i have not seen anyone i follow say directly that trans men aren’t oppressed, but ive seen a few posts that indirectly insinuate it reblogged onto my dash. and i have been assuming the people who reblogged it just didn’t read the post thoroughly, but i saw someone genuinely say trans men aren’t oppressed in the notes of one of these posts (it was not someone i follow) and that’s fucking insane. an afab trans person (not a trans man, but someone who would face similar oppression) was brutally murdered in oklahoma just recently and jkr’s manifesto directly talks about trans men and afab nonbinary people in a disgusting, infantilizing fashion.

anybody who supports posts like that is getting blocked, mutual or not. including ones that claim transandrophobia isn’t real (it’s misogyny. transandrophobia is trans-specific misogyny that is called that because why tf would transmascs misgender themselves in a term they made. nobody is claiming misandry is real i have literally never seen that and that’s why the term was changed to transandrophobia instead of transmisandry. in addition, a lot of trans men don’t pass and therefore get to experience all the wonderful privileges (/s) of being viewed as gender nonconforming women. even ones who pass can be visibly queer as well. and much of the current anti-trans legislation specifically targets trans men who need top surgery as teenagers, which is a rare case but some do need it, and exceptions for breast-related surgeries on cis female teenagers is specifically written into much of this legislation).

Ok so ik there are a lot of unknowns about rei and honestly im no where near qualified enough to talk about ANY of the hypmic characters in the detail im about to go. But i like to think i know a decent amount of info and lore to make a good assumption. I could be totally wrong about some things soo pllleeeaassseeee dont take me entirely seriously

But the conversation between rei and nayuta confirmed a lot of things for me. A lot of things i was speculating that i havent really seen anyone else talk about

In the drama track, rei comes to the realization that he lets himself shoulder everything despite having the support that he could turn to rely on. Even when nayuta was still awake and with him, he had the bad habit of pushing everything onto himself.

The line that really stood out to me was nayuta asking if he was going to play the villain, to which he responds with a curt "yes" and this. Right there. Is exactly what ive been thinking this entire time.

Its really nothing new that ohhh rei is the bad guy hes morally grey hes hurt people You Shouldnt Really Trust Him. And rosho denounces all of that with pushing sasara to think "who is he really?" now i know that whole portion was supposed to lead sasara into his own growth but seriously. Who is rei? They knew he was a conman, they knew he was shady, unserious, and pushed things off. But rosho says that it was just a persona he built up, and hes correct.

We all knew rei was a deeper character than they let on, it was obvious to us, but not to them. Though its still kinda funny sasaro just said "yeah we guessed" when he said he was bb's father LMAOAOAOAOA not slick at all... but anyways where am i going with this ?

Rei has quite obviously put up a persona to the people around him. He doesnt want to be suspected, he doesnt want people knowing too much about him. So he pretends. That whole comical uncle spiel was just a means of hiding from everyone, and most importantly, himself. I dont think he really wants to face his reality. Of course he takes responsibility and is *painfully* aware of it, but he doesnt seem like he wants to accept it. Now im mostly talking about nayuta here, in the dt he said he would do basically whatever it took to keep nayuta by his side when she mentioned her not being there anymore. And what is he doing now? Keeping her comatose body on publicly unknown island to protect her, and watch over her state.

What about his kids? As far as im aware theres no reason we were given for him leaving bb. Hes accepted the fact hes nolonger an important part of their lives, sure hes important to a degree, but not in a parental way. Im sure its fair to assume he left bb around the time nayuta was sent comatose. So what i think: he left for their own safety.

He left them to make sure they wouldnt get wrapped up in the politics he did. Their mother got hurt, whose to say chuuohku wouldnt target his children next? They knew what was important to him, so he forced himself to think of them as unimportant. He left them so they wouldnt meet the same fate, nayuta is gone, he cant have her children following.

