sometimes feel like fire, as Scorpio Venus experiences love with a fiery, almost overwhelming energy. They won’t always express their feelings verbally, but their actions show how deeply they care. They will fixate on their partner, focusing all their attention and energy on them, making their partner feel chosen and adored.
Scorpio Moon: How They Stay In Love
On the other hand, Scorpio Moon stays in love through a different process. While Scorpio Venus thrives on intensity and passion, Scorpio Moon craves peace, intellectual connection, and space. They need emotional autonomy and are often attracted to people who offer them knowledge and stimulate their intellect. Scorpio Moons don’t want overly intense partners who demand constant emotional attention. Instead, they want a partner who can give them the mental space to process their feelings and who understands their need for solitude. They are drawn to people who possess self-control, power, and persistence, admiring those who are determined and successful in what they pursue. However, Scorpio Moons also crave a deeply sensual connection. They long for a lover who can connect with them on both an emotional and physical level, reaching deep into their soul with their touch.
Sagittarius Venus: Falling in Love
A Sagittarius Venus falls in love with the idea of love. For them, love is about boundless possibilities. They want to feel as if the person they’re with has endless opportunities to grow and evolve. They don’t want a lover who is stuck in routine, confined by rigid roles, or unwilling to reconsider their beliefs. Sagittarius Venus craves a partner who is limitless, exuberant, and full of adventure.
They fall in love with the person who makes them feel happy and free—someone who brings an infectious spontaneity that makes them feel like they can take on the world. Their ideal lover is a dreamer and an inspirer, someone who encourages them to leap forward, chase their goals, and believe in themselves. They need a partner who teases all their senses, keeping them engaged and excited about life.
Conversation is key for a Sagittarius Venus. They fall for someone they can talk to for hours, discussing a variety of topics without it ever feeling like an argument—just a journey of mutual curiosity and intellectual stimulation. They love a person who brings new experiences, introduces them to novelty, and fuels their hunger for exploration.
Sagittarius Venus loves free spirits, peacemakers, and adventurers—the kind of people who embrace life as it is. They’re drawn to partners who reject monotony, who aren’t just rushing toward a final destination but are here to enjoy the ride. They crave someone who is always ready for a new adventure, someone who welcomes passion, excitement, and new beginnings.
Sagittarius Moon: Staying In Love
A Sagittarius Moon stays in love with the person who makes them laugh uncontrollably, the one who makes time slip away whenever they’re together. They fall in love with someone who makes them want to stay, someone they don’t want to run from—even when they deeply value their freedom, they want this person to be a part of their journey.
They stay in love with a partner who is radiant, positive, and endlessly inspiring. Their heart is drawn to wisdom and experience—someone who not only expands their ideas but also adds depth and insight to their existing beliefs. Sagittarius Moons are seekers, always craving new experiences, and they stay in love with a person who encourages their exploration and versatility.
They need a lover who isn’t rigid or routine-driven but instead allows for fluidity, spontaneity, and adventure. Their ideal partner is ambitious, creative, and hungry for more out of life—someone who is always looking for the next opportunity to grow. They stay in love with the person who stimulates them intellectually and emotionally, someone who probes into their soul and challenges them to think deeper.
A Sagittarius Moon stays in love with the one who can make them smile even in their most serious moments, the one they can shower with affection—hugging, touching, and constantly feeling close. Passion is key to their emotional bond; they need a partner who is fiery, passionate, and always ready for adventure.
Loyalty is everything. They stay in love with the ride-or-die, the cheerleader, the one who believes in them no matter what. Their heart belongs to the person who radiates positivity, embraces self-improvement, and is on a determined path to authenticity.
Capricorn Venus: Falling In Love
A Capricorn Venus doesn’t fall in love easily. Love is not their primary focus, as they believe their attention should be on building a fulfilling life outside of relationships. They are more concerned with success, stability, and personal growth, and love is something that happens in its own time rather than something they actively chase.
Falling in love for a Capricorn Venus is a slow process, much like water coming to a boil. At first, the water is still—flat, unmoving, and cool. There is no visible change. But as the heat builds gradually, small bubbles begin to form, and eventually, the water reaches a full boil, bubbling over with intensity. This is exactly how Capricorn Venus loves. They start detached and uninterested, fully focused on other aspects of life, but once they develop deep feelings, their love pours out uncontrollably. They go from calm and reserved to completely captivated—unable to hold back their emotions any longer.
