I was honestly getting a little tired of Marik and his problems by this point in the series which is why this took so long.

Yami: He's pretty much the same, only he completely forgives normal Marik.

Yugi: pretty much the same only he forgives normal Marik.

Joey: he died and I started crying. He's pretty good as always and was absolutely robbed of that victory.

Yami Bakura: he giggled and did nothing.

Ishizu: she yells in lowercase and I think that's funny

Odion: Maybe it's just the dub, but he never says he wants Marik to be safe because he loves him. He just says it's his duty and it's how he'll be accepted into his family. Idk. It's a little weird that this may be his and Marik's final moments and he doesn't once say that he loves him.

Marik: I hate you. I hate you so much.

Yami Marik: hype wore off this guy sucks and can't duel without plot armor. He also talks way too much and it gets on my nerves.

Seto Kaiba: he's so angry that Yugi beat him in his own tournament it's kinda funny. He is my savior in these last episodes.

Duels:

Duel 1: Four Way Duel

In this duel Joey, Kaiba, Yami, and Yami Marik are all dueling each other at the same time. For a little bit, everyone is targeting Joey, but Yami keeps defending him so they move on to attacking Marik.

Every time Yami defends Joey, Kaiba says something snarky and that makes Joey go "Hey man, let me duel on my own for Mai."

And Yami just begrudgingly does it. Like this man does not want Joey dueling Marik.

Marik is just in his own little corner going "AHAHAHAAA I'm so evil" and everyone ignores him.

Kaiba is trying to knock out someone. I forgot who. He wants to get all three Egyptian God Cards and make his deck even brickier.

Yami Marik loses.

Duel 2: Joey vs Yami Marik

This duel is Yami Marik's only good duel, and by God is it Joey's second best (I like Joey vs Valon more).

In this duel, Yami Marik makes it a Shadow Game in which your energy gets drained if your monster is destroyed or loses attack points. Because Joey is a normal guy, he is weaker to this and therefore loses faster.

Some stuff happens and Joey was given Lava Golem. This makes him lose life points faster. Yami Marik is slowly burning him with other cards like nightmare wheel, but lava golem is cooler.

Yami Marik uses some worm things to make Joey lose more energy. Joey sacrifices them so he can summon Geilfried (idk how to spell it).

Yami Marik summons Ra Phoenix mode and destroys all of Joey's monsters. But my boy still stands.

Joey summons Gearfried and almost attacks, but then he dies.

Duel 3: Kaiba vs Yami

I kept dozing off during this duel because I was worried about Joey, soooooo I kinda have no clue what happened other than like a few things.

Kaiba and Yami are dueling in a coliseum because Kaiba is crazy.

Kaiba gives Yami Change of Heart sometime during this duel. Which makes me wonder if he always had that on hand, or if he yoinked it from Bakura. Did Bakura ever get it back?

Kaiba so summons his blue eyes at some point in this duel. And Yami summons red eyes. And that Dark Magician Paladin thing.

During this duel Kaiba and Yami attack each other with their god cards and it takes them to a vision of the past in which the gods are turned to stone and the two of them are fighting.

Yami Marik is stuck in a wall. One time I read a fic where Yami Bakura stopped time and butt fucked him there. Wild.

Yami wins by means I don't remember and Mokuba and Kaiba fight about something.

INTERMISSION

Téa gets possessed again and goes to fight Yami Marik.

Kaiba gets annoyed at Ishizu and then Joey.

Mokuba is annoyed at Kaiba.

Yami Marik and Marik are fighting during Kaiba and Joey's duel.

TéaMarik does some sick flips and then Ishizu and Yami intervene and make Yami Marik go away.

Turns out Marik is a little regretful about being the absolute worst and wants to make things right by doing not much at all because he sucks and can't do shit without help.

Téa is back.

Duel 4: Kaiba vs Joey

Joey was pissing off Kaiba and that convinced a duel for third place.

Kaiba is winning.

Joey summons Blue Eyes White Dragon from Kaiba's graveyard and this makes Kaiba so angry.

Uuuuhhhh.... Joey told Mokuba that Kaiba doesn't care about him and that made me really upset.

Some stuff happens idk I wasn't paying attention I don't really care about this rivalry.

Kaiba won and Joey got made fun of.

Final duel: Yami Marik vs Yami Yugi

Shadow game

I don't remember the first part of this duel other than Marik and Yugi are at risk of death and like I get caring about Yugi dying, but Marik kinda deserves it.

So um... Every time Yami loses life points Yugi's body starts to disappear. Same thing with Marik.