But that was when they were young. Now that they are more grown, things have changed. They are drb participants, and isnt the whole point of the drbs to train potential true hypnosis mic users? Those mics? The mics that kill users? Why would he allow that? I personally think that its just a matter of "they are grown, they can make their own decisions." mixed with "they could possibly survive it and help me create nayutas ideal world."

Even before the 2nd drb, dont you think it was odd how he randomly came to jirosabu one day and revealed that he was their father? What were the motives? Ive always interpreted it as him helping them in his own odd way. He knew their bonds were strong, so maybe if he gives them a challenge, he could strengthen those bonds while simultaneously pushing himself away. Which woah !! Exactly what he did. Jiro got some really good character developmemt out of that one, and bb started resenting him even more. Keeping them together is his goal, afterall its all they have.

So he got what he wanted. He pushed those that he loved and cherished away to protect them from his issues. So... Whats up with sasara and rosho? Notoriously, he told them almost nothing about himself. But with this new dt he revealed EVERYTHING. A new level of intimacy for our current time rei. He was vulnerable with them, when he was so used to makimg other vulnerable.

I think his relationship with sasaro is very healing for him. For all of them, actually, both he and sasara have a tendency to push others away for either their protection, or his own protection. And rosho is a catalyst of "thats so stupid wtf" and is essentially helping them find themselves after he found his own self.

Of course human growth is always happening, rosho is no where near done growing. As we see in the dt he is growing right in front of us, gaining more confidence in himself. And sasara and rei are still so far from really allowing themselves to grow. In a way, they are ashamed for their lack of growth. Sasara getting antsy over the fact rosho pointed out his habit of never getting involved. And rei reflecting back on nayuta when he just got done actively pushing sasaro away. Nayuta was the only person who *actually* forced him to think of different perspectives and not rot in his own.

While nayuta is gone, sasara and rosho are good stand ins. Will he love them like he loved her ?? NO !!! That man is a wife lover through and through. But theres one thing about hypmic that i absolutely adore, and its their utilization of platonic love. Rei is slowly learning to cherish sasara and rosho just as they are him. Its obvious sasaro already cherish and love each other on some level, with sasara immediately thinking of roshos dreams when met with his own to start comedy with him again. He didnt want to enroach on roshos new found identity. And rosho, pushing sasara to find his own new identity. And so many more examples.

But with rei, he stopped himself from cherishing and loving, keeping himself in the past where the only person he has ever, truly, loved with his whole heart resided. So when met with two people who had a bond like he once did, he stayed stagnant and kept himself where he was. That was, until they forced him not to.

So who is rei? Rei amayado, Rei yamada. I think he is a man that loves, truly loves.

Everything that he does was done from a place of care. Was he perfect? No. Not at all. Ramuda exists now, but to him that was a side point in getting nayuta back, and creating their shared world. He did it for nayuta, everything for nayuta. Because he loved her. And absolutely still does. He did it for his children, because in some way he still cares. Even if he acts like he doesnt. And now he is continuing on for his strengthening bonds with sasara and rosho, because they are giving him a chance to recount himself, and find out who he wants to be in his future. He isnt done living despite his old age, he has so much more to do and figure out, things he thought he could only do with nayuta by his side. Of course he wants her back, desperately, he truly thought she would never leave him. But now she has, and even though she isnt with him, he has the opportunity to restart with sasara and rosho. And hopefully be a changed man when nayuta comes back.

Rei, no matter what name he takes, is a man who loves, and will continue loving.

i (20s, trans man) have been getting closer to my online friend (same as me). we were mutuals for a while in what i can best describe as an online writing community but only started actually talking last year when i approached him to do a project together. we've been pretty strictly platonic for the last year but this year it's ramped up a bit (in part i think due to greater proximity)- we make a lot of sexual jokes at each other. now that's not necessarily a big deal because we do it at other male (and not male in his case) friends of ours, its just sort of how our circle interacts with each other, but it's a bit different for me because i do actually have somewhat of a crush on him. i'm not super sure of how he feels towards me, but i do think he knows at least partially how i feel and is at least humouring our banter.