Capricorn Venus doesn’t actively seek love; instead, they fall in love with someone they grow close to over time. This person is usually someone they already admire—someone they respect, find attractive, or see as accomplished in some way. They are drawn to individuals who are disciplined, ambitious, and dedicated—whether it’s in their career, a sport, or a personal goal. Capricorn Venus is naturally impressed by hard work and determination, so they fall for people who have earned their success through persistence and resilience.
Their love develops through shared experiences, deep conversations, and time spent getting to know the person beyond the surface. They won’t rush into anything—they build the connection slowly and steadily. But once they realize they have a crush, everything changes. Suddenly, their love boils over, and they can no longer play it cool. When a Capricorn Venus falls, they fall completely, surrendering wholeheartedly to love.
Capricorn Moon: Staying In Love
A Capricorn Moon is guarded when it comes to emotions. They are reserved, disciplined, and focused on success, often suppressing their feelings to maintain a sense of control and stability. They don’t want to appear weak, vulnerable, or emotionally dependent, so they keep their emotions tightly contained.
They stay in love by staying on track—meaning they need a partner who holds them to a high standard and challenges them to be their best self. Capricorn Moons don’t just want love; they want a partnership that helps them grow. They appreciate a lover who expects great things from them—not in an overly strict way, but in a way that motivates and inspires them. Every time they meet these expectations and succeed, they feel deeply appreciated and even more committed to their partner.
A Capricorn Moon needs a generous and supportive lover—someone who celebrates their achievements and rewards their hard work. Their ideal partner doesn’t just acknowledge their efforts; they make success feel exciting and bring fun into their life. While Capricorn Moons are naturally serious and driven, they need someone who can remind them to enjoy the moment and not just focus on their next goal.
They also crave a sensual and attentive lover—someone who takes the time to truly understand them. Their partner should know when to offer affection and when to give them space. They need time to process their emotions and ensure they are in control, so a partner who respects this balance will keep them feeling safe and grounded in love.
Capricorn Moons stay in love with hardworking, disciplined individuals who share their drive and ambition. They They need a partner who is just as motivated and goal-oriented as they are—someone who doesn’t just sit back and wait for things to happen but actively strives for success in their own life. This mutual ambition creates a strong foundation of respect and a sense of teamwork in the relationship.
However, even the most disciplined Capricorn Moon has moments of self-doubt or exhaustion, and in these times, they need a partner who can lift them up. They fall deeper in love with someone who acts as a source of encouragement, reminding them of their strength and ability to overcome obstacles. Words of affirmation are essential for them—they want to hear that their efforts are recognized, appreciated, and valued.
Quality time is another major factor in how a Capricorn Moon stays in love. But it’s not just about spending time together—it’s about meaningful time together. They don’t want to simply sit in the same room scrolling on their phones; they crave deep conversations, intimate moments, and shared experiences that strengthen their bond. Looking into their partner’s eyes, feeling understood, and truly connecting on a profound level keeps them emotionally invested.
At their core, Capricorn Moons are loyal, dependable, and deeply committed once they have fully opened their heart. While they may struggle to express emotions openly, their love is shown through acts of devotion, reliability, and unwavering support. They stay in love with the person who understands their need for structure, respects their independence, and inspires them to be their best self.
For a Capricorn Moon, love is not just about passion—it’s about building something real and lasting. They don’t fall in love easily, but when they do, they are in it for the long haul, choosing a partner who will grow with them, support them, and build a future together.
Aquarius Venus: How They Fall In Love
An Aquarius Venus is an oddball in love. They don’t view love the way most people do, as Aquarius is more intellectual and detached than romantic. They approach love through friendship and mental connection, rather than pure emotion or passion. Falling in love is not something that happens easily for them.
An Aquarius Venus is like ice—a solid block, cold to the touch. Ice serves a purpose: it cools drinks, preserves things, and provides comfort in certain situations. But no one wants to hold ice in their hands for too long because it’s cold and unyielding. Likewise, Aquarius Venus can come across as emotionally distant, detached, and difficult to grasp in relationships.
For them to truly fall in love, they need warmth—a person who is fluid, adaptable, and free-spirited enough to gradually melt their icy exterior. They aren’t looking for conventional beauty, a stable career, or traditional relationship dynamics. Instead, they seek someone who flows effortlessly through life, someone who is open, flexible, and ever-changing.
