wardrobe e makeup per elias e face e stature per il suo sire :3
ask game
miaoo ciao green
> Elias
wardrobe: How big is your character's wardrobe? Do they wear things threadbare, or can they afford new clothes often? Are they any good at mending and repairing their own clothing?
Human Elias had a whole walk in wardrobe that was still filled to the brim and extremely messy, with most of his clothing being the kind of gaudy luxury brand stuff a nouveau rich teen would buy + fast fashion from brand deals he never actually wore. As a vampire though he barely even has his own money since all the work he does for the camarilla goes through diamila, but she just buys him stuff when he asks😑 his wardrobe isn't as big and he's kinda forced to buy mostly fast fashion cause > diamila while pretty well off isn't even nearly as rich as Elias was > he just has to replace everything every week since he destroys or gets blood on everything he wears.
makeup: Does your OC wear makeup? How often? What kind? Why do they wear makeup, and do they like it?
He doesn't! Older versions of him did but I feel like it doesn't make sense for him to. He wouldn't be opposed to someone else putting make up on him for fun, but he'd be annoyed with anything too heavy and he wouldn't see the point of lighter make up.
>Mattia
face: Describe your OC's face. What's their smile like? Are their orbs cerulean? What would someone notice first when looking at them?
Appearance wise Mattia just comes across as really warm and likeable... he has a squarish face and kind, down turned eyes, completely black just like Elias's but they used to be brown. The first things people notice would be his ever present big ass smile or his huge salt and pepper curly hair. I was thinking of so many italian male celebrities when I was designing him ngl but I shant say which ones in particular. Also my guitar teacher in middle school who I still think was the most handsome man I've ever seen.
stature: What's your OC's body type? How tall are they? Do they wear clothing to accentuate their look or do they try to mask it?
He's got a pretty average build! Not that tall (like 1.75m > 5'8/5'9), not particularly muscular but he has wide shoulders (cause I don't know how to draw shoulders any other way) and respectful arms from hauling paint buckets or smtg. He dresses in a way that's flattering to him but he was in his mid to late 30s in 2004 when he was turned and died when he was almost 60 he was naut wearing crop tops

Halloween Party, Part 2
CW: Adult themes, languages, drinking, attempted assault.
*** With Ben off crutches, Cob and Hazel thought they'd never get used to just how fast the pair of humans could walk. Distances that would take days maybe weeks for Hazel and Cob were completed in minutes.
There were a lot of other people out and about, all much smaller than Ben and Sam. The pair of tiny siblings rode on their respective humans, looking down from their hiding spots far above the other human's heads.
Neither of them had even been on an airplane before, and they both found themselves separately wondering if this was what it felt like for humans.
Everybody they passed were in costumes and some were quite outlandish. Despite the throngs of people making quite a scene of noise and attire, Ben and Sam, especially Sam, stood out.
Sam even got several suggestive whistles. Hazel thought whoever the culprits were must have only done so because of the safety of night made it hard to tell where it came from. Sam seemed unphased and even twirled after the third or fourth time showing off to no one in particular.
From her spot nestled in Ben's hoodie on his next, Hazel could feel the warmth of secondhand embarassment from Ben's face over his sister's antics.
Cob just marveled up at the massive human from the special pocket on Sam's chest. Sam looked down and gave Cob a wink that made their face turn redder than Ben.
Most of the fifteen minute walk to the off campus party was filled with Sam and Ben talking about who would be there. Sam filled Ben in on gossip that he had missed out on during his recent hermitage that he had blamed on his crutches. Sam knew that was just an excuse. Sam knew she wouldn't have gotten him out tonight if he had still been on them. As they got close, the sound of the party and music filled the air. Sam looped her arm through her bigger little brother's and looked up at him worried. "It's going to be alright Babe," she said with a squeeze.
She noticed how much thicker his arm was than she was used to it being. It was like he had another growth spurt sideways rather than up but she dare not mention her observation to him. "It may be loud but it's everyone you know and they're dying to see you..." Sam winced realizing it was the wrong thing to mention that he'd be the center of attention. She had decided on Clifford partially because she thought being in a red furry bikini covered in body paint would help draw more attention away from him.
At the same time, a couple passed by Sam and Ben going away from the party together.
The guy's head nearly twisted off his body staring at Sam, letting out "Oh my god!" as she passed. His staring at Sam's rear was interrupted by a slap from the girl whose hand he was holding. An argument ensued as Ben and Sam kept walking. "Couldn't you have like worn a pair of red pajamas or something?" Ben asked feeling his rising anxiety again as it got louder and louder with each step. Sam gave him a warning look. Sam rarely accepted critiques from her younger brother no matter how big he got.
Ben sighed while noticeably slowing his pace. "I think this will be good for you and remember your breathing alright? I will be right here the whole time." Hazel said seemingly out of thin air into his ear.
Hazel had risked coming out from her hiding spot to lean over close enough to be sure he would hear her. Her tail slowly rocked back and forth steadying her on him. Hazel's one tiny hand gripped the edge of his ear like a stairwell railing. Ben nodded in response. It made her lose her grip on his ear and stumble slightly. She slipped back to her spot in the fold of his hoodie and tapped him hard to let him know she was there. Sam sauntered up the steps into the large but poorly maintained house that hosted the party.
She was clearly in character, ducking under the front door and inside, she twirled again and shouted with her arms over her head "Woof woof bitches where are the drinks!" A loud cry of cheers and whoops erupted. Ben took a deep steadying breath at the steps and then followed his sister in quietly. Like Sam, he also had to duck down under the door frame but had to bend down noticeably lower even though she was in heels. As he stood back up he noticed several guys from his basketball team. "HOLY SHIT!!! IT'S BIG BEN!!!" one of them cried out causing the rest to yell out in unison "Ding Dong!" Ben couldn't help but smile as they all rushed him and jumped up and down in a circle around him. It was very loud. But Ben thought that maybe the party wouldn't be so bad. "Dude! You look fucking huge! Did you get even bigger?!" one of his former teammates asked in a shout while staring up at him in awe. Ben looked down at him noticing just how short he seemed and thought to himself maybe it would be just as bad as he expected. He needed alcohol. His suggested night of abstinence lasted 30 seconds. After a half hour and a steady stream of pounding drinks, Ben felt like his anxiety was being kept at bay by the dull buzz he was achieving. Meanwhile, Hazel found that she absolutely despised this party and immediately regretted it. Her attention was divided between trying to keep a watchful eye over Cob. This proved more difficult than she expected.
By staying on Ben to make sure he wasn't going into one of his fits, it limited her ability to watch over Cob. At first, it was easier for her to come out from her hiding spot to survey everything when Ben was standing.
Hazel felt herself panic several times as Sam seemingly showed off her "little human" accessory to others. But Hazel saw she kept Cob in the special pocket or in her own gentle grip. Sam didn't let anyone else touch or hold Cob.
Hazel also noticed that Sam hadn't actually drank anything from the cup she'd been holding. It made her think she wasn't drinking on purpose.
Was Sam staying sober on purpose? Hazel pondered.
Sam looked over at Ben. He had found a couch in a corner and was sitting down taking up most of it. Being seated made it easier for him, or at least his neck, to talk to typically sized people.
But by Ben being lower, it forced Hazel to hide again.
Sam smiled as she saw Ben was actually talking without any difficulty or awkwardness. She also noticed that Hazel wasn't watching anymore and she had a moment alone with Cob.
Sam walked out the back door to the yard. Unlike their first party, they weren't totally alone out back as several partygoers were hanging out, hooking up, or huddled around a firepit. Sam managed to hunch over and whisper to Cob.
"Hey babe having a good time?" Sam asked even though she could guess at the answer.
"I love it!" Cob shouted up barely able to make a human level whisper back with all of the background noise.
"Good, here...while your prison guard isn't looking..." Sam held up her drink to Cob nestled in the pocket in the center of her chest. Cob bent over and put their face into it while holding the tiny blond wig back so it wouldn't get wet. After several deep slurps, they pulled back satisfied. Sam lowered a bent finger down and slid the back of it slow and gentle across Cob's mouth and chin. It was so delicate and well placed it made Cob freeze in surprise. It was like she had practiced. Cob looked up at Sam wide eyed. Even though she was totally red and dressed like a dog, Cob couldn't imagine anything more beautiful. They felt their heart thumping hard in their chest. "Ready to go back in Babe?" Sam said softly down at Cob who only nodded back. Sam went back into the party and mingled some more. It had been nearly two hours since they'd arrived, and it was getting close to midnight. The party showed no signs of slowing. Unknown to any of them, someone had plans to make it a truly terrible night. He had been obsessed with Sam for a long time, but thought he didn't stand a chance of hooking up with someone like her. It filled him with entitlement and resentment and lust all at the same time.
When he heard she'd be at this party he thought it'd be the perfect chance. He watched. And he waited. Several times he almost made his move but he reminded himself to be patient. He found himself enjoying the waiting. Watching her like she was already his and she didn't even know. It made him feel big and powerful even though she towered over him. Sam was sitting on the couch arm next to Ben lost in conversation. But eventually it was just the two of them. The stranger worried about Ben being there. He was gigantic and it gave him pause to try anything with him there too. Fortunately for the stranger, the even bigger one looked very drunk and out of it. Now was his chance. He walked over to them slowly like he was drunk, making it seem like he was having a hard time keeping his balance. He got close enough to stumble into Sam's outstretched hand and knock the drink from it. The open cup landed on the floor in a mess.
"Oh oh sorry sorry sorry!" He mumbled and stuttered holding his hands up apologetically.
"It's cool don't worry about it..." Sam offered and reached out to steady him.
He felt her hand encircle his shoulder dwarfing him. He felt just enough fear to reconsider.
"You're not driving right?" She asked seeming genuinely concerned. That made him angry and refocused.
"No....no...but party foul...here let me get you a new one..." he mumbled and turned walking away.
Sam shrugged it off and went on talking to Ben. Between the dozen or so drinks he had and the constant exposure to the party, Ben had settled into a nice state of being well and truly drunk. It was rare for him to drink and, as a nice surprise, he didn't feel anxious at all.
Hazel felt Ben jerk a little in surprise after the drink was knocked out of Sam's hand. She took the risk to peek out from her hiding spot and quickly looked at everything. She saw someone walking away stumbling rather strangely.
It looked like they were trying to look drunk. It made Hazel feel uneasy. Then she saw the same person returning, walking towards them holding a new drink.
Hazel watched as the figure made a movement with one hand and discretely pour something into it. It reminded her of the many sly gestures she'd seen from pickpockets in London decades ago. Pickpockets were always a worry in her younger days.
Her kind could never risk being safely stowed in a pocket only be discovered by groping fingers expecting treasures. She learned to look out for them and recognize them from a distance.
Hazel wasn't sure what was happening now but knew it wasn't good.
At the same time, more people were heading towards Ben and Sam from the opposite direction. They'd all arrive at the same moment. She would be seen if she didn't hide again. Hazel felt an urgency rising and looked over at Cob.
Somehow, Cob knew to turn their attention from watching the party to look over at their sister. Their eyes locked.
Somehow, Cob could hear Hazel's voice with an urgent warning in their mind. "The drink!" Hazel cried. Cob wasn't exactly sure how they could hear Hazel without her actually speaking. And that worried them.
Cob started panicking. First, over the fact that they heard their sister's voice in their head as if she were talking.
Can I read minds now?...Cob wondered as they stared around trying to see inside the huge human heads above them. They didn't hear anything, but this was a new and unnerving development in Cob's magical mystery.
Secondly, Cob felt panic over Hazel's warning regardless of how it got to them.
Hiding in plain sight, Cob was able to look over at where Hazel was looking before their sibling disappeared back under Ben's hood. Cob saw the same guy who had spilled Sam's drink returning with a new one.
That must have been what Hazel was warning about.
Cob watched as the strange human got closer and handed the drink out to Sam silently. He had a look on his face that Cob didn't like at all. Sam took the drink and Cob watched in horror as it moved in front of them like she was going to take a sip from it.
Cob scrambled up out of the pocket and grabbed onto Sam's thumb as it passed by. Cob clinged on as Sam's hand lifted them upwards dangling against the side of the cup facing her.
Thankfully, Cob was small enough that the cup hid them from view. Sam looked down at Cob wide eyed.
"Babe what the fuck are you doing?!" Sam cried out in shock down at Cob.
It was the stranger's turn to look shocked. He thought Sam was talking to him.
"What?" he asked confused.
"The drink!" Cob yelled up at Sam.
"The drink?" Sam repeated confused.
"Uh...what..." the guy asked only hearing Sam and feeling like his plan was crumbling. He didn't know how she could suspect anything.
"I don't know! Just don't drink it!" Cob continued hidden from view and feeling their arms getting tired from hanging.
Sam squinted in thought and then stared hard at the strange guy. Sam wasn't sure how Cob knew something was off but she trusted them.
It was the stranger's turn to panic. Sam stood up from the couch arm to her full height and stared even harder down at him. Sam lowered the cup down to her chest, pausing so Cob could climb back to the safety of the pocket.
Sam held the drink out to him.
"I think I'm good. You have it."
The stranger's plan was definitely not working. And every word from Sam felt increasingly full of menace.
The stranger suddenly turned and ran away through the party towards the door. Sam thought of chasing him but she was wearing heels and had Cob.