now here's where i feel like an asshole. i have no intention of dating him at all- even if he does like me back, the reality is that we live on two entirely separate continents and neither of us have the financial means to go see each other. now you could suggest we date long distance or online but i've done that like 4 different times now with 4 different people and i just know it doesn't work for me, for a variety of reasons i won't get into. just trust me when i say it would end poorly. i'm not on speaking terms with any of my exes (nor do i want to be, bar one) and my friend is important enough to me that if we ended up like that then i'd be really upset about it. usually when i break up with someone or am broken up with i'm left with a lot of resentment and bitterness. plus our writing project would be tanked, which i'm not willing to jeopardise because i think it's excellent, he's a great partner.

kylar is def the most questionable. gets scolded a lot by both the head nurse and the doctors, usually bc (1) the patients find them offputting and (2) they do not (always) follow proper health standards (has their hair unkempt most of the time, carries items that can be used as a weapon). jealousy is easy to raise. u just have to share ur room with another patient and u'd get the | + Jealousy stat everytime kylar go in and out of ur room. even more so when they catch u talking to someone else, be it a fellow patient, another nurse, a guest, etc. would def try to isolate u. move u to a more private room, tell ur visitors ur unavailable. if at high enough love/jealousy, would start interfering with your healing process. gives u the wrong drugs, throws away your prescribed drugs, might even make people believe that ur not taking ur meds properly so you get to stay longer. u cant leave them if you dont get discharged.

robin also gets scolded a lot, but less than kylar, and mostly due to their clumsiness and… clumsiness. lack of confidence, maybe? but patients love them. the other nurse and staff love them. they do tend to get a bit closer to the patients than ideal and let it interfere with their work sometimes, but everyone knows it's coming from a good intention. i don't think they'd be very problematic, tho at high love and confidence will take more night shifts bec :) somno. takes a break by sneaking into ur room and napping while cuddling u. robin can just say they're checking up on u/the other patients in the room once they're done anyway. sometimes sexual shit ensues, but they clean u up before anyone else notice.

sydney is the most normal™. kinda. im drawing up a blank for them atm but they'd be the nicest… the kindest… the goodest… and honestly the most decent nurse out of the 4 lol. very normal. acts like a typical nurse. everyone loves them. has ideal patient-nurse relationship with their patients. next in line for the head nurse. but if harper's your doctor, u bet ur ass they will try to sneak u out of the hospital as soon as possible. high corruption, they'll just bust u out. if the hospital isn't managed with someone of particular importance to syd, they'll resign and get you out of here. wherever hospital u go next, they go. if the hospital is managed by jordan/sirris though… they won't resign just yet. they'll try to reason with them first to transfer u to a different hospital/be assigned to a different doctor. if that doesn't work, will sneak you out, but will also stay for a few more days/weeks before handing in their resignation to avoid suspicion.

HI HIII OUBSDFJNFSD- Don't be intimidated!!! I don't bite <333 But yeah, omg sites and stuff- !! Really intimidating when you start out I totally get it, BUTT It's not that difficult once you get the hang of it, 'cause from my experience, that slump mostly comes from just not knowing what to put and the overloady junk ykyk? But anyways, Yeah! I can talk about some things I learned while developing a portfolio website/landing page

First would be what you want to use it for! For this whole thing I'm just gonna use Weebly and Carrd as samples because they're both free. ANYWAYS, I use two websites for two things, first is a directory that includes almost all the links to my stuff, and the second is my actual main website as a portfolio and professional place to showcase my work to clients and potential employers. The directory is pretty simple since it's just a compilations to links, Carrd is pretty easy to use so I'd recommend this one if you just need one place to put your socials, commission info, and etc.

I put everything in sections and since I mostly use all of this for work in general, I showcase my work status and my website first and foremost!