When they find the right person—someone with a warmth that contrasts their cool detachment—they begin to let go. They submerge themselves in that person’s presence, merging their energy with theirs. Many assume that Pisces Venus desires oneness, but in reality, Aquarius Venus craves that same unity—they just take longer to get there.
On their own, Aquarius Venus is often focused on higher ideals and grand visions. But when they find the right person, they long to become one with them. Love, for them, is like melting ice—slow, gradual, and deeply transformative. Once they fully merge with someone, their love becomes profound and unshakable.
Aquarius Moon: How They Stay In Love
Like Aquarius Venus, an Aquarius Moon stays in love only when the conditions are right. They are highly particular about their romantic and emotional connections. Unlike other Moon signs, Aquarius Moons can like someone, be attracted to them, or even hook up with them—but that doesn’t mean they’ll stay. For them to truly commit and remain in love, they need to feel like they’ve found the perfect emotional counterpart.
Aquarius Moons are elusive, fleeting, and unpredictable. They don’t stay in love easily because they are naturally detached. They are like a block of ice, and they won’t just melt for anyone. They don’t want to melt into sand, losing their identity. They don’t want to be thrown into fire, evaporating completely. They need the perfect balance—the right amount of warmth, fluidity, and freedom to let their walls down.
To stay in love, an Aquarius Moon needs a free-spirited partner—someone who is accepting, open-minded, and emotionally non-restrictive. They dislike clingy, demanding, or overly emotional lovers. Instead, they are drawn to people who are spontaneous, easygoing, and intellectually stimulating.
More than anything, Aquarius Moons stay in love with a person who shares their vision of the future. They need someone who understands their ideals and goals—someone who doesn’t just exist in the present but anticipates what’s next. They fall for teachers, thinkers, and visionaries—people who challenge their mind as much as they inspire their heart.
They don’t just want to learn ; they want to teach and be taught. An Aquarius Moon doesn’t want to feel like they’re always the one imparting knowledge—they want a partner who challenges them intellectually, someone who expands their way of thinking and introduces them to new ideas. This mental stimulation is a crucial part of their emotional connection.
Aquarius Moons also need a partner who allows them freedom—freedom to explore, to think, to be themselves without judgment. They don’t respond well to control, excessive rules, or emotional demands. They thrive in relationships that feel spontaneous, unrestricted, and full of discovery.
At the same time, they crave warmth—not in a suffocating way, but in a way that makes them feel safe and understood. They want a lover who doesn’t push or probe, but who creates a space where they naturally open up. Aquarius Moons rarely reveal their emotions right away, but with the right person, they will slowly begin to merge, connect, and truly love.
However, they are tricky lovers. It takes a rare kind of person to truly keep an Aquarius Moon in love. This person must match their uniqueness, understand their vision, and most importantly, be someone they can merge with without losing themselves. If their partner tries to control them, rush them, or confine them, they will withdraw—because an Aquarius Moon may stay physically present, but if the connection isn’t right, their heart and mind will already be gone.
Pisces Venus: Falling In Love
Pisces Venus falls in love unexpectedly. They are not actively searching for love because they are love. They embody and radiate it, constantly craving, desiring, and giving love. For them, love is not something to find—it already exists within them.
Their love is dreamy and subtle, yet deeply magnetic. They possess a quiet power that draws in those yearning for emotional connection. Pisces Venus doesn’t just fall for someone’s looks, fashion sense, or even their intellect—they fall in love with the soul. Something in their body, their intuition, tells them: This is the one. This is my soulmate, my twin flame, my forever love.
When they feel this deep, spiritual connection, they can’t resist. Love becomes a divine experience, and they put their lover on a pedestal, idealizing them as the ultimate soulmate. Their love is all-consuming, transcendent, and rooted in an almost otherworldly devotion.
Pisces Moon: How They Stay In Love
A Pisces Moon stays in love when their relationship keeps them enchanted, pulling them deeper into their imagination. They need constant emotional engagement, a love that stimulates their dreams and fantasies.
When a Pisces Moon is in love, their attention shifts completely onto their partner. They are no longer withdrawn, lost in their solitude—instead, they become immersed in the relationship. They want to be near you, touch you, feel you. Their hugs are tight, lingering, as if they are trying to merge souls. Their kisses are slow and deep, never wanting to pull away. When they gaze into your eyes, their own eyes may well up with tears—not from sadness, but from feeling love so intensely.