She didn't want to risk it and also potentially get arrested for beating him to within an inch of his life. The police might find Cob or smething. Instead, she angrily stomped away to find the hosts and end the party. Hazel peeked out as she saw Sam leaving then looked up at the side of Ben's face. His chin was tucked against his chest. He had drank himself to sleep. He had missed the whole thing. *** End Part 2

So I recently finished reading TGCF... But I have a problem with two things. Spoilers ahead obviously.
In human years, Xie Lian is about 10 years older than Hua Cheng, yes? Since Xie Lian gets turned into an immortal at 17 and doesnt physically age anymore... So how is it that Hua Cheng dies before turning 18 like the fortune said? Because he dies as a soldier... But there is no way that a decade has passed before the war, no??? I can't remember exactly - I feel like I've read the whole thing too fast, the timeline feels blurry in my head - but hasn't it been less than a year since Xie Lian steps down to help for the first time? Isn't that when the war breaks out? That should still make Hua Cheng a child, not a nearly adult teenager...
But THEN - even if I assume I misread that and he actually did die at 16-17, where the hell did the adult form of him come from??? Wouldn't that make the one that followed Xie to puqi shrine the "real" form??? Since that's approximately the age he died?? His image with the eyepatch and the pearl bead and all that, it kept being described as a man in his 20s.... I keep trying to think what have I missed, but even the time he gets killed as a "no name" ghost for the first time, too, he's also in his actual time-of-death state. That much was clear. So what was up with the sudden body change? This whole time, between dying as a ghost, to rejecting becoming a god, he was an immortal still, in one way or another. He couldn't age, right??? It was never mentioned that in the process of becoming the ghost king he could mature physically as he was gathering more power. The only thing explained seemed to be the eye part.
What am I missing here????? No doubt there must be something I misread or accidentally skipped, but what.... What's the explanation for it???????????? How did Hua grow more and Xie didn't even though they were both turned immortal at approx the same age????????????????????????
Also, actually another thing that really annoyed me: that damn array password being left unrevealed. Not that I was that curious of what it was, but I expected it to be revealed and it wasn't, not even in the extras (and in the extras it was even revealed what the last mural was which was EXTREMELY obvious and didn't need to be said). So I went on reddit and I only found theories and someone mentioned that the author stated that "it's to stay between hualian". Which made me even more annoyed LOL because it just makes it sound like even she couldn't come up with what it could be. Personally I don't think it would be sexual, since obviously hua had a ton of worshippers and was a pretty boy and everything, so a lot of people, especially residents of ghost town, wouldn't actually mind saying some stupid stuff like praising his dick or something. I think it would be something like "hua cheng is the best husband in the world" because by the time Xie learned it obviously they still weren't a couple and if it was something Xie-specific (like "San Lang" since he's the only one to refer to him with that. He was soooooooo embarrassed of being so in love with Xie Lian he would NEVER force him to say this kind of stuff in fear of revealing too openly wanting to be spoken to in such way).
I don't know LOL I think I'm overthinking this way too much. But I don't want to give too much shit to the author, I think the story was fun and idk I honestly enjoyed it. Should I draw fanart. I kind of want to.... But yeah I think that's all I really have to say about it lol. It was fun! Definitely not watching the anime or reading the comic or anything else. Genuinely surprised there was no *actual* sex scene though. Also no wedding?????? I can't believe there was no wedding.... Have I missed a chapter or two???? How was there no wedding............ That's so crazy. I can forgive the lack of sex scenes but no wedding...... I'm so disappointed. I was actually so excited to read about a god + ghost wedding. That would be so interesting.

Serpent and The Wings Of Night by Clarissa Broadbent Starter List 2 (slight changes have been made to make certain lines fit and feel free to change pronouns as fit) SOME SLIGHTLY NSFW: "Did you miss me?" "That's you. I'm feeling you." "Fuck, ____, do you feel this tense all the time?" "That's what goes too far for you?" "Stop resisting it." "Use your magic." "Pretend that you're throwing me out the fucking window." "We'll go together. Alright? I'm with you." "You worried me for a minute there." "Six whole hours of rest after we nearly died. How generous of them." "What concerns me even more is that you actually faked a laugh." "You were fucking magnificent, ____. I hope you know that." "I can't wear this." "This must be a fucking joke." "What are you wearing?" "You told me you wouldn't break him." "A dance?" "I don't know how to dance." "Never be ashamed of exceeding expectations." "I'll be travelling again soon, gone for a few weeks." "I didn't remember that part." "One more song. And then I'll let you go." "It's a little insulting to be stared at that way." "Sorry. I should have rescued you from him sooner." "You look nice." "Some would call you a dangerous person." "Do you want to go somewhere more fun?" "It's a relief to be away from that stuffy place." "Dangerous. But resourceful." "I'd be disappointed if you didn't walk into that party armed to the teeth." "It doesn't belong to them." "Do you have any idea how exhausting it is to live this way?" "Don't be so quick to throw away your humanity." "What's that face for?" "Give me one honest thing, ____." "My back is still fucking killing me." "Your heart is beating fast. You must be very concerned for my well-being." "Are you going to kill me?" "Might be safer for us to stick together." "If you're afraid to sleep alone, you can just say so." "I need your help. Taste." "This wasn't how I'd imagined making you come for the first time." "I didn't believe ____ when they told me you were a good cook." "You're grinning like a little child." "Are you really not aware that you are always making a face?" "Terrific hospitality, as always." "Don't you dare-" "Well, it finally happened. You've lost your mind." "I will fucking stab you again, and you know I will!" "If I get off of you, will you go run after a squirrel?" "We need to do something about your injuries." "I'm not afraid of you." "You are in control of this." "Did you know that you snore?" "Sometimes I have my doubts, but you really do like me, don't you?" "This is war. What did you expect me to do?" "I appreciate your thoroughness, but I think they're dead." "Show me something worth living for." "Kiss me." "You'd better be a fucking amazing lay." "Should I make you beg?" "You already had me on my knees." "You have fucking destroyed me, ____." "Why am I not surprised that you were the one to draw blood?" "Glad your pillow talk is about as pleasant as your bedside manner." "Fuck them. Don't let them mock you." "I'm- I'm just so fucking sorry." "I said what I had to say to save your life."

Hmmmm May I suggest this ask again pleaseeee… I‘ve been waiting for it, but I still don‘t wanna rush you or anything, was just wondering if your going to do this ask or nahh :p
Ight I have to do this ask now.
Also spricht du Deutsch?
$mut. You've been warned.
Why the darling though it would be a good idea to try ane escape America of all times because it is relatively. If you know what you're doing and have a plan mapped out in advance. Demon America along with all the other demon Kings are at their weakest point and are not as nearly as observant as they normally would be when their in pain from needing sex.
You'd waited for America to be in the maximum amount of pain and hid in his private library. Since it's one of the rooms he tends not to dwell in for too long if at all you thought it might be a great idea to hide there and try to see if one of his thousands of books possibly held the answer to getting you out of his domain and back to the human world.
You hear his blaring whines and whimpers from the library all the way in the living room where he was splayed out over the couch with his legs spread open. Being inside of someone would be the only way to remedy his pain or wait for the aches of needing to breed to subside. Which always came in unpredictable ebbs and flows. One moment he could be fine the next he popped a boner that lasts for maybe half an hour to eight hours and he wasn't able to carry out any duties he had to fulfill. That's the level of inconvenience were talking about.
America is a determined demon though.
"Y/N please...." You hear his pleas. He shuffled painfully off the couch and slid off his boxers and unbuttoned his shirt. You ignore his call and continue to flip through his books to see if they have a spell to get you back to the human world. You didn't appreciate being taken in the middle of the night from your own dimension so you weren't going to take pity on him in the slightest. Even if he is handsome.
America hates the fact that he's being ignored by the one he's chosen as his mate picks up his pace despite the fact that pain in his lower limbs is swaying back in forth and making it difficult for him to walk. Persevering through the throbbing pain in his Florida. He gritted his teeth in sexual frustration as sweat began to coat his body from overextension. He shuffled forward and concentrated his energy on trying to figure out where you might be. He knew you wouldn't be able to leave the house just yet. He intentionally made it confusing for any human to be in.
"Come on! Come on! there's got to be something in here to get me the hell out of here." Y/N was frantically tossing books back to try to find something that could at least give her invisibility, magic, or really anything to fight against the horny demon. But to no avail, all the books were either in Latin, a demonic language she couldn't understand, or in extremely olden English that sounded like riddles and jibberish infused together to create what resembled a sentence.
You could hear his footsteps slowly lugging themselves towards the library. He was able to get a read on where you were due to his ability to latch on to your aura and figure out your location.
You were running out of time.
Y/N only had a few moments before America would try to impregnate her. Mind you love making sessions go on for extended periods of time anywhere from an hour to five. After all the goal was to get you pregnant as fast as possible with as many heirs as possible.
Dread in Y/N's stomach flooded and a lightning bolt hit her when she heard America's form draw close to the heavy auburn door that was the only barrier she had left to protect her. America trudged forward to the door and gripped the brass handle. He wasn't surprised to find out that the door was locked but it irritated him greatly.
He knew he wouldn't be able to reason with Y/N to get her to lay with him so tonight he'd have to use force. He was burning with the desire to breed and he had to fulfill that need. He decide he was going to light the door ablaze and fix it later.
You couldn't help but yelp at the flames that lit up the room. But America needed you now.
You felt a multitude of hands grab you and your clothes be burned off by his flames. He made himself comfortable on the black carpeted floor near his armchair. He positioned himself to receive you. You felt his slightly soft and calloused hands on your bare hips as he brought you close to his erect member that was already leaking out his juices.
He spread your legs wide while you felt his arms dangle you right above his member that was at your entrance. Even only close together you could feel the molten magma level heat come from his rod. He forced you down on him to begin the long and drawn-out mating process.
Relief and pleasure spread to every limb of his body. He begins to thrust into you as your whines, fluids, and tears douse his burning desires. He temporarily blinds you so you are unable to see what he's about to do to you for the next several hours without a respite. He wiggled his hips a little so he could move you into a missionary position so he could look at your beautiful and terrified face. He grab your chin and kissed you roughly on the lips.
"Prepare yourself babe this is going to be agonizing for you."
He pinned your hands above your head and began his ruthless pollination session.

Say we'll never part.

A/n: This wasn't requested, but I think I'm going to hold off on requests for maybe another day or so! Also, Fuck You Kandi [ @kadssp ]
Warnings: mild Angst, Not an x reader, mild cursing, some comfort ____________________
Time had slowed many times.
For a period of time recently, it seemed that the arguments between human staff had been more frequent, especially the night staff. Jerry and Vanessa's arguments had increased tenfold to the point he treated her to be one of those forsaken bots, locking her in the service tunnels for three hours. Just until their boss began to complain, he was at ease for just a little longer. In the end the janitor has been running off of instinct as the casual sense of fear wasn't always constant, yet within due time it had become so constant it was nearly fucking exhausting at this point to recognize it.
Never once had the recent time of events kept him at peace, noticing how for hours at a time Vanessa had gone missing. Trying his hardest to clean up areas at a more efficient rate in attempts to hopefully find the woman keeping him on their wits end. Only this time a child had stayed after hours, it seemed at first this boy was rather afraid of Jerry, to which was expected. Most children were afraid of their large frame and hunched stature, even doing the most mundane tasks people appeared to be intimidated.
It was slow but sure progress, with Freddy Fazbear managing to convince this 'Gregory' to follow the janitor around due to their low battery and inability to protect the boy for now it proved to be easy as pie for now. Giving a quick tour around the service tunnels, all the way past his office and to the entrance just where the pair had been able to just miss a chance to get out. A chance for the boy to keep their shoulders upon their head and keep a long life with the promise of prosperity out there. It took time and the unheard guidance of Freddy for the child to bolt off leaving Jerry in the dust to quirk an eyebrow just to walk off with a broom in hand making way for the daycare to start routinely cleaning the ball pit.
Only upon getting up there did he notice the blaring lights on in the daycare, knowing damn well they should have been turned off for the hour in order for the generators to not blow at a moment's notice of electrical interference. Sensing on the ending hairs of their arm, it wouldn't be viable for anyone to use the slide. It was a small detour but taking the stairs down, locking it behind them would help to block off the area for now..
But, fate always had a way of twisting the present, after settling at the ground floor where parents would usually be awaiting the gleaming smiles of their children running out happily covered in stickers with drawings to put on the fridge at home. Then the normally chipper paces' lady working the daycare as an aid would be beaming out towards families, waving them off with a lovely grin adorning her lovely face from ear to ear. It would spread like the plague, forcing such the tired janitor to only smile in return. But for once he'd been met with just continuous sobbing, almost as if a mouse was squeaking, that if he'd ignored it for a moment the sound would fade into the static background. Once, that simply made Jerry nearly keel to the display for him, only taking a moment to stand there just enough to give the girl time to notice him. Once she did, it was almost a blur at how fast she'd come to hug the janitor with a loose hanging grip on reality, swiftly trying to speak within her sobs about something or other.
It broke him down to bits. Only picking up on pieces of getting kicked out the daycare for the third time today, it made the janitor sick to his stomach upon hearing that. So what could he do? Well, taking a moment to lift the girl up and plop themselves down onto the bench seemed to work just fine. Allowing her cries to continue into their chest, whilst a hand was put to the girl's hair gently braiding it whilst they began to hum softly, just for her. Never did he enjoy humming in situations, feeling the buzz in his mind from it was rather annoying, but she needed it, she needed something to feel comfort. Something real.