Andd all of this is just links to stuff that might be important, I'd also recommend having navigation buttons on each page that helps with loading back to other part of your website, (beloww)

and as for my main site, it's a lot more complicated and I'm already babbling way too much in one post so I'll try to condense it pretty quick. Visuals can come later! Focus on what content you want to put in the site first. Usually it's sanctioned into three things: Your Portfolio/shop, a showcase for the services that you offer, and an about-me (I got inspiration from other sites like local brands and their shop websites and art portfolios) (oh and TOS is important too if you're an artist!)

You can of course add and not-add anything you please but that's the generalized gist of it and what worked for me personally. Once you know what to put then you can build up the website bit by bit, I'd recommend weebly for heavier sites like that because not only is it free but unlike carrd, it has no 'element limit'. the only drawback is a footer that advertises weebly on your website, and to me that's not that bad of a con really LOLOL some tips: *I'd recommend putting your best work forward than -all- of your work in a portfolio/gallery. Find what best showcases your talent, quality over quantity! *Find other portfolios/websites that align to what you're looking for, most artists you know prolly have their websites too so it's a good starting point to find inspiration on what to put! *and for actually learning how to use carrd and weebly's interfaces, its a WHOLLEEE other conversation I can't really divulge in without going on a ramble-bam sooo if you have any questions, i dont mind dms! I'd love to help :)) I think advertising and marketing yourself is really important (sometimes even moreso because yk how it is with art as a business), and I already went through the nittygritty of learning this all by myself so I'd love to help anyone that needs it, o7!!!! hi tumblr user roseworth im desperately trying to figure out how old rose and eddie were by the end of their tenures in tt03 / how long they knew each other and it is... difficult especially because sooo much happened dc-event-wise during tt03. do you have any canon sources or noncanon thoughts on their ages beyond eddie being 17 in part of tt03 and rose being 14(?) when lilli dies ^_^

hiiiiii <3 unfortunately i dont have a great answer for this bc. comic timelines. but ill do my very best

so for rose the only time we get anything about her age in tt03 is in issue #0.5 (when she gets taken by slade) when it says that lili and slade met 18 years ago

so i assume that makes rose ~17 when she join slade (since lili would've been pregnant for 9 months after this)

we also get this panel saying that lili died 18 months before rose joins slade, putting her at around 15 or 16 when lili dies. iirc she was 14 when wintergreen sees her for the first time, so we can assume a year went by between wintergreen meeting lili and lili's death (if tt03 is to be believed! but deathstroke 1991 (annual #4) mentions that shes 14 when her mom dies)

anyways this also means that roy hired her as a live-in nanny when she was 16 years old which is really funny to me. but none of that matters; point is she was 17ish at the start of tt03

this is just my personal headcanon but i assume that the time between titans/yj graduation day -> infinite crisis is around a year, and if rose joins up with slade a little after graduation day then shes with him for just under a year

HOWEVER if we go by what slade says in nightwing #112, rose has only been with him for a few months

so based on that, rose is 17 (probably closer to 18) when she leaves slade

then infinite crisis happens and we skip to a year later! so shes 18/19 now. we dont get any specifics on her age but just for funsies we can assume that shes at least 18 since shes smoking and cyborg doesnt have a problem with it (he confiscates her alcohol but not her cigarettes), and the tobacco age in california in 2006 was 18

THEN it gets complicated. i dont have a source for this but i think theres supposed to be a year between oyl -> final crisis, making rose 19/20 by fresh hell (the secret reason she got kicked off the teen titans was because she wasnt a teen #adulthood)

also in fresh hell, she orders alcohol at a bar in canada (in the northwest territories where the drinking age is 19) so theoretically that makes her at least 19. though she never actually gets the drinks because she gets in a fight 2 seconds after this so she doesnt get carded so who knows!

from there. i dont have much. i assume that a full year doesnt go by from fresh hell to the end of the universe (if anyone knows how long bart & kon were dead for that might change things, but i assume we're not given any exact info on how long it was), so i would put rose at ~20 right before the new 52 happens!!

