Hey art freaks! I just had this thought and wanted to get it out, not that I expect this to get any interaction anyways LMAOOO

I'm sure a lot of you can relate but, I hate that heart tightening feeling when I listen to certain songs. Cause yk they remind me of a specific time that more often than not, I miss. Whether it be nostalgia or just a bad memory, I seriously can't listen to a bunch of my favorite songs at certain times or else I'll get super sad.

Like ik music invokes emotion and all that good stuff but I feel like for me, it's amplified to a million! Especially if I'm alone at night, I can't listen to music to fall asleep or else I'll get seriously sad. It's frustrating not being able to listen to certain songs that I like, currently all I can listen to without feeling like this is American pop songs, which isn't bad I love pop! But MAN I wanna listen to the ATEEZ setlist without wanting die yk?

Also, for my ATINY in America, can you believe it? It's been almost 7 months since their US tour!?! Like omg it's already been almost a whole year!

Passage of time, am I right? Nothing more crash out inducing. I'm sure you've already made the assumption that I should probably get therapy at some point, which I totes agree with! But I also like to think it's nice that I can feel that way. Sure, nothing totally serious happened but it's a blessing to grieve isn't it? Whether it be your first concert, or just a random summer day a few years ago, it's so cool we were built to feel this way.

Feeling all the negativity that comes with missing something/someone just means you had something good (Though this might not apply to things like drugs, sex, and alcohol). I should probably learn how to regulate my emotions when I move out but for now, I'll convince myself that all my feelings have their merit, even if it does make me feel like shite.

Holy cow you're still here? If you're waiting for my SF fanfics sorry I didn't get them out sooner! They'll be out within the coming weeks :).

"Just scroll if you don't like it!" - this doesn't negate the fact they're posting disgusting scenarios. They're targeting an audience of people who should seek therapy. That kind of shit is not okay.

This Fandom is slowly becoming one i regret being in because of just how disgusting people are becoming. Come on guys, do better.

It's okay to have kinks and fetishes, but that doesn't mean they're okay. It's not okay to sexualize minors, it's not okay to sexualizw little space, it's not okay to sexualize r//pe! I get dubcon, but noncon? That's literally just nonconsensual sex.

Edit: I have MUCH more to say on this now that I've read some other inputs:

The problem isn't "block and move on" or "ur arguing for fiction..." it's the fact people are exposing minors and already mentally ill people to VERY REAL and DISGUSTING scenarios. It doesn't matter that they're fictional, what they're writing about is a real issue. Blocking tags doesn't work most of the time, so stop saying to shut up and just use that feature.

Another thing is that people are making these writings so normal that they are making others think it's okay. When I was younger, I had unsupervised internet access and was exposed to smut like this. It messed me up and got me institutionalized because I didn't know it wasn't okay to talk about. Minors nowadays are also very unsupervised and will come across your stuff. I'm worried for the next generation.

Last thing, the excuse "they're just fiction" is flawed because you're ignoring the PSA! You wouldn't say this if it was about something else, right? If someone was saying: "I love lolicon!" You wouldn't block and move on. You would call their asses out and comment bomb them. It's the same concept, except on a broader spectrum. You're enabling the behavior of these vile creatures that need serious help. You're not doing anyone any good by saying "this is so unnecessary" or "they're fictional..."

One thing golden era Wattpad writers had going for them was that they knew the importance of a buildup. I'm of the opinion that the sexual tension is WAY more satisfying to read than the actual sex and quite frankly there is a serious lack of non smutty writing.

Like I really miss reading fics/ x readers that start from scratch. Meeting the characters, initial reactions getting to know them, the tension the jealousy the TENSION the freaking tension.

Looking and looking away when they get spotted, touches that feel like they linger but perhaps they didn't and they're both so hot for each other that they think it's wishful thinking. And I don't mean just sweet sunshine romances, darker works can have a buildup too but it seems like so much is just about getting to the smut instead of the psychological aspect.

Bring back the build up!!!!!!!

So I just started playing Palia again after almost 8 months because I missed my pookies, Reth and Hassian. So I got to level 2 romance for both of them at the same time last night which triggered their quests to happen.

So tell me why, RETH, I use my every 30 MINUTE home teleport on you, get home and see my stinkabutt Auni and not YOU. After you PROMISED a hot steamy night together. I check my mail and there you are standing me up and you're not even telling me why. Then next to it... Hassian? I read his letter apologizing and asking for another chance like #takemeback. Bro's all like "let's meet under the stars" and I feel like I'm in some kinda DND x Early 2000's romcom.

I felt like such a harlot like what in the Hallmark Christmas movie situation. Like do I go to my boyfriend who keeps mistreating me? Or do I go rekindle my old flame..? The answer is both HASHTAG POLYAMORY WIN!!

COZY GAMES ARE MEANT TO BE A LITTLE DARK

I keep getting videos on YouTube that talk about how cozy games are secretly not cozy because they have dark elements to them like the war in Stardew.

Apparently this is somehow meant to ruin the coziness? I hate to break it to you but THATS THE POINT.

These games do not exist in a cozy vacuum where nothing bad happens ever. That would frankly be a terrible game and an even worse story. Cozy games are not cozy in SPITE of their dark elements they are cozy BECAUSE of them.

In Stardew yes there's a war, and people have dysfunctional relationships and that's the point! you're in a shitty town living on a shitty farm but you're there to help. you make friendships, and you fix your farm, and you leave the town a little better than when you found it.

In Palia you're living under an oppressive government and everyone has lots of problems. Some people are just struggling to be a single parent, others are on the run from a cartel. It's not light and cheery! but you get to help these people as you work to find your place in the world. I could go on for hours about other games but I think these examples are enough to drive home what I'm going to say next. COZY GAMES ARE ABOUT COMMUNITY, LOVE, AND FRIENDSHIP.

You don't expect your real life friends and communities to be conflict free. Bonds are built on the back of hardship. Lifting each other up. Loving each other and being kind when things are hard.

villagers in both games give me advice on how to do what I need to so I can fix up my property and start life in their town, They send me gifts they think will help with my projects. And in turn I give them a relationship they need. I'm an understanding friend for Linus, or an open ear for Najuma.

Also is a long time friend of Ford (who is obviously the MC). Bill is the dark, morally gray (at first), with family issues main lead who over shadows the 2nd lead…? Is possibly the CEO of the company as well ? And idk instead of building a portal Bill is the stereotypical kidnapper who takes ford away to do whatever gay people do.