Taking time to rock the two with his own leg pushing them back up and forth, mostly easy since these chairs were never height friendly for him, taking a moment to allow soft words to slip out mumbling to the song he was thinking of at that time. Something along the lines of a little bear being put to bed including the star's above, truly humming something that brought him comfort as a little child. Often either being sung by his Mama. It wasn't good or perfect, but it was truly the only thing he could think to do in a moment like this.
❝ Little dear.. I'll be here, never to leave. ❞
Those words, it was broken by the dip in his voice simply wanting to get up and rip that two face animatronic a new shell, nothing could replace the tears staining his shirt. Nothing to cure the aching eyes Kate would have later, could it? Yet here they sat trying to comfort the poor girl.
❝ D… Do you promise- And I mean promise?.. ❞
❝ Cross'm heart an' hope to die darlin'. ❞
Gently, their humming didn't cease, the gentle baritone never faltering or pausing within this moment. Each burning tear against his uniform truly made him thankful. Thankful to know in this position the girl trembling like a leaf against him couldn't see the faltering smile, ridden with guilt knowing this was all a lie. Knowing from the premature scent of smoke and ash burning the inside of his nostrils meant so much more for tonight. Understanding that by the morning came, one person would be missing. Knowing that once more the janitor would be missing brunch with his son, but even with that, Jerry couldn't complain. This time he'd let them go, make sure this time he wouldn't lose this girl like a flickering shadow fogging the deeper parts of their memory.
Only, for now, would he sit here. Allow her to rest those weary eyes for only a moment more, if he could give the world, Jerry would. Anything for Veno- Kate. Her name is Kate. Anything for Kate to make it out, Venom was long gone from the years of past mistakes. It was simply the janitor and Kate against this truly mind-numbing reality, he'd do anything to keep her safe and sound. For these acidic tears to ever spill again for such a sour reason.

Aliens made them do it - read on ao3
Second card is officially done!! I'll be posting the masterlist tomorrow and will start posting the third bingo card in August!
*-*
Peter doesn't cry. He doesn't. Not when he's separated from Tony and the others, and not when Ronan presses the barrel of an alien blaster to his head.
He didnt cry, because he knew this was a possible outcome to staying on the ship. He knew that there was a possibility that this would happen.
He told Tony he thought this through, and he had.
But damn was he terrified. He shook with fear and cold, on his knees. They'd stripped him of his suit, leaving him in his boxers. He knew space was cold, but he never expected it to be like this.
"They're recruiting young, I see," Ronan hummed, walking around Peter's hunched and trembling form. "They must be desperate."
"I'm stronger than I look," Peter said, putting on a brave face. He was going to die anyway. He wanted to die like Spiderman, not like Peter Parker.
"I'm sure," Ronan hummed. He finishes his lap around Peter before standing in front of him. "Has anyone told you what exactly you were up against before throwing you to the lions?"
The barrel of the gun presses under Peter's chin, forcing him to crane his neck. He swallows thickly, blinking rapidly against frightened tears.
"Something as tiny and fragile as you must know you stand no chance against the almighty Thanos," Ronan continued, not giving Peter a chance to answer -not that he would.
"Its a suicide mission," the blue alien continued. "One that landed you in my grasp, and no closer to Thanos.
"And what to do with you," Ronan hummed, looking deep in thought for a moment. Peter felt his mouth grow dry.
Aunt May would never know what happened to him. He'd leave her all alone. And what happened if none of the other Avengers could stop him?
Would she be one of the ones killed by Thanos? Or would she be left behind. Left wondering if Peter was alive somewhere or gone like the rest of half the population. Peter didn't know which was worse.
"Killing you would be a waste," Ronan continued, oblivious to Peter's inner turmoil. "I'm sure we could find some way to entertain ourselves, hmm?"
Peter's first thought was torture, and he felt his breath hitching. It made Ronan grin, dark teeth juxtaposing against his blue skin.
"Oh, yes, I have the perfect thing for you and your little friends."
Peter tried not to shout when Ronan grabbed him by the hair, but he tugged Peter from his knees, and he couldn't help it.
Peter gripped Ronan's wrist, wincing and whimpering as he was half dragged across the floor.
"I've always wondered how humans worked," Ronan mused. "And now I've got four of them."
"Please-" Peter gasped wetly, tears burning his eyes. Ronan takes him into a dark room and yanks him forward before dropping him.
Peter falls onto his chest, not having enough to catch himself. He coughs as he gets his hands under him, pushing himself off the ground.
A heavy boot lands on his back and shoves him back down, and Peter grunts, scrambling to get up off the floor.
"Now now, no need to make a fuss," Ronan murmured, voice deep. "Bring in the sarcastic one. Take the other two humans and have fun."
"No!" Peter shouted. "Le-leave them alone-"
He's cut off when the boot grinds down on his shoulder blade. He winces, chest heaving as two other blue aliens leave the room, shutting the door behind them.
"Its best you behave, human," Ronan presses, leaning over Peter, putting more weight on Peter's back. "Your behavior from here on out determines how fast you and your friends die at my hand."
Peter chokes on a sharp exhale, tears spilling over his eyelashes.
It doesn't take long for the doors to open again, and Peter can hear Tony, grumbling and digging himself into a hole, like always.
"Ah, just who we were waiting for," Ronan said cheerfully. "Come join us."
Peter lays on the floor under Ronan's boot, knowing he wasn't strong enough to buck him off.
Tony comes into his line of sight, and he looks pissed. Thdyd taken his suit too, though he had a track suit on underneath.
Peter stupidly wondered if Tony would make his suit able to hide clothes as well -so he didnt have to go around in his boxers- before remembering there wouldn't be a chance to.
"You okay, kid?" Tony asked, eyeing Peter. Peter could only nod.
Ronan removed his boot before bending down and grabbing Peter by the hair.
Peter yelped and scrambled to his feet, and Tony took a step forward, face contortions in rage before two other Kree grabbed him by the arms.
"Humans are so strange," Ronan hummed, pulling Peter in close by his hair. Peter held onto his wrist, wincing and stumbling as he was guided around. "Your customs and traditions have always been odd, though I've never seen them practiced."
Peter whimpers as Ronan draws his head back, exposing his neck. He looks down at Peter just as Peter feels cold metal press into his throat.
"Leave him alone," Tony demands. Peter can't see him, but he knows from the scuffle that he'd tried to charge at them again but was held back. "I swear to God, you kill him and I'll blow this ship to pieces."
Ronan chuckled, eyes alit with amusement. "I'm not going to hurt him yet," Ronan promised.
"Not until I see you fuck him."
Peter's eyes widen at that.
"Fuck you," Tony snapped. Ronan laughed. "No fucking way am I going to do-"
"Either you fuck him, or I kill you where you stand," Ronan growled, aiming the alien tech towards Tony.
"Do it," Tony growled back. "I'm not scared of you."
"No?" Ronan asked. Peter lets out a desperate sob, trembling against the alien. "He seems pretty scared of me."
Peter can't help flinching when the alien blaster is pressed back into his throat.
Ronan then leans down, dark purple tongue poking out between darker teeth. Peter cries out, struggling against his hold as the alien licks a strip up Peter's cheek, from jaw up to his eyebrow.
"Fuckin- leave him alone!" Tony nearly screams. Peter manages to turn his head, but it tightens the hold Ronan has on his hair.
"Fuck him, or I will," Ronan demanded. "And I wont be nice about it."
Peter doesn't think his knees will hold him much longer. He openly cries, breath heaving in his chest.
"You can't-" Peter gasped out.
"Oh, but I can," Ronan said. "Do you think your fragile human body can handle me, little one?"
Peter chokes on a sob, struggling in his hold a little more as Ronan licks at his jaw again.
"I've heard humans tear so easily," Ronan continues, loud enough for Tony to hear over Peter's crying. "Poor thing might die before I even get a chance to fuck him properly."
"Fine!" Tony shouted. "Fine, alright, I'll do it- just- just let him go."
Ronan smiles against Peter's skin, and he's suddenly released. Peter almost drops to the floor, but he catches himself and rushes from the alien, into Tony's chest.
The older man is quick to hold him tight, hashing Peter and holding him tight.
"I'm waiting," Ronan called. "Entertain me."
Peter buries his face deeper into Tony's chest, arms wrapped around his torso.
"Pete," Tony winces, lowering his head. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry."
Peter shakes his head, sobbing breathlessly. He doesn't fight him when Tony pulls him to the floor, the whole time apologizing over and over.
"Just- just lay down, Peter," Tony murmurs, his own hands shaking. "Close your eyes."
Peter sobs as he lays on the cold ground, body stiff and vision blurry.
He can see Ronan and the two other Kree watching them, sitting and smirking together. Peter tries so hard to calm his crying, but it seems to make it worse.
Tony takes Peter's boxers off, kneeling between his legs.
Peter covers himself with his hands, trembling.
"I'm so sorry," Tony murmured, leaning over him. Peter can't look as Tony takes himself out of his pants.
He's never prayed for death before now. He sobs and begs for this not to happen, for Ronan to just kill them and get this over with.
"I'm sorry."
Its the last thing Tony says before pressing into him. Peter arches, a strangled cry forced past his lips.
He can hear the Kree laughing, egging Tony on. Peter sobs as Tony presses all the way in, lowering himself.
Peter realizes he's hiding Peter as best he can, resting on his elbows. Peter wraps his arms around Tony's neck, burying his nose into his shoulder as Tony thrusts into him.
It lasts forever. He knows neither of them are enjoying it. But Peter knows why Tony's doing this. Knows why he chose to do it instead of letting Ronan.
And Peter can't help but love him for it. But he hates him too. Hates that the two of them are in this position.
Mostly he hates himself. He should've listened when Tony told him to go home. If he had just stayed on the bus, Tony and Dr. Strange might've gotten away.
"I'm so so sorry, Peter," Tony whispered against Peter's ear. He sounded wrecked, broken and disgusted with himself.
Peter whimpers against his shoulder as he's fucked into the cold floor.
"Its okay," he manages through his crying. "Its okay, its okay."
Tony just shakes his head, exhaling wetly against him.
Peter feels his balls tighten up, and he hates himself. He sobs and closes his eyes, hiding his face against Tony seconds before he cums.
"Shh, shh," Tony hushes, holding Peter tight. "I've got you."
But Peter knows he doesn't. Not really. He's just as defenseless as Peter is. They're trapped in space with aliens just slightly less villainous than Thanos himself.
He has to bite back a mewling sob as Tony cums moments later, painting Peter's inner walls in warm semen.
He doesn't stay attached to Peter for longer than needed. Peter's boxers are pulled back on and then Tony is pulling Peter into a seated position.
"There, you happy?" Tony snapped, hugging Peter to his chest. Peter trembles against him, burying his face in Tony's track suit.
"Very," Ronan hums. "Take them back to their cages. I might want to play with them a little later."
Peter can't stop crying when they're locked in their small four by four cage. Hes leaning against the bars, knees drawn up and arms holding his legs tightly.
Tony's on the other side, putting as much distance between them as possible.
Stephen and Quill's cage is still empty to the left of them, but to the right, Drax and Mantis sit. Peter can't even look at them.
Can't look at Tony.
He tucks his face into his knees and lets the sobs wrack his body, shoulders shaking with each shuddering breath.

Sindria's Prophet #11

[AO3]
*edited so the images are better
"... At least until we can get you to your room. You need to wake up before they ring the bell."
'What's goin' on..?' Why was my shoulder shaking?
"Is Mori okay?”
The sound of my nickname snapped me into consciousness. I pushed myself up and hummed in question. When I opened my eyes it took me a moment to adjust to the bright light. Everyone was standing in front of a gate.
Tumblr media
"Did you sleep well?"
Why did this world have three suns? Wait. Two were Sinbad's eyes. That checks out.
I nodded with another hum. I wasn't able to form words yet, and even if I could I would have lost access from waking up to such a beautiful sight.
I missed his response since I was still half asleep, but I did hear Ja'far repeating his words from earlier.
"Please, try to stay awake for a little while. When we step through, they will ring the bell to announce Sin's arrival home. We didn't want you waking up from the shock."
I had to repeat his words in my mind to hold onto them.
"Oh. Thank you for waking me."
Even with their best efforts I didn't have enough time to get clear headed before the bell was rang to announce the return of the King. I ended up jolting anyway.
I was glad to still be on Aladdin's flying turban. I couldn't focus if my life depended on it. I had some energy since I had just been resting and I was still mostly numb from sleep so my aches and pains weren't affecting me yet. After being sick for so long, I was in serious need of serotonin, so I couldn't shake the waves of excitement building in me as I realized I really was in Sinbad's Palace. It's one thing to read about something and another to actually experience it. I knew I had said I would see a doctor as soon as I arrived, but I couldn't stop myself from going into full geek mode and just wanting to look around.
In other words, I was a weak, energetic, space cadet without a filter -prime condition to make an idiot and/or nuisance of myself- if I couldn't find something to force me to "sober" up and start masking.
---
~POV Sin~
Horns announced the King's return to his Palace as the group walked through its gate. Many of the guards and civil servants present gave their welcome. The looks of awe on his guests' faces as they walked through the entrance to the court yard boosted Sinbad's already large ego.
Alibaba's and Aladdin's excitement had started to wane after walking so long, but Mori had the same look she wore when she first got on the ship. Now that Sinbad had seen her like that before, he knew better than to try to engage her in something she wasn't already thinking about. It was a lot like dealing with Yamuraiha after the magicians made a breakthrough. But that didn't mean he wouldn't still try to tease her if he had the opportunity; he'd just have to try a different method.