Pisces Moons fall deeper in love when their partner shares in their sense of adventure and wonder. If they say, I want to do something I’ve always dreamed of, and you enthusiastically join them, they feel understood. They don’t want a mundane love—they want one that feels magical, as if it were written in the stars.
They stay in love with a partner who is soft, gentle, and nurturing—someone who speaks to them with kindness and affection. If their partner believes in their dreams and aspirations, treating them as real and achievable, the Pisces Moon will stay eternally devoted. Tell them, You’re already an actor, an artist, a creator, and they will believe in you just as deeply.
A Pisces Moon remains in love when they feel emotionally safe—when their partner stays by their side during sadness, wipes their tears, and brings small gestures of care. They need a partner who nurtures their soul, who keeps their world feeling limitless and full of endless possibilities.
They want a love where two souls merge into one, where there is an unspoken energetic connection, a spiritual pull that binds them together. When a Pisces Moon justifies your actions, forgives easily, and constantly empathizes with you, it means they are deeply in love. They remain in love with a partner who allows them to live in the dreamy, romantic realm they crave, blending fantasy with reality, and creating a world where love is soft, kind, and ever-expanding.

When your Character Needs to Compromise
Compromising in romantic relationships - finding the middle ground between you and your partner’s wishes, habits, or preferences.
Compromise means partners come together for critical decision-making around how they will live together, spend their time, or accomplish chores.
Sometimes, couples can deduce compromises on their own, arriving at win-win scenarios.
Sometimes, they will seek out couples therapy to work through how one partner expresses their needs and responds to their partner's needs.
Examples of Compromise in Relationships
There are various ways to practice compromise in relationships. Consider the following examples:
Split up the house duties. One partner might cook, and another might do the dishes. One may make the bed if the other vacuums. Divvying up chores can help show there is equality in a relationship.
Participate in each other’s hobbies. Practicing hobbies together can help build experiential trust. Partners should feel comfortable pursuing individual interests, and they can also include their partners in their hobbies to make it a shared experience.
Take turns with caretaking. Taking care of children or older family members can strain healthy relationships. Take turns with caretaking responsibilities.
Travel in ways that are good for both parties. Everyone has travel preferences. Some people like relaxing vacations by the beach, others prefer exploring a new city or doing outdoor activities like camping and hiking. Plan a holiday that can accommodate both travel styles, or rotate what kinds of trips you take. Solo trips can also be suitable for some fresh air and time apart.
Communicate clearly about money. Some homes are two-income households; some are one. To ensure that finances do not strain a relationship, it is essential to communicate about expenses and limits on spending.
Compromise in relationships is key to each partner’s happiness, well-being, and mental health.
Compromising is a way to respect your partner’s feelings, bringing you closer and enhancing mutual trust.
Seeing things from your partner’s point of view can also increase your empathy and understanding of each other.
Compromise also has personal benefits: When couples lead from a spirit of generosity, they can support each other when either partner needs care.
Without compromise, couples may find themselves drifting apart.
A lack of compromise can lead to bitterness; one member of the couple might feel like their partner is stubborn and selfish.
This can also make a partner feel used and undervalued, which is a red flag in relationships.

Gwyn's pov.
Gwyn adjusted her belt around her waist after making sure her white t-shirt was perfectly tucked into her high-waisted jeans, then turned this way and that in front of her mirror, her high ponytail swishing at her back as she assessed herself from every angle. Deciding she looked good enough for her weekly trip to Velaris, she walked out of her dorm room, closing the door behind her.
By the time she reached the balcony on the highest level of the House of Wind, her hands were slightly shaky and her cheeks a little flushed. And they had nothing to do with the pace at which she had climbed the steps to the man landing of the house. The reason why her heart was beating faster, chest heaving, adrenaline rushing and her lips were parted stood at the railing with his back to her in a black t-shirt and equally black sweatpants, the curls of his dark hair tousled as though freshly washed and barely towelled. The afternoon sun gilded the edges of his perfect silhouette and added a bright outline that complemented beautifully with the dark shadows swirling around him.
Gwyn sighed wistfully.
A few wisps of shadows rushed to her at the sound, as excitable and ticklish as they always were. Their nuzzling caused her to giggle and their master to turn around.
“Hello, Shadowsinger,” Gwyn laughed, not yet able to look at him thanks to the shadows who wouldn’t stop circling her.