Yami summons his poker knights and then summons Slifer.

Marik Summons Ra.

Yami destroys Ra and then Summons Obelisk with A card Kaiba gave him.

Marik summons Egyptian God slime and Yami never asks what it does despite the fact that he can.

Some stuff happens and Yami uses Ragnarok and destroys everything and Marik surrenders.

HOW AND WHY MARIK SURRENDERED

While this duel is happening, Normal Marik is talking to Odion's dead body and says that everything that happened was his (Marik's) fault, and that he's sorry.

A while later, Odion wakes up and goes to save Marik. And by save I mean give him a pep talk.

He goes on and on about how Marik is good and can beat the darkness inside of him.

Marik is given a new found strength and tells Yami to attack him.

Yami attacks him and Marik has one life point left. Marik surrenders and Yami Marik dies while begging.

Marik is forgiven and I still don't think he did much to deserve it.

Afterwards

After that duel, Marik apologizes again, and then takes his shirt off to show Yami the scriptures on his back.

Yami can't read it tho so it was kinda pointless.

Marik then gives him the millennium rod and ring and Yami Bakura's lame ass who was playing spin the bottle with Dark Magician said "Thank you" because he's polite and we love him.

Kaiba says he's going to blow up the island.

Joey and the gang go check on Mai and Serenity says she ain't wake up yet, but then she wakes up because Joey juST GOT PRANKED LMAO

The Gang then find Bakura eating food because there isn't much to eat in the Shadow Realm. That makes me think that the Shadow Realm is biased towards the Bakurae because they always only get a slap on the wrist for losing.

We don't see Bakura or the Ishtar's for the rest of the episode so I'm choosing to believe they were busy adopting Bakura into their family as Marik's husband.

It takes the gang way too long to realize that they can just take the helicopter and don't have to ride in the broken aircraft.

The island explodes and the Kaibas come out in a Blue Eyes jet (there is a card of it).

This makes Joey upset.

The squad get back to Domino and Marik apologizes again, and his siblings thank Yugi and his friends for helping them.

'Hee. Do we HAVE to do this. You know what happened the last time don’t you!?' You pouted as you held hands with Heeseung, who just reassuringly chuckled at you instead of answering your question. You gently bumped into your best friend, indicating that you didn’t want your question to go unanswered. 

'And by ‘the last time’, do you mean in 4th grade when I specifically told you that I wouldn’t be able to skateboard alongside you but you STILL trusted me and tried to skateboard anyway? And then you ended up falling on your sorry butt?' He teased you, earning him a raspberry blown in his face. 

But you did trust him. You trusted him with your entire life right now, just like you did 7 years ago. You had been best friends with Lee Heeseung practically since forever. You trusted him with anything and everything. 

Except for one fact. That fact that you were irreversibly in love with him. 

As you both continued your way to the skate park, you wondered what would happen if you told him. But you didn’t have time for those thoughts when Heeseung tugged your head back to reality with a squeeze of your hand.

'Hey. I won’t let what happened the last time happen again okay? I’ve gotten so much better! You trust me, don’t you?' His bambi eyes sparkled as he puffed out his chest slightly, knowing it would make you laugh. You giggled, falling right into his tricks. 'Of course I do. Now let’s get skating!!!!'

Soon, you had mastered getting on the skateboard without falling off. Slowly, you learnt how to travel a a short distance without completely face planting on to the concrete. The catch was that you still couldn’t do it if you weren’t holding Heeseung’s hands. And holding his hands made you extra nervous. 

You’d held his hands multiple times. And they always made you felt like you were floating on a cloud. They had always fit right into your hands, no matter how old you grew. 

'Okay I think I can do it without holding your hands now.' You said as confidence crawled through you. 'You sure? Because if you fall, don’t yell at me..’ Heeseung was holding both your hands, rubbing thumbs over your knuckles. Just the little action sent a million shivers down your spine. 

You took a deep breath, 'Yeah. I know if I fall you’ll catch me.' You smiled at him convincingly and started to skate. 

You went an inch. 2 inches. 10 inches. An entire 2 feet. Heeseung jogged behind you the entire time, arms out awkwardly waiting to catch you. 'HEE!!! LOOK!!! I’m doing it!!!!' You yelled, giggling at your small victory. 

And then it happened. The board bumped into a small rock, and it sent you flying backwards. 

You closed your eyes, expecting the hard ground to hit you, to experience cold blood slip out of the back of your head. But it never came…

Instead you felt a pair of strong arms catch you. You opened your eyes, one at a time, only to be met with Heeseung’s deep brown ones, shining with worry. 