It was a bit of a relief to see Mori so energetic after the previous night. He would still have the doctors sent to her asap though.
Given how important his guests were, Sinbad decided to escort them, himself, to the Green Sagittarius Tower. Placing the 3 kids in the guest tower was a given since they hadn't agreed to any partnerships yet. The Purple Leo Tower was where Sinbad and his most trusted lived; as much as he wanted to move Mori in there with them immediately, Sinbad knew it would be better to wait until the others learned to trust her, so his Prophet was going to have to stay in the Green Sagittarius Tower for now. This would also give them more time to prepare her permanent room.
Ja'far raised his voice slightly to get all of the guests' attention as he explained a little about the Tower. Masrur took his cue to leave. The Fanalis raised his hand in a half hearted wave as he turned away from the group and started to walk away. The King watched one General leave as he heard the other lead his guests into the Tower.
It was his time to head off too. The rest of his Generals that had been left at home would be showing up to greet him -there was a lot to catch up on. As Sinbad had started to leave, the waves encouraged him to look back at the guest tower. Mori was standing watching him instead of following Ja'far. She had her bag in her arms instead of on her back.
"Is something wrong?"
"I know I should go rest and wait for a doctor, but," she looked at him with an odd expression -like she was seeing through him, "the waves keep pointing me that way." She pointed at the direction he was going.
She was right. The waves would have her follow him
Tumblr media
instead of Ja'far.
"It's Drakon!" Mori gasped and her eyes grew. She gave a small laugh to herself. "The first Household Member is the first to show up."
Sure enough, the only member of Sinbad's Household that had fully assimilated with his Djinn's power had entered the court yard.
If she had this much energy and the waves wanted her out here then it should be fine. "Would you like to meet him now?"
Mori looked up at him shocked and expectant. "Is that okay???” It was like he was the center of her world in that moment.
"As long as you feel up to it." This was a good feeling.
She squeezed her bag in her arms. Mori seemed to become like a clingy child when she was unwell. If he had told her to go rest would she have begged him to stay and clung to him like she had before?
Her eyes grew determined. "I will have energy for about an hour. I'll go rest when I start to wear out, and I will ask for help if I need it -you don't have to remind me." Was she this direct because she was sick?
Drakon's deep voice came from behind Sinbad. "Welcome home, my friend."
The King turned to face his General. "It's good to be back."
"How did things end in Balbadd? When we heard about you loosing your metal vessels we got a little worried but it looks like you got them back." He laughed at the end. Drakon knew better than most that his King always manages to come out on top no matter what happens to him. He stiffened slightly. "Hmm? Who's this?” The General noticed Mori before Sinbad had a chance to answer his other questions.
Time for introductions then. "Drakon, this is Mori. She's the prophet I told Yam about." The King gestured towards her.
Mori put her bag down and when she stood up she had full composure. She offered a hand to the General. "It's an honor to meet you, Drakon. I read all about you when I read Fate." If Sinbad didn't know any better he would have no idea Mori had nearly died of fever only a few hours ago -she only looked tired. She was much better at acting than he expected. How long could she hide it though?
Drakon looked more dragon than man now making most uneasy around him, yet Mori didn't seem scared of him at all. Was it because she was hiding it or because she had read Fate? Actually, there was a strange glint in her eyes he couldn't place.
"Oh?” Drakon took her up on the handshake she offered. It was rare for someone not to flinch upon seeing him for the first time; Mori was definitely making a good first impression. "I must admit that I'm curious about this ability of yours."
The glint in Mori's eye grew into a full sparkle.
Their handshake didn't sit right with King Sinbad.
When their hands released, Mori put her hands in her pockets like she often did.
"Would you like an example?" Her smile didn't give anything away. "Before you were shipped out to Baal's Dungeon you tried to be noble and charming to Serendine but she responded by talking about how you followed her around 'like a baby duck' when you were little. Then she made you promise not to die." The waves were building around Mori again.
Serendine must have really said that. Drakon might not look human anymore, but Sinbad could still read his friend's expressions plain as day. Drakon was shocked by the first thing she said, and she was only just starting. Mori really was amazing.
"I know! Let me show you what I've got copied down so far" Mori squat down to her bag. She pulled out and opened a scroll, "Yeah. This one." She stood up with the scroll in hand and swayed a bit on the way up -she couldn't hide her condition fully.
Mori stepped between the King and his General, and turned so they were all facing the same direction. She raised the scroll so it would be easier to see. "Honestly, I had some other things to write down before I could start copying down Fate. I didn't start this until getting onto the ship, so please excuse the sloppiness."
Mori's handwriting looked rushed, like she couldn't get all of this out fast enough. Sinbad had barely gotten to start reading before she continued unrolling to reveal a detailed illustration of a family of three.
"That's-!" It was Sinbad and his parents when he was little.
Drakon glanced at his King, "Sin, are those people your parents?"
"Yup." Mori responded without looking up. "He looks a lot like Badrr, doesn't he?"
Back in Balbadd, Mori had said that she had read his life from his birth to his death, but it was different seeing undeniable proof.
She scrolled past more text and past another illustration and didn't stop until she got to a drawing of child Drakon following Serendine just like she had described. Mori continued scrolling through her work, and each image brought on more comments. There was an illustration of Sinbad meeting Yunan which she gratefully skipped past, a few of inside Baal and one from when Sinbad killed the Abare Narwhal in place of-
"Is this one of me? I look so young!!" The Imuchakk towered over all of them.
Mori whipped her head up. "Hinahoho?!" She wobbled from her quick movement. Sinbad placed a hand at her back to steady her; Mori didn't even react to his hand, instead she put all of her weight on it so she could stare up at the man behind them for a moment. That excited smile spread across her face. "Hello! It's nice to meet you. Please call me Mori."
Sinbad had purposefully gestured for Hina to stay quiet when he came up behind them so as not to distract Mori, but this was fine too.
"So this is where you went!" Ja'far came back from getting the three kids settled into their room.
Mori's smile was unwavering as she stood back on her own, unrolled the scroll to the next image and flipped it around for Ja'far to see. "We just got to your entrance. Care to join us?"
"Lady Prophet, I know you slept on your way here, but you were barely able to get off the ship before you had to lay down. Did you forget you're sick??"
Both Generals that had been looking at the scroll murmured questions about Mori's condition while the Prophet said nothing. At least Ja'far's words would have explained who Mori was for Hinahoho.
Ja'far's eyes wandered to the scroll in Mori's hands; his shoulders jolted when he realized what he was looking at. "Is that me??” He stepped closer to get a better look. After studying the image he looked up at the person holding it. "Did you make this?"
"Yes and yes."
The Prophet and the youngest General present watched each other for an opening.
Mori broke their silence. "I will go rest when I finish showing this scroll. We are almost done anyway."
Ja'far sighed. "Fine." He walked up next to Sinbad to join the group. Even if he tried to deny it, he couldn't fully hide his interest. "What is this scroll you've made?"
Mori turned
Tumblr media
the scroll back around so the rest were able to see an image of when Ja'far attacked Sinbad in his sleep back when he was still an assassin. "Since I'm Sindria's Prophet now, I am copying down Fate so it will be easier to keep in order than thinking about it. This is just a draft though. After I have everything written down I'll go back and make it better."
That explanation was perfectly timed as two more Generals had join the group from behind -not that Mori seemed to notice.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Next was an image of Hina in a cave being surrounded by insects.
"Hold on. I never told anyone about that."
Mori stopped scrolling at Hinahoho's comment.
"What is this?" Sinbad asked his General.
But it was Mori who answered. "When Hinahoho first entered Valefor's Dungeon he was swarmed by Blooderflies."
"'Blooderflies?'" All six repeated back at her.
"Butterflies that drink blood," she explained confidently. When none of them responded she tensed. Sinbad could see her turn a little pink as she said to herself, "I thought it was a clever name."
"I think it's hilarious!" Pisiti said before breaking into giggles.
Mori jolted, "It's Pisti this time!" and started to look around for the source of the voice. She spotted the Artemyran that was shorter than herself and the man standing behind her. "And Sharkkan!”
Sinbad could see Yamuraiha and Spartos in the distance. As soon as they were all introduced he'd have Mori head to bed -end of the scroll or not; the waves from earlier would be reaching their peak soon and she had almost fell over twice already. Of course, he wouldn't mind catching her again, but he didn't want her pushing herself in her current condition.
The cocky prince had his hands on his hips. "Are you really a Prophet or our biggest fan?"
"Maybe I'm both," Mori answered with a smile. Her face was a little red.
Was she flirting with Sharkkan??
"That so?" Sharkkan smirked and leaned between Drakon and Hinahoho to get a closer look at her. "When they said there was a real prophet I was expecting some old hag, not a cutie like you."
Mori's eyes dilated and she gave a small gasp. Seeing Mori get embarrassed from compliments was something that Sinbad normally enjoyed, but this time it put a bad taste in his mouth. And did Sharkkan have to get so close to her?
Mori clearly agreed since she attempted to step away from the flirtiest of the Eight Generals. She must have forgotten about her own bag though, as she tripped over it and fell backwards right into Sinbad's arms.
Mori didn't try to stand back up at all. She looked up at the King and after a moment she hid her face behind the scroll she was holding. ”I-I am not a klutz!”
"Oh?" Sinbad smiled down at her. This was much better. "Then did you intentionally fall-”
Mori clapped a hand over his mouth. "No! Shut up! I blame you for this!” She pulled the scroll into her chest, but it unrolled anyway. She was doing a poor job of hiding her enjoyment of his teasing.
He laughed into her hand and she went quiet. Her blush started traveling down her neck since her face couldn't contain it all. This was a much stronger reaction than he normally got from her. He was clearly the only one that could pull such cute expressions out of Mori. Sinbad kissed the palm hiding his lips, and when she pulled it back to herself with an "Ah!" he knew he had to tease her more.
"Are you saying you're really swooning for me then, my Beautiful Prophet?"
"I-!" Mori couldn't bring herself to deny it and pulled the scroll back up to her face. She still wasn't trying to stand on her own or leave his arms.
"That's a good atmosphere."
*Whistles*
"You don't think ...?"
"OH MY-!"
See? No one could seduce a woman better than he could.
Mori finally found her rebuttal. "Do you have any idea what it feels like to be surrounded by your waves near constantly??"
He hadn't thought about that. Mori's waves were constantly opening new paths for Fate to flow. They have felt advantageous and that they would help him reach his goals. He wanted to keep her close to see what other changes she would make. And of course he had felt that she was going to live out the rest of her life in Sindria. But what did his waves feel like to her?
She looked up at him as angry as she was embarrassed. "I only slipped on the ramp and just now, and-and fell off of the bowsprit last night, because your waves crashed into me!”
That caught him off guard. "You knew it was me last night?"
Tumblr media
"YES!" Mori's voice cracked at the end; she was still recovering so all this talking must have been wearing her out. "You're the only one who's waves feel like this." She broke eye as she got to the end.
Mori could identify him from his waves? There were certain people who's waves stood out to him as well -like hers-, but Sinbad was still not used to anyone else being able to feel the waves. This meant that he had kept quiet for nothing. It also meant that Mori had clung to him knowing who he was -maybe she wouldn't have accepted comfort from just anyone.
Her voice was almost inaudible. "When I realized it was you I was relieved. I've gotten hurt in the past when I was sick because I was alone so, ... thank you for taking care of me."
Just like when he had first learned that Mori could feels the waves, he was happy he was already holding her. He wanted to pull her closer like he had last time as well.
Yam let out a gasp while landing.
"WAIT!" Ja'far had been about to cut in to stop their antics anyway, but this was a completely different issue. "Mori, can you feel the waves of Fate like Sin??"
The King and the Prophet both stared at Ja'far for a few moments before answering in unison, "Yes."
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
((Hey everybody. Pretty sure you can guess why this chapter took so long. I just really wanted to draw so much of this chapter in comic form UwU Also, a bunch of life things got in the way. Now that everything is opening back up I can't work from home anymore. I'm very sensitive to the heat so I have to rest and cool down after each drive which really cuts into the time I have each day. -_-
Ja'far stared in disbelief at his King. "Sin, you knew?? Are you sure?"
With the mood completely ruined Sinbad helped Mori stand up properly. She grabbed his sleeve to keep herself steady and he left his arm around her waist just in case.
All of Sinbad's Generals -sans Masrur who had already left- were watching him. Mori had many abilities that made her extremely valuable, but they also made her a prime target to any of their enemies. The more her value is known the bigger the target on her will be, and Mori wasn't a fighter. Sinbad had already told all of them that Mori was a Prophet since she had already made that skill known to others, and it was something he wanted to use -there was no way he could hide it. His Generals had kept the fact that he could feel the waves a secret this whole time, so they would be able to keep her secret as well.
"Mori can definitely feel the waves of Fate. But you should know it is different from her ability as a prophet." He figured he should clear that up before they asked. Sinbad didn't know how they were different, but he had enough information to know they were.
Mori's voice was a little horse and on the weak side. "Since King Sinbad and Ja'far eavesdropped on my conversation with Aladdin there's no reason to hide it."
The King and his partner in crime froze. SHE KNEW HE HAD SPIED ON HER. Did his waves give him away?
Mori continued, "I can only read the Fates of realities that I am not currently in. It's not the same as different planets; It's a different universe with different rules." She rolled up the scroll while explaining. "The one I came from doesn't have Rukh, magoi, magic, or Djinn, but we did have 1500 to 2000 more years of scientific development compared to this world-" She was cut off by a short coughing fit.