“Alright, alright, I missed you too,” she said to the shadows. “You saw me this morning at training. And you, little sir,” she pointed at one in particular, “stayed with me for a good hour after.”
The one shadow booped her nose and settled on her shoulder and remained there even when the others moved away from her face so she could see their master. When Gwyn was finally able to look Azriel in the face, she found him staring at her with a look that caused her cheeks to burn.
Gwyn wondered if she would ever be able to control her blushing in his presence. Wondered if the hazel eyes looking at her would ever not make butterflies come to life inside her.
Today marked the third month since their first outing. It had been during one of their private training sessions at night that Azriel had proposed to be her companion while she braved one of her biggest fears; exploring the world outside the library of the House of Wind. Three months of walking beside Azriel as he showed her around Velaris and a few other places of the Night Court, drinking in every information he offered, his advice and praises, leaning on him for security or simply comfort. Three months during which her gratefulness and admiration for him had grown exponentially, turning into something akin to what the protagonists in the novels she read felt for their love interests.
Being an avid reader and a good observer, Gwyn knew that there were signs that did not lie. There were certain things heard and seen that hinted at those which remained unvoiced. The stolen looks and the smiles, the banter and subtle flirting, the touches that had gone from accidental to very much intentional and welcomed; all of these combined with the meddling and teasing from their friends and family made Gwyn hope that, perhaps, if she dared be courageous in ways she hadn’t been yet, she could live a life where her daydreams would be reality.
Unfortunately, no amount of reading or even praying had helped her take the leap from hoping to actually confessing her feelings to Azriel. What if she wasn’t enough? Not pretty enough for this stunning male, not strong enough to be worthy of him, her mere 29 years no match to his 500 of existence and experience?
And yet, the way those hazel eyes were looking at her right now, appreciating and silently approving of her chased away any doubts, his smile making them float away like the shadows that brushed her cheek as they made their way back to him. He extended a hand towards her.
“You ready, Berdara?”
Her name being voiced by his deep voice caused a fluttering in her heart. And a tingle in other places of her that she blushed even more just thinking about. It got worse when she took his hand and felt a shiver run up her arm at the feel of his skin.
“To spend time with you? Always.” She admitted with a smile.
Azriel brought her hands to his lips for a kiss on her knuckles worthy of a romance novel. Gwyn’s heart beat wildly in her chest as she followed him closer to the railing. As she had done many times before, she wrapped her arms around Azriel’s neck and allowed him to effortlessly lift her up bridal style.
Gwyn was enveloped in his arms and his scent, his shadows acting as another blanket that wrapped around them both. It almost felt like they were pulling Azriel and her somehow closer.
“You still won't tell me where we're going today?” She asked.
His wings began spreading behind his back, the sunlight revealing the blue and purple veining on them.
“You’ll see when we get there soon.”
“Can you at least give me a hint?” She insisted.
Azriel rolled his eyes. “As much as I hate to admit it for fear that your head grows bigger, you’re too smart for me to give you a hint without risking that you find out before we get there.”
Gwyn frowned at him, although she glowed inside at the compliment.
“If it sucks, I’m putting a stop to our weekly outings.” She warned him with a lie.
Azriel looked down at her with a tilt of his head. The smirk that tugged at his lips made him look downright sinful.
“You won’t.” He said.
“How can you be so sure?” She raised her eyebrows.
“Because,” he leaned down, his face now so close that the tips of their noses almost brushed, “You won’t dare deprive us both of our favourite day of the week.”
He shot up into the sky without warning. Gwyn squealed and buried her face in the crook of his neck.
She wanted to retort and challenge his last claim. But he was right. And he knew that he was right. It was something they had told each other before, word for word even. A confession that had come out during a picnic on a cliff overlooking the sea, in between a conversation about their respective pasts and another that had been filled with laughter.
There had been another confession on the edge of her lips back then, threatening to spill out without her permission as he had cradled her cheeks to swipe away her tears. But fear had made her swallow it, just like it did every time they met up.
Gwyn had promised to herself that she would be brave and strong. But confessing one's feelings, she had realised, was much harder than luring a beast or cutting down any physical enemies. She was a Valkyrie, always ready to fight and protect. She had been trained to use every weapon that had been put in her hands and had learned how to turn seemingly harmless objects into deadly ones. Yet Azriel was a ribbon that she had yet to find out how cut.