You scrambled off the skateboard and tightly hugged Heeseung’s waist, attempting to ground yourself. Heeseung gently strokes your hair, resting his hands on your hips. 

'So… I guess you fell for me huh?' Heeseung joked, trying to lighten the mood. Adrenaline coursing through your veins, you said the first thing that came to your mind. 'Yeah. I did.'

Heeseung froze. His hands stopped stroking your hair and his grip on your waist tightened. 'I… what did you say?'

'I said yes. I fell for you. I fell for your stupid smile, and your angelic voice, and your bambi eyes, and your soft laugh. I fell for you 3 years ago, when we watched The Little Mermaid and you sang your heart out to ‘Under the Sea’, and I knew then, that I never wanted to leave you. And I fell for you again, a year ago when you let ME decorate your precious skateboard that you don’t let anyone touch. I really really REALLY love you but I don’t want to loose you as a best friend. So tell me right now if you don’t love me back so I can hit you over your the head with the skateboard so you can forget this ever happened.' You spoke in one breath, words muffled as you still had your forehead pressed to Heeseung’s chest. 

And then you felt vibrations across your head. He was laughing. You had just poured your heart out and he stood their, you in his arms, and he had the audacity to laugh.

Just as you were about to pull away and hit his head with the skateboard, Heeseung hugged you tighter. 'I’m not as good as you when it comes to confessions, but I love you too. You really think I would’ve let you decorate my skateboard if I didn’t love you, did you?'

He pulled you away from his chest, fingers curled beneath your chin. 'Can I kiss you?' His forehead rested against your while getting breathed out the 4 words you had dreamed about hearing countless times. 

You wasted no time, quickly pressing your lips against. Just like your hands, they fit like puzzle pieces. Your fingers entwined themselves behind his neck as he pushed you down, deepening the kiss. They trailed up to his pretty pink hair, gently pulling at it to push him back up, noses bumping against each other. 

You pulled apart, breathless.

'I fucking love you.'

Hello! So, I just earned my seventh gym badge in my Kalos Gym Expedition. I am a young girl who lived in Galar most of her life, but left on my own to journey in Kalos. My team is made of these six pokemon:

My partner, an Absol, whom I can Mega Evolve. (Nickname, Void.)

2. My first caught pokemon, a Goomy, who I evolved into a Goodra.

3. A pokemon who was gifted to me, a Ludicolo.

4. A rescued Zoroark, whom I saved from an abusive trainer.

5. My second caught pokemon, a Kirlia who evolved into a Galade just recently.

6. My third caught pokemon, a Chandelure.

Anyways, I was just hoping for a bit of help. I have been struggling to beat Wulfric, and his comments are getting to me. Do you have any alternate training ideas? I am considering giving up on my journey and going back to Galar...

oh gosh!!! i am not necessarily the best person to ask about this i think, i am all the way in hoenn and i am not even really a trainer... 🙇‍♀️ i specialize in care for grass-types but not really training. maybe some of my friends will have better advice about battling...

but i think in general if you are feeling discouraged i think it is really really important to look at how far you have come!!!! think about the person you were when you were still training to earn your first gym badge. wouldn't she be so excited to see you now with seven?? that is a big deal!!!!! 😤 imagine how proud your past self would be of your current self!!!!! think of the times you felt discouraged back then. maybe there was a time you never ever thought you would get that seventh gym badge, or that sixth or fifth or any of the others. wouldn't the person who was struggling so much be so amazed to see you now?

you have done so well and come so far and gotten so strong!!!!! 💪 i know it is easier said than done but it is important to try and focus on how far you have come and how well you have done instead of wulfric trying to disparage you... he does not know everything you have done and been through or all the victories he has achieved so what business does he have trying to say anything anyway!!!

i hope that maybe helps a little... i am rooting for you!!!! 🎉 it is ok if you decide this is not what you want to do of course, but it sounds like this really means something to you so i hope this is not enough to get you to give it up.

Mom has probably struggled a lot, by things outside of her control. With Discovery, it’s possible she never saw you coming, or wasn’t in the most stable place when you were born. Some of you are very loving and generous with your Mom because of her shitty life experiences and you just love her - which is wonderful, and also, you need to set healthy boundaries. If you’re giving all of the time and she’s not making any attempts to give back to you - it’s unbalanced and unhealthy. Or switch it. Giving = effort in any form, could be money too.