as for eddie, ill use the same tt03 timeline that i used for rose

like you mentioned, hes 17 in tt03 #42 (for reference rose is 18/19 at this time)

he didnt join the teen titans that long before this, we see him asking to join in 52 #51, which is like a week or two before tt03 #34 (the first tt issue after oyl) so its safe to assume that eddie is 17 when he joins the team

anyways after #42, i dont think we get any mention of his age? which is honestly kinda weird since his age is Very Important given that hes selling his soul to neron at 20. we should have an eddie's age tracker at all times

if we assume that hes 17 when he joins the teen titans and oyl -> final crisis is 1 year, then hes right around 18 or 19 when he dies

when he loses his powers then tries to make another contract to get them back in tt03 #68, kid eternity mentions that he'd have "a few years of superheroing," so him being 18 around this time makes sense

then he dies in #74 </3 no mention of his age anywhere but id say hes right around 18 when he dies

the self perpetuating part is very important. it has always been established that they have a push and pull for everything, because they relish in the other’s reactions and its almost instinct. it all started this way too, their upbringing puts them in a very strange position slash relationship. they “balance” each other out — rather,, they teeter on a tightrope keeping them entertained and enabled . they are sides of the same coin, and complement the other. they always have a quick witty quip ready for the other’s petty insults, so so predictable. they dont keep harmony and peace between them, more so a light to keep them going similar to a smoker lighting cigarettes over and over again (insert the 10000 arts of wil lighting his cig with Qs light and vice versa. my fave ever) its close to an addiction, they need each other to keep running and flowing in the most unconventional ways they can find. if you look carefully, they are always circling enabling balancing each other

i like the metaphor of cwil being under the spotlight of people's perception .. sure, its cool to finally be able to see and interact with people but Q is different. he isnt and never will be afraid of wil. he is only "unpredictable" to him. freakishly enough this is also entertaining to Q. what will he destroy next? graffiti next? say next? do next? he cant help himself but to react. wil on the other hand will do anything to get a petty reaction from Q, to get his precious eyes on him that makes him burn in the light. tearing each other apart then rebuilding each other is an important component of their relationship me thinks

usually, i tjink this is a concept used to try and dethrone the other of their humongous egos and get that feeling of a win lol its all about reaction

their relationship is so interesting and weird because of the fact they wanted to over throw the other in politics — i dont think you see two POLITICAL rivals have that homoerotic tension often … anywhere! but i think its so funny that they became a version of the other further down the line (menace -> president, president -> menace) and it also goes back to the yinyang, over time and under certain conditions one can become the other because the other will always be present in the other. (like yin contains yang vice versa)

HEY I’m someone who is quite new to Baldurs Gate and DND as a whole, and while I’ve taken a large liking to Gale, I’m pretty much… confused? About the lore with Mystra especially but also the stuff between her and Mystra.

I’ve read some of your stuff but also come across things like this https://www.tumblr.com/itsabardknocklife/737979044015095808/things-the-baldurs-gate-fandom-needs-to-know and wonder what your take is on it (ofc you dont need to answer if you feel theres issues with it) but honestly for some reason all these opinions are stressing me out and Im unsure how to feel about our boy LOL

Firstly, my whole thing with games or series or what-have-you that are based on TTRPGs is that you should meet the spirit of the thing you're engaging with! If seeking out additional lore rounds out your understanding or is simply fun for you, do it! but if that's not the case, it's not necessary. Baldur's Gate 3 has a very clear narrative that is framed by systemic oppression & personal abuse. They- like anyone should when having a fun time in Dungeons & Dragons- took lore and rules and interpreted them to best serve their story. This is something I've bumped heads with people on in the Cyberpunk 2077 fandom as well. Everything isn't a "plot hole." The point of a TTRPG is to be adapted and changed. So of course a full narrative adaptation is going to have differences.