One day, she vowed as she gazed at him while they flew above the clouds. Soon, she decided when he pulled her slightly higher and brushed his lips to her forehead.
The flight to their destination was shorter than Gwyn had anticipated. They landed in front of a building at the border of Velaris. But while she had always seen it in a state of construction, now the green tarpaulin had been removed to reveal a place that looked like it had come out of a dream.

Azriel's pov.
Azriel had been on many dates. Romantic, platonic, work related. He had been to plenty.
But none compared to this.
The time he spent with Gwyn. Watching her smile freely, gave him a sense of purpose, a sense of him doing something right. She was beginning to open up to him, and it made him feel like he was on top of the world. The fact that she trusted him, no one else, to take her down to the city and get reacclimated to socialising after a traumatic event no female- or male, for that matter- should have to go through was truly a freeing feeling.
It made him feel like he was not just inherently bad, like he wasn’t just a sadist who tortured people for a living and a messed up sense of obligation. The tainted hands he owned, the shadows that he used to spy on people, they could be used to bring comfort, happiness.
They could make someone feel secure, safe.
Even now, as Azriel placed his hand gently on the small of Gwyn’s back, the feelings remained. He led her into the beautiful two-story white stone building with wide terraces on each level. Gwyn stared at the place in awe, marveling at all the green plants they had been able to fit on the ceilings and at every column and railings. Azriel watched with rapt attention as her eyes roved over every surface, wide with wonder.
As they climbed over the few steps that led to the entrance, he nudged Gwyn, motioning with his free hand. Her lips parted as her gaze landed on the fountain that glimmered inside no doubt what was the lobby, only confirming this place as coming out of a dream. It was the epitome of elegance and romance.
And Azriel wondered if she too described this place as that. As something romantic.
Wondered if she knew he felt such feelings. That there was a reason he brought her to such an intimate place.
He told her to wait, then hurried over to the reception. One of the workers dressed from head to toe in pristine white garments tinted with light gold shimmer led the two to a table in the far back.
The inside was almost opposite from the outside in that the outside seemed to be shining under the afternoon sunlight. The interior, though, was darkly lit.
Everything seemed mysterious, from the candles that hung from sconces, to the ones that stood proudly on the candelabras on the white cloth covered tables. Stained glass windows covered large portions of the walls, changing colour with every step they took, further adding to the dark allure. One moment, they displayed a plethora of reds, then blue the next step.
It was easy to assume the glass panes were most likely charmed.
The worker stopped at a table next to a window that displayed a beautiful portrait of a woman peering up at the skies, her eyes upturned and hands raised in prayer. It almost looked haunting.
Azriel hurried to pull Gwyn’s chair back for her, then walked over to the other side to settle down himself.
“Azriel, this place is beautiful.”
Even the syllables of his name rolling off her tongue made his ears turn warm.
“You think so?” She nodded, her eyes still wandering around. “So you like it?”
She looked almost offended that he’d even asked such a stupid question. “Of course I like it! Anyone would love this place. It is so beautiful.”
Azriel folded his arms over the table, smiling as he gazed at Gwyn. “It opened recently, so I thought we could try out the food.”
She nodded. “I’ve seen this place before, but I think they were under construction then.”
He hummed. “So, what have you been up to this past week?”
She groaned, leaning back in her seat and dragging her hands down her face. “Don’t ask. Merrill has been bothering me so much. It’s almost like she’s trying to kill me or something.”
Azriel raised an amused brow. “Why is that?”
Her brows furrowed in annoyance. “Are you laughing at me?”
“Me? Laugh at you? Never.” He raised his hands, his smirk widening.
She huffed. “Go away. I won’t tell you.”
He chuckled, mirroring her position. “I’m sorry, I won’t laugh. Please, tell me how the awful female has been causing you woe.”
“One day, I will force you to work with her, and you won’t be so amused anymore.” She grumbled under her breath.
It only took a bit more encouragement, but she finally began speaking, forgetting his initial disrespect to her frustrations. She spoke throughout the whole time they spent in that restaurant, and Azriel was only too happy to listen.
Time lost its meaning, and before long, they were walking side by side down the market square.
“Can we go home?”
Azriel glanced over at her, then towards where the sun was setting. “Why?”
She sighed. “I need to finish researching some nymph-fae relations from centuries ago. Merril wants me to hand them in before tomorrow.”