Sinbad looked down at Mori. She was getting worse by the second. It was most likely fever and not embarrassment making her cheeks red in this moment. "It seems I've pushed you too hard while you are still recovering. My apologies." It was time to send the prophet to bed. He pulled at her waist lightly. "Let's get you to your room so you can rest."
Mori shook her head. "I have one more thing I want to say first."
"Fine." If it wasn't for the look in her eyes he would have refused her.
Mori's voice was getting worse so she had to take breaks in her speech. "I don't know what caused me to slip from my reality into this one, but I'm here now ... I fully intend to use my knowledge to help this world... But since I can't read this world's Fates anymore, I don't know how my changes will affect things..." She gripped the scroll like a life line. "As much as I'd like to answer the questions you all must have now... my voice is really starting to hurt, so I'd like to go rest."
Sinbad sighed. "Of course." It was a tough note to leave on, but her health came first. They'd have plenty of time to talk once she was better.
On a side note, I will be drawing Storpas (lol) in the next chapter. Don't worry, I didn't forget him.
It will probably be another 2 weeks or so before I finish the next chapter since I have less time to work on it now.))

Con Job
"Alright! Chores are done! Now can we do some dune-bashing?!" Miko pleaded Bulkhead from her position on his shoulder as he walked into the command centre.
"I don't know, Miko. Last time, I spent a week picking sand out of my articulators. But there's a monster-truck rally in town," Bulkhead offered, causing Miko to light up.
"What is it with you and monster-truck rallies?" Paige asked as she leaned into Optimus, resting on his shoulder.
"They're awesome!" Miko answered casually.
"Optimus! I'm receiving a signal from a restricted band! It appears to be coming from a starship within the solar system," Ratchet reported, "It's an Autobot identification beacon!"
"So there are other bots out there?" Jack surmised.
"The masses scattered to the galaxy after Cybertron finally went dark. But 'Cons have been known to fake traps with false beacons," Arcee pointed out. Paige looked down at the mention of Cybertron but she was hiding her sadness at the fact that she was most likely the last Galatrian in the world.
And it hurt. Optimus, almost as if he sensed her sadness, gently brushed the girl's back with his digit before he looked back at the screens.
"Unknown vessel, this is Autobot Outpost Omega One. Identify yourself."
After some static, they got the answer they were looking for. And it made Bulkhead happy.
"I've had warmer welcomes from Decepticon combat grenades!"
"Wheeljack?!" Bulkhead exclaimed excitedly as he ran forward, causing Miko to nearly fall off his shoulder, "You old 'Con crusher! What are you doing all the way out here?!"
"Bulkhead? That you? What's with all the security?"
"The rock we're on is crawling with 'Cons. How soon can you get here and even the odds?" Bulkhead asked.
"Sometime tomorrow...if I put metal to the pedal."
"Another bot's coming here! How cool is that?!" Miko gushed excitedly.
"Wheeljack... I know him by reputation only. Can you verify his voiceprint?" Optimus asked.
"He is 1000% the real deal, Optimus," Bulkhead nodded.
"Aw, y'all wouldn't forget about us so easily, would ya?" A mech's voice asked playfully. Arcee widened her optics in surprise, "Jazz?"
"Us?" Jack repeated curiously. "I'm here with Jazz and Wheeljack," Prowl chuckled.
"Don't leave us out, ya old mech," another voice said and Primrose widened her optics with joy and surprise.
"WhiteRain, Nightwalker!" She said excitedly. "Hiya Prim," the other femme said.
"Hey, Rosie," Nightwalker said excitedly.
"New bots! And they sound cool!" Paige said happily. Upon hearing that, Optimus and Ratchet softly glared at the girl.
"You're all cool too," Paige said quickly with a smile and the others chuckled. "Whatever you say, Sweetspark," Ratchet chuckled.
"Who's the little lady?" Jazz asked. "You'll see her soon," Ratchet chuckled.
"We will send landing coordinates, Wheeljack. Safe journey," Optimus bidded.
"See you soon, buddy. I'll make sure you get a proper welcome," Bulkhead promised before the transmission was terminated.
"So...who's the boyfriend?" Arcee asked casually.
"Me and Jacky go way back. We were part of the same warrior unit: The Wreckers. Which means the 'Cons are gonna wish he never found us," Bulkhead proclaimed.
"Oh boy," Primrose grimaced as she facepalmed dramatically, "And I thought we had enough male ego around here!"
"Try living with them for as long as I have," Arcee retorted with a smirk.
"I don't know how you survive," Primrose chuckled.
"Hey!" Bulkhead exclaimed in mock offence.
◊◊◊◊
"Wheeljack? You old 'Con Crusher! What are you doing all the way out here?"
"Bulkhead? That you? What's will all the security?"
"The rock we're on is crawling with 'Cons. How soon can you get here and even the odds?"
"A war hero, hmmm?" Ember pondered aloud.
"We haven't much time. Makeshift!" Starscream called out.
Makeshift approached the three Decepticons. As soon as Makeshift was close enough, Soundwave stuck out his clawed tentacle and stabbed Makeshift. Within moments, Makeshift wasn't himself anymore.
"Let us give the Autobots a proper welcome," Ember said with a soft yet dark chuckle.
◊◊◊◊
"Wheeljack's ship is approaching the landing zone," Arcee reported happily.
"You think he's here to visit?" Raf asked.
"Maybe he'll stay! Hm, has to find his own human, though," Miko mused, "How about Paige?"
"No!" Bulkhead, Primrose and Arcee protested and Bumblebee glanced at Optimus who's shoulders tensed up with protectiveness upon hearing Miko.
"GroundBridge cycling up," Ratchet reported proudly, before sparks flew from the controls, causing him to grumble as he whacked it with his fist, "Blasted Scraplets! The equipment hasn't been the same since the infestation." "What are they like?" Paige asked, looking to Primrose, "the new bots, I mean."
"Jazz and Prowl are complete opposites of each other," Primrose chuckled, "Jazz is a bit of a musical delight while Prowl is a little by-the-book. WhiteRain is sassy and creative although her personality says different and Nightwalker's just a cowboy- rowdy and rambunctious."
"Him, Cliff and I would get into all kinds of mischief," Arcee chuckled. Paige smiled softly and she leaned into Arcee's neck cables.
"So Wheeljack's gonna land halfway around the world?" Jack began, "and then you'll just bridge him and the others here?"
"We can't risk revealing the location of our base. Just in case the Decepticons are tracking Wheeljack's ship," Optimus explained the reasoning behind this action.
"Someone wanna calm Bulkhead's pacing?" Primrose asked as she gestured to the pacing Bulkhead.
"Allow me," Miko smirked before approaching the railing, "Dude! I've never seen you so stoked!"
"You're gonna love Wheeljack! We were like brothers! And tonight, we're gonna party!" Bulkhead proclaimed.
"Sweet!" Miko cheered. The alarms went off.
"Bogies! Closing fast on Wheeljack's position!" Arcee reported.
"'Con scum!" Bulkhead exclaimed in anger.
◊◊◊◊
Wheeljack's ship, the Jackhammer, flew through the air, being tailed by five Decepticons who shot at the Autobot ship.
The Jackhammer dodged every shot except one. A blaster shot hit the engine and the ship made a huge dent in the desert as it crashed and skidded for a few feet.
The Vehicons landed and transformed into their bipedal forms. One of them took a step forward only to be met with a blaster to the chestplates and it fell to the ground.
WhiteRain, Nightwalker, Jazz, Prowl and Wheeljack stepped out of the smoke. Nightwalker's blaster was out and smoking.
"You trying to ruin our day, you're gonna have to try harder than that," Wheeljack said before he activated his battle mask and the five Autobots charged at the Vehicons, drawing their weapons.
◊◊◊◊
Echo watched the scene on the screen, her wings twitching slightly. Ember turned to Soundwave, "swiftly now. Before the other Autobots arrive."
Soundwave only nodded in response.
◊◊◊◊
"Open the bridge, Ratchet! We're missing all the action!" Bulkhead pointed out.
"I'll prepare sick bay," Ratchet decided as he activated the bridge.
"Who for? The 'Cons? This is Wheeljack we're talking about!" Bulkhead scoffed in disbelief before running into the portal with Arcee and Bumblebee following him.
"Why do I get the feeling that something bad is about to happen?" Primrose suddenly asked.
"Prim, you worry way too much," Firestorm teased her affectionately.
"I can't help it, Fire. It runs in the family!" Primrose defended as she jerked her helm in Optimus' direction.
"I heard that," Optimus called out from the other side of the room.
"You were meant to!" Primrose called back. "It's strange that Bulkhead only talks of Wheeljack and not of the other bots," Paige said, tilting her head slightly.
"Well Bulkhead and Wheeljack have known each other since the War began," Ratchet said, "trust me, imagine how their reunion will look."
◊◊◊◊
When Arcee, Bulkhead and Bumblebee arrived at the scene, they were expecting a fight. They were expecting to be attacked by the Decepticons. So they had their blasters ready to go. However, there was no need. Surrounding them were dismantled Decepticon warriors. Bulkhead could only stand and watch in pure amazement as Wheeljack ran his blade through the remaining Decepticon and he fell to the ground.
"I taught him that," Bulkhead chuckled proudly.
"Ever think we might need a hand here?" Nightwalker asked as he sheathed his blades and he and the others approached the three Autobots.
"What? And spoil the show?" Bulkhead scoffed.
"You missed one," Arcee said, placing her servo on her hip. WhiteRain unlocked her blaster and shot the remaining Vehicon right in the faceplates, taking care of it quickly.
"If this is all you got, then this planet is in much bigger trouble than I thought," Wheeljack remarked. Bulkhead widened his optics before he hurried up to the other two Wreckers and picked them up into a hug, laughing with joy.
Nightwalker chuckled as he and Arcee clapped servos together and patted each other's backs.
Jazz smiled as he rubbed Bumblebee's helm and Prowl chuckled. Arcee grinned as she watched the two Wreckers.
"Haha, watch the finish, you old wrecking ball," WhiteRain chuckled.
◊◊◊◊
The ground bridge opened and the Autobots ran into the base. Ratchet jumped slightly when the controls sparked and so did the ground bridge.
"Jacky, Rain, come here. Meet my other best buddy, Miko. She can wreck with the best of us," Bulkhead boasted.
"Hiya," Miko greeted.
"You keeping Bulkhead out of trouble?" WhiteRain asked as she leaned in closer.
"I try. But trouble finds us anyway," Miko answered. "More like you find trouble," Primrose chuckled as she hugged Nightwalker and WhiteRain.
"We're gonna get along just fine," Wheeljack chuckled and he walked up to Optimus, "Optimus Prime. It's a privilege."
"Likewise, soldier," Optimus said, "What have you to report from your long journey?"
"Been bouncing from rock to rock searching for signs of friend or foe. Now I find both," Wheeljack shrugged casually.
"We are few but strong. We have suffered losses. But we have grown. And we would relish welcoming a new member into our fold," Optimus said.
"I would be honored," Wheeljack smiled.
"Then let's get this party started!" Bulkhead cheered as he slapped Wheeljack's back and they bumped chests.
"Oh joy," Ratchet said sarcastically with a frown. Jazz looked around before he saw Paige hiding behind Arcee's pede.
Jazz smiled softly and he bent down on one knee and held his servo out. "C'mon out, Lil Lady. I won't hurt ya."
Paige looked up at Arcee who gave a reassuring nod and the girl walked over to Jazz before she climbed into his servo.
"You're a Galatrian," Prowl said, blinking in surprise, "I've heard of you but I didn't think there'd be one on Earth of all places." "She's so cute and tiny," WhiteRain said with a giggle.
Paige blushed and she waved her fist at the other femme, "I'm not tiny!" "Fiesty little thing," Nightwalker snickered.
◊◊◊◊
"The moment Makeshift passed through their GroundBridge, we lost their signal," Starscream announced, "the Autobot base is no doubt heavilly shielded to prevent us from locating it. No matter. I have complete faith in Makeshift," Starscream reassured himself as he and Soundwave walked into a prison cell with Wheeljack- the real one- hanging from energy-suspended shackles.
"Our inside man is already inside," Starscream said. Wheeljack looked at the two Decepticons with narrowed optics, "tell Megatron he's fragged in the helm if he thinks Bulkhead won't sniff out an imposter."
"Haven't you heard? Someone else leads the Decepticons now," Starscream said, a hint of bitterness in his tone.
"You? Ha!" Wheeljack scoffed with laughter. Starscream growled and raised his claws to strike the Autobot only for Soundwave to grab him by the wrist.
"Yes," Starscream hissed and he yanked his servo away, "yes he may be yet of use," he looked back at Wheeljack, "Makeshift is very good at keeping up appearances. He need only fool your friends long enough to open their ground bridge from within so that I may finally learn the location of the Autobot base and send in my strike team to stain its floor with the spilled energon of Optimus Prime."
◊◊◊◊
Loud electric guitar music filled the atrium as Miko played for the group, dancing a bit as she did. Paige and Raf sat nearby listening.
"Come on, Wheeljack! Show me what you got!" Bulkhead challenged as he caught the metal ball and threw it back, "Nice lob!"
"So...what's that about?" Jack asked.
"It's called lobbing. A favourite pass-time on Cybertron. Especially among the warrior class," Arcee clarified.
"Come on, Raf! Show us some moves!" Miko encouraged as the familiar beats filled the room.
"Oh, alright...," Raf sighed as he stood up...and did the robot.