Secondly, I don't think the DnD canon is as clear as many people would like to believe. I think what you linked is a sound and interesting rundown of some information of Mystra. That being said, within DnD, the lore itself is often recorded BY characters in DnD, so it is not 100% reliable. Sort of like Fire & Blood versus A Song of Ice and Fire. It's a text inside of a fictional world.

Since you did link that specifically, I will say that I am INCREDIBLY SUSPICIOUS of anyone who refuses to engage with the narrative reality of suffering, oppression, manipulation, grooming, and abuse that ANY of the characters experience, including Gale of Waterdeep. I also think it's either willfully dishonest or painfully ignorant to equate the actions of a mortal man who serves a deity with the actions of that deity. That is a WILD power imbalance and AGAIN... the game gives us so much context that even if for some reason a person misinterprets Gale seeking to cross Mystra's boundaries as some... I don't know, gendered violence, or whatever it is these people who I assume have Gone Girl brain rot try to turn that into... there are about seven gabillion other things in game that should correct that.

Gale is not perfect. Gale is not infallible. He is a walking defense mechanism, he is a narrative red herring from the beginning, he is very capable of becoming his worst self. But he also had an entire life stolen from him because of powerful structures and a literal deity deciding that his potential was there to be harnessed and controlled, however possible, through whatever means said deity chose.

BEST CASE SCENARIO, THE POPE WAITED FOR HIM TO BE LEGAL AND THEN BONED HIM.

TL;DR -

1 anything you can't use, any info that confuses you, any info OUTSIDE of the game Baldur's Gate 3 itself, is just trivia. And you know what trivia is? Useless unless you're at a party and even then probably no one at the party wants to play with you.

2 when someone gives you information and that information ends with a statement condemning an entire narrative it's important to question if that information is CONDENSED or if that information is cherry-picked

ive rarely been femme even before i knew i wasnt a woman so its not like ive really had a bountiful access to fat resources aimed towards femme folks but god damn i have felt my options shrink even smaller the less comfortable i am with femme aimed resources and how out of place my body seems within so many of those spaces and resources. ESPECIALLY ones that can accomodate my trans body, tits (that i don't hate! and don't foresee going anywhere anytime soon!) and all.

i know how few plus sized clothing brands there are (not even getting into affordable + ethically made etc etc) but if the ones that exist its an OVERWHELMINGLY femme aligned majority that i feel miserable wearing without a lot of extra styling and modification work. or the amount of masc clothes in stock at plus size resale stores vs femme clothes. or if i am looking for style inspiration or folks speaking about fat liberation finding fit insp for fat women is easy! but i have a much smaller pool of fat masculine folks (who i treasure dearly!) that ive found and return to their content regularly because its so valuable to me because its often hidden under content that, while important, has limited usefulness for me

i find this extra prevalent in body positivity spaces, where it often feels like resources and information is shared with the assumption that its been shared to other femme folks and women without specifying that is who its usefulness is aimed towards. what triggered this post right now (although its honestly always lurking around the corner, watch out if you have a single conversation with me about fat liberation) was a post about body positivity where someone shared a resource of a website where you can put in your height, weight, other info and see people who might look like you (and make it easier to appreciate their body where you find it difficult to appreciate your own). and i thought thats a cool resource! i dont get to see people who look like me, hardly ever! lets check it out!

unfortunately what wasnt included was that the subtitle for this site is "what real women look like" so while there wasn't any info stating identities of the people shown on the photos, of the few i clicked through they all were femme and while they looked great, i didnt see anyone who i felt looked like me to get what i hoped out of that site. this would have been fine if the person had posted it had stated its target audience up front, but this isnt the first time, and wont be the last time, that i got excited about a resource only to learn it actually has very little that applies to me.