Azriel’s lips twitched, but he nodded dutifully, avoiding her narrowed eyes as he bent to scoop her into his arms.
“One day, Azriel. I will make you pay for making fun of me.”
Azriel only looked up to the skies, then pumped his wings, catching the breeze and gliding over it. She squealed, her hold tightening on his neck. Azriel found it adorable, how she never really got used to flying. Each time, she’d make surprised noises and cling to him tighter.
“Would it kill you to give me a warning?!” She said into the skin of his neck, sending shivers down his spine.
He’d be lying if he denied not warning her before jumping into the skies on purpose.
Lights were beginning to come on by the time he levelled out, and he squeezed Gwyn’s waist, prompting her to glance down. She smiled, her eyes tracking over all the tiny lights and their reflections off of the Sidra.
“I can never get used to this.”
He said nothing, just watched her. Sure, Velaris was beautiful and he himself remained in awe of the city, but nothing was more beautiful than Gwyn smiling. The way her eyes twinkled, the way her skin crinkled around her eyes and lips, the way her freckles shifted. Everything about her had him hypnotised, and he would never, ever, complain about anything in his life if he got lucky enough to see the sight all day, everyday.
For now, though, he was grateful he could even see the beautiful sight twice a day at training.
Too soon for Azriel’s happiness, his feet made contact with the floor on one of the house of wind’s balconies. It was the one closest to the library. He didn’t even know why he always picked this particular balcony to land on, but maybe in his subconscious, he wanted Gwyn to feel safer by landing in the place closest to her place of comfort.
Gently setting Gwyn on her feet, he straightened. She turned to him, and he knew what was coming.
It was a ritual, almost. After every outing of theirs, Gwyn would turn to him, smile, thank him, and then kiss his cheek.
It always left him a blushing mess.
He could see her preparing to rise onto her tiptoes, smiling up at him. Maybe if he kissed her cheek before she could, maybe he wouldn’t be left flustered?
Yes. And she might get shy and blush…It would be perfect, his shadows whispered excitedly.
But… no. It would be too forward of him.
Why? They complained.
Because I do not know if she is comfortable enough with me kissing her, he replied to them.
She likes master.
No. And even if she does, I do not know if-
Here’s the thing about his shadows. They were just that, shadows. Wispy, dark tendrils of smoke. But they could be corporeal when he needed them to be.
And being their own beings, when they wanted to be.
So Azriel wasn’t expecting them to become semi solid at that moment as Gwyn’s lips were barely a hair's breadth away from his skin.
Nor was he expecting them to push against his other cheek, making him turn his head in surprise.
Azriel’s eyes widened as he realised the proximity between him and her. He only had a moment to turn his head away, hoping her lips would land on her cheeks.
Alas, he was too slow.
Her lips grazed his cheek, sure, but they also touched the corner of his.
He froze, his gaze fixed on her face, the skin tinting a deep, beautiful shade of red. She pulled away quickly, her heartbeat so loud that Azriel could almost hear it.
He swallowed, his own heart beating in his throat. Blood rushed to his neck and ears as he looked at her, her eyes wide and lips parted.
I could get used to this sight, he thought.
But now wasn’t the time for such thoughts. He needed to apologise.
“Gwyn I-”
“Bye-”
They both spoke, then stopped. Waiting for the other to speak. Neither of them did.
It got so awkward to the point that Azriel sighed, taking a step away. Maybe it had not affected her as it did him. Maybe he had imagined her heart beating quicker. Maybe he imagined the blush on her face.
It was not a big deal, he wanted to tell himself.
But he knew that it was. A very big deal. At least to him.
But still, he bowed his head, offered her a smile. Motioned for her to speak.
“See you next week, shadowsinger.” She mumbled with a sweet smile. She didn’t meet his eyes, staring instead at the one shadow that had refused to leave her side the entire outing and was now wound around her wrist.
He watched her go, feeling the need to say something but fearing it wouldn't be enough.
It had never been before.
He had never been. Not for himself, not for anyone.
But, for Gwyn, could he ever be?

Leo/Aquarius Axis Explained
The Leo/Aquarius axis in the horoscope tells a story of You vs. Society. On one end, Leo has a drive for individual fulfillment, whereas Aquarius seeks self understanding to contribute to the collective. To truly understand Leo and Aquarius, we must look beyond simplistic labels. Both are fixed signs, indicating a strong will and resistance to change. Both are also extroverted, meaning they engage actively with their environment. The "popular" vs. "loner" contrast, based on keywords like "detached," obscures these shared traits and hinders a deeper understanding of their personalities.