"Of course. The robot," Jack laughed. Paige laughed as Bumblebee copied Raf.
"Oh the irony," Nightwalker laughed before he decided to join the two.
Paige watched Miko play her guitar and she walked away. "Hey Paige, can you sing something for us?" Miko asked, a smug grin on her face, "I'm sure Wheeljack would love to hear your voice for the first time."
Paige felt her cheeks warm up as everyone looked at her, even Ratchet. "U-um," Paige said and she glared at Miko, "you are so dead."
Miko stuck her tongue out at her. Paige sighed before she placed her phone on the amp and plugged it in.
"Said there's nothing that we can't do when we're dancing," Paige sang, "I can feel the music more when I'm with you. With your hands on me, I feel my heartbeat racing. Now."
"Had to let go of everything that I know," She continued, swinging her hips a little, "before, -ore, -ore. One, two, three, yeah, come with me. We can work it differently. One, two, three, and dance with me tonight! And maybe all our dreams are coming true. And, baby, I can feel you feel it too. So just let me move you. One, two, three, yeah, come with me. We can work it differently! Said one, two, three, and dance with me tonight. And maybe all our dreams are coming true and, baby, I can feel you feel it too. So just let me move you! Let me move you!"
"Yeah, little faster, little slower, it don't matter. 'Cause I never knew myself this good till now. And I hope you know this change in me forever. Forever," she did a little twirl, "had to let go of everything that I know. Before, -ore, -ore! One, two, three, yeah, come with me. We can work it differently! Said one, two, three, and dance with me tonight. And maybe all our dreams are coming true and, baby, I can feel you feel it too. So just let me move you! Let me move you!"
She wasn't even aware Ratchet was staring at her with astonishment and the sudden applause startled her. She smiled sheepishly, rubbing the back of her neck as her cheeks turned red.
"You weren't kidding. She has an amazing voice," Jazz said, his visor glowing with delight. "I agree," Prowl chuckled.
Paige blushed more and squeaked in surprise when Ratchet scooped her up into his servo. Jack smiled and shook his head with amusement. "Where's Optimus?" He asked Arcee, suddenly noticing the absence of the Prime.
"Went for a drive. Primes don't party," Arcee answered with a smirk. "But I'll be sure to show him this when he gets back," WhiteRain said with a grin.
"Comin' at ya!" Bulkhead warned as he threw the lob ball...that Wheeljack missed and it smashed into the GroundBridge controls.
"You know, I am attempting to perform sensitive calibrations here!" Ratchet snapped, "and you almost hurt Paige!"
"Sorry, Doc. Guess we're a little charged up," Wheeljack apologized as he picked up the ball and he gently patted Paige's head with a digit, "sorry, Kit. You built this bridge from scratch, huh?"
"I did," Ratchet nodded.
"That's quite a feat of engineering," Wheeljack complimented.
"Yes. It is," Ratchet agreed.
"Something wrong with it?" Wheeljack asked casually.
"I didn't care for the way it sounded after that last jump. I put it in shutdown," Ratchet answered.
"What if you need to use it?" Wheeljack wanted to know.
"Oh, I can't disrupt the defrag process without causing irreparable damage," Ratchet shook his head.
"So...how long will the defrag take?" Wheeljack questioned, his expression darkening.
"A few hours...if we're lucky. Maybe longer," Ratchet shrugged. Paige watched Wheeljack, frowning. Something was off about the Wrecker and his aurora only fed her suspicions.
After a while, the party ended and switched to that of Bulkhead and Wheeljack telling everyone, minus Ratchet, their stories of the war.
"So there we were. No communication. Low on Energon. Surrounded by 'Cons. So what does Wheeljack do?" Bulkhead asked teasingly, noticing the excitement on the faces of Jack, Paige, Miko and Raf, "Tell them, Jackie."
"What I do best," Wheeljack said.
"He chucks his only grenade smack in the primary heat exchanger!" Bulkhead revealed.
"Seemed like a good idea at the time!" Wheeljack defended his actions with a good-natured laugh.
"The joint went SUPERNOVA!" Bulkhead recalled, spreading his servos to prove his point.
"Awesome!" Miko gasped excitedly.
"Yeah. I'm still picking shrapnel out of my backside!" Bulkhead said as he rubbed at his backside in demonstration.
"I'm not surprised given the size of your backside," Arcee smirked and Nightwalker and Bumblebee snickered.
"There it is. Jackie's signature. One grenade. One shot," Bulkhead finished the story before noticing the expression on Wheeljack's face, "Hey. You alright?"
"What?" Wheeljack stuttered.
"You don't seem like yourself," Bulkhead observed.
"What do you mean?" Wheeljack demanded.
"I don't know. You seem...quiet," Bulkhead said. "I've been stuck in a can too long. I should go topside before things go stir crazy," Wheeljack shrugged.
"I have patrol in the morning. You can come with," Bulkhead offered.
"Let's go now," Wheeljack suggested as he immediately stood up, causing Paige's suspicions over the guy's strange behavior to rise.
"And break up the party?" Bulkhead protested, "Come on! The gang's loving you! You've gotta tell them about the Battle of Dark Mount Pass!"
"You tell them. You're better at it. How about if Miko here shows me the rest of your base?" Wheeljack offered.
"Yeah. Sure, Jacky. Go ahead," Bulkhead agreed hesitantly.
"Tour starts now," Miko declared as she and Wheeljack disappeared into the hallways, "Do you play any instruments? Can you fly? Have you thrashed more Decepticons than Bulkhead?"
"Typical Miko," Primrose couldn't help but mutter, before noticing Bulkhead's forlorn expression, "Hey. You alright, Bulk?"
"Yeah. Just out of sorts I guess, Prim," Bulkhead muttered. "Don't tell me you're jealous," Arcee teased with a slight smirk amongst the concern in her optics.
"That Miko's making a new friend?! Come on! Something...something's just not right about Wheeljack," Bulkhead said.
"Bulkhead, really?" Arcee sighed, thinking that Bulkhead was just overreacting, "He's travelled for galaxies. You haven't seen him in centuries. He could just be rocket lagged or...well, bots do change, you know?"
"Not Jacky," Bulkhead protested. Firestorm and WhiteRain looked at each other.
◊◊◊◊
Inside his prison, Wheeljack strugged against the confindments. His grunts of determination and occasional frustration were heard by the Decepticon guarding him. It annoyed the Vehicon to wit's end. Eventually, he had enough. He walked up to Wheeljack with his blaster unfolded from his arm and held it to his face.
"You're not going anywhere, Autobot," he proclaimed.
That was when Wheeljack took his only chance. He wrapped his legs around the Decepticon's neck. Immediately, the Decepticon struggled against his tight grip and started shooting laser blasts from his blaster.
"Blah blah blah," Wheeljack grumbled as he guided the Decepticon's target with his legs.
Within moments, Wheeljack managed to make the Decepticon shoot the control panel that kept the restraints that were restricting him active. With the control panel destroyed, Wheeljack was able to free himself. He fell to the ground when the sparks died and the cuffs shattered.
◊◊◊◊
"So, that's pretty much it. Energon stock pile, powerboard generator, armory; everything you need to blow the joint sky high," Miko remarked as she wrapped up her tour with Wheeljack.
"Where's this bunker located exactly?" Wheeljack wanted to know curiously.
"If I told ya, I'd have to rip out your spark chamber," Miko answered dangerously before a happy smile appeared, "Kidding! Just outside Jasper, Nevada! Though I don't expect that to mean too much to ya!"
"Can't say it does," Wheeljack lied, "So, any way out of here besides bridging?"
"Why? You're not planning to leave already, are you?" Miko asked nervously, "Come on. I'll show ya."
◊◊◊◊
"Almost there," Ratchet proclaimed as he continued working the damaged GroundBridge controls.
"Look. I know Wheeljack better than anyone," Bulkhead boasted.
"Hey," Wheeljack said as he walked into the room with Miko, "What are you guys talking about?"
"I was just telling the guys about you and me...at the Battle of Dark Mount Pass," Bulkhead answered casually.
"That's a heck of a story," Wheeljack remarked.
"Yeah. Tell it," Bulkhead requested with narrowed optics.
"Talk, talk, talk. How about after we go off-roading?" Miko suggested.
"Miko, stay out of this," Bulkhead warned. "Bulkhead, easy," WhiteRain soothed.
"I'm not sure I-," Wheeljack began to protest.
"Tell it!" Bulkhead persisted.
"Fine. If you wanna live in the past, Bulkhead," Wheeljack shrugged casually, "The Wreckers were trapped between a Decepticon patrol and a smelting pit. The 'Cons were vicious. Raining down on us with everything they had. Me and Bulkhead engaged the enemy. Left them for scrap. Then I made us a way out using their backsides as stepping stones to cross the molten metal. Isn't that how it happened?"
"Yeah. That's exactly how it happened...except for one little thing. I wasn't there," Bulkhead revealed, causing everyone to stare at the two of them in pure alarm.
"I'd already left the Wreckers to join up with Optimus. But you would know that if all you did was access Wheeljack's public service record," Bulkhead said as he poked Makeshift's chest, challenging the Decepticon.
"Bulkhead, what does that have to do with-WHOA!" Miko screamed as Makeshift picked her up suddenly.
"Miko!" Nightwalker and Bulkhead shouted as Makeshift stood near the ground bridge.
"Stay back. Or I'll squeeze her into pulp," he growled, holding Miko in a firm grip.
"Wheeljack! What are you doing?!" Miko exclaimed. "Decepticon coward," Bulkhead growled, "let the girl go and face me!"
"Don't fret," Makeshift said, "plenty of fighting to come."
"Is there a real Wheeljack!?" Jack demanded. "Oh indeed," Makeshift said with a smirk, "and I'm sure Mistress Ember is making sport of him." Primrose froze and her optics widened.
"You Pit-Spawned fragger!" Nightwalker snarled.
◊◊◊◊
"Are you certain we are at the coordinates we supplied to Makeshift?" Starscream asked Soundwave, which earned him a nod in response.
"Then what is taking him!?" The other Seeker snapped with impatience.
"Maybe they gave your boy such a hero's welcome, he got the warm and fuzzies and decided to switch sides." Starscream whirled around to see Wheeljack walking towards them, his optics blazing with bridled fury and his battle mask on.
"Do you not see you are vastly outnumbered?" Starscream taunted.
"I see fellas who might vastly enjoy me pound some dents into you," Wheeljack growled.
"Destroy him!" Starscream commanded and the Vehicons shot at Wheeljack who took out his katanas and charged at the Vehicons.
◊◊◊◊
"About time," Makeshift huffed as he activated the ground bridge. "You won't get away with this!" Primrose snarled.
"I already have," Makeshift remarked with a smirk.
◊◊◊◊
Wheeljack was having an easy fight with the Vehicons. And he was getting too close to Starscream. Said Seeker fired a missile at Wheeljack. The force of the explosion was enough to knock the Wrecker back but he managed to land on his pedes, slicing and dicing any Vehicon who tried to attack him. That was when Wheeljack jumped onto Starscream, putting the Seeker down for the count.
Wheeljack heard the sound of the ground bridge opening and he turned towards it. "Well, well," he murmured as a plan formed in his mind.
◊◊◊◊
Makeshift stepped back towards the ground bridge with Miko still struggling in his grip. "Let's get this party started," he said with a dangerous grin.
Wheeljack suddenly jumped into the base and kicked Makeshift hard. Miko flew across the air and Bulkhead quickly caught his charge. Makeshift hit the wall and was unconscious for a few moments.
"I'd shut that hole before the stink comes through," Wheeljack remarked. "Couldn't have said it better myself," Nightwalker said.
◊◊◊◊
Starscream coughed as he got up. Energon trailed down his jaw and he looked towards the ground bridge with wide, angry optics. "Enter the ground bridge now!" He shouted.
The Vehicons hurried towards the ground bridge only for it to close. Starscream let out a yell of anger.
◊◊◊◊
Makeshift took out his blades and he and Wheeljack circled each other. Bulkhead stepped forward, but Wheeljack stopped him. "Ugly's mine," he said.
That was when the fight began. The two went at each other. Swords clashed and sparks flew. Everyone watched, ready to intervene if needed.
Paige pulled Raf close to her in a sisterly fashion and Raf clung to her. "Which one's the real Wheeljack?" He asked.
"I lost track!" Miko exclaimed. "The one with the bright grey aurora," Paige said. Jack looked to her in confusion.
Makeshift slashed at one of Wheeljack's swords and charged at him. Wheeljack managed to claim one of the Decepticon's swords, using them both to knock him to the ground. He won.
"That's my Jacky," Bulkhead boasted proudly. Wheeljack deactivated his battle mask and looked to Ratchet, "you, hit the switch."
Ratchet nodded in response and turned to activate the ground bridge. "It's time to take out the trash," Wheeljack said and he smiled at Bulkhead, "all yours, buddy."
◊◊◊◊
The ground bridge appeared before the Decepticons once again. The Vehicons backed away for a moment.
"What are you waiting for?! GO!" Starscream shouted. The first few Vehicons quickly ran into the ground bridge.
Bulkhead held Makeshift's defeated form in his servos before he spun around and threw the Con right into the ground bridge. The first few Decepticons saw Makeshift hurling at them and they quickly turned tail and ran.
Starscream saw them and before he could even reprimand them, Makeshift slammed into him and the two fell to the ground.
Wheeljack smiled at Bulkhead, "nice lob."