Tengen and Kaori used to be fiancé and fiancée, but Kaori found out Tengen was cheating on her (I’m thinking on their wedding day, they have it in a beach and Kaori throws her ring in the water after confronting Tengen)

Kaori and Kyojuro are flirty in front of everyone (yes they are a thing I’m this au like the normal KNY universe)

Obanai and Mitsuri are a ship here, except both Obanai and Mitsuri are playful and flirty

I might make Shinobu and Giyuu a thing here too??

PERSONALITIES:

Shinobu: She’s pretty much the same as the anime, but not in a nice smiling way, she is very cold to everyone, but has a playful side with the gang, especially with Giyuu

Muichiro: He is very quiet still, pretty much same as anime, but is extremely good at card and dice games, he’s usually the pot most of the time though

Mitsuri: She’s a player and likes to fool around with guys, but she’s only Obanai’s and he knows that, so he’s fine with it, she loves to play card games

Obanai: He barely speaks, like in the anime, and is VERY protective over Mitsuri and even threatens people, the only person he really talks to is Mitsuri, Sanemi, and Giyuu, only the gang when they are playing a game and it is necessary, Kaburamaru watches over the games and tells Obanai is someone has cheated or anything

Giyuu: He isn’t really depressed in this au, but no one knows how he feels since he never shows any sort of emotion, but he doe get along with the gang

Kaori: She’s not a sweetheart at all, she’s very serious about her games and will not let anything pass, she’s quite aggressive sometimes and gets irritated easily (especially with Tengen), she always looks like she’s ready to kill someone

Kyōjurō: He, along with Gyomei and Tengen, make sure to keep the games fun and make sure no one kills anyone, he will be the one to hold people back physically, but he’s usually always got a smug look on his face

Sanemi: He’s still aggressive, he is also very serious about his games (Kaori and him are usually the ones to get into physical fights), he always carries a knife on him at all times, he maybe is running from the police for murder, but how would I know…? ( *) - ( *) (idk about this part yet, just an idea)

Tengen: He makes sure no one kills anyone else in the gang, but likes to bring up Kaori and his relationship, his wives, and mess with Kaori’s emotions or flirt with her because he knows it pisses her off, he enjoys to see her angry and the look that she wants to kill him in her eyes, also she tries to hurt him

Gyomei: He is blind in this au too, so he always brings his own Braille dice and stuff, but he’s still able to play just fine, he also makes sure people down fight, he is really imitating and his voice is very strict too, he has his prayer beads still as a necklace and chain, also his prayers that are on his haori are a tattoo on his arm

AITA for listening to my friend's favorite musician with someone else?

I (20 nb) live with my good friend T and her good friend H (both 20 F). Me and T were extremely close and have had some growing pains and complications that aren't necessarily relevant to this situation but are what make this feel so delicate and important. We've both expressed insecurity in our treatment of each other and our relationships with other people in the house, including worries that H would like me better than her. The last that conversation left off was that she didn't want to get into it anymore then but maybe would be ready soon.

T is a big "content monogamist" where once you start a tv show or something with one person you dont watch it by yourself or with anyone else. That's super normal and valid, but I personally love to watch things over and over again with anyone willing and am happy for other people to do the same. She knows this and we figure out how we're going to watch things on a case by case basis pretty much. She also recently got hyperfixated on a musician that I'm a long-time casual fan of, and we've had a really good time listening to their discography together and sharing that excitement.

H has also been listening to their music to talk about with T. H and I have been hanging out a lot lately, so I asked what she thought of the songs she had been listening to and we ended up listening to them together and even coming up with our own complicated ranking system for them that has become kind of an inside joke. I knew while it was happening that this would upset T to hear about, but at the time it felt like whatever, catering my actions to her insecurities 24/7 is just going to build resentment, I'm allowed to talk about music that I also like with someone who is also my friend. But more and more afterward it feels like a little bit of a betrayal and I wish I had stopped and waited to make an activity of it until we could all hang out together.

TLDR: My friend/roommate is insecure about me and our other roommate leaving her out, and we listened to her favorite artist without her. Am I a shitty friend? Am I overthinking?
