Recently started thinking about how the mechanics of the mothers merciful might work. Because we know Dark Sonia was the grandmother at one point in time and some shit happened to her, and (the main thing I've been thinking about) we know what happened to mother trauma when he was stabbed. The fact that he withered like that makes me think that the mothers are somehow frozen in the process of dying or something. But there's also the possibility of that being specific to mother trauma because when Xen introduced him during moonward they said his voice was strange and semi human compared to the other mothers. Idk, there are so many things floating around in my head at this information that I can't get into words

Current plan for counterattacking stance is that you get to enter it 2× your proficiency bonus per long rest. No time limit since the entire class is built around the counterattack stance, but will end if you use an attack action ((the full action, bonus actions don't count)) or cast a spell that needs anything more than verbal components. Ruins your groove. If a character doesn't have their Bulwark shield they can counterattack with any shields or weapons, even improvised, but they won't get any subclass bonuses.

I've reached a point in my hyperfixation where I want to like,, become my favorite character. I do not know how to describe that in a better way or in a way that sounds less crazy, that is essentially where my brain is at.

I know I can't become said character. It's a fictional highschool dude from an anime with superpowers. I am a disabled college student with an incompatible gender identity living in the real world. But I can't stop thinking about it, and it's gotten to the point where it's a constant itch in my brain to be more like him.

Thankfully it's not a bad character to have as a role model. So far all this means is that I dyed my hair, study more often and with more interest, clean more, and exercise more. All of those things are good for me. But. If I learned anything from my Harry Potter hyperfixation in elementary/middle school the thing that comes next is quoting, clothing changes, and diet changes. All of which is significantly harder to hide/not draw attention to.