◊◊◊◊
At the Decepticon warship, the Autobot ground bridge closed. Starscream got up and glared at Makeshift, "please tell me that you at least learned the location of their base."
"Indeed Commander Starscream. It is in a hidden bunker just outside of-" Makeshift's explanation was cut off by the familiar beeping sound. Starscream glanced at the bomb that was attached to Makeshift's hip.
"Whoa! Back! Back! Back!" He exclaimed as he hurried away. Makeshift stood where he was and he looked down at the bomb on his hip. "Oh no," he murmured before the bomb exploded, eliminating him and any Decepticon who stood too close.
"MAKESHIFT! YOU FOOL!" Starscream shouted in anger as he and Soundwave flew away.
In the control bridge, Ember and Echo stood in the control bridge. Ember frowned as she felt the ship rock from the explosion. "Starscream better not have ruined this ship," she muttered.
◊◊◊◊
In the Autobot base, things had returned to normal. Miko was playing her guitar while Bumblebee, Nightwalker, Jazz Jack and Raf were dancing. Paige hadn't joined them as she was leaning on the railing, watching them with a smile.
Ratchet groaned in annoyance, "it's like a recurring nightmare." WhiteRain and Prowl chuckled softly.
"Now that you're part of Team Prime, we need to pick out a vehicle mode for you," Bulkhead said, gently bumping Wheeljack's arm, "I have some ideas."
"Uh... about that, Bulk," Wheeljack said hesitantly, "now that my ship's repaired, I'm itching to know what else I might find out there."
"Wait! You're leaving? Why!?" Miko pouted. "Well... because some bots never change," Bulkhead said with a soft chuckle. Wheeljack smiled softly.
"Wheeljack, know that you will always have a haven here," Optimus said.
"Jacky never stays but he always comes back," Bulkhead said proudly and he and Wheeljack did a fist bump. "Feels like you just got here, Sparrow," Paige said with a playful smile.
Wheeljack chuckled and gently ruffled her hair, "yeah, well I'll be sure to let you know if I find any more Magic Users out in the galaxy, Kit." Paige smiled softly and she hugged his digit, "thank you, Jackie. That... that means a lot."
"Anytime Paige," Wheeljack said with a soft smile. "We'll see you off," Firestorm said with a soft smile.
◊◊◊◊
In the desert, the ground bridge closed up. Wheeljack turned to Bulkhead, "there's room for two Bulk. Even with a backside like yours. Who knows what we might find out there? Some of the old crew?"
Bulkhead furrowed his optic ridges and he glanced at Miko who looked down sadly. The wrecker looked back at his friend, "sounds like fun, Jacky. But my ties are here now. With them. With her." Upon hearing that, Miko smiled up at her guardian.
Wheeljack gave a respectful nod to his friend and he looked to Miko. "Anything happens to my favorite wrecker, I'm comin' after you," he threatened playfully.
"I'll take good care of him," Miko said reassuringly with a smile and she pulled out her phone, "now say cheese." With that, she took a picture of the two Wreckers.
Bulkhead and Primrose looked to Wheeljack. "WhiteRain," Bulkhead said, a spark of hope igniting in his optics.
"I'm here to stay, sweetspark," WhiteRain said and she kissed Bulkhead on the cheek. "And if I find any wreckers, I'll be the first to let you know," Wheeljack promised. "What's special between you and WhiteRain?" Miko asked curiously.
"She and Bulkhead are boyfriend and girlfriend," Primrose, Firestorm, Nightwalker and Arcee chorused. "Aw," Paige said with a smile as Bulkhead and WhiteRain blushed and Wheeljack chuckled.
The white Wrecker shook his helm with a smile before he saluted everyone and went into the Jackhammer. The door closed and the Jackhammer flew up into the air, disappearing through the clouds.

NOW, ON WITH THE OC! (๑ゝڡ◕๑)
Tumblr media
Name: Annalyne
Last name: Sonata
Nicknames: Anna, Nana, Lyn
DOB: June, 19, 1995 (25 years old)
Origin: French
Languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese, Korean
Height: 160cm (5.25ft)
Sexuality: pan
Job: freelance fashion designer, blogger, gamer
Passions: fashion, drawing, eating, baking, cooking, videogames, reading, music
Phobias: larvas and maggots, bugs (except ladybugs)
Lover: Leonardo Da Vinci
"Heh? What is this? Kinda like a storage room?"
Annalyne is a very chill woman, taking things at her own pace and working hard towards her goals and dreams. When she doesn't work, she becomes a lazy slug chilling with a good book or videogames -part of why she is also a gamer-.
Her most prominent traits are definitely: her kindness, her humour -made of bad puns and references-, her caring side, her clumsiness and her supportive behaviour. Number one fan of her family and friends.
She will always go out of her way to make her loved ones feel loved, supported or just important. She can also easily throw hands if needed. No one messes with her or her close ones without getting punished.
She has a hard time trusting people. It looks like she is close to everyone, but she hardly confides in people. It takes a hecking long time to build a relationship of trust with her -due to some childhood traumas-
She is strong-willed and -way too- a tad stubborn. But she compensates by being very sweet and cute. She can be very anxious but eating calms her, explaining her chubbiness. Also, count on her for helping everyone.
She is very good at cooking and baking, and loves making things herself. She loves dogs, but honestly, she loves almost every animal ever. She has a talent with them, understanding them beyond reason: animals love her.
"Call me the PUNisher."
She is easily triggered by disrespect, racism, homophobia, bullying and abuse. She can kick your ass off if needed, being very rude and violent when angry -she already broke the arm of a racist, and slapped Shakespeare...-
Comte is the one engaging conversation with her, asking her if she likes this painting. She is hyper excited talking about it and Comte cannot help but giggle, finding a Da Vinci's fangirl in modern days being pretty rare.
How she met Comte:
Annalyne lives near Paris and absolutely loves museums. Therefore she spends a hella lot of time in the Louvre, especially contemplating Da Vinci's works. She meets Comte in front of Da Vinci's painting Saint-Jean-Baptiste.
They spend some time debating and chatting over Leonardo Da Vinci's life, works of art and other controversies. He smiles a lot throughout the whole chat, since he wonders how his old friend would react.
How she ends up in Comte's mansion:
Comte bids her goodbye after they have finally seen Mona Lisa from up close. She thanks him for the delightful conversation, happy she has met someone as knowledgeable as him on her favourite historical figure.
She is taken aback, quite surprised, and thinks the mansion is a storage room. Maybe the man is actually an employee? She is curious though so she walks through the hall and stares at everything in awe.
When he leaves, waving his hand, his pocket watch falls and Annalyne picks it up. She chases after Comte all over the museum and sees him going through a door. She opens it and ends up in the mansion's hall.
Who she meets:
While discovering the hall, she stumbles upon Leonardo who's asleep. She doesn't want to wake him up but God, she stares for a good minute at the sleeping man. "I have never seen such a gorgeous man..."
She walks past him and continues looking for Comte. But then, Napoleon appears and asks her who she is, and what she does here. She tells him she wants to find the gorgeous blonde man to give him his watch.
He offers to give to him in lieu of her. But she is wary of him, a stranger. And Comte appears, the noise having caught up his attention. He recognises Annalyne and is surprised she is there. She gives him the watch.
The first dinner:
Comte gladly accepts the watch and asks her if she wants to dine with him and the residents of this mansion. Mansion? She stares at him, dumbfounded, and frowns. "Mansion? Isn't that a storage room or something?"
Comte giggles and promises to explain it all over dinner. Her trust for Comte and her love for food makes her accepting the offer. How surprised she is upon seeing all these people gather around a huge table!
She sits down and gets served by Sebastian, under all the surprised looks. Comte then proceeds on explaining it all to her: how all the residents in there are famous historical figures, and how she is the past.
How she reacts:
She is surprised, but she believes in timelapse, magic, etc. So she just stares in surprise and shock but is soon overexcited to meet all these people who changed history and inspired her throughout her whole life.
She will ask a bunch of questions to each of them, questions she has always been curious about, like the rumours and alleged controversies. Even when she hears about not being able to go back in her time, she is strangely chill about it.
"Well, there's no helping it! I will come up with a lie when I go back there!" But she will write letters and leave them -along jewels of hers- in places she thinks her friends or family could find them in the future.
Meeting her soulmate:
Sebastian shows her her room and then tells her to explore the mansion if she wants to. What she does! She then remembers the man sleeping in the hall? He must be a historical figure as well, but who can he be...?
She wants to know so she goes to find him and stumbles upon him, nearly falling on top of him. He seems awake since he is sitting on the floor. He had heard her footsteps so he smiles at her. "Well, who do we got there, Cara Mia?"
She smiles at the Italian nickname and tells him everything about her being here. He is surprised she is so chill about it but he smiles and introduces himself. "Well Cara Mia, nice to meet you. I'm Leonardo Da Vinci."
Upon hearing the name, her eyes widen and her breath catches in her throat. She stares, her heart beating faster every passing second. His smile is intoxicating and she cannot help but blush and stutter.
"W-well, nice to meet you, Leonar- huh Sir Leonardo? How, how should I call you?" He laughs."Leonardo is enough, Cara Mia." He smiles and pats her head before standing up. "Watch yourself, Cara Mia."
Her reaction upon the vampiric reveal:
After having talked with Comte and decided to stay in his mansion, she actually wonders how he could resurrect them. She decides to ask Sebastian, her new colleague, and he just shows her the Rouge and Blanc bottles.
"What's that?" She asks, pretty curious."Take a look and you will understand." She first goes for the Rouge and recognises the metallic smell of blood. She stares at Sebastian. "What is that supposed to mean?"
"They are all vampires. Except I, who is human." She widens her eyes, sueprised, and then goes "Aaaaah, that's how he did! Makes sense!" She smiles. "Is Comte the one who transformed them all or no?" "He did, yes."
"So, is he like, a pureblood vampire? A superior vampire who can turn humans into vampires?" "How do you know about this?" "Oh please, Sebastian. Cinema, animes, mangas and books are full of vampires."
Sebastian stares at her, bewildered. "And you are not afraid? They could easily feed off of you, even kill you." "Oh please Sebastian, they're more like puppies than wolves! If they were capable of this, you wouldn't be here!"
"Plus," she says while flashing a big dumb grin. "If they wanted to eat me, they would have already bitten me and emptied me of all my blood. They are not dangerous." Sebastian is shocked at how chill she is.
Her relationships with the residents:
She gets close to every resident ofthe mansion pretty fast, especially since she is not pushy, funny, kind, calm and knowledgeable on a lot of matters. They all grow a soft spot for her, even shyer and harsher residents.
Napoleon: they bond over cooking and baking. Also, since she is French, she can tell him about the impact he had on her country.
Mozart: music is common ground for them. She knows a lot about him and will sing for him, being allowed in the music room.
Arthur: writing sessions together, in his room or hers. They tease each other a lot and she is quick to react to his flirting.
Vincent: they are very close, bonding over drawing and painting. They talk a lot about art and have art sessions.
Theodorus: she doesn't let him win with his harsh replies and he likes that. She is strong and adores Vincent: he likes her a lot.
Isaac: she isn't pushy and gives him room so he likes talking with or teaching her a few things. They often meet in his room.
Jean: he likes how pure she is but she doesn't let him avoid her. She will do anything to befriend him and he gives in.
Dazai: sharing writing ideas brings them closer. They also laugh a lot because they are both airheads amd chaotic walking memes.
William: she likes his work but hates him. She will always avoid him, or shoot sharp daggers glares at him.
Comte: the father figure. She loves going to him to talk or when she needs some calm, and having tea together.
Sebastian: always laughing and teasing each other. She will flick his forehead when he assumes things for her.
Her relationship with her soulmate:
She is a Da Vinci's fangirl so of course, she is a mess around him. At first, she just blushes a lot, stutters a bit around him and she fangirls when he is not around. "Omg I can't believe I witnessed him sketching!!!"
They bond very easily since they both love arts. And Leonardo is very curious about her fashion style, her job, and basically how the world works in modern days -she spent an entire night talking about phones-
One day, he finds her sighing in her room: "what's the problem?". "Ah, nothing, I'm just, not comfortable in Comte's dresses. I'm more into trousers or skirts from my time." He is curious so she tells him about modern day fashion.
"Ah, so women wear pants and shirts. Whatever they want." She nods excitiedly."Yeah, and I hope one day men will be able to do so as well! Wear skirts and dresses and heels. But toxic masculinity is still pretty deep..."
"Wait for me, Cara Mia" and he dashes off the room, to come back later with a stack of shirts and trousers. "Here, take these. They're mine but for now, it will do. Tomorrow, we're going shopping for you."
And they do go shopping the next day, buying loads of men clothes alongside jewels and shoes. Also, they buy fabrics, needles and everything for Annalyne to sew her own clothes. He loves seeing her so happy.
She spends the next days adjusting Leonardo's clothes and the ones they bought to her chubby curves. And Leonardo surprises her by wearing a dress. They go have dinner like this: her in men's clothes, him in women's clothes.
Legend says every resident nearly choked themselves of either shock or laughter. And Leonardo and Annalyne really enjoyed it a lot and decided to do this at least once a week -Leo enjoyed the dress, actually-
The purebloodness revelation:
She catches very early on that he is a pureblood, without him even telling her. She is extra sensitive so she kinda feels auras and saw how Comte and Leonardo's eyes are similar. His genius made even more sense.
"Leonardo. Are you like Comte, a pureblood vampire?" She asked him while they were shopping for fabrics. Leonardo nearly fell out of surprise. "What are you talking about, Cara Mia?" "Well, you know..."