Aquarius isn't a loner; but their focus on the collective can be mistaken a lot for detachment. Leo, more focused on individual expression, prioritizes personal needs over societal innovation. While both signs value expression, Leo seeks a personal outlet, whereas Aquarius envisions broader societal change. Leo thrives on personal closeness, while Aquarius values mental connections and open communication. Even with their differences, both signs have a strong ability to connect with others when they find the right people. There’s a common misconception that Leo loves everyone they meet, but that’s not really true. If that were the case, wouldn’t Aquarius be the same? In reality, both are selective and particular about who they surround themselves with (so stop believing the stereotypes). If any sign deserves the reputation of getting along with everyone, it’s Libra.
This axis balances warmth and distance—Leo embodies the Sun’s immediate presence, while Aquarius sits at the edge, absorbing its last light. This is why Aquarius is often seen as a sign of foresight and progress. Leo enjoys experiencing life in the present, and they are okay with what’s in front of them, while Aquarius is restless, always looking ahead, analyzing how things will shift and evolve.
Before Leo comes Cancer, the sign that establishes familial bonds and creates a sense of safety—something Leo then expands upon, using it to care for their chosen “pack.” Before Aquarius comes Capricorn, the architect of structure and tradition, building on the lessons Sagittarius eagerly wanted to learn. But while Capricorn enforces the rules, Aquarius is the one who challenges them, pushing boundaries and questioning the limits that came before it. Together, Leo and Aquarius embody the “teenager” spirit, balancing the structural authority of the Cancer/Capricorn axis—often seen as the parental figures. I see them as the friends who bring everyone to the party and make sure the dance floor is full. Leo is the one scanning the room, keeping an eye out for familiar faces and potential connections, while Aquarius is the one rallying the crowd, uniting people from all walks of life.
In my experience, both Leo and Aquarius have strong personal boundaries. Fixed signs naturally create firm limits in their relationships, and these two are no exception. Scorpio is often known for this trait—you’ll rarely meet a Scorpio placement that isn’t cautious or skeptical of others, which is why they have a reputation for brooding mistrust. But Leo and Aquarius, while also selective, have a deep need for belonging. You’ll almost never find a Leo without at least one incredibly close friendship, even if they don’t let many others in. Similarly, Aquarius is always part of some niche group, drawn to communities built around a shared, specific interest. One thing often overlooked about both Leo and Aquarius is their deep need for belonging. They exist as each other’s shadow—Aquarius is the side of Leo they suppress, and Leo is what Aquarius struggles to embrace. Many Aquarius placements have lost themselves in their connections with others, blurring their identity in the pursuit of shared ideals. They know what they want, but not always who they are. Leo, on the other hand, has often been wounded by the collective, shifting their relationship with belonging. This could explain why Leo craves connection so intensely—but only with those who truly see them.

Say you do get in contact with Agent Stone, and he turns out to be a great assistant or what-not, how long before you consider him a friend or perhaps more than (assuming he meets all your requirments for a partner)? Have you ever considered anyone a friend? What does that take?
I don't do "friends". I care about business and getting things done so I can accomplish my goals and rule my magnificent empire. I'm not seeking the type of interactions that just waste my time. I want people to do as I say and serve me well.
"Friends" have their own free will and are harder to control the way I want. And by calling them such, they'll see themselves as equals and on common ground but that couldn't be more untrue. They must know their place beneath me.
Why does everyone think I'm looking for someone to date because I've expressed interest in an assistant⁉️ My standards for a partner are extremely high and I don't expect anyone to meet them well enough long term to keep them around long which is why temporary flings are more my preference.
But I mean, if he somehow were to meet those requirements then I can't say I wouldn't take advantage of the opportunity. I'd be a fool not to, obviously...
Now hold your jokes and teasing, that doesn't mean I'm necessarily attracted to men or anything, ahem... But world domination is world domination, I'll do whatever it takes to get it and I need the finest assistants to support and aid me in my endeavours.
And if it turns out that they can assist me in other unexpected, more intimate areas to my satisfaction, I should absolutely take it too and reap all the benefits. I'm just considering what's best for business and progress here...