Others of you may have a backstabbing kind of Mom who betrayed everyone by refusing to engage, maybe family life isn’t for them…there would be something here about a major betrayal to the whole family. Could involve money or a gift, like borrowing a lot of money and taking off, for example. Inheritance issues. Travel at the bottom of the deck, she may have just up and moved to Florida, see you twice a year *maybe* - which feels like betrayal to you but to her is Discovery. Is she selfish, yes. To her it’s more about “she has one life” and she’s trying to live it with a spirit of adventure - not necessarily hurt others. But others have been hurt. Maybe not even you, but you could hold grudges regarding something with this. If she has been paying a lot for *you* regularly through whatever the situation, that may have ended and she drew the line. Or you need to. Dad is honest and puts in 100% with whatever he does, though that doesn’t make him innocent to mistakes - which I’m seeing at the bottom he’s probably done something foolish at some point. Maybe involving a job, could be regarding Mom, but he has nothing to hide or be ashamed of either. If you’re the one that hasn’t been working then it’s Dad who is pushing you in the right direction, trying to instill a sense of personal responsibility, accountability, a more practical mind in you. He’s probably been a good example of how to schedule your time, resources, and energy. I don’t get him being the most direct, but he makes sure to get his point across…suggestively. He doesn’t want to make anyone mad at him and has no point to prove or argue, but he knows he’s right to show you the way. If he’s been out of work, he’s actively trying to find another, it may just have been hard for him to. Whatever he does could be a niche thing not everyone hires for, but with that, he’s also very professional and gets the job done how it’s supposed to be done - he works hard and as a parent, would expect the same from you.

Or that’s switched. It’s not a close relationship, if anything the sibling may be living in a way that you don’t want - and you head in the other direction or avoid what they do altogether. If anyone really gets you stuck in your head about what you want for your life, this family - it’s a sibling. One of you may not be able to “get it together” because there’s no real drive or connection for whatever is current - a job, relationship, the family dynamic, the future, could be anything. They may be changing directions midway through life - or you have. This is a hard message coming out for you. First, if you’re the giver in the family, stop. Make people do more for themselves. If you’re a taker in the family, you have to reciprocate or people won’t want anything to do with you. Could have some major Cap placements in your chart, which leads to the next point: you don’t feel good enough.

For what, I don’t know only you do. A family/children. A good job. A degree if school is something on your mind, Page of Pentacles rev clarifies with sadness, regret, remorse. You could feel you got the wrong degree or didn’t take it as far as you could/should have. You could have fertility issues yourself and your siblings’ kids make you feel very conscious of this. Philosophers don’t become philosophers by just reading about things (though they do), they live & learn every single day, struggle and overcome. Or other people, if you have. Everyone has something to give, it’s just whether others appreciate it or not that determines whether they’re your people. Other creatives, other mechanics, other whatever you want to do, find your tribe and you’ll never feel “lack” again. Money isn’t everything ❤️ And money isn’t love either, if that’s what’s expected of you. Equal exchange. I like that Clams and Rider have a lot in common but are opposites in ways as well. They’re both “tSuNdErE” edgelords But one is an (aggressively) good kid who would decline but thank you for your friendly offers and the other would curbstomp you if you get in his way (AKA he would actively push you away). Anger is both their main expression But one is very expressive in general while the other has a resting bitch face. They’re both goth But one is more specifically punk. They both visibly obsessively train on that RISE & GRIND💪😤‼️ routine But One mains a lightweight weapon covering the ground in ink while the other Murders with a heavy weapon. 

Sidenote: I like to defend heavy mains on my team as an Aerospray cuz they tend to get targeted often and can’t react quick enough to flankers. They can go on a Splatting spree while I cover the floor and stack up victory points. If I slapped these two idiots on this scenario this strat would be in-character for Clams since a big part of his team’s shtick is them having each other’s backs. I also like the “mutually protective” element there.

Neither of them seem to be the type to be very vocal about love. So a romantic relationship would be extremely awkward at first. Clim could give a smooch and Ride goes “bro that’s gay” and Clammy’s like “THAT’S THE POINT YOU IDIOT”. And then they don’t make eye contact for a week. Or Raider could literally just smile and Clambert faints and dies. They are very bad at this. But they will get better and open up more (when alone).