"Same eyes as Comte, genius who can do anything, super strong and intimidating aura. Open-minded as if you've already seen everything, and laziness that can be explained by already having done everything possible..."
He stares at her and then laughs, patting and ruffling her hair. "You're awfully clever and intuitive, Cara Mia. Yes, I am a pureblood. Does it change anything between us? "HELL NO!" she shouts. "But I've got questions!!!"
She drowns him under questions on everything he's done, seen, lived. They spend almost all of their time together, teaching each other about their lives and their knowledge. Residents are jealous of the Leonardo monopoly.
How it "ends" between them:
She is a strong woman and will go back to her time. But she promises Leonardo she will find him, right after returning to her time. He asks her what day it was, when she entered the mansion. "March, 15th, 2020."
When she leaves, while everyone is crying, Leonardo calculates. "Okay, gone for a month in her time, so she'll be in the Louvre in April, 15th, 2020. Ah. My birthday." He smiles. Almost 200 years, but it will be so worth it.
When she passes through the door, she is back in her time. Asking a guide what day it is. "April, 15th, 2020". The day they agreed upon, and Leonardo's birthday. She smiles and then proceeds to rush out of the Louvre to look for him.
But then she passes in front of Saint-Jean-Baptiste. Her favourite painting. A tall and gorgeous man is standing there, in a blue shirt and blue jeans. She feels it. She goes to the man, pats him on the shoulder, and asks: "Leonardo...?"
The man turns around, a huge grin on his face, bright golden eyes shining with love: "Was about time, Cara Mia..." she cries and throws herself at his neck; he spins her, crying as well, burrying his face in her neck.
"I missed you so much. Never do this again. 200 years was worth it but it was too long." She is a mess while crying. "I, I pwomiss Leo, I will neba leaf you again-" he laughs at her messy face. "Look at you, silly girl." He kisses her.
"I want you to see how much I love you in my eyes. They speak on my behalf."
Trivia facts:
She has a tiny water spray bottle she labelled as "Holy Water". Whenever a resident smiles or laughs, she opens it and "collects" their happiness. Thus, when one is talking shit about himself, she sprays the water on them.
"There, you have been blessed with Holy Water. Now love yourself or I agressively hug you." -the mistake on the label,on "thoughts" is intended, as it is is a mix between thots and thoughts, bitch thoughts she's gonna spray away.
She hates Shakespeare, Faust and Vlad. Whenever they pass by the mansion, she grabs the garden hose she labelled "Garden Hoes" and splashes water on them. "Oh no, you walking sin, stay away from my babies!"
She eats A LOT and puts shame on Theo when it comes to eating sweet things. They have pancake-eating competitions -and guess what, she wins-. She will be snacking 24/7 when nervous, anxious, sad and basically under negative emotions.
She listens to every type of music. She really enjoys any kind of rock music, and is also very knowledgeable on classical music. She likes to dance on Kpop and sing on Disney songs: her favourites are definitely I’ll Make A Man Out Of You and Why Should I Worry -in French-
She used to practice martial arts so she can beat the crap out of anyone being a little sh*t with her or her loved ones. She also has a very scary aura when furious, leading to most people just running away from her wrath.
She loves gossiping with Arthur. Whenever she knows about some rumours, or when she needs to talk about something that upset her, she goes to his room with coffee or tea. They both irradiate chaotic gossiping energy when together.
She is the mom friend, and becomes the mom of the mansion. She already told Jean to “get his bottoms in the living room to eat with all of them”, else she was going to kick his butt so hard he would be unable to sit or practice fencing.
All the animals LOVE her. Chérie is missing? She is cuddling with her in the patio. Lumiere is not under the bed? He is sleeping on her laps while she reads. King is nowhere to be found? She is playing with him in the garden. Snow White vibe.
She loves flowers and will put some all over the mansion. She puts one every day in front of every resident’s door, with a message written on a tiny piece of paper, something like: “You are a sweetheart and you deserve the best, keep going, dearie!”

The Lost Boys Finding Out Their Fem!S/O is Pregnant [2/4]
Oof this one was tricky. I'm currently working on Dwayne's which is nearly finished, then lastly Paul. It's definitely hard mixing in the feelings that come with a young pregnancy. I actually got pregnant with my daughter Raven at 19 (she's now almost 3 and I'm married to her dad) so it's a bit easier to tap into those conflicting feelings of joy and panic. It's just morphing it to fit the boys that's a challenge. Anyway enough about me, please enjoy as we move on to:
MARKO
Tumblr media
It was just supposed to be a quick check, a way to reassure you that it was just paranoia. Your period was a little late, no biggie!
Until it was.
Now here you were, wedged in your own little cave courtesy of the boys, grasping a plastic strip with abject horror. Pink never seemed so ominous, but that tiny plus mark just sent your world into chaos. For a moment you swore you had an out of body experience, and in a panic you chuck it onto your bed and stand up as if it were a bomb ready to blow. What now? What was this, some sort of cosmic punishment? Those nights you spent luring unexpecting men for your lover, Marko, to devour were coming back in a wave of karma. A ba- you didn't dare think the word!
How was it even possible? You were a virgin when you and Marko got together, he was the only one to ever be intimate with you. There was no denying the father… but the reality of it scared you. What could that mean? What would happen to you? How would you raise it, was it even going to be human? Or half vampire? Were there even any vampire babies?!
You gripped the sides of your head, on the verge of a panic attack. Were the walls getting closer? A rush of claustrophobia just hit you all at once. All these questions nearly made you spin, and mistakenly you lean on your bedside table. The uneven weight flipped it, wine bottle candelabras smashing onto the cave floors alerting the two remaining vamps, Dwayne and Paul. Marko had left with David to pick up dinner, last thing they knew was you went to take a nap.
"Y/N," Paul called out, waiting for a response. A few minutes was all he needed to get up, only causing you more panic when the crunching of his boots grew louder. In a regrettable move you snatched your jacket and bolted out of your room, shoulder tapping Paul in a blind mad dash for the exit. He called out in confusion, trying to follow you as you weaved through old wooden beams. Dwayne was next to stand in your way, grabbing the crook of your upper arm by your elbow.
"Hey, hey, whoa, whoa Y/N, what's wrong? Where are you going?"
You couldn't find the words, but the walls continued to cave in on you. Paul managed to weave his way back and you could only blurt out an apology before jumping over the fountain and out the door. The old wooden stairs rapidly creaked, waves rolling over the unstable platforms. You could still hear them trying to catch you. Dipping into the woods alongside the shoreline you waited until they went the wrong way. Out of sight, you returned to the uneven dirt and ran alongside the road barefoot. You didn't know where you were going, you didn't know why you were running, but your body was in an absolute fight or flight mode. The rumbling of motorcycles encroached upon you, mistakenly assuming it was the dynamic duo coming to retrieve you. Instead from the approaching end you could see headlights hitting you.
You had to give credit to vampires, they didn't miss a thing. The skeletal machine stalled in a shuddered halt that kicked up a cloud gravel just passed her.  There he was, sitting atop his humming motorcycle pushing out a flurry of blonde curls. Marko, completely taken aback to find you barefoot sprinting down a dark road like your life depended on it. You knew better than to be out here alone. If their eyes weren't able to pick you out so easily in the dark, you could've been hit!
"Babygirl? Hey, what are you doing out here? Where are you going," Marko questioned, a look of utter confusion across his face. He could hear your heart racing, the blood pumping so fast. Why were you so scared?
With a swing of his leg he dismounted, but you couldn't face him. "I-I just have to go, Marko, I-I'm so sorry babe," you stutter, clutching your jacket tightly against your body.
"What? What are you talking about?" Marko tried to approach, even David was confused by this point. Sure they weren't exactly as cuddly as bunnies, but the way you worshiped Marko was undeniable. Always on his arm, whispering secrets to each other that would result in a burst of snickers, sharing boardwalk treats while gushing over rides, tagging along wherever they went.. honestly, the first few months of it he found nauseating. A little human pet fawning over her new boyfriend. But even after you learned their true nature it didn't phase you. It took over a year and a half to show him you weren't leaving, and they'd come to accept you into their coven. Hell, you'd become an assert, drawing in unsuspecting Santa Carla citizens to their den for an ambush whenever they were too lazy to hunt.
Your face contorted into a mass of expressions, Marko's own furrowed brow morphed into genuine hurt when you took a step back the closer he got. "I'm sorry… Marko, I'm so so sorry."
This time didn't get very far when you ran. He didn't even bother with his bike, flying ahead of you and catching you in his arms. You tried to squirm, but it was like a mouse in the grips of a tiger. "Babygirl, hey! Stop, stop, hang on stop!"
Your head was pressed against him, he wouldn't let go. "Please, baby. Please stop." The tremble in his voice made your stomach twist into knots, and you couldn't help but cling to him. Just endless sobbing apologies, burying yourself in his shirt taking in that comforting scent you lived for. Fear overwhelmed you. You didn't to leave, you weren't even trying to go anywhere. But what would happen if he knew? Would Marko stay…?
You both just stood there wrapped around one another, and finally the words left your mouth. It didn't even sound like you. You wondered if he would even hear it.
"Marko… I'm pregnant.."
For a moment Marko swore his heart beat, a split second of life that felt like his ribs were being crushed. The words rattled him, lifting your chin you looked up at him. This time his confusion wasn't hurt, just… in awe. He would let out these little breathless laughs, rapid blinking with hands cupping your cheeks while he struggled to find the right words. "You're… but I never though I coul-.. are you really- really..?"
Your soft nod filled him with warmth. That's all it took. What else could he do but practically swing you in his arms, burying you neck in a wave of kisses. The thought was scary of course. But more than that, he just felt such otherworldly joy. You were carrying his baby, a part of him was growing inside you. Once he set you down, he kissed you so deeply you nearly melted in his grasp. "That's… i-incredible, babygirl I can't even believe it," he breathlessly exclaimed, his forehead resting on yours. Those fears rushing through you were silenced the moment he held you, tears morphing into ones of joy. You couldn't help but laugh, giggling as you kissed him again and again. Guess you owed the boys an explanation, but knowing how happy Marko was, you weren't afraid to say those words anymore

Dear anybody,
Paris, 2021.10.19
I am told that I write well. Personally I think my writing tends to become so fanciful that it sounds pathetic, pompous, and bloated, but you tell me.
I've had this computer for nearly 4 years now. I had originally bought it to make videos, to vlog and talk about... myself, I suppose. My thoughts, beliefs, experiences. Random stuff. To leave a mark, probably—against every certainty I hold of the ultimate futility of leaving a legacy. Well, maybe true to my deep-seated nihilism, I haven't produced any video worth having a computer for. (I might be using the word "nihilism" wrong, but I don't care to check at this moment)
I had forgotten about this blog. This repository of letters posted to the great void. I might as well have written in my paper diary. The echo from the past would be the same upon re-reading. What really is alarming is how little I have changed since then. Some circumstances have, but ultimately I grapple with the same questions and dread.
I wanted to document my life, but it is both so slow and so fast—and so empty—that really, making videos of it wouldn't have helped a lot. Or would it? A diary produces echoes within, it's a discussion with the self. A video on the world-wide web may produce echoes of a different kind. Maybe I would have realized that my life is worth telling about, if it impacted the lives of others, and drew an echo from them.
One concept I have relied on for my recovery from depression and loneliness and meaninglessness and purposelessness... is that All life is valid. By which I mean that no matter how small, damaged, uneducated, immature, or limited one life might be, it is never truly worthless. A child dying before its time did not live or die in vain. Same applies to a victim of abuse, a perpetrator of abuse, or the billions of people living in the normality of mediocrity. We're all part of the tapestry. The tapestry itself may be meaningless and limited, bound to decay and be forgotten; but the threads that make it, the colors, the patterns... there is none that doesn't belong in there. A human will understandably wish for all that's evil to simply vanish, but it wouldn't understand what it calls "evil", and what the disappearance of the thing it calls "evil" would really mean. A human will wish that people would not be so ignorant, that they would understand the world the way it does, and stuck in this righteousness the human would fail to see that every other human is just as sure—and just as insecure—of their worldview as it is.
What I mean is: in all this mess which I abhor, I belong. I may feel like an alien, I may want to escape; to find an oasis that was overlooked, left untouched, yet is hospitable; to retreat into a world of my own... but I would be missing the point. I belong everywhere that my life can be sustained. The cocoon does not tap into the full palette of me, the way that adversity would. In a way, I belong less in peace and comfort than in strife and struggle. Or maybe I belong in a pendulum movement between the two. Life is more bearable when you have a home to come back to, and to escape from again. The thread goes in and out, in and out, in and out. If it's too much on one side, then it becomes liable to catching onto something, and snapping. We don't want to snap before the thread has been used up, do we?
*
The past year and more, I have woven myself in and out, in and out. I dabble in this and that, straightening out some bad habits, paying attention to when I need to retreat, and when I itch to put myself out there. The attempts are still timid and unsustained. I have trouble getting out of myself.
I write well enough. I draw well enough. I am crafty and intelligent enough. I present well enough. I even sing well enough. I should be able to do something with all this. I am no worse than any other being here. No less worthy. I should just be less scared. Why am I still so scared?
One thing at a time. I have learned to do the dishes regularly, at last. It'd be fine if I died, even having just learned to do that.
Not really no.
If ambition and greed belong in this hellhole, then I want to embrace my share of them. I want to be alive again.
