So last week I handed out fruit cakes I'd made to my family and my beautiful daughter in law lauren said nicely that she'd much rather a plum pudding. So what does this mother in law do? She goes home and starts all over again with soaking fruit to make plum puddings. All in all I made 12 puddings today, amongst other things. And they're #vegan and #grainfree #glutenfree #dairyfree and #refinedsugarfree And to top it off I cut the first one and shared it and well it's amazing. Best plum pudding I've ever eaten. And so now lauren can have her plum pudding.