Hilariously enough I like to imagine that the relationship evolves the same way my feelings towards the pair did overtime. At first I thought nothing of it then I was all like “mmm edgy squids” as a joke but bro... I don’t think it’s a joke anymore. At first they’d see each other strictly as rivals. I can see mutual respect with Rider being ranked S+ which Clams would likely aspire to be. And Clams valuing teamwork and trust is something Rider needed a whole character arc to learn and likely still needs to improve. They would realize they have a lot in common they can agree on and bond over. And a Good rivalry would encourage them to work even harder and learn from each other. From there I guess it gets sus. But it’d take a while for them to admit how they feel to themselves, let alone to each other.

Which brings me to one issue... Neither of them would be the type to make advances. If any progress is made it’d likely be accidental. Maybe one of them gets caught listening to Splatoonified MCR and the other goes “Yo is that Splatoonified MCR” and both of them in their heads go “This mf is Not straight”. They’d require some scenario pushing them to open up and maybe non-verbally confess otherwise they’ll just keep it to themselves.

Sidenote: I also like PartyPunk (Aloha & Clams) so in my stupid little head Aloha would play a wingman-type role as someone who is much more comfortable with that kinda thing as opposed to the other two Cowards. But this is not about PartyPunkRock so that’s for another time.

Speaking of scenarios. I'm a sucker for the Tending to Wounds scenario. They can battle (for no reason) until Rider gets wounded and Clams abruptly cuts the battle like “OH NO I AM SO SORRY”. Rider goes “Naw I’m good come at me bro” and Clams is like “WTF NO?” Cut to Clamlet tending to Ridr’s wounds switching between apologizing repeatedly for causing the wound and scolding him for disregarding his own injuries. Meanwhile Riddlr is just sitting there slightly embarassed like “bruh I can do this myself”.

Another one I had in mind for a while but I don’t want to spoil too much cuz I wanted to make it a proper art post. But remember when Rider wore a sick knight costume. He’s not very knightly character-wise but it looked cool. Clams however would fit the role perfectly. What if they were both rocking the knight drip... That is all I will say.

💪 Was the one who saved {Name} and saw the situation first hand. Couldn’t even fathom how this will impact his student.

💪 All Might cares for everyone, but in this particular moment his attention was oriented on his student, trying to keep an eye of their wellbeing and mental state. Knowing that it would not be good, but preparing to help with whatever he can.

💪 Planning what he is going to say versus what he actually says is two completely different things. He is no stranger to loss and knows that words may not be enough to ease the pain.

💪 Can only offer advice in the form of moving forward, no matter how hard or painful. They have to keep moving forward.

💪 Offers guidance and company, trying to keep them surrounded by supportive people, because being alone at such a time might be detrimental

💪 Pays close attention on their physical and mental recovery, commending the very hard effort to move forward from such an event.

Aizawa Shota

☕ First one to know about the situation since he was their advisor, honestly feeling distressed over hearing that he has lost two students. Despite the relief he had over knowing one of them had survived it is paired with a very heavy burden.

☕ First thing he noticed about them was the blame, suffering from obvious survivors guilt but trying to come to terms with losing people so close to them

☕ Aizawa keeps a close eye on them and their family. He is not the best at words but tries to be understanding and offers some eloquent words.

☕ Understands that sentiments and reason behind those cushioning words of ‘they’re in a better place’ and ‘it’s not your fault’, but he also understands that sometimes in a deep state of grief and guilt those words mean nothing more than shallow pleasantries

☕ Offers comfort in the form of space and being there to listen, as well as making sure things are a bit easier for them. And making sure that things are not getting out of hand for them.

☕ Understands that it takes a lot to get through something as traumatic as this, in his own way he offers a lot of guidance but doesn’t want them to feel as if they are in a spotlight and tries to retain some sense normalcy in the way he interacts with them

Present Mic (Yamada Hizashi)

📢The situation was dire and that only seemed to be conveyed in the fact that after hearing the news, Mic fell silent. There was nothing he could really say in such a situation, the only thing he could think of was the student that was left behind.

📢He tries, he really does. Has the tendency to say…not necessarily the wrong thing, but not the most comforting thing either and it can create some extra tension.

📢 After some corroboration with Aizawa, to avoid saying the wrong thing. He definitely takes a gentler and more emotional approach in the way he tries to offer support.

📢Provides reassurance in the brutal honesty of the situation being completely out of their control. Knowing that they are most likely tired of hearing it, but believing it’s necessary to stop them from blaming themselves

📢Makes a lot of jokes and light hearted banter, something to try and lighten the mood, even a small smile is a complete victory for him. (It really does help)

📢Tries to nurture a sense of hope and prospect for the future, trying to encourage them to look forward rather than look back. (He can actually say some pretty profound things)
