Tanbi kei inspired Bill!!

I caved into fandom peer pressure and made a human bill design. Will render the rest later :P

You cannot tell me Bill wouldn't at the very least DABBLE into some tanbi kei. I tried to be in the middle of the Venn diagram of twink / disgusting old man bill designs. Siouxsie's look in spellbound was also a huge inspiration for his look.
